Absolutely delicious! 10/10 Second Pistachio Pastry – Good overall but a bit lacking in true pistachio flavor, making it a tough call. 8/10 Ham & Cheese Croissant – Fantastic flavor with Italian herbs shining through. Would’ve been a perfect 10/10 if it had been served warm, but still a solid 9/10. Apricot Tart – Unfortunately, the grainy texture overshadowed the taste. Only 2/10 for this one. Atmosphere – Relaxing with pleasant music and a modern vibe, though it’s a touch on the dark side.

Foodie menu, fresh bakery goodies, ambiance adorable. Downtown feel, and so cute inside. Spacious seating area, and intimate but big enough. Great sunlight. 5 out of 5, highly recommend!!!! 1 less star for service. Service was not happy to be there. Suggestion to have training on smiling and welcoming conversation and hellos. I barely got a smile or a hello. I had asked for my $40 order to be toasted and I got a sligh smirk and a slow, bothered toasting process. Seems like other reviews were similar. Delicious pastry 🥐 and the cheese cake was excellent, fast but patient cashier with friendly staff. We popped in for and afternoon tea and enjoyed our croissant’s tea and cheese cake!

This place is amazing!! The chef noticed me and personally talked to me as I was drinking their outstanding matcha. He then made me a CUSTOM matcha croissant! This was to die for, literally. He was then so friendly to other customers and really takes in what you say about his bakery. Best bakery I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend the ham and cheese croissant as well!!!!

I ordered Matcha and large size, but you should call almond meal and add small amount of matcha and ice. It doesn’t taste matcha at all. Wasting money for it. However, muffin lemon blueberry is delicious but the almond croissant was smashed and sugary. I can’t even called croissant.

Wonderful customer service and great food and coffee. The baguettes are everything you could want. Nice crispy exterior and soft fluffy interior. The breakfast sandwiches are reasonably priced and flavorful. I ate there twice and would again if I were staying on the area. 10/10

I used to love going here but everything has gone down hill. The staff are rude and act bothered for even being there. My mom has food restrictions and asked for certain things not to accompany her sandwhich - they put the items on the plate with her sandwhich anyways. She asked for another clean plate to separate the food she can’t eat and the worker rolled his eyes and laughed. (We did not complain or cause any issues, she literally just asked for a clean plate and that was the reaction). The food is not fresh - my tomato soup had the consistency of pudding. I could not even eat it. This place acts like they are better and above their customers and the food is not good anymore. Do not recommend this place at all.

Our wedding cake from Earth and Sugar was incredible. We had gone to another vendor recommended by our venue and Earth and Sugar was our second tasting. We knew from just walking in how much better this experience would be. They have a nice area for you to sit with your cake choices already on a plate. Every piece was honestly incredible. Really moist and flavorful, not too sweet. It was hard to decide! We went with carrot cake and almond cake. The cake came out looking beautiful on our wedding day and tasted just as amazing as I remembered from the tasting. Thank you!!!

We ordered our wedding cake from Earth and Sugar and are so happy with how it turned out! The team was responsive and provided all the info we needed to choose the perfect cake. Some of THE BEST vegan & gluten free cake I’ve ever tasted!!! Victoria & Allison were so helpful, answering all the questions I had regarding our options & allergens & food safety (I’m vegan & gf, my mom is gf, & my sister has celiac disease). I will say that the tasting cakelets my husband & I tried were much softer than our actual wedding cake, so it took a little force to cut through, but I think the wedding cake just needed a little more time sitting out to soften up! Those cakelets were to die for! They were so unbelievably soft/moist & flavorful! My husband is not vegan or gf, but he loved them! We went with the funfetti flavor with vanilla icing & a beautiful top gold stroke design for our wedding! The flavor was so yummy & overall it was so beautiful! I would absolutely recommend Earth & Sugar to anyone & everyone! & if we ever need another cake for something I’ll absolutely be coming back! Thank you ladies for everything! 🥰💜

We loved our experience with Earth and Sugar for our wedding cake! We got the chocolate chip and almond flavors, and the cake tasted absolutely delicious! We got so many compliments from our guests on the look and taste of the cake. Before the wedding, the tasting experience was easy (and yummy) and the delivery of the cake was seamless. Also, we had to notify them about an increase in our guest count about a month out from our wedding date, and they were quick to respond and super helpful with the necessary adjustments that would need to be made to our order. Even before we started planning our wedding, Earth and Sugar was on my pinterest board. I had NO idea that this bakery was in South Florida or even on our venue’s preferred vendors list, I simply loved the image of the cake design and knew I wanted it for my wedding. In a twist of fate, I was able to get the exact cake that I wanted from the beginning, and it was perfect! My husband and I chose two flavors (marble with cream cheese & chocolate buttercream and raspberry swirl with raspberry buttercream & coconut filling), and it was one of the best cakes we had ever eaten (hard to accomplish with a wedding cake!). I absolutely recommend using this bakery for any of your sweet-treat needs, as it will look beautiful, taste even better, and be a great experience from booking to biting!

From the moment we went for the cake tasting for our wedding, Earth and Sugar set themselves apart from other vendors. They had a lovely set up for us and sat down with us and explained each piece and flavor combo to us that we had chosen to taste. We ultimately chose their cake, because out of all the vendors we tried, their cake tasted the best to us. Not just the icing and flavor combination, but the cake itself. It was moist, soft and delicious. We chose the vanilla and dulce flavor combo which we loved because it was sweet but not in an overpowering way. Our cake was decorated so beautifully too. It was almost too beautiful to eat!

As a frequent visitor of the state and or WPB, I make time during my visits to be there. The service is excellent and they will help with recommendations and ensure you are in love with your choices.

A friend of mine took me here for an authentic French lunch. The staff were very nice especially one of the chefs that made our lunch. She was awesome. The desserts are unbelievable and I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant which was also excellent. I highly recommend.

I had a PHENOMENAL experience purchasing a Winnie the Pooh themed baby shower cake with the Ganache team. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. The very indecisive mommy-to-be kept amending the order but Chef Jamal always enthusiastically said yes, you got it! This two tier cake (strawberry shortcake and red velvet flavor) was absolutely delicious, fed 40+ people, and was worth every penny. I cannot say it enough, the entire Ganache team delivered top notch customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them again and again.

