Nestled in the picturesque hills of Shimla, Wake and Bake Cafe has become a beloved spot for both locals and visitors. The cafe offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast options, pizza, crepes, waffles, Middle Eastern dishes, salads, kathi rolls, pasta, sandwiches, soups, main dishes and delectable desserts. With its rustic interiors and relaxed ambiance overlooking the vibrant Mall Road from the first floor address with balcony seats providing stunning views of Shimla's beauty.
We went around snack time and got a hot chocolate (8/10). We also got a white sauce pasta (8/10) which was served with 2 big bland garlic toasts (they can be adjusted to be smaller and more flavourful), I chose the option to add mushrooms and chicken to the pasta. We also ordered a homemade iced tea which had a lime touch to it (9/10). We were approached to provide us window seating and the staff looked approachable and all had smiles mostly. The location is prime and the view is one of the best so far as it is right opposite of the town hall and police station (square like area on mall road). It also has a cool roof spot where you can go and enjoy fresh air and views while enjoying your food (as long as it isn’t raining😂) Enjoy! Definitely recommend!

Certainly, here is a review of Wake and Bake Cafe in Shimla: Wake and Bake Cafe, nestled on Shimla's bustling Mall Road, is a beloved institution that perfectly embodies the town's laid-back yet vibrant spirit. It's a go-to spot for both locals and tourists seeking a cozy retreat with excellent food and a view to match. The location is perfect as it's exactly opposite the town-hall, creating perfect setting for a laid back evening from sunset onwards. The cafe's ambiance is undeniably its strong suit. With large windows overlooking the pedestrian-only Mall Road, it offers fantastic people-watching opportunities and a glimpse of Shimla's charming architecture. The interior is warm and inviting, quirky and artistic, with comfortable seating that encourages lingering. It's an ideal spot for a leisurely breakfast, a relaxed lunch, or simply a coffee break with a book. Wake and Bake's menu focuses primarily on Continental and Italian fare, with a strong emphasis on freshly baked goods that live up to the "bake" in its name. Their wood-fired pizzas are a consistent highlight, praised for their thin crusts and fresh toppings. Other popular items include their crepes (both savory and sweet), sandwiches, burgers, and a commendable selection of freshly brewed coffees and teas. Special about their desserts, especially the carrot cakes and pastries, which are often irresistible. The quality of ingredients generally feels fresh, contributing to the overall appeal of the food. Also smoothie & cold coffee is 👍🏼 good . Service is friendly and efficient, though during peak tourist season or busy hours, a short wait for a table is not uncommon. The staff is generally well-versed with the menu and happy to offer recommendations. The cafe can get a bit crowded, but the lively atmosphere usually adds to the charm rather than detracting from it. Key Highlights: Exceptional Ambiance: Cozy, artistic, and offers great views of Mall Road. Delicious Baked Goods: Renowned for fresh cakes, pastries, and wood-fired pizzas. Varied Menu: Good selection of Continental, Italian, and cafe staples. Prime Location: Conveniently located on the Mall Road. Overall, Wake and Bake Cafe is a must-visit when in Shimla. It offers a consistently enjoyable experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind, refuel, and soak in the unique charm of this hill station.

A very cozy and bright little cafe on mall road Shimla. It was 2 floors + a rooftop searing option. Their staff are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Loved the service. Menu is also diverse and have a lot of options. We had pizza slices, penne white sauce chicken pasta and a falafel wrap. The cafe looks onto the mall road as well setting a nice ambience. Pricing is also very apt, not too expensive, definitely a must visit place

Amazing experience at this cafe. We chose to have brunch two days in a row at this pretty cafe. Located bang in the middle of the mall road with a beautiful view of the town hall. Day one we had the English breakfast and savoury crepes. Both were outstanding. Day two was Mexican chicken and Nutella waffles. Again it was amazing! Staff is welcoming, the view is fantastic and food excellent!

Cafe Honey Hut in Shimla is a charming spot located on Mall Avenue, offering a wide array of honey-infused products. Set in a colonial-era building, the cafe provides stunning views of the hills and seamlessly combines colonial charm with culinary delights. From honey-flavored drinks to delectable cakes, every item on the menu showcases the sweetness of Shimla's cuisine. The cafe also features an adjoining shop selling homemade honey-infused artisan soaps, lip balms, and chocolates.
The Cafe is very cosy and well made up. The food was delicious, had a slice of apple pie, blueberry cheese cake and chocolate mousse with a hot chocolate. The view from the Cafe is also nice overlooking Shimla town. The location is also good just underneath the ridge right on mall road.

