The 45 best breakfast and brunch in Concord

Food = Not what I ordered but I don't believe in sending the food back. They gave me what they wanted me to have. Service = The waitress was nice but not so attentive to what I specifically asked for with my frittata. Atmosphere = When I entered the restaurant they initially put me towards the back of the restaurant that is near the kitchen where the workers cooks waders and waitresses in her back and forth, it was crowded and there was a very dirty rug to the left of the table. Therefore, I declined to sit there and I was asked what was wrong. I politely told them I do not desire to sit in a high traffic area beside a dirty rug 👀 while eating breakfast. 👉 I left.

It was our first experience eating at a First Watch. My significant other heard that the food was exceptional; therefore, we chose it over Cracker Barrel on our last morning breakfast/brunch run. We arrived to what seemed like a bit of chaos at the front as no receptionists were present and people were just standing around looking puzzled. I wasn't sure who was in line to get on a wait list so I asked others and someone stated that they had checked in online. I found the website and checked in and in about the same time a gentleman who appeared to be a manager walked up and sat us. We were there no more than 5 mins before being seated. We made our order and the wait was less than 10 minutes before our meal arrived and everything was amazing. The eggs were perfectly made, the pancake and waffle were light and very tasty. Service was very pleasant and courteous. A great experience and amazing food.

My husband and I use to eat at this particular restaurant at least 3 times a month in 2024. We decided to go this morning. Nothing was to the past quality of food served. Only the juice. The bacon and sausage was beyond greasy…the eggs was over cooked with very little cheese. The breakfast potatoes were not done at all. My husband sent the back..no change. I order grits with cheese..they were the worst. The French toast was ok. The service and the atmosphere was good. This particular location needs to check their cooks. The food is expensive…we don’t have a problem when the food is prepared with perfection. It seemed as though the cooks were overwhelmed with orders…. I will not return.

Everything was delicious. My only issue was the potatoes had a funny taste. I believe it was from the oil used to cook the potatoes. But I found everything else to be exceptionally delicious. The service was great and the online reservation decreased our wait.

I’ve now eaten at two of these in two different states and they do not disappoint!! Everything is so fresh and delicious! We ordered an omelette and pancakes with extra bacon, because you must have more bacon! And don’t forget the toast, that bread is amazing!! Even the egg white omelette was amazing! Sometimes they can be bland, but not here! I would definitiely recommend eating here.

Bhlysia is so pleasant and accommodating! I’d return just to receive her service with an everlasting smile! The food was immaculately prepared and served! This place is my new favorite and I highly recommend it if you’re seeking healthy alternatives with tenderness, love, and care

10/10 recommend! Ran in for a quick breakfast while at Great Wolf Lodge. Our server was patient and friendly. I chose the Farmhouse hash with purple Haze. The kids waffle & pancakes were amazing.

The place is empty . 12 pm. In an empty establishment I waited 30 mins for a cold over cooked crepe and hard turkey bacon. The staff played like children inside the coffee area showing their phones loud attempts at whispers and as the “cooks” ate in the kitchen. I was in the dinning room with a family of 4 who were already seated before me and they didn’t receive their food until after I had ordered / about 15 mins after. Over hearing the kitchen - it was a remake . And there was confusion in that . The wait staff seemed concerned with cleaning duties ; apparently the customers were interfering with the 1pm closing. Giggling and laughing louder than the country music blasting over the tvs, At least the side work will be done . That was absolute priority. As a previous server , I guess A+ for prep work, However …. You DO have customers. Three young men In the kitchen played and ate the whole time . Between the three of them the food came out at a snail pace and wasn’t correct for any table it seemed. The giggled as the food came back to the kitchen. Although their faces were busy chewing and belly’s full. I didn’t even eat. I was instructed by my server she had to make me pay for my uneaten cold food or she’d get in trouble. What’s a lady to do? Pay the $20 tab and starve so the establishment makes money off cold food, poor service and at least clean floors. It seemed like a high school meet up on a Saturday afternoon. No supervision , unless the principal was sitting in on the fun wanting to be the “cool adult” letting it all happen. I doubt it though.

It's been awhile since I last ate at the Sweet Spot. I will be the first to admit that my expectations were pretty low. However, I was shocked to see that they were packed on a Sunday morning. Thankfully we were able to be seated immediately at what looked to be the last available table. I took that as a good sign. We sat for awhile before our server came to greet us. We hadn't realized that the menu was via a QR code on the table. Once I pulled it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see a menu that was a bit more elevated than the traditional diner food that I remembered before. Just a note that the menu definitely favors carnivores. I ordered the Cali Breakfast Bowl but switched out the cheese and asked for my bacon on the side, which I gave to my son. My daughter ordered the fruit crepe. My son was happy to take advantage of the gluten free French toast. The food was good. My kids ordered an iced chai with oat milk and a hot chocolate with oat milk. Neither were blown away. So I probably would stick to basic drinks like juice or coffee. All of the servers appeared to be high school/ college girls. They were all polite. I have no issues with returning again in the future.

Regular place for breakfast and cost is high compared with other breakfast place. I ordered out and they automatically charged 15% gratuity fee. They also charged 20% gratuity for parties of 5 and more. I spent $80 plus to get me two omelette, pancakes and French toast.

I recently went into Sweet Spot with some family for breakfast. During our dining experience, we received fantastic service from our server Hailey. She was attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. Being a former server, I noticed Hailey went above and beyond when she wasn’t actively serving tables. Unlike other servers who were sitting around the coffee bar, Hailey was cleaning, running food and stocking up supplies. In addition to our fabulous service, the food was terrific. Everything came out well and in a timely fashion. Great experience from start to end!

Our waitress, Amylia was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome right away. Throughout the meal she was attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and checked in at just the right times. She knew the menu well and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. On top of that, she was patient, friendly, and made sure everything came out just the way we ordered. It really felt like she cared about making our experience a good one. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

Have dined at this restaurant multiple times and get more disappointed every time. First off, they get rid of the shredded hash browns??? Not only was this the only credible food on the menu, but one I truly enjoyed. The restaurant needs better management. While the staff works hard and tries to give the best service, there seems to be no adequate management on the busy day of the weekend (aka Saturday). This restaurant is in a premier location and could truly become a breakfast staple in the community, but needs some major rework to get there. This rework should consist of better quality - food, management, and cleanliness. While I hold the strong opinion of the items above, the hard working waitress staff is what keeps me returning.

Amazing restaurant, amazing server! Me and my family stumbled across The Sweet Spot, and decided to give it a try. Our server, Cali, was able to help describe the menu to us and helped me pick something out (which, by the way, was delicious! 😋). Throughout our dining experience, Cali was always providing excellent service. Our experience was amazing; super friendly and welcoming environment. This place sure is the “sweet” spot! 😉🤗

A Hidden Gem in Concord – Outstanding Hospitality! I stopped by Verb Coffee in Concord and was blown away—not just by the coffee, but by the warmth and hospitality of the team. I tried two espressos, a drip coffee, and a cold brew. The first espresso wasn’t quite to my taste, and without hesitation, they offered me a second one for free—no questions asked. That kind of service is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to making every customer feel welcome. But Verb Coffee isn’t just about great coffee (although the cold brew and drip were both excellent). The real magic is the atmosphere—beautiful, cozy, and filled with positive energy. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay awhile. Huge thanks to the team at Verb Coffee for the incredible vibes and generosity. Highly recommended if you’re in Concord and want to experience not just good coffee, but genuine hospitality.

I loved the environment and specially the service! I had forgotten to oder my drink with oat milk because i am lactose intolerant and she was very nice about it. Made a brand new one! Food was really good and perfect size!

This place is very cute! My sister and I are family and staying across the street. The staff was so sweet, the coffee was delicious, and they remade a burrito that I mess up by forgetting to ask for a modification. I offered to pay for the replacement and they wouldn’t let me, which was kind (I left a sneaky extra tip). Anyway! Definitely drop by!

Wow one of the best coffees I’ve had in Charlotte metro. Tried seasonal coffee with orange, lavender and rosemary. It’s was super delicious! Not too sweet and not overpowering flavors. The coffee was really smooth. Bough the beans as well. And the best part they open Monday - Saturday till 9pm.

First time enjoying this little gem in Concord. The staff is warm and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the AEC sandwich 🥪 😋

I visited Famous Toastery today for the first time. The food was delicious and fresh. Everyone that worked there was nice I really loved the atmosphere You have to get the orange juice it's real squeeze oranges .My pancake syrup was also warm just how I like it . I'll be visiting again

Excellent breakfast with good portion size, nice sourdough option. They are truly dog friendly with tables on the patio. Many members of the staff came out to greet our pup. She was offered a bowl of water and a bowl of whipped cream.

Very sad to see my formerly favorite breakfast spot go downhill. Food is good but I became a regular because of the staff and how good they took care of us. I’ve come in twice in the last couple of weeks and all of the girls I knew are now gone? They are clearly understaffed now as all 4-5 of the girls I always saw are not there anymore. It took forever for us to get our order taken the last 2 times we have come in. That never used to happen as the girls who worked there knew our orders and made sure we were well taken care of. Prioritize good employees because they are what made us keep coming in. A new breakfast spot will need to be found I think

I just got home from Mother's Day Brunch with my family. My experience was absolutely amazing! I want to give a shout out to Diana the manager. She took great care to make sure all the tables were happy and taken care of. Our server was so sweet and our food... DELICIOUS! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT START TO MY MOTHER'S DAY !!!

Had breakfast with friends and the mimosa flight was great, especially recommend the guava mimosa. Ordered the hash and it was the worst hash I've ever had. Blueberry flavored pancakes were delicious. Service was mediocre and we were not offered drink Refills on tea or waters.

The vibe is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely delicious. I had NOT ONE BAD THING TO SAY! My family really enjoyed our time! My visit to this restaurant was very pleasant The food was excellent. The service that was provided was great and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. Great place to eat.

This is my first time here but definitely not my last. The food is great and even great portion size. The cheeseburger is amazing and huge. The bun is even toasted. Cajun fries may need a little more Cajun seasoning for me but they are still pretty good. Wow I’m glad I finally came in to experience this spot. A classic restaurant to eat at. The fact that this place stays packed says it all. And they still brought my lunch out in a timely fashion. Check out the pictures below.

The food is downright delicious! Love the serving sizes. There are many different options on the menu. Our waiter was amazing. The prices were fair for the amount of food and flavor. My absolute favorite was the decor of the inside! Very good, family-friendly environment! The wait was not long. Food was served in less than 20 mins. This place is well worth the visit. Highly recommend if you want to have a good time and taste some great food well worth your money.

Just had breakfast here and was not disappointed! I travel for work and stopped here for breakfast. Best $20 including tip I've spent for a road meal. Food was fresh hot and fast - I had the Andrea's sampler and was impressed by the quality and amount of food. Recommend the home fries, fresh red potatoes, seasoned well although I thought they needed salt, that is until I paired it with the salty country ham, then both were complementary. Eggs (om) cooked perfectly and the whole dish had a great presentation when it arrived within the first 5 minutes after ordering. The only things I suggest they need a real POS system - their current hand written ticket system was outdated back in the 1980's and they had too many servers working for a Monday morning. Several standing around talking and not working. Other than that, great value and a great meal.

It's been several years since my last visit, so the wife and I decided to do breakfast here for a chance. Everything looked good, but had no flavor. My wife took a few bites and pushed it to the side and I didn't finish mine. The gravy and biscuits were bland, the eggs were ok and the steak was decent. I try not to complain and our server was excellent. The food was hot and look appetizing, it just wasn't to our liking. As a Army Veteran and working in the Mess Hall in Germany and in the field, I'd rather had the Army food. I'd be safe to say that Waffle House would have been a better choice.

Spectacular breakfast, with large portions, at an affordable price! You may have to wait, as this place is hopping- but it’s well worth it! They have excellent selections, large portions and everything tasted great! My whole family and I thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to return as soon as possible! I especially liked their French toast and their pumpkin pancakes. Don’t pass this place by!!

Our last meal of our trip and it was definitely the BEST!! We ordered the Guacamole toast, Eggs Benedict with Fried Tenderloin, and a Fried Tenderloin biscuit. Everyone LOVED their meal!! It came out hot and fast! The Fried Tenderloin was some of the best I've ever had. The hollandaise was so creamy...for much I could have drank it by itself. The potatoes were cooked as we each ordered them...(hint: add cooked onions to them. You won't be disappointed). If you think there was nothing that could top the food experience...you'd be wrong. Lorraine was one of the best waitresses we have ever had the pleasure of meeting, any time and any where. So cheerful, happy, and the epitome and personification of "Southern Hospitality". Everyone there was so welcoming, sweet, and kind, but she was a bar setter. I had to call and let the manager know...and i hope she knows her efforts and kindness didn't fall on deaf ears, blind eyes, or cold hearts. We appreciate you, dear one. Thank you so much, Breakfast Time...you were a trip highlight.