We were looking for a bakery late afternoon on a Sunday. We stopped by Napoleon and Maria was very gracious in letting us come in even though her services are only by appointment. Great place, the chorizo’s are amazing and the bread delicious! I truly recommend this place, but you have to call prior to go there, this way you will be sure they have your things right. 100% recommended.

This is a family owned (of Basque origin) food shop. We had an incredible sandwich with the best cured meats on freshly baked baguette and bought a bag of her sugar dough cookies that are amazing & so homemade. Hidden gem for sure & I was told by the owners to look online at the menu & call ahead. Before covid it was a full service restaurant & now is take out only. Cant wait to try more of their food.

Napoleon’s bakery is “old world richness” to the senses - it is a fantastic place to have desert and coffee or for various meats and delicacies. You can eat inside or outside in a quaint, shaded side yard. Highly recommended.

Yesterday, I picked up the cake for my birthday with my husband, and the service was great, I ended up with an extra amazing dessert for the party! We tried the Crème brûlée, the alfajores, the suspiros, and delicious cookies ideal with coffee as recommended. The service was amazing and warm, it felt so genuine and kind! I enjoyed the food as much as I enjoyed the service at this bakery! My cake was a bomb!! Everyone loves the milhojas cake with Dulce de Leche, and strawberries!! I can't thank you enough for your service and delicious cakes/ desserts. You made my day even more special!! I appreciate business like this! I am happy you finally found a bakery where to order my dessert for special moments.

My husband was there today to buy $100 worth of pastries. They had 2 employees that were with customers. A few people walked in after my husband and when the employee was done with the customer she skipped my husband & took the person behind him. He was still patient and waited. Then they took the next person behind him. Totally ignoring him again! He told them how rude they were & took his business elsewhere. We have done many purchases for our big employers companies but now We won’t be going back!! That was extremely rude!

I bought 3 Cuban sandwiches and 8 guava/cheese pastries and spent $51. They were horrible!!!!! Pastries were chewy and tasteless. The Cubans were lacking so much flavor!!!! NEVER again will I buy any thing from them!!!!!

The food and drinks are okay. However, when I pay for my order and place my card or cash in the cashiers hand I expect the same in return. I do not expect my card or change to be placed on the counter. This is not an isolated incident because it happened at least three times in the last week. The third time is the charm. I am taking my business elsewhere. I will learn to make my own empanadas and café con léche con azucar. This is the location off Belvedere Rd. I have not frequented the Palm Beach Gardens location.

Sandwich was okay , bacon seemed like it was from the day before so I didn’t eat it. Tasted old. The service is nothing special didn’t get greeted , they didn’t even hand me my food she’s just letting me know it’s on the counter so I had to bag it myself. Won’t be back

Do not eat here. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich on Uber and they sold me raw chicken sandwich. i called and spoke with a women, of course she didn't care. She said i can come back and get a discount for it. Why would i pay to get another sandwich that is raw. I have been going to this restaurant since i was a little girl. Never going back here again. The customer service has completely went down at this place. Do not eat here.

There are 100's of these type of cafes in Palm Beach county!!! the coffee, espresso, and lattes all taste the same for the most part from each of the competitors!!! it comes down to quality vs price,,,, Tulipan does not cut it for me from that perspective!!! The coffee drinks are right in line with everybody else give or take $0.30cts and so are the pastries that doesn't include their specialty cakes etc. Tulipan has been here ever since I was a kid, you're paying for a very WELL-earned name and reputation!!!! If you ask me!!! I can find better locally for a whole lot less!!!

I loved the vibe at the Hive. Our particular server was a bit slow, but she was very nice. The breakfast was a bit average. I enjoyed the pastries. The bread wasn't my favorite (jalapeno cheddar). Love the decor! I will give it another try.

I have never felt this unappreciated as a restaurant guest before. The service was really disappointing. As we walked in, the receptionist saw us carelessly, didn’t greet us or offer a seat. Our waitress barely listened when we were ordering and even in the middle of our conversation she turned away to chat with the people at another table. Later, when we asked for the check, she stood behind my friend watching how much she would tip. It felt so awkward. When she didn’t get what she wanted, she just walked away without even saying anything. I gave it 3 stars only because of the parking crew — they were the best! These guys definitely deserve a tip option at least. The food was ok. But nothing extraordinary.

A remarkable eating experience!! I was on an R&R vacation in WBP, around the corner from Hive when it popped up on my Google Maps, so I decided to give it a try. ( it was within walking distance) The first thing I notice was how aesthetically pleasing it was both externally & internally, plus they offer valet for FREE!! 👏🏼 (always a plus in my opinion)I was greeted by a server who was professional and extremely nice. I order breakfast off the recommendation of the server and it was scrumptious! Yum Yum Overall my experience was all I hoped for when trying a new spot, but more importantly, I’m thrilled when I get what I paid for! (the price point was on the mark) I would say without hesitation that it’s worth a visit! Happy Eating! 🍽️

I went with some Very good friends. It our 1st time at Hive. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was Delicious. The service we got from Carla & Hope was on point. Hope had to take over Carla. Carla was wonderful & Hope was good also. The food was Scrumptious & so was dessert. The dessert was Soooo good that I had to bring some home along with the some of that parmasean honey flat bread at the register. Too bad the shopping area was closed when we left. I may come back again & hopefully will make it to shop at the home store before they close. Everyone was so nice at this establishment. Everyone we encountered is an Asset to Hive, especially Carla. This place fits the beautiful esthetic that it was intended to have. Every detail from the seats to the pastries, to the attire of the staff. Inside and out this place is amazing, truly. We were treated with kindness even in a hustle and bustle environment. I think the place can do without the valet parking just because it causes a cluster on the street where people may be walking or trying to exit in their vehicle but that’s my preference. Our food was yummy but also just preference, I don’t think the eggs benny is necessary worth $24 dollars. Their baked goods and counter selection was vast and that was amazing to see the beauty of it.

First time customer to this entirely charming restaurant and the breakfast was fantastic (honestly the BEST potatoes I’ve ever had), the service very good, and my only disappointment was the variety of baked goods I bought that were ALL SO MEDIOCRE and the surly attitude of the person who sold them to me! I really wanted to try the orange creamsicle scone, but they were all burnt. The vanilla cupcake was clearly made from a batter that was over beaten, the cookies were average, the morning bun was tough and inedible. I spent $87 on an entire box of mediocre baked goods and felt utterly disappointed because they looked the part of delectable stuff, but they weren’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I will definitely return for a meal.

