I ordered a Plain Bagel with EXTRA cream cheese and what I got looked like someone scraped off the cream cheese that was originally on it. A faint white cast of cream cheese barely enough to even see. My sister, who ordered a bagel with a normal amount of cream cheese got a plain bagel. She couldn’t see or taste the cream cheese. I understand it is not a bagel shop but this level of cream cheese was just unacceptable. It makes me believe that this location is cheap and not willing to give there customers what they pay for. If you can’t deliver then don’t sell it. The donuts were very sloppy and made in an extremely unhygienic manner. There were splatters of topping and drizzles all over the place and the employees were literally throwing the donuts in the air into the glaze container which had splatters of sauces from around it. There were no napkins in the building and there was no where to sit. The lady taking the order was also very rude and unprofessional. The area also had a bad oder was not a pleasant place to be around. Very poorly maintained and overall a bad experience.

STAY AWAY! This is by far the NASTIEST place I’ve ever been to. Chinese carry outs in the hood pale in comparison to this cesspool. I’m honestly can’t even comprehend how this place is open. Is there not a health department in OC?! The woman who took my order clearly didn’t want to be there. And the woman who made the donuts should be ashamed of herself. My kid and I walked in..tunnel vision on the menu because it was our first time. Turned around to see them get prepared and my stomach dropped. There was filth on every surface. And this wasn’t like some busy day mess. It was like embedded as it’s been there for quite some time. The dips/glazes looked like sludge, and like they were old and infested. When an EIGHT year old tells you somewhere looks dirty and gross and refuses to eat donuts (which I planned to immediately throw out anyway) you know there has to be an issue. The ONE time I don’t read the reviews and I regret it so much. I would’ve asked for my money back but I didn’t want to be in there for a second longer. Maybe the owner can use my $15 to buy some bleach. YUCK

Let me start by saying that I’ve been to many locations. THIS has to be the worst! The store was filthy, the owner was gossiping with a local not paying any attention to the fact one of her coworkers was sitting in the kitchen vaping. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Please tell me this bagel looks like it has any… I do NOT recommend entering this dirty hole!

Hello donut lovers! I am sadden to say that the location on Philadelphia Ave is so nasty. Every surface of the building was dirty, the dip bins, the floors, the station, the door, the windows. I even noticed flies having a party near the toppings. Once i realized I made a mistake, it was too late because I already paid and felt bad requesting a refund. I should’ve walked right out because now I am deathly afraid to consume. In addition they do not have all the donut flavors as advertised on the site so that was a bummer. Moral of the story…go at your own risk. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Yikes! 😬

Found blue plastic in my donut. Originally thought it was a blue Jimmie Till I realized it was thru out. I know it wasn't done intentionally but still, I wasn't happy about it. We usually get these every year, but quality has gone down. Tasteless like cooked in old oil, and I couldn't tell a flavor difference from banana to pb. I'm not sure if I'm just getting old or the novelty has worn off, but I don't think we will be getting them again.

I don't get the hype with Fractured Prune. The service was excellent, patient while we selected our variety of donuts and helped make suggestions. The donuts themselves we were not a fan. They are very rich and seem too soft, like trying to hold an undercooked cake. We actually liked them a little better hours later after they cooled off.

I cannot comment on the taste of the donuts because I am now afraid to eat them citing the filthiness of the Philadelphia Avenue location. The staff was super friendly; however, I just cannot get over the fact that the donuts are being glazed then dipped in those filthy oncovered bins. Mixing all of the different glazes in each topping bin. Why not sprinkle the toppings on the glazed donut? I don't even understand how they are allowed to operate under these conditions. There has to be a number of health code violations. I will never visit this location again. Please review the location's cleanliness before visiting a Fractured Prune location. You've been warned! 🙅🏾‍♀️🚫🛑

This location is the BEST! The girls are so sweet and helped my kids make their own delicious glaze and topping combos. The donuts are light with a delicate, crunchy outside and the toppings are to die for. It is the perfect box of donuts. The coffee is really good, too. The owner is a nice guy and is always making sure the customer is happy. Cant wait til next year for more Fractured Prune goodies!

Such a fun and delicious experience!! So many yummy flavors and the service was fun and fast. There is always a line, but never a long wait. Definitely worth a stop and make sure you get a whole dozen because six us not enough. We always make a point to stop at at least on Fractured Prune while in Ocean City, Maryland!

