Boozehounds Palm Springs is a trendy restaurant that welcomes dogs, offering a unique dining experience for both humans and their furry companions. The establishment features an enclosed patio where dogs can join their owners at the table, complete with a doggy door for easy access. The menu offers a variety of cocktails and Southern California plates with Asian/Filipino influences, including options like garlic noodles with galbi and chicken adobo.
First time visiting Boozehounds and it was a great experience! The vibe was awesome—everyone was so friendly, especially all the dog lovers. The service was excellent, and they even gave us a free snack for our furry babies—just one simple ingredient: chicken breast. Our pups loved it! The food came out quickly and the portions were perfect for brunch. Plus, they have a dog menu as well. We'll definitely be back!

We came in on a Monday for lunch and were seated right away. For lunch, they do bar ordering with limited table service but our food came out quickly and was exceptional. They have a full water and treat station for the dogs as well as a fun dog menu. We tried the watermelon gazpacho for our two dachshunds and they loved it! There’s plenty of space for tables to keep dogs separated from other groups and the outdoor patio was shaded and cool. It was quiet during the lunch hour but they advertised fun events like drag shows that I’m sure make the restaurant a blast. We will absolutely be back

Very nice happy hour spot. Super cute art deco design and furniture. Good happy hour special and fantastic waiter. They also have an outdoor spot if you want to bring your dog. Food was good except for mini egg rolls which were beyond small and over priced for 3 little roles

Wow. The best “Benny” I’ve had in a long time. I ordered with a side of bacon because this is a meatless Benny. I should’ve trusted the chef and let the roasted chickpeas be the star of the show. Glad I asked for protein on the side so I could try the dish on its own! First time here. I’d suggest calling ahead if you’re with a dog and by yourself. The front signage asking to go through the “doggy” door appeared to be misleading when I arrived. Lovely staff. Amazing food. Cozy and comfortable for dogs. Turns out chefs in Palm Springs can actually cook. This is my new favorite place, after condemning Palm Springs as a culinary desert. PLEASE visit. This place is delicious and made for fun.

Nice spot for cocktails and small bites in Palm Springs. If you’re looking to get out of the heat and enjoy a cocktail hour then this is a great option. The vegan food options on the menu were diverse in selection which I appreciated. Everything came out quickly and tasted good. I enjoyed the cocktail as well. It was well balanced, refreshing, and hit the spot! The overall aesthetic of the place is very mid century chic and somewhat moody. It’s the type of place where you want to dress up a little for cocktail hour, which makes me happy. I’d happily go back next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Great vibes, super friendly and sweet staff, and great food options. Loved that they have a dog menu. She had to be carried out because she didnt want to leave and come back home. Safe to say she approves of this place too.

Boozehounds…Heard great things and was super excited to try it. Unfortunately, it did not meet the mark or come even close. Super cool restaurant when you walk in. Interestingly/unexpectedly, there were no less than four bachelor/bachelorette parties when we walked in. Maybe that was my fault but not the vibe we were looking for. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu. For drinks, unfortunately, they had no available draft beers, and of the cans, they were out of the amber, had two IPAs, and the “plain” beer they did have was mango flavored. I got the Siren’s Call cocktail which looked great on paper but was extremely unbalanced and not my favorite. For food, we had everything come out at once, which again maybe was our fault, but it took FAR longer than it should have…and came out cold. Something to flag- the portion sizes were super confusing. The Brussel sprouts were an appetizer and a HUGE portion, whereas the lumpia (chicken spring rolls) were also an appetizer but were five small pieces and came out cold. On the bizarre side, the sweet chili dipping sauce came out in a plastic condiment cup instead of a normal cup or ramekin which seemed out of place for everything else that was presented on the nicer side. We ordered the garlic noodles which were good, but not super garlicky and adobo chicken protein we added was dry and not broken up well (some was shredded and some was in clumps). Lastly, we got the tteokbokki (very thick, chewy, mozzarella stick-sized noodles) which was in a fantastic sauce but odd general texture. Uncommon to have an Asian dish with cheese, but overall good flavor. We asked to see the dessert menu and instead we’re brought the check which was an odd way to end the meal. Overall, really disappointed with the drinks and food. Staff was friendly enough, but that’s not going to make up for cold food and lack of flavor.

We held our full, 100 person wedding reception at Boozehounds back in April. We could not have envisioned a better venue! Cameron, Chef Aric, and DJ Chris absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were all incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond. The space works exceptionally well for a reception, as you can flow from the cocktail hour on the patio, to a sit down dinner in the dining room, to dancing in the atrium. Received a ton of comments that it was the best “wedding food” anyone has ever had!

Moorten Botanical Garden, a historic landmark established in 1938, is a hidden gem in Palm Springs. It showcases over 3,000 varieties of desert plants and cacti, some of which are exclusive to this garden. The one-acre estate was built by Chester Moorten and his wife Patricia and serves as a living museum of desert allure.
This is a hidden gem in the valley! is not only a wonderful place to show your children all the different types of desert plants and flowers but it is super affordable. I also love to buy the mini cactus plants and give them to family and friends as present. Very calm and serene environment. Highly recommend!

I went here last October and absolutely loved my visit. The people working were fantastic and were happy to answer all of my questions and chat. It’s small and I thought it wouldn’t take long to get through, but I think I ended up spending 3 or so hours. It’s a great place for plant lovers and they have so many interesting plants. They also have great plants for sale. I bought five plants and four months later they are all thriving. The people running the garden are so knowledgeable and passionate. I can’t wait to go back and I highly recommend spending at least a few hours here!
Hannah S — Google review
A nice cacti garden to walk around in. The staff was very friendly, and offered guided or self guided tours. Was fun to walk around and see the various cacti, other vegetation, birds, tortoises, lizards, and a hummingbird nest. Was a fun relaxing area to meander through.
Nicholas W — Google review
Wow! What a beautiful gem in the desert. Every year, for our wedding anniversary, we go to a different botanical garden from around this country. They have all been amazing, but this one is the best one yet. We met Clark Moorten, the owner and curator of the estate, and he was the kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable man we have ever encountered. We never really imagined visiting a desert themed garden, full of so many varieties of cacti & succulents, as well as, birds and tortoises. Despite the high heat of summer (110 degrees F), it was still such an eye opening experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you enjoy botanical gardens.
Thomas M — Google review
Tucked just off the main drag in Palm Springs, Moorten Botanical Garden and Cactarium is a slice of desert paradise that feels both timeless and otherworldly. This compact, one acre garden may be small in size, but it’s absolutely overflowing with personality, charm, and thousands of fascinating desert plants from around the world. Originally established in 1938 by Chester “Cactus Slim” Moorten and his wife Patricia, the garden is still family owned and proudly rooted in local history. The Moorten family’s home dubbed the “Cactus Castle” adds a vintage vibe to the property and is just one of the many quirks that make this place so special. The main attraction, of course, is the Cactarium - a shaded greenhouse packed with rare and exotic cactus species that look like they belong on another planet. From tiny, fuzzy succulents to towering spiky giants, there’s something captivating around every corner. The garden is thoughtfully laid out with paths leading you through different arid regions, including South America, the Baja Peninsula, and the Mojave Desert. It’s also incredibly photogenic, with light filtering through spines and blooms, perfect for photographers and Instagram enthusiasts. For just $5 admission, it’s one of the best deals in Palm Springs and a peaceful escape where nature takes center stage. Whether you’re a plant lover, history buff, or just looking for something unique, Moorten Botanical Garden is a must-visit desert treasure. 🌵🌞

My group went to the botanical garden for our friend’s birthday and we had a spectacular time! Barry the tour guide was informative, kept us inquisitive, and he had a fun sense of humor. 10/10 would recommend visiting the garden and asking if Barry is available.

