Food was above my expectations. The flavors and freshness were so satisfying. Also loved the vintage decor of the restaurant, made me feel like I was dining in the 80s. Also the coconut cream pie for dessert was so airy and just enough sweetness. And don’t let me forget to mention the wait staff is on point. Didn’t have to ask for one refill even on water. Very attentive and made great recommendations. Will be back!!

The restaurant is an old Ft Lauderdale relic. I love these restaurants that withstand time. My overall review is that the food was good, but I am not convinced that it was worth the hefty price. We made reservations, a week in advance but still got seated in the other room. We were told the main dining room wasn’t available when we got there. The service as adequate, except that he forgot to serve the appetizer first so we ended up eating the appetizer with the main meal. The portions are not large and we ate everything with no leftovers. Overall it was good.

Keith was our waiter and served us perfectly! Our 1st visit was wonderful. Enjoyed hunan country chicken, chef fried rice and lobster and shrimp dumplings. It was amazing and we will be back!

My husband & I went for our 19 year wedding anniversary! {March 5, 2023} The food was superb. I haven’t had Chinese food this good since I lived in New York & Boston! I have been following the reviews of this place for 2 years!!! They did NOT disappoint!!! The service was AMAZING. I love the dinner date vibes. I recommend the Mai Tai to drink, Lobster & Shrimp dumplings, Chef’s Fried Rice & The crispy steak!!!!! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me!

I recently moved to the neighborhood and this has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. This venue is elegant without feeling stuffy. The food is fresh, with great flavors. I keep coming back here because not only is the food great, but the staff is amazing too. Highly recommend! I never connected Florida with Chinese food, but this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the country!

Celebrated my parents 50th anniversary last night and everything was absolutely wonderful. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was lovely and the dishes were exquisite! Thanks to the staff and kitchen for such a beautiful evening.

Visited Pf Chang for late lunch. The service was great. We were seated right away. The waiter was very friendly. We got our drinks and appetizer fast. The food was delicious like always. Very nice ambience. The staff super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place . Definitely coming back.

Had an absolutely amazing experience eating dinner at PF Chang tonight. The food , atmosphere, and customer service was incredible! Shoutout to our server named Valeria who was super nice, helpful, and made the experience really elite and enjoyable! The food was so good and fresh!!!

We thought this would be a fine place to bring our wedding party for dinner and we were correct! A table of 11, we were quickly seated and started off with a selection of appetizers. You can never top the Lettuce Wraps! For dinner I had the Mongolian Beef which is my favorite. Most of the table had desserts but I admit, the portion size of the Key Lime Pie was tiny. Our server, Beckett, did an excellent job on our large table. He was great. Highly recommend PF Changes Galleria.

We generally live PF Changs but find decor food and service inconsistent at different locations. The Galleria location is one of the best. Drinks and food were excellent and our server Juliana was wonderful and super good! The now have nice budget friendly lunch options. Hot and sour soup some of the best we have had!

PF Chang’s is a great! You must try the Singapore Street Noodles. Shrimp and chicken in a super flavorful skinny noodle bowl of goodness. The seating is great for large and small parties. Quiet areas are available if needed. The decor is really nice as well. Definitely will recommend for you!

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s, and overall, I had a great dining experience. The atmosphere was stylish and modern, with dim lighting and elegant décor that created a relaxing vibe. It’s a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The menu offers a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the Lettuce Wraps — they were a perfect mix of crunchy and savory, and definitely a highlight. The Mongolian Beef was also delicious — tender with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. We also tried the fried rice and the Dynamite Shrimp, both of which were packed with flavor. The service was friendly and attentive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions based on our preferences. The food came out in a timely manner, and we never felt rushed.

#1stVisit: I had a fabulous time at this super cute spot on Las Olas from beginning to end! I was nicely greeted upon arrival for my 1pm reservation. My waiter, Christian, provided the best service. He was busy but gave special attention to all the tables he was serving. I was there celebrating my birthday🎉 & after learning that it was my birthday, he made my experience even better by surprising me with a cupcake & his singing buddies. I dined off of the brunch menu. Yummy shrimp & grits, bottomless Bellini, & Hawaiian roll French toast.😋 I enjoyed it ALL! I will definitely return to try the Asian fare.

This is our second visit to Casa Sensei in Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. This place its great. It has inside and outside dinning room. I definitely recommend to seat outside. Its located next to a Canal, you can dinner next to the water. Such a beautiful place. Service is fast, food is fast, drinks are great. Super clean and a magical atmosphere. Our server name was Christian, he was on top of the table without been too much. He explained all details about the food and he recommended a dulce de leche cheesecake that was to die for it. Soft beautiful music. Water next to our table, great service and impecable food. I would like to recommend the Argentinian Beef empanadas, the korean steak and the dulce de leche cheesecake.!!! They accept reservations This is a must go!!

Went there to celebrate my birthday. Loved it! They even had a birthday note in our table to make it more special. We wanted a table by the water, they accommodated us very quickly. We had to wait a couple of minutes at the bar but it was worth it. They gave us popcorn with some kind of seafood sauce as a courtesy. We ordered the fried calamari and the pad Thai with shrimp, it was delicious. The portions are huge, we shared the plates and had some leftovers to take home as well. They surprised me with a birthday cupcake with a candle and a cotton candy. I loved it so much! It was a great way to close the night.

Casa Sensei - definitely a hit with the Asian/Latin fusion. The service is top tier, our waiter Francisco C knows the menu and best recommendations for meals. He led us in the right direction for shareables. We ordered and the food came out in a good time frame hot, fresh, and delicious I couldn't stop eating. The flavors of each meal was well thought out and put together to create such an experience of the cultures. The manager comes out and speaks with us and I can appreciate that, it shows they actually care about your experience in their establishment.

We were a large group, FB Broward Foodies Group. Another local restaurant we checked out. Mark the manager was very hospitable made sure we were all good. Our server went out of his way to accommodate both our tables to the max and he was on point. The food was yummy and the atmosphere was super cool. The drinks were well made. We really had a fabulous time. We saw some other friends of ours and several brides to be there. Highly recommend reservations for weekends. They do have a vast menu. Our top 3, grilled octopus, Duck, and sushi.

The food at Casa Sensei was absolutely delicious. Dining on the outdoor patio along the waterfront created a beautiful and romantic atmosphere—perfect for couples. I want to thank Joesph our server for making the experience great. He had great suggestions on the menu that were spot on. Also the food came out lot faster than expected. The support has lot to do with that I’m assuming. Now the food is amazing. Very flavorful. Never thought to use any additional sauces or dips. We wanted to try so much so we stuck with the small plate option. Definitely place we need to go back to. Still so much to try.

We’ve now dined at Wan’s twice since its 2025 revival, and both experiences cemented its place as a local favorite for American Chinese fare—delivered with remarkable efficiency, warmth, and a noticeable upgrade in protein and produce quality. First Visit: We arrived just after 7pm to a packed house, with a 15-minute wait for a table. Despite the crowd, service was smooth and never rushed. Here’s what we ordered: • Hot and Sour Soup: Generously filled with tofu, mushrooms, and pork. Good vinegar tang, but missing the pepper heat—remedied with a side of chile sauce. • Egg Rolls (Appetizer): House-made, crisp but bland, mostly cabbage. The only dish we wouldn’t repeat. • Szechuan Pork (Main): Tender shredded pork and vegetables in a garlicky brown sauce. Savory but mild; extra chile sauce brought it to life. • House Fried Rice (Side): Excellent wok hei, well-balanced mix of egg, shrimp, and meats. Total comfort food. The standout here was the fried rice and the overall quality of the proteins and vegetables. Second Visit: Returning earlier—5:45pm after the early birds—the dining room started quiet but filled quickly. Once again, service was sharp and efficient; we enjoyed a larger meal and still finished comfortably in under an hour. • Thin-skinned Fried Pork Dumplings (Appetizer): Absolute must-order. Crispy, juicy, packed with pork flavor—far superior to the egg rolls. • Ja Ja Mian (Main): Hearty noodles in a mild, pork meat sauce—Cantonese-American take on zhajiangmian. Good texture, but like other mains, benefits from extra chile sauce. • Eggplant with Garlic Sauce + Shrimp (Main): Sweet, glossy sauce, perfectly cooked shrimp, and fresh, tender eggplant. Adding chile sauce balances the sweetness. • Crispy Baby Bok Choy with Garlic (Side): The sleeper hit—light, fresh, perfectly sautéed, highlighting excellent produce. • Cocktails: Both the Mai Tai (classic, dark rum-heavy, and strong) and the White Sesame Old Fashioned (smooth, nutty, Japanese whiskey) were generous and well-crafted. What Didn’t Work: • Egg Rolls: Only tried on the first visit—bland, mostly cabbage, and easily skipped. • Spicing Overall: Our only real complaint. Most dishes are mild by default, clearly tuned to the local palate. Want more flavor? Just ask for their chile sauce—they’re happy to oblige. Food Quality: The proteins and vegetables on both visits were a cut above what you’ll find at most neighborhood spots—shrimp are plump and sweet, pork is tender, and every vegetable tasted crisp and fresh. Atmosphere & Bonus: Wan’s is always clean, comfortable, and buzzing with a loyal, mostly non-Asian crowd. Christina Wan herself was greeting guests on our second visit—officially “retired,” but clearly still part of the weekend magic. Bottom Line: Wan’s sets the standard for service, consistency, and ingredient quality in SoFlo’s American Chinese scene. Skip the egg rolls, focus on the dumplings, mains, veggie sides, and cocktails, and don’t be shy about asking for more spice. After two visits, we’re already looking forward to the next.

Went dinner on a Sunday evening. Ordered the spare ribs appetizer, the pork chow mein and schezwan chicken. The fried noodles with sweet & sour sauce and hot mustard that were provided, were very good. The wonton soup and vegetable spring rolls were both quite nice as well. The spare ribs tasted good, but were just not the least bit tender, almost too tough to eat. The entrées were lacking taste. Maybe its what we ordered, but they really were a disappointment. In my opinion, if you don't do the simple things right, risking something more than that is not worth it. All the food was served piping hot, which was very nice. Service was attentive and very good and the facility is very nice. There is a bar available with cocktails and mock tails.

Since I was at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood airport on business, I had to get some lunch before I head up to Palm Beach Airport. So Christina Wan's was the place to be. 15 minute drive with plenty of parking, I went in and spoke to ALEX, and asked him about Beef Chow Fun, he said that they make it exactly like New York Style. That sold me!!! He is the owner. I had one to go with a hot and sour soup. After a short and brief conversation about food, I paid for my meal and headed north. My beef chow fun was delish, flavorful, temperature hot, and hitting the palate with delight!!! The beef was tender and soft and giving me an afternoon food coma!!! It's the wok hey!!! Wow!!! The hot and sour soup was just enough kick to it, nice and spicy with that nice taste of vinegar, mmmmmm. Add that fresh crunchy fried noodles added and it was a perfect pint of soup!!! Wans was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! 5/5 for everything. We drove from Miami, which was about a 45 min ride with light traffic. If it wasn't for the positive review from FOX 25 news this morning, we would have never of known this place existed lol. We ordered quite a bit of food so hope you're ready to read it all lol 😆....to start off, upon entering the restaurant we were greeted with a warm welcome and bright smile from the host. The establishment was clean and the decor was exceptionally oriental. My party and I were the only guests at the time so we could pretty much be seated anywhere. We chose a booth. Our server was polite and soft spoken. She asked if it was our first time here, "yes" so she then gave us the updates of what was new, popular, spicy, etc...a nice through yet briefing of the menu. She asked our beverages of choice me; green chai tea wicked good, a margarita for my homegirl (as the bartender was being taught how to make it, something I thought could have been done prior to shift), and an unsweetened ice tea for my significant other (sugars brought in a cute organized box). The menus are old fashioned (stapled papers) front and back which was fine for a few of us, however if you're into the whole scanning code you might be a bit thrown off. After reviewing a very wide selection, we were ready to place our orders. We have been ordering from this restaurant for over 4 years, has always been consistent and delicious!! we ordered take out tonite after the reopening for the first time, I wanted the hawaiian shrimp and my husband got general chicken, I asked to replaced the white rice for fried rice and they said no I offered to pay extra or an up charged and they told me they couldn’t do it. Well the white rice was ok no flavor at all and unfortunately the shrimp also didn’t have any flavor the hawaiian shrimp used to be creamy and sweet now it literally was shrimp with cream like the can of cream was just thrown on the shrimp, seriously very disappointed I would have been fine w the white rice but being that my dish was just shrimp w cream my whole meal had no flavor. Bring the old chef back.