I stopped by for a good Sunday breakfast on 5/4/25, and I’m glad I did! Brenyanah G was my waitress, and she provided excellent service—checking in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the Grandma’s Pancake Breakfast with plain hashbrowns, bacon, and fried eggs (you get two eggs). The pancakes paired perfectly with their natural syrup, and everything on the plate was fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed my meal with a cup of coffee, which really rounded things out. One tip: use the Cracker Barrel app! Signing up gave me a free appetizer/barrel bite, so I tried the biscuit beignets. You get six, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and served with a butter pecan sauce—so good and definitely worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Concord location. No complaints—just good food, great service.

Gave this place multiple chances before writing this review, the last couple of times had terrible service/experience. The 1st time went on a Sunday night at 8pm, they didn’t have a lot of things on the menu, no biscuits made (like this takes a lot of effort), we ordered a mimosa pitcher and they brought us 4 glasses because there were no pitchers clean. The waitress brought us the check, didn’t even ask if we wanted something else (which I was gonna order dessert) but because the bad experience I just decided not to bother. All tables around dirty and nobody cleaning them. The 2nd time, went for lunch on a Tuesday, we sat down and waitress took around 15-20min to come, nobody came to acknowledge us or even ask for drinks (we almost left). The restaurant was not busy at all. When we got our food, chicken was soggy and french toast burned. Waitress forgot about bringing the biscuits until we asked. The place had a bunch of tables dirty and nobody cleaning them. The waitress offered to re-make the french toast, but I did not have time to sit and wait any longer as it was lunch time. They took the meal off the bill, but that did not make me happy. I am not going to a restaurant for free food, I am going to get good food and good quality service. Seems like an extremely poorly managed restaurant which is very sad as I loved Cracker Barrel. I don't think it is the waitress fault, is that they are over worked and these restaurants do not have enough staff and quality of service is down. Because of these experiences, I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon. Not worth my time or money to keep getting a bad experience. I rather eat at home.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! I ordered a family pancake breakfast on FRIDAY for pickup at 12:30 today. I waited in the store for 5 min shy of 2 HOURS! There were online orders waiting everywhere. The staff offered zero information on order status and the managers were looking like deer caught in headlights. A disaster! The real mistake was ordering from this location again after THE EXACT SAME scene on Easter Sunday. They should cap orders if they can't manage. In store dining had a 1.5 hr wait time for food. This location fails every time. Last time for me. And they threw food in boxes to get me out - it WAS NOT a family meal and DID NOT feed 4 people! I ordered on Friday because I needed the hashbrowns without onions due to a food allergy - they had no clue about that part of the order and basicly said "good luck Chuck!"

Just what everyone had been saying. No fresh biscuits. Chicken fingers over cooked. I ordered a shepards pie and there were NO mashed potatoes! The white walls and take wood floor just did not feel like the old place. There was none in there and the service was still slow!!!!!!

It had never happened to me before. I ordered the grandmomma pancake portion and when they brought it to me, I don't know if it was an insult, but I felt so bad that even the taste and hunger I had disappeared. They brought me a burnt pancake. I told the girl who brought it to me and she told me that's how they're coming out today. I think I'm going to change stores. I was disappointed today.

NEVER AGAIN!!! So, here we go again. I sit down to order and there I sat. Not one person came over to offer me a glass of water. I sat next to a large family gathering and NOT ONE TIME did the young lady even look over to see that I was in her section. She conversationally engaged the large crown regarding what they were celebrating, but did not see me (somehow) in my loud Purple shirt waiting for some service. This is my last time coming to this Cracker Barrel. 2 xs is more than enough for me. Good Riddens!!!

The worst meals I had in a while from crackerbarrel, my grilled chicken tenders were burnt. My greenbeans were not seasoned like they should. The loaded mashed potatoes were cheese potatoes. Where is the chives butter and sourcream? There is also weird black pice in the mashed potatoes. We had the reorder half the order when we went to receive the order friedapples were missing and a loaded potato. We found that before leaving and had to wait on that also... Others of our group also had horrible food and sides. All chicken was burnt, looked like, and tasted like it came from a cafeteria. We also ordered biscuits and are missing!! I'm very disappointed!!!!! 😞

You'd think Concord / Kannapolis would have a good Cracker Barrel but this is the worst one we've ordered from. They missed the mark TWICE in a row turning what should've been relaxing dinner experiences into disappointments and blatant disrespect. The first time we ordered about a year ago on Doordash, they completely missed a side leaving only the meat with nothing else to pair it with. We let it slide but we were pretty frustrated. Today, 8/12/25, we made the mistake of giving them another chance, using THEIR website to place the order, and sure enough they fumbled AGAIN! We paid extra for Hashbrowns Casserole Tots, we checked the bag before leaving and they were not there. I went in to ask for them and was told they didn't have tots anymore. So yall decided to not give a side AT ALL??? A side a we paid extra for?? They said they could replace with loaded hashbrowns instead. They didn't. When we got home we realized they gave us normal hashbrowns, which was a free side to begin with so we paid extra for no reason. We also ordered a Bacon Hashbrown Casserole only to realize there was no bacon so i basically got a massive side without the meat. It's literally in the name of the dish, how you gonna serve a bacon casserole without bacon, make it make sense. Also, 2 orders of pancakes and only 1 bottle of syrup? Come on... Yall have been playing with our money, not providing what you are charging us for. There won't be a third time. We're done. Whoever has the initials BS was in charge of quality check for our order at 7:37pm on 8/12/25 and they did not do their job well at all. Unless that means Bullshit because that's what this whole experience has been. Don't waste your time, skip this location and go to iHop, Waffle House, or any local breakfast joint instead. We used to love cracker barrel, yall broke our heart :((((((((

Very disappointed. I loved this location! It was not crowded as we checked in immediately. But the service was very dissatisfying. It took us 30 minutes to get the tot shareable casserole. Even the waitress told us it had been half an hour. Then when it came out, it was cold. I kindly told them to please warm it up. Got attitude. Our actual breakfast plates came out an extra 30 minutes later incorrect. In total, we were here an hour and a half before we got our food in totality. I won’t be here again unfortunately, which is heart breaking because I loved it.

My family went to the location in Kannapolis/Concord which is usually really good. However they went this past Friday 5he place wasn't that busy or packed. They waited like 45 minutes or so for food, my dad was given the wrong order never got the biscuits that come with the meal. They also got me the meatloaf to go that says on the menu comes with biscuits or cornbread, well they didn't give bread. The meatloaf was also very skimpy and dry looked completely overcooked. Almost $10 for this. Im not usually the one to leave bad reviews but this is not acceptable for the kind of money paid.

Disclaimer, I work for this company in a different area and brand, and branch. However, Charlie or "Chuck" our server was one of the best I've ever had. I believe we had him in this same location 2 years ago and he was so good I told them GM he was stellar in his service. He got him again and he was always there when we needed it, never hovered, joked with all his tables, and had the most positive additude ever. Amazing!

Two weeks ago, our family received three overcooked, burnt meals. The steaks were so tough we couldn’t even cut through them — one was so overdone it literally broke the takeout knife. When we called to report the issue, the manager blamed it on a “new grill cook,” but assured us she would note our names and cover our next dine-in meal. She was very specific that this would be honored when we returned. When we finally came back, instead of being treated with courtesy, we were met by four employees at the hostess stand who made it clear we were not welcome. It should have taken one competent manager to handle the situation, not four staff members clustering together and making us feel like we were just trying to get something for free. We had to give our name three different times before they finally added us to the list, and only then — after delaying and trying to send us around back to catering multiple times — the employees told us they had “announced it to the kitchen.” That makes absolutely no sense. The kitchen should never be pulled into financial matters, and it raises a serious concern that complaining customers might be treated differently in the food they’re served. That is unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager and waited at the front for 15 minutes before leaving. I called afterward and spoke with Tamika, and instead of receiving an apology, I was met with excuses. She also implied that I had never spoken with anyone previously, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. We didn’t need a free meal — we came back in good faith to give this place a second chance. Instead, we were met with excuses, poor service, and a dismissive attitude. We won’t be back.

One of the people in our group has a gluten allergy, and when she had questions about what to order, the manager actually came out and helped her. He was so nice and polite! Two thumbs up 👍👍

I loved the aesthetics the store offered. The set up was beautiful and well placed. The Uncle Hershel's was as good as I remembered it as teenager. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about products and food choices for my guests.

Took forever for 2 coffees. Felt like we were interrupting the only 2 workers inside. Was early and doors were locked. Our drinks were so bad we threw them out. Tasted nothing like coffee at all. Won't be back to this location.

I'm sorry but I must share my experience. The food is not good. I strongly believe the food being used is like whats given at certain hotels for continental breakfast. If you occasionally eat from Dunkin Donuts you will notice the difference. Something not right especially them bagels

The donuts were cold and hard at 7:30am like they had been there for days. I don’t recommend this place. It is probably because they are located at Great wolf lodge.

After a second poor experience here i am leaving a review. Significantly more expensive than any other dunkin and not as good. Coffee had crumbs floating in it. Bagel was missing cream cheese. Delivery to room cost $3 and will not be refunded when the order is wrong. There are plenty of better options within .5 miles. This location is convenient, but will detract from your enjoyment of great wolf. Start your day elsewhere.

Coffee and donuts were good. Service was fast but get there early in the morning or it can be really busy. You can also submit an order the night before, leave it on your Great Wolf Lodge door, and have it delivered to your room in the morning

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. I’m usually a huge Dunkin’ fan, but this one should be shut down. Great Wolf Lodge should lose the franchise. Staff was rude and completely inefficient. At one point, there were 5 people behind the counter, and I still waited over 20 minutes for them to serve the 6 people in front of me. The worst.

Food is barely lukewarm warm. More towards the cold side. No steam anywhere on the food line. Fried chicken was decent. Although not hot it was seasoned. They took their time with it. Other than that it’s not much of anything on the line right now. I will check again but it’s not looking good. Hot food now but now this time it’s not seasoned. Only the shrimp is decent. I’m done.

Not bad, I only saw my waitress for like 2 seconds the entire time I was there. Therefore didn't get but one more drink. Otherwise not bad of a location.

This was one of the best golden corrals we have ever been too. The food was so fresh. They also have a few favorite dinner choices on the breakfast buffet. The service was amazing from the time you walk in till the time you walk out. This was a great choice this morning.

The customer service started off fine, but the restaurant itself could use some improvement—the floors really need a good shampoo. There are plenty of food options, but my biggest disappointment was that the food wasn’t hot. By the time I finished filling my plate and got back to the table, it was already cold. I even tried taking just a couple of items at a time, but it still wasn’t much better. When I asked a server if they could heat it up, I was told they don’t offer that. Another issue I had was with one of the servers—a Spanish woman with her hair tied on top of her head. While my son was at the dessert bar, she stared him down and rolled her eyes. When I looked directly at her, she just walked off. That really bothered me. The drinks are on the expensive side, though they do come with unlimited refills. My son enjoyed himself and even asked if we could go back today, but honestly, I’m hesitant. I called to ask if maybe the food was colder that particular day, or if that’s just how it always is. Instead of helping, the woman on the phone pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up, saying the manager was too busy. After spending so much money on our last visit, that’s not the kind of response I expected.

I used to lovee to eat here but the breakfast this morning was awful! The grits was raw and ice cold. The rest of my food was cold too. The bacon tasted awful. How do you make bad bacon?? The dishes and the equipment were so dirty. Idk what happened. I left without finishing the first plate. And I only put a little on it.

I haven’t been to Golden Corral in years. This was the cleanest and most welcoming one I’ve ever been to. The food was great, and everything was fresh and hot. Petra was an amazing server. She was very attentive and patient and kind.

I ordered delivery it said it was delivered yet there’s nothing at my door really sucks because I had a $15 off coupon that expired today that I used on it. All my neighbors have ring cameras no one even came by. Update Found my food at the next building over the apartment number wasn’t even right?!?!? I asked for 2 bags of chips and called to confirm because for some reason the app wouldn’t let me change my side. This baguette is half the size it’s supposed to be even if I wanted one. I also called ahead to make sure it was bacon Mac and cheese, I had a coupon and it let me select Mac and cheese but not bacon Mac and cheese and again it was CONFIRMED that they could change it. Honestly this is my fault for even ordering from this location I don’t know what it is but it seems like every business around concord mills doesn’t know how to function.

Today, after I my shift at work; my mom, younger sister and I ordered take out from this location of Panera Bread. My mother is a regular here, and always receives amazing and warm customer service. Today was the first time that I myself, had the pleasure of meeting this stores General Manager, Jay Ace. I am writing this review because Mr. Ace is exceptional General Manager, personally making sure my family and I were taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It is because of people like Jay Ace, that a business is successful and prosperous. I hope Mr. Ace can be promoted and well rewarded for his extraordinary efforts. My family and I, will always be regulars here!

