Food was nice and fresh and hot. We got the seafood basket was not to oily. Only thing is they only give you 1 small tartar sauce which is not enough for the meal basically forcing you to buy a tub for $2

We went here when the name was Salvatore's Fish Cafe. The place was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant. We tried the fish and chips. Fish was just okay but the fries is thickly cut and crisp!

This small seafood restaurant turns out great seafood meals. Always fresh & good value. We had the seafood platter , under $50 for 2 +, depending on how hungry you are.seating on the outside, or take away, & head to the beach .

Nice thick cut chips. Little pricey though for extras. $1.5 eftpos fee even for large purchases! Very bad business model.

Went for dinner first, something simple to taste test, fish (1 crumbed, 1 grilled), chips and salad. Very fresh beautifully crumbed and tender. The next day we purchased for ourselves and our friends 2 seafood platters.. Can I just say, it was absolutely beautiful! And so much we could have fed another couple. Staff were courteous and friendly. Many thanks.

Had a beautiful spring afternoon dining out front with a fantastic view of the water, and the food was delicious. I had a seafood dinner of crumbed fish, prawn and calamari with chips and my wife had the bowl of fresh prawns along with a couple coffees. Nice folks and good food along with a fantastic view

Terrible experience. 1. Ordered large chips, 15 cocktails and 2 chicken fillet burgers. Got told they didn’t have enough fillet for both so put 2 in one and put schnitzel in the other. 2. Full order of cocktails not given and had forgotten our chips. 3. Arrived home, opened the burger and found a short black hair. Threw it in the bin. Disgusting for the price and the wait

I love this place so much and so does my family. We always order hamburgers and chips a regular order among other yummy foods at times and its literally so so yummy each 'n' every time, always constant with the quality of the food always hot never soggy, never a negative thing even if we tryed its always spot on. 🥰thanks heaps🥰.

The small chips is barely a handful here anymore, and the overall prices are too high. 2 small chips, 2 crumbed fish, 2 scallops and 2 savs costs more than feeding a family of 4 at KFC Also the carp payment surcharge is exorbitant considering the value proposition and overly inflated prices.

Ordered 4 fish cocktails and 2 scallops was very nice but scallops were very thin.

How on Earth is this claimed as a "Large chips" Barely even bigger than my hand and costs $8.50??? What a joke, I know so many other locations who would only claim this as a small chips for a 1/3 of the price. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND getting hot chips here as it's a blatant rip off. Absolute joke of a place

Old fashioned fish, chip, hamburger shop, not the cheapest but definitely yummy.

The burrito was a bit dry but the meat was tender and the tortilla was cooked alright. The nachos lack flavor, the guacamole needs something to brighten the sauce. This is not a genuine Mexican to go to when you are craving Mexican food unless you are desperate. Food went out quick though and staff are happy, friendly and nice. They have segregated their own dining space considering they are in a food court so this helps their customers a lot too.

At this gyg i received a frozen chip, and now 4 seperate occasions i have asked them to not put guacamole on my burrito because i was allergic to avo and every time i go thru without fail put it on. and when i sent it back they came with half the meat on it

Average sort of food. Nothing to rush back and visit again. Would like more spices and flavours. The burrito had a lot of rice which was bland.

Rocco was the best! Great customer service and greeted us with a big smile! He brought the food out to us and also came back to check on us clearing the table. Food was great!

Terrible nachos.... $10.80 for some chips, black beans, avo, and minuscule amount of product that could have been chicken..... and I only knew that because of the gristle. And they had the hide to ask if I wanted sour cream on that.... not included in the price.... another $1 more. A staff member was also LOUDLY CLEANING TABLES and moving and throwing down stools with no recognition of HOW LOUD THEY WERE BEING. PICK the stool up and replace it nicely.. no need to kick it into place.

Ordered a mini spicy chicken nachos on doordash. I didn't recieve any Black Beans, Pico De Gallo, or guacamole. I just got half the usual amount of chips and some spicy chicken. Not impressed

I had a delivery of BBQ chicken pizza with anchovies and feta cheese. To be honest there was hardly any chicken and didn't taste BBQ at all .. it was just a much of something white on a thin base . Absolutely disgusting and inedible.. very poor value for money (cost $34) .. never going to order again

Ordered two pizzas, garlic bread and chips tonight. The chips were not seasoned and undercooked. I had to throw them in the oven at home for 20 minutes. Also I added bacon to my order for $3 and had about 5 small pieces on the pizza, I only found them after dusting off my microscope. This Crust pizza is awful you're better off going to Dominoes.

