I am so grateful to have found their reviews because Lori exceeded my expectations. I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday, which was even better than the picture I sent her! She pays great attention to detail and truly puts her heart into her craft. ✨ Additionally, the price is reasonable for the level of craftsmanship you receive. Lori did our wedding cake and dessert table for our wedding this past May and she was FABULOUS to work with!!! We got a sample box of all the different cake flavors/ desserts we wanted to try and they were ALL delish!! We had an oreo cake, mini banana pudding cups, and mini cheesecake bars and all of our guests loved them!! My personal fav is her banana pudding- its like your favorite southern grandma made it!! I promise!! 10/10 recommend the sweet life for your sugary dessert needs!!

Love this bakery! All the employees were super helpful over the phone when I ordered our wedding cake! We had one of their cakes at a friend’s wedding and knew we had to use them for ours. Insanely delicious and such a beautiful design. Highly recommend them and the tiramisu cake flavor!!

The Sweet Life made our wedding cake and it was so delicious and beautiful. The cake was a white chocolate raspberry cake that all the guests were raving about and was so delicious. The owners made my vision come to life and were so sweet!

We ordered a mermaid-themed cake for our daughter’s 7th birthday, and it was absolutely magical! The design was stunning — detailed, colorful, and totally captured the under-the-sea vibe she was dreaming of. Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted incredible — moist, flavorful, and loved by both kids and adults. The bakery was so easy to work with and truly went above and beyond. Sharon made us some absolutely delicious kitchen/sheet cakes for our wedding reception. We have used her for both my own wedding and my sisters and have nothing put great things to say. She's very helpful during the ordering process and can make some really gorgeous and yummy cakes. We had enough cake for 120 people with only 100 guests and every bit was devoured. My mom loves wedding cakes and said hers is one of the best she's ever-had. Highly recommend going to her for cakes, cookies, and beyond! :)

We loved working with Sharon! We had a big ask for her when we met - we wanted five types of cake for our wedding weekend. We were celebrating our housewarming, our wedding, and my 30th birthday, so it called for a lot of cake!! And Sharon did NOT disappoint in any way. For the welcome party/housewarming/birthday party we had approximately 75 guests, and we ordered two 9” round cakes. THEY WERE GORGEOUS and delivered on every ask that we had!! My 30th birthday strawberry cake was heavenly, and the almond cake was just as exceptional. Despite the hot weather on the day of the party, and the cakes melting off the cake stands, our guests wouldn’t let us throw it away. No… they would walk by and take bite size pieces of it, and then come back 3 minutes later for more!! There was no part of those cakes that was thrown away. For our wedding, I was excited to try it. The bar had been set so high with the welcome party, and our guests (and Zach and I) were excited to try more! For the wedding, we did a three tier chantilly style cake for the main, and two Chocolate sheet cakes for the 2nd. Every. Slice. Was. Gone. And people were talking about it at breakfast the next morning. I cannot thank Sharon enough for the incredible job she did making these beautiful cakes. There is no one else in the Charlotte area that I will ever get a cake from, and I am already excited for our one year anniversary, so we can have her remake our cakes for us again! Sharon makes the best delicious cakes I have ever tasted. After our tasting, she sent us home with all of the cakes she made for us to sample and I ate all of them without regret! Not only was the cake the best, but also so beautiful. It was everything I ever could have imagined. Do yourself a favor and have her make your wedding cake!!

Perfection! Neither of us are big on cake, but when we had our tasting with Sharon we were blown away! We didn’t really have an idea of what we wanted, but she really helped guide us to finding the perfect style of cake! The ability to have as many flavors as layers was great for offering variety. I can say for certain the strawberry cream cheese was quite possibly the greatest cake I have ever tasted. I have also been told by guests that the other layers were phenomenal as well. The cake was absolutely perfect!!

Beautiful cake made by Sharon for my 95 y/o mother-in-law’s surprise birthday party!!! She graciously took my somewhat late order and made a simply decorated yet lovely white cake with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. The question of the night was who did the cake?!?!? Gladly bragged on Sharon and her talents as I have enlisted her services several times with no regrets! Icing on the Edge (SHARON) is simply the best❤️

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. Had dinner at the bar. Very nice bartenders. Ordered the club is was very good.

So I went there and payed $19.26 for my meal which is already overpriced for a burger and fries but that’s whatever. The next day they charged me a $28.15 tip when I did not leave a tip nor gave permission for them to add their own tip. Horrible business practice. Scammers basically. Whoever did that to me needs to be fired or the whole place needs to be shut down. I want my money back immediately. I’m disputing the charges right now.

My daughter and I shared the 16oz Ribeye that was $62 with two sides. It was so tough. We ordered it medium rare. Luckily my husband pasta was delicious so we ate that. If I’m paying $62 I want my steak to be amazing.

Went to a music competition for the weekend. Completed the weekend looking forward to a nice steak dinner that was on the menu. Got to the restaurant and only got the lounge menu. Asked for steak that could have easily been prepared but no offer was made to make the steak that was offered on the regular menu. I got a hamburger.They did what was convenient for them not the customers. Spoke to the manager. The chef decided to reduce the menu to bar food. It was a major disappointment and they didn’t care.