Since moving to Florida, I have been searching for the Chinese food of my NY youth and have always been disappointed. A FB group suggested Wan's and so I half-heartedly went. I expected something at least marginally close to the food I remembered. It wasn't. It was better. I don't know how they do it but it tasted even better than I remembered. Cleaner and fresher somehow but with all the delicious flavors. I had the BBQ ribs, which are usually dry but still memorable. These were big and fat and juicy. I had the garlic chicken. Light, crispy and very flavorful. The place is light, clean and airy. The staff were outstanding. I do miss those old round banquet style seating and the red and gold decor of my youth but this was a lovely modern restaurant with sensational food. I also had an asian ginger pear cocktail which I never had in my youth. Everything was so yummy I forgot to take more photos. Sorry.

The food is pretty good. It depends on what you order. The Wonton Soup was pretty good, the pancakes were really good, but the chicken was ok. The service was excellent and there are A LOT of options on the menu. I would say that if you have kids, you can share some of the entrees because they are a bit large. Overall, it was a cool place to visit. They do a little celebration with singing if you want to celebrate a birthday. It was overall pretty good and the place is clean. Worth a try.

Would return in general. Food wasn't bad but wasn't omg delicious either. Crispy Steak and Bok Choy were my favorite dishes out of everything ordered. The least favorite were the dry, bland and lifeless chicken lo mein. Would absolutely not recommend. Overall gastronomic experience 5/10

I recently ordered carryout from Mainland China Bistro, a Chinese restaurant in Coral Springs, FL, and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The ambiance of the place was inviting, even though I was just picking up my order. The Mongolian beef was a standout—flavorful and incredibly tender. The chicken and shrimp lo mein also impressed, with a nice balance of flavors, and the steamed dumplings were simply delicious. Yong, who helped me with my order, was very nice and even recommended some other dishes to try, which I appreciated. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and this time I plan to dine in to fully enjoy the ambiance and try more of their recommended dishes.

PASS on this place! Ordered Chicken and Vegetables, Mongolian Beef, and Egg Foo Young. All had the same boring LAME Clear Brown Soy/Teriyaki sauce. The Spicy Mustard condiment was old, brown, and definitely out of date.

After giving this restaurant a couple of tries, we have decided not to return. Unfortunately, this might be the worst Szechuan dining experience we’ve had in North America. We sampled many of their well-known dishes, but none stood out or impressed us. The flavors and quality of the dishes were lacking. The food seemed to cater more to American tastes rather than offering authentic Szechuan flavors. The meat quality was poor, especially in the beef dishes, which were overcooked and heavily coated in corn starch. The fish was just average and mainly drowned in chili oil that lacked any real spice. Even the vegetable dishes were merely average, failing to offer any memorable taste. TL;DR: Save yourself the trip and explore other options in the Hollywood/North Miami Beach area for a more authentic and satisfying Chinese/Szechuan food experience.

The place was so hot my heart started racing. Service was not very helpful Our rice had an ant in it. The sesame chicken tasted "floury" and like no chicken i ever had. Egg roll dry and lacked flavor but dipping sauce was good. Sweet and sour chicken was alright. Chicken someone was a hit

Great place with a lot of variety of Chinese and buffet style food. The price is very good. They also have a lot of sushi. They are very good, supermarket grade sushi. The service is very good and fast. You can have mussels and oysters.

To be honest, food is very poor ! I have been to many buffets and this won the worst food. The waitress are very rood, we didn’t even took a seat and she had alreay asked us 3 times what we were going to drink (I think they are just this way. But I think I you are going to attend people you should at least put a nice face) I thought for a second I was in North Korea

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace and should honestly be shut down. The food came out cold, tasteless, and the portions were laughably small — it felt like we were being ripped off from the moment we sat down. On top of that, the prices are outrageous for the low quality of food they serve. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to make things right, they acted like they couldn’t care less about their customers. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to charge my son — a minor — at full adult price. That alone shows they are only interested in squeezing money out of people instead of providing decent service. There are plenty of good restaurants out there, but this is definitely not one of them. Save your time, money, and energy. This place is a rip-off and has no business being open.

Would always go to this specific buffet with family bc food is good but will no longer going after this one waitress who I’m assuming is new bc I never seen her before, with a low ponytail and bow didn’t catch her name, was so pushy about leaving even more tip money. First, tips aren’t even mandatory if anything we could’ve left nothing but we always leave a good amount of tip. She was so rude about it talking behind our backs when we left is so unprofessional and greedy! Never had a problem before with any other waitress so sad no longer going bc of that bad experience with that waitress! 😒

​I finally tried the Teppanyaki buffet and was pleasantly surprised! The food was overall good, with many excellent items to choose from. The only downside was the sushi, I wouldn't get that again. Still, I'd absolutely return for the rest of the buffet!

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. Travelled to Miami for an appointment, stopped here for lunch and the food was FREEZING cold. We sat down and did not even eat ANYTHING off the plates. My husband , myself and our son immediately notified the waitress and told them that the food was cold. The lady went and turned on the heaters of the food and asked us if we wanted the check. Confused, we went to the front desk and the man said “it doesn’t matter” when we told him we are not paying because #1 the food isn’t edible and #2 we didn’t eat anything… he proceeded to argue with me until I finally walked out of the restaurant without paying. GET READY FOR INSPECTORS AND POSSIBLE LAW SUIT.

One of the things I find most deceiving is when business owners, had financial struggles resort to misleading customers. This place advertised a combo of 2 for $12” chicken , so I ordered one shrimp and one chicken. When I got to the register, I was charged $22 — with the explanation that shrimp costs more. I understand shrimp is pricier, but a $10 upcharge for substituting one chicken portion is excessive. To make matters worse, the portion size was disappointing, the shrimp was cold and the container was noticeably smaller. It felt deceptive all around — from the pricing to the presentation. Very disappointing experience. .

The food here can actually be tasty, but the experience is very disappointing because of the misleading advertising. The prices shown on the screens are not the same as what you end up paying. They charge extra for everything – potatoes, chicken, sides – even though it’s not what the menu or the digital screens are showing. It feels dishonest, and customers deserve transparency. The food might be good, but I wouldn’t come back unless they fix this issue and start charging exactly what they advertise.

We each had a 2 entree combo & egg rolls. The chicken entrees & egg rolls were good, but the lomain had no flavor. ;)

Terrible experience, I came to eat here and I found a bug in my food. I came to them asking for a refund and Angie told me i couldn’t get a refund because my food was partially eaten. I FOUND A BUG IN MY FOOD! what do you mean? I proceeded to show her and she acted like she didn’t see this then tried to offer me more food….this was outrageous. Coming from someone who works in a restaurant this is ridiculous i couldn’t believe she told me i couldn’t get a refund.

This is hands down one of the worst Chinese food spot here in sawgrass and you might as well go to Cajun grill. Me and my mom both got combos of bourbon, chicken with lo mein and the other with white rice and vegetables and two drinks. The vegetable lo mein tasted very watery and had little to no favor. My mom’s vegetables were overcooked to the point where it was very soft not fresh. The bourbon chicken itself was super dry And had very little flavor the sauce wasn’t even sweet like how your typical Bourbon chicken would be. Because of it tasting so bad I bought the Cajun grill just to compare and it was so much better. The portions are also worth it as well. Not to mention, how can you mess up drinks? But Asian chao did. The sprite was super watered down and the coke was flat. I asked to change it and I’m guessing the owner who is an Asian woman said that it tasted normal because she tried our drinks. But Sprite doesn’t taste like seltzer water. And Coke has bubbles if fresh. So overall, super disappointing and I would not recommend paying for it when there’s better spots here in Sawgrass.

THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. The reviews are awful for a reason. The cashier charged me for a extra chicken that I didn't order or even receive. I ordered the standard 2xChicken & lo mein. I asked her why I was charged for one meal with 2xChicken & lo mein, and another charge for 3xChicken & lo mein. She said there was 3 servings worth of chicken in one of the containers. Both of them were identical when I ordered and when she opened them, but she insisted there was somehow marginally more chicken in one than the other. My mind was blown. Was I stuck in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm?! Then she acted like she couldn't speak English. Then she acted like she couldn't speak Spanish. So I asked the person who put the food in the container, she acted like she couldn't speak anymore and just said "I don't know, I don't know". Just to make an extra few bucks in the moment? What's the point in grifting from your customers only to lose that customer forever?

Careful! Dishonest misleading advertising. The screen shows a chicken combo with two sides but in writing the price is for a chicken plate with one side. So if you ask for two sides like in the picture, you get charged 2.99 more that what the screen shows. You get more for your money next door at Cajun Grill.

Lotus is a Chinese American restaurant that has been in business since 1975. It originally opened in Wilton Manors and reopened in 2022 at its new location. This was my first visit; it was a mixed bag. My favorite dish was the Singapore Mei Fun, a classic Cantonese dish they executed very well. I thought the kitchen had a hefty hand with the MSG and/or salt (especially the wonton and the egg drop). Wontons were doughy. The hot and sour lacked heat but had vinegar; you'd be better off spiking it at the table or bringing it home for takeout and hitting it with chile crisp and white pepper. The other fried dishes, such as orange chicken (White meat) and bang bang shrimp, were coated with a particularly gloppy cornstarch-thickened sauce and were overly sweet. I liked the Mongolian beef (although I think a black bean sauce or oyster sauce would be better). The fried rice was okay; it was undoubtedly adequately seasoned and had wok hey but was very “basic.” The soy sauce was very light, and I would have liked the use of dark soy and more pork and more scallion and also bean sprouts. If you ordered the genuine Cantonese things as opposed to the American style, you would be much better off; the owner told me he could prepare them, so the next time I go here, I'm going that route instead.

The best Chinese food! I haven't given a rating of all 5 starts before today. The food was excellent. Far above what I expected. Had the special wonton soup, everything in it delicious. Crab Rangoon and pan fried gyoza were great. Mongolian beef and special fried rice some of the best ever. The restaurant atmosphere was buzzing packed on a rainy Tuesday but not too loud. The owner John came over and talked to us a few times getting to know us and telling us about himself, family, and the history of their store. Never felt more at home. Can't wait to go back.

No mustard given at first , stale noodles first time with a black one inside the bowl, the meat was ok a little undercooked, rice was ok I was little disappointed, usually it’s very good

First of all food is amazing!! Bang bang shrimp app is a must try!! I had the shrimp and mixed vegetables with brown sauce super good!! Lisa was my server she was very nice and attentive! Great Food, Shockingly Rude Service. The food here was actually quite good — flavorful, well-cooked, and enjoyable overall. But the service? Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. When we first sat down, the disposable tablecloth was wet and oily. We politely asked if it could be replaced, but the waitress immediately got defensive. She insisted (in Chinese) that it was new, and only after I pointed out the visible dirty spots did she reluctantly change it — all while acting like we were inconveniencing her. Throughout the meal, she continued to ignore us or acted rudely. At one point, I had to ask another server just to get a cup of water for my 4-year-old daughter. And when it came time to leave, she literally slammed the check on top of our to-go boxes as we were packing up, then walked away without a word. It’s really unfortunate, because the kitchen is doing a great job — but that kind of service ruins the whole experience. Not sure I’d come back unless the staff’s attitude improves.

We visited for my daughter's birthday and loved the fun dumpling/dim sum cart concept--it's great if you want to sample lots of options instead of committing to one dish. Everything I tried was tasty. The downside is that if you're not familiar with dumplings, it can feel overwhelming at first. The carts come quickly, the menu has photos but no prices, and it's easy to end up with things you didn't really want. Communication with some of the staff was also a bit difficult to understand, which added to the confusion at the beginning. Plates run about $6-$7 for small shareable portions, but they are filling. I'd recommend looking at the menu ahead of time so you know what to try. It was a good experience and I'll definitely go back!

