We really loved eating here. The French toast is amazing. The pastries are delicious & have several things to choose from. I wish they were open later, we live almost 2 hours away & have a hard time getting there before 2:30. Perfect place for brunch or even just a stop for desserts & coffee with some friends.

discovered this place by luck looked it up. the next time I was in the area I stopped in for breakfast. its a nice place not only a restaurant but a bakery as well. waited in line and ordered my breakfast i had the sausage egg and cheese croissant. it was made with housemade sausage and the croissant was baked fresh it was absolutely delicious almost ordered a second. the only draw back was their popularity it was packed. the wait was a bit long but worth it. looking for great breakfast this is the spot.

What a gem in Amarillo! This was our first visit and we were very pleased. We came for lunch and ordered a burger and kid's meals. The price for the kid's meals was definitely great value, around $5.50 and quite nutritious. The burger was a unique flavor and delicious! Customer service was top-notch, we felt well-attended to while also could continue with our conversation. A very positive experience!

Great place for breakfast!! Everything is made fresh. Their croissant sandwiches are made with croissants that are clearly fresh baked. The green chili in my breakfast burrito was fresh and definitely not from a can! They do so well with the little details. My family and I will definitely be back!!

Such a cute restaurant with excellent food. Had the Southern Belle, large cinnamon roll, and biscuits with gravy, eggs, homemade breakfast sausage. Very friendly staff who checked on us several times as even asked how we liked the breakfast potatoes since it was a new item. So much food we had to take the cinnamon roll to go and they gave us extra frosting! Highly recommend Girasol Cafe and Bakery.

I am restricted to low carbs but my omelet was delicious with the green chili sauce. Even though I couldn’t have the bakery options, I am sure they were as tasty as they were beautiful. Highly recommend that you support this local bakery! Next time I come through Amarillo , I surely will.

Gluten free girlie, here. Stopped here for breakfast on my way across the country and it was PHENOMENAL. Cute atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed everything I purchased. The Gluten Free Biscuits and Gravy was AMAZING. My friend and traveling with me had the Southwest Benedict and she said it was fantastic as well. Even purchased come goodies to continue on the road with me and they all tasted amazing. Can’t wait to be able to go back!! Kind of wishing they would ship some of their goodies. I would absolutely pay for it. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

When you visit a place to eat, you expect some sort of consistency. I always order this particular salad. It NEVER comes with dressing already on it. Today, it did. And omg. Look at the size of those chicken pieces. I’ve never seen them this large in a salad. The salad was soggy with no croutons! I couldn’t even force myself to eat this. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with the food at this place. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to go back. Sorry guys. Not anymore. Signed, - cranky and still hungry and out $14. Update: They corrected my order and delivered it to my home with a little cupcake. I updated this review to include 5 stars for customer service! They also advised that they now toss the salad. So just remember that when ordering.

I got a recommendation to visit this place for their cupcakes, so I went. I hadn't eaten and was planning to stop by and get cupcakes on my way to get lunch, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they served meals. I got the pretzel club and, as a side, the loaded pub chips. The pub chips were superb! The chips were fresh and seasoned, and the queso was homemade, which made this side one of the best I have had. The pretzel club was also great; they didn't skimp on the turkey and the toppings paired well. As a treat, I got the sheet cake cookie and the Dubai cookie. Both were excellent! I am looking forward to my next trip to Amarillo so I can go back.

Their regular bakery items are usually pretty good from what I’m told and what I remember from before my health issues. The lunch items are good too. Definitely recommend for those! The vibe is great and clean and the service is good. Today I went for a gluten free cinnamon roll. There was something that tasted super sour and almost artificial in it. It was also salty. The icing was great but the roll itself is not. I also grabbed a gluten free cookie which is ok but I was charged $7 for it. I appreciate that they try to make gluten free but it’s not overly impressive and I spent $7.50 for a cinnamon roll I can’t eat. Just something to keep in mind for my gluten free friends.

The Ruffled Cup is pretty and bright bakery/cafe. I recommend a visit for the atmosphere alone. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy a treat. They offer many cupcake flavors. (I visited a few hours before closing, so the cupcake case pictured was not as full.) You can also get cookies, ice cream, boba tea, and more. There's a lunch menu at the Amarillo location from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. I tried the Ruby Red Velvet and a lemon flavor. (I don't remember the name of that one.) They were both good. One cupcake will do the trick. Trust me. 😃 Note: If you don't love lots of frosting and prefer a moist batter, the cupcakes may not be for you.

We had the best experience here with excellent staff, DELICIOUS baked treats, and fantastic tea! My son got a birthday cake boba and cinnamon roll and gave it 10/10 and I have a lemon cupcake and almond tea which were both DIVINE! It also has really cute ambience and fun events!

I hadn't tried their lunch, and wow it was soo good! My son and I typically just have sweets. The pesto grilled cheese and strawberry fields sald were so yummy! I was very satisfied with my selection. And as always a sugar cookie to go for my son.

So I must admit they got me! They had a summer promotion and I could get four free cupcakes. The problem was when I got there they All looked so good that I ended up buying four more and lunch! I haven’t got to bite into the cupcakes yet, but the lunch was amazing! I was a little late so they were sold out of the turkey Reuben, but I will definitely be back to try it!