If you love succulents and cacti like I do, you have to visit Moorten Botanical Garden in Palm Springs. I stopped by this past January and it quickly became one of my favorite spots of the whole trip. It’s a small, family-owned garden tucked right in the middle of the desert—and it’s packed with hundreds of stunning cactus varieties, rare succulents, and desert plants from all over the world. Every turn felt like a tiny alien landscape. 🌵🪴 The best part? The Cactarium—a vintage-style greenhouse filled with the most Instagram-worthy spiky plants you’ve ever seen. It was hot, wild-looking, and completely magical. They also have a little nursery where you can buy plants to take home. I couldn’t resist—I bought a couple and had them shipped back to my house because TSA doesn’t love spiky souvenirs 😅 It’s peaceful, weirdly romantic, and a total vibe if you love desert beauty. You don’t need a whole day—just an hour and an appreciation for plants with personality. Don’t skip this gem next time you’re in Palm Springs.

The David H. Ready Palm Springs Dog Park, located behind City Hall in Palm Springs, CA, offers a fantastic off-leash experience for furry friends. Spanning 1.6 acres of lush rolling grass, the park is divided into sections for large and small dogs to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pets. Amenities include fire hydrants, dual-purpose canine/human drinking fountains, picnic tables made from recycled materials, solar lighting, and shade structures.
We are vacationing in PS for a few days and our pup needed to run and play. This is a great park, lots of space, but separated areas for big dogs and small dogs. The owners seemed to be attentive to their dogs. People picked up poo right away also. Lots of benches for humans and grassy areas for doggies. The only downside is it's right next to the airport, so the sound of planes and smell of fuel was somewhat bothersome (for me, my dog didn't care) after an hour. Otherwise great spot! Parking lot with plenty of spaces too.
Shireen M — Google review
I've been to dozens of dog parks, and the small dog park at Palm Springs Civic Center is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. First, the grass is nearly dead, leaving large areas of mud. Second, the city allows patrons to leave furniture in the park, resulting in about 40 mismatched chairs scattered throughout. These chairs are unsightly, inappropriate, and potentially dangerous for both dogs and people, as they are low-quality and largely sourced from trash receptacles around the city. They also take up so much space that there's barely enough room for dogs to run and play. Third, many visitors fail to clean up after their dogs. They sit in the dilapidated chairs, often facing away from their pets, and conveniently "don’t see" when their dogs relieve themselves. If you point it out, you’ll likely be met with hostility. The regulars treat the park more like a personal social club than a space for exercising dogs, and they often act as though they have authority over it simply because they've been going there for years.
Kara S — Google review
Just say I'm not a big dog park guy .... but this one had a social speak easy in the middle lol.... not my vibe but a spot worth trying......we walked the boyz round the courthouse & local area great overall experience
NANDO 5 — Google review
Amazing little/big dog park that's friendly to all dog owners. Everything you need is provided from waste bags to water hoses! Plenty of room for your pup to run and play or smell and train. Also has a smaller area for a more secure feel or smaller dogs or to train. Great double gates to enter and exit safely with your best friend. I'm not from palm springs and was just visiting but every time I know that I visit there owns a pup and I have to say this one park was nothing less than impressive upon first visit. Wish it was like that here in San Diego. Lol. I'll be back again maybe within my own two pups. Very nice!😁🤩🐶🐕🐕‍🦺🐈
Cmike — Google review
This dog park has a people problem. The regulars here treat the dog park, particularly the small side, as a personal social club. They don’t clean up after their dogs, or watch their poor behavior. There is a couple dozen random lawn chairs in varying states of condition which make the park look like a mess. On top of that the grass is mostly dead so it’s nearly all dirt. Panorama Park is far nicer.
John D — Google review
There's some kind of weird boomer social club that gatekeeps entry to this park. You'll see them on the weekends all sitting together and will ask you to leave if you try to enter. They've got rowdy dogs and don't pick up after them. Do yourself a favor and don't bother visiting unless you want to watch grown adults laughing and insulting you like school kids.
Grady B — Google review
Whenever I visit Palm Springs, I take my two little dogs to this great off leash park. There are two separately fenced areas, one for big dogs and one for small ones. The small dog park has a large grassy area and a shaded area where pet parents congregate. Many know each other from the neighborhood. There are also a few benches and chairs scattered about. I've found both dogs and humans alike here to be friendly. After Cupcake got attacked in an AZ doggy daycare, I have both my girls wear puncture proof vests anytime they're off leash around other dogs. There are also free EV charging stations for my Tesla in the parking lot by city hall. Clean restrooms are located on the east side of city hall, facing the airport. The park was open on Christmas Day, which was wonderful. Check my photos for hours of operation, park rules and closure times. We love this park!
Marlene B — Google review
Very nice dog park. Well kept and well stocked. Friendly fur parents that seemed to be genuinely aware of their dogs' behavior and interactions. Just reopened after a month long re-seeding of the grassy areas. It was a good job on that! Spent about an hour and a half there, 10:30 to noon on Christmas Eve. Sat and drank my coffee under one of several covered spots throughout. Threw tennis balls to my ball hog pup. Even if you forget to bring balls, there are numerous ones left for you and your dog to use and enjoy. Other dogs are very willing to run and play with your pup. Shade trees also throughout the park. PS Airport right next door, but almost unnoticeable. If you are a fellow responsible dog parent, I recommend this spot very highly!!!

Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs is a trendy and stylish spa resort located in downtown Palm Springs. It offers two outdoor pools, a spa, and a diner-themed restaurant. The hotel has undergone a retro makeover, featuring mid-century simplicity with vintage Americana vibes. It's an arty haven for the hip crowd, offering laid-back massages at the Feel Good Spa and lively bar experiences.
I recently went to the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, and it’s safe to say this place gives the feeling of a desert escape. Think bold mid-century furniture, warm lighting, vintage-inspired signage, and pastel tones that feel like stepping into a sunlit postcard. The hotel design is beautiful in every detail. The interiors blend eclectic art pieces, stylish textures, and open spaces that invite lounging and conversation. Whether it's the pool area with its sculptural landscaping, the cozy lobby with plush seating, or the guest rooms that mix modern comfort with nostalgia, every corner feels thoughtfully curated

