A lovely speak easy in the heart of Frankfurt. Small and intimate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was amazing. Low light, chill hip hop and R&B music, their decor was pretty cool, all seating were high bar table height but the stools were actually comfortable. The music was loud but surprisingly not too loud. We were actually able to have conversations there. The host/waiter was so nice and helpful. The drinks were amazing. We had four drinks between us, olives and bread with dip. Make sure you get reservations before hand.

Great experience and great cocktails! 4 minutes walking from the FlixBus stop, opened until late (I had to wait for my late connection), it’s definitely a nice stop-to-have! PS: you might miss the entrance - when you get to the Nestle building on the main road, just cross the stress and go into the smaller street which seems to host only office buildings…it’s a small door over there !

Went there on Thursday night. Place is amazing with great selection of cocktails. People who were working were welcoming and nice. They also have bar snacks which are amazing to pair with drinks. Definitely a place to go and check their Menu. Will be back for sure. Thank you for a great evening.

Cool bar, but I only can imagine it's better atmosphere with more people inside, not that busy on a Thursday night. Great service, I had a fusion Negroni which the bartender recommended, no campari but a more bitter version of it.

This bar is truly a gem in Frankfurt. I've already visited twice in two weeks. The mixologists are very knowledgeable and make some incredible cocktails. We tried almost every cocktail on the current menu. I was very happy to see they offered Fortaleza tequila! I highly recommend Hunky Dory if you're looking for a great time and even better cocktails. Lovely atmosphere and the phones on the wall are used to put your drink and food order! A++++

Everyone’s smoking inside and you get ripped off by paying €14 for worthless cocktails which were made within 20 seconds. I don’t know what happened to the vibe you see on the photos here, but it’s nothing like that. Atleast, not last night. I think it’s fine if you’re looking for good (deep house) music and don’t care about people smoking. Despite the music, we left after 30 minutes.

I have been here a couple of times, but after the last racist incident, I would no longer consider it a good place. We arrived as a group of four internationals. About 10 minutes later, four German women arrived. The waiter (or service staff, whatever his role was) told us that the place was quite full that night, which I completely understood. However, after they arrived, the German women asked us if we were waiting. Despite this, the waiter told us that they had been waiting for 30 minutes, which was clearly not true. When I pointed this out, he responded by saying that if I continued questioning him, I would be banned and should „go back to wherever I came from“.

To anyone looking at the photos of beautiful cocktail creations - beware! Came on a Wednesday night with some friends; no menu available so we ordered classic cocktails (margarita, old fashioned with rye) but the bar didn't have the ingredients. Instead of asking us for another order, they brought us something *like* what we ordered. I ended up sending my drink back because I didn't like it, and all I asked for was a glass of water. They brought me water and a glass of bubbles which I thought was a kind gesture. However, they of course charged me for the wine, and I wouldn't have accepted had I known they were going to charge me for a drink I didn't order. From the moment we arrived the music was far too loud despite being the bar being fairly empty. There's no room to dance really, so the volume of the music didn't make much sense. It's very smoky inside which is also a drawback. Four or five staff behind the bar, most of them smoking while looking bored. My friends had been fans of this bar for years, and they all agree it was a shadow of its former self. Disappointing, as the reviews and photos here paint such a different picture to the reality. I give two stars because the pricing seems reasonable by Frankfurt cocktail bar standards, the toilets were clean, and the staff were friendly when you could get their attention.

The company reserved the space for the Christmas party. The bar keepers were nice and knew what they were doing, but the selection for rum or vodka was really not so good. The dj was invited by the company so can't judge that here. The space is quite tiny but still sufficient. The food was good. The waiters were amazing.

Please return to the way the Parlour used to be! They used to have the best drinks and it was worth the price. Now they have the most basic cocktails for 14€ each. Our Basil Smash didn't even have alcohol in it but we felt too uncomfortable to say anything. The entire bar was empty at 11pm on a Saturday night.

This place lost its way. It used to be an amazing cocktail bar but now it just sells over priced beer and long drinks.

Reviews was great in website but the actual experience rather disappointed. Cocktails selection is limited and nothing to shout about their cocktail. No body to the cocktail, No Bouquet, No Taste. Only saviour is the presentation and knowledgeable staff😐

The jazz was fantastic and the Margarita the best ever (incredible, smoky mezcal/tequila flavor and perfect spiciness - the other drinks looked equally good). I‘d say the combination of outstanding music, sublime cocktails and, by the way, super-friendly service makes for a world-class venue worthy of its history! One word about the all-digital ordering system - it definitely has a range of benefits and I highly appreciate the digital-first approach to payment. I think it would be nice, though, to have some physical cocktail menus in addition to the digital ones. Maybe a thing to consider.

The legendary Jazzkeller did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and great musicians. Looking forward to future performances. I would suggest arriving early if you want to secure a nice table.

I simply love the Jazzkellar. My wife and I visit as often as we are able. The husband and wife management team and staff are a phenomenal folks who make every visit special and are dedicated to keeping live jazz music alive. It's easy to feel their love for preserving this last great art form for all of us to enjoy. Aside from the music you'll enjoy some of the most exceptional cocktails ever prepared (no hyperbole!). The bar staff are artisans and there are no wrong choices - ever! I love it here and always recommend to friends. Very highly recommended!

This was a cool little underground experience into the Frankfurt nightlife. This place has been around for over 70 years, and there are many upgrades to include an air-conditioned room, an up to date bar for cocktails. This evenings jazz ensemble was amazing. 5 stars all around. Staff and drinks were amazing. Pictures include a panoramic view of the room and pictures of drinks.

Super friendly staff, very creative and some unique cocktails, and drinks. This is quite a small place so you'll not always be able to find a place to sit and other than their smoking room at the back I didn't see anybody standing, which would make it a little place due to the atmosphere. It's a charming little unassuming place that's worth a visit, sadly quite out of the way and on a residential street with close to zero parking. Best bet park on the main street and walk a couple of blocks to get here.

Nice, classic and elegant atmosphere. Service was good and fest. Prices are fair (~ 15€). Cocktails are very tasty and beautiful. Nice place for a date. ;) I recommend to make a reservation before going, after 9pm the place start to get very full.

Well, what to say about this gem? Great ambience, good cocktails, interesting people, easy music, fair prices. A fantastic place to have a good conversation over some mix of alcohol. They do not serve any food, so don't come hungry. The entrance is a bit hidden and makes part of its charm.

I was at Kamrad's concert! Everything was nice and bright, only it was too loud! The place is quite small and tight. And garderobe was quite expensive: 2 euro for a coat.

I do not recommend to attend any event there. I was there in Opeth concert .... It was totally unpleasant... no place no air with a huge amount of people... I see now my favourite Band Katatonia having a show in December... But no way to do the same mistake again...

At the time of my concert for Orbit Culture in Batschkapp it was totally overbooked. You couldn't move or breath because there was no space left with the overwhelming amount of people. I would not recommend to attend an event there.

I’ve been to the Batschkapp many times over the years and have always enjoyed it. The previous venue was very cool but they had to move and are now in a larger building with more outside space. Other than that, not much has changed. It’s got an old school industrial vibe and is a great place to go to a concert. I was recently there for the Pretenders and, even though the concert was sold out and we arrived late, there was still plenty of space to stand at the back AND see the stage. Drink prices are absolutely ok for Frankfurt. Street parking and public transport available. Staff friendly. Acoustics good.

Nice concert place. You can buy your drink at the place. 4.5 Euro for a 50cl beer. It is forbidden to bring your drink inside. There is a security check. Outside there are some street food options. Easy to reach using U-bahn.

We were staying in the hotel so we decided to check out the 22nd bar/lounge. We came right when it opened. The bar is located next to the hotels front desk so we asked the front desk if we needed a reservation which they said no. So when we asked to be seated the host asked if we had a reservation, which we didn’t. We stated that the front desk said we didn’t need one and the host smirked and made a sly comment about it being a Friday night…just to seat us anyway (there were no one there). The food menu was simply bar food, which is fine but they pretty much only had chips left. No olives or anything else. The house cocktails were very minimal but you could ask the bartender to make whatever you want. The view and atmosphere was nice, which is probably why the bar gets such a high rating. The drinks were fine, average.

