Tried their coconut cream tart, pear tart and caramel walnut tart. All were delicious but loved the coconut cream tart the best. Would love to try some other pastries next time.

Nice bakery I would describe it as. They had some bread and small things on the counters. Then mainly desserts like macaroons, little pies and tarts things like that. Overall though great atmosphere and good desserts!
Evan G — Google review
We had a short visit to NC (Concord/Charlotte area). A quick drop in to, Chocolatier Barrucand while walking around downtown Concord. My daughter in law got a S'mores macaron and I got a caramelized croissant. Friendly staff.

Adorable shop! Smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Very friendly staff. Jessica was super helpful answering our questions and making suggestions. The treats we selected were absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to go back and try more! Highly recommend stopping by and visiting one of the cutest shops in downtown Concord!

Outstanding macarons and delicious cakes. Charming chocolatier in downtown Concord offering wine, gateaux, chocolate, and bread. Good service, though when checking out, like most businesses these days that, they requested a tip. Maybe if it were delivered, or a sit-down service, but it wasn’t…
Brett D — Google review
We needed a very special cake for my mother in laws 90th birthday. Usually you get a cake that may taste good but not be decorated nice or vice versa. They outdid our expectations on both. I highly recommend ordering from them. You won't be sorry.

I've seen this bakery several times as we drove thru downtown. Today, we decided to try it. The desserts were great! Tried the Opera cake for the 1st time. It was delicious. Got a couple of very yummy cheese cakes! I love it when everything is placed in a box like a little treat😋

OMG Donuts & Bakery in Concord is a must-visit spot for donut enthusiasts. The shop offers a wide range of flavors, including unique options like Samoa-inspired donuts and those topped with sugary cereals. In addition to donuts, they also sell other delectable pastries such as apple fritters and donut holes. The bakery's expansion to Monroe Road will make it even more accessible to locals and visitors alike.
Great big donuts and plenty of flavors to choose from. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We love this place for a quick breakfast.
Rick H — Google review
First time here and the donuts were very tasty. Fluffy, big, and not dry. Placed order online and pickup was easy. Also ordered Thai Tea and it was pretty good! Definitely recommend stopping by if your in the area. I did order early in the morning, so no problem with selections. My husband has been looking for a strawberry shortcake donut with filling and he was not disappointed.
Rosalynn S — Google review
Wow!!! Just Wow!! If you love doughnuts then this place is for you!! Their doughnuts are Soft & pillowy! My fav doughnut of all time is an old School Powdered Lemon filled doughnut…this place literally pumps doughnuts full of a variety of fillings that you can choose from…lemon being one of the choices!! I’m a fan!!
Steph P — Google review
I stopped by on my way back to Atlanta, and I'm soooooooo glad I did. I love the fact that I can choose my own filling, because that vanilla buttercream is the TRUTH. And I waited a day to eat the apple fritter, and it still smelled and tasted like they just made it. Literally melted in my mouth. I just wish it had more apples! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.
Raushanah B — Google review
Love these Donuts! My go to place to pick some up before going to work or on a weekend getting some for my Family! Recently had a Red Velvet topped one that was DELICIOUS!! Many different options for any donut lover! Definitely check either of their locations out.
Joshua M — Google review
OMG these donuts were good. We try locally owned donut stores wherever we go. These donuts did not disappoint. They have yeast donuts so don't expect cake donuts here. They have a filling station so some of the donuts can be filled with your favorite fillings. Apple fritter was wonderful. The strawberry shortcake was amazing too.
Daniel C — Google review
Great little donut shop in Concord by the Great Wolf Lodge. They have an awesome selection ranging from traditional to unique (fruity pebbles on a donut…what!?!?). My son loves the strawberry with sprinkles. My wife loves the chocolate iced. They even allow you to choose your own filling. Great place and reasonably priced.

Dough NY Style Bakery is a must-visit place for delectable baked goods. Their friendly staff and mouthwatering treats will leave you impressed. This bakery offers phenomenal desserts that are sure to make your day amazing. The quality and taste of their various sweets are remarkable, making it a rare find among the many bakeries in the Charlotte/Concord areas. Don't hesitate to try Dough NY Style Bakery; you won't be let down!
This was a hidden Gem on the way back from Savage Race in Charlotte. An old school mom and pop type place and if you were a New York/New Jersey native, you felt right at home here. The pastries were great and the family that runs the place were wonderful people too. It was nice to enjoy good quality pastries with a good cup of coffee! Highly recommend this place!
Jeffrey T — Google review
They should lose New York in the name this is nothing like a NY bakery. Don't get me wrong, they are a decent little place. They have ok cakes & pastries. The bread is nothing like bread in a NY bakery.
Desi V — Google review
Found this amazing bakery on Monday and decided to come back every morning since for my husband's "birthday treat week". Every item fresh, made from scratch, I can taste the love and the passion that goes into everything they bake!! Today is the grand finale of "birthday, treat week" and it did not disappoint!! Thank you for helping me to celebrate my husband's birthday with quality 🫶🏽