Not usually one to leave a bad review, but this is now the third time I’ve ordered from this store and I’ve been left disappointed again. Crust is usually my go to and I order from the Wollongong store, but I was genuinely frustrated this time. I ordered the Peri Peri Chicken pizza which came with no Peri Peri sauce at all. I’ve attached a photo for reference. It has garlic aioli sauce added which I pay extra for.

I have always thought of crust pizza as a higher end pizza place but after tonight I don’t think I can get pizza from there anymore. We ordered the 1889 Margherita and it seems like they take no pride in their pizza and how they present it, there was no basil and the pizza looked like it was made with their eyes closed. I also ordered the “brownie bites”, which turned out to be one single sad looking soggy brownie.It was quite offensive to me that they would serve us something like that

I don’t know why we continue to order from Crust Shellharbour, but this was the last time! They take FOREVER to deliver! We live 10 minutes away and without fail we end up waiting hours for our order. Tonight we pre-ordered at 4:30pm, were told it would be delivered by 6pm. 6:20pm we called and were told it had left the store and was on its way. It’s currently 6:40pm and STILL no pizza! Worst service ever!!!

The cabinet glass that houses the prepared ingredients was dirty with smears across it. Poorly cleaned. The gourmet pizzas as average, taste ok. Extra charge for vegan cheese is robbery especially as you don't have to out on the included mozzarella. 3 pizzas $80. Not again

30% of the order was missing, food that arrived wasn't cooked, base was completely white, cheese not melted, food was cold. We previously ordered from their other company that does brisket, that food was dangerously cooked, my partner is a chef and she said its actually unsafe to eat it.

My daughter’s happy meal was missing her 6 nuggets. I tried to reach out to this McDonalds and they didn’t even want to resolve the issue apart from telling me to go back to the store and I said I couldn’t as it was an uber order so they said to contact Uber who was no help at all! DISAPPOINTED

We ordered our breakfast through drive thru. The constant is there anything thing else, is there anything else, is there anything else hurts my brain, firstly let me talk and give you my order. Next we get to the window, they hand us our order and forgot the hashbrowns. We leave and see we have 6 knives for our 3 hotcakes but no forks. Accuracy is just as important as speed.

Best mcdonalds ive been to in australia, burgers came looking perfect like the picture and fresh and chips were too and friendly staff, great kids area for my son to play, and just all round great mcdonalds will be making this my maccas for the general area from now on when down from sydney

Typical menu, staff is mostly great. Playground for the kids and quite clean in all areas. Drive-thru can be a pain as can parking but thats just because it gets busy.

We ordered 2 happy meals with 6 chicken nuggets but only one meal had chicken nuggets. Then I tried to ring but the phone hung up so very disappointed😢

I ordered a burger and the bottom of the patty was smothered with salt I only took one bite and it was so salty I placed my tongue on the bottom of the patty and found where the salt came from. It was literally like they opened salt 🧂 and layered all of it on as a prank knowing I was in the drive thru going home. You got me good I have to say Also the imagine I attached is a 2nd truffle burger also super salty and is that actually the amount of sauce they put on the burger just wow whoever is making this teach them better

Really!!? a big long black hair in 2 separate burgers in the one week!! Seriously consider some hair nets in the kitchen guys, I didn’t even get a sorry! I took one bite then pulled the big long hair out of my teeth! Made me feel sick! So disappointing