We had a really lovely experience at the Ace Hotel Palm Springs! We loved our room and the hotel's facilities. The gym was much nicer than most hotel gyms I've used in the past, and there are multiple pools, so we were able to escape the crowds. The food and drinks were also really great, and the staff was friendly and helpful! My only issue was with billing. I ended up getting double charged for something, when I called to have the hotel correct it they said they would, but I ended up having to call again because the correction hadn't worked. It was relatively easy to call and explain what had happened and get it fixed (even though I had to call twice) however I'd recommend double checking all your credit card statements after checking out! Clearly there's something wrong with their system. Hoping they can get it fixed soon, we definitely want to come back!
Wren F — Google review
Terrible, terrible hotel. Looks nice, but is truly awful. Firstly, the staff, grumpy on the front desk, unwilling to help with basic requests. Firstly saying I checked in on the wrong day. I hadn't, they couldn't read their own bookings. Secondly, the frankly terrible music by the pool, a "DJ" playing dreadful house music all day, not only is it dated, this place is not Ibiza, turn it down or even better OFF. Thirdly, on arriving a group of adults were drinking whiskey from a bottle in reception. Really sets the tone, hotel didn't care. Room wasn't ready past check in time either, so we were moved into a suite with no bed for our daughter. She had to sleeping on a knackered old roll bed with a mattress less than an inch thick. To add insult to injury, these fools charged me TWICE for the same room, I've emailed with a vein hope they might refund me, but realistically I am doing a charge back as they were so rude when I was there. And let me finish on the front desk, there were no towels by the pool. I called 3 times, then eventually walked to the front desk to ask for some. The lady on the desk took GREAT offence to me asking for towels 3 times over TWO HOURS and told me it wasn't her problem. Well, I guess it is, here's my review of you. They also accused me of smoking in the room! i've never smoked in my life and there was a three year old in the room. UNACCEPTABLE Truly terrible hotel. There are better options within 500 yards on the same street. Avoid.
James M — Google review
We had a wonderful stay at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club. It’s a thoughtfully designed and beautifully located property. We especially loved that it’s pet friendly (our travel crates even fit perfectly under the desk), the dog park, and our cozy room with a patio and fireplace. Highlights: the lovely pool and hot tub, stark desert views, EV-friendly outlets, floaties in the pool, coconut water in the minibar, and that stylish commune blanket I wish I’d bought. The King’s Highway café was another highlight. The espresso drinks were excellent, and Sunny deserves a standing ovation for her warmth and enthusiasm. The Amigo Room’s refreshed look and liquor selection were fantastic too—chips, guac, and fries all hit the spot. A few things kept this from being a full five stars: nighttime safety concerns at the back of the property, weak shower pressure, stained coasters, and limited vegan options. There was also some confusion around drink ingredients (honey vs. simple syrup) that left us uneasy. Overall, though, the vibe, design, and setting are exceptional. With a few refinements in hospitality and vegan offerings, this could easily become an unforgettable stay. 🌴💫

We always love our stays at the Ace Hotel Palm Springs. The team’s laid-back, friendly energy makes every visit feel effortless and genuine. The property has a wonderful atmosphere, from the stylish yet comfortable rooms to the inviting pool and beautifully grounds. The food is consistently great, and the occasional live DJs and music experiences add such a fun, creative touch that perfectly captures the Palm Springs vibe. You can truly unwind here while still feeling inspired and connected to the local culture. A fantastic place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the desert in full bloom. 🌸

We came to the Ace for a quick, romantic weekend getaway and despite the summer heat, we had such a great time! Stayed at the hotel for most of the weekend. Loved spending the day by the pool in our cabana (totally worth it), and the service throughout was excellent. We had great meals at the diner, and check-in and check-out with Marty was especially lovely...he was so friendly and welcoming! He even checked on us at the cabana, which was such a sweet touch. We will definitely be back!

The Ace Hotel Palm Springs is such a vibe! The atmosphere is laid-back, stylish, and full of energy without ever feeling over the top. The pool scene is amazing, the music is always on point, and the whole property has this cool desert charm that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and super comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. It’s the perfect mix of fun and relaxation—definitely one of my favorite Palm Springs getaways!
Zoe S — Google review
We loved our 2 night stay at the Ace Hotel this past weekend. Staff was friendly and the pool + food + drinks were great. The music at the pool can be on the louder side (and stays loud until around 10pm), so if you're looking for quiet relaxation this might not be it, but we didn't mind. Would definitely return!

Sherman's Deli & Bakery is a NYC-style deli that offers kosher fare from morning to night. The old-school, spacious dining room features retro decor and pictures of celebrities who have dined there, while the airy patio provides a view of the mountains and tall palm trees. The place is known for its delicious sandwiches and breakfast options, as well as its tempting pastries and cakes on display.
Sherman’s is a true Palm Springs gem. I came for the famous pastrami sandwich and wow—absolutely incredible. Juicy, smoky, stacked sky-high, and perfectly balanced with fresh toppings. Easily one of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. The vibe is classic old-school deli, full of character and warmth. The service was friendly and efficient—even with a packed house, the staff were attentive and kind. And don’t even get me started on the dessert display… a full-on paradise for sweet tooths. From chocolate eclairs to fruit tarts to giant layered cakes, everything looked like it came from a vintage New York bakery window. I had to stop myself from buying a dozen pastries to go. Whether you're here for lunch or just dropping by for a slice of cake and coffee, this place hits all the right notes. A must-visit in Palm Springs!
Mohammad A — Google review
My wife and I made Sherman's Deli and Bakery our first stop in Palm Springs after seeing it recommended everywhere and it absolutely lived up to the hype. When you walk in you are greeted with a huge display of bakery treats, pies, cakes and pastries that all look incredible. My wife grabbed a slice of banana cream pie and a slice of custard pie and loved both so much she finished them before I could even get a picture. She said the flavor was phenomenal and I trust her review completely. For lunch I ordered the hot pastrami New York style sandwich and it was a showstopper. The sandwich was piled so high with pastrami I could barely fit a bite but the flavor was spot on, juicy and rich without being overwhelming. The pickle on the side gave the perfect crunch and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. I used their Beaver’s deli mustard on both the fries and the sandwich and it tied everything together perfectly. The only tweak I would make is to have the bread toasted for a little extra crunch but even without that it was an easy eight or nine out of ten. My wife ordered the Sherman's traditional Cobb salad with chicken and enjoyed it as well. It was a big portion with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor, nothing over the top but a solid and satisfying salad. Service was excellent. Our waitress was genuinely kind and attentive which made the whole experience even better. Sherman's is a great spot for lunch or a hearty brunch and an ideal way to start a day in Palm Springs.

Phenomenal! I went 2 days in a row. Breakfast once, then lunch. I almost went 3 times, but wanted to try other spots. Roast beef, corned beef, pickles, latkes, pretty much everything! This place is next level. The photos around Sherman's are so cool. It's preserved for the "Palm Springs" era, but still modern and nicely kept. Mitch the waiter is a boss! Very cool guy! It's worth going just to see Mitch! The only downside is the coffee is miserable. The Bloody Mary is ok, but not much flavor. Also they have gluten free bread. Top of the line! I love this place. Way to go Sherman's!

Always a busy spot but service moves pretty fast. A staple diner in Downtown Palm Springs that serves sandwiches and specializes in cakes. This place has that classic diner vibe with service to match — friendly and quick. I ended up getting the French Dip and it was exactly what I needed. Warm broth to dip in and filled with meat! Overall, great local spot and popular for a reason.

There’s a reason this place has thousands of positive reviews! Classic NY/Jewish deli! So many nostalgic foods on the menu - matzo ball soup, latkes, blintzes, lox, gefilte fish! Massive deli sandwiches. Food was great. Service was good even though they were super busy, and there wasn’t much of a wait (maybe 5-10 minutes). The cake and pastry case is massive. Good cakes and pastries, plus Jewish classics like B&W cookies, hamentashen, rugelach.