It's a place to eat if you are hungry and quality is not a goal.

Went in yesterday (Christmas Eve) to get some donuts to surprise my family. I spent almost $40. Ordered a dozen decorated for Christmas. I got 10 donuts holes. And another dozen of plan glazed donuts. I get home and made a big deal and opened the decorated dozen. My wife opened the regular glazed ones and started laughing, "boy you must have been hungry". I looked and two donuts had a bite taken out and were of two different sized bites. My daughter swore I did it and insisted I match my bite with the two donuts. No match. Wife swears I must have had a senior moment. Hell no if I wanted to why not just eat one. Besides the box was sealed pretty good. Don't know if a joke or not, there was a large crew in there scrubbing everything down. Don't think I'll be going back

This Dunkin' Donuts location near Concord Mall needs improvement. The service was very slow, and surprisingly, they were completely out of napkins. The staff confirmed they had none, which is a basic necessity for a fast-food establishment.

$13.50 for this…. What a shame. Used to be so good. Service is very poor. Hello, thank you, have a good day. Not even in their vocabulary. Donuts were old and no care in handling when putting in the box. They were crushed by their hands.

Took my son to get the new Harry Potter donuts and they were sold out. He was disappointed but happy to get a sprinkle donut. The Assistant Mgr told us a batch was ready at 3pm the next day. I made sure to get to the store today early to get them for my son. I walked in and the Assistan manager (Kiesha) and the employee working recognized me. I sat down to wait until the Harry Potter donuts were ready. Both of them made time to talk to me and interact with EVERY guest that walked in. They never showed the stress they were under as they were the only 2 ppl working. Kiesha was working hard to get the HP donuts ready and the other gentleman manned the drive thru and front counter. They recognized everyone that came and got in line. They provided a high level of customer service to everyone. They apologized for the delay in HP donuts. They were nothing shy of amazing!

Edit: Also we went to get the Harry Potter doughnuts and the liar of a cashier said they stopped selling them a month ago when they are suppose to go from : "Harry Potter Specialty Collection available in shop, drive thru and online for pickup and delivery 8/18/2025 through 9/14/2025" is whats on the website. Just drive to salisbury this kk is trash. 2.5 hrs before close and this is all they had. Even better they were finishing up washing the oven and conveyor. Im not quite sure how they planned to serve people the rest of the night. The staff was not sociable whatsoever and talk at about 2 decibals.

Customer service sucks!!! I purchased the 12 ct Halloween donuts. I expect to have Halloween donuts. If I wanted regular glazed, I would have ordered original glaze. Customer service is horrible. No etiquette at all! I will stick to Dunkin! At least I am greeted with a smile and asked how can I help you! I will take that over a HOT LIGHT any day!!!!

What happened to customer service these days? I placed a simple online order to go, and because it was raining, I chose to wait in the long drive-thru line rather than go inside. After finally reaching the window, I was told I had to come inside to pick up my order because they treated it like DoorDash. I explained it wasn’t DoorDash, just a regular online order, but was still told it didn’t matter, I had to go inside. Absolutely insane! So I went in, only to discover my order wasn’t even ready! Why couldn’t the gentleman at the window have just made my order while I was waiting in that line? Instead, I wasted time, effort, and patience for no reason at all. I truly love Krispy Kreme, but this location has proven to be unorganized, lazy, and unfriendly. Customer service matters, and this store has completely missed the mark. Sadly, I won’t be returning here.

Highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry. It's divine! The next time you are craving something sweet you should stop here and treat yourself to a bundlet. You will be glad you did!

It was my first time going to this location and I had a great experience. Regan helped me and she went above and beyond. She was friendly, patient, and willing to answer questions or make recommendations, especially when I’m unsure what size or flavor to choose. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and wants them to leave happy. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit feel personal and welcoming. ordered an assortment of mini Bundtlets as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, who absolutely loves Nothing Bundt Cakes. I’ve shopped at this Concord location many times before and never had an issue — until now. This time, the experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told it had been lost. I had to pull up my confirmation on my phone to prove I had paid. A staff member named Amber apologized and asked me to give her 10 minutes to remake the order. After waiting, I was given the wrong order. I had specifically requested hearts and butterflies for decoration, but only hearts were included — and even those looked like they were just tossed onto the mini Bundtlets without any care. I also requested a Mother’s Day flag and was given a Happy Birthday flag instead. The cakes were flipped over in the box and looked messy, rushed, and completely unprofessional. Amber did give me a free small red velvet Bundt cake, which I appreciated, but it didn’t make up for the lost order, the delay, or the fact that my Mother’s Day gift was not prepared correctly. Even more concerning, I found out multiple other customers had their orders lost that day too — which speaks to a much bigger issue with organization and management. This wasn’t the first issue, either. On a previous occasion, I placed an order for an 11 AM pickup, only to find out the store didn’t open until 12 PM. I didn’t arrive until 2 PM, and there was still confusion. I went ahead and tried to fix the mess that was made in the box myself, just to make it look somewhat presentable. In the end, I took pictures of the final result so I could include them with this review. I am truly horrified at how it turned out, especially considering it was meant to be a heartfelt gift for my mom. While I’ve had many positive experiences here before, this one was chaotic, unprofessional, and disappointing. I sincerely hope this location takes these concerns seriously and makes real changes.