Absolutely delicious! Donuts are amazing but having a donut made fresh and to your specifications is entirely different. None of these disappointed, the flavors were perfect and they were incredible fresh and warmed up (directions are on the box). If you’re a donut lover this is a place for you!

These are highly rated but overpriced cakes. The place has hand drawn art and all 3 locations are small and run down looking. We got several different donuts and none of us really liked them. $4-$5 a donut is ridiculous especially when it’s so small. I am not sure what brings people back to the store but we missed it.

These are damn good donuts. Perfect size, super fluffy and cake like. Perfect for breakfast with milk, a late night snack, or a dessert. The staff is super kind and the options are plentiful. Nothing to dislike.

Donuts are getting smaller and smaller. Ordering on line does no good because when you arrive, you still have to wait a long time because it’s not done at the time it says it will be.

We ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for our order, which was okay, I thought at first, since we ordered 3 donuts, 2 drinks, and a breakfast sandwich, which the sandwich was probably the reason it took long. However, more and more people came after and got their orders before us. I didn’t mind since some were just orders of 1 or 2 donuts, but then one person who ordered a dozen and 6 bagels and another that ordered 2 dozens got theirs before us and they ordered 10 minutes after we did. Once we finally got our order, the drinks were melted to the point where the smoothie was starting to separate and we ended up getting 4 donuts instead. I don’t know what the prices were for each item, I didn’t see any on the menu, unless I missed it, but I was charged $35 total so I don’t know at all if I got charged for an extra that I didn’t want. Also, I ordered an egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich, but I found a bacon bit while I was almost done eating it… Would take back the 15%, which ended up being $5 back if I could.

This place is awesome!! The donuts are made fresh to order. The menu is great or you can create your own combination. A must try that is not on the menu is maple bacon. Our favorite is the chocolate peanut butter donut. I ordered a dozen. A few that I have pictured are strawberry shortcake, cinnamon sugar, chocolate peanut butter and trail mix. A dozen was approx $24. A bit expensive but worth every penny. There are multiple locations. This one is directly on the boardwalk on 14th St. Enjoy!!

I always get the OC sand hot hand made donuts. They're amazing, tastes like your eating a funnel cake 😋 I always let them cool a bit and they still almost melt in your mouth, they very fluffy but light & always leaves you wanting more. Service was great, you do have to wait a few minutes once you order because they are hand made and hot off the donut machine & its totally worth the little bit of time, id wait 20 or 30 mins if I had to but for today I only waited maybe 10 minutes and that was with a lot of people placing orders. You can also customize your donuts. The prices are pretty decent too.

Eh it’s ok. Extremely greasy and hard to eat. Selection was fun but once it soaks in on your way home you can’t taste much other than warm oil. Duck donuts would be better here

Donuts were hot and fresh and very tasty. Visited the boardwalk location on a weekday morning and got our order in with no wait. We ordered a half dozen of the suggested flavors, the rainbow sprinkle one was our favorite. They glaze and top the donuts while they're still very hot, which made the chocolate chips melt and very messy!

Awful service, employees don’t know how to make a simple latte I had to go back TWICE to have them remake it because they can’t read the directions and follow them. Then my sandwich English muffin was burnt. Awful service as well and stinks.

Ordered off of door dash. Received our order to be fair by immediate looks the order appeared ok so the Uber driver would not know. We got our order 1st of all we ordered a tea with sweetener it had no sweetener and we were not given any to add. Second we ordered a hot latte there was nothing in the cup except froth and a little blueberry flavor. Called the shop and when they answered the phone I got a hello. Never identified themselves as Dunkin donuts. I asked to make sure it was the correct location. When I told the person who answered the phone what happened his response was well it was delivered I can't deliver you another one so what do you want me to do. When I inquired further the response was to order another one and pay for it. Basically pay the order the Uber fee and tip etc. So we just took our loss.

Just paid $4 for a cup of warm cream and water. This coffee must have been run through many times. Not even a hint of coffee. Shame on you. How many other people did you serve warm cream water to today?!

Only came here because the pancake house was full - spent 16 minutes ordering from a kiosk for it to not calculate a total and request I go to the register - counter person was rude and you were out of chocolate sprinkle donuts? Order supplies and hire helpful people. Now I get to go to 7-11 to find donuts. Wild.