My first time going to Sherman's and it will not be my last. The meat in the sandwiches were amazing and so fresh. The portions are huge so you could definitely share.

In Palm Springs looking for good grub, look no further. Sherman's is one of my favorite spots. It's an old school New York style deli that opened in 1963. Everything is delicious, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a bakery on the premises serving more deliciousness. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. This location gets busy on the weekends, but the service is always friendly. It's definitely worth the wait and definitely worth a visit. Try the pastrami sandwich, one of my favorites. I'll see you there, bon appetite!

Cafe
4 Paws Coffee Co, located in North Palm Springs, is a pet-friendly cafe that offers organic, fair-trade espresso and a variety of delicious treats like Almond Croissants and Honey Lavender Lattes. The cafe's interior is adorned with charming decor reflecting their love for coffee and furry friends. They welcome dogs with a special treat called Pup Cup and donate a portion of their sales to local animal shelters.
This coffee shop is an absolute gem! Not only is it dog-friendly (huge bonus for us pet parents!), but it also boasts the most creative and delicious menu I’ve ever seen. Every item feels thoughtfully crafted, with unique twists on classic favorites that keep me coming back to try something new each time. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing coffee date or getting some work done, and the staff is so welcoming—they even have treats and water bowls ready for your furry friends. Whether you’re craving a perfectly brewed latte, a one-of-a-kind pastry, or a savory bite, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a standout coffee experience with their pup by their side!

We came accidentally because we were early for our escape room appointment. We walked over from the escape room and immediately felt a warm welcome and inviting atmosphere. I went straight to the shelf where you can shop for souvenirs. We eventually ordered a drink, the passionfruit strawberry lemonade tea, and it was so delicious and refreshing! Restrooms were clean as well! Stop by!

if you have a pup that you love to take with you this is the spot! they have great food, frappe's are 🔥. they even offer all the sandwiches with no bread and it's prepared right 👍. i think i have a new hangout.

Unacceptable ‘matcha’ latte, while I don’t expect high quality powder it at least needs to be green. $7 wasted on a cup of milk. Asked for it to remade but could not wait behind the 10 other orders. Food was fine if you need a quick option. Overall only recommend if the other cafes in town are busy.

Always looking for cute places to try out when I’m in Palm Springs, so I keep a running list of food establishments on Instagram I want to explore. 4 Paws did NOT disappoint! Adorable and dog friendly (dog decor for days!), this is the spot to check out with your pup or solo. Lots of seating, Instagrammable, a killer pretzel croissant 🥐 sandwich (yummm bacon/egg/cheese and added avocado. delicious!!!!) with great coffee! The owner and staff are friendly and great with the recommendations. This outside of downtown, toward San Jacinto tram), so it’s chiller, which is a nice change. Not too many gluten free options, fyi (a few cookies). Lots of parking, interior space, and pawsitive vibes! 2 paws up!

I went for one reason and left very amaze at how everyone there was so nice. I just ordered a plain blended coffee and it was fantastic. The owner is very nice. I am now hooked and will have to try all the different pastries and other items offered. They are very dog friendly.

30 minutes for one drink when the place was empty is unacceptable. The teenagers working here were nice and polite but when they are so focused on personal conversations it makes you wonder is this a place of business or a social club? It wasn't just a one time thing. I ended up trying to talk to the manager but she wasn't in so I left my name and phone number. Never heard back. Maybe it's just a California thing?

Such a sweet staff here- I enjoyed the jalapeño bagel with cream cheese and a warm blueberry muffin. I left with a flat white after working on my laptop for a couple hours. Great space for a small bite to eat, to get some work done, and enjoy great coffee. *added* We came back and had another wonderful experience! Their breakfast biscuit sandwiches are huge!

Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel is a stylish accommodation with two restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool, and stunning mountain views. It stands out as an LGBTQ-friendly lodging in Palm Springs, offering a variety of accommodations from name-brand hotels to unique boutique properties. The hotel's rooftop pool sets it apart as the only one in the entire Coachella Valley. With its central location and city vibe, it attracts a diverse crowd including business travelers attending onsite meetings and conferences, as well as pet owners.
My wife and I stayed at the Kimpton Rowan over our anniversary weekend, we have an incredible time. I have to truly thank Ahmed at the font desk for making it such an amazing experience. He took notice that this was our anniversary trip and helped upgrade us to a larger suite. The room had fantastic views, a large bathtub, and a walk in shower. Ahmed also helped us coordinate a late check-out the day of our departure so we could enjoy more of our last morning staying there. He really had such an impact on our stay we can not thank him enough! The hotel itself is an oasis in the desert heat. Its clean and modern, with an abundance of food and drink options inside and surrounding the location. The rooftop pool was our favorite place to be, with the servers making sure we always had a drink or snack whenever we were in need of one. Thank you again for such a memorable weekend, we will never forget it!

We had a wonderful girl’s getaway at the Kimpton Palm Springs. I had emailed management about getting adjoining rooms and they were impressively quick to respond and accommodate. They also surprised my friend with champagne for her birthday! All in all, would highly recommend. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shops

Pet-Friendly Luxury Done Right! We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay at the Kimpton Rowan during a recent Palm Springs staycation! From the very start, the service exceeded expectations. I had emailed ahead to confirm the pet policy (which seemed almost too good to be true), and Ahmed responded right away with a warm welcome, a complimentary room upgrade, and the reassurance that our IHG membership perks were linked to our stay. Even before we arrived, we knew we were in for a fabulous weekend. Upon check-in, Brian confirmed our upgraded room—complete with a balcony for our pup and a luxurious spa-style bath for us. The thoughtful pet amenities, including a palm tree squeaky toy that our puppy still adores, made the experience extra special. The room itself was immaculate and stylish, with fresh mid-century modern finishes, high ceilings, and an airy, spacious feel. The bathroom was truly spa-like, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. While we didn’t need housekeeping, every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. We carved out time to enjoy the rooftop pool, where the relaxed vibe, plentiful seating, and sweeping mountain views made it a highlight of our trip. Sipping cocktails from the High Bar only added to the magic—our server was fantastic, even if we regret not catching her name. The lobby struck a perfect balance of calm and energy, with a lively downtown buzz just outside the doors and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the day. Valet and bell services were equally prompt and professional. As our stay came to an end, Ling helped us extend for a late checkout so we could savor one more brunch before hitting the road. She even updated our key cards proactively, saving us a trip back to the desk—a small gesture that spoke volumes about the care and efficiency of the team. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed and the entire Kimpton Rowan staff for making this such a memorable getaway. We left feeling refreshed, welcomed, and already excited to plan our return!