Belmar, what has happened? I had been enjoying your baked goods since 1984. One of my absolute favorites was your cherry pies. They used to be chock full of cherries, top to bottom and side to side, with a thick, sweet filling that was not runny or gelatin like. My wife picked up a cherry pie, a scone and a date nut coffee cake. You did well on the scone and date nut coffee cake but your once impeccable cherry pie was a serious disappointment. Wow, look at my pictures and videos. I have endured two pieces of the cherry pie. It was a treasure hunt trying to find any cherries. One piece that I had yesterday I found only two (2) cherries. Today I tried again and managed to find five (cherries) in the gelatinous glob of pie filling. Even at room temperature the filling jiggled like cheap gelatin and had a dull red-pink color, (see video), not a deep red of a pie full of cherries. The pie crust was excellent but the filling was awful. Please abandon your current cherry pie filling recipe and go back to your original recipe. The ingredients in order as listed on the box (see photo) were: Filling- cherry, water sugar, corn starch. The ingredients in order of actual content based on my visual and palatal inspection were in order of content of the filling: water, sugar, corn starch, gelatin, just a few cherries and artificial food coloring. Belmar Bakery please rise to your prior greatness, do not cut corners to save on costs. I will gladly pay a quality price for a quality product. I will return and check out your once famous cherry pie. If you return to your greatness I will change my review to reflect your restoration of your quality.

We had a cake ordered a month in advance for our father's memoral service. We show up and 1st they do not have it ready, and never called to let us know. We got back and the cake looks like crap! The icing doesn't cover the cake, it is lopsided, and they spelled his name wrong.

My family has ordered cakes for the last 30 years, this year is the last. When I ordered the cake, everything was fine. When I went to pick it up, it wasn’t exactly what I had asked for so I asked for the correction. When cutting into the cake, the consistency was different and doughy. As soon as we bit into the cake you could tell that it was not fully baked. I return the cake and ended up speaking to the manager/owner who argued with me on the ingredients and the fact that she said it was fully cooked and was a vanilla cream cake and that is what it’s supposed to look like. I explained no that it made my family sick and we threw the pieces cut away. She finally gave a refund. Sadly this is the last special occasion will give Belmar business. Edit at 6:49am 08/06/24 I’m so glad the owner responded and tried to flip the conversation. She argued with me for a good 10 minutes on the ingredients and no way they can make you sick, until a gentleman pulled up to pick up his cake. I simply stated we got sick from eating what bites we took from this cake. At no point did I say anything about raw eggs or even eggs at all. She is the one who stated “this cake is not made with eggs, it is a vanilla crème cake. It can not make you sick.” WHO orders a vanilla crème cake instead of regular vanilla?? Obviously some wires were crossed when I requested regular vanilla. If you look at the photos, the cake is definitely not fully done and she pushed her finger into the cake and felt that it was clearly not done.

I bought a couple cupcakes a few days ago and they were AMAZING!! I am a 320 lb man, so when it comes to cupcakes, i like to think i'm an expert. They were delicious and I will definately be getting more. The atmosphere is also fantastic...how could it not be, the place always smells great. The cashier was friendly and helpful and helped me narrow it down. Overall, great food and great people.

Went around 5 PM so this likely affected the items, but the cookies (snickerdoodles & peanut butter) were hard and stale. The cinnamon roll tasted... off. The red velvet cupcake was still moist and delicious, though!

Our daughter had the “sweetest” birthday party thanks to all of her friends and the amazing staff at Belmar Bakery! I would highly recommend this as a birthday spot for your little one. No set up or clean up involved. The two-tiered cake that my daughter got to decorate with the bakers was huge! I was not expecting it to be that massive. All the kids got to decorate their own cakes and cookies to take home, plus they got to keep their chef’s hats and aprons. They even got cute little variety packs of cookies as an additional party favor. 😱 This was definitely the best one yet! 🙌🏻

Belmar used to be THE bakery to get anything you are craving. The past year or 2 this place has really declined in food quality. This is a fruit pie i got a couple days ago and as you can see there 1 apple slice and barely any filling. The other half looked exactly the same for a total of 2 apple slices in a homemade fruit pie. My husband used to love their eclairs, but the last few times we got some, there is literally only filling in half of the eclair, so i stopped getting those for him and tried a fruit pie just to find the same issue. We won’t be going back to waste money at this bakery until they get bakers who actually care about the quality of product they are selling.

Always super friendly and always recommend to friends and family. Always answers any questions about gluten free options and make sure needs are met. I love trying something new everytime I go, and keto pies in a cup are a go to for me. Every other season there is a new flavor too. Definitely recommend!

Great place for vegan, gluten free, and keto options! And they had lots of them. We tried the vegan Oatmeal Cream Pie and Pecan Pie Bar and they were both good. Unfortunately, the oatmeal cream pie was VERY sweet. So much that I had a hard time finishing it. The sugar in the filling could probably be cut in half and I think that would be a lot more balanced, but the cookie part of it was better.

We stop by this amazing little bakery any time we are on 6th. The different keto options are my favorite! Always great service and so friendly. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying at least one or a few of their sweet treats. Love love love!

AMAZING! This place is SO DELICIOUS. I love the vibe. Super friendly staff, lots of delicious things to choose from. We tried the gf muffins which were savory with cheese and spinach, etc. One person in our party had the paleo sandwich which was super satisfying and made with homemade “waffle” bread. We tried several sweets which were delicious and not too sweet! There are gf, paleo and vegan options, coffee and cookies and all kinds of treats. Reasonable prices. There’s even small tables on the sidewalk for dining “in.”. What a fantastic find right on old Rt.66! Don’t miss this cute little locally owned gem.

I work with the public and a customer I waited on told me about this place that I was so excited to visit but after visiting the website I am very disappointed that there is no mention of sugar free treats for us diabetics. I’m going to a family birthday party and as always I can’t enjoy the goodies and was looking forward to having my own sugar free dessert.

I travel to Amarillo for work about 6 times a year and discovered Blue Crane on my first visit. Not only is it a non-chain, homemaker, personalized bakery experience, they also offer a solid variety of baked goods for special diets. Beinf able to grab a snickerdoodle whoopee pie for my T2 diabetic best friend while also indulging in a savory green chili and cheese muffin has become a major perk of my trips. The owner and family take pride in what they make and you can tell in the consistency and flavor. My only gripe is that they don't exist in Fort Worth. If you're in need of or craving a treat in Amarillo you're definitely missing out if you don't stop here. I dread the day I no longer have work to bring me to Amarillo, because I'll miss out on this deliciousness. If you're a diabetic, keto, or vegan they've got you covered! Definitely worth the drive down historic 66.