Without booking expensive cocktails bar. Expect long minutes of wait at the entrance before being taken to your table that you can’t even choose. If you don’t like it, waiters will make you understand that other customers would take it anyway View can be pretty amazing if you’re located near the windows. Cocktails are nice but double the price. Music very loud, hard to keep a conversation. Ok for a drink, not for an evening.

Expectations and reality didn’t quite match. I didn’t like the view from our table. The service was okay, but I wouldn’t call it great. However, the cocktails were tasty.

So the atmosphere is really nice. It feels like quiet the classy bar. The staff is also very friendly, on time and tries to make you feel very welcome. My biggest point of criticism is, that the signature cocktail are not as special, as the prices suggest. We had the lady in red and the old fashioned Variation and they were decent, but not amazing. With the lady in red, the fruitiness of the juices overpowers any taste of the alcohol. And the old fashioned, the mixture of coconut and chocolate bitters was interesting, but missed a component to tie it together for me. Maybe a small piece of dark chocolate with it would round it off a bit more.

I expected much more from this place. On Friday we waited 10 minutes at the entrance, then 20 minutes in the waiting room, then we were transferred to the bar area, where we just stood by some very small wooden table for another 20 minutes until we left. And the whole time you're standing and waiting to get a normal table. I had heels, and it was a disaster to stand for that long. Prices are high. “Sex in the city” 🍸 for 19€ is too much. There is not really a good view from 22nd floor, and the atmosphere and the place itself aren't high class at all. It's just an average 2 star bar.

Average service for what they call a premium lounge. Views are nice, but it‘s pretty small and honestly at the bathroom you get a better view than in the actual sitting area. Eating? Nope, unfortunately..

Its a little odd place. Its very pretentious while the staff is not up to that level. The atmosphere is a bit strange. They try to have this high class cosmopolitan style.... its like they try to mimic something out of a movie, but did not succeed. You are only allowed to order Cocktails and Mocktails. I personally did not want to drink anything with alcohol or anything artificial, so i asked if they could just give me orange juice.. They refused. They used orange juice in the cocktails, so they did have it. I finally after a lot of talking accepted, when i said i will pay the same as a cocktail... so that was a 13 euro orange juice.... Just because i did not want to drink alcohol or artificial ingredients. The best way to describe the staff is: "Even though a monkey wears a golden ring, it is and always will be an ugly thing". Real high class people dont behave like this staff. They are secure with themselves and will just act human. They dont have to pretend.

We went to Naiv for a company dinner. The fact that the restaurant reserves itself exclusively for special events and private groups is really nice. We felt special there. The atmosphere was also very enjoyable. Food&Drink Quality: We had some really delicious things on this special day. Hummus, pizza, flammkuchen, tacos, and many more. Apart from the hard and tasteless tacos, all the food served was very tasty. Especially the appetizer with mushrooms and the flammkuchen with occasional sweet notes were the highlights of the night. About the drinks, we did a beer and wine tasting. I found this part a bit amateurish. Beer was served after wine, then wine again, followed by beer, then wine, and finally gin and tonic. They should have known that after a wine you don’t get back to beer :)) Nevertheless, the drinks were very tasty. Especially one of the wine served was one of the delicious wine I've ever had. Service: The service was very fast at this private event. The staff were helpful and friendly. In conclusion, our overall experience was very good. Thank you for everything.

Service was great. Good atmosphere. Chicken salad was really good. Brisket sandwich was not tasteful and tasted plain. Little peppers were good. Beer was cold!

I nipped but I cannot drink it pure - vegan tasting: I do not necessarily need egg white in my cocktail

Great selection of craft beers. Not so many on tap (8) but lots more in bottles and cans (150). Very helpfull staff. Food is nice also. Super cozy place for a night out. Very close to Zeil street.

A wide variety of beers to choose from, although I would prefer if more were on tap. There were 8 options on tap and many others either canned or bottled. Nonetheless I love the chill vibe of the whole place, the friendly staff who gave great recommendations and a wide space with lots of seats. Note that they stop serving on the porch after 11pm to avoid disturbing the people living nearby.

Great craft beer bar in Frankfurt for when you're tired of the standard 2 or 3 offerings. Extensive beer selection including bottled and canned beers from around the world plus ~ 7 beers on draft. Nice food offerings which pair well with beer as well as attractive craft cocktails. Recommend the flat bread pizzas!

Excellent collection of craft beers. Cosy and friendly atmosphere. There are about 7 craft beers on tap ranging from 5-8€ for the large ones (0.4l). There are even fine alcohol free pales available (on the pics its Naked and üNN)

Superb quality! Hidden bar, entering via a ringbell at the entrance. The interior is very well designed, that creates a very cozy and relaxed environment for nice conversations. Drinks were all good. Service was exceptional. Very attentive staff!

This bar has a great environment, normally you have to wait to get in but ir worth. The cocktails are just great! They also can suggest you something for you if you are not sure of which one suits better with you. The decoration of the cocktails is really cute. The prices are around 14€ per cocktail.

A friend of mine recommended this bar as it won some awards. But based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend this place because of its NON-PROFESSIONAL nature. You had to ring the bell before you came in, which made me think this should be an excellent niche bar -- now I realized I was 200% wrong. First, no air conditioner, felt like over 30℃ inside. Second, their quality was far from a professional bar. I started with a Gin & Kinly house tonic -- not too bad, but also not refreshing enough, given that I was in a "Sauna room". Every professional bartender should understand the importance of temperature to a cocktail; but I was surprised they didn't do anything to MATCH their insane room temperature. The second drink -- also my last one -- the GUISO, was not balanced at all: too heavy cherry flavor, not enough alcohol suppression (the dilution was not correct). I don't believe any professional bartender can serve this drink to their customers. It went better after 10 min -- obviously now the dilution became a bit correct -- but still I didn't think the recipe was an outstanding one. Perhaps this bar changed after winning awards; perhaps the bartender who made my drink was an unprofessional freshman. But anyway it gave me such a bad experience that I never had before.

I have been to many amazing cocktail bars in many places across the globe. The quality and spirit of service is outstanding here. The conversation and mood superb. The drinks themselves are perfectly made, imaginative and delicious.

The place has got a very good reputation in the city, but, sorry, I don't understand why!? Yes, there is an exciting list of creative cocktails and this is the only positive point. The quality and portion is not really acceptable compared to expensive prices. The volume of alcohol was not satisfying. Ambiance is a disaster; too dark and hot - no air conditioner. Let's not mention the location!

Peculiar little bar in the style of speak easy. Only a black door, no sign of the bar. You have to ring a bell, someone let's you in and brings you down to the basement. You don't get a menu but tell the waiter or waitress what kind of drink you like and they create something for you. Usually very uncommon, mostly good, but if you don't like it they happily make you a new drink for free. Prices are rather high, about 13-14 eur for one cocktail. But that's what you have to pay for the atmosphere and the special creations.

Back here after nearly ten years. Still like that they have their unique character and what they focus on they do really well. The waiter is excellent. The cocktail menu has a great variety and they know their stuff.

Run don’t walk! Such a fabulous hidden gem centrally located right on the river. Edward and his assistant were exceptional! A duo that truly understands the science of mixology and the art of conversation. Amazing ambiance and fabulous drinks. If you’re looking for a quiet nook with speakeasy vibes and proper cocktails, look no further. A very memorable experience at the end of our trip and most definitely a spot worth returning to! The place is totally unique and definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is great, as well as the drinks. What stood out the most is the service. Extremely professional and skilled staff. One tip - do dress up! It is rather fancy.