From the moment of arrival, the team was attentive, polished, and welcoming, creating an effortless check-in experience. The guest rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully appointed for both comfort and productivity.Ahmed Rowan , Assistant Manager, was gracious and accommodating from my check in till I checked out . The rooftop pool and bar offer not only breathtaking views but also a refined atmosphere that sets this hotel apart. Dining experiences on-site were exceptional, with consistently high-quality cuisine and service that was both professional and personable. Every detail—from the overall ambiance to the level of service—reflects a commitment to excellence. The Kimpton Rowan is truly a standout destination, and I look forward to returning. Cio 🇸🇪

This place is my go-to whenever I'm in Palm Springs. You really can't beat the combination of clean, well maintained rooms with great views, the central location where anything you want is within walking distance, the excellent amenities (the roof top pool and bar are the best in town) and of course the staff. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Staff and Poor Management I recently stayed at The Kimpton and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I called the front desk from my room to ask a simple question about my car, which was parked by the valet. After several attempts, each call was picked up and immediately disconnected. When someone finally answered, the employee (named Ben) spoke in an agitated tone and hung up on me mid-conversation. Surprised, I went down to the lobby to clarify in person. When I politely mentioned that he might have hung up on me by accident, he responded aggressively — both in tone and body language — which was completely uncalled for. I then asked for the manager, Cesar Lopez, who showed no concern at all. Instead of addressing the situation or offering an apology, he kept repeating, “What’s the problem?” as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, the front desk employee became even more confrontational and visibly angry to the point that it felt threatening. The manager had to tell him multiple times to stop talking. My wife and I were both uncomfortable with how unprofessional and tense the interaction became. As someone who travels often for business and leisure, I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this kind of rude, aggressive behavior—especially from staff in a hospitality setting. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of professionalism and accountability at this property. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because this level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a brand like Kimpton.

The Parker Palm Springs is a luxurious resort with stylish accommodations, a unique nautical-themed spa designed by Jonathan Adler, and three pools. The resort offers upscale amenities and activities such as tennis and croquet. Guests can enjoy the whimsical decor, designer amenities, and even dine at what is dubbed the world's smallest restaurant. For an extravagant experience, guests can book a villa with a private patio and access to a poolside cabana.
Paradise in Palm Springs! Your vacation begins when you enter the resort! It starts with a valet service for your car (prices are well communicated) and a beautiful entrance in the main lobby. The staff was very friendly and we got a free upgrade of our room to be closer to our children. What a treat l! Being a fan of vintage interiors this is to place to be. Also the garden is well maintained with a peaceful adult pool and somewhat smaller pool for with children. The Spa is massive with friendly staff! We have booked a table at Norma and hope it will be as great as the rest of the stay. I really don’t understand the lower reviews of this hotel. If you appreciate interior design, peacefulness, nice gardens and proper hotel guests this the place to go in Palm Springs!

We recently had our wedding at the Parker Palm Springs in September, and words truly can’t express how magical the entire experience was. The Parker is everything you dream Palm Springs to be—elegant, lush, stylish, and effortlessly chic. It completely took our breath away from the moment we arrived, and somehow, it still managed to exceed every expectation we had. We hosted our celebration across all three of the property’s stunning lawns, and each space felt like it was pulled from the pages of a magazine. The gardens are meticulously maintained, the atmosphere is romantic and timeless, and every corner of the property offers something uniquely beautiful. The flow between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception felt seamless, and the natural beauty of the grounds created a setting that was both intimate and unforgettable. But what truly made our wedding weekend extraordinary were the people. Randy and Samantha were nothing short of incredible. They were warm, accommodating, professional, and completely dedicated to making our dream day a reality. From the very beginning, they supported every idea and made it a reality—making our wedding day an absolute dream. Their attention to detail and calm expertise made the planning process easy, and their kindness and care on the day-of made it all feel so personal. We’ll never forget it. We cannot recommend the Parker highly enough to anyone considering getting married in Palm Springs. The venue is pure magic, and the staff at the Parker go above and beyond in every way. It’s more than just a wedding venue; it’s an experience, a feeling, and a memory you’ll treasure for the rest of your life. We’re already looking to visit again for future anniversaries!

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding weekend at Parker Palm Springs! From the very beginning, Randy and Samantha were an absolute dream to work with—professional, responsive, and so thoughtful every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our first venue walk-through to the tasting and the big weekend itself. Every detail felt intentional, and they always found ways to surprise us with little touches that made us feel extra special. The Parker’s unique atmosphere and impeccable service created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience. We’re so grateful to Randy, Samantha, and the entire team for helping us create a weekend we’ll never forget.

Stayed here for a weekend — beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The grounds and landscaping truly felt like a desert oasis, and the pools were perfect for lounging. The only small hiccup was a missed birthday accommodation I had requested for my girlfriend. The front desk was kind in acknowledging it, but unfortunately it never made it to the room. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning so it can be improved for future guests.

I cannot say enough about the Parker Palm Springs. It had me at the incredible images online of the mid-century vibe of the refurbished original holiday Inn of California and the Gene Autry estate . The fact that they have the concierge extraordinaire : Chris Morano Who carefully curated our itinerary was over the top above average made me stay. The well crafted design, attention to detail, impeccable personal service and an incredibly beautiful poolside room were anll exceptional. I rarely go back to the same destination, but I will be back at the park someday. Oh, and did I mention the spa?

On October 6th, 2025 my experience with this spa ended before it even began, solely based on the unacceptable presentation and sanitation standards at the front desk. If I got their name right, Alyccia. The first impression is everything in a service focused on wellness and cleanliness, and this was truly disturbing. The front desk attendant's appearance was unprofessional and concerning. Their long hair was visibly messy, no uniform and more critically, they had an uncovered, visible sores on both lips. In any setting- but especially in a spa environment- seeing a staff member with an exposed, visible sign of illness or irritation who is handling guest intake and appointments is alarming and immediately raises major concerns about cross-contamination and health standards. The fact that the individual was not wearing any form of protective covering or mask compounded this concern significantly. Furthermore, I was highly uneasy and wanted to wash my hands immediately after the interaction, yet there was no hand sanitizer or visible sanitization station available for guests. This omission, combined with the alarming lack of basic personal hygiene from the greeter, speaks to a fundamental failure in management and operational ethics. The general lack of professional conduct and presentation was evident. This experience was frankly disgusting and made me feel concerned about the cleanliness of the entire facility. I certainly will not be returning, and I strongly urge owners to immediately review their staff training on personal hygiene, especially to Alyccia at PSYC, presentation standards, and required sanitation protocols for customer-facing roles.

Review for Missly Coronel – Parker Palm Springs Missly Coronel is an absolute rock star. As the private event coordinator at the Parker Palm Springs, she went above and beyond to make our son’s rehearsal dinner unforgettable. Every detail was spot-on—the atmosphere, the service, the timing—flawless. But what really stood out was her heart. When she learned we wanted to show a surprise video to our guests, she didn’t just “make it work”—she literally brought her own kids’ TV from home so we could share it. Who does that? That kind of thoughtfulness and commitment to her guests is rare. Missly didn’t just manage an event—she made it personal, memorable, and absolutely perfect. If you’re planning an event at the Parker, ask for Missly. You’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

Copley's on Palm Canyon, located in Uptown Palm Springs and part of the former Cary Grant estate, is a romantic restaurant known for its elevated American dishes. The celebrity chef Andrew Manion Copley brings his expertise to the sublime cuisine, which includes options like Muscovy duck breast, seared Scottish salmon, lobster pot pie, and tandoori chicken breast. The restaurant boasts a star-studded history as a hangout for Cary Grant and attracts personalities like Anderson Cooper.
Our first visit to Copley’s was a pleasant surprise. We sat outside in January surrounded by heaters, plants and people. I did wish I had dressed a little warmer. Our server was efficient, helpful and even a little fun. The food was fantastic. Imagine my gluten-free delight when the Caesar Salad came with croutons made out of pineapple (« traces of tropical »). As the former home of Cary Grant, the inside is filled with different nooks and crannies. Overall a very special evening.