My friend and I hosted a small special event and we ordered cupcakes from Scratch. We sent a few photo ideas, said it was a "fresh garden" theme, and told them we trusted them to make something beautiful. WOW!! We were blown away when we picked up our order! The details and thought that went into each cupcake was show-stopping(they even decorated with locally grown, beautiful flowers!) We loved the addition of a little bit of gold to the flowers and blueberries. Not to mention how tasty they were!! They use REAL ingredients and we loved that this lemon blueberry cupcake was sweet but not overly sweet (this really sets them apart from other places in town). Everything they do is beautiful and custom. They went over and beyond with our order, had great pricing for a custom order and great communication as well. 100 stars!!!

Scratch Made Bakery made and delivered our wedding cake. They did an amazing job. The cake was beautiful and perfectly matched our vision. And of course, it was delicious too! We chose different flavors for each tier, which gave a great variety. They were extremely communicative and professional, helping our big day go off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend them.

This business is amazing!! I called and they fit this wedding cake in for me. I sent them a pic and it turned out beautiful. The cake was almond flavored with a lemon filling. It was very flavorful and the cake was not dry at all. The bride and groom loved it! The staff was so friendly!! I highly recommend them!! My cousin had raved about this place, so we decided to check it out. This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it for brunch! The self serve water and mimosas are FREE!! the coffee (is from brewed from 806 Coffee), sodas, juice, hot/iced tea and bottled water is $2. We got there a little late so they ran out of crepes and waffles. Still not disappointed since their French toast was delicious, especially with the strawberry compote and whipped cream!! The bacon was crispy and the eggs were perfect. We will definitely have to come back soon!!

I get My husband and now my daughter custom cookies made on their birthdays every year. This was the first year i ordered from scratch made bakery and they’re seriously the best cookies we’ve ever had! They are sweet but not too sweet, soft yet the perfect little crisp to them. I went in here today after lunch at Chicken Salad Chick and I was so pleased at the smell as soon as you walk in. They have a vast selection of cookies, macaroons and other goodies. I'm always skeptical when I see places that advertise gluten-free or more healthy options. I've been burned too many times. Not only does this place have a great atmosphere (light and warm) the cookies and macaroons were everything i hoped they would be. The Macaroons were light and savory and the cookies have the perfect slight crunch to them. They basically melted in my mouth. I have never felt better after eating sweets. Im not weighed down and feeling miserable from a sugar overload. I'm definitely coming back when I come to Amarillo. They are pricier than you would anticipate but for the experience you get when you enjoy the sweets it is definitely worth it. Also, the cookies are huge. Like almost 4 in. In diameter.

My husband knows that I love french macarons, so he surprised me with a few from this bakery when we stayed over night in Amarillo on our road trip. Oh my, they were delicious! I'm very picky about macarons and rarely find them as flavorful as these were! The fillings inside were creamy and so delish! We plan to stop on our way back home through Amarillo in March. I highly recommend stopping here, especially if you enjoy a proper french macaron, and if you've never tried one, this is the place to start!

Excellent sweets! The Mexican Wedding cookies are LARGE and delicious. They have Keto cookies as well. The oatmeal cream pies are superb! Everything I have tried is so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this little bakery. Friendly service in a cute, clean little shop!

Went at 1 today and there was not a good selection of desserts. 2-3 flavors of cookies no cake slices, a couple cupcake flavors but only 1 of each ..a few macaroons, a couple Keto brownies, no regular brownies, very disappointed…ended up getting a cookie that tasted like it was days old…I will stick with Ruffled Cup

We went in for Macarons and that's why my review isn't stellar. I understand the labor involved in making these cookies but if you're going to charge $3 each for them they need to be perfect. They were too dry and tasted day old. I added a star back because the lemon cookie was moist and tasty (but needs more 🍋 flavor). 4/5 update, Sweet responded. Great customer service! I added a ⭐.

When we walked in, there was no one around. They never did show up to take an order, which is fine... I wanted baked goods; pie, cake, tiramisu, something of that sort. It was JUST cupcakes. I wanted a REAL bakery, not somebody's glorified home bake hobby. There were about 4x cupcakes, one type of brownie, and a small variety of cookies. No pies, no other deserts, no cakes, no breads. Again, NOT a bakery, just someone's glorified home hobby I'm a storefront. I was disappointed. No selection & NOT a real bakery. As of today, "Cara Linn" responded "we think you have the wrong bakery. We actually don't even sell cupcakes anymore! You had cupcakes in the display when we visited earlier this year. Don't patronize or gaslight me for your poor service. Your own website refers to cupcakes & has picture of the cupcakes you "don't even sell." I'm NOT an idiot... I know what cupcakes look like - Your service well, was NON-EXISTENT. That's the bigger point. I was in the store named "Sweet by Cara Linn" @ 7406 SW 34th Ave #2a, Amarillo, TX 79121 I would suggest folks don't waste their time -

I met the new owner, Russell. He was a great guy! It’s just my opinion, but The Donut Stop is a staple in Amarillo, TX. Personally, if I was the owner I would be shaking hands and trying to get to know each person that walked in. The donuts were still FABULOUS and thankfully they were all warm this time. I was here on a Saturday at 9:15am, so they should be warm, right?! Thanks Russell

Best location for quality, consistency, and service. The one on Georgia is the worst location, Canyon drive is the second best location.

This place was great. I was so surprised that it was empty when I arrived. With quality like that and suck an interestingly designed building... I would think this place would be constantly packed. I could see this place being the go-to donut place before the world moved to a minimal gathering mindset. If I lived in Amarillo and wadnt just passing through, I can promise you Donut Stop would be a consistent location for my family and I. I really hope I just came on a slow day and this place usually gets a lot of business, because they 1000% deserve it!