Time for another burger shop review. Came across this gem after a recommendation from a friend. I never knew this place existed until yesterday. I’m glad I visited. Very keen to try some of their menu. I opted for a double up burger meal with a loaded fries (my usual go to) Atmosphere: Classic burger shop layout with spray painted walls a couple of 7.1 Sony muteki hifis and some temporary fencing. First impression when I walked in was a bit worrying. It’s a little run down the drive thru made it look like the place was abandoned but when i walked in there was multiple people sitting down having a meal while a few people lined up to order. I had a feeling this was going to be better than how it looked. Service. Greeted by a bloke at the counter no complaints was happy to take our order and understanding with a couple of changes to my meal. I also changed my mind on something and the fella was more than happy to adjust my meal. Great service. Food. Well the burger being a double and I opted for the recommended mozzarella patty isn’t for the faint hearted this thing was huge. Pattys and bacon were cooked well. Perfect amount of sauce and condiments I enjoyed the burger start to finish. The loaded fries I went for the pulled pork loaded fries. I enjoyed them the chips were seasoned thoroughly and were cooked perfectly. If I could criticise anything. It wasn’t completely loaded with pork. But at the price point I didn’t expect it to be. It wasn’t totally mouth watering but once again. The value was amazing. I was just able to finish my meal I left feeling very full but everything sat well and I was impressed. I cannot wait to go back and try some more of the menu. Value. This place is 10/10 bang for buck. It doesn’t boast fancy “wagyu” or premium condiments but the price point you wouldn’t expect that. However this is not to say it isn’t a good burger. I would DEFINIATELY recommend visiting if you’re a burger head. Or passing thru the south coast this is an ideal place to stop for a meal.

The pineapple express never disappoints. It is my all time favourite burger! The sneaky signature was loaded with the freshest tomato, lettuce and crisp red onion. Great service and great food.

Burgers are a hit or a miss. Sometimes I get home and It wasn't the burger I ordered. Smash patties sometimes don't have that crunch around the edge. Wollongong is better than Albion Park

All I can say is that this place sells the BEST burgers in Illawarra. Even the chips were amazing, they had some sort of magic orange pixie dust on them that made my mouth water. The only downsides I can think of are: -I live 3+ hours away -now all other burgers will be compared to this -every time I’m within even an hour from this place I’ll have to drop by -the location but it’s definitely worth

Ordered 2 quarter pounders for me and my friend. I asked for extra onion on mine. Neither of the burgers had any onion or pickles on them. Super disappointed as I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Just went through drive through. Apparently you only get one sauce with 10 nugget meal. Stayed at drive through and advised I’m missing 1 sauce from nuggets and 2 for meal. Manager then said there in bag. Which they are not!! Then went and got me 1 sauce that I was missing. But not additional 2 I paid for. They don’t read orders or check properly. Good service starts at management! Not to mention food was Luke warm

Absolute abysmal service tonight. My partner waited over 30 minutes for food and half of it was cold. Asked for fresh meat which is wasn’t, looks to be at least an hour old which is disguisting. all 9 nuggets we got were COLD, chips were warm at best. tried giving us the happy meal before any of the food was ready. told them to take the happy meal back when we got the rest of our food as we had already had it 10 minutes at this rate. opened our food up and everything was cold. old meat, cold nuggets what a waste of money. over 30 minutes for INEDIBLE food. seriously need to learn how to manage the store better and get food out that’s HOT.

Absolutely disgusting service, quality and store. Order 3 meals and an extra cheeseburger, get told to wait in waiting bay only to get home and the entire meals I did receive were cold and items missing from the order. You try to contact the store and conveniently nobody ever picks up the phone and then you put a complaint through via the website only to never hear back. Happy to take peoples money, but can't provide edible quality meals or even get the order correct. If your going to have the place run by a bunch of kids, make sure they know quality of service because this is a regular reoccurring issue that shouldn't be happening as often as it does.

(Order 222, 14:07:08, 26-09-2025) I usually go to the Warilla store, only started going to APR because it was much closer and convenient. Made a pickup at drive thru order via and paid with CC, get to window says payment hasnt gone through. I wanted to quickly check on my mobile but cashier was hastily pushing me to pay again with CC. As i wasn't fast enough for her getting out my credit card she started making a bit of a scene claiming she's getting yelled at by other customers ( there was one car behind me). Paid with the card and asked for the receipt, as I'm entitled to. Next she rolls her eyes and lets out a defeated breath claiming the receipt printer wasnt plugged in, I said fine ill ask at the next window. AS i finish talking she takes what looks like a receipt scrunches it up and throws it in the bin. Went to the next window, asked for a receipt, kind man says not a problem ill get someone to bring one out, waited for about 30 secs at the waiting bay, kind woman brings the receipt, I say thanks could i get the name of the manager who is on at this time, she said there are multiple managers, i said thats fine just give me one but she wouldn't give the name of any manager in there. Seriously, if you guys want me to pay premium dollars for your food I expect better manners and service. Some of your staff have serious credibility issues, I don't like people with credibility issues handling my food because they don't give a toss. Never had this issues at the Warilla store. I think ill be taking my business elsewhere