Never will I attend this location again. Food did not taste right. One single slice of meat on my turkey Bravo, not the correct bread. I can't believe I just spent $12 on this garbage

I visited this location about a week ago. I got home only to find that my salad much less than acceptable. I called the store immediately and spoke with a worker who said they would refund my payment since I had used a card to pay. A minute later a received a call from a lady who stated she was a manager and the associate had advised me wrong. They could do a refund but she would out my name.on a.list since I was unable to drive all the way back for a remake. I came back today and there's a lady who I assume is a manager, says she doesn't see my name on a list and since I don't have a receipt with me they could not remake the salad for me. First off, why would I make this up and how would I know that there is a such thing as a list, if i hadn't been told this by the manager on duty that night. If you think I'm that desperate for a salad then go ahead and keep your food....I won't be back! If i could give the location a ZERO rating I would. Barely any chicken on the salad, a few cheese crumbles, apple crisp crumbs.after i paid for extra, little to no pecans, but they put a ton of those nasty tomatoes. Salad had no taste at all....straight garbage!

This Panera location was very dirty. When we walked in, we were surprised to see people eating there given the condition of the restaurant. • At the counter, we were ignored and ended up having to place our order at the self-service tablets. • Dirty tables were everywhere, with food and crumbs left behind. • The walls had gunk and grime, and the area around the trash bins was especially bad—overflowing with trays and food, and the furniture around the garbage clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. This place desperately needs a deep cleaning and better upkeep. I’m from Tampa, FL, where Panera locations are consistently clean and well-maintained, so this was very disappointing by comparison. Employees should take more pride in keeping the restaurant presentable—or management needs to step in and make serious changes. Definitely not the Panera experience I expected.

I was wary about coming to Panera because I've been disappointed by many of their locations. However, this spot is supreme! The restaurant is clean, and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted, not hard. I got the frontega chicken sandwhich and wild rice soup. Laila was very helpful and courteous while suggesting food items for me, and members were friendly and attentive. I have to return the next time that I'm in town.

The staff makes the business and this staff sucks. They always shut off the big room for themselves to talk in and not for customers dining in. Rarely do they have hot beverages at the coffee station, and asking them to fix it, is like pulling teeth. The short manager guy is RUDE! He hates himself, wife, and kids seem like. Idk. Definitely been to better stores, this one is just closer to my house. But if you’re looking for better engagement with staff, try the one near the other mall. Their staff is not “I hate my job” style.

Hometown place recommended from Campers World. Fridays special Baked chicken, pinto beans, mac and cheese was phenomenal. WOW! Spaghetti and meatballs was very good as well. Service kind & atmosphere diner style.

My neighbor and I ate the breakfast special about 7:20 AM. No wait. Immediate service. Our food arrived in short order, fresh, hot and tasty. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The sausage patty was great. The soup bowl of cheese grits were great too. Even my big appetite couldn’t consume the whole bowl. I saved the biscuit and sausage gravy for last; it was the best. The place was quiet, so my neighbor and I enjoyed a lively conversation, catching up on family and neighborhood news. The only interruption was a waiter offering to refill my coffee cup. The food quality, attentive service, atmosphere, and prices make the 15 minute drive well worth the trip. My favorite!

I passed by this restaurant many times before I decided to try it. I got the Chicken Teriyaki with Collard greens and Peaches. The chicken teriyaki was okay I definitely had better. The pineapple on was good. The collard greens were good. The peaches were to me the best thing on the meal. Next time I am going to check the reviews to find out what is the best thing to order. Everyone in there was friendly the prices are decent I paid about $15.00 for my meal which is average.

Came here for the first time with some family friends and I really enjoyed it. Staff was super friendly. Food came out hot and fresh, and it tasted delicious. Portions are great for the price. I will definitely visit again.

Food was okay, portion of chicken was small. Pizza could have been better also. Our waitress gathered dirty dishes from a table and then went straight to get our food, I was a bit annoyed about that, you would think one would wash their hands after handling ones dirty leftover plates and cups.

Perfectly prepared and valued breakfast! I was greeted genuinely as I walked in the door and promptly guided to a seat. Within 2 minutes I had a cup of Joe in front of me and 10 minutes later I had two eggs (cooked to perfection/medium as requested), 1 good size biscuit smothered with sausage gravy, and 2 puck sausages for $7.95! My mission was to eat breakfast. That’s exactly what I did. Give them a try! Kudos Team Parkway House!!!!

Amazing food and friendly service. We will be coming back regularly. The big bad mad burger is out of control delicious! We had to return the very next day to have another one and once again the quality was amazing. We tried an order of their wings and now I'm tempted to go back again tomorrow for another plate of those! Just a heads up though, you may want to call in and order the wings ahead of time because they take 20 minutes to prepare. With that said it was well worth the wait 👍 .

We eat at this Waffle House all the time and the food is good, servers are always friendly. However, we went today to be served by Ms. Katelyn who basically tried to finesse. We ordered food which subtotaled $23, but she wrote a total of $30 at the bottom of our ticket and proceeded to try and ring us up for that amount until we asked her how we got to that amount… double check your bills here.

Although we couldn’t sit down like we would like, staff was nice! The location was clean which made me feel comfortable with eating their food. The food came out super quick which was a bonus. And ALL the staff was super nice! One of the best waffle houses I been to.

I would just like to commend the server Darren, while the two cooks were sitting down on Their phones he was multitasking on orders and cooking . I asked him what about the two other people sitting down . It’s after hours why were they not ready for the crowd ?? And fyi there was no crowd my friend and I were the only ones waiting to order for 30 minutes . In the picture they sitting down , my friend still hasn’t placed the order because the server had to multitask !

I ate here with a group of friends after queen city anime convention, E was our server and he was fantastic! He was patient with us and our chaos 😂 thank you E and the rest of the crew that night. This was a really awesome waffle house visit (+the BEST pecan waffles ever)

this place was great. the service was spot on and got our order right out with it piping hot. the only issue is i wanted a steak and they gave me chocked steakism. it was fine, no big deal and it was still good. the people there was funny and had a great attitude.

This location is closed to indoor dining and ordering from 9 pm to 6 am. Several people were waiting to order at the window and said they had been there for quite some time without anyone taking their order. We observed 2 employees inside who refused to even look toward the order window. We left without any service. Don't waste your here.

AMAZING Experience April was Very Happy and Perfect Service. Ayanna the Manager made our breakfast which was Exactly as Pictured. The entire Staff was cheerful and happy to be at work. The Store was Clean. A Totally Enjoyable Experience .

I had a really upsetting experience at this Starbucks. I kindly asked for a cup of hot water to mix my baby’s formula while on our way from the hotel to the airport. My baby was crying, and I had the bottle and formula ready — I just needed the water. The staff told me I had to purchase something first. I explained I wasn’t interested in ordering anything but was willing to pay, so I asked them to charge me for the cheapest item. Instead, I was charged nearly $5 for a drink I didn’t even want. In that moment, all I needed was a little understanding and human kindness. The woman gave me such an attitude like I inconvenienced her. It was a small ask, and when you’re traveling with an infant, things like this matter. I’ve never felt more irritated or disappointed at a Starbucks. I will never return to this location again.

I came in to pick up an uber eats order for a customer and I had my daughter with me which is 7. She asked for an ice water. The girl told her Absol-…. And stopped in midst of the absolutely and said I’m sorry, you can purchase a bottled water. Our new policy states that if you’re not making a purchase then you can’t get free ice water. Thinking back, I wasn’t even offered simply to purchase the ice water but a bottled water!!! I had already came to Starbucks earlier that morning about 6 am as I do every morning and for the past 20 plus years! Everyone knows my face and name and my drink that I order every day! So, to be told no for an ice water for my daughter while also picking up an order for them to deliver was like wooaaahhh! I also deliver Instacart orders for their milk, creamers etc TO Starbucks and they always have me stock the fridge. Ya know what, this is not protocol. I am not supposed to stock a fridge, but I do. Sometimes you just go the extra mile for people that you feel are home base. That will no longer be a thing! If any child were to ask me for an iced water, I wouldn’t care whether I’m working, walking, or at home, I’d give them one! So, for me to do business and spend my good estimated give or take $6,000 a year X 20 years with a company who doesn’t quite share those values, I’m good. She was sick and her allergies were acting up, she needed some water smh. I called back and addressed this with the manager and was advised of this new policy. I also advised about my child not feeling well and wanting the water and she advised if I would’ve just told her that then she would e gave us one. That was even more of an insult because why should a person have to explain something to get a cup of tap water.

Pitiful service here. Starbucks is just gone down hill. Expensive coffee with poor attitude employees just not a good combination. Doors were locked during regular hours I assume for staffing issues. The ordering screen is in odd place I thought it was for another store in the strip mall. Last 5 stores I've been to have had unfriendly staff. If not rude. Not sure how much longer this company will be in business with their poor service.

Service. 9:15pm manager on 5/28/25 doesn't know if she can take the top off of the bacon and Gouda. Cook it. Put it in the oatmeal container. And throw both buns away. This is the first time a Starbucks has said no u can't have that. I'm not doing that. I don't know if I can do that. Will someone please tell her for 5 years I have asked and gotten this for my gluten sensitivity. No problem. Today I'm evidently an idiot. Then paying in app on my phone was evidently a problem too that I didn't say pay in app when she could see my screen. All other cashiers just scan it and I'm paid. I don't get the issues?? Customer service is evidently a problem here. Order on menu. You'll b fine. Tell her what to do when paying. You'll be fine. I'm sooo irritated.

Got a little pick-me-up drink for my wife. The service was fast. The cashier was very nice and gave great customer service. A great experience overall.

Its unfortunate that I ended up having to score this location so low. I have visited frequently the last two weeks for 2 hours after work and purchased a couple of drinks each time while staying at an extended stay with an unsecure bad wifi connection a few minutes away so that I could use my secure 5G WiFi to handle secure business. Today was uncomfortably cold and my nose started running and it was too cold to type. I asked the baristas if they could turn down the air and they said they couldn't control it. It was not a problem any other time, but I couldn't even concentrate. I packed up snd left with my tasks incomplete.

Worst experience at a Starbucks to date. First off they are out of milk, secondly they are slammed and there’s one girl making the drinks and running the register and the others are restocking or just standing around aimlessly. We asked for a cappuccino with vanilla and they didn’t add a vanilla, and one of our venti drinks came as a grande. Waited here for over 30 minutes to get nothing good.

Don't get the loaded wedges! The picture on the menu looks NOTHING like what you get. And it's a little pricey for what you get! Jack used to be a good place to eat but their quality has gone downhill.

Sadly our love of Jack in the box was destroyed by this restaurant. Being from California Jack was our go to place frequently, coming home from a trip we try to stop as the closest Jack is 6 hours away. Service was super slow, when we came in no one was around for a few minutes. The tacos were super greasy all over not just at the meat, its like their grease was not hot enough l, the Jumbo Jack (which is my favorite) was terrible, worst I ever had. The only saving grace were the "Loaded mini tacos" they we delicious. The restaurant needs some work and staff (there were 3) need some customer service work.

Not bad, also not the best either. Couldn’t hear the lady at the mic it was turned down too low. My salad was literally so pitiful looking - it looked like scraps. We also ordered a burger it was okay and the jumbo spring roll was pretty good as well.

This is my first time at Jack in the Box. I had been told it's less than par but I had to try it for my self. It's sad how poor management at one location can affect the way you look at the entire company. Walk in and put in my order only to be told the curly fries are out of stock. Ok I'll have jalapeño poppers . Then I see one of the workers get the out of the freezer in a prepacked portion bag and start beating it against the wall! lol I then ask if it would be better to just get fries and he said that would probably be the best. Thanks for you honesty! I then take my cup to the drink fountain to get ice which is out so back to the counter for that. No big deal. Now back to the drink fountain to get my drink and it's literally out of most all options! Back to the counter and he says if it's out at one it's out at both! How hard is it to keep your staple items in stock? The burger wasn't bad but was far from great. The fries were warm at best! Well I can say I've tried it but do not think I will be back! To many places that take pride in their restaurant and products they put out to live with mediocre at best!

Absolutely filthy. Was going to dine in and not a single clean table, so ate in the car. The bathroom was absolutely discussing. Trash overflowed into floor, no tissue, no soap. I had never been to a jack in the box and never will return to one.

My boyfriend and I came from a concert in good spirits and looked forward to jack in the box because we remembered it from California. Unfortunately, we waited in the the drive thru for thirty minutes for two tacos and an order of French toast. I worked fast food before and it’s not difficult to take orders and have food ready to go. Will not be coming back to jack in the box for a while after this experience. The workers didn’t even bother to apologize

Chicken sandwich was super dry and gross tasting. Iced coffee tastes like burnt coffee grounds mixed with tire. This is a very poor example of what Jack in the Box can be. I would rather eat at any other local fast food chain

The energy egg bowl was quite good. The staff were friendly however the ordering process was a bit confusing. The only signs I saw upon entering was a sign direction me to a carryout order section. It wasn't clear where I was to order...do I seat myself or go up to a counter? There were "pickup here" signs but no "order here" signs that I saw. I was only one of two patrons in the restaurant so maybe it wouldn't have been as confusing if I saw a line of people when entering. Also, there are no menus posted at the order desk; it took me a second to find a folder of paper menus at the counter. Overall very awkward ordering process and makes me not want to return. It's a shame because the breakfast bowl was pretty good for the price paid.