Sure! Here's a short review you can use: Cafe Honey Hut – Shimla’s Cozy Delight Cafe Honey Hut is a cute little cozy spot tucked away in the heart of Shimla. With a few small seats outside, it’s the perfect place to sit back, enjoy the mountain air, and indulge in something sweet. They offer a tempting range of cakes, pastries, pies, coffee, and light snacks. The main focus is the honey basedenu. Their apple pie is my absolute favorite — warm, comforting, and full of flavor. If you're ever in Shimla, this charming cafe is a must-visit! If you sit inside, you'll love the cafe vibe and if sitting outside you can see people coming and going, strolling on mall road.

Highly recommended! If you want to enjoy the proper café culture, beautiful views of Shimla, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the best place for you. I really loved the food, the vibe of the café, and its ambiance. The staff is very friendly and their service is memorable and professional. I tried several dishes here. I highly recommend the walnut chocolate pie with hazelnut cappuccino and pasta. When something went wrong with my meal, they quickly addressed it and replaced it without any fuss. Prices are little bit on higher side. 4/5 - food 5/5 - Ambience 5/5 - staff and service

Very cozy and a compact Restaurent in mall road. Every food item is excellent and the concept of honey based items are just outstanding. If you take the inside table, you can get to see Shimla town while you enjoy the hot honey based tea. Great place to enjoy after a tiering walk on the mall road.

Amazing place with great ambiance and helpful service by the staffs. Ofcourse, using honey in all their products gave an unique taste to all their desserts and drinks. It was worth visiting as an hangout spot in mall road. Finally the quality and quantity are absolutely matches the pricing in menu.

Trishool Bakers, located on Mall Road in Shimla, is a charming family-run bakery and cafe that offers a delectable selection of freshly baked goods and savory snacks. This establishment is renowned for its mouthwatering cakes, pastries, and breads. The cozy ambiance, amiable staff, and an array of sandwiches, wraps, and salads make it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Trishool Bakers is a must-visit if you’re in Shimla and craving something sweet. Their cakes and pastries are super fresh and tasty – you can really tell why it’s so popular. They also have a good variety of snacks and bakery items, so you’ll definitely find something you like. The place does get a little crowded at times, and seating isn’t the most comfortable, but the quality of the food totally makes up for it. Overall, a really good bakery to stop by!
Sourav K — Google review
We had eaten there some days before. This place is a little upside from the main road. Food was quite good in taste but the main thing is the price of the food items are very low and reasonable than the other places. You should try the juice of various flavors. Mutton momo is also very tasty here. Other items are also very famous there.
Salil D — Google review
I’ve heard so many mixed reviews about Trishool Bakers, some people even call it overrated but as someone who usually doesn’t like sweets or cakes, I loved everything I tried here. The pastries were soft, fresh and just perfectly made. What made it even better was the vibe , warm, welcoming and full of smiles. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel like home. I’ve been here multiple times and every time I visit Mall Road, I can’t leave without stopping by for a pastry.
Afeltea Z — Google review
One of the iconic bakeries in Shimla. Their Chicken Paties, Mutton momo & Coffee is my all time favorite. You can also find confectionary items like pastry, cake, tiramisu. All items are reasonably priced. Accepts UPI. There is not much of a dedicated dining area but public sitting area is there and you cab enjoy your food there.
Surajit M — Google review
We visited this popular café for some light snacks. We tried the veg burger — the bun was soft, and the patty was delicious. For dessert, we had a chocolate brownie. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.
Siddhareddy D — Google review
After hearing Preity Zinta's recommendation, I visited Trishool Bakery on my first solo trip to Shimla. Located right in the heart of Mall Road, Shimla it's a charming, decades‑old bakery (since 1959) serving up both sweet indulgences and savory quick bites. I tried these items Chocolate Fudge – 5/5 : Rich, fudgy, and deeply satisfying. Veg Patty – 3/5 : Decent, but a bit hit‑or‑miss depending on freshness of veggies and masala. Spoonie – 5/5 : A nuts and chocolate delight—this is the must‑try! Also try their pastries which is amazing.
Bhadra B — Google review
Don't fall for the Preity Zinta hype, their pastries aren't anything special. The bread of their regular pastries feel like dough, and their special almond pastry was something different. The icing tastes like made from real milk cream, it was good but nothing extraordinary or worth the hype, and nothing like anything which you wouldn't get in a bakery in your own city
Hello H — Google review
I just can’t understand how people gave this place a five-star rating. The person working there has no manners when it comes to communication, the cake and pastry options are limited, and everything is overpriced and stale. There’s absolutely nothing good about it. I honestly think that anyone who visits or buys from here doesn’t truly understand what good food and service are, or maybe they’ve never had quality before. My experience with their apple and walnut pie was the worst I’ve ever had—it was dry, stale, and honestly, I’ve never tasted anything this bad in my life.