We tried to visit Rote Bar and it was honestly frustrating. The entrance is very hard to find, and you have to ring a bell to get in. We waited for a long time outside, and when someone finally opened the door — a man in a suit — he didn’t let us in, even though he immediately allowed the two women behind us to enter. It felt unfair and unprofessional. Definitely not a pleasant experience, and we won’t be coming back.

Simply the best. The owner (mixologist) is probably one of the finest of his craft. The playlist and the songs selection are truly to be experienced. Probably made a lasting memory in an otherwise forgettable city.

We had a great time at O'Reilly's. The people were amazing. We booked the table online. We went there to watch the soccer match. The people were so kind to take to change our tables to a room where we can watch the match. The drinks were amazing. And the was good too. The pub had a great vibe. Go there for good times. Loved it.

The food was authentic, but the service was sub par. We waited quite a while to get any service. Finally a man showed up and took our drink and food order. After our food arrived a female came by and said we needed to pay because her shift was over. She had never been to our table so thought it was funny she wanted us to pay her out. We were also never asked if we needed more to drink or anything.

We had gone for dinner, The black Asian/indian girl made us get up from dinner table saying sit at the bar… Ahmet gave us another table for dinner and told us that she does not like Indians… that’s a grave insult by restaurant owners… if you get Ahmet, Kavya or Ella you are lucky… atmosphere was electric… bit dirty… but good location, good vibes, good beer, bad food for vegetarians… almost nothing…

My Irish boyfriend is craving for Irish Breakfast so went we tried O'Reilly's. The food was amaaaaziiing! I have eaten to other Irish Pubs and this is the best so far! Best buffalo wings, bbq ribs, and make to sure to get extra sausages! Gerard made sure we have the best experience and attented to us perfectly! He is very welcoming and the service is superb, I'm confused if I am still in Germany 😂 The vibe was also super fun! The people are just full of laughter and enjoying the moment. We will be baaaack

A very nice and clean Irish pub with a wide selection of drinks and dishes. Inside is pleasant and airy, with decent service. However, the area in front is chaotic and feels unsafe both day and night, which makes the overall experience less enjoyable.

Had the Schnitzel with green sauce and potato salad. Was good. It was during the day I visited while waiting for a bus so it wasn't that busy.

We went to Frankfurt for a football game. We were lucky to be staying close to O'Reilly's Irish Bar. The food was excellent, especially the Guinness Stew. Every one of the staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive and actually appeared to enjoy working there. Hospitality at its best. Thanks to all who ensured that we had a fabulous 3 days, especially Conor and Adrian.

Loved it. The receptionist was very friendly and funny despite it being a very busy evening. We waited for 15 mins since we didn't have reservations, but this was easily bridged with a short walk along the bank of the river. The waiter was equally friendly and helpful, despite being busy. He immediately helped a friend's dog with some water. The food - tuna, roast beef, etc - was excellent. So was the coffee. We loved the outdoor summer night along the river. Wonderful. PS: Parking was challenging. Our friend finally found a spot in the garage of a nearby hotel.

Atmosphere is great! Right next to the river, with a great view. Food is good, however I got a few fish bones, which always ruins the experience. The service has lots to improve, it is friendly, but extremely slow.

We didn’t have a reservation but we got a seat after few minutes. The service was fast even dough the restaurant was full. We ordered the daily special one with chicken and the other with octopus. Both were really good and nicely presented. The prices are a bit high especially of the drinks. Unfortunately the terrace was not open today no idea why and many people were waiting to be seated.

I recently visited a restaurant for brunch and was quite impressed with the overall quality. The dishes were very good and tasty, especially considering the reasonable prices. However, I found the scrambled eggs to be a bit too heavy on the fatty bacon, which slightly overshadowed the dish. Despite this, the brunch experience was delightful and I would recommend it for its value and flavor.

Went here for a work dinner. Was great. First of all, amazing location next to EZB and in the stunning Osthafenpark. Service and food were great. I had the steak. During sunny days also perfect since they have a terrace and rooftop. Would definitely go again!!

Incredible experience. The in depth explanations of the head chef are one of a kind. Perfectly catering to English speaking guests. Should easily deserve 2 or 3 Michelin stars instead of the 1 they currently have.

The place is small, kind of cosy but there is really not much space inside, especially in the staircase. The service is great and the waiters were very much attending. The food is overall good and we appreciated the concept of using regional and seasonal ingredients, but there were two major problems leading to this average rating : 1. The food, but especially the broths were simply too salty We are used to go to Michelin-starred restaurant, and we never had such salty food. 2. The wine pairing has to be rethought totally You are serving about 10 dishes and for every dish, 1 glass of wine. This is far too much. At least show the menu that will be served and the wines that will accompany them before to start, so everyone knows what they will get and if they want to skip a glass or two. Also please note that the prices for the menus and the wine pairing were not informed at the beginning of the dinner. For transparency, you should disclose information before dinner starts.

Excellent food and dining experience, unfortunately they somehow contaminated the dessert course with tree nuts. I have a tree nut allergy and we let them know prior to the meal. I understand that things happen, but I started having a reaction and they treated my allergic reaction as though it couldn't have been caused by the kitchen...... Anyway, we enjoyed the dining experience but for 450 euros, I was not impressed by how they dealt with the situation.

The most intense, flavorful and extraordinary food you can get. Everything is vegan and locally sourced, most of the ingredients are grown in their own meadow. (Many of the guests are not vegan, but they are in search for something outstanding.) There is a single seasonal menu with 7 courses and 2 pre-courses. The chef is a genius -- "plant-based alchemy" may be an apt term for his art, extracting aromas out of trees and flowers, making gels, foams, combining the ancient with the modern in techniques and flavors. Two tips: take the alcohol-free drinks with the menu because you'll never find anything like these unique creations anywhere else (the staff will, on request, happily give you small tasting portions of the wine menu if you have FOMO); and dare to get in contact with the other guests of the small group you're dining with 😁 you may find extraordinary connections.

One word: perfection!! We've been there on a Saturday in August. From the very beginning, being greeted with a superb Apéro at the bar, getting to know our host of the evening and a first introduction to the small bunch of other guests, over all those insanely well thought-out and precisely crafted courses, paired with fitting wines (only tasted on sip each) or alcohol-free but no less flavourful alternatives, to chef Ricky's (+ team) warm but professional way of guiding us through this exceptional experience.. thanks you all, and we'll be back.

We had a fantastic, wonderful culinary evening yesterday. We haven't experienced vegan food like this before. It is a new level. We are grateful for the experience and are eager to come back. We were exceptionally pampered, fully informed and sustainably inspired at Seven Swans.

Good place, visually, and that's the only good part. Wine was somewhat cheap, sold at a very high cost. 35€+ is the cost of a bottle. No card payment. Not even a smile for this cost!

Arrived a two minutes late after calling that I might be 10 minutes late just in case. Standing in line to receive our table the grumpy older lady gave it away to the couple in front of us. Gives the impression that reserving a table has zero effect due to long waiting lines. Then we spent 20 euros for a tapas as we waited an hour for which is nothing more than a few blocks of cheese and some olives and dressing. Stay away if you want more than just drinking wine in a very nice location, as it’s the only really good aspect to this place.

Its a cosy, nice place but the stuff is extremely rude, especially the older lady. She was pouring the wine like she was doing us a big favor. I asked about the WC and she just pointed me to the direction 😑. She should not be working there if it is so unpleasant for her. On top, you can pay only cash and the wine is very bad and expensive for its cheep quality. Definately not recommending it.

Bockenheimer Weinkontor is a beautiful cozy place, the decoration is unique, all kind of people. There is a great wine's collection and the best Flammkuchen in Frankfurt in my opinion. The waitresses are a bit serious but efficient and they only accept cash. Book a table in case you want to seat outside.

Venue and crowd are nice. Staff friendly and efficient. Prices ok. We tried several German white and Italian red wines by the glas. Honestly, the quality was a bit soso. Even in Frankfurt there a wine bars that offer better quality for similar or just slightly higher prices. However, we noticed that many ppl bought wine by the bottle. Maybe there are better options. We’ll try next time when we are in the area.