This place is so small and cute! I love how accessible it is and how close it is to home. The person on the front I believe her name is Annie was very cooperative with me and helped me choose my cake for being here for the first time! The cake is amazing and it’s such a simple one too! Just a classic vanilla and it looks very cute presentation wise as well. The small cakes are pretty affordable for being about 5-8 dollars and they also do birthday cakes! 10/10 would come again!

I travel all over the country and I love Nothing Bundt! I was visiting Charlotte and came across this one where they greeted me with such open arms I never wanted to leave. The manager, Karen, quickly told me about all of their new flavors. Snickers and Apple Caramel Cider were the two that stood out- one sounded delicious; the other not so much (I'll let you guess which one!) The young lady at the register, Jordan, shared with me that Confetti was her favorite flavor of Bundt. The truth of the matter is that they're all delicious so they recommended their "Bundtinis"- smaller bundles cakes that come in a group of twelve. This was perfect for me as I love so many different ones! I loved the fact that although they were extremely busy, they made me feel like I was the only customer in the building and all of my questions were important enough to be answered. Isn't that all anyone ever wants? Big thanks to Karen and Jordan for giving me the best BUNDT experience ever! And a special shout out to the Red Velvet Bundt- it never disappoints!!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Amber at Nothing Bundt Cakes for being awesome! As we were walking out, the bottom of our bag gave out and one of the cupcakes fell upside down. Even though it was still in the cup, the icing got all messy and my son was pretty bummed. Amber saw what happened and was super sweet—she gave us an extra cupcake and even let us keep the one that fell. My son said she was “a great cashier” because she didn’t charge us for the new one. She was really friendly and kind, and turned a little accident into a great experience. Thanks, Amber!

My friends surprised me with a lemon cake from here for my birthday, and I absolutely loved it! I just discovered this brand and I’m so glad I did.

Insomnia Cookies is a decent spot if you’re craving a late-night sweet treat, especially warm cookies delivered right to your door. I’ve ordered a few times, and while the concept is great and the cookies usually arrive warm, the experience can be hit or miss. The classic chocolate chip and double chocolate chunk are rich and satisfying, but some of the other flavors tend to be overly sweet or inconsistent in texture. I also tried their brownies and ice cream sandwiches good, but not always worth the higher price tag. Service-wise, delivery times can vary. On some nights, it’s prompt and efficient, while other times there’s a long wait, even without a high volume of orders. The staff in-store are friendly, but lines can get long during peak hours. Overall, Insomnia Cookies is good for an occasional indulgence, especially when you’re craving something late at night, but it doesn’t always deliver on consistency or value for money. Still, it’s a fun option to have nearby just don’t expect every visit to be perfect.

Came in to get some ice cream. Store was open but no one was around. Neighborhood looked pretty dangerous so hopefully the employees were OK. I considered just taking the ice cream because it would have been very easy to do so but i'm not from that particular background. That being said, I'm assuming it happens a lot judging by the surrounding area.

Smells like *CHEF’s KISS* the minute you step inside!!!! 😤🥴🤤 Pleasant customer service, short wait times as the crew members are pretty efficient, and they offer VEGAN & Gluten Free items!?! I typically go for the Vegan treats, but tried the gluten free option on my last visit. A little more “grainier/crumblier” than what im used to… but hey!!! Still just as good 😎👍 Still served warm, with a light crunch on the outside edges and a oowey gooey middle in the center! And, they even have VEGAN beverage options too!!! I am clearly a Fan! Side note: Wishing they would offer vegan icecream options as well in the future!

I think this location was better than my 1 st experience with the company on THE OHIO State university ,Go Buckeyes,! I would've rated this experience a 4 had they had cookies perpared ! There was a slight wait ,but everything was delicious! One reason I also decided to take a point off was ,no glues or washing of hands by the server. Being from Ohio both are REQUIRED for every person you serve ! Another reason was a deliver came in sat with those standing going between the kitchen and returning to his plate of cookies he got from the kitchen! It parking was easy and the parking lot was clean.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the cookies really are delicious. However, I had to wait 3 hours to recieve them after ordering, and we live within 15 minutes in bad traffic. When I did finally receive my order, it was wrong. We had ordered the cookie sandwich pack. This was supposed to come with 6 regular cookies, 4 toppings, and a pint of ice cream. We recieved a small ice cream. This was supposed to be enough to make three ice cream sandwiches, and it would have barely made one. I also recieved a cookie that looks like someone may have had a nibble of. In the 3 hours of waiting I also made 2 phone calls, each an hour apart, and was told my order would be arriving very soon each time. Neither time was I offered any sort of compensation for my trouble. I'm normally not one to complain but my bedtime was delayed from 11pm until 2am, so please excuse me for being grumpy. This was a very disappointing experience and I will definitely be looking at a competitor next time I get a late night sweet tooth.

Was on our way to the mall and out of nowhere we saw this hidden treasure. Never heard of it before and who doesn’t like a road soda. We tried the tay tay, the Monday and the Kanye -LOVED THEM ALL better than SWIG!!! If you’re a thirsty B like me stop and get a beverage!! Hope to see more of locations in the future!!