I recently dined at Ten Ten Seafood and Dim Sum Restaurant in Sunrise, drawn by its reputation for authentic Cantonese cuisine. While the food was solid, the service and dining experience left much to be desired, making for a mixed visit. The food quality was a highlight, deserving a solid 4/5. The dim sum menu, with over 80 options, offered a great variety of freshly made dishes. Service, however, was just okay. The restaurant was packed, and the atmosphere felt chaotic, with people pushing to get seated or served, creating a stressful vibe. The dim sum cart staff were particularly aggressive, loudly hawking dishes . I’d recommend visiting during off-peak hours to avoid the chaos and hope management refines the service for a more enjoyable experience. For now, it’s a decent spot for food but falls short on service.

Just came back from a fantastic Din Sum lunch. Every single disk was better then next served NYC Style in little hot carts with ladies walking around offering different DIm sum dishes . Highly recommend the Shrimp wrapped in rice cake . They make the best ribs in Miami Chinese food world. Huge place friendly staff.

I came to see this place because all the TikTok videos but as usual social media is a lie. The food is lower than average. The fillings in the dumplings is very little. I got some noodle seafood that literally tasted like nothing. I don’t think this place is worth the hype. Also some servers are super rude. The overall place looks wack

Today September 3rd, 2024. I made a pick up order at 12:50 for just chicken noodle soup and was told to pick it up in the next 10 minutes. I arrived and paid around 12:59-1:00 pm. Once returned back to my job for my lunch break I re warm the food and taste four of the chips that came included with my meal. Then I open the soup container and inspect my food before consuming and I see something weird, it appears as a maggot! And I look closer and it 100% is one. I was extremely upset and brought it back immediately . I arrived back to the establishment to ask for a refund and tell them what happened. They gave me my refund in cash all though I paid by card. They didn’t apologize to me for how they could’ve harmed my body if I didn’t realized and consumed this contaminated meal. They quickly put the food back in the bag and put it to the side as if it was nothing. This place needs to be investigated because I’m sure that soup contained more maggots if I throughly looked through it. DONT EAT HERE!

I recently visited Sun Rice Chinese Restaurant and overall had a decent experience. The food was okay - nothing bad, just a bit average for my taste. I believe there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to seasoning; some dishes could definitely use a bit more flavor to really stand out. What I did enjoy was the atmosphere - it had a warm, family-style feel, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the visit more pleasant.

The service was pleasant when I placed the ORDER to GO! I do have to say that I’m a bit disappointed on the PORK FRIED RICE 🍚 You can’t call it Pork Fried Rice IF there was NO scallions, No pieces of pork, Peas or any type of vegetables 🥕. The chicken did not have that ORANGE 🍊 type of taste either. I should have ordered the plain white rice 🍚 The good thing the QUANTITY of the meal is a great amount. 😊

So, as I'm recently new to the area in Pompano, tonight was the first time I searched for a local New York style Chinese, and I think I found my go-to already!! I did delivery and it was right near closing but there was no problem and the food arrived hot and delicious. I got the small sesame chicken, small order of the eggplant, and a large hot and sour soup. I got a free order of the crab rangoons... the only thing that I wasn't really happy about, but since they were free, I'm not complaining, but the crab rangoons just tasted like your normal frozen style.

Delicious! I used to visit Sunrice often when I worked nearby, and I’m so glad I made the trip back. The food was absolutely excellent, and the portion size felt generous compared to many other places. This is a pretty decent Chinese takeout place that has the standard array of Hong Kong style dishes that you've come to love. Prices are decent, and they cut everything up pretty chunky, if that's your style. Can't really go wrong here.

In this day and age it’s hard to find good takeout that leaves you satisfied and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. China Star is definitely an exception. I ordered a lunch special for around $10 and there was enough food that I could have saved some for dinner (keyword: “could” have). The food was delicious, highly recommend.

So disappointing, they messed up our entire order. We received 3 orders of white rice instead shrimp or ham fried rice. Their house lo mein was loaded with meat, but absolutely tasteless. Not a single one of our drink order was delivered, plus no one seems to be able to reach them over the phone.

Ordered a meal and waited over an hour delivery they called and said driver outside go out side no one.. driver's at wrong address.. ..Calls going back and forth they sent drive to the wrong address again. we gave them landmark location (a business as a reference) of where the street is located still nothing.. tried calling the driver no answer...While me and my wife were waiting for them to deliver the food we ordered which by then was probably cold due the time frame . They called with an attitude to YELL and HANG UP on us. Completely UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL....Worst customer service experience ever experienced... First time ordering with them glad we learned this lesson early..

This lady is made because they got my order wrong AGAIN and I made them refund my money. She actually came to pick up the food. Now when I call she has a horrible attitude. It sucks that i can’t order from here. It’s not the best but it’s not the worst.

One of the best spring rolls I've had in South Florida . Not heavy on the dough, freshly fried nothing but veggies inside. Looking forward to going back and trying more dishes. Not a great place to dine in , mostly take out and delivery I believe but the food was solid. Also had the crab rangoons.

This place is the usual mom & pop location in a strip mall. But HEAR ME OUT....to my surprise I saw that they sold duck entrees so I decided to give it a try. I expected the worse but I was highly surprised! The Garlic Duck was full of flavor and they literally give you the whole duck (cut up of course). Service was a little slow so you should probably call your order in at least 15-20 minutes. I will definitely be coming back, next time I will try the General Tso's chicken.

It seems no matter what meat and veggie dish you order it is the same veggie mix 🤣 Since when does Szechuan beef have a mixed veggie? Its thin sliced onions and peppers... period. Yet she argues this point. And zero spicy at all... just admit you gave me the incorrect order or all you do is change the sauce on different meals , not the contents Disappointed once again, but that's my fault I new better. My boyfriend and I ordered from this place for almost ten years because we lived around the corner. The food was great and the price was good. A few years ago they were super busy one night and I waited a little longer than usual for my order. The owner was super sweet and she's one of the hardest working people I've ever met. She offered me a free can of soda and asked me what I drink so I told her Diet Coke. From that day on every time I picked up food she would grab a free can of Diet Coke from the fridge and put it in the bag. We moved to Boca almost a year ago and have tried for months to find a decent Chinese restaurant but so far we haven't liked any. Recently we gave up and drove all the way back to our old neighborhood to order from this place. When I went in to pick up the order after being away for 8 months the owner greeted me by name and went to grab a Diet Coke. It's such a small gesture but the fact that she not only remembered me but remembered my drink made me feel so good. We will be driving back to this place every time we want Chinese food from now on.

The cajun seafood tastes amazing. It comes with a variety of food and is worth the price. It came with disposable gloves, which helps if you are a messy eater. The restaurant's new interior looks great as well. Definitely recommend!!

I have been coming to this place for the past 5 years. I don’t order chinese food from any other place but here, because no other place can be compared to New China. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The flavor is always the same, it never changes. Their veggies are stir fried to perfection, It is definitely a reliable go to when in the mood for Chinese food. The lunch menu prices are great. The restaurant is always maintained and clean. The service is fast. You’re in and out. My family and I will chose this place any day. ✅

Food definitely does not taste the same has not one bit of Chinese flavor ... pepper steak is extremely hard to chew the meat was so tough I doubt they have the proper cook for Chinese food it was a total waste of 30.00 all of our food went to the trash shrimp taste like water. Food presentation was nice but the taste a different story. I was wondering why 2 plates weigh 20 lbs they really need help over there upkeep on the grounds need to be done as well as a new cook needs to be hired. It amazes me how things have changed over the years.

I don't know whose cooking now-a-day but the food was not tasty. Too much salt and not the order paid for and requested. The plates are loaded with so much food they leak over while attempting to carry. I will not be returning which is sad because this place has been in place for more than 2 decades and it was always great.

I recently just left this restaurant And my food I had Sweet-and-sour chicken the sauce taste like nothing. It just was red dye On top of overcooked chicken chunks if that’s chicken and there was so many big pieces of Ginger I believe that was Ginger that made no sense for it to even be in the sweet-and-sour chicken and then the vegetables to it were so nasty because it tastes like they were dirty like they weren’t washed. They taste like dirt literally in my mouth. I can’t believe I just spent my money on this meal and I was very disappointed. I have been coming here for years and I have never Been this disappointment in my life it was disgusting. I guess I will have to find another Chinese restaurant To go to, and when I called in to ask for a menu prices I was She didn’t know she was trying to rush me off the phone and she was really rude but when I walked in, it was a whole different attitude. My 1st time coming to this restaurant was OK but this past experience was horrible my children ate the food and in less then 3 minutes they threw up everything the shrimp taste raw and the broccoli was hard. I asked for my money back and Lucy told me no. I even showed her the picture of the food in the garbage at my house she just said tell Tom in the morning. I guess they need a health inspection.

Right by the outlets, this P.F. Chang’s has a great happy hour. Got the lettuce wraps, ribs, and a few drinks. Big bar, good service, and nice vibe inside.

We came in to have dinner dor my birthday and between the food, service and atmosphere, I had a very nice time. Our server, Levi, made sure to make it extra special. He went the extra mile and provided amazing service. He is very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. We ordered the orange chicken with fried rice and it was so yummy! Would recommend for you to dine here if you're looking for some great food, amazing service and great atmosphere.

The food was honestly mediocre. The meal itself was disappointing—the meat was tough, and the rice was incredibly dry. For the type of establishment and the prices they charge, you’d expect much better. This was my third visit, and it will definitely be my last. The service was even worse than the food. We had to ask multiple times just to have the dirty plates cleared from our table. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, yet our server was extremely inattentive. We were missing basic utensils like spoons and ended up making do with what we had just to avoid calling her over again. I really don’t understand such a lack of attention.

We ordered the cup of hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef, Spicy general tso’s chicken, fried rice and 6 crab rangoons for $61. The general tsos chicken was delicious. Spicy and flavorful. The crab rangoons were also delicious, a little dark in my opinion. The Mongolian beef was just OK. The fried rice left me wondering if there was a miscommunication in the kitchen. The rice was seasoned and had pieces of fried egg and no vegetables, and it tasted like regular rice with soy sauce, as if it was not fried. I genuinely believe they forgot to fry it! Maybe if we dine in next time we will get a more delicious meal!

Love the food and service! My top pick is the coconut curry. The picture has Thai Curry. Our server Ariana was exceptional and kind in answering all our questions. The salad had a tasty ginger dressing. I tried the egg drop soup but it was not for my flavor palate. It could be the texture. But I should have asked so that's on me. Got sat quickly on a Friday night. Reasonably priced. Restaurant was a bit loud at times because of the closeness of the tables. Despite it being busy, service was very efficient and kind. The sushi was fresh, and tasted good in an average way. The entrees were VERY filling and tasted great. Seasoned well with flavor and perfect heat (spice & temperature) Lots of options for everyone.

Gr8ness was a fantastic, patient, and professional server. The food was delicious. Had the orange peel beef, general two's which and chicken lettuce wrap. Will definitely be back.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars. The food is excellent quality, evrything tasted fresh and delicious, however they don't serve regular fried rice or eggrolls with the dinner combos. U would have to buy an appetizer of fried rice for $14.95. The dinner only comes with soup. They have no crispy noodles to munch on while waiting for your food. Most Chinese restaurants serve egg roll, pork fried rice , soup 🍲 and crispy noodles with a dinner.

Middle of the road meal. Not fancy, not hole in the wall. I feel like the renovations and prices don’t match the quality of the food. Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. New look is clean and service is friendly. But for the same price, you can find much higher quality elsewhere. Or you can find cheaper food of the same quality for a lot less.

My brother and I finally tried Peking Duck House after a ton of recommendations and we were very pleased with the food and service. Everything was delicious and we will definitely come back. We had the popcorn chicken, crab rangoon, mongolian beef, chicken pad thai, and fried ice cream.

This is such a nicely decorated and clean and well maintained establishment. Beautiful interior decorations, amazing staff and great food. It is not your every day Chinese takeout and should definitely Come in for an amazing dine in experience.