We got the Ochio D‘oro 4 courses experience- it tasted good, nothing too exceptional; i would put maybe 1 more star for the food if it was a normal average-priced restaurant but if you pay €100+ per person lets say it becomes a bit dissapointing and mediocer. Service was very good on the waiters side but what annoyed us was that we really had to wait 30-40 minutes between each course, which is really a long time! We arrived at 8 and we had to leave at 11 without having the dessert included on the menu, to not miss our train. They discounted the price of two wine glasses to make up for the never arriving dessert. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I put 4 stars only because the tables are so close together and it gets a bit too loud.

Perfect for dinner, great views over the Frankfurt Skyline.Great food, amazing service , great ambience. The staff were amazing we were able to secure a window seat last minute. Recommend the Wagyu steak. Do reservations beforehand as it is a lovely place.

We came here for good food with comfy atmosphere. However to me the distance between tables was too narrow, a loud neighbor could bring some noise. Indoor seats provided only limited city view. Food was made nicely but for the price there are better restaurants.

What can I say that already hasn't been said about Occhio? Great atmosphere, great service and food. Made a reservation for dinner service. Everything was delicious. Started off with the carpaccio and their bread and olive oil. Both meats were great. Finished off with a nice lemon dessert. Definitely recommend for a date night and group gathering. Visited this place to celebrate a special occasion and we were so happy to be seated in the terrace area! The View and Frankfurt skyline was all so beautiful! The cocktails and red/rosé wine was all very good and presented very nicely! In main course we ordered parmigiana and Ossobuco both of which was delicious and tasted really really good! All in all pleasant experience for a nice occasion!! I would highly recommend this place!

My favorite thing of this restaurant is the staff, they are very polite and available. Food is great but the prices are too expensive and the portions too little. The restaurant is clean and fancy, even the bathroom was impeccable. The view is fantastic, you can see all of the Frankfurt’s skyscrapers… breathtaking!

Decent bar. However quite small and narrow design. There is not so much seating. Sometes during night hours it gets incredibly crowded so you can barely move. Cocktail taste okay. While I was there there was only one bartender working for two dozens of people. Service was mediocre. Other bars are more recommended.

A small bar which is not trying to be overly fancy (which is a good thing). The staff is very friendly and live music is played on weekends. The offered selection of drinks is actually pretty small but good and they will usually serve your favourite drink even if it’s not on the menu. The drinks itself are great. You can pay by cash or ec card (no credit card!).

Excellent service and the cocktails were really good. I brought some friends from Taiwan to it and we had a great time. The only problem was that some people were smoking inside and I thought that it was not allowed but the staff did not tell them anything, so it is a smoking bar, keep it in mind if you go.

Excited to visit what had been described as the best bar in Frankfurt, I was bitterly disappointed. Absolutely no vibe, and the rudest bar staff I've ever encountered. The owner of the bar took my drink before the mixer was added and poured it back in the bottle. He didn't even have the decency to look me in the eye or introduce himself. This was the worst bar I've ever been to (being English I've been to many a bar!) I would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment at all costs, never has there been an owner less deserving of one's business.

The rooftop bar was beautifully designed with a modern and stylish interior. The drinks were excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. We were especially impressed by the breathtaking view and the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere, enhanced by well-chosen music. A special thanks goes to Jafar, whose attentive and friendly manner made our visit even more memorable. His exceptional hospitality truly stood out. However, we had to wait quite a long time before we were able to get a table. Therefore, I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance or arriving early to secure a spot.

The view is astonishing and the interior of the bar is very sophisticated yet also cozy with a nice red light tone to it. Staff are very nice and the service is good. The drinks were fine but not as good as I expected. The creme brulee was really nice.

Solid spot, I really enjoy rooftop bars so this spot was the best one I found while in Frankfurt. Biggest issue, the wait and queue time. Regardless of what time you come, you will probably catch yourself waiting at least an hour or longer. A bit confusing at first to find but the hostess downstairs was incredibly lovely and professional and got me where I needed to go. Finally, arriving upstairs to the 47th, I was greeted by a really cool, fun , and unique ambience. I got seated not close to the edge but I ended up moving around after. I got an awesome recommendation from Julia because she told me they can’t make mojitos, she was very nice, but my drink never came. This other gentleman which was bigger taller gentleman was incredibly attentive after finding out I didn’t have my drink. I’d say overall the service was very slow, they seem like they had too much to where they couldnt handle it. Long story short, expansive drink, nice venue, really SLOW service. At one point, the guy next to me had to ask 3 times for a beer. And it looked like majority of people come for one drink and photos and leave which isn’t really that good of a model for a business. I’m sure they want customers spending more money, not just coming and buying something cheap and hogging space. Only 3 beers available on the menu which was incredibly shocking to me. I had one citrus cocktail and one beer.

I went to this restaurant for brunch with some friends. It's a very popular place — on Sunday morning, not long after we sat down, a line started forming outside. We ordered the Benedict and pancakes. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted pretty good. Since the restaurant was quite busy, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and the service wasn’t as attentive as we had hoped. The prices were on the higher side, probably because the restaurant is located near the Old Opera House, but overall, we found them acceptable.

The lotus pancake was absolutely insane, so delicious! The atmosphere and interior design are really nice and cozy. Just a heads-up: if you’re going as a group of three or more, be prepared to wait a bit longer in line (they seem to seat pairs faster). But once you’re in, the brunch is totally worth it!

What a lovely place. The owners Caroline and dirk have set up such a nice place to relax and the food is 10/10, it was perfect. Super busy but if theirs a queue just wait as it’s worth it.

we placed an order with delivery and for the second time they did not add the caramel sauce we paid for. You forgot twice or deliberately took the money and did not add it. Why is that? Pay attention to this. It turns out that for the second time we are paying for the caramel sauce that is already in stock, and for the additional sauce that we also indicated and paid for, we still have not received it! and see what these pancakes look like when they are delivered.

Me and my friend visited Frankfurt for the Chris Brown concert. We visited Chinaski studio and bar for brunch on our last day. We met owners Dirk and Caroline who were so lovely to us. They even gave us a a complimentary cheesecake after our meal. If you ever visit Frankfurt then this little gem is a must. Thank you❤️

I’d recommend this spot mainly for their pancakes! I visit this place every time for their pancakes, especially the STRAWBERRY & SALTED CARAMEL and the RAFFAELLO ones—they’re amazing and highly recommended. The simple Chocolate & Banana Pancakes aren’t as special. I also tried their toasts and sandwiches but didn’t like them, as there are many places with tastier sandwiches and better prices. Also the portions here are huge!

I got ignored waiting in the bar and was only served when there was no one left around me. The Korean bartender directly waved people behind me to be served. When I protested, he said they all have been in the bar for 2 hours. And he complained about my entitlement? (Does anyone not go to a bar expecting to be served respectfully and equally?) I need to repeat my order 3 times before he responded. He then side eyed me and thrust a half glass of Negroni without ice cubes. When I protested, he took the glass away and pushed me to leave. Other comments on this site address the racist behavior and the rudeness.

I visit this club regularly, as I live nearby, and I can not confirm the negative experiences in the rooms down under, one user wrote about in the reviews. I've never made negative experiences in the Robert Johnson in over 15 years! I am a local. Neither with guests, nor with the cleaning staff. I can not confirm the t rans p hobia and I am ... myself (strange that there is a blocking of reviews which contain that word - we live in very unfortunate times :(( ) The club has a long history, and was part of the MTW in the 90es. The best days have passed and in 50% of the cases, the music is too slow, imho, and there are not many guests on such nights. The club's management keeps sticking to the "old Robert Johnson"-style, but times have changed and dancers like me want danceable (harder) techno music. So, either you go on having nights with only 20-30% full house, or you better change your music-concept, modernize it, less electro, and you'll have a regular full house again. Just my 2 cents. We Frankfurter still like the club very much!