My Wife I couldn’t be happier with how the cake came out for our baby’s gender reveal. We provided a photo of what we wanted from an UK based bakery, but we were stunned that our cake came out even better than the photo. The details of the bears 🐻 was spectacular. The sweetness level was just perfect with a creamy, velvety texture. We liked the cake flavor so much, I ordered a basic version just to try it again.

We were blown away at the cake for our daughter's birthday! Yumi and team truly went above and beyond to ensure it was everything we imagined. Def love how every desert looked like but this time looks are deceiving. The mango one the texture and flavor wise def didn't enjoy and I love mangoes but they ruined it for me. The other two was way super sweet for my taste buds for me it felt diabetes in a cupcake

Johnson’s Custom Cakes went above and beyond to deliver a birthday cake like no other. Not only was the cake aesthetically pleasing but the flavor combination of coconut, guava and passion fruit sealed the deal. One week later and people from my party are still raving about this cake. They are professionals who respect your vision and bring it to life. I will be using them for future events!

We came for dinner on a Thursday, it was not busy. They also had a three course meal option and half price wine bottles. The staff were courteous and helpful, and gave us great suggestions. The venue has indoor and outdoor sitting. It's quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. We ordered a bottle of wine and chose the three course option. For apperizers we ordered the Kitchen salad and the crispy cheese-steak spring rolls. The rolls were awesome and the salad was crisp and refreshing. For the mains we ordered the everything crusted salmon amd the fettuccine bolagnese. The bolagnese sauce was delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the everything crust gave it a nice flavor and crunch. For dessert, we ordered the coconut cake, a must, and the chocolate brownie. Kitchen offers amazing food, incredible service by the staff, and a nice atmosphere. We are definitely coming here more often and so should you.

Been going for years. Started and maintained well for years - now not the same establishment. With the exception of a lovely server- the entire experience was poor. The food- all dishes ordered were bland, tasteless and small portioned. And really charging for slices of bread ? Sad to say after all this time, I and my party will not be returning. They have expanded and lost their verve. Too bad.

The Halibut special was PERFECTION! Sauteed in white wine, grape tomatoes, capers and lemon... It was the second favorite halibut preparation of my life! Incredible. I chose Aliza's Israeli salad and sauteed curly spinach as sides and was finished before my husband, who ordered the same thing, was halfway through. We split the giant piece of coconut cake to finish a fantastic meal. There is lemon curd in the cake resting on a plate of raspberry coulis. Worth every calorie. They have a very small parking lot with complimentary valet service. Don't misjudge this strip mall diamond. It's top of our list to return to on our next trip.

First time trying Kitchen after my in-laws have been raving about it. Lots of good seating options inside and out in this well decorated restaurant. The parking lot is valet only. There is no drink list and appears the wait staff makes the drinks themselves. Wine choices were good. Everything we ordered was excellent. Cheeseburger, schnitzel were my favorites but strip steak was really good and some of the best onion rings ive ever had. I will definitely go back to this casual, high quality location.

I had the branzino 5/5, perfectly grilled . My date had the chicken schnitzel which I thought was dry and not particularly flavorful. The service was adequate but not great. This has to be the darkest restaurant I've ever eaten in. Flashlights were required to read the menu.

Great gelato! I got the smallest size - the regular for $5.80 - which wasn’t that small at all. For that price, you get two large scoops of ice cream so it is worth it. I had the two flavors dulce de leche and strawberry cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious and sweet in a subtle manner. I would especially recommend the strawberry cheesecake, because the hints of the strawberry add a certain freshness.

A solid 1star for the unfriendlyness of the employee and the low quality of the ice cream which was not smooth/creamy, but full of iced parts. The $6.50 for a medium cup was not justified. Mind you, they give you a medium serving in a small cup and there is no way that you can eat it fast enough for the icecream not to melt and dirt your hands and clothes. Luckily, the tables have holes through which the ice-cream can fall to the ground! Not recommended.

The owner serve GREAT ice cream to customers. He is super nice. You will love his Italian ice cream. Don’t forget bring back home, he has really good container for you.

This place is fantastic! I got the peanut butter gelato, which included chunks of chocolate. My friend got the chocolate fudge brownie and loved it. The staff was friendly and polite. I’ll br back for sure!

Oddly this place serves pastries, sandwiches…and sushi. We had a great sub sandwich and enjoyed eating it out on the beautiful patio area in front of the store. It is so nice to find a place with reasonable prices in Palm Beach.

Great little shop nestled right off a courtyard and the Palm Beach Historic Inn. I had the chicken salad sandwich on soft white bread and was quite happy with it, until I tried my husband's turkey avocado panini. It was flavorful and delicious! Friendly staff and refreshingly cold ice tea made this an easy choice for a late lunch!

Great little small hidden sandwich/ coffee/ pastry shop. The owner is friendly and will pretty much make you anything you want if they have the ingredients. All of the on menu sandwiches are great. The bread is nice and soft, better than most places. I like bread. The cookies and cinnamon rolls are amazing.

They have really good sandwiches and AMAZING cookies and desserts. This is my go-to spot when I'm on the island at lunch time. Parking can be a little bit tricky, but it is worth the effort. I've never tried it, but they also have sushi.

Randomly walked in for breakfast and it was AMAZING! I had an egg and cheese croissant and it was delicious, and tasted like the croissant had just been made. Then we saw they had just had fresh cinnamon rolls out of the oven and the extremely kind owner gave us one to taste. It was incredible. Will definitely go back

I am going to start by answering the question I had as I scrolled through other reviews: yes, Pastry Heaven is a bakery that also makes fresh sushi. Yes, that is a weird combination, but I ate here four times and let me tell you: the coffee is good, the pastries are good, the ham, egg, and cheese croissant is good, and the sushi is good. I don't know why, but it works. This place is cute as hell, cheap, and quirky. P.S. My fiance loved the scones.