My classic Angus had no red onion or tomato. It had very little lettuce. It was basically meat, cheese and pickles- so disappointing. I actually googledClassic Angus’ and it said that the aforementioned ingredients were in a Classic Angus. I actually ordered two and one of the burgers had a meat patty, cheese, two pickles and a meagre sprinkle of lettuce. Disgusting!! I actually also had to wait in the car park for this because the waiting spots were in use by other patrons waiting for their orders. So inconvenient and then to not get the meal that is advertised. So misleading

Placed a pickup order by phone when I was having issues online. The person I spoke with was polite and helpful and the pizza was ready in 20 min. We got a Pinocchio’s special and a gluten-free super supreme and both were delicious.

Came here for takeaway and given the high reviews was expecting a pretty good pizza. We were quite disappointed. While the pizza presence quite nicely the dough seemed old and missed the usual texture. Pizza tasted quite plain also. For $32 we expected more than we got. Appears popular though so perhaps we were just unlucky this time around.

I place my order over phone an the young bloke that answered was outstandingly nice an helpful, food ready before their estimated time - so very happy with that, the young lady that served me when i picked up my order was super friendly an served me as soon as i walked in the store ,my pizza was cooked perfectly an the wife's parmi snitzel cooked perfect aswell , I can't think off 1 negative , so thankyou very much staff at shelharbour store. Pinocchios used to be on my weekly rotation about 10 years ago. After 8 years in New Zealand, It's awesome to say that the pizza has stayed excellent and the value is just as good. Best pizza around in my opinion.

Couldn’t leave a review on the message we received as your lines were down on Friday night, even when we did call to order your ph recording said shut as was Easter weekend. Unfortunately couldn’t eat our meal chicken was burnt and very chewy , rice was all clumping with the prawns after an hr and half wait for delivery we ended up having chips and sauce for tea . Very disappointed

PRAISE Never had it before but was looking for a higher quality pizza in Shellharbour and they definitely delivered! I got there 10mins before opening and the man was more than happy for me to come in and order, even opened the door for me. He was the most happiest and nicest worker ever! He made me happy just chatting to him. Bonus then being a free upgrade to a family sized pizza and only paying for large because it's a Monday. So $26 for a family sized pizza, garlic bread and drink which is awesome for the size and quality! I got half/half pizza and its MASSIVE. Would easily feed 2 adults/2 kids. The pizza was delicious and the dough was a really nice tasting dough too! Also saw a sign that they buy/support local which is a bonus. Definitely will be back for when we want pizza! And thank you to the male worker on front counter with the glasses - he definitely made a great pizza even better due to his service!

I ordered sweet potato wedges for my daughter. As she loves them usually. She started eating them and said they taste yucky. I took a look at them and majority of them were green and slimy! I really hope my daughter doesn’t get food poisoning from this place as I will 100% be reporting it. Happened around 5pm on Saturday 17th August from the Shellharbour store!!!

We ordered on the DoorDash app. They had an offer of. Buy one burger get one free. Took up that offer for my kids on a Friday night. Waited for delivery. Which the time kept getting pushed back. The food turned up stone cold. & only one burger. Rang to let them know. Only to confronted by a person with a heavy accent. That only wanted to argue. & not listen. Not interested in customer service. I NEVER complain or leave these. BUT when you have an offer on line be prepared to honour it. DONT argue with the customer to the point they become. Angry. Do what you can to fix the situation. 4 phone calls latter. & Someone one finally sent out the missing food. Said I’d get a refund. Haven’t yet but will be expecting it. Honestly avoid this place.

Red rooster usually have the best chips all the time, but on this occasion, they were terrible, I actually just threw them in the bin. Service on the drive through was bad too, with the drive through attendant having the care factor of a wet mop. She couldn't even smile at all Had issues with the order and she just couldn't care less and would not help. We ordered meals that came with drinks but she didn't want to give the to us even though it was on the receipt. The Rippa Roll i ordered was nice though, everything else was crap. Although I didn't order crap service I refuse to go back there now

My Partner works until 6-30pm Thursday nights. So we agreed it would be easier to buy Red Rooster from our local store at Shellharbour. She got a Full Chicken meal and there was much salt on the Chicken and Chips that we couldn't eat it. Not happy at all. Feel so ripped off. Never going back there again. So disgusted.