If you are looking for a different breakfast experience, you need to make your way to Maple Street Biscuit Company. My wife and I stopped by on a Thursday morning and we had a great experience. We went with two of the Bold Bowls, the Hash and the Power bowl. Both of them were great and the portion sizes were spot on! We will definitely be back again!

Wow! I got the squawking goat and it was yummy. The goat cheese on it just melts on to the fried chicken and the chili sauce is sweet and tangy. Great combo. The cinnamon biscuits were absolutely devine. I got the maple vanilla coffee, and by far it is one of the best coffees I've had in a long time. Also Heidi was super friendly, patient, and helped with our decisions based on some of her favorites.

Abraham and Tanesha (hope I spelled it close) were both absolutely amazing and helpful on my first visit. I ordered several items to go to bring back to our crew staying at a hotel nearby and everyone absolutely loved everything. Even the presentation of it in to go boxes looked better than some local restaurants when they actually plate it for a sit down meal. Definitely a great first experience, and these days it always starts with great customer service.

I wouldn’t come back here or recommend it. There was not a lot of seating, people were unpleasantly yelling out names for orders in a way that ruined the atmosphere, the food did not come out as it stated on the menu, they had cold cheese on my breakfast taco and I had to ask for the extra toppings that should have already come with the food. My partner’s food seemed very uninteresting, unflavourful and basic. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff seemed very friendly and helpful, which was a highlight. This may not be the spot for us, however it was was very busy and had customers that seemed satisfied.

Bit disappointed on my first time trying this place. I ordered their five and dime without cheese through the app and they forgot the bacon. For the price I would have hoped for better quality checks. Fried egg was a bit overdone, but still tasted good. It was good without the bacon, but I imagine their bacon is maple flavored given their name, which is what I would have liked to have tried. I haven't eaten inside their restaurant, but my suggestion is don't get takeout unless you are willing to check your order very carefully.

I hate the new French fries!! Please change them back This Chick-fil-A is amazing. I love they still have a playground for my kiddos. It’s always clean. Staff is predominantly young but they are always so nice. This is also one of the few locations that do large Mac n cheese, which is great for my 3 small kids!

My mother in law really enjoys going to any Chick-fil-A, so when I noticed the ad for the pretzel cheddar club, she said let’s go try it! We visited on September 6. I also promised to take her to the nearby Barnes & Noble bookstore. I try to make it a fun trip out, she’s 83. When we walked in there were many people just waiting for their orders. It seemed a bit disorganized. The restaurant wasn’t as tidy as usual chick fil A’s tend to be. But they were still as courteous & friendly as usual but just busy knocking out orders. Because my MIL doesn’t eat much, we shared the pretzel sandwich as a meal with fries, and each got our own beverages. I love the sweet tea—it’s my go-to. Before leaving I also ordered a vanilla shake but mistakenly with whipped cream. My fault! We enjoyed the pretzel club & everything else! Happy exploring 📍 Josephine Local Guide

Tuesday, 10/28/2025 at 7:50pm. Some of the lowest quality food I’ve ever purchased ESPECIALLY from Chick-fil-A. It’s one thing for the team members to be rude and not talk or say anything when giving me my drinks and food but it’s a whole other thing to outright use old/unfiltered oil for the nuggets. This entire order went in the trash. The fries were so low in the boxes with a ridiculous amount of small pieces and bad/black spots on multiple fries but somehow also undercooked potatoes that got stuck together, so they didn’t even shake the basket. The drinks had spilled liquids (assuming soda/tea) on the sides. I’m beyond frustrated with this experience. Please reevaluate the people you have working the night shift.

Short trip to Concord and stopped by for breakfast. Chick-fil-A is always a pleasant experience, and this location did not disappoint. We were greeted with a warm welcome, our order was served tableside in a timely manner, and a sweet lady, " washed our dishes." Thank you for the kindness of all the employees we encountered.

This is an outstanding example of a Chick-fil-A business. It is fast, and efficient. Also, doesn’t mind if you come in late to order, and is very friendly. The cold brew I got is great! Well done!

I am the spouse of a disabled veteran who served 26 years in the army . Whenever we visit Charlotte we always stop at this Chick-fil-A because they honor the military with a discount. On October 1, I placed an order once I looked at my receipt. I discovered I did not receive the discount. The manager came to the window and said they do not give the military a discount and if they did, they would not give it to the spouse. I have visited this Chick-fil-A for over three years and received a military discount each time. The manager was very adamant about not giving me the discount so i asked for a refund. He gladly refunded my money and sarcastically told me to have a good day. Is this the kind of Customer Service Chick-fil-A offers their customers?

I placed an online order for breakfast and paid at 10:27 while waiting in the drive through line to secure my breakfast. The worker walks up to my car at 10:30 and said he couldn’t serve me breakfast even though I had paid for it and I had to cancel my order. This is very unprofessional especially since the app indicates, “arrive by 10:30.” Very Disappointed and Unsatisfied

Had breakfast with a friend here this morning. Neat and very popular place in Concord, NC on a main road. Extensive menu and they are always packed. Quick service, attentive and pleasant waitstaff is always a plus in my book! I ordered the chicken and waffles- which was a delicious waffle sprinkled with powdered sugar served of a small cup of warm syrup. The chicken was tender tasty strips and I might add, quite a few of them. She got eggs, buttery grits, bacon and toast along with some hash browns. Both of us got a glass of orange juice. Reasonably priced menu, so glad she introduced me to this place. I will be back!

My first time there, it's a hit with my relatives and the local town folk as well. I had the blueberry pancakes with cheese eggs and turkey sausage. My wife had pancakes with home fries, cheese eggs, and turkey sausage. With an expansive menu, I'll definitely come back to try different dishes the next time I'm in town. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The bananas foster pancakes were delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was great. There was a little wait but it was to be expected. Good home style breakfast and lunch options.

There was a wait, the hostess wrote down the wrong name so I never heard my name called. After going up there I finally got a seat. I ordered my mea eggs over medium, when i got them they were less than over easyl and a side of biscuits and gravy. My gravy had a hair in it. Then I noticed none of the kitchen staff wore hair nets. I lost my appetite after finding the hair after eating half my biscuits and gravy. The waitress took off my side of gravy and my drinks. Also condensation was leaking from all of the vents in the ceiling falling onto the floor.

Overall great experience. Seated promptly. Food came out pretty quickly. The food was all tasty. The real standout was the service. Alicia was absolutely terrific start to finish. Steps of service were on point and her hospitality was unmatched. She made the experience memorable.

Place is awesome! Great food, large portions, fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Puts Cracker Barrel to shame!!!

I paid a total of $8.55 for less than a half of bowl of soup. That is ridiculous! Stop being cheap with the servings. It doesn't cost much to make broccoli cheddar soup. The least you can do is give us full bowl when paying for a bowl of soup! The second picture is supposedly a mango smoothie. Please train your staff on how to properly prepare the dishes!

Went here with my son and the food was delicious. The staff and atmosphere was nice! Nice little spot to have a private conversation and walk away feeling good because there was nothing fried or greasy sitting at the bottom of your stomach. By the way, pictured here is the Napa almond chicken salad half sandwich with wild chicken rice soup, broccoli cheddar soup with pepperoni flatbread pizza.

I had the Mediterranean Chicken Greens and Grains salad, topped with some hummus and feta in an oil vinaigrette dressing, that was really very good. My husband had one of their other salads. This location was very clean, staff were very friendly and organized and efficient. Great place to stop for a quick lunch or evening to sit and chat.

I ordered onlina dh asked to pick up in the drive through. I was early and they asked me to pull around. Now they have taken and filled orders in the drive through but I'm not allowed to wait for my food? I should just order at the restaurant because then I could wait for my food. If you order in line you should be asked to pull around for the people in Line to pick up. 20 minutes I've waited.

My food is always correct and the staff is super friendly, but never, never, never come here when you're in a hurry. I get Panera takes longer than your average fast food places, but the Harrisburg and Charlotte locations move A LOT faster.

Ordered Cinnamon Crunch bagels on Monday night for Tuesday on the 19th Aug. No crunch they were slimy and wet even toasting didn’t help. They also were flat. Very disappointed with Panera first time I’ve gotten bagels that were not perfect.

All ways enjoy there food. When in town it's on the list of very good sandwiches I do enjoy a great sandwich!

It's about as low on my return list as you can get. My sandwich tasted like it was left over from the day before. I rarely eat fast food, but this place may have turned me off for good. The people well represent the establishment could not hear a word she said and was less than adequate when she tried to make change. I don't think they wanted to be there either...

The restaurant was very clean and customer service was good. We ordered an array of food since we have never been and we live far away. Our food was fresh and very tasty. I really like the tacos. They're pretty unique but very good. My son got a breakfast sandwich as well to try the next morning. He said the breakfast is tasty too.

I ate the bacon double smash burger with straight fries. The fries were fresh and hot. The burger looked fantastic and was, but I'm not a fan of the sauce, it's just to sweet. Staff was cool and friendly. I only saw two staff and I waited a bit longer than usual. That's ok cause everything was fresh and hot. The should really clean up the parking lot as lots of trash was blowing about. If I'm in the area and want a good burger I'll be back. Good stuff.

My daughter and I drove to Concord to pick up a new rabbit. The sandwiches were delicious. The fries weren't warm but the onion rings were fresh out of the grease. The cashier was nice and positive. The restaurant was clean and presentable. I asked for fresh fries for our to go order. Overall, a positive experience.

I purposely come almost an hour away from Greensboro NC to get Jack in the box. Because of the distance, I always ask for my tacos to have lettuce on the side. Sometimes this is not always received well but tonight, Jazmine at this location not only was helpful with it, but did it with a smile and personality that I will never forget. Great job to this location and especially her. I will definitely be back!!!

Yet another horrible fast-food dump that does not care! We placed an order through Instacart for Jack in the Box, and it was beyond a bad decision. The receipt on the sealed bag was 100% correct but everything inside the bag was wrong. We were charged $38 for 2 small kids burgers and one apple juice. I called Jack in the Box, and they would let the phone ring and ring. After about two minutes someone would pick up, wait a second and hang up. I called Instacart and they said I needed to call Uber eats and they would take care of the mistake. I called Uber and the number I was given is not in service and there is no way possible to speak with a human at Uber. I called Instacart back and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried the store again for over an hour and they would just pick up and hang up... I called Instacart again and they said place the order again and they would reach out to Uber to get a refund, so we did. When the order arrived, we had two of the seven items in the bag, and both were made wrong! I tried to get it again and faced the same issue. I contacted my credit card company, and they said to file a negative review and if I had not heard from them within 48 hours to call them back and they would refund both orders and charge them back and I should also file a complaint with the BBB and I plan on doing so! We will never return to Jack in Box 943 Concord Pkwy South Concord, NC 28027! I ordered my food like 5.51.pm now the time is 6.20pm still my order didn’t arrive. And they saying they busy but I’m the only one in drive thru. Bad customer service ever. I will give them 0 star. @Jack in the box you should close the restaurant if you give this kind of service to customers.

Cool place with good coffee and great service. Beautiful decor. My husband really loved the red velvet cake and blueberry pie latte. Their homemade ice cream was delicious ...not too sweet and full of flavor.

They offer coffee, other drinks, and some food options. 4 stars as the women's bathroom needs a deep cleaning, and when I approached the counter to order, the team member behind the counter didn't greet me/say hello. This was my first time here, and I was unaware that you order and pay on their tablet. Great idea, but execution could be better. The team should still be friendly.

My latest pastry adventure was to Percantile and Creamery. I arrived at 8ish on a Friday morning. The cinnamon sugar Kronuts were delicious, however, the cinnamon roll was old, hard and clearly not freshly made. I would return for the Kronuts only. I would not recommend the cinnamon rolls.

Found this place while waiting for my kids' swim lessons and was in serious need of a coffee. The Percantile and Creamery has such a cool, vintage vibe and a fantastic selection of coffee and other beverages. They also have a tempting array of cakes and treats for those with a sweet tooth. While I'm not one to splurge on coffee often, this spot is definitely going on my list for whenever I need a little pick-me-up.

I went to this Starbucks while in the hospital with my 3yr old daughter because she was admitted and had to stay over nigh with only 2 hrs of sleep. Well first off the heavy set lady with the glasses at the front counter is extremely rude and disrespectful, I purchased 2 drinks and they were disgusting. Now mind you I get this drink all the time from Starbucks and never had any issues. After tasting mines and my mom’s drink it wasn’t to my our liking and had a very strong coffee taste, I nicely went back to the counter and told the lady that the drinks were not good. She then started to go back and forth with me like I asked for a refund, I only either wanted the drinks made over or something else on the menu. The lady then said I will have to charge, I said I’m not paying for another drink after i just paid $19.00 for something that wasn’t made right. So long story short I will never spend my money at this Starbucks again and this is not how you treat a paying customer who was not once rude to you until you became rude to them. I will be reporting her until she is reprimanded for her actions.