Overhyped and too overpriced and over it 18 percent GST extra Food taste is just ok as you will find in any decent restaurant. Nothing to wow about. Coffee will cost you more than 300. This cafe location is so beautiful! The view is stunning. There was only one person who took order and served and hence everything was too slow. The food was below average. While some reviews mention occasional service delays, the overall experience is highly rated, with many considering it a must-visit spot in Shimla. Café Under Tree is open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM. It’s advisable to carry cash, as card payments may not be accepted. For those seeking a tranquil dining experience amidst nature, this café is a delightful choice.

A little cafe just walk away from Jakku Temple. It has breathtaking view and food was decently good too. I had Kashmiri khawa which was nice and staff is polite too. You can visit here for the serenity and a good cup of coffee.
Wonder B — Google review
Well located in the ramparts of Jakhu Temple. Very friendly staff and prompt courteous service. We ate in: tomato cilantro, cream of tomato with croutons and hot and sour soup. Excellent flavorful and the latter perfectly crunchy. The idli sambhar was good. Music and ambience was very pleasant. Memorable for us.
Guirish A — Google review
Cafe Under the Tree is located near the mandir and has a very peaceful charm to it. The overall views from the seating area are really beautiful, making it a nice spot to sit back and relax for a while. The host was warm and welcoming, and the staff was polite and helpful, which added to the experience. We ordered a pizza, fries, cold coffee, and hot chocolate. While the presentation was decent, we found the taste of the food to be quite average compared to the ambience of the place. However, if you’re visiting mainly for the vibes, views, and a quiet setting, this café definitely delivers. With a little more focus on improving the food quality, it has the potential to become a fantastic all-round spot.

This has been in my bucket list for the longest time. Visiting Shimla would be incomplete without ‘Cafe Under Tree’
Hannah K — Google review
Giving two stars just because of the location, and the stunning views this cafe provides. Went here on a weekend, the place was completely empty, hence I got a little skeptical at first. Ordered a latte along with classic fries. Coffee was below average for the price, didn’t had any taste or whatsoever. Had to ask them to do it again. Fries were served without even salt, which was disappointing. You can definitely skip if you’re hungry!

City Point is a charming bakery located in the heart of Shimla on Mall Road. It's a beloved spot for food enthusiasts, offering homemade pastries, cakes, and freshly baked bread that's made with love and attention to detail. The bakery is also known for its mouth-watering desserts such as doughnuts, cookies, pastries, and chocolates. While it may get busy at times due to its popularity, it's highly recommended for a quick bite and a delightful experience.
If ur a cake and pastry lover then this is the perfect place in shimla...... They have tons of variety of freshly made cakes..... Worth a try.... They also have various snacks items.... Like chicken burger and sandwich which is good..... They also have cookies......

Extremely disappointed! I bought kulchas from this bakery and they had visible fungus on them. Selling spoiled food is not just unprofessional, it’s a serious health risk. Please check your quality before selling to customers. Definitely not coming back.….

Based on reviews, visited this place. Tried chicken roll, which was good. But the German black forest cake was too bad. I am strongly suspicious they pushed a day older stock as I saw visible difference in two batches of the same item. The one I got was hard and no where close to fresh. Seems like the reputation is from yest years and doesnt reflect current reality.

They have shimla's best swiss rolls. Whenever i visit shimla i always come to this place to eat swiss rolls and get 3-4 packed to eat in hotel. I m posting this review from Haryana, as i just ate a very bad swiss roll and i was reminded of how good swiss rolls city point makes. I can literally feel my palates hungry for city point's swiss roll. If visiting shimla, must try bakery for swiss rolls. Love your bakery. God bless.

