Changed my rating from 4 star to 1 after a bitter experience. When I reached the outlet, the cake was not to be found for at least 15 minutes. When they “found it”, i was given the reason that the delay was due to the icing being done for the name. Strangely enough, they only use the icing on pre-printed plate for birthdays. After the cake finally arrived, it was close to half hour of waiting. I was given a “brown” cake - which was originally meant to be a Red Velvet cake. Not only was the colour weirdly weird, the finishing of the cake was not up to the mark. Compared to the less expensive cakes already in display, this had unfinished edges, uneven colour tone. I ended up picking a cake off the shelf instead since the look of it matched the label (lol) : a Blueberry cake. Knowing how good the bakery is, I expected honest approach from the start, regarding the delay and the whole experience thereafter.

It was one of my best place for the cakes but now from few months it’s seems like they don’t care about their customers anymore. Poor customer service.

No one picks up the phone number on the website. They even cut it off as if they are not interested in taking orders. Was a good bakery but customer service is getting worse with time.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two Chicken Tikka Biryanis from this restaurant, and when the food arrived, it had a strong foul smell, clearly not fresh. The taste was off and it was completely inedible. This raises serious concerns about the food quality and hygiene standards. I recently visited Popular bakery and mithai shop and was blown away by the quality of their products. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the delicious aroma of freshly baked goods and sweets. The bakery section had a wide variety of bread and pastries, all of which looked and tasted amazing. I tried their patties,cookies and was impressed by how flaky and buttery they were. Their cakes and pastries were also beautifully decorated and tasted just as good as they looked. The mithai section had an equally impressive array of sweets, including traditional favorites like laddoos and rasgulla. I was especially impressed by their kaju katli,milk cake which was perfectly balanced between nutty and sweet. What really stood out to me, though, was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the shop. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend Popular bakery and mithai shop to anyone looking for delicious and high-quality baked goods and sweets, as well as a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The entrance is very nice decorated with plants 🪴 in front ,the ambience was great 👍 with good reception at front with bakery 🧁. They have good seating space on ground floor and upstairs too. The menu includes Chinese ,Thai Italian and Indian cuisine which is very vast . We ordered Indian food 🍱 which was presented well and taste yum 😋. The staff was very welcoming and efficient overall good customer service and recommended place

Loved the place and the whole vibe of it. Very well lit, spacious enough, has a good theme overall. Serves descent amount of luxury bakery items (cakes, cheese cakes, macaroons, baked bread etc). Their menu is elaborate and includes Indian, Chinese, Italian, continental cuisine. Serves a few mock tails as well to go with the food. It has a basement seating too which I believe serves alcohol. You can pretty much guess the same with a few pics I have uploaded. Very trendy and modern seating set up in the basement; perhaps I would try being seated there next time. The service is fast and the staff is well behaved from what I’ve seen. Food is super tasty as well! I went with my family and we all enjoyed the delicious food served to us. No complaints what so ever. Perhaps we could built more appetite as it was very delicious, but we could only eat so much you know. Do keep in mind that it’s not the cheapest option out there. The menu is slightly on the expensive side. As long as you don’t mind shelling some extra bucks for good food, you can definitely show up at their door.

The variety of cookies is wayyyyyyy more than you can think. Gifting options are also available here. Other than this we have tried their panner tikka bun and pizza- which is okayish in taste. Not so great at the price of 120. Coffee is priced at 70 rupees but won't be worth. Also find a lot of chocolates, pastries, cake different variety of snacks and chips

It is on the Main road which makes it easy to visit. They have a lot of cakes and pastries in different flavours. They also have bakery and beverages. I ate strawberry pastry and chocolate Donuts there. The pastry was little disappointing, it wasn't fresh and the price was really high. But the donuts were delicious.

Just go for the decor and coffee drinks if you have to. Food was mediocre, we ordered a biryani and pizza with two drinks. They put mayo on pizza base which made it the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. Biryani was very regular style- no special flavours. Too much sugar in drinks as well, we ordered mojitos. Staff- nosy/ creepy/ uneducated/ peaking and steering when you’re not looking. Poor hygiene, the guy who made our drinks on the counter was handling the fruits to be used in the drinks with bare hands and using his phone all the time in between. Very slow service for a restaurant which wasn’t busy at all. Poor customer service tbh. The employees serving bakery products were ignorant like they’ve never been trained for a good customer service.

Great bakery with excellent service! Had to order a cake overnight. I ordered from overseas, usually they ask for payment first but they were kind enough to say don't worry about the payment, we can take care of that later. Lessened my worries so much!! They were able to make the exact fondant cake and they had it made and delivered within a night! They were also sweet enough to pick up the flowers on the way. And the cake as GORGEOUS and was absolutely deliciousness! Will be using again real soon!

This shop seems like recently renovated and now looks upmarket. They sell various confectionery items like cakes, pastries, biscuits, puffs and bread. The prices are moderate, pastry starts from ₹30 a piece and cake is ₹700 /kg. There is no siting place so you have to stand and eat. Will be nice if they keep dry fruits also in the store. We tried their Butter scotch pastry which was nice and yummy.

Useless biscuits, crispiness is missing & far far away so it’s now only name no quality standard and if you complaint about quality they don’t bother about it so better to buy from more reputed bakeries than Bansal.

Went with kids for the first time thinking shop looks nice, neat and clean but their cakes are dry not moist and fruit pudding was below than average for the price they are charging. Chocolate shakes were only item were good. Up on paying I gave them feedback and they were like because “it’s eggless that’s why it’s dry” They should try eggless cake from some better bakery so they know it shouldn’t be like that. Items are expensive but lacking in taste. Will not go again nor recommend to anyone. Total rip off.

I went there yesterday as per valentine week I had two food vouchers of honey hut which provided me 75 rupees discount on one food item. I ordered 2 veg sandwiches which costs 109 per sandwich thus my total bill was 218 rupees.I got 150 rupees discount & the rest amount that I have to pay was 68 rupees but the cashier asked me to pay 100 . When I asked him that I have to pay 68 & he said another 32 rupees are Tax & he even didn’t gave me bill & according to 5% gst on food 32 rupees are more so he said he will mail me bill but I haven’t received any bill yet. So this is very unsatisfactory experience

Today i ordered fruit cake with welcome note and pay 759rs but i got another flavour cake with happy birthday note. I paid proper amount of food but i got what they send to me?? You should contact to customer or send them a note if you guys don't have exact thing. You cannot do whatever you want after receiving exact amount of food. Ist experience useless and waste of money.

Mojito preparation was done with fourth grade flavours only and crushed ice....Left without drinking after taking a sip only.... Fruit cake, biscuits were packed,but after tasting found that all these are filled with scent and smelling like perfume.A layer of vegetable oil of low quality got coated in mouth.... Very bad taste.. Suggest to shut down....