Sip Co is a lovely addition to the dirty soda assortment in Charlotte. Delicious options, although I wish there was easier viewing online. Atmosphere is drive through only really, so not a place to sit and enjoy. But if you’re looking for a delightful soda treat, this is a great option!

LOVE this place. Tried it once and cant stop. Sam was amazing! I had a request for a flavor but wasn't sure how to put the drink together and he exceeded the expectations on it. Drinks are a fair price for the size. Every individual I have had an interaction with here has been super friendly, nice, and had a great attitude!

I typically love this place and have been many times - but upon my most recent visit, some grumpy blonde kid completely messed up my drink, and after trying to fix it myself once i got home by pouring some out and trying to dilute it with sprite because it was un-drinkable as it was made, some of it spilled on my brand new pair of sneakers, permanently staining them so bad that i had to buy a new pair. All in all this visit to Sipco cost me almost $300. The drink had WAY too much of the pink dye in it, the proportions were so off to the point where it tasted mostly like chemicals. Mind you, this is a drink that i have ordered on multiple occasions, so i know what it’s supposed to taste like and look like. Safe to say the experience put a bad taste in my mouth both literally and metaphorically.

A couple days ago I had the best drink ever - the Killin' Me Smalls with root beer, marshmallow syrup, and vanilla cream. I love the concoctions at this place and even more than that, I love the customer service! (especially at this location). Claudia and Gabby were at the window and they were both so sweet and cheerful. This place rocks and I will continue to make my weekly stops here to try all their delicious drinks!!!!!

OH GREAT HEAVENS TO BETSY!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT PUT ME IN UTTER AWE!! The Beverage we received was absolutely astounding; I have never had something so exquisite and delicious in my life. The Young Man I believe was Brady, his expertise and knowledge was clearly the best Ive ever seen. I'm Distraught I didn't get to shake the hand of the Young Mr.Brady. The Way he greeted me and my Companions made us feel welcome in this new place we never been in with such formality and kindness was wanted we needed in our hour of need. Mr.Brady if you ever lay your eyes on this review. From the bottom of our hearts from me and My Companions we truly hope this establishment treated you well as you treated us. Went yesterday 1-11, I live in Stanly County, which is 45 minutes from Concord Mills but the closest cinnabon to me. Cinnabon was the only reason for the mall trip, yesterday was my birthday and I had a reward for a free cold brew. They had no coffee at all. Got cinnamon rolls to take home. All the seating was roped off and not much in display. What was in the display they were taking out of the display case, though they were closing but they said no. This was the only day and time I could redeem my birthday coffee before the reward expires. This location used to be better.

You can never go wrong with the classic Cinnabon. I do want to try the oreo one they have too eventually. Nice and soft & warm.

The staff was nice, I spent over $21 for 3 buns and they sucked!!! The frosting you could taste the sugar not stirred in the cream well, the buns were damn near burnt and hard and get this she said they just came out of the oven. This place has gone down, I'm not sure about the brand until I try another location. You have been warned before you spend your coins 🪙

The atmosphere was horrible! I went once a few months ago and this hispanic young man was very respectful and polite helping me understand the menu better, but I went again today and the manager was very entitled and stuck up turning his back on me and laughing with his employees after i had trouble communicating with the new cashier. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

The staff here cursed at us, the guy acting as manager “kicked us out of his stand” and cursed us because he could not sell us a simple cinnamon. He continued to curse us out loud as we walked away

I purchased the cheesecakes and cheesecake cupcakes for my wedding and they were absolutely perfect. The guests loved having multiple flavor options and the presentation was beautiful. Gale displayed the desserts for us, incorporating some florals, and made it so easy for us.

Gail made the most decadent and beautiful cheesecake for our microwedding last weekend! It was a 10-inch New York style cheesecake with gingersnap crust and a whipped cream topping. Every single guest raved about how delicious it was, and many of them took a second slice home! For true Italian baking and celebratory confections, we definitely recommend Gail's work!

Cheesecake Etc made our wedding cake and it was beautiful and delicious. Gail was an absolute delight to work with. She is genuinely passionate about what she does and you can see that passion in her cakes. We were not only blessed with Gail creating our own wedding cake but as vendors in the wedding industry we get to sometimes enjoy Gail's pastries/cakes at industry events. We also see many of Gail's beautiful creations at client events. It is so wonderful to hear how much others love Gail's cakes as well. She is a Charlotte treasure.

Ms.Navita is amazing baker,I ordered for my son Birthday cake from Walmart bakery.The baker was able to accommodate all of my requests and delivered a cake that exceeded my expectations.The cake was the highlight of our event and everyone loved it. I would highly recommend this baker.

I haven't had a chance to leave a review, but me and my friends have been coming here for years and we always get a big cookie cake for silly occasions and we always customize the pictures and I have yet to be disappointed. The customer service is great, the cookies are fantastic, and it's definitely the best around.

I was disappointed in my cone.. I ordered peanut butter cup and moon pie and it was just plain vanilla and chocolate :(. My boyfriend’s peanut butter and jelly with moon pie cone was waaay better. The variety of flavors is great. Service was friendly also.