We bought some biscuits from here which is great as you can choose your own - we went back the next day as they were all lovely. Great selection of cakes

It was way better than Trishool Bakers. They have several variety of pastries and chocolates and as per the cost quality was good. However they don't except UPI payments and Cheese Cake was not very authentic. They even don't have any sitting arrangement.
Ali N — Google review
No doubt it’s one of the oldest bakery in Shimla and that too a prominent one. My experience was really bad, I had a complaint with my pastry as while eating it was way too hard and seemed stale. When I complained about it the owner/manager who so ever it was started blaming the cold weather and refrigerator for that condition of the pastry, whereas I had taken few more different flavour pastries and they were fine. My only suggestion is that if a customer is complaining about something listen and try to help him/her out with a satisfactory solution rather than crib.

Just Baked by Tripti is a charming bakery nestled in Shimla, celebrated for its exquisite range of eggless baked delights. Since its inception in 2010, this delightful spot has become a go-to destination for cake lovers seeking high-quality treats. From beautifully crafted cakes and pastries to scrumptious cookies and chocolates, the variety here is impressive. The friendly staff adds to the warm atmosphere, making it an inviting place to indulge your sweet tooth.
Got my 10th cake baked by them..always satisfied with the taste and design.. they customize the cake as per our needs and the owner is very kind to any kind of suggestions and feedback. Yesterday was my daughter's bday and she wanted an anime inspired cake for which she chose the color and pattern. The cake was very beautiful looking and the biscoff flavor was out of the world. Very happy with the experience.

*3/5 Stars* I've visited this place and had a decent experience. They offer a good variety of pastries, which is a plus. The coffee is also quite good. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side. The taste of the pastries is average - not bad, but not exceptional either. Given the prices, I was expecting something more premium, but it's still worth trying if you're in the area. Overall, it's an okay place to grab a coffee and pastry, but don't expect anything extraordinary. Three stars from me!
Prachi S — Google review
Visited twice. Service is great, view is the best part. But everything’s overpriced. Cold coffee for ₹180 tasted like the usual stuff you’d get anywhere. Tried the pasta—bland, nothing memorable. Either drop the prices or bring in a better chef.

Was looking for a hygienic place and stumbled upon the Lakkar Bazar outlet. It was such an amazing experience. Food was fresh, hygienic and delicious. The high point was most responsible and service from heart by ladies named Sakshi and Sonia. Both were very prompt, happy and passionate about the job they were doing. Wishing this chain, lots of success and for us, it will be our go to place. Grilled Sandwich and Cappuccino Coffee is what we tried.

Just Baked by Tripti is my go-to spot for delicious food in Shimla. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. A must-visit for foodies!

Rajjeet D — Google review
I recently dined at a well-known vegetarian restaurant Tripti in Shimla. The establishment is renowned for its pure vegetarian cuisine, which was indeed a delight. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was exceptional. However, I did notice one aspect that could use improvement: the speed of delivery. The service was a bit slower than expected, which led to a longer waiting time for our orders to arrive at the table. This did somewhat affect the overall dining experience.
SUKHJEET B — Google review
One of the decent places to chill with friends around New Shimla. Location is also great for parking point of view. Ambience is quite lively, however, the pricing is a bit on the higher side. Love their shakes and wraps. Home delivery is also available.

Beekays General Store is a popular food joint located near the famous Scandal Point on Mall Road in Shimla. It's known for its delectable baked goods, including cakes and pastries, as well as savory snacks like pizza rolls. Locals and tourists alike frequent this one-stop destination for delicious street food, with favorites such as the Veg Grilled Sandwich and Chicken Burger. Despite a price increase, the quality of their offerings remains top-notch.
Way before cafe culture hit the simple town of Shimla, Beekays was the original bakery cum cafe that served, pizzas, burgers, cakes which were delicious! Best part is that it is still the same! Just recently I got their blueberry cake home delivered and I for one couldn't stop eating it!