Visited for lunch today, the food was fresh and tasty, the store was clean and tidy. Service was friendly, we ordered on the app to pick up in store only slight negative was our names weren't called out and our food went a bit cold sitting on the counter.

Food is not great and also not of good quality, fried chicken felt so hard and dry, chips were really soggy and chewy. However the customer service was good. Only thing I liked was their pineapple fritters.

The staff were incredibly rude when I returned to get my pizzas remade as they had little to no toppings on the pizza. They were hesitant with remaking the pizzas and tried to get out of remaking them with excuses. This is absolutely ridiculous. My pizza was soggy and when I mentioned that they didn’t offer to remake or refund. One of the team members made a comment “do you want to cry about it”. This is disgraceful behaviour if your not willing to do your job correctly don’t do it at all

ordered $40 of delivery on the 14th february 2025 still about an hour before they were set to close, never got my food and they never picked up when i tried to call. called them the next morning explaining the situation and they saw it and said they decided to close (even though the site let me order and google said they didnt close for another hour), so they confirmed i didn't get my food then they told me i'd get a refund within FORTY days, i think they were just trying to fob me off and hope i'd forget but its august and i never got my refund. this place sucks

Was in the area, so decided to drop in to get some dinner for the drive home. Upon entering, I was just stared at by three children. I waited and no one served me. I then asked if they were open and they responded yes. I then advised I’d like to order. After waiting what felt like forever, our CHEESE pizza that was very much on the darker side had bacon and chicken bits on it. We took it back and we’re met with the response “looks look like there may of been some cross contamination”. Received a refund and NO dinner. WASTE OF OUR TIME. Certainly should have read your reviews before placing an order. DO BETTER.

Terrible. Ordered for delivery 7:15 through dominos app on Easter Monday, got advised that uber will be picking up and now delivery will be later than 7:40! Food arrived cold and the driver was hopeless. Do be tight and pay your staff on a public holiday and get your own drivers!

It's a Long Weekend. Everyone else is shut so we thought we'd give them another go to see if they've improved since last time. Unfortunately not. Delivery driver was Great. Pizza not. No.more.

i ordered delivery to my home. after an hour of waiting i called for an update and they said they’re busy and only have one driver so we waited. at 12am our pizza that we ordered at 10:30 still hadn’t arrived even though it said delivered. i left my home to go to the store, it was closed. the pizza had also obviously been sitting for so long that its cold and disgusting

Called to change the address got spoken to rudely on the phone. Then get told not his problem. Also said I should speak to them more nicely and I was being nice.

It is very clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority, serving with extremely friendly and happy faces. The food is great value for what you’re paying and I would not recommend going anywhere else, considering the delicious tastes that come along with the bargain prices!

Always such a great meal whenever I come here for a snack pack on my days off!! Staff are so friendly (especially the owners and older male staff), so considerate of my dietary needs and always make a smile on my face!! Highly recommend here always!!!

The pide was good. The customer service from the older females is atrocious. The males are pretty nice though. Also, the “garlic sauce” tubs are just yoghurt and water. Avoid.

Having to give 3 stars which sucks... There is no contact number to let them know when they stuff up your order, so unless you're going to go back in person you're kinda stuffed. Their kebabs taste fantastic but when you're paying for food and the order is correct on the sleeve it blows my mind that the actual food is incorrect. This is the second time it has happened to me with no way to let them know. Really sucks cause they're lovely people and the food tastes fantastic but kinda ridiculous it's happened twice now.

no idea the meat tasted needed salt. bland. having long shaved meat doesn't look good or present well. seemed dried. never known meat of that to get dried and bland. chips are good and garlic sauce is garlicky.

Pretty good place. Got so addicted to it came here 20 days straight trying different things. And I must say everything is just yum. The rest staff is super friendly and funny.

The food is consistently fresh, tasty, and made just right every single time. Whether it’s a juicy doner, perfectly grilled chicken, or their delicious wraps, they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast, even when they’re busy. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Sam's Kebab is one of the best kebab shop in Albion Park area. Fully loaded, well-cooked and the taste was so delicious. Staff are so cooperative, and their food hygiene is top-level.