I got the Moon pie and praline it was soo tasty, extra creamy and not tooo sweet. My MIL had the coffee ice cream and it was also delightful. The other flavors o sampled were okay. Next one I will try the rum raisin. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The bathrooms were not great, if I would’ve got there before ordering i probably wouldn’t have. Vegan options available, al vegetarian. Parking in a near by parking garage

This was our favorite stop in the town. The area is nice and the people are too. Only small knock is the Joy ice cream cones are a bit low quality (sticker glue stuck to cone) but we would come back here for sure.

Came here on a day that was 107°F (41°C to us British folks!) so we were melting and knew ice cream was needed. I got the banana pudding - one word - UNREAL. It's so creamy, the banana flavour is incredible and true to flavour and includes the nilla wafers of course 🤤😍 My girlfriend got the birthday cake and banana pudding and LOVED it just as much. The owner (wife) was so welcoming. Thank you to you and your husband for making incredible ice cream - Concord are lucky to have you!

Really enjoyed this local ice cream place while exploring downtown Concord! You can tell the ice cream is homemade and they have a variety of flavors. Will definitely come back to try others.

The Cabarrus Creamery not only serves up scrumptious ice cream but an essential part of Cabarrus County history. Try A new flavor or old favorite - anyway you go you can trust the quality and integrity of the ingredients. They just don't make better ice cream anywhere.

Nice bakery I would describe it as. They had some bread and small things on the counters. Then mainly desserts like macaroons, little pies and tarts things like that. Overall though great atmosphere and good desserts!

We had a short visit to NC (Concord/Charlotte area). A quick drop in to, Chocolatier Barrucand while walking around downtown Concord. My daughter in law got a S'mores macaron and I got a caramelized croissant. Friendly staff.

We needed a very special cake for my mother in laws 90th birthday. Usually you get a cake that may taste good but not be decorated nice or vice versa. They outdid our expectations on both. I highly recommend ordering from them. You won't be sorry.

I've seen this bakery several times as we drove thru downtown. Today, we decided to try it. The desserts were great! Tried the Opera cake for the 1st time. It was delicious. Got a couple of very yummy cheese cakes! I love it when everything is placed in a box like a little treat😋

Wow!!! Just Wow!! If you love doughnuts then this place is for you!! Their doughnuts are Soft & pillowy! My fav doughnut of all time is an old School Powdered Lemon filled doughnut…this place literally pumps doughnuts full of a variety of fillings that you can choose from…lemon being one of the choices!! I’m a fan!!

I stopped by on my way back to Atlanta, and I'm soooooooo glad I did. I love the fact that I can choose my own filling, because that vanilla buttercream is the TRUTH. And I waited a day to eat the apple fritter, and it still smelled and tasted like they just made it. Literally melted in my mouth. I just wish it had more apples! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Love these Donuts! My go to place to pick some up before going to work or on a weekend getting some for my Family! Recently had a Red Velvet topped one that was DELICIOUS!! Many different options for any donut lover! Definitely check either of their locations out.

OMG these donuts were good. We try locally owned donut stores wherever we go. These donuts did not disappoint. They have yeast donuts so don't expect cake donuts here. They have a filling station so some of the donuts can be filled with your favorite fillings. Apple fritter was wonderful. The strawberry shortcake was amazing too.

Great little donut shop in Concord by the Great Wolf Lodge. They have an awesome selection ranging from traditional to unique (fruity pebbles on a donut…what!?!?). My son loves the strawberry with sprinkles. My wife loves the chocolate iced. They even allow you to choose your own filling. Great place and reasonably priced.

Alright, fellow Concordians, gather 'round, because ol' Dad's got something sweet to share! I just had a ribbit-ing good time at Sweet Frog frozen yogurt right here in our own backyard, and let me tell ya, it was a frog-tastic experience! My taste buds are still doing the cha-cha! (Wipes imaginary sweat from brow) My wife, bless her heart, said, "Honey, let's go get some froyo!" And I said, "Froyo? More like FO-REAL, because I'm ready to dig in!" And boy, am I glad we did! The place is cleaner than my golf clubs after a hole-in-one – which I'm still waiting for, by the way, but a man can dream! First off, the variety of flavors is just hoppy-ning! They had everything from classic vanilla to some fancy-schmancy chocolate concoctions. I went with a swirl of the peanut butter and chocolate, because, well, it's a match made in heaven, much like me and my recliner on a Sunday afternoon. It was so good, I almost forgot to tell a joke! Almost! "Why don't scientists trust atoms? Because they make up everything!" Get it? Classic! Then you hit the toppings bar, and that's where the real magic happens. It's like a candy store exploded, but in a good way! I piled on some crushed Oreos, a few sprinkles (because a little color never hurt anyone, right?), and, of course, a generous drizzle of hot fudge. My cup was so loaded, it looked like a small mountain, but a delicious one! I told the cashier, "I'm not sure if this is dessert or a civil engineering project!" She just chuckled. I think she gets me. The staff there? Sweet as pie! Or, should I say, sweet as frozen yogurt! They were all smiles, even when I asked if they had any sugar-free jokes. They're definitely not frogettable. So, if you're looking for a treat that's both cool and delish, hop on over to Sweet Frog in Concord, NC. You won't regret it. It's the kind of place that makes you wanna jump for joy! Five out of five stars, folks. Now, if you'll excuse me, I think I heard my lawn calling. Enjoyed our visit to Sweet Frog today. The young man who served us was very friendly & attentive. The frozen yogurt was great! We tried the cake batter, cheesecake & cotton candy. They were all 😋. They offered a wide variety of toppings. Would definitely recommend this location.