Best Bagels Outside of New York! 🥯❤️ This bakery has completely stolen my heart! Their New York-style bagels are everything — perfectly chewy, golden on the outside, and packed with flavor. Every bite tastes like home. You can tell they care about quality and tradition. I’m officially obsessed! I also love there other sweets! But the bagels keep bringing me back! And the customer service is amazing!
Gabby K — Google review
From the first time I walked into this bakery I was super excited because it reminded me of a bakery back home in Jersey. I have taken home a number of items from here and everything has been hands down excellent, fresh,,and making me want to go back for more. It started out for me with the crumb cake ( more crumb than cake) just like it should be!!! The muffins are most definitely the best I have ever had. And then being able to take home a fresh in house made bagel to make my pork roll and cheese on is the absolute best!!! If you haven’t tried any of these excellent items it has to be on your to do list!!!!!
Eric N — Google review
Dough Bakery is one of my favorite places in Concord. The pumpernickel bagel is a personal go-to, but honestly, everything I’ve tried has been great. The owners are kind and welcoming, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Definitely worth a visit.
H R — Google review
I ordered a gender reveal cake from here. My doctor messed up some scheduling so I didn't get my gender to them in the time I was expecting. They were very polite and professional about the situation and I got my cake beautifully done and in great time. Plus, it was delicious 😋
Pearla J — Google review
Today, we walked into an establishment that was completely darkened. I bought a chocolate chip cookie that didn't taste fresh.

Cinnabon is a delightful counter-service chain that specializes in serving up warm, gooey cinnamon rolls alongside an array of other baked treats and refreshing specialty frozen beverages. Visitors can expect speedy service, with everything served hot and fresh, making it the perfect stop for a sweet indulgence. The friendly staff adds to the experience, ensuring that each visit is enjoyable. If you find yourself near a Cinnabon location, it's definitely worth stopping by to savor their delicious offerings!
Gave this location a chance totally loved it tell the team to keep up the good work

The Cinnabon store no longer exists. Auntie Anne’s store sales them. Also, the store open time says 10am, it’s 10:30am and they are still closed. Mall security said they are supposed to be open but sometimes they don’t. Do not make a trip here expecting to get a cinnamon roll.
Jim C — Google review
Gross just watched one of the workers fluff her bangs out and lay her germ filled phone down on and over the counter where they roll out the dough. She then pulled gloves out of the box ready to work. 🤢🤮 I had made a special trip to get some cinnabon but it turned into a big nope for me!
Glass H — Google review
Northlake mall aunt annie/Cinnabon not doing Cinnabon any justice when you dont have any bons ready and they might be ready in an hour, made a special trip to get them, this is the reason places is going out of business. oops went away for an hour and revisted, the Cinnabon that was ready had to be boxed in 4's for 21.99 or 6 for 30? I won't be visiting any Cinnabon again, I'll take my business else where.
Phia — Google review
I drove all the way from work to Cinnabon N. Lake to be told I have to buy the cinnabon in the box if I want (6)which were made yesterday. I was told I could not buy the ones made today and I could go home and heat the ones in the up. So unprofessional. Cinnabon missed a $14.06 sell because I wanted fresh cinnabons. Never again.....
Michelle H — Google review
This has to be the worst location. Every time I come here it is a mess my order is wrong or I’m standing there 15 mins with no service. I even called and they allowed the phone to ring and not answer it. The customer service is the worst. I won’t be returning.