I grew up in Amarillo and have always loved The Donut Stop. Anytime I come to town, I have to stop in for a Cherry Glazed Donut. My family loves the chocolate! I wish there was a location here in Chicago. Do yourself a favor and grab a few cherry and chocolate donuts when you are in town.

The ladies in the donut shop are awesome always have a smile on their face and willing to help you immediately, and if the donuts aren’t warm, they have a microwave where you can warm them up quickly!

Good donuts! I got chocolate cake donuts, cinnamon sugar cake, coconut cake, a bear claw, an apple fritter, and donut holes. If you get the donut holes when their fresh and still warm, they're SO good! My favorite was the coconut, but the bear claw and apple fritter were also delicious! I paid for a half dozen, and they told me I could get one more at no charge. Nice people! Their coffee is good too! I ordered a breve latte when I went the first time.

This was my first visit to the Bagel Place. It is a great eatery with great service and great food. There is a great variety of selections so I am sure you can find a great meal. The dining room was clean and well maintained. They have eat in and to go items. I hope to see you here soon.

The food is always great at the bagel place but unfortunately, the service isn’t. The drive-thru is horrible! I ordered two breakfast croissants and was asked to move forward in the drive-thru to allow others to order, which was understandable. However, I ended up waiting about 20–25 minutes with no sign of my order. Had I not gotten out of my vehicle in the rain to go inside and check, I would have continued waiting indefinitely. They had completely forgotten about me and didn’t even have the decency to apologize.

What a fantastic gem. The patio is pleasant. The service is extraordinary as the place was very busy but had a system that is seamless and fast. The availability of condiments, napkins, silverware, to go boxes/bags was of such convenience. The nice young man that took our order made it easy to decide as my mother and I didn’t know what we wanted with so many options. We SHARED the skillet special and it was enough for 3! It was a memorable meal and experience that my mom is thankful to have enjoyed. We will be back!

I got their bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a Parmesan bagel and it was SO good! Definitely filling sandwich (she thick🤤) and I got a hazelnut cappuccino. I would suggest ordering an advance and picking up there was a line, but the wait wasn’t too long and even if it was, it would honestly be worth it🤩

We come at least every other week and I won’t lie, I come because of the picture. Avacado bagel is the best thing on the menu. Husband always gets a breakfast taco and we share the cinnamon bagel because it’s amazing! Always friendly, even when busy!

Best ever!! Close to I40... highly recommend! Muffins, cakes, cookies, breakfast burritos tacos and quesadillas too. There's a drive through and online ordering available. If you're gonna be in a hurry order ahead. It is popular with the locals and so worth it! Breakfast 6AM - 11am (Sat - 11:30)

A great breakfast and the sandwiches I watched them make looked delicious! They have many choices of bagels here with as many choices in plain or flavored cream cheeses. But the breakfast taco… it’s BIG and filled with an abundance of your choice of meats with fluffy, fresh scrambled eggs. You can’t go wrong here any time of the day. Quality food and friendly service. And if you are a coffee drinker, you will have a lot of different flavors to choose from. Coffee could have been hotter but that’s what you get from those lever action air pots no matter where you go.

Stopped in for a couple things at Market Street. It is an upscale version of the United grocery store chain. Their lose leaders included giant size boxes of Kellogg's most popular cereals @ 3.99per box. Although you needed to be logged into their free rewards app membership, the savings were excellent. Additional, the level of service and professionalism of staff made this necessary task enjoyable.

They did an AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL job on short notice. And the price was great too ! The pictures DO NOT COMPARE to how beautiful they are in person. This bouquet measures 22” wide and 34” tall, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING

Great store with really good products. From specialty foods, wines and cheeses, deli meats, fresh baked items, frozen foods to flowers, household goods, necessities and home decor... With so much more. Reminds me of HEB Plus. The layout and atmosphere is really nice. Clean and well organized with good customer service. Definitely recommend Market Street. Thank You🌹

Delicious vegetarian sushi, the girl who was making it was very helpful and nice, she made me feel welcome. The cashier was nice as well. The guys at Starbucks friendly as well. Thank you all for being nice to people and making us feel welcome.

Good selection. Nice bakery. Nice produce. Clean store.High prices.Nice people. But the cooked food, good one out of ten times. Every time we get the fried chicken, it’s never fresh. They have fresh chicken available but they give you the stuff that’s been sitting there all day. Hard dried up chicken that a wild dog couldn’t chew. I’ll still shop there and just avoid the old cooked food!

I was in your store last night and ran into a dairy associate named Brandon. He was probably the friendliest person I have ever run across at a grocery store. Make sure to keep him and get more like him.

Apparently "bigger" donuts are considered 2 donuts I have never heard of that before and it was quite disappointing to hear that the first time coming here for donuts. And they didn't have any of the whipped cream filling which was quite disappointing as well, good was great but service was lacking I get it y'all are busy but you can smile or have a smidge more enthusiasm as you are helping people first thing in the morning and it sets a tone for the rest of their day. I probably won't be back sadly.

My fiancé and I came to eat here for breakfast and received really good food at affordable prices. It’s nice to know that the local restaurants in this town can produce good quality food with some ideas that are different than all the rest. Definitely should come eat here sooner in the day to get a higher selection of donuts before they run out of their most popular. If you’re looking for something small and quiet that different then your typical Dunkin’ Donuts, donut shop and others, I highly recommend this place.

Been to this donut shop 3 times now. The first two times were great, but this morning on my third trip they looked kinda bad. The old fashioned donuts looked melted, but the rest didnt look bad. When I got home and my wife and i ate one each they were not good. It kinda seemed like they weren't cooked long enough. Will hopefully give another chance in the future.

DELICOUS!! Read the reviews & decided to stop as we came into Amarillo. Glad we did! Close to closing, so there wasn't a huge selection, but the very nice lady filled my chocolate donut with Bavarian cream, yummy! Right off the highway, so make a stop if you're passing thru.