My friend and I went in for a sweet treat but left with a bad taste. They only had one sorbet option and my friend asked the nice cashier for a sample cup. She instructed him they didn’t have any but he could use a spoon. As we are getting a taste of the sorbet a rude worker with glasses, black hair, and snotty attitude told us “for future reference we don’t allow that” twice! I told her to tell that to her inform her coworker who authorized it. We didn’t bring in any spoons from outside. She began to stare me down in attempt to intimidate me and the walked to the back room. Needless to say, we left without buying anything and as a frequent customer, I will not be returning. Why were there no sample cups??? Especially if the is only one option and u don’t know if u would like it or not. I would highly advise your employees to learn how to speak to customers

Great frozen yogurt flavors to choose from, including sugar-free and non-dairy. Plenty of seating inside and out. Various toppings from sweet and savory to salty, tart and crunchy to choose from. The staff is very friendly and courteous, too. Great family outting on a hot summer evening.

My little family loves SweetFrog and we’ve been enjoying this location for nearly a year, no complaints. Last night, however, we treated ourselves to our usual flavors and toppings- only to come home and 3 out of 5 of us became violently ill! Something is wrong with the cleanliness or the temperature of the yogurt in the machines?? I’ve never been so sick from a dessert, and my poor kids, too. Definitely a traumatic experience. We won’t be returning to this location, too risky for our health.

They should lose New York in the name this is nothing like a NY bakery. Don't get me wrong, they are a decent little place. They have ok cakes & pastries. The bread is nothing like bread in a NY bakery.

Best Bagels Outside of New York! 🥯❤️ This bakery has completely stolen my heart! Their New York-style bagels are everything — perfectly chewy, golden on the outside, and packed with flavor. Every bite tastes like home. You can tell they care about quality and tradition. I’m officially obsessed! I also love there other sweets! But the bagels keep bringing me back! And the customer service is amazing!

From the first time I walked into this bakery I was super excited because it reminded me of a bakery back home in Jersey. I have taken home a number of items from here and everything has been hands down excellent, fresh,,and making me want to go back for more. It started out for me with the crumb cake ( more crumb than cake) just like it should be!!! The muffins are most definitely the best I have ever had. And then being able to take home a fresh in house made bagel to make my pork roll and cheese on is the absolute best!!! If you haven’t tried any of these excellent items it has to be on your to do list!!!!!

Dough Bakery is one of my favorite places in Concord. The pumpernickel bagel is a personal go-to, but honestly, everything I’ve tried has been great. The owners are kind and welcoming, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Definitely worth a visit.

I ordered a gender reveal cake from here. My doctor messed up some scheduling so I didn't get my gender to them in the time I was expecting. They were very polite and professional about the situation and I got my cake beautifully done and in great time. Plus, it was delicious 😋

Today, we walked into an establishment that was completely darkened. I bought a chocolate chip cookie that didn't taste fresh.

I passed by here for many years I finally decided to try it because I want to try all the local spots so I can see what my favorite is, I love the fact that they have the old school charm. I had the cappuccino crunch ice cream. I am definitely going to try the shave ice next time. The prices are reasonable.

Worst ice cream place I have ever been to. Lady in front of me got a small soft serve vanilla dipped in chocolate. It was horribly made, mushed,falling over, tiny, and not properly made. I ordered a medium because I wanted something bigger than what I just observed. I got a half chocolate half vanilla soft serve medium. It came out worse than the first lady, smaller, and not what you could even call a twist ice cream cone. I asked for another one and 3 employees stood there starring at me not responding but with disgusted looks on their faces so, I asked for a refund. They still just stood there. Then one employee spoke up and said she would re make it, who may have been the most lead person working. The ice cream cone came out looking like a twist as it should but still tiny like a small. Horrible customer service and perception of size when making the soft serve cones. Will not go back. While eating my ice cream a third person behind me orders a small soft serve and also gets a horrible mushed, falling over, non existent ice cream cone. The wife tries talking with that staff but not sure what happened. The husband threw the cone in the trash and they never got another one to replace the mushed ice cream cone they first got. Unacceptable service and product for customers trying to support your business.

I've been coming here for 30 plus years. The ice cream is good, prices are fair. The services is usually pretty good. Sometimes there's a line, which is always a good thing.

The best ice cream I’ve actually enjoyed in a loooong time. It tastes just like Cold Stone but much better. The pecan ones were AMAZING. The only thing is that the “Playdoh” and Cookies N’ Cream tasted the exact same.

I tried the coffee, mocha cappuccino and the cookies and cream they were delicious! The weather was nice so I opted to sit outside, they do offer to go lids if you’re in a rush but I had time. It was a very nice experience and I will be back!!!

The venue reminds me of a sad washed up putt putt at Myrtle beach and I equate that to the owner “papa Robb” being a complete jerk to others in the community all while wearing a hat with his company on it.clearly dosent care about his brand be associated with a rude cruel individual. Had the gluten free chocolate chip it was really good. If your celiac I wouldn't recommend because the gluten free was next to the regular cookie dough.