My mother, daughter, and I went to try out this place for the first time, because we heard rave reviews. However, we were sadly disappointed. To start off, upon entering, there was only one employee who didn’t bother to acknowledge us. We proceeded to look at the pies which had a very small variety. My mother and I chose the crumb apple pie, while my daughter chose a mini apple pie. When we got our pies, we each went our separate ways and headed home. A short while later, my daughter called me hysterical and sent me these pictures of the pie she had bitten into that contained mold. On her first bite, she claimed it tasted dry and tasted funny. This drove her to open it up and see a chunk of mold staring right back at her. After seeing this, I decided to call The Upper Crust to inquire about the pie’s freshness. I called multiple times and finally when I was leaving a message someone picked up. I explained the situation and was told to send pictures and that she would let the baker know. She said that I would be credited the next time I went but yet did not ask for any contact information. I really wanted to know when the pie was made but she had not idea. What kind of establishment doesn’t know their own products?

My husband ordered an upper crust strawberry rhubarb pie from ter marsch for my birthday. Ww were so disappointed. The bottom and top crusts were SO thick leaving very little room for filling...which actually tasted good. Total waste of money.

We finally tried The Upper Crust Bakery. This is a family owned and operated Bakery, in business since 1978. Must be doing something right. We purchased the Cherry and Apple Crumb and I will tell you i'm ready to go back and get a Blueberry. All homemade, ingredients, fruit plenty of it. It was actually a heavy pie. I will never buy a Frozen, big box store pie again. They are local, well worth the drive.

I can't tell you how disappointed i was with this. When asking reddit where I should get a pie, it was overwhelmingly said to go here. I got the peach pie and it was bad. First of all, the crust was burnt, 2nd, why am i getting a top crust thats the same type of crust id get with a chicken pot pie, why is there no sweetness, why is it flaky, who wants a flaky crust with their pie. 3rd and most of all, im pretty sure they used canned peaches, bc it was def canned peaches. Ive never been more disappointed in my life honestly. It wasn't mushy and delicious like the peach cobbler ive had at bbq spots. It wasn't made with love, it was made with canned peaches, with a pot pie crust. So sad!

I ordered from Uber Eats ,but no complaints about that service, but my order was wrong and this " best ever cuban sandwich" that some have said.....I got it and was completely disappointed in it, and then after I opened the Spinach and cheese empanada I ordered to find out it was definitely something else.....maybe ground turkey , see the pic and let me know because...I don't know, I didn't eat it. I tried to see if my dogs wanted it and they declined.....so... It's hard to mess up fries, so that was what I ate out of my entire order. I don't know about all their locations,so I can't say it for all of them. I'm assuming it was delivered close to my address, so Lake Worth Beach ,West Palm location???? Just do better. I spent $30 on food that was not at all worth $30....

I stumbled upon this little gem a couple of years ago, with a friend. Since then, Ive loved making it my weekend treat! Best Cortadito (oscura, poco azúcar), pastelitos, croquetas or an amazing Cuban sandwich. Today, I visited to pick up Cheesecake for my son. I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal and Jenny. They were warm and friendly, they made sure I got everything I needed. My son was so delighted when he got his cheesecake! ❤️ the American girl ☺️

Wow! I was a little surprised that this bakery was inside a gas station, but fear not. I’m amazed, we bought an assortment of drinks and pastries and every single item was splendid. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was tart and refreshing, the guava pastries were generously filled, and the croquettes were cooked to perfection. So happy with my visit & I’ll be returning soon.

Cute little shop. Had a sweet craving and stopped by to satisfy my belly. I bought 4 different flavored cupcakes: pistachio, butter pecan, carrot cake and sweet potato. Also bought two of their mini pies, coconut and sweet potato. And the star of the bakery, coconut cake. I took my items to go and as soon as I got home I took a bite of the coconut cake.... oh my my! Fluffy cake, yummy frosting, bits of coconut flakes... perfect with a cup of coffee. I haven't tried the other desserts, but the coconut cake alone is a tasty reason to visit bakery. So I couldn't stop thinking of cupcakes and I had to try a bite of each flavor. Carrot cake: Good, nice flavor with visible pieces of carrot and walnuts. I can't say if they add raisins, but I didn't get one in my bite and I'll admit I was ok with that because for some reason I don't like chewing the raisins in carrot cake. That being said carrot cake cupcake is a good choice. Pistachio: I absolutely loved the light smell of pistachio in the frosting. The scent is heavenly when taking that bite. Pistachio enthusiasts this is a must try. Sweet Potato: A new flavor for me which is a fabulous alternative to your next holiday gathering. Honestly, since my goal was to try all four flavors, it was hard for me to stop eating this yummy treat. I fell in love with the sweet potato cupcake! Butter Pecan: Oh boy! Where have you been all my life? The light butter pecan scent from the frosting, the light fluffy cake...all I need is a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the side. This will surely be a grand hit at your next holiday gathering. All the cupcakes where light, fluffy cake that tasted fresh. The frosting was tasty, light and airy, not heavy or overpowering. Good balance of frosting and cake. My taste buds were in heaven! The 3" coconut pie did not disappoint 😋 This tiny pie is packed with flavor. A great treat to pack in your lunch. Cafe Sweets, damn your baking skills are on point!

Ooh la la! We ate a late lunch at the Greek place next door and were walking back to our car when we noticed some cakes in a window. We stopped to admire them and salivate while my husband tried to usher us along. Right then, a smiling face appeared on the other side of the window and beckoned us to come in. Well, you don’t have to invite us twice when it comes to desserts so in we went. We were greeted by a very friendly woman who let us know what cakes they had. The husband ordered a slice of coconut cake right away, while my darling daughter ordered both an Oreo and Carrot cake cupcake. I went for the mini lemon cupcake and let me tell you! Oh! Let me tell you! That was a little bite of lemon heaven. The cake part was perfect, not airy and hollow, but had a very pleasing texture and the flavor was, as they say in candy crush, DIVINE (think deep voice).We got a few more cupcakes for the boys who stayed home. I don’t know whose recipes these are, but my oh my, everything we got was delicious. The woman who helped us did refer to another woman as Nana, so I am assuming these are grandma’s recipes. We really enjoyed this surprise treat and will be back when our travels bring us back this way. Thank you for the southern hospitality and delicious desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed them all.

i kept seeing this place on tiktok, please don’t believe the hype! the baristas are very nice but the coffee (iced caramel latte) is bad and the matcha is very poor quality. we got three donuts, the guava cheese, tiramisu and the nutella one. the guava cheese had a filling that looks like canes sauce, not at all like guava, and the taste was also barely guava with absolutely no cheese. the tiramisu donut dough had no flavor and the coffee filling was disappointing and visually off putting. as if they mixed instant coffee with cornstarch and somehow ended up with a green tinge. the nutella donut was the best one, and it wasn’t even good. there was less than a teaspoon of filling, and for a stuffed donut that is disappointing. we spent $34 on two bad drinks and three awful donuts. you’re better off going to dunkin’. i’m surprised this place has good reviews!