We had the Americano and it was delicious, cooked to perfection juicy and the burger sauce to die for! Yummy chips to go with the burger with chicken salt just topped off our lunch nicely

Uber eats order arrived hot n fresh. Even the chips, hot and crunchy. That Cheeseburger slaps. The chicken burger is fire. Gravy was perfect. I will %100 be ordering from here again and again and again.

The burgers here are great! I tried the Americano and poutine fries and both hit the spot. The poutine is made with halloumi cheese which has a similar squeaky texture to cheese curd. The burger was really good and messy. The only feedback would be to make the patties the same smashed consistency as their Instagram feed. On Insta, the patties are smashed really thin and cooked dark and crispy whereas the patties I got were in between a smashed and regular patty. Overall it's still an amazing burger and at $15.50 for a double patty, double cheese and bacon burger I'd say it's good value for money 👌

Wow! I saw this on IG and it didn't disappoint IRL. The burgers were delicious and juicy and stuffed full. They had crispy smash patties with super fresh add-ons. These burgers really remind me of old school milk bar burgers in flavour and execution. We came at about brunch time and there was no wait for service. The food came out quickly. The young bloke that was serving was really nice and gave us extra sauces for no charge. Good prices too. I had the Old Mate Burger and it was huge! It's was $16.50 and worth every cent. It was a bummer that milkshakes weren't on when we came. The reviews for those were great so we really wanted to try them. Maybe next time. We'll be back, for sure. Also, this is definitely a take away joint. There's one table and a couple of stools outside but it's not really designed to accommodate eat-in. The chips were ok, but I would have liked mine cooked longer and with more chicken salt, but that's a minor issue.

Hundred percent top 5 burger places I've been . You can tell they know how to make a good burger and have found that sweet spot of old school milk bars and new school flavours without being too trendy and hipster. Highlights for me was crispy smashed patties, house made buns and pickles, however the onion rings are the best I've ever had in the entire universe🤯🤯😭🤯🤯 Definitely stopping here every time I'm down this way

Absolutely the best burgers I have had in years! We had the American and it was packed with bacon and cheese, and as juicy as could be. Paired with the loaded fries/poutine (Cajun spice, gravy and cheese curds) and just the nicest, most courteous staff. (also got a couple fantastic glazed donuts). Great milkshakes and coffees too.

Bought seafood basket, small chips, spring roll and crab stick. Food was burnt not to what I usually get from them, partner hardly touched the seafood basket, turned off her food.

Dropped by during Easter, lovely old couple owners and I'm surprised most of their items are home-made after speaking to the owners! It can get busy at times but the food is very fresh and top notch! The shop is obviously a bit old but given the quality of the food and very affordable price, i think the 5 stars are well deserved!

Friendly Asian couple serving relatively cheap food. For the first time, I saw sweet potato chips and I got some with grilled barramand. It was delicious so when I crave for that I go to Angie's and take away. They have two tables outdoor that you can have there or rest while waiting.

Shockingly slow service and the old blonde lady a reckon gets on the old devils lettuce out back. Cause far out she is off with the fairy's. Also eating food whilst serving is very unprofessional. And then the food is below par on a good day. If you like everything undercooked then you will love this place. I will also state that this review comes after regular use of this business for a period of time.

I have to admit since the new owner has taken over the place is 100% better the food is amazing my delivery is on time or alittle early and the owner herself takes time out of her day to run deliveries definitely ordering from here again 5 stars

Dispicable....i was a customer of rivulet not anymore I can a sure you of the way I was treated by the staff, I was over charged then told that I was in the wrong when I made the order, they didn't do anything to rectify it and continued to say I was in the wrong and stare me down ,but the most despicable part of it all, they know where I work and had the audacity to try and make some form of complaint against me, good try ladies you should apply the same amount of effort when making your food.

Pathetic excuse for a Portuguese chicken burger. Tasted absolutely disgusting. Chips were on the raw side. Ate a quarter of it and chucked it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered some gluten free calamari, expecting it to at least be fresh, as one would. The calamari tasted extremely odd, only for me, and others with me to realise the calamari itself was off. I am very fortunate to not have received good poisoning yet, but still extremely repulsed by the fact I was served food that could have cause such.

I am extremely disappointed in my food and would not go back. I ordered a chicken and mayo burger only to find that the chicken I had just eaten was completely RAW on the inside. This is extremely concerning and upsetting.

Ordered food after taking a few bites I noticed something black after looking closer I saw it was a bug this is absolutely disgusting!