Auntie Anne's is a beloved global chain known for its delicious soft pretzels, available in both sweet and savory varieties, complete with an array of toppings and dips. During my visit to the Auntie Anne's kiosk at Concord Mills, I had the pleasure of meeting Mister, the friendly manager who made my experience even more enjoyable. I indulged in their refreshing lemonade paired with bite-sized salted pretzels that were simply delightful!
I had a great experience at this Auntie Anne’s location in Concord Mills. I met Mister, interesting name….he manages this free-standing kiosk-like spot adjacent to the food court. My go-to is the refreshing lemonade and bite size salted pretzels. They never disappoint. Delish! Be sure to sign up for the rewards, because they add up pretty quickly & follow for more. Thanks to all that made my visit special. Josephine Local Guide

I’m not sure what the issue was, but I ordered the new Oreo topped nuggets and was told there would be a 15 min wait. I didn’t receive them until almost an hour later, and was not updated during my wait. I didn’t even realize that much time had passed and was irritated that I waited that long instead of just requesting a refund. No complaints on the nuggets, but it’s up to you whether or not you want to deal with the actual service at this location.
Daviataylor — Google review
Our family went to 2 different locations in Concord Mills, and both experiences were unfriendly and didn't really deliver what we wanted. The first ran out of regular pretzels and after I purchased the bites, then they proceed to tell me I could have waited five minutes for a regular pretzel. Then my grandmother went to a different location in the mall and they burnt her pretzel dogs, and acted like it was an inconvenience to make them. Everyone is miserable working it seems.
Maria R — Google review
I went today to buy a mini dog with my wife and the person in the register give us a cup with some of them burn it, so my wife ask me in Spanish to tell her to get a different one and the women get offended and with a bad actitud says “you have to talk to me in English because I speak English” and my wife don’t even speak to her and she start acting aggressive and complaining with the other employees, I like the place but no the way she treats people. Didn’t tell me name but is a black lady.
Cristian M — Google review
I agree with the person who posted a review on February 10, 2025 around 1pm! I was there around 6pm and the cashier was rude, had a bad attitude, disrespectful and very unprofessional! First the pretzel was burned at the bottom, asked for another, she was rude and short. Another was made and that one was raw in the center. I also advised her that the lemonade had no lemon flavor. I asked for a refund and took my tip back because of her attitude and she said "that's fine", with an attitude. I paid with cash, but she only refunded me for the cost of the pretzel. Will NEVER patronize that location again. I suggest hiring individuals who have good customer service and respect not only for people, but for their elders. Not what I have been used to with this establishment, both quality and customer service. You used to use fresh lemons and soft, fresh delicious pretzels...I was so disappointed!
Brown J — Google review
I ordered from auntie Anne’s today around 1 o’clock and the door dasher said that they didn’t have the watermelon frozen drink I ordered and that I would have to order something else the dasher was “new” and said I took to long to answer (3 min.) and they said they left after I didn’t answer for 3 min. I ended up getting just my pretzel bites and a cream cheese and still haven’t gotten a refund for the $4.79 drink I ordered.
Gabby C — Google review
If I could give zero stars I would. Pretzels taste old as if reheated… area was super dirty & on top of that customer service was horrible she was really rude to me and my kids I dont know how this store is still open and running.
Elisa R — Google review
I bought a cup of nuggets with no salt half of the cup was burned. I notified the manager and he said just throw it away, but didn’t compensate…

Dunkin', a well-established chain, offers a diverse selection of breakfast specialties and an assortment of coffee beverages. Patrons can enjoy their visit as they encounter an ample array of delectable donuts for the first time at this particular Dunkin' location. The coffee is perfectly brewed, emanating an impeccable taste. The cleanliness both inside and outside the establishment adds to the overall pleasant experience, complemented by the courteous and amicable service provided by the staff.
Stopped by for some afternoon fuel (10/5/25), and the tall gentleman working today was so nice, as the rest of the staff, but he hooked my hash brown bites up nice and crispy for me (just the way I like them!)