Was happy to visit this updated Chinese place to dine in in the pompano area. Always wanted to check this place out and we did finally. We liked the food and the staff they were very friendly. We ordered schechuan chicken which was nice but lacked a good amount of other ingredients like spring onions or other veggies in any. The dish was mostly chicken and schechuan peppers could have had some sauce in it also to not make it a dry dish We also ordered friend rice which was nice but again lacked enough veggies in it. We did like this place and will be going back. The food has potential to to be made better

I honestly don’t like giving bad reviews, but I am saying this because the food needs to be done better. The customer service here was great, and that is why this is a two star instead of one. Although, the chicken teriyaki with not edible. The meat felt like thin and soggy chicken skin, and the sauce was not sweet at all. I honestly felt a little nauseous eating it. My wife and I had to leave most of our food on our plates, pay for it, and then find another Japanese restaurant to eat at.

Went here on a Tuesday for dinner with my bro. We were seated right away. The staff is very friendly and eager to explain the menu. This feel like Authentic Chinese Cuisine. I'm not an expert, but I think more Cantonese style. The food was beyond DELICIOUS. I shall return.

I used to live in Philly so I’m spoiled with many good authentic Chinese Restaurants. So I was in shocked coming down here in South Florida because the food sucks here. I live in West Palm and every weekend I take a drive with my family in search of good Chinese Food, as far as Orlando but nothing… Finally my wife found this place, I was very skeptical at first. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by a nice lady, she showed me to a table on the left corner of the restaurant but the boss Jeff Ma directed us to a bigger table because of our group size. He then came over and answered all our questions and explained pretty everything was in the menu. I don’t just order regular food like typical Orange chicken or things like that. I usually order frogs, Squids, Jelly Fish, eels… which requires skills to cook them. And OMG did they deliver, the food was delicious, a tear came out of my eye when the food touches my pallet, exactly the same as Tai Lake Restaurant in Philly, if you know you know!!!! The owner Jeff Ma is a down to earth guy, very professional and friendly. Normally restaurant owners, especially chinese are not that close and nice to their customers. This guy is awesome!!! He even gave me his number so when my favorite seafood Lake Shrimps become available, he will call me!!! Please give this restaurant a try if you want to taste authentic good chinese food!! you will not disappoint!!!

Kirin (in the old Silver Pond location) is a great place to continue getting traditional Cantonese cuisine. We went here for Dim Sum and were pleasantly surprised with the spread and flavors! If you like Durian, you HAVE to get the Durian Puffs, as they are out of this world, and very rare to find! The lava egg buns were cooked to perfection, being creamy and sweet inside, not overcooked. The flavors are light and tasty, not being as heavy or greasy as other dim sum locations. Overall, if you’re in the Lauderdale Lakes area, Kirin is a fantastic place for some Cantonese cuisine!

Many people say there isnt good Chinese food in South Florida. Well then they have not been to Kirin. This place is the real deal. I have been to China many times and this place reminds me of being in a restaurant in China. The food is outstanding. No one can top their soups, and main dishes. All the shrimp dishes have large, fresh shrimp. The pork is outstanding. The place is top notch food and service. Best in all of South FL.

We came from Northern California where we really enjoyed good Cantonese foods for years, we were spoiled! !!! We have been looking for good Cantonese foods and finally have found Kirin who serves authentic Cantonese cuisine. We dine at Kirin 2 to 3 times a week. Their dim sum dishes are freshly steamed n fresh, their pastries are also very good. We have found the best roast duck and the foods have really good wok aroma. The vegetables dishes are excellent. Their services are good the place is nice n cleaned.

The Dimsun was good but the table service was horrible. The restaurant was understaffed, with only two waitresses, and the staff was not so friendly. I didn't have a good experience. We ordered everything at once. The food service took a really long time to get, over 15 minutes between some dumplings. They forgot some of our orders. No one checked on us. It took forever to get the check, and then they never came back for the payment, lol. It was one strange experience. The dumplings tasted great. I was surprised to see the variety this place had. What we had was great We all loved the food. It was a shame about the service.

Unfortunately, my dim sum experience here was underwhelming. While the items tasted handmade, the flavors just didn’t hit the mark—bland and lacking the depth you’d expect from good dim sum. The long wait time only added to the disappointment, and by the time the food arrived, it didn’t feel worth it. Overall, not the best option if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful dim sum.

Fort Lauderdale is starving for proper Chinese restaurants. This place is the best of the area even if the food doesn't stand up to other major cities. This would be a 3 anywhere else. I was happy to get some authentic options, but they are catering the flavours to the locals. Keep your expectations low and you will be happy. Staff is very nice, the owner came and chatted with us and made us feel very welcome.

Cozy place to eat, great selection of foods and filled with what seems like regulars. For the first time having dim sum, I was impressed. It was also my first time trying out the egg tarts, I'm glad I waited to have them. It was really good and I'm obsessed. The atmosphere was calm and the staff seem very close. This little gem , makes the fried pan noodles I love, great taste, very nice lady took my order , and it was ready quick.

My family and I went back again for dinner tonight. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The lobster with ginger and scallions was phenomenal!! The service is always good!! They make you feel like family!

I was globally unimpressed despite its affordability. The stuffed dumplings and dim sum were average, there was hardly any meat on the chopped pork ribs. The sauteed chicken portion was large but lacked taste and the spicy shredded pork was just green hot peppers piled over the meat. Good service. Will not drive all the way again for this.

Huge rave about this place and can't say I was thrilled. Service was good but food was decent. No wow and ribs were slim and dry. Don't think we'll be back.

They had dim sum available all day. However, my Cantonese friends mentioned that places offering dim sum all day usually serve frozen or pre-made items. Indeed, the xiaolongbao and shrimp dumplings we ordered tasted quite average, and they didn’t have any baked dishes. Our friend ordered wonton soup and cheong fun, and she thought they were okay. I liked their salt and pepper squid and sweet and sour pork and beef chow fun. The pumpkin beef stew and mapo tofu were also favorites among some of us. I would recommend you try their stir-fried dishes, but I wouldn’t particularly recommend the dim sum.

Located in Margate on 441 before Commercial BLVD. Hong Kong City BBQ has been opened for I wanna say over 20 years but it probably changed ownership quite a few times. Typical Chinese restaurant with pretty good and tasty dishes. They also offer Dim Sum and roasted duck and BBQ pork. I was in the area so I stopped by to take away some duck and a bit of dim sum. The lady at the front door was very nice and polite.

We loved this place! It had stellar dim sum and chow fun, good service, and fair prices. We will definitely go back to try the bbq pork, roasted duck, and bok choy with mushrooms, which we saw ordered by another table. This would be a fun place for a small group.

Delicious and authentic Chinese food, very good or fair prices. I have been a few times, Cantonese beef, Mongolian beef are excellent. The house wonton soup is really good. Dim sum is also recommended. The duck and pork alone are great. They serve you tea at the beginning and they end with oranges. Service is really good , it seems they enjoy having us there .

My family has been coming here for years, but we mainly visit out of tradition, not for the food. It’s great for large groups, but overall, the dishes are a bit too oily and salty for my taste. Parking can also be a hassle, especially during peak hours. The one thing I love, though, is their steamed oysters—they're always fresh and flavorful.

It is a little crowded, but with food like this it's no surprise. Don't miss the chance to eat here. Highly recommended.

Had a horrible dinner there. The Shrimp and black bean sauce was not like any other. No veggies it was Lobster sauce with a few black beans. Everything needed salt and missing flavor. No Combination menu. The waitress said combination menu stopped at 6:00. Never heard of that before. Very expensive and not worth the money.

Best dim sum place in the area by far. If you want to experience real Chinese food, this is the place to go. Come in the morning for Dim Sum but beware it's packed on the weekends so expect a wait. The dinner is great too. Prices are fair and good value for what you get. You'll know this place is legit because lots of Asians dine here. Been a regular here for years and expect to continue as long as they're in business. P.S. Expect the pineapple buns to be sold out unless you arrive at opening time which is 11am. If they're sold out, the golden lava bun is a good substitute.

Mixed reviews as I have been coming here since I was a child with my family but they did serve us raw xiaolongbao a few years back that has some of my family sworn off of Chinese restaurants. Probably the best dim sum around and I love their pan fried noodles. Staff is very nice! The restaurant itself hasn’t changed in a while but I think it is nice, it can be a bit crowded at times. Their dan tat is not so pretty but is delicious. Also prices are better imo!

I ordered honey chicken and general Tao's dishes and both looked and tasted the same, besides the soup was very tasteless. The shrimp and pork fried rice very dry and simple. Very poor flavor.

Just ordered a simple General Tso lunch special. Ended up throwing it away it was so bad. The chicken was lukewarm inside, chewy, no flavor obviously frozen, fried rice was old and tasteless as well. This place used to be decent. Not anymore. 🤢🤮🤢 Save yourself the trouble. Don’t order from here.

The chicken and broccoli looked like cloned uncooked chicken. Took it home tried to recook it. Sad because i havent ate it in years. Ilk cook at home Absolutely disgusting 😤 never again, never again. Too bad because the lady was nice.

I believe one can judge the food of a Chinese restaurant by the taste of the WonTon soup. I had takeout from Asian Grill Chinese Restaurant two times since in town and hope to have more. Yes, the WonTon Soup is excellent and the mustard for the egg roll is HOT! Another meal and hopefully it won’t be my last and the quality continues.

Food tastes good, priced well, and actually get a lot for your money. I don't like Chinese food and have ordered from several places before we found Asian Grill. We have ordered from here a few times and the food is consistently good, hot, and well cooked. The food does not taste like frozen prepackaged stuff like the other restaurants. We will continue to order from Asian Grill whenever we order Chinese.

I'm whole food plant based, so I had the rice and vegetable chop suey. It was delicious; it was not salty so I used a little soy sauce. My Canadian family had a variety of dishes; they loved the sweet and sour chicken, especially the children, and several other chicken dishes. I think that the food was Cantonese, but not sure!! I ordered by phone and picked up by car; the staff was extremely helpful. They even helped me take the food to the my car and gave me paper plates and forks. The adults loved the Szechuan chicken dish!! Both adults and children loved the children fried rice! I will now regularly get the vegetable chop suey!!!

The food was delicious. Came in for lunch and had minor customization requests on our orders. We were served happily and still charged the lunch special rate. All menu items had meat listed, but these two vegetarians walked away full and happy.

I just dined at Pei Wei in Plantation and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice, hoping for a flavorful meal. However, the dish turned out to be excessively greasy and unappetizing. The chicken fried rice, which I had high hopes for, was a letdown as well. The chicken lacked any seasoning and seemed as if it had been boiled rather than properly cooked in a wok. To make matters worse, I also ordered the orange chicken with noodles. The noodles appeared undercooked and lacked any discernible seasoning or flavor. It felt as though they had simply been soaked in hot water before being sloppily plated. Overall, this visit to Pei Wei was incredibly disappointing, and I'm left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the quality of the food. The lack of proper seasoning, cooking techniques, and overall attention to detail made this dining experience one of the worst I've had in Plantation. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even finish my meal and ended up discarding it. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to provide a better dining experience for its customers in the future.

I haven't eaten at Pei Wei in some time. I liked it.. but last few times was slightly disappointing. I was on the fence but my son wasn't interested so we disappeared for a while. I got excited to see Pei Wei offered my favorite meal, Drunken Noodles. I literally crave this often. Then saw a coupon code for the meal to be just $7. Figured I'd throw another opportunity their way to try my favorite meal. I watched reviews and it looked 🔥 and recipe from some alleged well known chef. Well, this will be my last order. I have never had drunken noodles I didn't like. The chicken is the worst consistency (very rough and grainy) and I spit it out. Tried another piece just to see if I had bad luck on the first. Same awful consistency. Decided to pick the chicken out and focus on the noodles since I never met a noodle I didn't like. Well. That was dry with no sauce and literally the meal is just not edible. Below is the pic advertised vs what was received. Actual item deprived of veggies and taste. Sad to see the quality of a place we used to frequent get so awful. We had a nice run, Pei Wei. Get better soon.