Tried to be understanding since this was the grand opening but the young staff were clueless. Scoops were buy one get one and we got 4 scoops total yet our total was almost $11 which is more than regular price. No receipt provided either and claimed they didn't have the option to text our email it to you. Owner was there wearing her baby but seemed lost and she wasn't doing much in the way of interacting with customers and certainly not helping at the register. A couple of the flavors had too creamy a consistency for cookie dough and didn't taste very good. Cute concept but we don't plan to return.

Cute little bakery right next to Lil Papis. Stopped there after getting lunch. It’s cash only. The lady in there is super sweet and doesn’t know much English it seems so please be kind. The pastries are delicious. You grab a circle tray and tongs and bring what you’d like to the counter. Three pastries only cost 4.50. That’s cheap as heck. My donut was yummy 🍩 Spin on a Boston cream.

I went to buy a peace of cake 🍰. Everything look normal 😑 but one of the lady at front don’t have love or passion to work with client, I found hair on my cake inside the strawberry 🍓 around the head of the strawberry 😩🤮🤢so sad especially when I was almost done with my cake.

This was my first experience with frozen yoghurt (other than the supermarket prepackaged stuff😬). I tried three flavors which were vanilla, milk chocolate, and cookies and cream. All the flavors were perfectly smooth, creamy and delicious. The self-serve setup at the store was clean.They got fixed price for the base which is yoghurt and you can serve as many toppings as you like. At the checkout, they weigh your cup and charge accordingly. Toppings were vast which included nuts, berries, chips, flavored syrupy sauces to drizzle and many more. Definitely a great spot for dessert lovers!!

We visited this location on the 20th while shopping. The lady behind the counter was very polite and very nice. There weren't many fro-yo flavors to choose from because several machines were down. There were tons of topping options though, so that offset the lack of flavor options a little bit. It was on overall four out of five stars. Taking a star for lack of flavor options only.

Clean, never a wait every time I have been there. Toppings are frozen yogurt are self-serve and fresh (fruits, nuts, candies, etc ) and always full of choices. It is a bit pricey i think but great taste. My favorite frozen yogurt is Salted caramel.

As an early birthday treat, I took my grandson Bubba to Sweet Frog at Afton Ridge. The fellowship was great, and the frozen yogurt was delicious. Bubba exercised far more discipline of which I am capable and took half of his home. The facility was clean, and the staff was personable and professional.

This place is awesome, just found this driving by. Customer service is 5 stars! Over 220 flavors and the price is on point compared to other similar places. Not sure if the employee was the owner or manager but because of her I will be retuning. She made us feel welcomed. The popcorn was crunchy and not stale. I picked the bear crunch and lucky charms. Awesome is all I have to say. You have to come here!!!

Talk about popcorn heaven!!! So many flavors from savory to sweet and everything in between! Was so hard to pick a fave because all I tried were so yummy! The two girls behind the counter were amazing. So friendly and helpful with helping me make a decision or giving me a suggestion on the next one to try. Now that the holidays are approaching it’s a perfect place to grab some stocking stuffers, I mean who doesn’t love popcorn?! I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Hands down the best popcorn I have ever had in life! I went there for the first time today and they didn’t disappoint. I tried the strawberry flavor, cookies and cream, and watermelon. They are now my favorite flavors! They don’t taste artificial AT ALL! Plus, they aren’t too sweet. Whoever came up with the recipes knew exactly the perfect measurements to make their popcorn authentic. Mind you now, before this experience I never was a fan of popcorn because it would taste too sweet or too salty. But, Popstarz changed my whole mind!

This place has sooooooo many flavors and they offer 2 free samples. I ended up getting everything bagel and dill pickle. The sweet popcorn flavors were amazing also. I’ll get those next time.

The most amazing flavors I have ever tasted! I am totally in love with the Key Lime Pie....as I crunch into the popcorn the key lime pie bursts into my mouth. I've tried the Carmel, Strawberry, Blueberry, and kettle corn this far. The flavors are true to their names! Don't miss out, great for parties and school projects and programs ...best sitting on the sofa watching a movie with your own personal serving. I highly recommend.

Popstarz delivered a delicious variety of popcorn flavors to our business team, and I was thoroughly impressed! The assortment of flavors and size options was fantastic, offering something for everyone. I especially recommend the banana pudding and cinnamon flavors—they were absolutely outstanding. Our family loves ice cream and fancy milkshakes, so we were excited to visit Crazy Mason on our recent trip to Concord, NC. The menu had so many options it was hard to choose, but we all opted to go with the milkshakes. Overall, they were pretty good. However, there are a few key things to note. First off, they offer some great combinations and for the most part the milkshakes we're really good. With the exception of the whipped cream, strangely enough. Generally speaking, I'm a fan of most types of whipped cream. This one was different though. It's a very thick, and almost dense cream and it was extremely rich. I think they use this type of cream because it helps hold the whole milkshake design together without falling apart—but we really didn't care for it (all 5 of us). Unfortunately the whipped cream seams to be pretty significant in each dish, so that was a slight bummer. Next time, I'd probably scoop some of mine off. Secondly, they are not quite as large as some of the fancy milkshakes we've had elsewhere. For the price, we figured they'd be similar, but they were a little smaller. You can of course "upgrade" to the actual glass mason jars for something like another $3.50 per milkshake, but they're not actually any larger than the normal ones in the plastic cup. For the extra charge you get to take home the glass mason jar as a souvenir. If you're in the Concord area and your looking for some great ice cream based desert options, Crazy Mason is a fun choice, but it's not cheap!