Edit: Months later upgrading this restaurant to a 3 (review). ... Really 3.5. Went in, and bought a couple things and it was much better. /// Manager here needs to be fired, and replaced, asap. The other morning I ordered like an egg and ham sandwich, bagel balls (with the cream cheese in them), and a blueberry donut. The donut was the only 1/2 way decent thing. And the two LADIES, in there had severe case of RBF. - One was a shorter, more I'm gonna say sturdily built lady, the other was tall and slender with curly hair {She was the worst, like her face just said "Gosh I hate everything."} ... It appeared the store was at least one person short. .. Yeah my caramel iced coffee was just OFF, my bagel balls were disgusting - The tops were HARD, the cream cheese didn't fill the middle, like it's supposed to ... and the cream cheese itself was awful - They were heinous, and inedible. (Pic - After one bite, which I had to spit out) ... Their coffee drink maker was super ABRASIVE and loud, the staff couldn't even hear customers, when they were saying something, when the thing was running .. I had to repeat my order; loudly. And the question is why do these two women both have have the 'Face of Death'? - In my experience that's management. ... Get a new manager. Because I was in town, for some business - and the place made the opposite of a good impression. Wish I had hit up the Firehouse Subs, next door, for something instead.
Hershel D — Google review
I am angry about the food serving sizes and how they lie. This is the photo advertised, and on the drive through sign, and this is what I was handed after paying $5 for it! Thats genuinely insulting. To advertise a full cup and not even fill it HALF WAY. And I was told that was the serving size, after I asked what the heck? That's straight up scamming people.
Amanda B — Google review
What a disgusting place went there at 6:40 and ordered two hot coffees, two small hot chocolates and a matcha. The chocolate was barely warm, tasted as if it was made with spoiled milk and did NOT taste like chocolate at all. The “hot” coffees were iced and the matcha was disgusting. Then when I get to the window they said it was free. I thought how nice and thanked them. Now I know why it was free smh
E R — Google review
Ordered on DoorDash and the order was complete meaning ready for pick up at 8:49. The dasher explained once he got here that a woman only handed him our drinks and not our food. I called Dunkin’ Donuts to find out where our food was and a nice young man answered the phone and he was trying to get a woman on the phone to talk to me I can only assume it was the manager and I heard her deny my phone call with a very nasty tone. Our dasher headed back to get our food and he said this same woman was also rude to him. He delivered our food, it was cold and I ordered a bucket of the munchkins and didn’t receive the bucket. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but you don’t treat people like that ESPECIALLY in customer service. If you don’t like people don’t be in a job where you have to deal with them. This location has lost our business forever and that might not seem like a big deal but you never know who you’re serving, Social media is big these days, all it takes is one person who has a big following on TikTok to shut a place down.
Marissa W — Google review
Went by there around 5:30pm today (9/29/25). The employees were incredibly rude, lazy, and incompetent. They tried to look busy to avoid helping customers that were waiting. One of them even called a customer stupid. Hate that I wasted my money there. I will not be going back.
Michelle M — Google review
My drinks are missing creamer, sugar or a tea bag on many occasions. It never fails! The employees seem to change all the time except for one.

Cinnaholic, a delightful gem that originated in Berkeley, California, gained fame after its appearance on Shark Tank. This unique establishment specializes in made-to-order gourmet cinnamon rolls, allowing you to craft your perfect treat with an array of frosting flavors and toppings. If you're feeling nostalgic, their Old School option features a classic cinnamon roll topped with traditional vanilla frosting. The menu is not just limited to cinnamon rolls; they also offer scrumptious options like cookie cakes and even Dole Whip!
The young lady helping us was amazing! She gave excellent service. The cinnamon rolls are always good here. It’s one of my family’s favorite treats.

We ordered 2 Cookie Monster Rolls and 1 Tropical Bliss Roll. When my husband picked up the order, the bag was stapled and he unfortunately did not check. Once he arrived home we discovered there was one missing. I called the store to inform them and the lady who answered the phone stated “my coworker remembers making and bagging your order, maybe the DoorDash driver took it”. This wasn’t a door dash driver, it was our personal order that my husband picked up 😩. We also onIy received 2 forks/knives for our order of 3. I asked for a refund and honestly is unclear if they refunded as I could hear someone yelling at the girl on the phone. Sounds like there is new management and this place is no longer the same.
Arnieris E — Google review
We ordered 5 cinnamon rolls through door dash. What showed up is shameful especially based on the price. We will not be back. One was soup and the most expensive banana dessert had a tiny portion.
J M — Google review
As a first time consumer, this was an disappointment. The Cinnabun was under cooked, it was doughy and cold. I ate most of it because I wasn’t wasting $6. The chocolate cookie was good. Not sure if I will return. I appreciate the vegan option.
Ebony T — Google review
Good evening my google fam. Here is a franchise that was on Shark Tank years ago. Their custom cinnamon rolls are hot fresh and delicious. I got the cookie dough or Cookie Monster one. They also sell banana bread, cookies, cookie dough and brownies. Good restaurant but it is too much sugar for me.
Kara H — Google review
The cinnamon roll was amazing, but service was poor. We came in on a Saturday morning, 30 min post the opening time. The employee was on her cell phone, although we were greeted she continued on her call. At one point she put the phone in her head wrap to hold the phone to her ear while working on our order. There were only 3 cinnamon rolls and a few display rolls already prepared but no baby buns or anything. We asked for a bottle of water and iced coffee with our 2 cinnamon rolls and was told they didn't have any beverages. The staff member working that day never once ended her call.