First time eating here and I have to say I would really recommend it! Food came out faster than I expected and the staff were friendly. I got the kong pao shrimp, it had a slight spicy kick, if you’re not sure what to get, get this!!

Been here many times but the quality here is slipping. Flies inside are everywhere. It makes it difficult and to eat while swatting flies. If they have this much of an insect problem in the dining room I wonder what's going on in the back room. They seriously need a visit from the exterminator. The food though tasted good, but the experience battling bugs while trying to eat ruins the visit. Also I was upcharged for fried rice without being told it was going to be an extra charge. While ordering the cashier asked what kind of rice do you want with the chicken, white brown or fried? An extra cost was never mentioned for fried , it was just unexpectedly jammed onto the bill... Not cool.

Of the four dishes I ordered, three were fine. However, I couldn’t bring myself to even try the edamame, which included several spoiled pieces. It actually looked like it was scooped out of the garbage after sitting for a few days.

First, they didn’t include my dumplings and I was able to catch that before leaving. Second, when I got home I saw that the snap peas(entrée was supposed to be kung pao chicken and noodles with no snap peas pictured) I asked to be removed, we’re not removed. There was no sauce leaving my chicken and noodles bare and dry. I had to use my dumping sauce to hydrate my food. And lastly, third, the crab wontons were overcooked and hardly had any filling.

I always order the Cashew Basil Chicken that used to be full of peapods peppers cashews chicken and plenty of delicious sauce. I love the gluten free noodles but where is my sauce and veggies? Seriously disappointed!

First time coming to this chow time - normally I go to the one in Lauderhill . This location was so clean and organized . The selections were mostly the same but they tasted a lot better. A bigger sushi section I felt like. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Our waitress was very attentive and customer service on point. Definitely will come back .

I had a good experience at Chow Time Grill & Buffet! The food was flavorful, and I loved that there was such a large selection to choose from. The hibachi was definitely my favorite—fresh, tasty, and cooked just the way I like it. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the variety and quality you get. Im giving a 4 star instead of 5 do to the food should have extra covering to prevent contamination from other diners, ’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited this place just because of its price. $17.99 for a dinner buffet is incredible. For the price, I can have crab legs, shrimps, meats, sushi, Asian fried rice and noodles, lots of fruits and vegetables, and desserts. All with great tastes. Beverage is $3 for unlimited pop refill. Service is good, collection/removal of used plates are quick. We went there on a Sunday evening without reservation.

I like this place and would come again. The thing is, I feel like that's an unpopular opinion. I went in the evening. It was loud with children screaming. The servers were rushed and nearly bumping into everyone and making loud sounds when stacking plates like madmen. The cooks seemed calm though. The food is veey likely unsanitary given how many children are running around and the lines were crowded. The food was not hot. Do not come anywhere near here if you have allergies - everything is mixed together. On the plus side, it's cheap (around $15) and the variety of food is good. Everything is cooked and seasoned well. I ate a lot of salmon sashimi, cooked salmon, crab salad, and ice cream. So, given my experience... come earlier in the day when everything is fresh and no people are around. Unfortunately I couldn't give it 5 or even 4 stars because of how disorganized, chaotic, and unsanitary it was at the time I was there. But I really want to go again.

Really liked this place. The food was great with plenty of variety, and everything tasted fresh. The place is clean and cozy, and it wasn’t too noisy even during dinner time. Staff were friendly and attentive, checking in often to make sure everything was good. Prices are very reasonable too — definitely good value for what you get.

Different varieties of food selection ranging from American and Asian fusion dishes. Sushi bar that has rolls and sashimi prepared by cooks behind the counter. Location has shown it's age as the carpet in the multiple seating areas has a faint smell. Atmosphere seems to be a bit chaotic, especially during the dinner rush. Overall, the food quality is good as a casual dinner once in a while with friends or relatives as a get together.

I enjoyed a delightful meal here with my family for my birthday. I grew up in Hong Kong and always went on the search for Peking duck when I traveled out of town because I didn’t know a place so close to home had it! SO DELICIOUS! Friendly and personable staff and owners, great service. All around wonderful experience.

The food was amazing, a restaurant full of locals. I got pineapple chicken it was one of the best Asian meals ever the the presentation was beautiful. My husband got bean curd (tofu) scechuan. Both dishes were fresh, quick and delicious. The gem of our trip❤️

Jade, the young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. The food was delivered to our room promptly and it was nice and hot. The man who delivered it was also kind and respectful; he was enthusiastic about delivering it to us and had a great smile on his face. We ordered a peppered steak combination plate with fried rice, a chicken and vegetable combination plate with fried rice, both with egg rolls. We ordered an egg drop soup and wanton soup. Everything was hot and fresh, the vegetables were crunchy and the rice was delicious. The service was outstanding and the food was delivered fast, hot and with fresh ingredients. Thank you Lin's Asian Cuisine for bringing up to our room. This is what great customer service is about and your staff is amazing! My wife loved the food and that put a smile on my face! 😄 THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Every time we came to Destin we have dinner every night at Lin’s. You should try the soup for entry and anything you choose in the menu is good. The menu do not have gluten free labels ( I’m gluten free) but they showed aware about gluten ingredients and made it very easy with a lot of options. It was super delicious!!!!!

Slightly above your standard 'Chinese food' taste. They add that little bit extra that makes their food (I had the House Special fried rice) taste more ... intriguing. Fresh ingredients? Secret recipe? I'm not sure, but my family will be dining here again. Food was ready before promised time, & priced very reasonably.

Lin's has recently reopened its dining room after selling take-out food only during the Covid problem. This was our first trip back here since they have opened the dining room again. It was an excellent experience. There is a luncheon menu and it is inexpensive. The servings are often smaller, and the prices are less than the regular entrees. We opted to split a seafood dinner. It consisted of vegetables, shrimp, lobster, and shrimp. It also came with white rice. The presentation was delightful (see photo). The food was cooked perfectly and served hot. The taste was very good. It was not too salty, which often happens with seafood dishes, and it was plenty of food for the two of us. Our servers worked as a team. It was efficient and they kept our drink glasses full. Overall, an excellent experience.

This place feels genuinely Chinese—from the koi aquarium and high-back booths to the low lighting, it’s got that ’90s classic vibe in the best way. Service was warm and straightforward; my server was lovely and steered me to the Three Musketeers plus fried chicken egg rolls, which were spot-on. The dining room is quiet, cozy, and unpretentious—perfect if you actually want to taste your food and relax. The only thing that breaks the immersion is the English pop playlist; Chinese music would fit the atmosphere much better. Otherwise, a great, authentic spot I’d happily return to.

My partner is vegan and got a tofu dish, which they LOVED. I got orange chicken. I love orange chicken but it is rare to find it cooked to perfection. Helen’s orange chicken was AMAZING. I would eat here again. Definitely suggest it to vegans. Also, very reasonably priced.

This hard-to-notice from the busy town street eatery may be South Florida's best Chinese Restaurant. For us New Jersey folks who have been searching for the Chinese food we use to get in the 1980s this is the find - including the interior which looks like it hasn't changed since 1980. Friendly and fast, service, extensive Cantonese and Sichuan menu with all the expected entrées and appetizers. Vegetarian Hot and Sour Soup, was great, and so was the shredded spicy chicken. They made us a custom vegetarian dish of string beans and broccoli. Highly recommended and enjoy the free crispy noodles, duck sauce, and Chinese mustard.

My husband has been a loyal customer of this restaurant since he was young. Helen Huang’s has been my go-to Chinese restaurant in Hollywood for nearly 10 years, and it still amazes me every single time! My mother and I have been coming here together for almost a decade, and the food has remained consistently delicious and comforting. To start, you can’t go wrong with either the hot and sour soup or the egg drop soup — both are warm, flavorful, and perfect openers to the meal. My absolute favorite dish, though, is the Mongolian beef. Not only is it incredibly tasty, but they also cook it right in front of you! It arrives sizzling hot and puts on a little show before you dig in — it’s always a highlight of the evening. If you’re looking for something a bit simpler but still full of flavor, the Singapore noodles are another great choice. They’re perfectly seasoned and always satisfying. Helen Huang’s is more than just a restaurant — it’s a tradition and a place full of great memories. The food, the atmosphere, and the service make it hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant in Hollywood!

This restaurant has been around for many years: it's Weston classic. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is just ok, needs more flavor, but the servings are big and the prices reasonable. The service was excellent and friendly. Good lunch specials.

The pineapple fried rice was absolutely wonderful. The staff was also very friendly and offered many suggestions from the menu. Overall, I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a cariety of Asian foods and a very attentive waiting staff.

Thirteen of us went to Dragon Gate in Pembroke Pines, and they actually had a huge round table that fit all of us—super convenient! We had never noticed this Cantonese restaurant before, probably because their online photos make it look like a takeout spot. But a friend said it was amazing, so we gave it a try—and it was such a nice surprise! We ordered a ton of dishes. The spicy fish was bold and full of flavor, and the bitter melon with salted egg was crispy and super unique. The roast pigeon had crispy skin, the stir-fried beef chow fun was nice and chewy, and both lobster dishes were delicious. The crispy pork made that satisfying crunch when you bite into it! Almost every dish was great, and the service was really friendly too. Definitely worth checking out!

The only aspect that was pleasing to me was the presence of the waitresses at all times. The food was bland and the crispy pork was mostly fat and it cost $18.95 prime prices but pork mostly fat. I don't ever write reviews unless I am really upset. The main reason for this review is because of my dissatisfaction with the standard of service. The waitress took my leftover food to package in the back whilst the 3 other customers where packaged at there table.WHY????? I have a problem with my food leaving the table. The other customers were served oranges at the end of the meal and my husband and I won't. This is not about money but about businesses aspiring to be more professional and valuing there customers. I will never eat there again or recommend this place all because of not treating all customers the same. ALL customers should be treated equally! I felt a level of unfairness since the other customers were of a certain ethnicity and we obviously weren't. Discrimination is real and all business places should be sensitized to this and ensure that noone feel wronged. Come on you all do better please. I am so glad for the 3 Chinese restaurant I patronize and receive tasty food and the my oranges at the end. First and last time at this place.

Dear Management of Dragon Gate, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an experience my daughter and I had at your restaurant last night. I have been a loyal customer of Dragon Gate for over twenty years and have always spoken highly of your food. It has been one of my favorite go-to restaurants for takeout and Uber Eats orders. I even had the opportunity to attend one of your Chinese New Year celebrations years ago with former Mayor Ortis, who often spoke highly of your establishment. Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disheartening. It was the first time my daughter and I decided to dine in rather than order takeout. From the moment we were seated, we noticed a clear difference in how we were treated compared to other guests. As we observed other tables being set for Asian patrons with elegant dishware and beautiful, colorful hardcover menus. It became painfully clear that we were being treated differently because of our appearance. My daughter and I felt humiliated, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed that such behavior would occur in a place we have long supported and admired. We were given paper takeout menus instead of the hardcover menus that other patrons received. Our table was set with paper napkins and a small, worn bowl containing fried noodles and dipping sauces, while other tables occupied by Asian patrons were provided with white China dishes, tea cups, and cloth napkins. When I asked our waitress why we were not given the same menus, she replied that the hardcover menu was for “authentic Chinese food.” I explained that we had come to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine, yet we were still not offered the same service or options. Her limited English prevented further discussion, but by that point, both my daughter and I felt uncomfortable, singled out, and discriminated against. It was deeply hurtful to experience this type of treatment, particularly in a place that I have supported and recommended for so many years. As a customer of Hispanic descent, I felt unwelcome and disrespected, and it was painful for my daughter to witness such unequal treatment. Last night, however, was my first time dining in, and sadly, it will be my last. I am sharing this not out of anger, but out of disappointment and concern. No guest should ever feel excluded or treated differently based on their appearance or background. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that all your staff provide the same level of hospitality and respect to every customer who visits your establishment. Thank you for your time and attention. I would appreciate a response acknowledging this issue and any steps you intend to take to prevent this from happening to others.

We LOVE eating here for the last 5+ years. The food is wonderful and the service is very good. Hands down our favorite place for Asian cuisine. So thankful that the quality is consistent and have never had a bad experience. We wish them many more happy years of continued success.