Not very friendly at all. The employees seem like they are miserable, which made me feel down to be honest.. and like an inconvenience to the lady waiting on me. Also, the place is not very clean inside… Totally wouldve overlooked that if only the service was better. Not a good atmosphere, not friendly, ordinary donuts you can get anywhere. We were excited to try a new place, but sadly wont be back.

For 5 school days I had the pleasure of doing our Donuts with Grown-Ups event at our school. I'll say I did not now what to expect and was freaking out a little (lot) mentally. :) I contacted Benjamin's Donut & Bakery and they were so easy to work with! In those 5 days they provided 130 dozen donuts for our event! They were very professional, beyond kind, and greatful to have been able to help us with our event. Also, their donuts are delicious andthey were a huge hit withnour students, parents, and staff! You should definitely go check them out!

I saw them making smoothies, I just didn't like how she was putting her hand on top of a cup full of ice hands touching the ice. I mean she's doing a lot which could make her hands dirty.. but that's what I saw..

These donuts are really close to the ones I had in baton rouge,la but still not exact , best inhave found in Amarillo , surprise they had boudin rolls which is a south Louisiana delicency! But all in all they are the best in town and I have tried 7 donuts shops and this is the best by far! PS ask for the chocolate glaze donuts! Other wise they do not glaze their chocolate donutes!

Great place, staff is super friendly. Not a big fan of their egg kolaches but their regular sausage ones are very good. I love their donuts as well. I tried Kolaches from Benjamin’s the other day and was bummed I didn’t drive the extra couple miles to get to Rise and Shine but now I know better. I don’t know how people go to Donut Stop when this place exists.

Let me say 1st, family and I love Nothing Bundt Cake. Last time I was in, the lady at the counter said I do not have to pre order a carrot cake, because they have them ready to go at all time. I went to pick up a carrot cake for my wife's birthday and they did not have any. I was heading to church and and then going home to cook the food and don't have time to stop again. With the economy the way it is, I will not be buying anything from Nothing Bundt Cake again. Staff needs to be educated with their service. Thank you for listening.

You are selling CUPCAKES and NOT Burgers why you do not have FREE FORKS for your cupcakes? It’s UNFAIR we need to buy your forks, what do you expect us use our fingers digging the cupcakes inside the container? I bought a dozen yesterday to enjoy them with my kids in the park, I have to drive around to find a disposable forks because you don’t have them and you are selling it for like $1.99 so I have to buy 12 pieces? Your cupcakes are already expensive JUST GIVE FREE DISPOSABLE FORKS! Also, put the SEAL in the right place, put it in the opening NOT where the lid is connected. So that it will show when someone else open them, see the pictures: AGAIN YOUR CUPCAKES COST $4 ALREADY PROVIDE FREE DISPOSABLE FORKS! It’s like selling a soda in a cup without giving a straw! I called and asked for a Unicorn Cake that I needed 2 days later … we discussed a few details and what they created in a short timeframe, with minimal instruction (and no “kit”) was far beyond what I expected! I don't usually write reviews but my sister's birthday was recent and I wanted to make it very special for her. I came here and the twins that helped me were so nice from the start! The request that I made was so easy to get and the cake was beautiful! Really really love how they make the buttercream.. Was outstandingly good! I would definitely recommend this place! The prices are cheap in my opinion! I wish I could post a picture of it here.. I will be back coming back!

I have had good experiences with Ms Piggys for cakes. But twice I have dropped by to buy their 2 pack of brownies. The first time they were dry. So today I specifically asked if they were made today. I was told yes. But they were very dry and the icing was hard. Disappointed, the brownies used to be so good & moist.

Ordered a birthday cake for my 5 year old grandson. When he saw it he was so excited. It was exactly what he wanted. I also heard several guests say it was the best cake they had ever had! Thank you so much!

Bought some pinwheels for lunch and ended up with a sharp piece of plastic in the middle of one. Called up there and the manager was like..... ok? Then finally said I can bring everything back up there and it can be addressed. Great.

So pissed off. I bought 2 liquid formula boxes. One I used a coupon and 1 bought with my card. When I got home I realized they some me a taped up box. I can't and won't use compromise baby products especially since I have a preemie. Walmart would NOT return my funds for the open box. I had my receipt went on the same da I purchased and they wanted to tender a gift card instead of a refund. That's total BS and you've lost my business

The staff is kind and knowledgeable, always seem ready to help and times they didn't know something they found out for me. Front end staff is always friendly and makes the self checkout experience much less painful than it would be otherwise and sometimes they have a full service register open. A problem, however, lies in cleanliness. On the surface many things are square and appear clean, but just below, brewing with possible listeria, staphylococcus, or salmonella typhus... I know. Tried talking to management. No result. Tried talking to the EcoLabs inspector hoping he could pressure the management to take action... Was moved around and even so far as disciplined for trying to talk to the inspector... So maybe we let the customers decide. I hope for a day when these images document only the past tense. For now at the time of this writing, this is what is under your deli cuts and cheeses... Imagine what must be underneath other appliances such as in produce or meat! Please mind, the staff seem to want to do something about this health hazard... But management seems all too satisfied alone with keeping labor costs low and managerial bonuses high. Time is not allowed for routine cleaning of fixtures that store our food. I won't be shopping here again soon. Let the pictures do the talking:

Moved here from California, kinda spoiled because we have so many Mexican Bakery. With in a 3 mile radius from are old house, with a wide selection of Pan Dulce. I'm surprised that there's not so many Mexican Bakery here. But I found Sanchez Bakery. People were nice, selection was smaller than what I was use to. But the Pan Dulce was good! I forgot to ask if they sell Tamales and Menudo or Pasole. Well I'll ask on my next trip there.

Omgosh, I was super excited when I located the bakery. The selection of Pan Dulce was amazing, and super fresh!!! Friendly service, super clean, definitely will be back!!!