Great sound system but not air conditioning. It tends to get really wet and steamy there. It’s really shame that for such a small venue they can’t implement something to cool people on the dance floor. I just cannot understand that. Otherwise it’s really cool with the balcony overlooking the river. Prices are okay and something it’s hard to get in.

Lovely atmosphere - chilled music and subdued lighting - with good quality drinks. The only downside was the immediate smell of stale smoke, which I realised was due to the fact that they sell cigars. I didn't see anyone smoking *in* the bar, but that smell lingers - and it's not nice. They need to counteract it with some "beautiful clean hotel" smells.

Roomers Bar is an exotic play station for the rich and rambunctious. Great DJ, good drinks with an upscale vibe. A dimly lit ghost bar. Often dubbed as the #1 destination for the socialites and influential people. In sum, if you're not on their guest list, go confident (or don't go at all).

Unfortunately if you are a person of color your entry is automatically denied. I thought myself and my friends had an original experience but judging from some of the other reviews it seems like this is a common issue for this bar. No ethics or good morality, they just look at the color of your skin and decide you aren't good enough to enter a bar and enjoy yourself. This was a very dehumanising feeling for me and my friends and this should never have happened to us. I encourage that the company does something about the current staff they have and also how their staff treat other human beings because this should not be normalized. They tried to play it off saying they wait for all the hotel guests before they let people into the bar but let a group of white men and women who weren't hotel residents make their way in. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this bar to anyone, not that I couldn’t make it in but because even if I did in the end, such mannerisms and characters owned by the staff wouldn’t have allowed me to enjoy my time there. This whole event spoiled my night. I hope reading this allows people to make a second choice rather than investing money in such a bar.

restaurant: the ambiance and deco is very friendly. Staff is smiling and attentive to your needs. Food is excellent, not a single comment about the food. It’s just magnificent!! The staff however needs a training on some points. When we didn’t ordered a starter, the waiter took our forks and knifes and used it (while we were looking) to set the empty table next to us! I couldn’t believe my eyes. We used the forks to put some lemon in our water. When we pointed out to him that it’s not done to reuse flatware like this he looked at us if we were annoying. When we explained that we used the flatware, he was relieved that we warned him. But he didn’t realised it’s not done and he should never do this again. Same as the girl cutting bread in the restaurant and eating pieces while preparing the breadbaskets.

The service is absolutely perfect, the view, the experience everything is worth it but unfortunately the food is not that special. I would expect more from a michelin star restaurant. It wasn’t bad dont get me wrong, it just wasnt 1000€ good. Dubai, tel aviv and other cities with michelin star restaurants were just better food wise.

I found it a bit too pricey and the portions are tiny, even that it is the tasting menu. The food was very good, very artistic and service was very good, not too fancy. However, I would appreciate some local touch and use of more local products instead of constantly mentioning how their tomatoes came from the best Spanish tomatoes (where exactly in Spain lol) or some French vegetables or even more far away places. Wine by glass is too expensive too and wine pairing, consisting of 6 glasses of 100ml glasses is way too big for me, I would not be able to drink a whole bottle of wine alone.

My sister and I were in the lounge and had a few drinks (Mojitos, Negroni, Espresso Martini, Macallan Whiskey) as well as the cheese selection. Everything was very tasty and beautifully prepared. The view was amazing and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Excellent cuisine with a view. The Main Tower delivers a beautifu viewl of the city and some delicious molecular gastronomy, but lacks in ambience and service. The setting is a bit austere and does not have the opulence of some other fine dining establishments. The service is typical German: to the point. The dishes were explained well, but it was all transactional. If you don't order the wine course - good luck. Cocktails and other drinks were hard to come by - my sole cocktail was never offered for a refill, water refills were also rather slow. The pace of the dinner is very slow, one truly can relax and enjoy the meal over 4+ hours with the nice sunset view of the city. All the courses were expertly crafted and very good to exceptional. Only a few, such as the quail for main course was sub-par. It is a bit pricey and I must admit the experience, while very good, just didn't have the wow factor we were looking for.

We reserved a table for 3 course dinner for our wedding anniversary last year and this year. The price is quiet expensive. But worth it. We want to go for fantastic dinner here to celebrate our wedding anniversary every year.

Since I live in Frankfurt (which is about 3 years) I've always wished to experience this amazing Panorama Restaurant, highlight of the city. I had luck, as I called only 10min before my arrival to book a table, and had luck to receive one (normally one needs to book days earlier, and sometimes weeks). Needless to say I was amazed with the beautiful panorama and the simple, yet sophisticated interior of the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Some of the ingredients were complete new to me (as I usually stick to me personally known recepies). Every course was presented in details by the competent and very polite and professional waiter. Special thanks to the waiter Mr. Wilhelm (I hope I rememmber correctly) who made our experienced so pleasant. With regards to the price, I would not say it is expensive. this is definitely a museum that you should take the time to see. They have three floors a various artist and art. It’s quite pricey. It’s €18 per person which I find expensive. entrance. People at the cashier were very nice. They were helpful. They also have bathrooms which were very clean a gift shop they also had a small café with a lovely young lady behind it who could speak English I’m always happy when that happens since I don’t speak German and I ordered a piece of the apple pie which she recommended and it was delicious and a cup of cappuccino. It’s a nice way to spend 2 to 3 hours enjoying the beautiful art.

Was skeptical it would be worth the 16 euro entry fee but for what you get, the price is reasonable or even cheap. The sheer scale of this place and the range in its collection is mind boggling. Beautifully curated. Temporary exhibition that was on at my time of visit was also very thought provoking. Exhibits range from religious paintings to contemporary paintings to sculptures to photographs and multimedia. I almost missed the underground exhibits but 100% make it a point to stop by. The modern experimental art is incredible (funded by various German institutions I believe). Genuinely could spend hours there. You can casually see famous artists works displayed. Lovely staff as well. 10/10. That’s how you do an art museum!!

Had a nice experience and spent my time well. There was Carl Schuhe collection when I went and I really like it. Also went up to the rooftop and saw the city skyline. The cafe is also cozy and has good collection of cakes. 18 EUR well spent.

Amazing museum with an incredible collection! You can see works by Rembrandt, Kandinsky, Bosch, and many others - really fascinating to explore! The contemporary art floor is also super interesting, full of creative and thought-provoking pieces. Everything is well organized and beautifully displayed. A must-visit for anyone who loves art! Also discount with Frankfurt ticket.

Amazing collection of Classical, contemporary & Modern works of art. Easily able to spent 3 hours there. Also the view of Frankfurt skyline was very impressive. Didn't have to go to the Main Tower for it.

An overall pleasant space surrounded by beautiful architecture, artistically designed staircase leading up to the rooftop terrace, overlooking the River Main and Frankfurt’s skyline. Stadel didn’t seem to have as many star attractions as some of the larger museums, but Schuch and French Art exhibition was an interesting theme. I downloaded their app to see if that would work as an audio guide, but it unfortunately didn’t work.

This large art collection is heavy on the old masters with northern and Italian renaissance masterpieces on the second floor. A new addition of stairs taking you up to the roof makes for a nice pause to take in the views across the river before you continue discovering the art in the rest of the floors.

Stopped by with a group of friends for a pint and chow. My wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was presented with a chicken bacon cheeseburger. The waitress apologized and offered to bring a beef burger within five minutes. My wife said she would try the chicken cheeseburger. Next time she will be more specific about what burger she orders. I ordered the fish and chips and was presented with the biggest piece of fish I’ve ever eaten as a fish and chips meal. I’m certain this is not to be expected all the time but it made up for the soggy potato wedges. We’ll be back.

I would not have thought that an Irish Pub has great food. But this one actually had. I had the most delicious goat cheese salad. It came with a very generous amount of goat cheese which was very delicious. The dressing was flavorful. Well made Salad! The Guinness was chilled. They have a DJ at night on the weekends that start around 11pm. Mixed music. No entry and it gets crowded.