Order through delivery app and tried their chicken lomein. It’s tasty and good. It comes with steamed rice and fried wonton strip. The portion is big and the price is cheap. It’s a great deal. Will definitely try their another menu!!

The food was spectacular. Every bite was telling the great story of the Chinese-American cuisine traveling through the nations and landing in this country to be eaten. The food wasn’t quite hot or cold, but cooked to perfection at every piece. I highly recommend the dumplings with noodles, they have so much culture and they remind me of home. If you think of going to get Chinese food this is the place to go. I also love how this is a family ran restaurant, and all the workers made me feel so at home.

Ordered the hot and sour soup. It was an egg noddle soup with celery carrots and red pepper flakes! Don’t order. Spring rolls not taste dry and bland. Dinner special hunan shrimp also no spice or heat. The pork fried rice was carrots peas rice. Best Chinese is China Hollywood

Good Chinese food but a bit bland. Terriyaki chicken sticks were dry with very little teriyaki flavor. Chicken and shrimp delight (steamed) was delicious with garlic sauce. No rice was provided. Wanton soup had a generous amount of wantons (4) in the pint size.

This place was once the best Chinese takeout in Dania but not anymore. It's terrible since the original family sold it or left whatever. One dish I had, which I used to get all the time for that last 20 years, Roast Pork with Broccoli was inedible, just pure grizzle and the fried rice had so much msg I thought my head was going to explode. Not kidding. I will NEVER order fro there again.

Food is good for the price but im assuming the son was rude. Sucking his teeth when I walked in to order and just looked annoyed. And sucked his teeth when I walked in to get my food. He was just sitting at the table and doesnt seem to help customers. The father I would assume was nice though and greeted me when I came in.

I haven't ordered in awhile from hunan wok. The food has definitely gone down. Pork fried rice had no peas no carrots just rice and a few pieces of pork. Sweet and sour chicken is frozen not home made. I ordered spicy mixed vegetables. No spice at all. 4 years ago they had delicious food. They are cutting corners and it's no longer good. I'd give it a 1.

Food was pretty good. I went for the Orange Chicken combination. The Egg Drop Soup was tasty once I put enough mustard in the mix. Service was delightful. The restaurant was quite empty when I visited. A few minutes before I left the restaurant, a large family arrived. Seems they do more take-outs than they have dine-ins. I visited on a Wednesday.

Good environment, nice waiter and host, the egg drop soup was great—hot & fresh—the egg roll was great, rice is hard to screw up anywhere so that was good and the sweet and sour chicken was pretty good. I wasn’t crazy about the sauce, but that is more of a personal preference than a knock against the quality. (I would order it again.) Price was awesome at lunch too. $9.17 Cheaper than fast food but better quality!

We have frequented Jade Restaurant several times since moving to the area. The food is always fresh and delicious! Lan our waitress is always so sweet! The restaurant is so clean and cozy!

Ordered lunch menu “lemon” chicken and general tsos chicken. Lemon chicken had oranges and an orange sauce. General Taos chicken was sweet and salty. Not a good first visit. Price is right on with a take out Chinese place but food was all wrong.

Sad to say I will never order from this place ever again. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. I called to complain about orange chicken and general Tao chicken that taste and look exactly the same. Their answer... we use the same sauce for both! The worst response you can hear coming from a kitchen... wow.. cheap Chinese restaurant. I’m sorry but they should not be in business. They then stated they would credit me a pint of something else, when I paid for a combo.. again cheap and low life business practices. Please take your tastebuds somewhere else.

The best thing about my meal here was the fortune cookie, and it's factory sealed bag was torn open when I got it, sad. Pork had thin relatively tasteless sauce, and the broccoli was essentially raw. They were very generous with the rice...enough for 4 people. On the plus side, the staff was very nice and the place looked very clean and maintained . Where have all of the good chinese restaurants gone?

Super tasty and fast! I’m not a fan of the egg rolls but that’s just personally me, they are very crispy and full of good stuff! The beef and broccoli was delicious and the rice was fluffy and filling. The lo Mein is what I’ll be coming back for!!!

I do very much enjoy them using whole white meat chicken breasts, in the entrees I prefer. But again disappointed they cannot offer levels of sweet of spice ,.as asked by the establishment when you order. It seems everything has a brown sugar base, and sauces are overly, (even for american standards) overly sweet. This isn't my best place, but close. The quality of meat is there, but the the sweetness is in every base of meal I choose. And too much. Good food does not need to be coated in a brown sugar simple syrup to taste good. That's what I got and this is my third try and different dish every time. Enjoy folks. Still searching for good Chinese take out.

I have been eating here for years. They by FAR have the best sesame chicken out of any spot I’ve tried in town... and I’ve had a lot of different sesame chicken in my time. Just ask for white meat! The shrimp in their fried rice is thoroughly cleaned, and aren’t the baby shrimps that you find at other Chinese restaurants. If you are a sesame/general tso chicken fan, you MUST try theirs, and you won’t be disappointed.

Our families favorite Chinese for over 10 years. Family owed and operated and very consistent quality. They deliver to us all the time, but I like taking my mother for lunch. She lives the shrimp and lobster sauce! I recommend this restaurant to all of our friends.

Ordered chicken wings, large wonton soup, and vegetable me lo mein. The chicken wings were great. Cost 2$ extra for the honey garlic sauce and it was worth it. Very crispy and great flavor. That meal also came with an egg roll. Standard, nothing special. Edible. The wonton soup was solid. Broth had no scent. Booked cardboard scent. The flavor however was much better. A bit of salt and it was great. Plenty of small wontons that seemed fresh as they didn’t have hard edges from sitting in the cooler all day. The rice was a joke. The flavor eas terrible. And that’s the weird part. It’s the rice or the water they used to boil the rice. It taste bad. Like minute rice in a bag. The pork in the rice was good and it tasted fine itself. But the rice flavor itself was bad. Imagine it as just white rice. It was bad. Could be chilled overnight in the cooler uncovered and pickup that plastic fridge taste. Idk. It’s bad. The lo mein was good. So I recommend ordering thr honey garlic wings off the appetizer and then getting a side of lo mein and you will be set. I only took one star because it was just the actual rice, the rest of the food was good. I ordered April 18, 2022 and the food was ready for pickup in 15 mins and the man who greeted me was nice. Appears to be takeout only, at least on Monday night. It’s 5 times better then China island in the Shenandoah plaza off 136. That food is nasty. The Japanese places by the Publix is ok for sushi.

Just ordered delivery. One item was not what I ordered. Called and was told they run out of what I ordered. No indication on their website this dish was unavailable. Sent something as a replacement and still charged me. Was simply told I had to call Uber. Rest of order was very good. Ordered from here many times. Always good. Just wish the customer service was better.

Loved this place - food was always good and consistent. Ordered beef with garlic sauce the other day and the special ingredient we found in the order was a little caterpillar. Needless to say - we need to find another Chinese restaurant. Make sure the green stuff you are eating is supposed to be in your food!

2nd time here. Yesterday I ordered General Tso chicken with house special fried frice. My rice contains 3.3 pieces of shrimp ( 3 shrimp & 3 shrimp pieces) THE CHICKEN, was not chicken!!!!! It’s like some mushed plastic or something cooked in flour. It was unchewable. I kept eating it trying to figure out what the substance was. It was good in the beginning, but the more I ate, the more I was finding pieces that could not be broken down and chewed. I tried pulling or breaking it apart and it’s like hard plastic or something. I find this extremely strange AND when I searched google to leave this review, my search bar said Mays Kitchen dirty dining 🤢🤢🤢

Finally some decent Asian food out here, 13.45$ for the large lo mein as pictured, very small interior and small business feeling. Great service with what they got.

We did take out from here yesterday. I was almost in tears as it’s the first good Chinese food I’ve eaten in five years. We live in Boca and have tried every place there, would not return anywhere. May’s was wonderful! Nothing was soggy, or too sweet, or too small of a portion. Best General Tso’s chicken I’ve ever had. And the Mongolian beef and dumplings were very good too! So happy!

First let me say that this Chinese restaurant has been around since I moved to Florida in 1991. I have traveled miles, city to city to get food from this Chinese restaurant. When I lived in Pompano, I would go to Mays kitchen 2 to 3 times a week. I've moved and cannot go as often as I'd like. But when I do get a chance I'm there at Mays kitchen ordering food. The one guy that takes my order knows that it's me cause I always order the same thing. Yet he takes my order as if it was the first time I ever ordered. He's a nice looking guy too. And friendly. Bottom line. I think this is the BEST Chinese restaurant in Florida. For me the price was $53. Only because, I order what I want to eat. The prices are reasonable. The only thing they don't do is give you the free soup or egg roll like they use too. But that's not enough to stop me from going there. Plus I'm from NY and am used to Chinese food like this. The only thing they don't have is shrimp toast and Szechuan shrimp made with only shrimp, and a spicy white sauce with white rice. Otherwise, I'd be ordering that along with what I do order. Every time. For this place to be open for 34 years that I know of. Speaks volumes and says a lot.

🤮😷🤢 The General Tso chicken had pieces of fried pad Thai noodles in it!! 🤮 I don’t think they use meat. Just flavored mushed, fried products. 🤮 This place has had MANY encounters with health inspectors and have been on Dirty Dining more than once!! 🤢 Just google them 🤮Did you ever see their kind eating there? Never!! Not even on their lunch breaks.

They are a busy location and like the only local Chinese restaurants that has very good food, for a take out place. There really aren’t enough really good food Chinese restaurants in the east side of pompano except them. But lately something has gone down, like quality of service. Make sure you check your order before you leave. The last two times I’ve have gone in and ordered food, it was missing sauce that goes with the dish, or they didn’t include the egg rolls and soup that also go with the dish. So you have to turn around and go back to get the rest of your order. A bit inconvenient, but you should get what you pay for. Again you’re hard pressed to find a very good Chinese restaurant in the area and you feel stuck with them after having a few bad experiences. I can’t speak for other customers who walk up and order, but this might be the one customer they lost for poor service and not checking to make sure the customer is getting their correct order without an argument!

It's a good place for the price. We went for dinner and it was $13 per adult. Cheap, food is ok, some dishes are made better than others, but nothing is extraordinary. No sashimi, only sushi. A lot of variations of chicken. A lot of fried foods. Baked salmon was dry, but edible. Tilapia was terrible, but Bok Choy was good. Dumplings were good, some shrimp were ok, some were not. Fruit were not sweet, but the ice cream was very very good. Service was ok, the waitresses really push you hard to give 25% tip, unless you take control, they want to write the tip in for you! So, be aware! Overall, we aren't coming back, but for this price, I really can't complain too much.

Sometimes I wonder how places like this one are still operating nowadays! This was by far the worst "ALL YOU CAN EAT" in the history of Chinese buffets. The food was old, tasteless and dry. It looked disgusting, like if it was made ages ago!!! This was an absolute waste of time and money!! This is beyond HORRIBLE, NASTY and INACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Good food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. My only suggestion is to provide proper signage / labelling of the foods at the buffet. When I went the labels were a bit off and it was hard to tell what some foods were, especially as a person with dietary restrictions. However I enjoyed my meal and would recommend this spot to other people!

My friend wanted to try this restaurant out because he’s moving outta town soon. So we went last night only thing that was good on the buffet was the crab salad and sushi rolls that taste like they came from Publix oh and the hibachi and it’s like 6/10. As there others in this establishment why are you mopping/cleaning with BLEACH!!!! While we eat??? Who in the hell wants to smell and taste bleach while they eat??? Where is the health expector? Isn’t that a code violation? Now as of today my friend didn’t want to tell us last night that ling ling had the nerve to say “ broke people shouldn’t go out to eat”….ok she just mad because “big mama” wrote NASTY! On the receipt and she didn’t get NO DAMN TIP!!!! 0/10 would not recommend , I wouldn’t even feed this to a homeless person! Now good day ☺️

Was welcomed at the door sat me and my family down super fast waiters where nice always ready to take our empty cups and plate food was good and the desert was also good no complaints I will recommend to family and friends to come here made my birthday 2 times better this year

This is the best buffet I've ever been to. The room is clean and it's nice to be there. The food is ALWAYS fresh! I've never had a single dish with an unpleasant smell from spoilage. The waitresses are very kind. In general, I express my great gratitude and appreciation to all the staff of this buffet! Thank you for your work!