The people are very nice, unfortunately that's about the extent of it. The bread is pricey for what it is and it feels like day old bread, very stale and crumbly/dry. I guess it's a roll of the dice if you want fresh Mexican sweet bread, I wouldn't mind paying the high price if it was fresh and soft, but most of the bread seems stale and a day or 2 old. I came from California and I know what fresh Mexican bread is, and sadly this place ain't having it. Go and try it if you want, but I wouldn't spend my money here.

This is such a nasty food inviroment! We were driving through Amarillo a few days ago and decided to get sweet bread for the road. It was 9:30 so you'd think they'd have fresh sweets. There was a rack with open baked goods exposed and there were baged day old goods under it. I thought maybe they were getting ready to set it on the closed counter with the rest. It never happened. I went to touch one with tongs, and it was hard and old looking. As we opened the first glass door, three flies flew out 😳. Their staff was so unfriendly. This place looked very dirty and unsanitary! We won't be back!

We went here early in the morning on Father's Day and it was absolutely amazing. The service was the best and the nice man took the time to talk to us and even made sure we liked all of the donuts we got(we just asked for mixed specialty). The quality (they look rich and sweet, but were much less overbearing than suspected) and price of the donuts was just unbeatable. I also tried a croissant sandwhich and it was huge and delicious! We will definitely go back! P.S He gave us a poop donut and told us to be careful to not let the box fall (I failed, it fell) and I'm glad he chose it because it was my dad's first pick and favorite and my niece loved cookie monster!

Donuts are awesome!! Wish the folks working there were a bit more friendly. If you say good morning to the workers.....no reply. Cannot believe they are that unfriendly. Most everyone here in Amarillo are very friendly. Smile people, we love you and your donuts.

If I could give it more stars, I would. Okay, THIS is the top donut spot on my list now! So light and airy, frosting bursting with flavor; the cherry frosted were my favorite. Has a drive thru. Serves fantastic coffee as well. When you pull up to a place and all the parking spots are full, you know you're in the right place!

An excellent independent doughnut shop with unique signature doughnuts, solid standard doughnuts, and great coffee. The owner is super friendly and personable. We showed up late in the day, so a lot of the doughnuts were sold out, but we were able to get a great selection. The yeast doughnuts were light and airy, while the cake doughnuts were fluffy and flavourful; all were delicious! Highly recommended if you're in Amarillo!

This place is a true hidden gem. I tried each of the croissants and a jalapeño kolache. All of them were great. The best one was the ham. The best part is the huge buttery croissant with meat, cheese and egg is only $3.69 The donuts looked great also and they appeared to have a full coffee bar as well.

I really enjoyed the donuts here. I have my usual place i enjoy, but it was so busy all morning that I gave up on them. I came across Grandpa's Donuts 2 and decided to give them a try. The donuts tasted great, were a good price, and they had great customer service. I now have a new favorite.

Quick and friendly donut shop. It's a bit far from me, so it tends to be a second choice. But when I'm in the area I like to stop in. I really like the jalapeno kolaches. Light and fluffy donuts and croissants. Prices are great too.

My neighborhood spot for fresh donuts and pastries. I usually pick up mixed donuts when family comes into town and all the flavors and styles are a hit. I like the red velvet cake donut. However, I actually like to get the jalapeno kolaches and sausage, egg, and cheese croissant here. Service is always friendly and accommodating. It's a joy to stop here whether going in or using the drive thru. Got Donuts? is a must try for me.

Stopped by a travel trailer in Pikeville Kentucky called Got Donuts. Mini donuts. No prices anywhere. You can choose from several flavors. I choose Maple, they put whipped cream in the middle. The price ? $16.35

Ordered a birthday cake and was asked to pay in advance. The chocolate cake ordered was for a 4 yr old. When we went to pick it up, we found it to be a chilled torte with glazed fruit, white whipped icing dripping with chocolate. Would have been a great dessert cake for adults but NOT a birthday cake. Picture below. There was no place for candles and barely enough room for ‘happy birthday’. Will call the establishment tomorrow to voice my disappointment. I’ll follow up with the result.

I needed a birthday cake... last minute! So, I visited Delia's Cake Creations! When I walked in her store, she greeted me with a smile! She was able to customize my cake while I waited in the store! The cake was not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious! The cake was definitely a hit a my work place! Delia's Cake Creations never disappoints!

Sometimes we've gotten 3 levhes cakes that were amazing! & other times they're are super dry. It's never consistent unfortunately. I'm thinking sometimes you get a fresh cake and sometimes you get a cake that was made days ago because for a 3 leched to be dry is literally the opposite of what it should be so the Mike's have probably dried in days. I wish they're were always consistent because when they're good they're delicious.

I ordered a graduation cake for my daughters grad party. I was able to share photos of the cake I wanted. Delia not only made the perfect cake design, but the cake tasted incredible!!!! I will use them for every special occasion!

Expensive and not very friendly they charge you by your appearance if they like you or not that's what I have experienced with them in the past they always ask for you to come in even though you show them the cake and tell them everything how you want it. I wanted to order a simple cake white flavor half sheet and I still had to bring the design or she was going to charge me more if she had to get the decorations, I thought that was the bakeries job. The other bakeries have pictures with decorations just like she does but the difference is they don't tell you to bring your own decorations or it will cost you more.