First time here, and I actually didn't get anything. I did, however, bring 3 teens that ordered 3 shakes (in the glass mason jars). I don't remember the exact names of the shakes, but one shake had fruity Pebbles, another had a donut on top, and the last was a smores one. The presentation of the shakes were nice, but none of the kids liked their shakes. They all said that they were too thick and had too much syrup to even enjoy them. They did say that the donut and toasted marshmallows were good, but thats it. On top of that, the 3 shakes and a banana split cost roughly $70. Although a bit pricey, I wouldn't have minded as much if they actually enjoyed the shakes and banana split.

Finally made it to Crazy Mason Jar, a place that’s been on my list for a while (and always popping up on Instagram). Visited on a Sunday evening and it was surprisingly quiet. I ordered the Shortcake ice cream for $17 – definitely huge! It’s tough for one person to finish since it’s more like a two-person portion. My wife really enjoyed it, and overall it was a fun treat spot.

Just the logo itself made me come in. The milkshake was so delicious, the flavors all made it come together. The milkshake I ordered had a brownie just so good. Very good place if you’re craving something sweet. And the mason jar is so cute, and reusable.

It’s a cool place that makes fun shakes for pictures. I ordered a jar but I ended up with a plastic cup. I didnt realize until it was done, so she had to ring me up for $3 to get a jar. (Which was fine im not looking for freebies). Plus side was i didnt have to wash it out before driving home. Dad loved his banana split and my milkshake was good. 3rd or 4th time trying this place out and unfortunately it’ll be our last. We really wanted to love this place but I can’t justify the price after having an off experience almost every time. The fun stuff- If you want an Instagram worthy photo for roughly $20 a person this is your spot! It’s very cute, detail oriented and trendy on the inside. Each wall or corner is like a dedicated photo opportunity and really adds to the overall vibe. This was a huge part of why we brought my daughter and our family when they visited. The giant milkshakes that come in the mason jars truly do look and taste amazing! Now for the not so great- The menu advertises $16 mason jars with the option of getting some in a plastic cup for $12. Very confused why one jar we ordered was $17.25 and the other being $14 with an added charge of $3.50 for a jar. Those prices don’t reflect what’s advertised online or on the menu so I’d love to know why we were charged so much?? It was also super irritating to see the card fee being passed onto the customer. Even though it’s locally owned, it’s still a chain establishment. At the prices you charge for absolutely anything on the menu, you should be able to eat the fees. I wanted to try the cookie ice cream sandwich on one of our visits and it was literally rock solid. I expected the cookie to be slightly firm because of the ice cream squished between but this was next to impossible to eat. Each bite just squished the ice cream out and smashed the cookies together. I ended up having to scrape the ice cream onto the small plate and left the cookies to “thaw” for a bit. But they still ended up being too hard so I gave up about halfway through. On our last visit, the lady helping us was incredibly unfriendly to both my family and the people in front of us. She spoke very quickly and blunt in her responses. We questioned how the birthday reward was redeemed and she snapped at us and turned the screen around and walked off. It was incredibly off putting and the nail in the coffin for me about ever coming back. We go out to have fun and it ended up ruining my birthday treat and my mood for the night.

We tried the Crazy Nachos and a couple of their signature mason jar shakes, and WOW—every bite was heavenly. The WORSE!! If you want a hot fudge Sunday, you are better off going to McDonalds. My husband's banana split had syrup in it as runny as water. When approaching the management, they acted as if we had a problem. PLUS, after getting the ice cream we wanted napkins. By the napkins were baby ROACHES. The worse place and worse hot fudge and banana split. Stay away.

I came here to try the viral cookie crunch dip and its the best thing ever and the service here is mega ultra premium deluxe amazing !!! Definitely recommend this place

Paid for a large and am missing about an inch at the top of the cup. Poor service and they were not busy at the time. Wouldn't ask for it to be remade but leaving a one star review because I recieved a medium but paid for a large.

Went in for a free cone day. They were out of the seasonal cookie crumb shell flavor, but they did have the classic cherry. Line moved very quickly, and staff were friendly.

Store close hours at 10:00 pm and employee close door at 9:50 pm and they say they gave close 10 minutes early. They should change time to 9:50pm on door.

Super friendly and fast service. I asked for light ice cream for my cupfection and it was a little too much for me so I asked them to remake it and they were soooo kind to me and took they’re time and made my second one so perfect and I was so happy my boys and I sat down to enjoy our ice cream date. I highly recommend these kind ppl they do a great job of making our treats!!!!!! 10 STARS‼️‼️‼️‼️

The absolute best Dairy Queen you will find. Stellar service and blizzards are always mixed from top to bottom with mix-ins in every bite. Perfection!