I enjoyed the atmosphere here. It's one of those places where you could easily camp out with a laptop. It's simple and relaxed, yet still stylish. The staff is also super friendly. I had the White Chocolate Tres Leches donut and to balance out all that sweetness I paired it with The Maple & Brown Sugar Cold Brew. I liked the flavor of the cold brew. It was smooth and slightly sweet, and with just enough of a caffeine kick to make me feel like I could finish all my emails. The donut was also soft and creamy with the right amount of sweetness without being too over the top. The Salty Donut is an absolute win. Can't wait for my next visit!

This is going to be a short (and sweet 😋) review. Really incredible home made donuts you can see them making in the back. And great coffee! Not much more to it. Quick service and they have some really great seasonal coffees too. One that my gf really (really) liked was the latte with strawberry cold foam. Also, my personal fav is the pop tart!

Everything we had was INCREDIBLE!! The Maple Bacon donut was the highlight with the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Didn’t get to try everything but we will definitely be back 🤩 Also, the Cold Brew Lemonade is the perfect drink to take down to the beach. So refreshing!!

Stopped by on a recommendation. Was created by the owner who was very nice. Offered me a sample of the croquetas (very good!). The guava and cheese pastry was a hit! The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because of the cortado (it was good, but not great)

Going into Vicky’s was an amazing experience. Very welcoming environment with delicious food. Many beautiful cakes for all occasions, delicious sandwiches and pastries. The ambience of the bakery and energy is amazing. I could have one of each delicious pastries everyday if I lived here, but I live in New York. Will definitely be back and I’m taking a tray of pastries back home.

We ordered several platters of pastries and assorted hot foods for my daughter’s wedding ceremony. The staff here were exceptionally helpful and made several suggestions for our order. The food was ready when promised and the pick up process was very easy. The food was delicious and all of the guests enjoyed the different choices. I will be back next week for another guava treat. We went to try their beef patties. we bought spicy and mild beef patties, chicken patties and their coco bread. Out of the oven. fresh made. I really liked everything. The beef patties are certainly very good and since I love bread, their light coco bread was very good too. Very friendly and smiling staff. fast service and great prices.

Some food spots keep it simple and authentic. Have eaten the best patties in Jamaica, specially in Kingston. In this country, from NY to Miami I have tried all the so-called best. While there are many good spots there is only one authentic Patty spot in the entire East Coast of the U.S. It is Island Style Bakery. Just go there & you will see for yourself.

A hidden gem in a gas station. We had a breakfast with eggs, bacon and toasted Cuban bread that was great. The Argentinian empanadas were flaky and delicious and so were the guava pastries. Cuban sandwich was ok but the iced cafe con leche was out of this world!

Stacy has made us some great stuff, but the all-time champion has to be these incredibly detailed Lily Pulitzer-themed cookies for a birthday party. Our daughter's cake was exactly what she pictured, a beautiful tiered gold and white design which tasted as wonderful as it looked! It was my first time ordering a birthday cake on line. I searched the internet maybe 2 hours and came across the Sugar Monkey. They have specially designed cakes for all occasions. I fell in love with one of their cake designs and sent an e-mail for more information. They promptly returned my inquiry and fulfilled my order exactly how I wanted it. Chef Jennifer (who worked at Café Boulud for 8 yrs as head pastry chef) is an amazing artist whose medium (lucky for us) is anything sweet...even ice cream! She is as friendly & accommodating as she is talented. The BEST key lime pie ever, macarons as good (& bigger) as those in Paris and the best carrot cake I've ever had...sooo glad she has shop open W-Sat. now. Try the olive oil cake too...you will thank me.

My name is Anita M. I ordered a 7th wedding anniversary cake for my husband and me. I saved a sentimental wedding anniversary card my husband gave me on our 1 year wedding anniversary.. This card defined our relationship perfectly. It had on the cover two chimps dressed in wedding attire...the groom chimp dressed in tuxedo and spats. The bride chimp dressed in a ivory silk long skirt (I wore a similar ivory organza long wedding skirt also on my wedding day) Unbelievable.! LOL! I wanted the characters from the card to be re-created in fondant for our 1 year anniversary cake. I scanned the card and e-mailed it to the sugar monkey. When my husband and I picked up the cake... (chantilly cake with fresh berries and whipped topping) It was in August.. YUM YUM DELICIOUS!! OMG! THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB ON OUR CAKE!! THE CHIMPS LOOKED BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL CARD. THE PASTRY CHEF WENT ALL OUT AND OUT DID HERSELF! I AM STILL PRAISING THIS business. PS. I still have the fondant sculpted heads of the bride and groom chimp.. Mango paleta was bussin. Butter pecan was bomb too! I would suggest the store post all of their flavors online or on IG. Everything in FL is a hike so potential customers want to know what flavors you have.

I got the Dulce de Leche ice cream. Fantastic! All the flavors I sampled were amazing. I didn’t know what to choose from. What was even better was the service I received! The woman was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This place was great. So many flavors to choose from and the fact that they come with 2 toppings is a plus. Loved the cute corner shop atmosphere and the server working was very kind. Would love to go back when we're in the area again.

What a great little ice cream shop! ***First, you won’t see a sign from the parking lot. Park your car and walk under the overhang. It’s hidden in the SE corner of the strip mall. Atmosphere is bright and cheerful. There is music playing, and the employees are upbeat and welcoming. The shop is spotless. There are a couple of high top tables inside, and additional seating outside. Great selection of ice cream flavors, and we were offered several samples by our female employee (I wish I got her name!). I chose rice pudding, and my daughter chose guava cheesecake. This is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had, if not the best. It tastes like it is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Prices are reasonable. You can also get other desserts and coffee beverages here. I will definitely return with all three of my kids next time.

This was such a cute little shop, the violet flower ice cream was a favorite amongst the group, and the service was good! However, as for as the quality of the macarons go, they were a little on the underdone side, although very aesthetic.