Disappointed is an understatement, just had my first ever meal from them door dashed and got the most pathetic Portuguese burger I've ever seen, it was flat as a pancake with the smallest piece of chicken on it. I selected extra chicken salt on the chips and got no salt at all.

I ordered a Boss Burrito Box and the bread was completely burnt (photo attached). Unfortunately, the food did not meet even a basic standard. The shop appeared to be run by a group of young staff with no supervision, and it showed in the quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit.

Taco Bell, my long lost love child… Freshly made Mexican food that smells and tastes delicious. My go to meal is the burrito. It tasted so good and it came with spiced up chips and a refillable drink cup. The hot chips were ok - I just don’t get the flavour Taco Bell is trying to portray here. And this is where / why I dropped a star for this Taco Bell establishment in Albion Park… the store ran out of ice!! And to make matters worse, the drink coming out of the dispenser was warm - come on Taco Bell you can do better that this. So no ringing of the bell for this store today I’m afraid.

I wish I could zero star this but unfortunately I had to give one star. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and we didn’t even get it because we walked out after 45 minutes. There was a heap of random clueless staff doing absolutely nothing and specifically a dude with a backwards cap standing there looking at the time gobsmacked and confused on what to do. Albion Park Taco Bell you can do better and next time maybe don’t put first timers on a Thursday night shift at peak hour. I have waited over 45 minutes for my food and I never got it. You can keep the $18 because maybe you can pay your staff to finally fire them so everybody don’t go to Albion Park Taco Bell. I don’t recommend and they pick their noses.

We stopped in to have lunch while we were driving through. It was our first time but the food was amazingly flavourful made very well the place was clean people were nice a few people at the start and then a few when we left would highly recommend if you need lunch when your on a road trip.

Ive come here on a few occasions since opening, the quality isnt great and everytime I go i think im getting less and less food. For instance on the weekend our friends wanted to go here so we agreed and I got a crunch wrap, tenders & tacos, both the crunch wrap and tacos had very very minimal meat, the wrap was soo dry and just didn't taste like anything and it honestly just felt like I was eating a plain dry wrap and its not cheap so im not sure why they do this, the tacos had very minimal ingredients too, just a waste of money, there are plenty of other places around where you get what you pay for.

While it has been open for 3 years it present both front the street and inside as a new build. It's clean and attractive with ample parking out front as well as a drive through bay. The inside follows the Australian Taco Bell outfit such as Ballina also in NSW. The patron has the choice of self service ordering kiosk in multiples or the front counter personal service. I chose the personal service and it was quickly attended and my order taken by a pleasant staff member. Inside you have the choice of sitting at a bench looking into the kitchen which is my preferred seating. However tables and a small bay are options. Access from the main road inwards is direct but outwards is achieved by following the signage to the rear then onto the main road. While quality is not yet compatible with the US & Canadian Taco Bell shops I was assured that steps are being taken ie sauces etc and promotional days like the Taco Tuesday promotions . I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere with coming back made easier by the rapid expansion of Taco Bell eg Nowra soon and likelihood of Coffs Harbour in 2024

Naked chicken taco Quick service and another good quality feed. New item on the menu so was the easy choice and was a top feed in the end..loved the new naked chicken taco i was wondering where the chicken was as i didnt relise the taco shell was replaced with a perfect shaped chicken shell in a way.very much enjoyed it! Also the cinnamon twists was a nice change as i havent had it before. Good meal box for 12.95

Spinach was dry & cucumber tasted like onions. 😝 At least the person serving me, offered to change their gloves before assembling the filling because i ordered a gluten free wrap. That was the only positive unfortunately.

Got served by a young blonde girl 13/6/24. 1pm she was in a mood. Rude, didn’t want to be there, terrible behaviour.

Service was absolutely amazing- all the staff were very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. They made the best subs we have ever had and they took their time and care to make sure to check we were happy with them! Praise to all the staff who were working today - Chloe, Caitlin, Amber and Kirilee. Great job and thank you!

Might want to update your open times, says 7:00am on the sign yet no one was there at 7:45... really annoying when trying to pick up "fast" food on the go.

Placed an online order for lunch and they took my money but they said our system isn't showing your order. I then showed them screen shots of what I had ordered only to be ignored and left waiting. They said sorry and I didn't receive any food or get my money back. Thanks albion park subway for stealing my money!