I was disappointed to find that I was charged extra for requesting no ice in my drink. Not only does this feel unreasonable—since I'm not asking for more product, just a simple omission—but in some cases, like mine, it can be a medical preference or necessity. Cold drinks with ice can trigger health issues for certain individuals, and it’s frustrating to be penalized for making a choice based on personal well-being. I hope Starbucks considers revising this policy to accommodate customers with valid reasons for drink modifications.

Closed every time I am there, no hours posted. Cafeteria staff said it is open 6am-5pm. Cafeteria (Cafe 920) is 24/7, go there instead.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The lady at the counter was extremely rude! I am staying at the hospital with my sick grandchild and just wanted a good hot latte. I asked for whip cream in my latte and she said no. Really?! I should be able to get whatever I want...especially if I'm paying for it! Teach her some customer service!

The food reminded me of school cafeteria food. The tables were sticky and disgusting (see the pictures). women's bathroom was dirty and dimly lit. The only thing that was good was the fried okra.

Entered the building at 5:45p. Received food at 6:20. Ordered Fried flounder and calabash, corn bread, cole slaw, fries, hushpuppies pintos and corn. All I was able to eat were the fries. Tasted all but...it did not taste as it should. I heard flattering info about Parkway House Family Restaurant. I don't know if this establishment is affiliated with the other Concord, NC Restaurant but someone is fibbing. I was very disappointed 😞 😔. And was still hungry as I left.

Absolutely the worst chicken parmigiana I have ever gotten from a restaurant. The meat sauce was burnt. The pasta was severely overcooked. Couldn’t even twist it with a fork. The chicken you could tell it wasn’t fresh chicken but frozen chicken strips that were cut up.. wife got the grilled chicken Alfredo she said it was terrible overcooked no flavor and her salad dressing was spoiled. Spent over 30 dollars just to throw it in the trash. In our opinion this place is the worse place to eat at in Concord. We had the same problem a couple years ago. Will never go back again. I rate it a 0 out of ten. Straight up trash food.

Our party of 6 was seated quickly upon entering and given a seat. Waited about 10 minutes for waitress to come take our drink order. Waited another 10 minutes for coffee and 1 orange juice. Ordered our food and Waited another 30 minutes for eggs. Waitress seemed very unhappy and had a sour attitude. Food came out and was delicious. Heard them say they were out of silverware all morning , had to search for hot sauce. Overall would not come again. Cooking at our air bnb would've been easier. Watched a couple walk out after waiting 15 minutes for drinks. Another couple near us had no silverware and wasn't sure if it was even clean upon being dropped off to table.

Ordered a simple breakfast with hardly anyone else in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get a waffle, 2 scrambled eggs and liver mush. Ended up paying for the entire platter even though we had to leave before our waffle was brought to us. Very disappointing.

So, as a customer I am beyond heated and utterly shocked at the disrespect I just received. My friend and I were eating peacefully not disturbing anyone when the cashier, not our waiter, told him to remove his feet from the booth. My friend did not pay her any mind as his foot was asleep and needed to put his feet up. She then repeats herself in an argumentative tone and I ask her to mind her business respectfully. She then proceeds to say she is going to call the cops on us because his feet are in the booth. THEN, she goes behind the register and takes out her phone and as she does so, I ask her not to take photos of us as I had already seen that she had. She then points the camera at me and takes a picture after I told her not to do so which is very disrespectful and does not respect my rights as I did not give consent for her to photograph us. And threatening to call the cops is absurd as we did absolutely nothing wrong. Absolutely astonished at the audacity of the cashier, I believe her name was Kriss.

Not a fan. Had hot sandwiches. A roast beef and a meatball sub. One had twice as many fries. The service was great without a doubt. I will go and try it for breakfast and see if that will make me a believer

I came to this location at like one in the morning. When I walked in, it wasn't busy, but I saw they had a few online orders. I placed an order to go with Mike, and he called my order out in a timely manner. It took awhile for the food to get cooked; however, I didn't mind at all. Miguel seemed frustrated with the rush and only having him and one other person (from what I could tell). This DIDN'T affect his attitude towards me or his coworker. He was kind and funny, and we had a nice chat while he made my food "with love". Mike was also handling the little rush and calling out the orders wonderfully. These men handle the rush, frustrations with work, and the few customers that came in while I waited so beautifully. My food was also very delicious!

Terrible experience at this place waited on food so long it was terrible. First the food i ordered came out burnt, then it was remade wrong, then recooked again which I received a basically raw steak that fell on the floor then my order was recooked again half correct this time and half still wrong then the male manager I think his named was Brice refused to do any type of bill adjustment for the ordeal as a courtesy and he was very rude to all of us. Someone else suggested he do that indidnt ask but this was the absolute Worst experience ever at this waffle house place in concord by the cookout restaurant. There was about 12 people behind counter wine in plain clothes, plain clothes lady sweeping the lobby with two kids there we didn’t know who was employed here at this moment. Just a mess.

Friendly environment and great services from the waitress. The food is always on point from the cooks and I am never disappointed when I eat there. I personally think the cooks and waitresses deserve a raise.

Only 5 customers in the restaurant sat for twenty minutes with every table in the restaurant filthy waiting for somebody on staff to do anything to clean up even acknowledge that I had came in as a new customer. In the twenty minutes I was there not a single person on staff spoke to me I witnessed one of the servers yell at an older female server for trying to clean a table telling her she didn't need to be touching none of that and then proceeded to cuss and drop multiple f bombs in front of my for year old Beyond unacceptable go to any other location except this one

This was the best late night experience I've had at a waffle house. They had a very good group of people working. They got my order right. The place was clean. I was surprised as I've been to this location before and experienced none of that.

If you ever find yourself at Waffle House and get a server named Alvyn, just know you’re about to enter a new level of customer service purgatory. This man acted like taking my order was a personal insult. I asked for hashbrowns with cheese—he gave me hashbrowns with an attitude. My coffee cup sat empty so long I started to wonder if it was part of some kind of survival challenge. At one point, I swear Alvyn disappeared for 20 minutes and reappeared like nothing happened, holding a plate that looked like it lost a fight with the microwave. I asked for a refill, he sighed so loud I thought he was trying to summon a ghost. Honestly, if you’re looking for someone who will make you question your life choices while serving you soggy waffles, Alvyn is your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the trauma and go literally anywhere else.

I hate leaving reviews like this but this is not my first issue with this deli. How hard is it to toast a bagel? They give it as an option but my bagels are never toasted. My bagel was also missing sesame seeds on a good half of the bagel. Otherwise, bagel was tasty. I actually stopped going there for a bit because of the constant mess ups on the order and decided to give them a try again today. Also, the staff is so rude. Just terrible. You can walk in there happy and leave annoyed. Their attitude is almost like you should be grateful to them for making your food. Won’t be going back again.

The restaurant gets hammered with door dashers and does a great job of catering to both sides of the business. There are plenty of great options to choose from. Didn't wait long, and the place is kept up with extremely well. If you're looking for a bagel station type place, then look no further.

If you actually want to taste the cream cheese you ordered on your bagel, don’t come here. They used to be good 2 years ago and now they hardly put any cream cheese on the bagel that you can’t even taste it. Very disappointing.

Do not recommend! Place was decent when we first moved into the area in 2023, since, I think they’ve gotten new ownership. This past time will be the last time going as it summed up every experience we have had under the new owners…. Staff of teenagers don’t even try and act like they care. My wife and I waited 15 minutes for our 2 bagels as we watched the 4 kids play with water guns behind the counter, in the kitchen and even into the dining area?! Even watched one of them fix his hair with the food prep gloves on and continue about his half food prep/half water gun fight. Sure enough, when we finally got our food, there was a hair in one of our bagels! We got a refund and decided this place is too far gone to come back. Not to mention $13 plus for a sandwich seems high even with decent service.

It's about time people started seeing updated reviews under new management. I generally come here twice a week. I started coming to Mike's in 2019 and was really pleased with the food and service. Fast forward to last year, in 2023, the establishment underwent a management transition. Let me tell you, it went downhill from here. The food was not up to par. Eggs are partially cooked when the egg white remains runny due to the little time they spent on the grill. Avoid hash browns. This is the third time they've been burnt, and I believe they pre-fry them and upon customers order they dip them back to the fryer to heat them back up. The images you see are frightening. I ordered two, and this is what I received. Price increase with food just not even worth getting here. At this point, I'm just going to another establishment.

When I moved to the area, I was sad to find there wasn’t a lot of options for good bagels so I was so excited to try Mike’s Deli. We were not disappointed! I usually just get an egg everything bagel with lox spread and it’s so good. My husband got a bagel sandwich and he said it was tasty too. I try to go when it’s not super busy because they can get kind of backed up, especially on Sunday mornings.

I want a sandwich & Googled what was in the area & Mike's came right up. So I decided to give them a try. & I'm sorry I did!!. I ordered the corn beef on rye it was we'll definitely not the sandwich I was waiting to taste or expected to be. Had the the fixings on the sandwich & everything on the sandwich was dried out the onions tasted so horrible & the rest tasted the same. I ended up eating a half of it & threw away the other half. Remind you it was pretty close to closing time around 2or3 I think it was when I had arrived to this place. The sandwich came with potato salad. I think the only thing Mike did to the potato salad was just boiled the potatoes ( barley) & put it into a cup. Had NO TASTE AT ALL!!. I ended up throwing that away immediately. So in all I had a very bad experience at Mike's & mostly LIKELY definitely not going back at all!

They should lose New York in the name this is nothing like a NY bakery. Don't get me wrong, they are a decent little place. They have ok cakes & pastries. The bread is nothing like bread in a NY bakery.

Found this amazing bakery on Monday and decided to come back every morning since for my husband's "birthday treat week". Every item fresh, made from scratch, I can taste the love and the passion that goes into everything they bake!! Today is the grand finale of "birthday, treat week" and it did not disappoint!! Best Bagels Outside of New York! 🥯❤️ This bakery has completely stolen my heart! Their New York-style bagels are everything — perfectly chewy, golden on the outside, and packed with flavor. Every bite tastes like home. You can tell they care about quality and tradition. I’m officially obsessed! I also love there other sweets! But the bagels keep bringing me back! And the customer service is amazing!

From the first time I walked into this bakery I was super excited because it reminded me of a bakery back home in Jersey. I have taken home a number of items from here and everything has been hands down excellent, fresh,,and making me want to go back for more. It started out for me with the crumb cake ( more crumb than cake) just like it should be!!! The muffins are most definitely the best I have ever had. And then being able to take home a fresh in house made bagel to make my pork roll and cheese on is the absolute best!!! If you haven’t tried any of these excellent items it has to be on your to do list!!!!!

Dough Bakery is one of my favorite places in Concord. The pumpernickel bagel is a personal go-to, but honestly, everything I’ve tried has been great. The owners are kind and welcoming, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Definitely worth a visit.

I ordered a gender reveal cake from here. My doctor messed up some scheduling so I didn't get my gender to them in the time I was expecting. They were very polite and professional about the situation and I got my cake beautifully done and in great time. Plus, it was delicious 😋

Today, we walked into an establishment that was completely darkened. I bought a chocolate chip cookie that didn't taste fresh.

Been here a few times and each time I tell myself that it was can worst and each time they prove it. My most recent experience was spending 35 minutes waiting for my drive thru order. When an employee brought me my order it wasn’t what I had ordered at all. As I’m walking into the restaurant another customer in front of me mentioned that he hasn’t received his order. The order he was missing was the order I was given. After standing inside for an additional 15 minutes I received my food and left. After getting home I realized the order was still wrong. Mind you I handed the receipt to the employee of my order. This location needs some TLC with its employees. Regardless of it being “McDonald’s” it’s still a job and should be taken with pride

Service was slow and they left items out of our order, which seems to be a common issue at 75% of McDonald's. Also.... Don't advertise Happy Meals with some special toy if you are ALWAYS out of that toy (every time, every location). The same people that maintain their ice cream machines must manufacture their toys also.

The employees at this location have the customer service skills of a spoon. I understand that this is just a McDonalds but please teach your staff to have a personality especially when they are dealing with customers everyday. A simple response when I say good morning would be appreciated and not slamming the drive thru door on me when I go to ask a question.

So it’s august 9th 2025. 940am. Dine in. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. First my bagel is burnt so much that it’s falling apart. Second there is too much sauce on this. It taste like it is old. To get the attention of staff it takes an act of congress. They see you and keep walking by. I’ve spoken several times to gain at least eye contact but they act like I’m not there. I only needed ketchup. Finally got their attention and the girl that I interacted with was antisocial. She didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. Do better or get a whole new staff that knows what customer care means!!! Slow and not attentive to orders. They don’t read the orders from the app if it’s customized.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and cheese only no sauces. It came with some type of sauce. I took 2 bites because I was hungry. I threw it away. Register receipt showed the special order that I ordered. Never coming back.