Nice place to hang out, but i get the feeling they think their customers are on the low side of the intellegence spectrum, or they are cheap. Ordered a whisky no ice, they brought one with ice, asked them to correct the order, they just filtered out the ice and gave me the same drink, hence watered down whiskey. Ordered a 2nd no ice, obvious color and taste difference. They are just too cheap to pour it out. Food is great, location is great, i just dont like my intelligence being questioned.

It's my favourite place in Frankfurt. I come here to watch football, mondays pub quiz and then friday night to dance! No matter what you like it is an amazing place with great atmosphere! 💖

I have been a fairly regular customer at Waxy's for the past 22 years and, for me, it's like a home from home and will always hold a special place in my heart as that's where I met my husband! The service and food are good and they show lots of different sport. Even if your match/event is not pre-announced on the website as being shown, ask in advance and they can normally organise it for you on a screen (with a table booking). It is very easy to make contact and book a table/area. They communicate well and are very organised. Even if they are often super busy, they are friendly and cope well! This will always be my favourite place to go for a post-work/pre-dinner drink or to watch Crystal Palace beat Liverpool. ;-)

If you like beer and tasty snacks - it is the right place to visit. I ordered Guinness and French fries - all were perfect. The service is also amazing, it is fast and you are not left alone for a long time. The pub itself is nice, there are tables both inside and outside. Online reservation is possible for those that placed outside. If is better to do it in advance in case of sports events. I highly recommend to visit this bar with friends, colleagues and family.

Great place to watch NFL football in Frankfurt. The guy running the TVs had no issues changing one to the Lions game. They also play NFL Redzone on quite a few TVs which was awesome. Fish and chips were great, as well as the beer.

Nice way to get a quick view from Frankfurt, at a very nice price €8, plus they give you a drink and some snacks (Pretzels). The only thing …. you have to wait sometimes more than 30 min because of the waiting line because of the demand of the people who wanted to get into the cabins, and you could be rejected because there are not enough seats inside. Among that, highly recommended. I would take it again.

Waited a bit longer than scheduled, but there was a festival on so that’s understandable. Once on board it was pleasant and the apple wine/cider was delicious. Reasonably priced and a good way to see a bit of the city.

1/5 – Extremely disappointing and unfair experience We were deeply disappointed. On April 26th, we waited through two full rides, but still didn’t manage to get on. The conductor seemed to choose who to let on arbitrarily. When we asked if there was space for three people, he refused us — but just moments later, a group of six people asked and he let them on without hesitation. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. We left feeling extremely frustrated and hurt. This experience ruined what should have been a joyful moment in Frankfurt.

Nice adventure to have a drink around weekends. One of the things to do in Frankfurt that has some fun factor in it. Recommend this to everyone that comes to Frankfurt.

Great way to spend a while going around Frankfurt and having a drink really good experience, good atmosphere on board too, would recommend to anyone visiting.

It was good, but it could be great. No air-conditioning on the tram, which is probably not normally a problem, but it was a very warm day when I did this, and was somewhat uncomfortable onboard. Need a lot more interaction by the conductors with the guests. Our conductor seemed very work-adverse. The commentary was hard to understand (but I am old, so that may be my problem alone).

On a quick visit to Frankfurt for the NFL game, this was a nice break from walking and gave us a nice opportunity to see different parts of the city that we hadn't seen. I recommend getting on at the Zoo stop, as only 5 of us got on there but the tram completely filled at the 2nd stop.

Super friendly place with great welcoming staff, Andy was brilliant and chatted to us like he was an old friend. Claudia was good too and the owner sat and watched the rugby with us and talked the game with us, can't recommend enough, proper English pub Beer was good too, Newcastle Brown Ale on tap, what more could you ask for :) Cheers guys xxx

Worst food I've had in a long time. Chicken breast barely seasoned, baguette sopping from all the liquid accumulated on plate. Taste zero presentation zero. Took over ten minutes to be served despite the pub having no more than half a dozen customers who were already sat down and eating.

Claudia was a great bartender. She was so lively and full of character and the service was excellent. I will definitely be visiting whenever I come back

This place is huuuuuge and super crowded on the weekends. Honestly, I think they need to have more staffs at this place because we really had to wait for a long time just to get our beers. And then we didn’t want to order another beer because of the waiting time. There were only 2-3 staffs serving this entire place and most of the times they were confused with our orders. The vibe is great of course, with peaceful outdoor seating in their garden. They have some amazing beers as well, come in lot of British varieties. We also tried their Fish n Chips and Cottage pie!! They were all great. Looking forward to atleast get my beer quickly next time.

Appreciate it's been the Euros this week and there's a lot more customers than usual, but this breakfast was below par. It took ages to get the breakfast, when it arrived the beans were cold, the egg was over cooked, and the 'toast' wasn't toasted. We paid €13 for the breakfast, it was really small and just underwhelming. I left most of it as it was just gross.

I had the best time here watching the Euro Cup! My waitress Claudia made me feel right at home. She has been the best server I have had here in Germany!

Nice venue and that's where it stops. We went there in the afternoon and we were the only customers in the bar. We ordered 2 cocktails. The bartender went to the other end of the counter to prepare the drinks as his colleague was sitting there. Not very professional for a bartender. Then he brought us our drinks, went back to where he came from and sat on his workstation with his feet up on the shelf where he took our glasses from. Not cool. My wife tried the cocktail and after 2 sips noticed one ingredient ( cherry) was missing. She asked the bartender about it. Instead of remaking the cocktail, he grabbed a bottle and added a splash in the glass. Not bad for 14 euros... Put it this way, this bar is what McDonald's is to a traditional restaurant. Expensive and poor product and service.

Sullivan’s is a great place to visit for a drink. Great ambiance, strong cocktails and friendly staff. We tried some classics like cosmopolitan, mojito and some house specials like honey bunny and Paloma. All were great, with generous amount of alcohol. Hope to visit them again! Special tip: reservations are a must!

Tried two different vodka cocktails and both were tasty and not sweet. Seating against wall by bar is tight but somehow comfortable and out of harm's way. Waitress was very helpful and cheery. Great atmosphere.

Used to be a lovely cigar bar, till we went again and we were told we couldn't smoke cigars. They sell but you can't smoke them. Shame as it used to be a nice place.

I went here to enjoy a quiet after-work drink based on good reviews. The place does indeed have some character but, unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy that ‘quiet’ drink owing to some anti-social behaviour from other patrons. The staff meanwhile seemed to be gormlessly unaware. Not a great atmosphere and will avoid in future.

The Bartenders are Visibly skilled, fast hands and Great drinks. They easily serve all the classic cocktails without question, even though these drinks are not a la carte. The bartender brought drinks to our room himself. Felt guilty about ordering to floor 8 again, so went downstairs to have a look and order the same drinks again. The old fashioned was exactly as it should be, and the pina colada was suberb. 10/10 experience.

Honestly, the best cocktails I have ever had. My friends from DC and NYC have visited me often and they feel the exact same way about the drinks and the overall presentation. Harry's has drink specials that change every week, a full menu of selections, and also will make you anything you desire if you are picky. For the price, you get sides of peanuts and pretzels and most nights there is a live pianist and sometimes a singer. Overall, great atmosphere, ambiance, and the bartenders and staff are extremely kind. Sometimes I purchase a cigar from their humidor and those are tasty as well! Bottom Line - My wife, friends and I absolutely love Harry's NY Bar at Lindner Hotel!!

I liked our waiter a lot. He was kind, service minded, and very helpful. The view was lovely of the city. Wine and food were also good. I would recommend the beef fillet if you want the most tender meat, and the dry aged beef if you want something more filling and tasty as it comes with more on the plate. The dessert was good, but the cake/turron with caramel was not as i expected (tastewise), so I recommend the one with matcha and yuzu when they have it. It was truly the taste of Japan in one cake 🤩 we love it 🫶 I would like a little attention when I choose to go to a nice €€€ restaurant to celebrate my birthday, but all in all, it was a pleasant dinner experience. One of the Restaurants with the most beautiful view and interior I‘ve ever been to. The food was not only delicious but also the presentation looked awesome. It is recommended to go in the evening because then the view is the most beautiful.