This place used to be a great place for teens to hangout, the food was also good, we recently had pasta and the pasta was stale and very weird tasting, also noticed some cockroaches in the vicinity.
Pragya T — Google review
A great and cosy place to have a quick bite on the Mall Road. The location is iconic and so are the fast food items that they prepare. I have been visiting the place since childhood. Although they've spiked their prices quite considerably, but their taste still remains wonderful. Do try their special veggie burger & garlic bread.
Saurav C — Google review
"Absolutely the best bakery in Shimla ! Every bite is a delight – fresh, flavorful, and made with love. The hospitality here is just as wonderful – warm smiles, quick service, and a truly welcoming vibe. A perfect blend of taste and care!"
Sonali S — Google review
I had a really disappointing experience at Bekays. The pyramid pastry was honestly the worst I’ve ever had – stale, lacking any real flavor, and nowhere near fresh. The veg patties were just as bad – soggy, oily, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. For a place that seems to pride itself on bakery items, the quality was shockingly poor. Definitely not worth the money or the hype. I strongly suggest not visit and have anything for them worst experience ever

Krishna Bakers, the oldest bakery in Shimla, is a must-visit for those craving delectable snacks. Their famous Chicken Buns are a mouthful of soft, roasted chicken and they also offer a vegetarian version. The bakery's menu includes an array of treats such as Spring Rolls, Momos, Pasta Roll, Cookies, Soups and Pastries. Visitors rave about their cream rolls, crunchy cookies, patties and momos.
The best thing i tried on mall road is kurkej The best veg kebabs in shimla 😋 I recommend this kurkej & patties from krishna bakery ❤️ They serve diffrent type of pastries also They have snoopy which is only availabe in shimla.!
Udit P — Google review
Krishna Bakers offers a good variety of fast food and bakery items. We tried their popular kurkej, which cost us around ₹80, and the taste was really good for the price. The portion was enough for two people. However, there are two things to keep in mind. First, the place stays quite crowded most of the day, so it can be a bit busy. Second, they don’t accept UPI or any online payment, they only take cash, which can be inconvenient. Apart from that, it’s a nice spot for quick bites.
Akash S — Google review
Somewhat Recommendable! Krishna Bakery is one of Shimla's oldest and most famous bakeries, just like Trishul Bakery. I visited with simple expectations, thinking I'd get a taste of traditional Shimla food. Their famous KurkeJ is similar to veg bullets, if you're a foodie than you've probably had better ones at other restaurants and cafes. To be honest 😜, Krishna Bakery's KurkeJ didn't blow me away😟. Their momos were okay, but nothing special😑 and slitly feel likes unriped. They could've been a bit more cooked with steam. If you're looking for the best momos, I'd recommend trying Dim Sum instead little bit costly but worth it. Best thing service was too good. Kurkej - 3.5/5 Momos - 3/5 Cleanliness - 4/5 Service - 5/5

A modest shop on the mall road serving delicious food for nearly a decade. One may find long queue in a weekend evening.Despite of the frantic activity around the staffs are capable enough to serve each one with accuracy.Your Shimla visit will remain incomplete without having a bite from this bakery.
Rajdeep D — Google review
Though this bakery is famous for a dish named Kukrej, it is not something to die for. Their veg. Momos were too spicy and were neither that delicious nor well steamed.
Vishakha B — Google review
A must-visit on Mall Road, Krishna Bakers is famous for its crispy kurkez, flavorful momos, and delicious coconut macaroons. With quick service and budget-friendly prices, it’s perfect for a quick, tasty snack
Navyam G — Google review
This place is on the main road. Most of the items are not so costly. We had tried kukrej , chocko Lava Cake, and Patty. Only kukrej was very delicious, but the other two items are very average in taste. But the most problematic thing is that they don't take any online payments. So you need to carry cash. Also the behavior of the shop owner is very bad. He didn't even respond after asking for food many times. They also served kukrej after 30 minutes. Shop owners also served food to the locals first. We had a very bad experience with him.
Salil D — Google review
We tried black forest pastry, chicken burger, and chicken stuffed roll. I did not feel all that items have exotic taste. And people from kolkata who have tasted mio amore will find its taste of black forest bland.

Sai Tara The Eggless Cake Shop is a small establishment located on Mall Road that specializes in homemade eggless cakes. Their offerings have been described as tasting homemade and evoke a sense of nostalgia, rather than the typical products found at professional bakeries. One customer mentioned enjoying their mocha fudge pastry, which was served warm and had a dense texture. However, they also noted that they have tried better elsewhere.
A shop where you get the taste, not only the name like Trishool Bakery.

It's a small outlet on mall road which serves home made eggless cakes. Atleast it tastes home made. I had mocha fudge pastry for 50 bucks. She warmed it up and served. It tasted good, dense.. But gave me a home made feeling rather than prof bakery. It was good but I have tried better. So I will say it was 8/10.