We are regular visitors to Palm Springs and look forward to new dining experiences each time. Copley’s has been one of those places we’ve look forward to. We visited last night, New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell flat, especially at $99 USD each … Our reservation was for 9:30 pm and we were finally seated at about 10:00 pm. Not a big deal really, as long as the hostess is somewhat apologetic. My wife checked in at 9:25 pm and then when she went to inquire about our table to the same hostess, the hostess asked if my wife again if she was checking in. It made us feel overlooked. The table was nice and everything folks say about the ambience at Copley’s is accurate - it’s magical! I had the salmon, which was very good. My wife had the pork chop, half of which was fat. There was no choice in dessert, which seemed to be an afterthought. Overall, the food was average. Mostly we noticed inconsistency in which servers treated guests. Some had smiles and conversation, others simply had dishes dumped in their table or dirty dishes whisked away. For us, there didn’t seem to be a genuine concern for how we felt about our meals and experience. For those reasons, I wouldn’t consider returning since there are so many other fantastic options on the Palm Springs strip.

Wonderful place. The food is really really good. No matter what you choose it will be great. It's a great spot for a date night. And they got a good no-alcohol beer. I don't drink, but if you do they have other really good mixed drinks, my wife got one.

Lovely experience. There is a charming entrance which nicely sets the tone for the dining experience. We choose to eat inside as we were there off-season and it was still a bit warm out. The wait staff was attentive and the manager stopped at the table to say "hello". The picture doesn't do the salmon meal justice as my companion had already taken a bite. We split the meal and it was delicious. Although the bread was $10 for three pieces, I ordered it anyway. It was fine but not anything special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I was really hoping to love this place but it was a little off. There was a large wedding party seated in the courtyard and the staff had trouble keeping up with the rest of the guests. Our server was very apologetic, but the lapses were hard to ignore. For example my wife and I ordered glasses of wine with our entrees, which were slow to arrive, but the wine didn’t show up until we were almost finished eating. We noticed neighboring tables having the same experience. We ordered a ceviche appetizer and it was delightful and right sized for two to share. My entree was the daily special short ribs. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. My wife had scallops with shrimp timbale. She thought the scallops were lacking a good sear and the shrimp was underwhelming. We had a cremé brûlée desert with after dinner drinks. The appetizer and desert were the highlight of the meal.

My wife and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at Copley’s in late September, and we cannot recommend them enough! The staff was absolutely wonderful and took amazing care of our group of 32. Shannon, the General Manager, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was on top of everything from timing and menu coordination to last-minute changes with our group. The food and drinks were incredible, and the atmosphere made the evening even more special. We couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to go back!

My main plate (the branzino) was pretty good. But my cucumber side salad was a different story. The cucumbers and tomatoes were not fresh. They were a bit rubbery. Sure sign of being in cold refrigeration for way too long. Normally that wouldn’t a big deal for a $75 meal (entree + 1 cocktail) for 1, it was very disappointing.
Esteban G — Google review
We had a great experience at copleys. We each had the corn chowder soup to start and my wife had the Lamb and I had the short rib special which came with lobster mashed potatoes. The Lamb was flavored perfectly and was amazing. The short rib was great and you didn't even need a knife it just melted apart with a fork. The lobster mashed potatoes were very good and something different then I've had before. Their cocktail's were great as well as their crembrule. It was a little cooler outside so we sat inside and it was a very neat place to be inside or out. Our server DK was great and very attentive.

I was there with a very large group for a business dinner. We had a preselected menu from which to select an appetizer, main course, and dessert so I did not see the entire menu. However, everyone's food was outstanding no matter what they ordered. I was with someone with a food allergy who had trouble picking from the preselected list. The waiter went to the chef three times to check on ingredients. He finally gave her a full dining menu so she could select something. My dining partner was very grateful for the extraordinary attention to her needs. Great food, very attentive staff. I am a big water drinker and my class never got less than an inch from the top. Unfortunately, as are so many restaurants these days, it was very loud. However, it was also because every table was occupied. We had some "plus-ones" dining separately from the business group and their experience was just as outstanding as ours. I tried to go back on another night on my own, but I couldn't get a reservation.

The restaurant had a classy vibe with perfect lighting...warm and soft, not too bright, which made it just right for a romantic night out. The bartender was super friendly and mixed some amazing cocktails, and the service overall was spot on. The lamb chops were tender and full of flavor, and the gazpacho was really refreshing. The only letdown was the carbonara. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be authentic when I saw peas in it ... pasta was cooked nicely, but the sauce tasted like it had heavy cream, which I wouldn’t expect from a place like this. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Spencer's is my go-to restaurant when I'm visiting Palm Springs. Great food, service and atmosphere on the patio under the trees. The Double Breast of Chicken is a favorite and the Liver and Bacon is great too. The Basil Faulty cocktail is a winner. I usually make a reservation, but they will usually fit you in without one. Valet parking is $3 and there is usually street parking too. Spencer's is an upscale restaurant that attracts an older crowd. Children under 12 are not allowed, but dogs of all ages are welcome and are frequent visitors. Service is friendly and unrushed. If you go back the next day, they usually remember you. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Five Stars all the way. I recommend.

Very disappointed with the food. I have no idea why people hype this restaurant. The food was bland and in need of something so simple as salt. No flavor at all! If you’re paying over $300 for a dinner for two you would at least expect the food to be decent. Service was not up to standards either.

The Palm Springs Air Museum, established in 1996, is a sprawling museum dedicated to combat aircraft from WWII to the present day. It boasts one of the world's largest collections of flyable and static WWII aircraft, including iconic planes like the Boeing B17 Flying Fortress and the Grumman F-14 Tomcat.
This is such a great display of men, women, and machines. Everyone should visit and not just on Memorial Day. We enjoyed the fly overs as well as the volunteers who have interesting past lives. I purchased the family pass for this year and I am sure we will get a lot of use out of it. Maybe I’ll get lucky and win the raffle next October and ride in a Bi- plane. :)

Well-kept museum with lovely staff! I was pleased to see the beautiful historical planes. Active Duty members get free admission, and so do military spouses (just show your ID). Still, it’s worth paying to help support this wonderful museum and keep the community alive. :)

Decided to explore another part of this exciting city and found myself at the Palm Spring Air Museum in Hot Springs 😀. Since my dad was a Marine, I try to honor him by visiting places like this and learning more about our military heroes through their stories and history. Just a little tip, it’s a really dry heat out here, so stay hydrated! The aircraft are retired, but the lessons and history they hold are alive and inspiring for anyone who loves to learn. Call or visit website to confirm hours. Tell them Team Smiley sent you.

From the moment you step onto the grounds, you're transported to a different era, one of innovation, sacrifice, and unparalleled heroism. What truly sets this museum apart is the incredible hands-on experience. Unlike many other museums where aircraft are roped off behind barriers, here you can get up close and personal with the planes. The collection of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam era aircraft is meticulously maintained, and many of the planes are still in flying condition. The opportunity to actually sit in the cockpit of a fighter jet is an exhilarating experience that appeals to all ages. The true highlight of the visit, however, is the staff. The docents are a mix of veterans and passionate volunteers who share their stories and knowledge with an infectious enthusiasm. Their personal anecdotes bring the history to life in a way that no plaque or sign ever could. They are a testament to the dedication and spirit of the people who shaped aviation history.