UPDATE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I've been going here over 20 years and it has changed hands a few times. The food used to be great here but the last year or two every time I go in this place most of the food is STONE COLD. If I wanted cold food I'd have stayed home and made a sandwich. Very few items on the buffet are hot now. So disappointing! I won't be going back unless they fix this problem! 2 stars is all i give this place now.

I wish I would have read the reviews before my very first order yesterday evening. Today I asked for the manager named Yoko? And told her my order was terrible the beef was dry on a stick and hard rubber she told me to bring the food back I ordered and she would return my payment I was taken aback cause it was delivered from the night before. Did she expect me to save the food the next day and take it to her place? How ignorant and totally dumbfounded. I just said yes I’ll bring it back . Called my cc ask disputed the charges for bad quality service. Next time please read the reviews.

Not good at all. The shrimp were definitely frozen junk. Rubbery and jelly like. The cashew chicken was just a bunch of veggies, chicken and some cashews thrown together with no flavor to speak of. The fried rice was the absolute worst fried rice ever. Just this yellowish rice with onions in it. Didn't resemble any fried rice I've ever had. The only reason I gave one star was because the egg roll was decent. I'd bet is wasn't made in house but it was decent nonetheless. Will not be a return customer. I suggest the management try the food and rethink their business plan.

I saw a lot of negative reviews but I continued to read until I found a few good ones. I will definitely come back. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. It was done within 10 min, super fresh, hot and the ingredients were all very fresh and delicious.

two months ago i ordered food from here and it went sraight to trash. i was in the area yesterday and thought to try their food again. ordered kong pao chicken. one bight and again the rest went to trash can next to the order counter. this was my last time here

I was disappointed in the food, I ordered door dash and ordered pork friend rice and dumpling soup, The soup had zero flavor, just tasted like water with dough dumplings floating in it. They used sooooo much dough on their dumplings with a quarter size of meat inside the soup that wasn't worth it at all. The rice same thing no flavor, and they didn't include any salt or pepper, just a lot of soy sauce and suck sauce. The rice was a bit hard and crunch, and soy sauce didn't fix the issue ither. Won't recommend eating here.

Do not order fried rice from this restaurant if you are expecting eggs, carrots, peas, sesame, oil, chives, or anything else that would come in a nice fried rice dish because you will only receive yellow rice with a little bit of onion.

Very disappointed with the food quality. We ordered a lot and whatever we ate at the restaurant especially dim sum items were very greasy. Take out lunch honey garlic chicken was mostly dough with lots of syrup. Fried rice was the worse my family has ever had and the soup was gluey didn’t look or taste like soup. We will not return.

If I could give zero i would! The service was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked in we were encountered with a discriminating pixie cut old chinese lady who lied about not having dim sum, and she did not want to serve us after i mentioned I had called earlier and was told they served dimsum all day she then said oh well we are out of it right now. Then we made the decision to leave and while we were walking out another lady who seemed like a manager asked why we are leaving and we told her why and she said oh no we have dim sum right now and convinced us to stay. Then our server came back to our table with water and slammed my water on the table, and kept saying how long the food was gonna take rudely. Me and my friends could tell she did not want to serve us... Also she tried to snatch the dim sum menu away from us when we hadn't even finished deciding. Also the fried dumpling didn't taste like it had any seasoning, and were very breaded. We also got beef chow fun, and bbq pork buns which wasn't the worst but not good.

I had the Garlic Chicken combination with the egg drop soup and order of crab Rangoon. The chicks tasted fresh and had tons of fresh veggies, the rice was nice and hot but could use a bit more seasoning. The Rangoon could have also used more seasoning, it tasted like straight cream cheese and no additional spices. The egg drop soup was nice. And my fortune cookie had no fortune inside, unfortunately. But the staff were friendly.

Pink Buddha used to be staple in our home as we don’t normally eat out often and would get excited to do Chinese takeout whenever we did. Owners I know have changed and I feel so has the food quality. We ordered lunch for takeout and the fried rice literally smelled like an ashtray. Not just a “burnt” smell if you over fried something but truly as if someone smoked and ashes fell in while they were cooking. The orange chicken was tough on coating and the chicken itself. I never thought I’d be leaving a review like this, but when the fried rice tasted off and literally smelled of cigarettes, it didn’t sit well with me nor my family. Unfortunate. Maybe dine in experience is better.

I order take out here a lot. The dinner combos are about $12 each and the perfect portion. But when you dine inside it’s terrible. The waiter doesn’t understand when you tell her your order. I normally spend about $40 for 3 dinner combos. But somehow spent $77 for the same thing inside. The waiter gave me strange vibes especially towards my son. Never dinning here again. I’ll stick to takeout.

This is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. The food is fresh, flavorful. I especially loved the chicken fried rice is delicious. The staff are friendly and the service was quick. A great spot for anyone craving quality Chinese food. Highly recommend!

This was a take-out so I can't review the atmosphere. The Hot & Sour Soup was delicious. The Egg Rolls didn't have much flavor. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was delicious.

So rude! I've been going there for 25 plus years when I am in the area. Always the food was great. I called today to order something for pickup and asked what was in a dish the lady who answered very rudely said twice go online to find out. I cannot fathom why they can't tell me over the phone what is in the dish. Maybe some customers want to verbally hear vs looking at your website. Happy to bring my business to another restaurant that actually has some manners and doesn't just refer to going online.

The food is just mediocre. I would have given them a 3 star but the lady (not sure if she’s the owner or not) is so rude. She literally does not deserve business. I gave her 5 tries and rude all 5 times. They’ve def lost a customer and hopefully she’ll lose more until she learns how to speak to people. I would understand if the food was amazing and she was rude but to have below average food and to be rude is just a next level poor business decision!

Horrible service! They never pick up the phone and it continuously rings. The lady is extremely rude and the people working on the back think their doing a favor giving you food. They say they changed their Chinese food hours from 11am-5pm but when I went at 4pm they told me it’s not available. Absolute garbage restaurant please never come here, better spending your money elsewhere

Dreadful, egg rolls were doughey, ginger chicken is a ginger flavored soup (and nothing but ginger flavor) and chicken dishes were very dry. I should have known I was in trouble when someone picked up a pizza from the Chinese restaurant! Avoid

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I called one hour before and they mentioned nothing about the long wait. It took me one hour to get here and I had to wait two hours for my food to arrive. The lady was VERY rude, she did not let us use the restroom to wash our hands. Unless you have patience and tolerance to wait extremely long time for your food, it’s not the place to come.

We had an incredible meal at Dragon City Chinese Restaurant in Hollywood, Florida! If you’re a fan of bold, authentic Szechuan flavors, this spot is an absolute gem. We ordered a spread of Mapo Tofu, Szechuan Veal, Szechuan Pork, and Chili Fish—and every single dish was a knockout. The Mapo Tofu was silky, spicy, and full of that signature numbing heat that real Szechuan cuisine is known for. The Szechuan Veal and Pork were both tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with just the right balance of spice, garlic, and depth. But the star of the show might’ve been the Chili Fish—crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and swimming in a fiery, aromatic chili oil that we couldn’t stop eating. Some friends recommended this place to us. I ate here today with my wife. The food was absolutely fantastic (we had the lobster). Very authentic Cantonese style. Amazing service and even better food!!! My family has been coming here for years and my grandma loves this place, and she finds the best Chinese restaurants in town. Food: The food is always so good and authentic. My family is well taken care of here. The green beans are especially yummy! They even give everyone free fruit at the end of the meal, so refreshing. Service: The service was very good, even with a birthday party going on. They took good care of us. Atmosphere: I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, very authentic and nice! They show fish and lobster in their tanks which kids love, too.

This place you can not miss. I set my schedule since I booked the ticket from Thailand. The food is great and a reasonable price. They have a big menu and varied. I ordered my favorite plate, salted and pepper lobster. I love it. Also, jelly fish salad was so delicious. We ordered a few dishes today. Service was good and fast. It's typical of most Chinese restaurants. I'v been here many times and always satisfied.

Dragon City is the BEST authentic Chinese food I have ever had in Florida. I have spent the last 15 years eating in the top NYC Chinatown restaurants and Dragon City goes toe to toe with them. Highly recommend checking this place out.

The customer service. I watch server prepare 6 plates for men where she over loaded with 3/4 bigs spoons of rice, noodles and meat. I was ordering 3plates she barely gave me 1 spoon of rice and I said you overloaded the previous plates and uou barely giving me a spoon. Just cancel my order. I then asked for the manager and phones number to your corporate office. The manager , they called "Alex" dud not Eben come by the cashier to speak to me he told them to tell me it's on Google. When I got in line there was 2 people ahead of me who were waiting on food to come out. The server didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was in line after standing there for 5 mins. So I finally spoke and asked for orange chicken. I was told it will be ready in 3 mins. Then she disappeared and never came back. After about 3-5 mins a fresh bowl of orange chicken came out. The people before got served by a man then he walked away. A lady server continued accepting Uber orders instead of taking my order. That lead to the fresh bowl of orange chicken running out again. When she came to me I said I wanted orange chicken then told me I had to wait. I said I did wait they told me 3 mins already but yet 15 mins later I’m being told to wait again. I walked off upset. A complete waste of my time

Line is always circling 20 times around the mall. Can't handle more than 5 customers every hour. Don't believe me? Come here yourself to experience the 45 minute wait (if you're lucky).

Food is fresh and ok. In the middle of Westfield food court. The manager is very professional and friendly. Workers are fast. However, some rude guests are on the line sometime. They take time too long and make me feel bad here. Except this it is a good place to stop by. Orange chicken and some shrimp dishes are recommendable.

This place took 30 minutes to get chicken egg rolls done. They never have any freaking food cooked. Their customer service is a joke they talked crap and sit there on their cell phones. I don't know what people they have working here but they really need to get rid of them. There I will never come back to this place again

I ordered the pepper steak with fried rice, but the “fried rice” was anything but fried. It was more like yellow parboiled rice with no flavor. I tried adding soy sauce, but it didn’t help, and I ended up tossing it. The pepper steak itself was okay—the meat was decent, the veggies were crisp, and the sauce was savory. However, the disappointing rice ruined the meal for me. If you don’t mind fried rice that isn’t actually fried, this might be the place for you, but it’s a no for me.😕

I don't think the chef is Asian or fully understand Asian\ chinese cuisine. my fried rice tasted as all ingredients were cooked separately then put together and reheated for a few seconds in a pan and served. It tasted like soy sauce rice, there was no real flavor 😔 I also got spicy wings(was not spicy) tasted like they used a form of buffalo sauce, with ruin the wing. It is disappointing to an Asian restaurant only to get American flavor and I hope they fix it.

I had the Shrimp Egg Foo Young and Shrimp Fried Rice with a Pork Egg Roll on two separate occasions and it was absolutely delicious and amazing!

I am writing this simply because of the service Food is good BTW. Last Wednesday I came and when I got home they made a big mistake. When I called they apologized and said whenever you come back we will take care of you. Today is the day. The owner took care of me. Mistakes happen i understand. Its how you recover. Ruby's did just that.

I get food here about once a week. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The only thing I do not like is that the fried rice is quite plain. Everything else I have tried on the menu is great. However. The Singapore Noodles are my favorite.

Public Attention: Do not waste your money . The mother and son is very disrespectful.The woman does not understand English and will take your money and give you whatever they want. No Flavor in food. This isn’t New York style. I asked for extra BBQ sauce for the beef teriyaki and they said nope. Then I noticed it didn’t have any sauce and was under cooked. Hardly any meat in the fried rice. Couldn’t recognize the difference between different men of color. Never Again!

Love the atmosphere. Great lighting, good music, very clean!! Staff was super awesome! Something must be wrong with fountain pop machine cause it all tastes like bad tap water. Food wasn't to my liking but that may be because I'm an out of towner and not used to how they cook food here .