This cafe is an interesting spot. The location is rather tiny and the only seating is outside. The staff were friendly, and we're very sweet; but, overall the actual food itself was nothing worth writing home about. The macarons were nothing amazing, you could definitely get better at a whole foods. The eclair was just filled with chocolate icing and a visual rather than flavorful experience. The coffee wasn't necessarily the highest quality brew. The one redeeming item was the pain au chocolat. It was incredible! Both flakey and the chocolate melted in your mouth. A great piece of baking hence the 3-stars. I wouldn't have got it if I didn't have a soft spot for "chocolate croissants".

Delicious but the service is horrible. When we went to the store it was empty. It was my first time there, so I asked about the prices of the Macarons and the young woman who was working at the time pointed out the price list on a TV monitor…. She didn't even speak. I chose the Macarons that my husband likes and when I paid, she gave me the open bag with the macarons. I asked her if they had something to tie the bag or a sticker and she cut some ribbon and tied the bag…. Her attitude was the worst... I don't want to go back there just for her.

Ordered a macaron tower for an event. From my email with the manager: “You are able to select your colors and flavors, and the tower would be assembled and wrapped up with cellophane and ribbon for transport/gifting”. The final product was very disappointing (see picture). It was packaged in a plastic bag with no decorative additions and could not be utilized as intended. The tower is very unstable and multiple macarons fell off as it was being handed to me. Ultimately had to transfer the macarons to another display for the event. As an aside, the phone number on google is disconnected. I had to go in person to receive an email address for the manager to get information about catering options.

This is a must go to place if you have that sweet tooth and your looking for the right place. Nyanza is a professional and wonderful person.

Tropical Bakery has the best pastries I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Every bite was a treat, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. I also want to give a special shoutout to Janet, who works there. Her customer service was incredible—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Spent $60 on food in total with 18 of it being a flan got home and realized there was mold on it. They are currently closed so nobody is available to answer my call but hopefully a manager will see this before I arrive to exchange it tomorrow, or give me something else also due to the fact that I have to drive back again, which is very inconvenient and understand my frustration as this is literally one of the first pitstops I’ve made moving back after 10 years because of how much I love the flan. Very disappointed, i’ve literally told hundreds of people in Vegas about this flan…

I recently visited Tropical Bakery, and I was blown away by the experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. Their pastries were simply divine—each bite of the guava and cheese pastelito was a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, wrapped in a flaky, buttery crust. The croquetas were crispy on the outside and wonderfully creamy on the inside, an absolute must-try! The coffee was another highlight. Rich, strong, and full of flavor, it paired perfectly with the pastries. It's clear they take pride in brewing each cup to perfection. The service was also exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, this bakery offers an authentic taste of Cuban cuisine with top-notch service. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings!

Me recuerda los platos de mi madre, todo tan rico y saludable de mi tierra….. this reminds me of the food my mother used to make for me so delicious just like from her home in Cuba…bacalao today…..chicharrones….Cuban bacon!!!….the best pastelitos… with lots of coconut and guava!!! Coffee coming too… and don’t forget the churros!!!……. And another day….and a few minutes later.. take home to friends!!!

People are rude and unprofessional. They don’t take credit cards but they take your credit card on the ATM they have inside the restaurant that charges you $5 to withdraw your own money. Do yourself a favor and NEVER COME TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. GO PINECREST BAKERY in military trail and Okeechobee. The food is way better and the service is great. People there are nice and professional.

Was not happy with service I couldn’t even eat my food it was extremely hot and by time it cooled off it was too hard for me to consume. And it was stuck together cause it was in the microwave way to long and one was smaller than the other My refresher tasted like 20lb of sugar I couldn’t even drink it.

Horrible customer service from the drive thru woman this morning. English isn’t her first language which appears to create some language barrier between customers and her. She begin excessively anger and started screaming because she thought I said hot coffee instead of cold. She has a thick Italian accent, wasn’t able to get her name but screaming at customers may be acceptable in her culture however, in America, we do not scream at customers when we make a mistake. We simply correct the mistake and apologize for the inconvenience. She needs some more training or she doesn’t need to be at the window interacting with customers.

Horrible Place, bad service, and bad worker’s. I order 5 croissant sandwiches, 2 coffees and 1 hot chocolate, The croissant sandwiches were so rushed and put so bad together, the coffee was not even made they only added Milk!!! Also the hot chocolate was cold!🤨 Every time I go to this Horrible place they always mess up my orders, I’m never coming back here again.Please if you decided to go here check what you order before you ended up having orders like me.😡

When it comes to DD it is a hit or miss. Some locations have fully stocked fresh food and great service while others the donuts and muffins don't taste fresh or they are out of them. The coffee is the same thing. They mo longer carry the variety of flavors they used too and the all time favorite pumpkin spice is gone fast.

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever two. I have never seen such amazing consistency in their food. It is perfection every time and I ordered that everything bagel mini bites and they are just to die for every time. I’ve never had such good ones and it’s just as good as the last time each time I go there thanks for the amazing food and service here !

As a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer who consistently chooses this brand over competitors for its quality and service, my experience at this particular location was profoundly disappointing. My wife and I made our usual purchase, including my favorite latte and a couple of donuts, but when we kindly asked to use the restroom, we were denied on the grounds that it was out of service. However, moments earlier, we witnessed the restroom being opened for an elderly white American woman. When we pointed out this inconsistency to the Hispanic-American employee, he reaffirmed that the restroom was unavailable, without providing a coherent explanation for the disparity in treatment toward my wife. This kind of behavior not only contradicts the values of inclusion and respect that a reputable brand like Dunkin’ should uphold, but it is entirely unacceptable. I hope this review prompts reflection and corrective actions to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all customers.

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts location not only is it close, but they are efficient and good food. The manager Risi is a very nice person.. always in a good mood and help start the day off right. Great location

Stop what you’re doing and come on over to Dunkin’ Donuts on Roebuck and Haverhill. They have the best staff, Managment and service. Always smiling and welcoming , they even have frequent returning customers that feel more like family and make the visits even more wholesome. 5/5 down the board. DON'T come to this location. Service is horrible. Both employees just looked at me standing at the counter waiting to order. Not even taking care of customers just doing side tasks because their closing soon. I just got ignored so I walked out and went to the one on Okeechobee Blvd instead! Also the outside smells like sewage.