Today was are first n last time in Delia's cake creations. We went in to buy a few cakes, and the girl in front with glasses on was so rude. She was trying to rush us out the door. I could understand if they were busy, but we were the only customers at the time. We wanted to try their cakes so we could pre-order for a upcoming event for our company, glad we know now to look somewhere else. Reply Well sorry for the inconvenience. I’d there was a rating of zero, I’d give it that. I ordered a candy bouquet on their website to be delivered on 12/29/21 for a birthday. Here it is 1/1/22 and still no sign of delivery. They sure were quick to take the money. If this is how they conduct all their business, they shouldn’t be open. Oh yes, tried calling but no one answers the phone and I left a voicemail. Still no call back. I also left a message through Facebook, still no response. To say I’m disappointed in their service would be a great understatement

I called few days before Mother’s Day and the lady that I talked to was very polite but I am very disappointed with the flower arrangements. She said she will make me a pretty mixed flowers but unfortunately it was few sunflower and green leaves. Wow! I came to Amarillo to marry my husband. I wanted to carry a simple bouquet for my wedding, a lotus flower. They told me I didn't give them enough notice (5 days) to get a lotus flower. So I settled for a pink rose wedding bouquet ($75.). I went to pick it up the day of my wedding & it was no where to be found. I pre-paid cash. She wanted me to wait (on my wedding day) for her to make it. I just didn't have time to squeeze in anything else, so I asked for my money back. There wasn't enough money in the cash register to return my cash ($75. + tax), so I had to come back after 3pm to get my money back. Can you imagine going through all of this on your wedding day? You could not pay me to go to this " flower shop" again. Extremely unprofessional, very unorganized, unkempt and dirty store. Plus obviously they need someone who is going to be responsible for managing the place.

They have a nice variety of pastries and breads. Try the cream cheese danish! They also have lunch items- sandwiches and salads. The employees (I assume the owners) could stand to be friendlier- they both acted like they had better things to do. But otherwise I love this place!

The owner is very business like which I don't mind - I'm pretty sure it's just her and her husband and I know (coming from a family with bakers) managing a bakery takes a lot of time, effort, and money. It's not a very profitable trade at all so I'm thankful they put forth so much work to bless us with such awesome and authentic French baked goods. ☺️💞

Love this place. The pastries are delicious, the lunches are wonderful and I always leave happy. If you're going for lunch make sure you get there before 1:30 when they stop serving. And it is cash only so bring cash, not cards. Whatever you get, it's worth every penny.

Poor customer service from lady at the counter with white hair. I asked about the bread at the counter as I have never been to the bakery, and I am unfamiliar with the type of bread sold there. Her response was very vague and rude. The selection was very limited for both the bread at the counter and the menu to dine in. The decor was a hole in the wall type of atmosphere, walls were dirty and matched the customer service given. Sandwiches are overpriced and are limited to toppings only they choose to put on it. You could get better sandwiches for less money elsewhere. If you are unfamiliar with the type of good here, I suggest you don't ask as they seem to only show love to their established patrons.

This has to be the worst donuts I have ever had in my life. They were so overcooked they were CRISPY/CRUNCHY. There is clearly no quality check or the employees don't care whatsoever. Even by looking at it you can tell how overdone they are. So if they happened to accidentally miss the time to pull them out, they could clearly see that and should have tossed them. Instead, they put them out to sell. 3 out of the 4 donuts we got (all different ones) were like this. I have no idea if this was just a bad day but this was baaad.

Asked for three certain flavors and do 2 dozen of them, the lady looked at me as if I was dumb decided to give me what she wanted to and proceeded to act like she didn’t care what I wanted. I paid thirty dollars for something I didn’t want and for something that was to be a surprise for my daycare kids. I did those specifically for them and the donut stop ladies just didn’t care what I wanted, I did go ahead and purchase them because I didn’t want to cause issues and waste my time being there, my kids at the daycare were super happy and excited anyway to have gotten a surprise. But my point is have better service and hospitality and listen to your customers especially when they are being polite to you.

This was my favorite donut place growing up. I would often stop by the drive-thru on my way to school or on Sunday mornings to pick up a quick dozen. It was the model of efficiency with delicious and affordable donuts and kind staff. But then they sold. Now the donuts have more than doubled in price - from 60¢ per donut to a minimum of $1.50 PER DONUT and a lot of them don't taste the same - they even got rid of some of our favorites. They are often sold out, even by 8am, their drive thru system often has you sitting there unnoticed until you get out of your car and knock on the window, and they're closed on Sundays. I used to be able to get my favorite donuts in the world for under $8/dozen - donuts our friends who moved to central Texas would make an 8 hour overnight drive for. Now I can get 4 mediocre donuts for $10 while dealing with unfriendly staff. It's just not worth it, and those friends certainly aren't making that drive for nostalgic donuts anymore because they no longer exist. I haven't found a replacement for the old Donut Stop yet, but Benjamin Donuts on Western seems a likely candidate, and Sanchez Panadería is always a go-to for a bag of treats for cheap. I would like to add that a lot of the negative reviews here seem to say that the staff is unprofessional or unfriendly because the reviewer couldn't understand them, were a different ethnicity, or expected to be treated like a god. Yes, most of the staff here are latinas and have an accent, but that's a non-issue. If that bothers you, that's a you problem. And if you expect to be treated like royalty, that's just unrealistic and unkind. But, I will say that most of my interactions with the staff since they sold have been unpleasant like they just don't want to deal with customers (as an ex-customer service person, I get it, but every time is a bit much) - maybe they're just not getting paid enough. But if they're constantly selling out and doubling the price of the donuts, then they should be making plenty.

Met some friends from out of town at the donut stop on Georgia today Nov 16 at approximately 10:30-11:30am. We bought coffees and donuts and sat in the dining room. There was a young woman working that stared at us the whole time (not exaggerating) and wanted to clean up where we were sitting. She was NOT subtle at all. We ended up leaving because of the unwelcome atmosphere. The donut was meh.

The employee was soo nice. She prepared my Machiatto to perfection and worked really quickly.

I asked to speak to the manager, which they had none on site. The way they have the glass doors set up, my daughter who is 6, walked right into the glass window and busted her lip. The least they could do is have a decal of some sort, it is definitely tricky to see a door on the other side of a glass window.

The donuts are delicious and the coffee is great. They also have healthy choices.

1 star is just for the service cashier. I ordered my food at 7am Bacon Egg No cheese on everything bagel, sausage egg wrap, hash brown & a hot coffee. The service was good but the bagel was soo hard, the sausage with stinky & the hash was little burned. How come the bagel can be hard if they make fresh everyday. My order was $12.08 but it wasn’t worth it. Next time I’ll definitely check my food before I leave this place.