Told to pull off in an area to wait on French fries. Waited 15 minutes and called. I was told will bring it out when it’s ready and hung up. I ended up having to go in for my cold food. Horrible & Rude!

I ordered several nugget meals & side salads. I had to turn around because they forgot our dressings. The same guy who took my order through the drive thru was now inside. I explained to him that we didn’t get the dressing & he said he’d grab it for me in just a moment. He then passed me 4 times taking food to the tables before getting it. When I got back to the car my son said they forgot forks. Sent him in to get it & we left. Then found out they didn’t give us enough sauce for all the meals. Definitely do not recommend this location.

We came 6/16 and did an online order right before a crazy storm came through. It started pouring right when we pulled up. There was only one girl initially running the line but she was holding it down! The whole team eventually came out to help because it looked like there were some technical issues and they did amazing! This team gives great service and did amazing.

At this point Chick fil a is like any other fast food restaurant. Went today & of course the food isn’t fresh just like the last 5x I’ve been. Got a 8pc combo and of course I had maybe 7 fries and only 6 nuggets & chick fil a is not cheap but skimping on food!

Quick, friendly service. Great food. I get the grilled chicken on a regular while bun as I can't have the seeds on the bun it comes on. They are always very nice when I request the regular bun. I love the lemonade.

The food was good, as usual. I've worked at multiple Chick-fil-A as a teenager and visit them frequently. The service inside was awful and unacceptable. But don't worry, the manager was sorry and thanked me for letting her know when I called to seek resolution instead of leaving a review. The young lady at the register must be hard of hearing, we had to repeat multiple parts of the order that were JUST said to her. Then we completed the order and stepped back/aside to allow the next people in line. She made their drinks and never made ours. Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A interior orders involve the employee taking the order, making your drinks, providing said drinks and then you wait for food. We waited a bit for food, it was busy for 2pm. And then when the older woman doing the front realized we didn't have drinks with the food she handed us, she slowly but surely made them. The teenager who had failed to do so had stood around refilling cups with no customers and not realizing or even caring that she had not made our drinks and delayed us by another 3-5 minutes. This is FAR from the brand expectations for Chick-fil-A and I'll just be skipping that exit from now on while travelling for work weekly.

I just spent almost 30 dollars for food with no condiments. Really. Never again. Everything is just plain. No ketchup or jelly. I ordered thru uber eats. I won’t make this mistake again dealing with this location.

My husband and I went through this CFA, at 9:34ish pm, to get a Frosted Coffee. We ordered and once at window, they informed us the ice cream machine was getting closed down and the frosted coffee would be liquid…. We got a refund…left…. Does not make sense to clean the machine 25mins before closing.

Well, I really like eating awake, although sometimes they forget to put lettuce, tomato, or strawberry in the lemonade, but I always come back because the food is made well. Always clean and friendly.

We staff were nice and the food was amazing. The food came out in 2 minutes and was hot and fresh best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. 😃

Always delicious and fast! Customer service is top priority to them and it's more-than-obvious. Love their fresh salads! I'm also a tad bit obsessed with Chick-fil-A sauce. I'm so happy they started selling big bottles. The Concord location is busy and for a good reason. They are excellent.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service. I think being nice is just ingrained in their work culture. However I dont know what the cook was on because burnt chicken strips were not the key to fulfilling my hunger. I was just hangry that i spent money on a quick bite that was too burnt to enjoy. While i will visit again, i will also check my food to ensure that it is edible and not just food for the garbage rodents.

Family. It’s the first word that comes to mind. You are always greeted, treated like part of the family, and the food and service are excellent. Highly recommend, perfect spot for a morning meal.

Cheeseburger deluxe was good for $7. Burger was pretty good. I had fried squash, it was good. Fries were good that my wife had. Kids meal was ok. I dont know that this is the cleanest place in the world but a good local restaurant. Please support it if you like their menu. They were busy at lunch.

Great food, great atmosphere and amazing cooks... the variety of food is vast and the speed and accuracy of the dishes is better than most... you have to try it!!!

Got a cheeseburger which honestly looked like it sat for awhile and was dry, Mac and chz looks like it was out of the box(Kraft) and cabbage had no seasoning just tasted mediocre. This was my first time eating here and I’m not impressed at all and either were my coworkers that also got food .

Wayside always delivers when it comes to a good meal,always happy with the food. Breakfast is excellent, as well as lunch and dinner, they have just about everything you can think of, as well as daily specials. I eat the grilled chicken pita often, I usally add bacon, and 🧀, which is lil extra but it's excellent every time. Staff is very friendly, and always very attentive. I recommend church street wayside. There is Something for all ages.

Said they were out of strawberry pies after I paid. The man at the window one was nice about it and told me I said id be cool with an apple pie. Then got to the second window and the other male said the strawberry pies just came out and were very hot. but this is how it came... I could hurt someone with this thing! Hard as a rock and exploded in the box??? Not sure how but whatever. Super annoying. All I wanted before going into work was a stupid pie!! Thanks alot.

I came through the drive through with my mobile code. I was told to move forward to the second window. I pulled up to that window and she tried to hand me a chicken sandwich. I told her that’s not what I ordered and gave her my code BX98. A manger Carmen came to the window and I showed her my phone with the code then the order details. She went to the computer and said she couldn’t find my order and told me I had to come in the restaurant. I told her I didn’t have the proper clothing on to come in. She asked me what I wanted her to do and I tilde I just wanted the food I paid for. She told me she was too busy and couldn’t help me. I said what about the order I paid for and asked to speak with another manager. She told me I would have to pull up and the other manager would be out to talk to me. A couple minutes later Tiffany came out with food and asked if it was my order. It was my order and she said she wanted to make sure my fries were hot and went back in and brought fresh fries. Tiffany was very pleasant and helpful unlike Carmen. I got my correct order. Thank you Tiffany for being very customer friendly and willing to go the extra steps to make sure I was satisfied. FYI this food was for my young boys at home and they eat McDonald’s often.

I wanted to review this location after my first visit two nights ago. The stars would not have changed, but I did not get any of the names. And, knowing that I was going to be in town for a few days, I wanted to ensure that I wouldn't have to re-review with a bad rating, should I encounter poor service over my next few days. But, for the first visit, I was pleasantly greeted in a timely manner. In fact, as I waited (lingering near the counter since I like to get a good view of the back of house) I was actually greeted four times - each by a different team member immediately, without sign of bother or hesitation upon first noticing me. The food came out quick, and was reliably McDonald's hot and tasty. My second visit (yesterday) kind of made me wish there was a secret sixth star that I could give. An entirely new crew gave me the same fast, friendly and flavorful service and food, which made getting any names a moot point. But, now, here on day three, and also on my final visit as I am leaving town tomorrow continuing on my walk of unity; I am officially creating a secret sixth star. A mixture of the previous two crews but still a few new faces, and still the same speedy, smiling, savory service has made them worthy of a mini essay and the stamp of 815 Peace Project's approval. I'd chalk their parking lot with a beautiful mural if I knew it was legal, or thought they wouldn't mind, or had any sidewalk chalk, or any artistic ability to draw. I would definitely visit again, if I am ever in town again, and would happily recommend that anyone within 50 miles make the trip at least once.

I’m a dasher for door dash and I was standing at the counter for almost 45 minutes while being the only person in the whole store without even being spoken to by a single person. Meanwhile the whole staff is staring at me and talking having a great time. Not making orders. I was only waiting for a 4 piece nugget. Complete and total BULLSHIT. just saying.

Super kind and courteous staff. Very hard working. They are all dedicated to giving excellent service throughout the years. Shout out to Sidel for his outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work. And thank you for all you do every single day and for your patience with all of us.

Didn't dine in. The French fries were all of that and more. Nice and hot. Didn't even need ketchup. Now, you know that's some fries to perfection when you(i) don't need ketchup.

Went into the store at 9:30pm waited about 10 minutes before staff took my order. Ordered 2 family dinner boxes ticket order 160. My sister order behind me order a dinner box as well after about 30 or 40 minutes my number was called my sister went up to ask for a refund at 11pm because all the staff was concerned with clearing the drive thur and filling doordash orders not the large crowd of customers waiting in the lobby serveral customers were asking about their orders and were told that they were waiting on food but the drive thur was flowing. Maybe this store should be drive thur only no concerned is shown to the in store customers.

It's a McDonald's 😶🤷🏽‍♀️. Overall it's a good one, with a clean uncrowded playground 🤩 I would eat here under normal circumstances..but my 6 year old had extra energy & it was 90°, humid & later in the day. I was able to sit for a few minutes while he played. It was busy but everyone working was very nice & helpful. I didn't regret going and I even let him get a happy meal & I got a coffee. It was very clean inside and out & they were bringing orders to a few families inside the play part instead of making them come back to get them which was extra nice.

My food is always hot and fresh and correct! Everyone has a good attitude in the morning which is also a plus. Minimal wait time whether I order in advance on the app or the drive thru, I can count on their swiftness.

This place is ghetto and unprofessional! First of all work on your intercom professionalism and don't act bothered when I ask for fresh fries. Nobody once heat lamp fries!! My personal opinion is to fire the ones that’s not doing you any good and keep the ones that are

I attempted to get food from them but was never able to. They told me to pull up to the second window but never gave me my food nor did they provide any updates. When I circled back, they said they were waiting for my food to cook. I asked for a refund and the people became combative. The person at the window held on to my card and went back to tell the people to hurry and give the food. I asked for my card back and repeated that I wanted a refund. The person eventually gave me a refund. I will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend.

The food is good. I think most people eat here or has before. Last time they got my order wrong and that was a let down.

Wasn’t a fan of the new shake and they replaced them, burger was cooked perfectly and out customer ordered was correct

When the girl manager I can’t remember her name but she always make my drink correct and is the sweetest unless a lead or manager makes my drink it’s always made wrong. For a drink to be $7 $8 I don’t understand why it’s made wrong, I’ve had my matcha replaced over 4 times because employees simply don’t care or are just not following proper procedures I never have ANY issues when a higher up is making my drink I attached a picture of how it supposed to look and how it comes when it’s made right and the second picture is what I CONTINUE to get when a regular employee makes it I’m just simply tired of placing the same exact order and never knowing if my drink is going to be gross or not and I hate having to call and get it replaced just because of this. I just want it to be made right the first time.

I’m really disappointed at how the customer service has gone downhill at this location. We stopped by yesterday and went through the drive through. There were only two cars in the parking lot and we were the only customers in drive through. We waited a long time before being acknowledged, waited a long time before receiving our drink and weren’t communicated with during the whole interaction. We also asked for napkins and were handed a balled up wad through the window. It was just sad and not what I expect from a Starbucks. I would highly suggest going to the new one down the street or the one in target, your bound to get better service.

This is one of their worse locations. Not only was I waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window, i was ignore for close to two mins. The barista at the window never acknowledge me and was laughing with his coworkers. I got his attention and asked to pay for my drink. He never apologized for the wait. When I asked about the delay, he said it wasn’t their fault because there was a new person. I told him I didn’t want to leave after ordering the drink because I don’t think that is a nice thing to do. His response was it wasn’t his fault I waited. Never going to that Starbucks location again

A few very undertrained employees working. Ordered food and drink drinks.. they put the wrong food in, then never made the right food. It’s been 13 minutes and we are waiting for four drinks... they made a few of our drinks then did drive-through drinks then made two more of our drinks then did drive-through drinks and we are still just sitting here waiting.. if somebody at corporate reads this, you need to fire the manager for this location. This is madness..

1/3 on the "craft connect uplift" mission. Cleaning supplies still sprawled out on top of the inside trash area which doubles as a condiment station. Atmosphere is loud and frantic and it seems they are busy with drive thru orders

My iced chai latte tasted like nothing but just milk. I also asked for a pumpkin loaf warmed up and it wasn’t the warm temperature I usually receive it as.

Update: This location has been renovated and looks really nice. Service has been good in my XP. Previous: This location has improved a lot. The drinks used to come out tasting a little off and they used to be really slow, but I've noticed a slow improvement. I'm glad too b/c this is the closest Starbucks to my home.

I place 2 separate orders. The first order was a double cheeseburger plan just meat and bread. I checked my food b4 I pulled off the burger was messed up. I went in so they can fix it. I waited 15 minutes for a burger to be remade only for it to still be wrong. So I had to come back in. She gave me a refund for the burger and made it herself. (the manager). So now all of my other food is cold my nerds icey had melted. My 2nd order was 2 jr whopper meals. Instead of the cashier telling me I can’t add the icey to the meal he takes it upon himself to ring me up for something else. So when I got to the window I’m asking what’s the difference in the 2 being that i ordered the same thing but I see 2 different prices. He got and attitude with me and told me it was on the receipt. As a former cashier it’s their job to let the customer know what will be a good selection for them instead of just ringing them up without telling them. I tried to do a survey but every time I enter the Code it says it’s invalid. Had I knew i couldn’t add the icey to my order i would have just gotten a regular drink. But he didn’t give me the option or inform me of the difference. Yall need to do better. I really want my money back for everything because my kids had to come home and re heat they food up all because the cooks not paying attention to the orders. And I had to wait 15 minutes for a burger that was still messed up.