I wanted something different and in glad I did. The sandwich was pesto grilled cheese with a tomato. Drink was Dragonfruit lemonade. It's a nice hangout. Friendly people.

Went the other day via drive through. I ordered and the food wasn’t prepared when I drove up so they told me to go park and they will bring it out to me. I waited about 5 minutes and they finally brought the 2 wake-up wraps out. I drove off and gave the wraps to my kids. Both wraps were burnt to a crisp and were not edible. The person who microwaved them to death had to have seen this and decided to serve it anyways. Very poor quality control at this location.

Second time visiting this location. Food was uncooked and tasted disgusting. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Came out all mushy and raw. I get it, bagels got a lot smaller after Covid, but common, at least cook them right. My cappuccino was tasteless. Will NOT come back.

It is said if the food is great and the service is bad you would not go back normally. It was totally opposite at thsi dinkin on Southern Blvd. We walked in and were greated with an honest "Welcome to Dunkin donuts!!" And it was so sincere! Then again we were greated the same way from another employee. This is not heard of anymore from fast food. The employees looked at all of us and said "yes" very very nicely. This was an amazing experience I can not express how nice it was as someone in the customer service industry. Ps restroom could use a little work!

I have been coming here every morning before work for quite a while now. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The food and beverages are almost always made correctly. What I want to comment mostly about today is that this week, the snackin' bacon has been absolutely perfect! Whoever is in charge of making it, please continue to keep them doing it, and have them teach all the other employees how to as well. I have been to many DD's, and this one by far is the most consistent with not only the snackin' bacon, but with all their other food and drink items that I order; sweet tea, hot french vanilla latte, wake up wraps, and the snackin' bacon. At other DD's the bacon is never cooked, and sometimes even served cold. Thanks for doing a great job, and thanks for being so sweet and friendly every time!

Passing by and stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They were both great. The place could certainly use a good cleaning as there was a lot of dusty machine tops and such.

I went through the Drive Thru & ordered an iced chai with almond milk. The chai was definitely made with whole milk & when I asked the lady working the drive thru if it was made me almond milk she gave me a nasty look & said yes. This is not the first time this location has put whole milk in my latte when I ordered almond milk, could be very dangerous for customers with lactose intolerance. The chai also had an AWFUL taste. Almost like rotten milk. I also smelled the drink & it smelled HORRIBLE. Not sure if the chai syrup was spoiled or the milk was but definitely will not be returning.

Just had the wildest experience at this Dunkin location. We ordered a medium iced macchiato, the woman taking our order repeated it back to us correctly. We get to the window and Salina handed us a large iced chai. No problem, we didn’t order that. We tried to let her know it was the incorrect coffee and she told us we were wrong and we would have to pay for another coffee. We explained we just wanted the macchiato we ordered and she raised her voice at us telling us we were wrong and a bunch of other things we couldn’t understand. Then I asked for a refund for just the coffee I ordered and she refused

I don’t typically go to Dunkin Donuts so it’s even more rare for me to leave a review. I used the drive thru at this DD & forgot to add “tater tots” so when I got to the window I asked if I could add that, the MANAGER was at the window taking the money. He added it as “munchkins” & asked how many I wanted …? I said one order & how many come in an order anyway? He said as much as I wanted? So he added munchkins instead of tater tots so I corrected him & said, I don’t want donuts, I want “tater tots” to which he then got an attitude. He got my food & after I paid called me an idiot. ??? I said the same to him back after I wished him a good day. LOUSY & NASTY 🤮 CUSTOMER SERVICE from a MANAGER who barely has any teeth & can barely be understood. NASTY person‼️

It's nice to see that this location coal fires their breakfast sandwiches. Nothing like a charred croissant to start your day! On the bright side the egg and sausage was cooked, which I guess is better than the locations that serve you ice cold sausage with burnt croissant. Keep it up...

I never write reviews but this Dunkin service was so trash I just have to let you know about it. The lady in the drive thru with the hijab is so rude and the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dunkin. She messed my drink up and when I asked for Splenda to sweeten it, she screamed “SPLENDA? WHAT?” And I repeated “yellow packet sweetener, Splenda please?” And she glared at me and screamed “NO”…. I wish I was kidding. I asked again “can I have Splenda please?” And she screamed NO loudly to me in the drive thru and glared at me and then she told me to go.... I’ve never seen anyone act so nasty over… Splenda…. Safe to say, I will never come back here. Disgusting woman.

Come here everyday to get my coffee. Today I asked for a powdered jelly donut. The lady charge me then when I get the bag I see is not powdered she gave me sugar donut. I asked for the powdered donut she said they don’t have. I asked her why you didn’t say you didn’t have I don’t want this. She kept talking to her coworker. I asked for my money back and she didn’t want it come back to the drive thru unacceptable.

It's an average Dunkins and I would give it a better review if not for a few employees. These two ladies wore the hijab and this is not directed to anything but their service. Unfortunately, they continuously misheard customers before me and myself. They seemed to extremely rush customers and paid no attention to simple gestures such as saying hello, have a good day, or putting the donut faced up in its bag. Furthermore they had no food prepared nor took the time to warm-up my mini bagels or the bagel that I didn't order😬. They did not complete the order of another customer and when given a chance to add the caramel drizzle the customer was missing, the customer was instead given a cup of caramel. Management should genuinely reconsider these ladies positions as a lack of patience will make sloppy work. I've already read other comments about their service and completely agree as these ladies would do better somewhere else at least if this Dunkin values the morale of its customers.

