I’m writing this review in the hope the owner will finally take notice of the dreadful table service which has been mentioned on many reviews. Your staff need to be trained in basic politeness. When a customer arrives at a table they should acknowledge them with a hello or good evening. When you ask politely for a menu your staff should not come back and throw them on the table without speaking. When taking the order your staff should make an effort to engage with the customer not greet them with distain. On one occasion last year they brought the wrong ice cream, when i asked them to change it to what I ordered, they walked away. I’m writing this because we have continuously been served by young very rude and disinterested staff over the years. It is not acceptable!!!!