Must-visit when in Frankfurt! We drank a glass of wine on the rooftop balcony and enjoyed the beautiful views of the city. We were then seated inside for our meal and ordered the grilled scallops for our appetizer. It was a delicious starter with a cool presentation. For our meals, we ordered the beef cubes and the lamb dish. Both were very tasty and I would recommend ordering both of them. The portions were a good size. We skipped dessert but had a great experience overall. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a sleek, sexy feel. I would recommend this place for a date night or just a night where you want to elevate your evening.

This place is a must visit when in Frankfurt. This place has a modern, cool and sexy vibe with a fantastic view of the city and friendly service. It’s very clean and is a great spot for a date night, solo date or happy hour meet-up. Now, the food is spectacular. The beef cubes and mashed potatoes and the appetizers and dessert was phenomenal. All of the cocktails are great there and they’ve got beer on tap for the beer lovers. I’d love to return here next time I’m in Frankfurt.

One of the best cocktail bars, offering World class cocktails outside of the pina colada mainstream... the service is excellent, the recommendations fabulous! This is a bar, which really deserves to be called "outstanding"! 5 stars are not enough to describe the incredible unique taste of cocktails but also the excellent service, the cozy ambient seating and the chlling, rocky back ground music. We for sure will be back!

A wonderful cocktail bar, a little bit hidden in the city. The waitress was really friendly and the owner makes the cocktails. He was very kind and took his time to explain all the cocktails we ordered and their ingredients. We are from the Netherlands and have been to a lot of cocktail bars in different countries and this one was by far the best. We can highly recommend this bar.

Atmosphere: 5/10 Located near Frankfurt’s Old Town (Altstadt), Tiny Cup might be the smallest bar in Germany—just 4 sqm tucked into a narrow riverside building on Mainkai. In summer, the bar doesn’t open at all; drinks are served only outside by the river, with no seating and no entry allowed. No backbar, no music (until later), and no option to go inside even when asked. In winter, the tiny space opens with a more classic setup. Drinks: 7.5/10 Recommendation: - Drinks are very light—some of the lightest I’ve ever had. Once the ice melts, they taste more like flavored water. Menu is creative and based on classic German ice cream desserts. Everything is premixed—no shaking, no stirring. Nice coasters, average glassware, clean garnish and presentation. Service: 5.5/10 No reservation required in summer, but in winter highly recommended (if you want to sip inside). Water is served on arrival. Staff wasn’t friendly—partially rude. No real opinion on bartender skill since nothing is made fresh. Prices are average for Frankfurt.

Very friendly service. Drinks are unique and excellent. Nice cozy atmosphere. Was wondering at door and not sure if it is the tiny bar as the sign only indicates seven swan. Luckily, we did not miss this bar. It is an impressive experience in Frankfurt.

My partner and I stumbled upon this place while walking around Frankfurt on a Friday evening. We had a great time and I cannot recommend it enough. The service was incredibly friendly, the cocktails were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and very laidback. We had a couple rounds of drinks out front and the bartenders are highly adept and both the classics and their own list of cocktails. However, I highly recommend grabbing a cocktail off of their seasonally curated menu. If you are out and about in Frankfurt, run don’t walk to this bar.

Wow! What an amazing place. It is VERY small but we lucked out by having a table right by thr bar. Our bartender was a genius cocktail master. He created drinks we've never imagined or tried before. He also gave us some tasters from leftover creations. Such a cool and inviting atmosphere. We loved it!!

The enterance is really hard to find - you have to go to a parking garage and its on the 5th floor. You have to walk through the parking spaces to se a very little sign on the right where the enterance is. There should be a lot better signs because we wanted to turn away from it almost at the start. You have to pay 5€ cash to get in. The place was half empty when we were there but we didn't mind because it was a bit quieter and relaxed. The people there seem to be quite young and wannabes. The waiter was nice but at first it took him about 15min to get to us. The menu is very limited - especially from the cocktail perspective. The view of the skyline is nice, but could be better if the place was designed differently.

Terrible!!! Waited in line 30 minutes paid 5 euros admission on seats left were buy the pool on the hard wooden floor. Sat there for 20 minutes while 3 or 4 servers pass me over. So I left. Very over rated rooftop restaurant the only positive thing was the views. I will never recommend after that experience.

The drinks are good and the food is nice. The service is really good. But the place itself is overhyped. First you have to pass through the piss smelling lifts and then pay 5 to 8€ for entry. Ambience is nice and the waiters are fast. But if you don’t tip then be ready to bid bye to an unhappy waiter 😅 . Otherwise, with okay music and expensive drinks, it is a good place to chill. 🍻

We went here for lunch. The food was good. I loved the truffles French fries. The place has a nice view over Frankfurt, and lovely small pools for kids but also adults. Food is good! You need to pay a fee to enter, it cost €5 per person. Furthermore, they have a condition: on certain tables, the minimum per order per person is €25. That’s how it was when I went there. I would probably go back.

A really good rooftop experience in Frankfurt. Went here with this girl. Quite emotional as this was our last night together. albeit, we had fun and a really good chance to talk our heart out. :)

We visited twice. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it could be much better. Entrance: Very hard to find — it’s through a temporary construction-style ladder in the middle of the 5th level of the parking garage. The first time we thought it was closed for construction, but it turned out to be the actual entrance to CityBeach. Queues & booking: We booked a lounge zone, so we didn’t have to wait in line. Without a booking, expect to queue, especially in the evenings. Pool & facilities: The pool is small, shallow (50 cm), and not very clean — don’t expect much. There are no changing rooms, only toilets. The whole area feels worn out: sun umbrellas are unstable, the glass fence is dirty, and the place hasn’t been well maintained. Service & food: Service in lounge area is good but in the sand area it is poor — our waiter was impolite and rude. Food is average at best, and the focus seems to be on the bar, which is also nothing special. Prices are average. In summary: The location itself is great, but it seems the owner hasn’t invested enough to maintain or upgrade it. With proper care, it could be a fantastic spot — right now, it’s just “okay.”

Had a great time at Bar Helium. The atmosphere is really stylish and comfortable, even in the afternoon it had a nice relaxed vibe. They have a large selection of cocktails and everything we tried was well made and full of flavor. The staff was really friendly and helpful, happy to give recommendations based on what you like. The prices are a bit higher than average, but the quality and overall experience make it worth it. Definitely a place I would come back to when in Frankfurt.

OMG you need to come to this please. Jeff( his American name) will customize a drink for you if you tell him your favorite spirit. Also the staff are extremely friendly me and my wife are celebrating our birthdays and they spent 20 minutes giving us different recommendations. The hospitality was the best we have experienced in all of Germany so far. Maze and Johnny were part of the team and we can not express how nice they were.

Me and my wife were recommended this place by a waiter at der fette bulle and could not be happier with the suggestion. Having worked in the service industry for years they know how to treat their guests. Excellent drinks excellent staff excellent service.

Stopped here on a long layover. All the bartenders and servers were super friendly and made sure no one made me feel uncomfortable in the bar. Will definitely come back to visit again. Great vibe, great music & great people!

Will never come again. Came in tonight nd ordered 4xCorona, 1x beer and a find and tonic and got charged 60€ immediately as if the man calculated it in his head. After reviving my drinks I requested a till receipt from another employee for my transaction. The total came to 39.50€. Got overcharged nearly 30% of the bill and had to then request the difference from the original employee who took the payment. Will never come again.

Stumbled across this place right in the city. Though we didn't try the food, I thought the place was a perfect neighborhood pub. Decent prices, cozy vibes, and good service. I would return, but was only in town for two days.