I stop by to pickup my mobile order. I waited at the register for 2-3 minutes before the manager with a burgundy shirt said anything. Do you have a mobile order? Me: Hello hi maam. Her: hi do you have a mobile order me: yes under my name. She never turned back around to communicate if it was ready and or how long would it be. Once I received my order it was wrong so I asked her were they out of tomatoes? She replied being sarcastic and O told her she is rude

Very good evening out with the family. Fast service even though they were slammed with business ... Update 06/01/2025 If I could give service a negative I would! I stood in the lobby for 15-20 minutes with no help or even being spoken to! My wife needed the rest room but two opposite sex employees were in there with the door locked so I'm going to assume it wasn't work like cleaning going on! ... This place was disgusting! Two employees looked like they were going to fight at one time .... Be aware this place is horrible now.

I have been to this location before, and have been very displeased. This time when we went it was fairly clean, the food was fast but still great. The thing I liked the MOST though, was the team. The employees were friendly (for once) they actually seemed like they didn't hate being there. A couple of them were giving praise to the ones in the back, and it was all around a very good thing to witness! I was a GM in fast food for years, so things like that are very noticeable! Whoever the manager was, you are doing great!

EVERY time I try and give my taste buds a chance I fail them. Sad being Burger King is my favorite since childhood. It gets worse and worse at this location. A simple 1 item no matter the foot traffic ALWAYS takes at the least bit of 10 minutes for “ FAST FOOD “ . The part that really got me today was when I went inside to order at register to get in and out quickly . All I hear as soon as I come in is a whole bunch of food that isn’t down in the fryer causing 4-5 cars piled up in the drive thru . Not only is it unsanitary I also always see employees handling food without gloves. Not once have I seen anyone with gloves or washed hands . Today someone handled all food from expo with poison ivy with all orders . I’ll never come here again

This is the 5th time i have come through the drive thru in the mornings and them make me wait at the pay window before they tell ke to pull up to watch their times. Corporate really jeeds to do something about this because the times are still hogh they are just not being recorded because the staff has found a way around the system .

Not from the area, ordered my coffee via mobile order and when I received my order, They tried to charge me again after I’ve already paid and when I get my coffee it was horrible. When my fiancé went in to have it fixed and they said they couldn’t remake it and the a worker takes my coffee and just dumps sugar in it. My fiancé came back out with it and it was still gross. My fiancé said the whole time there was one worker that kept running her mouth about having to fix it. Fix your employees! I’m appalled, won’t return again.

Apparently because they got a “drive thru timer” ya aren’t allowed to take a moment to read the menu. Don’t see the point of having one posted up if you expect every customer coming through to have a menu memorized. This is not our home Dunkin & we weren’t given any grace to look at what we wanted, told maybe we should have gone inside (God forbid we use the drive thru that’s there for the purpose of not having to get out). Being RUDE without being given a reason to be.. just disrespectful. Then my order was wrong. That tracks.

We ordered on the touch screen and still had our order messed up. They tried to give me someone else's order even with a number. Coffee on the floor "good by date" 3 months out. Buy Hey, the donuts and Coffee were still good and the service great.

This was my usual dunkin since it’s close to my house. Lady training someone on the intercom was rude which I let slide because I assumed it must be stressful to train someone on a busy weekend. When I reviewed my order it was incorrect and I told the lady that was the one being trained at the window. I had ordered some seasonal drink being advertised on the menu in the drive thru. She told me that was the new drink, which was the same old refresher they’ve had on the menu for a couple years now. She was adamant that I didn’t know what I was talking about so I just took the drink and left. My food also tasted terrible? I’ve never had such a bad experience here but it was enough for me not to come back.

The customer service at this location is terrible. I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order. I watched at least 15-20 cars go through the drive-thru, asked about my food after getting my drink and was told it wasn’t ready. Two employees walked aimlessly on the front line doing nothing. My order apparently came up after I asked about it and not one person called my name to see if I was there. As I stood there waiting not one person asked my name as they looked at me and cleared the drive-thru. I had to excuse myself into an employee conversation three times to ask about my order, was looked at like I had 10 heads for interrupting, that had been sitting there but no one bothered to call it out when it was ready. Last visit here. Terrible customer service.

I was charged for items i didn’t order and pointed it out but they didn’t try to take the item off on top of that the items were not even made correctly and i had to have them remake it 3 times for them to tell me to go to the front they will bring it out 20 minutes later no one shows im never coming again

I really didn't sit down in this place. But the few times I've been there it's been good service. You might want to smile and talk up the people though. After all they're people as well and they would like a little pleasantry when you can.

We had a short visit to NC (Concord/Charlotte area). My daughter in law had found a bookstore and said there is a hidden door to the coffee shop on the other side. Best coffee shop in dtc! Love how friendly the staff is, and they’re always crafting drinks to perfection. Emily and Anna (owners) are a powerhouse sister duo and it’s a joy to stop in or come hang out and get some work done. They are welcoming of my whole (rowdy!) family, and their playlists are always spot on. My kids love to go to the library and then to “their coffee shop”!

I can’t express enough the way that anyone who knows me knows Press & Porter is like a second home to me. I’ve loved it ever since I moved to Concord in 2020. I love the baristas, they’re welcoming and warm and the community I see every time I come in makes me so happy to live in downtown. The coffee (my favorite is the Maggie) and other options (my favorite specifically The Goldberry iced tea) is amazing. There’s so many seating options inside and outside, so much natural light, a small play area for kiddos, breakfast (get a breakfast sandwich, it’s worth an little wait) and lunch options and plenty of bakery items. I get so much work done here, it’s my happy place. Please shop local and do yourself a favor by going to P&P.

Literally leaving another review because I love this place so much. I'm so happy to see them thriving now that the construction is done in downtown. The owners are just amazing and know me by name because I've come here so often the past few years! No matter who's working as your barista, though, they're all so kind and friendly here. Not only is the coffee fantastic, but they always have fun specials that are truly thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The tiramisu latte is the most recent hit! I'm happy to be back in the area just to have Press & Porter close by again!!! ♡♡♡

This place is my dependable morning coffee place. Conveniently located in Downtown Concord. Nothing but smiles from thier friendly faces in the early morning. Not a finicky coffee person, but they make me feel welcome every time .

Great experience! We were greeted by a sweet young lady that made us two vanilla lattes. This coffee shop offers wine as well. We will try the treats the next time we visit. I took pics of the baked goods including bagels and English muffins. Earlier, we had gone to the Gibson Mill Antique Mall & decided to explore downtown Concord since it is nearby. Pleasantly Surprised by the selection of shops: from an established French Bakery, Italian and Cuban restaurants to the cutest bookstore next door to the coffee shop. Make it a day- start out at the huge antique mall and wrap it up in downtown Concord. Supporting local is so much fun!

Avoid this location! On 04/05 they missed giving me my full order. A few items were missing by the time I got back to a tournament I was taking food to. How the mighty have fallen. This once great Chickfila location has seen a serious decline in the past year two years. The standards for employees have decreased dramatically. My teens worked here several years ago and back then, this place was run like a well oiled machine. The managers expected employees to meet professional standards in appearance, attitude and service. Now, it is like the trainees are running the place. I have witnessed many unprofessional behaviors by employees while dining in, such as loud personal conversations, ignoring customers, one employee rubbing the back of another employee while in plain view of everyone and countless other incidents that have contributed to a negative view of this location. The drive thru is a whole other issue. I had 3 mobile orders in a row that were delivered to me completely wrong or missing things. One time, I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line trying to get the employees to get my order right, I couldn't leave to go in and speak to a manager because there were cars in front of me who still hadn't gotten their food either. I have come to expect something missing from my order when going through the drive thru so I always check before I pull away. Today my daughter had a mobile order for an ice cream cone. She sat in the drive thru line for 10 mins, kept getting ignored, finally an employee yelled from the window to the outside lane where she was sitting. She told them her name, they kept yelling back the wrong name. Kept telling her they didn't have her order and the attitude from the employee was that my daughter must be the problem. Not once did they come over to look at her mobile order to confirm it. Finally, the same employee walks over, hands her the ice cream cone, doesnt say a word and walks away. So clearly, they did have her order, but not a word of apology or even a word at all. There are countless visits that I could document here that were negative but its mainly the unprofessionalism in the employees that is so disappointing, they do not seem to care about delivering good customer service, especially in the afternoon/evening shifts. Where are the managers?? Is anyone overseeing the employees at all? Is excellent customer service and quality a thing of the past? I try to avoid this location at all costs because the service quality is so bad. Try the Concord Parkway locations or even Concord Mills. Roland, this once great location has fallen, please do something, it's so sad to witness.

I’ve been to a few Chick-Fil-A’s and am used to the kind and professional employees who create a welcoming atmosphere. This one is alright. The only reason I’m writing this review is because I’m just kind of… surprised? The food is good, our order wasn’t completely correct but that’s whatever, we still obviously enjoyed our food and took it as is. The employees though seem to lack a sort of professionalism. I do not expect them to act like robots, especially not at a job like Chick-Fil-A, but speaking loudly about your personal life to coworkers around the store while acting childish infront of customers creates an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. I just came here to eat and chill and the experience was just off?

I’m really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. We placed and paid for a mobile breakfast order and arrived around 10:20. Breakfast ends at 10:30, so yes we cut it close, but there was still time. What ruined the experience was the way the drive-thru was being managed. Instead of pulling cars forward, employees kept taking orders while leaving huge, multi-car gaps in the line. Because of that, we couldn’t even reach the mobile order QR code until 10:31, literally one minute past the cutoff. To make it worse, they had road pins up so once you’re in line, you’re trapped. We had to sit through the entire drive-thru knowing our food wasn’t coming. When we went inside to explain, the staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. No effort to make it right, no understanding. This wasn’t just bad luck, it was poor management. If they had simply pulled cars forward like every other fast drive-thru does, we would’ve made it in time. Instead, our morning was a complete waste of time and money.

I hate the pressure sales tactics and up selling and suggestive selling. They've put high pressure sales tactics in the drive through. The food is great. Employees in the drive through lane, no so great.

Kids had so much fun but 90 mi minutes is too long for them to jump. They took drink breaks which helps Defy out. It's about $8 /person too pricey

Stopped in for a quick bite...the bathroom looked like a tornado had smacked it. However, the service was fast & polite. The food, unfortunately, tasted like it was under a heat lamp. The driver thru was busy though...there isn't much parking that doesn't have a takeout plaque or something

Absolutely Rude, and terrible customer service. This bigger lady with freckles ignored me for 20 minutes despite there being no line. Kept trying to get her attention and she continued to ignore me. Then when giving me my fries, poured the fries in the BAG instead of the box. Absolutely terrible. Manager was called and did nothing to fix it, instead another employee a gentleman offered to help OVER THE MANAGER. This occurred on 10/17/2025.

The past two times I've went here, my order is incomplete. So tired of this. Ordered the 5$ McChicken meal. McChicken, 4 nuggets small fry and small drink, no nuggets for the second time.

The absolute slowest McDonald’s anywhere!!! Waited 10 minutes for 2 caramel frappes. Finally told them forget the order and give me my money back. I never got the frappe smh. Always tell you to pull up and wait for the food. No matter how small your order is.

Very unpleasant experience at this location. It seemed very clean and had the self-ordering kiosk which was nice. I was taking pictures to prepare to give a review. I was approached by the manager who told me I couldn't take pictures inside. When I inquired as to why, she said it was per the owner. She was quite rude and when I asked her name she said "What's your name." Her name was Belinda. We still ate our food since we had already ordered. It was dry and didn't seem fresh. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the restaurant was clean and they had the kiosk. Go up an exit for a better experience.

This location is really hit or miss. I feel like it depends on the staff there the day you go. This morning 7/24/25, I ordered a steak, egg and cheese Mcgriddle and a Medium hot Mocha. Simple right? No special changes made to the order I ordered it as it comes. I get a steak, egg and cheese Mcgriddle and a hot coffee with no sugar and some cream. I had to pull up to wait for the drink. I should have known better when the lady in the drive thru sounded annoyed and frustrated. Other days the food is great, on point and fresh. You'll be playing restaurant roulette at this location.

They never responded to my email. They do a good job except one guy that works the drive thru and the person on the receipt that you email to complain to. I'm not Karen's son I just don't like getting ripped off money is tight these days I don't mind spending it if I get what I order and charged the right amount.

Every time I have to wait for my food, they come with the bag wide open. Then they look down in the back, talk in it to discuss what you order. Plus, they will have all the food you ordered in one bag almost falling out. The employees never look professional when it comes to their appearance either. They look as if they just rolled out of bed.