I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered through Uber app. I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered and I was told it’s gonna be another 10 minutes. After waiting, turns out that the fryer machine is broken so they cannot make the crab Rangoon‘s they said I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to change out the oil. She offered a refund but then said she couldn’t give a refund because I ordered through a third-party. The woman at the front was extremely condescending, kept calling me, sweetheart, rather than actually trying to come up with a resolution. Waiting over 30 minutes still no order so I had to leave with no food and no refund no credit for a future experience. This explains why the restaurant was completely empty at 6:30 on on a weekday.

I love their customer service. I been there multiple time and always professional in the phone or in person. The food is tasty and fresh. They have gluten free options (plenty). Also they are well aware about allergies if you ask the chef. The restaurant is clean and good for large. Good for families and kids. Bathroom always clean and accessible parking for everyone. Food price is really affordable comparing to the prices of other restaurants. The portions of the plates are good size portions. Now they also have chicken wings and they are good also. Highly recommend this place!

The food was ok. It was very salty and hardly any meat. They have gluten free options which is amazing. The parking was easy. The service was extremely slow. Everyone was complaining. We waited 34 min for 2 dishes and there was only one table in the restaurant.

Jasmine was a get help at the register and very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We love to food here so good everytime and a big bang for your buck. 10/10 recommend eat here for your Asian cuisine.

Food was so-so - too salty and way too much sauce for the lo-mein noodles and broccoli bathing in a puddle on the bottom of the plate; but my beef was tasty and the kids enjoyed their chicken, too. Service was pretty bad. The cashier warned me that there is a 10 minute wait for rice - we opted for lo-mein because we did not want to wait (I was alone with 2 kids). Our food arrived in 32 minutes. I informed the staff and they sent the manager over - the manager, without even letting me finish, apologized and repeated a few times that 2 people didn't show up. This did not improve our experience one bit - now I know they have personnel issues, too. We were one of 2 seated tables in the whole restaurant, plus one client waiting for pickup. Maybe we went there on an off day but my kids do not want to go back and I don't blame them.

This is a great authentic chinese restaurant! The peking duck was fantastic. The Korean ribs were great. Nice white rice. The corn was amazing and the fried octopus was delicious. The ingredients were very fresh and the service was great! I highly recommend it!

We used to visit this place under previous ownership, so we thought we’d give it a try now under the new management. I’m glad we did! The food was amazing! So fresh and truly home-made. I am very sensitive to artificial ingredients, MSG, and artificial byproducts, which often limits me to what Asian cuisine I can have. This was the first time I didn’t get sick from anything, and you can really tell how clean and fresh the food is. They even have a whole list of vegetarian options! One of my favorites was the Ma Por Tofu, and the Salt & Pepper Corn. Nice ambiance, too. Definitely will go back here every time we’re in FL!

Very disappointed with the food from this place that has a very good reviews but......... sometimes happens that the food is not ok. The noodles was lacking of vegetable and shrimp, the hot and sauer soup was sweet , the rolls with a lot oil and they used to much starchy that the day after you can eat the leftovers. No come back at all.

I chose this place at random because the reviews were the best. I live 5 minutes away from two Asian restaurants and am glad I made the 15 minute drive... The fried rice and ribs are fantastic. The egg roll was made perfectly. If you want it done right go here. I'm eating as in typing.... 😂😂😂HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Asian cuisine with a Bahamas twist! Not your typical takeout. Fresh chicken and vegetables and the orange chicken was all meat with a very light breading and the orange sauce was fantastic. Can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu!

Stop by Lemongrass Hotpot while on the way back to Orlando from Homestead. Our party of 5 have 4 Tom Yum soup and one Tom Yum Coconut soup base. The selection is a little limited compare to other hotpot we been too but the veggies were fresh. There were two items that I haven’t seen at any other hotpot - 🐷 🧠 & water spinach (rau muốn). The service is good and the atmosphere is chill. The Tom Yum is not taste plain & even adding other season from the foods bar is still fell short. The Tom Yum Coconut was ok. If the Tom Yum was better it would get a 5 ⭐️ from me.

Overall the food was okay I think the only turn off was the price value per food if that makes any sense. It's pretty much soup and you know your pain like average with tax and tip about 36 to 38 dollars per person if you just get the standard plus one soda. The atmosphere was nice is a very beautiful place very clean. I don't think I'll go back but if you've never been there before at least do it for the experience.

food and service is amazing!! ive been here a good amount within the past few years and i truly love it every time. amazing selection of meats, veggies, and noodles. the staff is so sweet and let us stay inside while they closed because it was raining. we were even offered a ride to the parking garage by one of the service members. they truly go above and beyond! ❤️

The food here was phenomenal!!!! This was the first time I’ve ever had hot pot and it will not be the last. All the vegetables, fruit, seafood and meat were fresh. The restaurant is very clean which is a huge plus. Linda our server was so sweet and accommodating. She took the time to explain everything to us, show us how to do it and even made us a sauce she thought we would like. Linda, thank you for making our first hot pot experience a great one!!! Favorite take out spot for Hallandale and Hollywood residents. I have been a client for many years. It is conveniently located on US1. Great prices, quick and friendly service. Absolutely the best place for take out. The food is always hot when I get home.

We ordered food to be delivered. Ordered a Mongolian beef and received vegetables with no beef. An attempt was made to call the restaurant and delivery driver and phone call was never answered. Cold food poor quality. Check your order!!!!!

Very Disappointed Just had number 6 Pork Lo Mein take out Dinner. It was very salty including the egg roll. The food was not fresh. The paper bag leaked- too much cooking sauce & container was too small. Thank God I had a plastic bag in the car. Otherwise I would be in need of carpet cleaning. Never Again

I love Lychee Garden. I had the pork lomein dinner combo. Yhe lomein is full of quality pork and vegetables such as pea pods, bok choy, and others. I got it with pork fried rice. It was delicious. Nothing was too greasy and all the ingredients were quality. The wonton soup was full of veggies, pork, and scallions. The order was ready by the time we arrived and piping hot. Lychee is a whole in the wall that has been around forever for a reason. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable.

The portion was big, the delivery was fast the food was tasteless , big chunks of onions. Completely unpleasant , the frying oil smelled bad.

Chicken lo mein was very good. The small size was plenty! Lots of chicken and vegetables and noodles.

AWFUL. The chicken was rubbery and had way too much batter. The estimated delivery time was 35-40 minutes and the driver arrived over 40 minutes late. (1 hr 20 mins)

Tasteless food. No flavor, good portions, no sauce for the crab Rangoon. The crab rangoon was kind of weird, not creamy, (see the picture). Not ordering from this place again.

I've driven by hundreds of times and finally took a chance while my wife was away! I kept it simple and had the chicken fried rice which was very good and I've been back several times now. If you call in your order, they have a drive up window which is terrific.

Very good walnut shrimp and crab rangoons! Walnut shrimp is hard to find made right and this exceeded my expectations. Good quality, nice portions, big shrimp! Friendly staff and fast pick up. Look forward to trying more!

Best Chinese food I've had since I moved here from Southern California! Egg rolls are amazing! Soup is excellent! Shrimp Lo Mein was delicious! Crab rangoon was scrumptious, especially with warm sweet & sour sauce!!! I ate so much I can hardly move and I have left overs for lunch tomorrow because of the generous portions. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We had a delivery of food last night,3/9/13. I ordered nothing at all fancy, Pork Fried Rice, Egg Foo Young, Edamame, and Free Egg Rolls (We had a coupon!) EVERYTHING WAS FABULOUS!!! The Rice was full of pieces of Chinese Roasted Pork and just the right amount of vegetables. The Egg Foo Young likewise with lots of meat and veggies, just the way my wife and I like it!! The food was perfectly spiced. When we called in, the order taker said it would be 30-40 minutes. I asked for some extra Duck Sauce. The food was delivered 32 minutes later (Right on Time!!) and was piping hot. There were about 4 extra Duck Sauce Packets!! This is definitely our new basic Chinese restaurant. They did this good a job on a busy (Saturday) Night for a customer that had never ordered before!!! I can't wait to try some of their other dishes. Thanks for a great meal.

We have been coming here for many years, and it has Always been my favorite spot for wonton soup, but no more. The broth used to so flavorful, but now it’s rather thin and tasteless. The dumplings had very little filling. They used to add scallions to the soup, but none this time. I understand that all ingredients are more expensive but I wouldn’t mind paying a little more - bring back the old version!

The cleanliness of the place is great! Staff wears masks and gloves and masks are provided and requested to be worn before entering the buffet! ++++ Best salt an pepper shrimp I’ve ever had! If you have some greedy people you want to treat on a budget.. this is the place for you!

My mother and my sister told me about this place. It was my mother‘s birthday weekend we went 04/11/2025. First I notice when I walked in that the price for an adult to eat was 20.00 plus 19.00 for a child okay whatever it’s an all you can buffet. That’s fine. We get seated and we go to get our food, everything looked like it was sitting for a few hours. Food was cold and tasteless. My son could barely eat anything there because he didn’t like anything so all he ate was white rice and he refused to eat the chicken fingers because he said it was disgusting and the white rice was hard as a rock, but he did end up eating the desserts, but what I noticed about the dessert ice cream station was that they had only one scooper for all those ice creams and dirty, nasty water that they did not change out that the scooper sat in. I barely ate there and my son as well. Pretty much just kind of sat there waiting for my mother and my sister to eat. After 25 minutes of sitting down and eating, the waitress came with the check and she stood there and waited for us to pull out whatever we were paying with. I gave her my card after she came back with the check. She stood there AGAIN and waited to see what we were gonna put on the paper for a tip I put zero tip because I PLANNED on tipping with cash. if I’m being completely honest, The fact that she stood over me to see what I was gonna put irritated me and when I put zero as a tip, she literally said “wow no tip?” “You NEED to put tip” right in my face and then got upset. I WISH I was kidding 😂😂. If only she waited for me to pull the cash out of my wallet, she would’ve known I was gonna pay her with cash, but because she demanded I refused, and I told her “NO” “NO TIP” straight to her face and she walked away. My mom felt bad because the lady was complaining about a tip and gave her a little bit of cash and I looked at my mom and said “you should’ve never done that” “especially after she just complained in our face about it.” And I said that right in front of the lady . Very unprofessional !! All she did was pick up plates. Didn’t pick up the food for us which I get is a Chinese buffet you serve yourself. I’m sure that’s what she’s there for to get a paycheck to pick up plates. She didn’t check on us once to see if everything was OK, she didn’t see if we needed anything, but she made sure to complain for that tip. I think it’s very unprofessional to demand a tip. I’m not obligated to tip anybody I’m already paying for what I’m getting. Plus me and my sons drink was 3.00 for both. So on top of me and my sons entree to eat, and tax I paid $50 dollars for nasty food that me or my sons barely touched then your going to get upset about a tip before I could even pull it out!?!? for picking up dishes?!???!….. What a joke!!! We were floored about that especially because she counted my 5 year old for a person to tip. So she expected me to tip more because my five-year-old was with me. If you don’t like the policy then maybe you should talk to the facility about charging people a different way if you want a tip for the little work, you do or I don’t know go to school and get a real career that you actually have to work to get paid for. I always tip when I go to restaurants. I already have in the back of my head that I don’t need to tip because I’m already paying for my food, but I’m tipping because I’m thankful for the service but if you’re gonna demand a tip from me, especially when all you did was pick up plates, baby girl you’re barking up the wrong tree.. 😂😂

Reading some other reviews, I decided to make my own decision. One thing, Longview may not be a big city but it doesn’t matter the size of town. It matters the dedication of the restaurant owner/manager to have a great place to eat. Therefore saying this is Longview what do you expect is a cop out. Nearby tiny town of Avinger 444 population likely has more people at their steakhouse over the weekend than the population of the whole town. Size of town doesn’t matter. This place is very clean. It’s nice and bright not dim and dingy. Someone is always tending to the food. Waitstaff kept an eye on me… not hovering. They had a great selection. I came during dinner and there was quite a bit of seafood & some Cajun style food as well. I tried a few things and even went back for a specific dish a second time which is rare for me to do unless I really really like it. I do recommend this place & I will definitely be back here.