This air museum is amazing! There are also vehicles and ship models. So much history in each hangar and outside. Icredible memorabilia. A staggering experience to see each of these aircraft upclose. There were planes being restored and getting worked on. Though most are grounded, i was told a couple still fly. My husband is a huge plane lover and this place was the perfect first stop in Palm Springs. Right next to the airport. There are guides in each area to answer questions and share information.

THE COOLEST experience for anyone!!! Even for slightly interested in airplanes or American history. So many great aircrafts and other machines like cars, motorcycles. You can see everything from up close and also ask staff there (all of them were so kind and happy when we wanted to ask questions and listen to great histories). Prepare some quarters and pennys because you can make your own memory coins with planes in each hangar. Also each hangar has interactive screens with films about that time in history or technical details of planes. There is so much to see and I guarantee you will love it here.

Really nice museum, great collection of planes and World War II information. If you're thinking about doing the warbird rides go for it! It was extremely fun and the T6 airplane ride was amazing.

American restaurant
Restaurant
Jakes Palm Springs is a casual dining spot known for its hearty comfort food and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant offers generous portions of American favorites in a comfortable patio setting, making it a popular choice among locals and visitors alike. Guests can enjoy fresh sandwiches, salads, and insane desserts while soaking up the unique Palm Springs vibe created by modern decor and lush greenery in the courtyard.
Jake's brunch was really enjoyable! The service was quick and friendly. The food is tasty and appealing. They have various seating areas, a small patio up front, a small area indoors and a courtyard in the back. I prefer any of those areas over a loud enclosed dining room. They have lot's of huge cakes for dessert to choose from that I saved for my next visit. Jakes can be easier to get into than other brunch spots in the area, so don't pass it up! Very well worth the visit!

Wow! Four of us were hungry after touring houses during Modernism week. Found this place with great sandwiches and salads. Sophia took good care of us. We saved room for dessert lucky us! All of us were very happy. Manager was great, stopped by a couple times. Thank you for making our day.

It used to be good. Now the front staff seem poorly trained and inefficient. Last night they didn’t know the menu and took forever with drinks though it wasn’t busy. The entrees were decent though skimpy for the price—three tiny stems of asparagus with my meatloaf. The worst was getting a slice of cake to go, then opening it at home to find two partial slices chucked in the box. What, it’s too hard to cut cake properly? Atmosphere is still nice but I won’t be going back. It’s a bummer, I used to like Jake’s.

We came here so we could sit inside for brunch. Learned that they only do brunch on the weekends, but that’s cool. Ordered from the lunch menu and it turned out to be our favorite food on our Palm Springd trip. The chicken noodle soup was the best I’ve ever tasted and the Empanitadas were to die for. Also, their cake selection for dessert was impressive and the portions are big!

This was my second time at Jake’s and enjoyed it just as much. The first time was a boozy brunch with girlfriends. This second time was a double date with friends. We started with the fried calamari. It was solid. I had the Chilean sea bass which was really good. My husband had the seafood pad Thai and he really enjoyed it. Our friends enjoyed their meals as well. We ended with the hummingbird cake and he princess cake. Both were huge and tasty but nothing to write home about. Overall this was a good experience and I look forward to going back.

Came here for lunch during restaurant week. Had the watermelon gazpacho and the soft shell crab BLT. Both excellent. My husband got the gazpacho and a turkey BLT...he loved it. He had a cactus pear margarita and I had the spicy pineapple margarita. I preferred his...mine was a bit too spicy and I do love heat. We will be back. Lovely outdoor patio and the staff were very attentive. While we did not order dessert, the table next to us did. OMG..that piece of cake could serve 4 easily! First visit since the restaurant has changed hands. Met one of the new owners Scott. Very friendly and attentive. The food was overall very good. My scallops were wonderful but the accompanying rice was dry and would have benefited if they had put some of the pan juices on top. My friend said her NY steak with fries was very peppery and would be more accurately described as au poive. My other disappointment is that we were seated out back where our view was of the parking lot. Not very atmospheric. Overall the restaurant had a nice crowd and was very energetic.
Tim M — Google review
Service is terrible. They serve people out of order due to no individual server assigned to each table. I waited over half an hour to put my dinner request in. Crab cakes are a joke (Skittles size). They aren't even bite size. The only reason I did not give overall 1 star is the main dishes were very good.

Nestled in a charming countryside setting, Farm is a beloved French-inspired eatery offering farm-to-table dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. The cozy patio, adorned with lush greenery and floral arrangements, creates an idyllic oasis in the desert. The menu features traditional Provencal cuisine with popular items like savory crepes, duck confit, and wagyu top sirloin steak. For breakfast enthusiasts, the restaurant offers a delightful selection of Provençal fare.
Such a quaint but lovely little breakfast nook the servers were fantastic and the food was amazing. We ordered three different dishes and each was unique and Delicious. The servings are large. Highly recommended

For our final lunch before heading home from our anniversary weekend we stopped at The Farm in Palm Springs. The restaurant had plenty of great reviews and a relaxed garden style setting that drew us in right away. I ordered the Andouille omelet but asked to swap the sausage for bacon and the server was happy to make that change. The omelet came out perfectly cooked, moist but not runny, with plenty of bacon and creamy avocado on top. I paired it with their roasted potatoes which were excellent. Big crispy chunks with just the right bite and a touch of salt. My wife ordered the chicken BLT and enjoyed every bite. Her only note was that she might try it on sourdough next time instead of the wheat or rye but she still loved the flavors and the crisp bacon. The simple side salad was fresh and the Cholula hot sauce worked perfectly with my omelet. Service was friendly and very attentive, even making sure our dog had water on a hot day which we really appreciated. Overall The Farm delivered a solid brunch or lunch experience with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service. We left completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable breakfast or lunch spot in Palm Springs.

Lovely atmosphere. I’ve sat both inside and outside and both are great, outside is a series of little patios and courtyards. Food is good but not great. Service was great and our food came very quickly after ordering. Expect a 30-60 min wait - they’re always mobbed.

Wonderful brunch food and always a wait on the weekends. They don’t take reservations so best bet is to get here early to put your name down. The ambiance is in quaint, old-fashioned comfort vibes like your at a French grandma’s home. The food is French focused with crepes and various omelette. Food is presented nicely and made well. Overall, good spot and best of luck getting in on the weekends!

I Came in around 11:00 am on a Tuesday for breakfast. It was about 10 min wait. There's misters for the outdoor seating which help on hotter days. Once we oredered, The service was very quick to receive our food, which was surprising since it was pretty busy. The food was very good and tasted fresh. The bananea was more on the sweet side and felt like a dessert but was still good. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a really good breakfast spot.

Incredibly fast service, wonderful high quality food with excellent customer service! Right on a busy street but when you’re inside it feels like a quaint little patio! All outdoors but feels cozy and comfortable even in the heat! Make sure to go and give your name ahead of time as wait times can be around an hour.

The place had a really cool vibe and the service was excellent. We ordered the chicken sandwich, which was super tasty, and the crepes were delicious too. One of the nice things about this spot is that it has another bar area next door where you can hang out and grab a drink while waiting for your table at the restaurant.