Because the kid inside was going to try to keep a $10 tip instead of giving my change back but he still managed to keep $0.14 of my change just be very careful with them. I couldn't complain because the kid that was giving me my money back was also the manager

The people where very nice and patient. The food is amazing but I wish there coffee stayed with the flavor or kept its flavor more. We got a strawberry coffee and the flavor disappeared and it seemed as if there was no sugar at all.

The cookies are soft, and perfectly cooked. In order from best to least: Strawberry Crinkle Birthday Cake Cookies and Creme Domino Chocolate chip (cause it tasted like oatmeal, cinnamon) All these cookies and no milk. Missed opportunity.

i accidentally placed a pickup at 4:40 (i thought i had it set for 3:40). i had to be at work 10 minutes away at 4. when i attempted to pick up at 3:40 and realized my mistake the staff rushed to complete my order and i made it to work 2 minutes early. i’m not sure who the young man was working at that time on 9/25 but he deserves a raise. i was very satisfied with the service and the product!

I was going to make an order online and couldn't find what I needed. So I call directly to them and the young lady that answered the phone was so helpful. I told her what I needed (first communion with a cross) and she knew exactly what I was looking for. When pick up they went over my expectations we love it. Thank you so much. 💓

It is wired about having to show your I'D for such a small purchase. The cookies are consistanly good. I don't like giving my phone number verbally in front of other customers. I feel like no one needs my phone number. They say it so they can send you texted coupons but I have yet to get a coupon.

We love ordering cookie cakes from here. They're always delicious and made fresh on time! Perfect for a party with minimal utensils and plates. Can literally use napkins to serve this and no need for forks. Yum yum!

The ice cream is good however, what is wrong with the staff? When asked why all of the chairs are on the tables, the woman with all of the piercings in her face replies that she would prefer that nobody uses the dining area but she won’t judge us if we do. It’s also a little weird that the door to the outside dining area has a sign on it saying that it’s out of order. What is going on there and yes, I put chairs down for my family to sit on. I do not care if you judge me.

This is my second and LAST time ordering through Uber Eats! I ordered prepacked quarts both times. This time, I ordered 4 Mint Chocolate Chip and this is what I received. I will not order from here again.

15 minutes before close, sign o door says lobby closed drive through open. Clerk greets and asks what can she do for us. We order 1 medium vanilla milkshake, nothing complicated. She says, "I can't make a milkshake this close to my closing time.' No wonder the pkg lot is always empty. Guess what, Sonic made it for me so solves the problem of where to go next time.

Tried calling the store for several times. All in all I spent over 10 minutes calling them so I wouldn’t waste gas. Wound up having my time wasted instead. You should probably train your staff that if the phone is ringing constantly to answer the line. You left me frustrated and lost a customer for life. My time is valuable to me, and clearly it is not valuable to you. Minor update: Got frustrated enough to where I kept calling until I got a response. Wound up hearing nothing by the *brrrr*. You would think after hearing the phone ring for 20 minutes you would answer. Great customer service. You deserve to go out of business if this is how things are ran. I will continue to call until close. It’s now only 8:02 as of this update. I will update at 9. Let’s see how awful your customer service really is. Second Update: Drove to the store and asked directly if they answer the phone. Your staff member rudely told me that the phone does not wring on their end. If that’s the case you need to remove your number off of your posting. Either way I doubt that to be the case at all. I know how phone service operates as I set that up for a living. They either have the volume turned down entirely or leave the phone off of the receiver. I will be reporting your business post to Google as it violates the terms and conditions that you signed with them. Have a good day. Glad I only tried calling until 8:15.

‪My first ‬Doordash purchase near the beginning of the pandemic was an ice cream surprise for my family. I order 5 ice creams with cones and I assumed the ice creams would be delivered in cups and cones on the side, but I assumed wrong.‬ The driver came with ice cream dripping down his hands and apologized, stating this how it was handed to him. He said he would cancel the order and again first doordash purchase because apparently it does not go that way. I contacted doordash customer service and I couldn’t get anything. So I contacted ‬Baskin Robbins but they never answered the phone. So I just took the $25 loss, I figured everyone was trying to figure this out. Oh and the delivery was supposed to be contactless FYI. I just gave the driver napkins and declined the ice cream.‬ Yesterday I went to Baskin Robbins & checked the closing time 10pm and grabbed my mom and headed across town. Unfortunately I arrived at 9:10pm & it was closed. No closure signage or anything. And I wasn’t the only customer thinking it was open. I am just disappointed in the lack of customer service. First I lost my money & now my time.

My son and I went to try this establishment for the first time there’s a random unclear note on door says lobby closed use drive through only I went to open door to ask if flavors for baskin robins was on drive through menu and the lady with short dark hair screamed at me across the lobby and some man I think the manager yelled at me at the door telling me I had to go around to drive through well guess what Braum’s was welcoming and polite and that’s solves my issue of ever wanting to try basking robins again I never will go back. Almost think they close the lobby so they don’t have to work or clean tables which is crappy I wanted to sit down and eat with my son I would not recommend this place to anyone not ever I don’t respect poor service and ugly behavior towards customers

I always visit this place when I go to the mall, I love it so much. The pretzels are always fresh and delicious! The staff is very nice, especially bishop who took my order! Bishop was very helpful and friendly, as he recommended me various things !

The staff is always so nice and all the pretzels are perfect for a quick sweet and salty snack. I LOVE the regular pretzel nuggets with cream cheese!

Keyauna at Auntie Anne's has handled my order on multiple occasions. She's got an amazing smile, great personality and always has the best recommendations. Personally my favorite are the cinnamon bites and lemonade!

When we go to the mall we always make a stop for the cinnamon pretzels. The staff is always super friendly as well.

The food came out fine but the customer service was terrible. It made me feel like I was unwanted there. I believe this was a very bad first impression and I don’t think I will return.