Half decent drinks selection, can hear your friends and its open til late. Unfortunately, we came home reeking of smoke and had to wash EVERYTHING twice, just because a couple of folk wanted a cigarette with their beer. Paying was a stressful and a scam. Reciept said €51, few days later our bank account said they charged us €10 more than what the reciept said. They forgot to include a €8.50 drink in the payment but then wouldnt accept card because it was less than €25, but it wasnt our fault they forgot it, it was nice of us to be honest and say they missed it off. 1st they tried to charge me €25 for the drink then said okay only €10. Like no. Managed to find the cash between us. They acted like a**holes about it, not the way we wanted our night to end.

One of the few places that stay open till late with some good food. The staff is also really friendly, but you will definitely come out with your clothes smelling like cigarettes since it is allowed to smoke inside.

It's a smoking pub after 6pm. My friends loved it. I had a whiff of cigarette for days after which hasn't happened for 20 years. Beer was good, food was OK, and the smoke was thick in the air. Which had a nostalgic, melancholic feel.

Great bar, good taste but food took 90 minutes to arrive. This was Saint Patrick's Day, but at least the waitress should let you know that waiting times for food are significantly long! Still I give 3 stars since other times just consuming drinks was good and not as full as today.

I was here for the world cup final. I didn't realize that the pubs take reservations for busy events like this but luckily I snagged a solo bar seat which is where I wanted to be anyway. Predictably the place went from empty to insanity very quickly. I didn't struggle too badly to get a drink and they were reasonably priced. I don't order food but it sure looked good. Service was definitely moving as quickly as they possibly could. This place just seems like a really cool neighborhood pub, I'm glad I got to watch the match here.

One of the best places to have Irish beers(Guinness) and also they screen a lot of football matches here as well. I have been to this place multiple times and the crowd/vibe never fails to impress me. They have the best “Fish n Chips” everrrrrr!! 🤤. If you visit this place do nottt forget to try this, even if you are not hungryyyyyy. Also they have amazing Irish cottage pie. Well the place is budget friendly, no complaints but staffs keep changing every now and then, some of them are rude/Unfriendly. Otherwise a veryyy good place to just chill with a beer.

Amazing pub with friendly staffs and owner. Great draft Magners that I have been looking for in whole of Frankfurt, great draft Guiness, and great apfelwein. But the food is to me the real star. The memory of eating the hand cut fries here will remain with me for the rest of my life. Also give the battered sausages & chips, as well as the fall of the bone ribs a try, great stuff. I had wished that they have fried rice, but really what I'm wishing now is that they're not halfway around the world from where I'm living.

Definitely worth visiting while in Frankfurt. Alex Terrace on the roof is a great place to have a coffee in peace, and a park is worth visiting even if you are not a in the mood for a coffee :)

This was an awesome tourist attraction! Not only is it a fantastic use of space, has amazing views of the city but it's FREE! It's actually on the roof of a mall, there are many places to eat and all kinds of stores including an the American Food Club where you can buy goodies from North America

Pleasant place for a break from the city with some views across. It's free, there's plenty of seating, climbing frames and a table tennis table. Check out the viewing platform near the main entrance. Entry is through the car park.

This rooftop promenade allows visitors to see the Frankfurt surrounding from above. Not as famous as other cities I assume and not as atteactive but still worth a visit

Really nice view, especially at night. Great for couples. And it's free since it is on top of the Skyline Plaza. There's also the restaurant Alex there but you can also just sit on a bench outside with your own food.

Located on top of skyline plaza,it is one of the best places to hang out for every type of crowd. There is something for everybody. Youngsters can chill in the lounge Cafe and people with children can let their children play in the play area. The observation deck on the top floor is a really nice place for a bird's eye view of the city. There are places to just sit and chill with your own food and drinks. There is a small stage kind of a thing where performances are held in summer. We witnessed Indonesian dance and art as it was a special event.

By far one of the best bars I've ever been to! They know about what good drink means!totally worth it !

Amazing bar! Great service, great atmosphere. Their whiskey selection is the best in FFM. I was lucky to try several bourbons that are no longer produced. Their cocktails are also very good! The bartenders are friendly and can recommend a great cocktail based on your likes. Highly recommend for a date or just a chill night out.

We have been once again in the Embury Bar. Our drinks were again excellent and the atmosphere was right. Unfortunately, this bar is a smoking bar, but the ventilation is very good. Therefore this was not a problem. Thank you

We visited outside peak hours and chose to seat at the bar, menu is great it tells a story, the staff was friendly. First time cocktail bar experience where water is not served, that takes the star off. On the positive note it has very good ventilation so you dont feel the smoke of the person smoking next to you.

This is an absolutely must to visit bar if you’re in Frankfurt Germany!!!!!! This is the classic dim lighting, limited seating and standing in line outside for the best drinks if you want to experience a classy bar. We found this place bc my husband had a hard finding a bar that had Blaton’s bourbon or Johnnie Walker Blue available and this was the PLACE. We arrived around 4pm and was able to be seated immediately at the bar. It was quite at first and then at 5:30-6pm was when the crowd started lining up to get in. The bartenders were extremely nice!!!!! The menu had so much to choose from. They serve small appetizers if you were hungry but nothing bigger. The scene when it was peak time was so cool!!! The esthetic appearance of the bar was something anyone would want to experience. Selection was great. Prices is reasonable. Staff is excellent. Service is excellent. Overall we are definitely going back there.

Unique and great. I had Bowmore in Ashes revised. It was an utterly alien experience. I never tasted something like this. A drink in layers where the taste changes by the second in your mouth. If I stuff my room full of whiskey and cream, then burn it down and walk through the ashes this was the taste. Incredibly complex..

We chose it over Gibson and were disappointed quite honestly. The staff was nice but the atmosphere was a bummer. We took a lot of efforts to reach and left in 20 mins. Entry is 5€ ..might not visit again.. music was too slow and it felt like a house party

Though it says LGBT friendly, it’s not the experience I made in terms of crowd. Apparently minding your own business while dancing in a somewhat revealing outfit is not ok. An aggressive German guy came up to me to tell me that up dress was not appropriate. Completely ruined my night. Not a safe place for LGBT.

It’s smaller than expected, music got a bit boring later so we left. But everyone was quite friendly and seemed to enjoy their time.

Pretty good time. I woke up in the morning and I remember they gave me the correct change at the bar but they also gave me silver/gold chips 😅 kinda dumb but good marketing. The dance floor does get crowded so be prepared for that.

Nice Bar, mediocre cocktails. I've been here 2 times and the quality changes with the staff. One evening three lady's made super nice drinks, but today the bartender did not make a good whisky sour. Maybe next time.

I don’t write many reviews but the service I got here the two times I visited was above top quality. Yes the place can be loud (I really enjoyed the bumping tunes), busy at times (made new friends) and smokey (I smoke so don’t care), it was top notch. Great cocktails and even better service. I felt welcomed and taken care of at every point. If I lived here this would be my jam. Will visit again.

We found this gem while looking for somewhere to chill and was not disappointed. Was more of a modern type bar with the furniture, low lighting and the vibe in general. They made the drinks really strong thats always a good thing :) . Id recommend this place to friends. This place is small and does get crowded however, the staff had no problem sitting us in an area that had been prior reserved with no issues. The staff is friendly :)

My brother Antonio and I stop in this place a few times a year when we are in Frankfurt. This place feels like my hometown bar. The owner feels like your friend and the staff are amazing. Can’t wait to stop in this year.

Drink are drink like anywhere else but you see people hanging out here are not stiff....makes it easier to mingle. Only, down side is smoking is allowed inside but the exhaust system is great. Best cocktail bar in town! Great atmosphere, great cocktails. Amazing scenery and hotel. This is a must visit when you love cocktails. It’s a bit off centre town. But nothing beats a 15 minutes e-step ride to the east part of town, drink a nice cocktail and a 15 minutes ride back to town.

An absolute jewel! I came to find this place, by recommendation of a friend, while visiting Frankfurt and was very pleased to have visited. An extensive and well priced wine card with a lovely selection of cocktails; a rooftop bar with beautifully thought out secession style interior design. After getting a little peckish we ordered some grilled cheese sandwiches, olives and pickled eggs, all made with attention to quality and detail.