We had the caramel apple pie cinnamon bun and the German chocolate stack which were FABULOUS! I would easily suggest going here if you want a delicious treat! Best part is it's all vegan but there is no way someone would even be able to tell it was vegan! They also have really good coffee, and have cookie cakes and a cinnamon roll cake too! They also have the Dole whip! There really is something here for everyone!

I first noticed this establishment during its construction, and couldn't wait to check them out. I was not disappointed! It is difficult to find good eateries for vegetarians and vegans, and as I have members of my family on a restricted diet, this opening couldn't be better for us. They're also very conveniently located, near University City, within Highland Creek, and a stone's throw from Concord Mills Mall. I brought my family here to order their specialty cinnamon rolls, we had their Campfire Marshmallow Rolls, Apple Cinnamon, and the Strawberry(?) Roll. We also ordered their brownies and cinnamon sticks. Each was delicious, unique, with bakery quality taste and flavors. While I myself am not vegan, the chef mastered the difficult task of creating rich flavors using all vegan ingredients. Her cream cheese dip for the cinnamon sticks is close to regular cream cheese, but much lighter on the pallet. Upon my next visit, I'll certainly try their Maple Pecan Roll. Whether you're vegetarian or not, this is an awesome, guilt free bakery, with a good range of offerings for any occasion.

This is my first visit to Crumbl Cookies - Concord Mills, a highly renowned bakery. I was impressed by the positive feedback I heard from others even before stepping foot inside. Offering both self-ordering and ordering at the register, customers have flexibility in how they place their orders. Opting for the self-ordering option allowed me to take my time in selecting from their wide range of cookie choices.
It says to tell about my experience here. Well it’s hard I have so many. This place is fantastic. From the employees that are always so welcoming and supportive that is a lot now days. But the cookies they make are out of this world. I have been so many times I lost count. If I had one thing to say. It would be this is a company that has grown into something amazing with people and products. So if you haven’t had it. Then what are you waiting for get it today. You will be thankful you did. Thanks crumble for all you do.

Flavors delicious, but the times I have bought from here some ingredient is always missing or is raw. Such a disappointment to see something you want and not get it right. Below is missing ingredient and is not goey butter cake but RAW buttercake.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the extraordinary pleasure of indulging in Benson Boone's Moon Beam Ice Cream Crumbl Cookie, and let me tell you, this cookie is like a cosmic journey wrapped in a deliciously soft embrace! First off, the cookie itself is so soft that it practically melts in your hand—much like my willpower when I see a box of Crumbl. The flavor? Imagine a scoop of moonlit ice cream colliding with a cookie in a flavor explosion that’s more dramatic than a soap opera cliffhanger. It’s like the cookie decided to throw a party, and all the flavors RSVP’d with confetti and fireworks! The texture is both chewy and crumbly (as the name suggests)—each bite feels like a hug from a marshmallow on a cloud. And the ice cream bits? Pure magic! They’re like little orbs of joy that make you question your life choices. “Why didn’t I try this sooner?” you’ll wonder as you devour the cookie, one cosmic bite at a time. If you’re looking for a cookie that’s out of this world (and possibly made with actual moon beams), look no further! This cookie is the perfect excuse to abandon all your healthy eating resolutions while simultaneously feeling like a celestial being. I’d give it six stars if I could! 🌙✨🍪

The staff at this location are always friendly and willing to ask any questions you may have about the cookie flavors. I’m not a big fan of crumbl. My kids enjoy it and if this makes them happy and we get to an experience together as a family then it’s well worth it. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had some good cakes, especially the biscoff cakes. In all honesty the cakes to me are better than the cookies. If the keep making them I’ll be a loyal customer.

My first time here. I have heard so much about this place. Even walking out the store a customer told me they had the best cookies ever. I love they have an option to self order or order at the register. I used the self order so I could take my time deciding what I wanted. They had several cookies to choose from and the one I tried first was the peanut butter brownie. It was pretty good. It got a little rich for my taste buds with the peanut butter in the middle but it was good. The cookies are huge. I honestly only needed two one for me and one for my two young daughters who were able to split one. They loved the icing on the cookies and cream. The customer service was awesome. The place was also pretty busy. It is definitely a popular spot in the area.

I love their cookies fresh and variety flavours

I’m not sure what’s going on with the cookies here, but they’re always hard and stale. They consistently taste like they’ve been sitting out for days. Super disappointing, especially if you’re expecting something fresh and soft. Other locations are not like this.