Do NOT go here if you're looking to have someone physically take your order, talk to you, or acknowledge you're there. Order from kiosk. So far I'm in line, and I've been waiting over 13 mins for a black coffee and black iced coffee. Never again.

Great staff, very friendly, fast, clean, great coffee and delicious donuts. I’m there 6 mornings a week and every time I get a smile and a hot coffee.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts in Ocean City during my trip and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient, especially if you’re near the boardwalk or heading out early in the morning. The service was fast and friendly, even though the store was quite busy. The staff managed the rush efficiently and kept the line moving. I ordered a hot coffee and a veggie egg white wake-up wrap, and both were fresh and exactly what I expected. Their donuts were soft and fresh, and the iced coffee was just right—not too sweet or watered down. The place was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of napkins and condiments available at the counter. There’s limited seating, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot, which makes sense given the beach crowd. Overall, a reliable stop for your caffeine fix or a quick breakfast while enjoying Ocean City. Would definitely visit again when in town.

The iced latte was horrible. I could see her making it too. There were two people at least rotating so one person never finished making one drink. For iced latte they filled up ALL the way with milk then added a splash of espresso…it did NOT taste like a latte at all! Tasted like flavored milk and I barely got any whipped cream on top, just a dollop, so why am I paying for a “signature latte” which is more expensive if you can’t even add the toppings correctly and I wouldn’t even call it a latte, just flavored milk. Very disappointed bc I was looking forward to this all week!

You've probably been to a dozen locations at least, so I don't need to tell you what Dunkin is all about. This location certainly does not disappoint. The crowd of morning beach-goers can get a little large, but the staff here does an excellent job of keeping everybody moving. It's easy to decide to go here for a quick breakfast and we're never disappointed.

It's a DnD, so....what can I say? Well, I've been a bit disenchanted with places like DnD who have aggressively pushed to automate the ordering experience, pushing screens in your face and minimizing personal connections to customers. I've had experiences with simple, ready made products like black coffee and donuts from the case that have taken over 15mins!!! (At my closest to home location) Because they either forgot me or prioritized drive thru. However this location had my coffee waiting for me before I could step from the order screen to the pick up counter. Possibly I'm impressed by this simple task done as expected only because other locations are performing so poorly in this regard? Either way, here I am rating a DNF for. Very positive experience. They earned it. Very pleasant staff that honestly seemed to enjoy what they do, too. Well worth mentioning that!!

Best Dunkin' in OCMD. Thanks for always supporting the car enthusiasts during cruise weeks. Even with the long lines and hours of crowds the team always provides top notch customer service, good donuts, and hot coffee as well as clean bathrooms!

My orders been ready for a while seating on the side no one call a number or let the costmer waiting on the side look like a fool !!! And so many costmers like us standing. Costmers keep touching your orders just to read the numbers on the side to make sure they don’t take the wrong food , they can do better .

They have went down hill this year I been coming for past 10 years every summer. This year I have been here 2 different months and both times was horrible. Also for the price of a coffe and cinnamon roll is outrageous when the drink isn't even good. I def don't recommend the chillattes at this locations the never make them the same and either all creme or barely and flavor. They need to figure out what happen and fix it. I won't be returning. picture below my strawberry creme chilatta there was a paper thin line of strawberry it tasted like a whip cream and didn't even tasted the strawberry.

So glad I found this place. Can't find any around me anymore. Love love them.

This is a dual location of auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon. It’s a seasonal store, so not one that takes rewards. I tried the bon bons and an original pretzel with cheese.

My partner has been waiting a very long time to eat here and it was absolutely delicious. It's a little pricey but definitely worth the money.

This was my first time ever going to a Cinnabon and it was SO WORTH IT! Fresh, hot food and the staff were friendly and efficient. I would go everyday if I could!

Ana #number 197994 had the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I order an Americano with an extra expresso shot. She first gave me the wrong drink. When I got to my hotel room I saw it was wrong, I called the store. She stated she remembered and I told her I would come back for the right coffee. When I got back to the store. She made some regular coffee and added the expresso shot. Again because it was not my coffee, I didn’t try it until I got back to hotel room. It was the worse coffee I have ever had. I paid $7.99 for just some regular weak coffee. My husband and I were real disappointed! She did not even apologized nor show any wrong on her part. Ridicules!

I’d give 0 stars if I could I asked for 4 donuts the lady gave me 6 of the donuts I didn’t ask for. I go back and was givin the wrong donuts again. Soft spoken and couldn’t understand her find better behind the counter.