Yeah no.. I just went for a little stop while riding a scooter and the lady with a blue hijab, she didn’t understood anything about English, I told her “can I just get a small donut” and just looked at me really confused, I repeated “small donut” and just went anywhere to grab anything small like a cake pop.. This review started out bad until I started eating the food. Nothing in my order came out right because the guy kept on walking away halfway through what I was telling him. Fortunately, the food all still came out really really good. Best apple pie I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’ Donuts. Bacon and hash browns were cooked well too. Coffee was a little messed up, but still good

I get donuts by the half dozen. I don’t have a family of 4 that I’m buying for so I just like the box of 6. For the second time in a month, they have been out of the half dozen sized boxes and want to shove my half dozen iced donuts in bags. It’s like pulling teeth to just get them to give me the bigger box. I don’t want iced donuts all smashed together in bags. It’s such a simple problem to solve inventory wise and they cannot seem to get it.

walked in with a mobile order. Saw it on the counter (just the slip). The guy waited on everyone who walked in the door after me that didn't have a mobile order. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. The mornings are managed by Shanaz Ali, who has displayed some of the most unprofessional, hostile behavior I have ever encountered in a customer service establishment. Her conduct is not only shockingly rude and aggressive toward customers, but several employees also told me the way she does treat them. What’s even more alarming is the consistent issue with undercooked food being served. I personally received raw food, which is completely unacceptable and poses a potential health hazard. The lack of quality control and basic customer service standards is disgraceful. This establishment should be thoroughly investigated, if not shut down entirely. It is absolutely appalling that someone with such poor interpersonal skills and disregard for food safety is in a managerial position. I will be escalating this matter to corporate and strongly urge that Shanaz Ali be immediately removed from her role. This level of negligence and disrespect cannot be allowed to continue.

Told me they needed a manager to be able to sell me a cup of milk. And refused to sell me a cup of milk. My espresso was cold and so were my loaded hash browns. This dunkin is no longer worth stopping at.

I ordered A six dollar meal deal headed the cashier $20 and she gave me back nine dollars and change once I told her that her math was off she said no everything is correct. I said ma’am can you give me my receipt so I can show you that’s it’s incorrect rather than going back-and-forth for someone for a few dollars even though it’s my hard earned money it’s really not worth my time if she’s done it to me she’s probably done it before I returned my whole order. This place was really awesome! The decor is nice and the customer service was very nice. The only thing I would change is the way they do the cookies. The cookies themselves are good, however they need to be warmed up. So they sit out in a tray all day and they serve it to you. I got a box with 7 cookies. The presentation was very cool.

Cookies were gross. I've never been so disappointed in a cookie. Tried the sample mini cookies... took a bite of a couple and they all ended up in the trash. All around cookies are bad... go get a bag of oreos you'll be happier.

These cookies are incredible! They are so gooey and super soft. I think they are well worth the price of $5 a cookie for the creativity in the flavors and how dense they are! The staff were also so incredibly kind and helpful. The place was very clean and I love the theming!! Will definitely be coming back

Entirely unique cookie texture and it’s next level. The cookies feature a crumbly style exterior and soft interior. They have a variety of flavors and excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning for more. Hands down best cookie place in the area.

I passed by the grand opening a few weeks ago while at work. I decided to try it yesterday. Let me tell you something, these things are awesome. They are definitely worth the hype. I'm going back tomorrow to order more for the office. My kids love it also! The owner was very kind and the employees were also great. The cookies were warm and gooey. Excited to get them for the office!

The store itself looks really cool and customer service was great. However, the cookies were such a disappointment. If comparing to crumble. Crumble is far better. The cookies had a chemical after taste. And the fact that you have to warm up the cookies for them to even taste decent is not good. Publix cookies taste better than these cookies. It’s cool that they have different flavors but definitely will not return. The lemonade they serve is also disgusting.

I was traveling back to Florida and I stopped in Dunkin’ Donuts to use the restroom. I urgently had to use the restroom and I asked the young lady at the register for the bathroom key which she successfully helped out with no issue. Upon leaving the store, an additional lady came up to where I placed the key on the counterlooking very furious. I asked her was everything OK she said hey are you going to buy something? I kindly reply. Do I have to buy something to use the bathroom? She said yes you do. I felt very discriminated due to my current appearance, even though I was driving on the road all day my appearance may not be the best, but I still feel as though I was judged and discriminated against. I should not have to make a purchase to use the restroom when I have been a customer of Dunkin’ Donuts for throughout the years. This is highly unprofessional al and very targeting. I am going to seek legal representation in regards to this matter. Please be sure to make a purchase for using the restroom

Visited on February 11 around 8:00am. Ordered a cold brew and instead of them giving me a good cup they give me double cup because they know it’s broken. The lady even told me , who the hell does this! The lady at the window is always my favorite and she didn’t see it or else I’m sure she would have helped.

If I could give negative stars, I would! The “manager” here rang my order under his employee so I do not have his name. I would never come here again. We walked in and not a single person greeted us, even after the manager made eye contact with me. After I call for his attention, he took my order and walked away, forgetting that I still had 2 other people waiting to order. After he FINALLY took her order, he made my order wrong. I ordered loaded hash browns, 3 ingredients, hash browns, cheese and bacon. He put a lid on the cup and gave me 6 hash browns and 2 tiny pieces of bacon, no cheese. I asked him about the cheese he said he had none, so I asked why he wasn’t honest with me and told me they didn’t have the ingredients before taking my payment. He had the audacity to give me an attitude. I asked for a refund and he did not know how to process a refund. He kept demanding I give him my bank card, I paid via Apple Pay, I cannot give a card. I explained this to him multiple times and he kept talking to me like I was the problem and demanding my card. He never gave me my refund them stormed into the back, when he came out, surprise…he has queso for my order I no longer wanted my order and just wanted my refund. I left and told him to credit my refund to the customer who was waiting behind me, he refused to do so and still never issued my refund. Horrible Service! I went back in for a copy of my receipt and he threw it in the trash, I asked him to reprint, he said he has no way of doing that, which I know is a lie. This store is the absolute worst! I left again without my refund and told him how incompetent he is. This manager needs to be trained pr fired, if he happens to be the franchise owner, he is a disgrace to all Dunkin locations.

Came in to pick up a call and order.. the woman preparing the order didn't speak English.. her coworker was okay with humiliating her publicly because the woman didn't understand English.. didn't give me any napkins or a straw.. so I had to go back and ask for them.. they need help.

I love this Dunkin Donuts shop! Close to my home, a short walk. Lovely and friendly staff. Good variety of donuts and other items on their menu. It's been a daily morning pleasure for me. I almost always get great service here and they are very prompt with making their breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is the best in my book and I've really enjoyed those sandwiches and donuts!

Touched my munchkins without gloves 😔 Half a dozen donuts and 25 munchkins for 22 bucks hella expensive.

This place is the most disrespectful place I ever been too. Horrible attitude when taking care of clients orders. They get mad if you don’t hurry with your orders as of time of placing an order.