Edit: Months later upgrading this restaurant to a 3 (review). ... Really 3.5. Went in, and bought a couple things and it was much better. /// Manager here needs to be fired, and replaced, asap. The other morning I ordered like an egg and ham sandwich, bagel balls (with the cream cheese in them), and a blueberry donut. The donut was the only 1/2 way decent thing. And the two LADIES, in there had severe case of RBF. - One was a shorter, more I'm gonna say sturdily built lady, the other was tall and slender with curly hair {She was the worst, like her face just said "Gosh I hate everything."} ... It appeared the store was at least one person short. .. Yeah my caramel iced coffee was just OFF, my bagel balls were disgusting - The tops were HARD, the cream cheese didn't fill the middle, like it's supposed to ... and the cream cheese itself was awful - They were heinous, and inedible. (Pic - After one bite, which I had to spit out) ... Their coffee drink maker was super ABRASIVE and loud, the staff couldn't even hear customers, when they were saying something, when the thing was running .. I had to repeat my order; loudly. And the question is why do these two women both have have the 'Face of Death'? - In my experience that's management. ... Get a new manager. Because I was in town, for some business - and the place made the opposite of a good impression. Wish I had hit up the Firehouse Subs, next door, for something instead.

I am angry about the food serving sizes and how they lie. This is the photo advertised, and on the drive through sign, and this is what I was handed after paying $5 for it! Thats genuinely insulting. To advertise a full cup and not even fill it HALF WAY. And I was told that was the serving size, after I asked what the heck? That's straight up scamming people.

What a disgusting place went there at 6:40 and ordered two hot coffees, two small hot chocolates and a matcha. The chocolate was barely warm, tasted as if it was made with spoiled milk and did NOT taste like chocolate at all. The “hot” coffees were iced and the matcha was disgusting. Then when I get to the window they said it was free. I thought how nice and thanked them. Now I know why it was free smh

Ordered on DoorDash and the order was complete meaning ready for pick up at 8:49. The dasher explained once he got here that a woman only handed him our drinks and not our food. I called Dunkin’ Donuts to find out where our food was and a nice young man answered the phone and he was trying to get a woman on the phone to talk to me I can only assume it was the manager and I heard her deny my phone call with a very nasty tone. Our dasher headed back to get our food and he said this same woman was also rude to him. He delivered our food, it was cold and I ordered a bucket of the munchkins and didn’t receive the bucket. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but you don’t treat people like that ESPECIALLY in customer service. If you don’t like people don’t be in a job where you have to deal with them. This location has lost our business forever and that might not seem like a big deal but you never know who you’re serving, Social media is big these days, all it takes is one person who has a big following on TikTok to shut a place down.

Went by there around 5:30pm today (9/29/25). The employees were incredibly rude, lazy, and incompetent. They tried to look busy to avoid helping customers that were waiting. One of them even called a customer stupid. Hate that I wasted my money there. I will not be going back.

My drinks are missing creamer, sugar or a tea bag on many occasions. It never fails! The employees seem to change all the time except for one.

I came 4 days ago and when i tell you isaiah on night shift his customer service was A+ he made sure i was well taken care of . If i was manager there i would give me a raise

We stood and waited about 7 minutes before I asked if someone could help us, then the guy that helped us actions like he was a little slow, I asked to make sure that my foods were hot and he said okays, but when we got the foods it's was not hot. My orders were 3 doubled cheese combos and Quarter Pounds with cheese and medium fries and a cup of water that came to $35.68 at McDonald's and that would have been okay if my foods were the way I orders it and not charged for 3 medium fries but 3 small fries and a bottle water, which my grandson got a cup of water, this was very poor quality and I did speak to a so called manager about being charged for a bottle water and he gave me a $1.35 cents back and no apology. If I going pay this much money for a pity hamburgers I should have went somewhere else and paid a little more and got better foods and served.

This is their large iced latte. I don't like being either lied to (because this is NOT a large at any other McDs) or taken advantage of (since every other McDs gives you an actual large). Either way, I do not think I will return to this location.

Ordered a decaf with cream and sugar on Sunday morning August 24 . When I got it home it was half of a cup of black coffee… no cream … no sugar. Wasted money and I’m sure there is someone there that knows that was done and just didn’t care if someone got what they ordered or not. Won’t go back there again but I’m sure no one cares for every one pissed off customer there are 10 more who will come there. Poor customer service. You need to instill better customer service than that. I know I know nobody cares

Went on Sunday, and the young man taking my order and payment was professional and friendly. The young lady at the pick-up window likely was new or didn't want to be there. I pulled up and she's stared at me thru the window, glancing every 30 seconds. No greeting, no smile, not even a request to pull up so someone else could get their order. After 6-7 mins and could literally have been 10 mins, she just handed me the food. I said thank you and she mumbled something. No apology or explanation for the delay. I pulled off and there were no fries. I had to go inside and there was chaos and others who apparently were waiting for their order or correction. Who I believe was the manager came out with an ice cream and handed it to a young lady standing in line and she said it wasn't hers. The manager then asked me if I wanted it and I ofcourse took and are it. While walking away, the manager said, what did they do wrong and I told her no fries. She got me my fries and I left. After driving away, eating my food and getting out the car, I realized it wasn't even my order. I ordered the quarter pounder meal. I did get my Fanta, but the burger was a double quarter pounder. I'm greedy, so I ate it all off. All ended well and I luv ice cream, so it's all good.

Just got served raw hamburger and chicken sandwich. The workers thought it was funny and I ate most of the burger because I wasn’t looking at it I was hungry but then looked down and seen the pink! Update the managers told the franchise owners that they gave me two free meals on two separate days they lied, why would I possibly want to eat raw food again. They also said that a little pink in your hamburger is ok. Look at the photos and then look at the safe handling instructions on the hamburger pack. It says to cook thoroughly! This franchise is owned by Awad Holdings. They own 11 stores in Concord NC.

Hate that I have to give 1 star. This place is terrible. Sadly, it's close to my house, but moving on I will find another location. Teenagers in the lobby cursing, and causing a screen. Order took HONESTLY 19 mins on the dot. (Kids meal, 6x nuggets, and a dbl cheesburger) all the food was cold, and they gave me someone's special request burger (add mayo, no pickle) I hate mayo, but didn't wanna wait longer for another burger. I get fast food is a convenience more than anything, and typically you get what you get. But this place is below on everything. Who ever manages this place must either be on a vacation or off. To allow this place to be ran like this. All the employees in the back shouting and hollering, laughing loudly, can't even hear the music in the lobby. Not to mention every 3rd customer having to come in from the drive through with wrong orders, or stuff missing.

The drive thru line was unreasonably long. I asked for salt and didn't to get to ask for napkins before she redely interrupted me. All staff seemed be going on about things and topics other than customer satisfaction. Not to mention the burger was cold, not even room temperature and burned as seen in the pic. And let's not get started on the cold hard Fries. The soda was warmer than the food. So if you want a horrible food experience, be my guest. Have it.

Went to get coffee while we waited to make a few pickups. When I entered I was greeted, I placed my order in the kiosk. There were no other customers in the building. The counters were a mess despite 5 employees, and no customers. Cleanliness means a lot to me, personally and there is no reason employees don’t take a rag during downtimes and clean. Lastly, after the order was ready it was pushed to me. I said thank you, and the employee walked away from me without a response. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I have always gone to this one and have not had many issues until today which is kinda sad. My $7 drink was half full and my avocado toast just looked kinda sad.. This is probably the last time I go to a dunkin.

I have never gone to a coffee spot where I ask for a HOT COFFE and I get freaking COLD coffee! This is supposed to be a new signature latte it's so cold the chocolate never melted. And you know it's bad when the cashier handed it to me and then asked would you like me to heat your milk up... excuse me I already waited 5 min to get a "hot" coffee and ur asking me to reheat it up??? I'm beyond shocked, but had to head to work so I'll just heat it up myself but smh this location is getting sloppy or lazy!

By anyone’s standard, this is BURNT. I was told if they remade it, it would still be slightly frozen in the middle. This is unacceptable. I ONLY continue to go to this location because it is convenient to my home. I’m not doing that anymore. They huff and puff whenever they mess up an order and they NEVER give me a fork when the food requires it- I have to ask and they act like I’m asking for a kidney. Very disappointed in this.

The food is disappointing!! Even the customer service is bad!!! when I try to call to complain about my food being cold and burnt they don’t pick up the phone and when we go up there to complain they sit there like they can’t do anything about my food👎👎👎👎

They usually do a good job but this time we ordered the new aoli sandwich and the star spangled donut and they were out of the filling and forgot to put the aoli on the sandwich they also put the wrong munchkins in but fixed it right afterwards the foods good and the staff is very friendly

Food is good …sometimes I just can’t understand the order taker when you’re ordering at the menu. Don’t go after 6pm the coffee is always cold. Love the avocado toast but it’s hit or miss. Today 8/7 the bacon was BURNT!! You always have to ask for napkins.

The owners need to get this place together. The food grade rating is 90!!! This is a smoothie place and the fact that the food grade is a 90 is reflected in their dirty place. From the bathroom to l the coolers and blenders to the table that stores and holds the fruit..it's gross and those kids working there could care less using gloves touching all over their phones then using those same gloves that DO NOT FIT to make your smoothies and bowls. The owners of this location have really failed to care about this place and it shows.

Téa took my order and she was incredibly pleasant to talk to. My order was completed by Faith promptly and delivered with a smile. It was a fantastic customer service experience and I will be returning!

Please please PLEASE - AVOID this location. The two young ladies with glasses this morning made the smoothies backwards from the order indicated on the receipt. I requested a blend promised because it came out incorrect; The other associate made it - backwards again and missed items as a result. I did mention it to them that they needed to follow the order that prints and she snapped back with "it doesn't matter how you do it." If you want quality and consistency with this brand please avoid this location and shop the other surrounding smoothie kings. Their staff has better attitudes first thing in the morning and they are always on point ELSEWHERE. This location needs to be restaffed...desperately.

First time visit to this location and it definitely not one of my favorite smoothie kings to visit...the young female was not friendly at all although the young man was she just didn't in no way make me feel welcoming her tone was rude and she kept slamming items...it was loud and annoying.

I love the smoothies from this place in this place of Concord, the two girls with glasses who work in the morning today, July 10, 2025. They are too rude to serve and have a bad attitude all the time, just because of that, I will not buy from this place again unless there are other people because they really do not know how to make proteins and in addition to that, their attitude is too rude.

The employees just ignored me as I walked in. Then continued to help the guests after me. Monday afternoon. I felt disrespected

I got a banana and peanut butter smoothie and it was good. My little brother got a kids chocolate smoothie and he didn't like it. Probably because it had whey in his kids smoothie. In my opinion that is kind of weird. The picture is his smoothie.

I’ve been getting the same smoothie for many years now but as of late the taste has been really off. The fruit smoothies taste watered down and flat. No point in adding anything cuz it tastes artificial. It’s not what it used to be and that makes me very sad. I can no longer spend money on subpar beverage because they’ve either changed their supplier or made quality cuts and I’m not having that.

This is a long standing favorite place for me. I discovered TSC years ago when I lived in Winston Salem and was delighted to find this location in Concord. The food and smoothies are consistently good. My personal favorite is the hummus and veggie wrap, Kale apple slaw, and mango smoothie with pomegranate. The customer service is also good. They were my go-to feel-good place after physical therapy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I order through the tropical smoothie app for my food to be delivered to me at work. I got a notification that door dash will be delivering my food. Instead of the door dash person bringing the food up to the suite number I provided they decided to leave my food OUTSIDE on the floor took a picture of it sent it to me and left. By the time I go outside the food is GONE!! I called tropical smoothie and explain to them what happen and the manager stated that’s not her problem she gave the food to the driver so it’s up to door dash to give me my money back even though I didn’t order from door dash.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Never have had a problem with quality of smoothies but the placed an order for delivery when I was working at Atrium Cabarrus, which is quite literally across the street. I normally would just pick up before but I was running late. I placed my order through the app and ended up getting a critical patient so I didn't have the capability to check my phone. I received a few messages saying someone picked my order up, yet I never received it. I got told I needed to contact door dash, despite ordering through the actual app. Allegedly was given the franchise owner's number which wasn't in order, then called the store a total of 4 times, twice my number was taken with no call from a manager, then finally the last time I got a hold of a manager and she told me to email her with the details and that they would "need to investigate" since it had been a few days since the order. I just wanted my $30 back or even just for them to make my smoothies but no one ever got back to me. I've worked in food service for years before I became a nurse, it's not hard to make two smoothies that a customer never received.

On 3/20 I ordered Thai chicken salad which on the menu board was a price of $8.99. I was charged $9.29. Cashier said that the price in the register is the real price to charge. I said you're advertising $8.99. She wouldn't charge me the advertised price. She said if I gave her my number, the owner will contact me. I haven't received a call yet.

The worst tropical smoothie there is!! My order is always made wrong and I’ve been waiting on a refund from the store owner AJ for 2 months now and he’s yet to refund me.

Customer service from most of the staff is bad. You will be ignored and have to disrupt them to get their attention. Then they’ll get mad at you for disrupting them. If they just acknowledged customers, we wouldn’t have to assert ourselves