Embassy Bakery is a renowned old café located in Shimla, offering a diverse and innovative menu featuring Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. The bakery is celebrated for its delectable homemade pastries and cakes. Situated on Mall Road near The Lift, it's considered one of the best bakeries in Shimla for authentic flavors.
Their apple almond cake, coffee and hot chocolate are to dieee forrr I love Shimla in general so u end up going there twice a year almost, have been for the last 8 years I always stay for three days and I eat here twice a day, everyday! The lamb sandwich and chicken tikka masala with cheese bread were also amazing Actually every single thing they serve is amazing I love this place and I will keep visiting forever
Khushi S — Google review
I visited this small cafe that turned out to be a massive disappointment. Right from the start, the experience was unpleasant due to the rude and unwelcoming behavior of the elderly man at the counter. His attitude made us feel like we were intruding rather than being valued customers. We ordered an almond cheesecake, **pineapple cake slices**, and a **chocolate cheesecake**, expecting a quality experience given the high price. However, the reality was far from it. The items were **stale, dry, and completely tasteless**. It was shocking to see such poorly made desserts priced at **Rs. 1200**! None of the cakes had any flavor or freshness, and they seemed like they had been sitting on the shelf for far too long. This was, without a doubt, one of the **worst decisions I’ve ever made** when choosing a place to eat. I wouldn't recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good food or service. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere.
Kalpana C — Google review
Stopped by here because it looked like a cute old place and was marked as Shimla’s oldest bakery which we thought of giving a try. But the experience was absolute garbage. The old lady at the counter was so rude and arrogant I was shook. She had absolutely no manners. I told her if she has to talk to me in this manner, please cancel the order but she refused the same and I had already paid unfortunately. And the amount paid was stupidly high for what the products were. I had some hopes of at least the food being good, but it was so stale, dry and tasteless. I have never been so disappointed and upset for my money being wasted like this. I tried the walnut cake, apple crumble cake and blueberry cheesecake - all of them worse than the other. The packaging was so bad too, it was all stuck to each other. I can’t ever imagine being spoken to in such a manner in a hospitality business. Don’t ever waste a penny here!
Dhriti W — Google review
I had chocolate cheesecake, this was okay to say the least, nothing I will remember for the rest of my life for sure as said by the owner. The cake is damn expensive, this one cake costed us almost ₹700. You can skip this, nothing special.
Mansi C — Google review
I visited this place yesterday and was quite disappointed. The staff came across as very rude, which really took away from the experience. We ordered three coffees and a small piece of cake, and the total bill came to ₹1500. The cake itself was stale and had an unpleasant smell. When I asked why the pricing was so high, the response was, “because of the architecture,” which honestly didn’t make sense given the quality of food and service. Shimla is known for its warmth and hospitality, and unfortunately, this place doesn’t reflect that at all. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Supratik C — Google review
How about sipping some amazing hot rum chocolate with scrumptious cheesecake And apple cinnamon chocolate cake. Mouth drooling already. The food is good here , slightly over priced. The staff is little cold here not very humble and sweet. The view and the food is worth the money.
Ashima B — Google review
The owner is incredibly rude and made us feel completely unwelcome! Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had!! I just stopped to look around and decide if I wanted to try something, and he kept insisting that I try the blueberry cheesecake. When I politely said I was still deciding and enquired about the shop’s closing time, he folded his hands mockingly and told me to leave in an extremely rude manner. On top of that, the prices are unreasonably high for the tiny portions they serve. It honestly felt like they don’t want customers and are okay with no one buying anything. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Avoid it if you expect basic courtesy and decent service.
Arshia G — Google review
I strongly recommend AVOIDING this place. While poor preparation and overpriced items are concerning, the most frustrating aspect was the behavior and attitude of the man at the counter. No greetings for customers? Fine. No responses to questions or suggestions? Still okay. But incessantly arguing over a simple question about a beverage? That's unacceptable. I approached the shop with a smile, but the owner's demeanor quickly soured the experience. He seemed uninterested in running the business, possibly due to internal family matters. Whatever the reason, it's not fair to take it out on customers. As for the so-called 'Blueberry Cheesecake,' it was the worst I've ever had, and I've tried many in my 42 years. The products were stale, the preparation was poor, and the prices were exorbitant. To the owner: I sincerely hope you reconsider your approach. If you have other dreams, pursue them. While I don't mind how you choose to live your life, please spare your customers, who are visiting Shimla to enjoy their time, from a negative experience.