Fast service for being in a busy location. Coffee and the food are always fresh. I have been here many times and can still say the same thing.

We are visiting OC and went here around 9:30AM. New workers, no problem, however the short woman whom was counting the drawer, had no patience for either me or the new worker. Seen the eye roll and then proceeded to charge me $1.70 for a little cup of cream cheese, however the bagel was barely had any on it to begin with. New management, better training, new outcomes.

It was a nice little walk in location, clean and friendly service. I got what I asked for and in a timely manner. Perfect for the summer time crowd!

Stopped every day for a week. Service was always great and they really moved through the line quickly. Everything was always spot on and just as ordered.

This meal deal stuff on the app gives me.the wrong food every morning. Plus not everybody drinks this horrible coffee. Some of us only like refreshers. Back to wawa I go for cheaper prices and correct orders.

Honestly, worst service I’ve had in a while. The three young women working obviously do not care about customer service. I’m not usually the type to post negative reviews, but I’ve tried them out 3 times this week. Each time they messed something up, whether it be the order was wrong or the lattes were made incorrectly. I’m okay with the order getting messed up if the situation is rectified instead of getting attitude back. I would not recommend this Dunkin’ location

Came two mornings in a row. Yesterday I ordered 2 veggie egg white Flatbreads, and received cheese and bread. Went back in to fix it and they put a whole egg on it not veggie egg white. This morning, different girl, figured she would get it right. Ordered 2 veggie egg white Flatbreads and 2 chocolate glazed munchkins. Received the egg whites with the wrong cheese on a mushy English muffin and plain glazed munchkins. How can you possibly get an order wrong when you order what's exactly on the menu!?

Well spent $25 for breakfast. My daughter ordered a bacon egg cheese bagel lightly buttered. We go back to our room, my granddaughter took a piece of the PLAIN BUTTERED BAGEL! There was NO BACON EGG CHEESE! I took it back over receipt in hand and explained. Well they handed me a wrapped sandwich. Something told me to open it! YEP I OPENED IT THEY PUT THE BACON EGG CHEESE ON THE SAME BAGEL!! Well where i come from, you make a fresh new sandwich, your mistake not mine. Took it back in and the young girl said 'i fixed it'! SERIOUSLY?!?! Looks like we will be going somewhere else for breakfast while we are down here. Ohhh i got a vanilla cappuccino. There was no sugar or cream. Taste like a freaking black coffee

So grateful this store is here. I do wish they were open at 5 am like the web says. I "suggested an edit" like it says to do on google. Currently 5:29. I'll come back at 6:10 and hope for the best. P.s. This is in August 2017

My wife ordered a croissant sandwich. They were out of croissants so their best answer was to not give us the sandwich. All would have been good if they had told us they were out and asked what we wanted instead.....but they figured the best option would be to not give us anything. And, of course, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. This place is terrible.

Just look at this…It’s suppose to have bacon bites on it not whole slices of bacon. Do better Dunkin… I understand it’s a holiday weekend and y’all are busy but the lady who has handed me my food has seen me here over 10 times and should know I’m a local. Suppose to treat us right not like a tourist.

I've never bought anything from DD that did not have sugar 🤣. I was surprised because it was the caramel mocha and it was only coffee and milk with ice.

I was surprised and honestly disappointed to be asked for a tip at Auntie Anne’s. The pretzel was already nearly $9, and it was handed to me ready in a cup — there was no table service or special effort involved. Also, the machine screen was so bad that i couldn’t read if the cashier typed the correct amount, nor the expected tip. I believe workers deserve fair pay, but tips should not be used to cover basic wages, especially in a fast-food setting. The cost of the product should already reflect proper compensation for staff. Please consider including fair wages in your pricing rather than relying on customers to make up the difference.

One bread of burger was hard as rock, impossible to bite and chew. Liked the atmosphere and service tho. Fast and nice.

I stopped here every day during my vacation! Great coffee Lattes, pretzels bites, and cinnamon rolls. And the customer service was out of this world! Thanks guys!! I will miss you all. Until next year

It's an Auntie Annes... so really nothing over the top and you basic good there. Good for late board walk snack if you have a craving for cinnamon.

Listed as them having Carvel....nope. Asked for pretzel nuggets, they won't make those. Useless location.