ARRIVE Palm Springs is a stylish and modern boutique hotel located in Palm Springs, CA. The property features contemporary rooms with bold patterns and urban furnishings. The hotel's focal point is its large pool and communal spaces designed for socializing, including fire pit areas, outdoor games, and an indoor/outdoor bar. With a nod to Palm Springs' mid-century style, the design incorporates clerestory windows and butterfly rooflines.
One of the best hotel stays I've had in a while. I was in town for a wedding and many of the guests stayed here, so we got to experience the service together. The rooms were large and elegant, with very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens. What really stood out was the breakfast—each morning it felt more like a feast than a buffet. Omelettes made to order, smoked salmon, freshly squeezed orange juice—it was phenomenal. The hotel also arranged taxis for our group and helped coordinate some of the wedding logistics. The level of hospitality here is next level.

Had a great stay at Hotel Arrive in Palm Springs. The place was clean, the pool was perfect, and the food options were solid. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Paul, Jesse, and the bartender (she was amazing) were all incredibly welcoming and kind. Felt taken care of the whole time. Easy 5 stars.
Golan D — Google review
I chose this hotel to stay and enjoy the pool and swim, so I appreciated that it is advertised as adults only. I did enjoy the pool, and they even had a few floaties for guests to use (free). There is also a large jacuzzi, which I used later as it got cooler. The room was just ok. It was cute and spacious, however, the small refrigerator in the room was already full of drinks, that I didn't want. There was also a big basket of candy that I didn't want on top of the refrigerator. I put it on the floor, so I wouldn't have to look at it. Room 106, where I stayed, was right by the parking lot. The only windows in the room were up high, so you can't really see out, except out of the glass door. I didn't really feel very safe with a glass door, especially on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. A couple of other negatives about the room were, there is no closet, no full length mirror, and no iron. There was a nice flat screen tv on the wall, but when I tried to turn it on, either it didn't work or the remote didn't work, but at 10:00 at night, I wasn't going to start calling around to try to figure it out. Good thing I brought my tablet. Overall, ok place. I don't know if I would stay there again.

Arrive Palm Springs is undeniably beautiful. The pool is absolutely stunning and a wonderful place to lounge, and the rooms are very nicely designed with great attention to detail. However, there are some significant drawbacks. The rooms are a little small, and there's no coffee maker in the room—the only option for coffee required us to walk outside onto the street to visit the coffee shop next door, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the service really let this property down. Check-in at the bar was one of the least welcoming experiences we've had at a hotel—the bartender seemed genuinely annoyed that he had to help us. This wasn't an isolated incident; throughout our stay, staff members seemed bothered whenever we asked for anything. It's such a shame because the hotel itself is gorgeous. The design and aesthetics are top-notch, but the lackluster service really detracted from what could have been a wonderful experience. We wanted to love this place, but the staff's attitude made it difficult to enjoy our stay to the fullest.
Eugene M — Google review
Everything was great—except the service. There was one staff member who really made our trip disappointing. While we were at the pool all day, he made a clear effort not to check on our group, even though he was attentive to others around us. He was dismissive and acted like every request was a huge inconvenience. I get that service work can be exhausting—but if you’re unhappy in your role, maybe it’s time to consider something else. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better treatment. To top it off, at the end of our stay we discovered someone had gone through our car. When we politely asked about the security cameras, this same staff member acted like we were causing a major scene just for asking. The whole interaction was bizarre and disappointing. I didn’t catch his name, but he wore a backwards hat, had salt-and-pepper scruff, and a lot of attitude. I hope management is able to either support him in improving—or find someone more suited for the role. Sincerely, Tan(from the sun)—but disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stylish, fun, and a little irresistible. Sleek rooms, lively pool vibes, and cozy fire pits—perfect for a romantic getaway with my honey. The Aloe margaritas were fantastic with chareau and the wedge salad with the thick cut bacon chunks were delicious. Attached next door was the Cartel coffee shop, a local favorite in Arizona.

We had a wonderful stay last week and will absolutely coming back. Rooms are very stylish and look new, staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. It was ideal for a restful and relaxing vacation in the pool to recharge - always peaceful and chill. 10/10

This place was adorably decorated and clean. The staff was kind, and I received an unexpected upgrade due to clearly being injured with a leg brace, so I did not have to walk up stairs with that beast on. Pleasantly surprised. The food was okay, seemed overpriced for what it was, but that is the cost of convenience. Food did come out quickly, though. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only thing I saw that needed some TLC was the shower, there are zero shelves or space for anything you might want to bring in there. The shower head looked dirty, but surface-level. Walking distance to many places.

Lulu California Bistro is a popular dining spot in Palm Springs, known for its vast and diverse menu of American cuisine served all day. The restaurant has received accolades such as being voted Best of in various categories by Desert Magazine readers and recognized as one of the Top 100 Dining Hot Spots by OpenTable. With a modern setting and outdoor seating, Lulu offers a lively atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, or dinner, along with a 12-hour Happy Hour.
Fun, bright, and full of positive vibes! Gilbert was our server and he did such a great job! He made us feel right at home and gave great suggestions. Food was also very good and was a good amount. My friend who used to live in the South got the fried chicken and LOVED it. I got the prime rib and thought it was so good, also way larger of a piece than I thought I was getting. Drinks were smooth and dangerous (in the best way) ended the night with the cotton candy and it was an experience!! Loved every second of it! Also highly recommend if you're gluten free, hostess asked up front if there were dietary restrictions, helped me feel more comfortable with my options.

Lulu’s California Bistro in Palm Springs is a fun, lively spot with a cool, modern atmosphere — perfect for brunch or dinner, especially on a hot day. We went on a Sunday when it was over 100°F, and the outdoor patio had misting sprinklers going, which made it surprisingly comfortable. The food was very good — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The service was friendly but a bit on the slower side, though that’s understandable given how busy it was. It’s a popular place, so I’d definitely recommend making reservations in advance to avoid a long wait. Overall, a great spot to enjoy good food and people-watch in downtown Palm Springs. Will definitely be back!

Really fun place to grab a meal. The food was good, but nothing amazing. The drinks went down easy, and I would have had another if the server would make a stop at our table. There was a good 15-20 minutes where we didn't see any staff in the restaurant. They did seem short staffed so that may have been the issue. Worth a try and the food was good enough to return. If the service stays at that level, they'll have a hard time getting repeat customers.

What a fun experience. We were there off-season but it was still busy with only two waiters for quite a few tables there for lunch. Alfonso improved the overall experience because of his liveliness and great personality. He really made it fun. The food was ok and the french fries were good with a nice presentation. The salad was huge. Overall, a lovely and fun lunch.

We stopped by this cute restaurant in Palm Springs. The place is pretty spacious with lots of seating and lovely décor. The staff at the counter didn’t seem too interested, but our server was really nice — super attentive and cheerful! The food was just okay, maybe because we didn’t go for their recommended dishes. Still, it was a cozy spot to take a break and enjoy the vibe.

Just to start, I am a self proclaimed culinary legend. Food was good. Just good. Not surprising. The pasta portion was dismal, and the appetizer was just ok. The fish and chips and salmon on the other hand were excellent with satisfying portions. I love their decor, and the service was outstanding. I really enjoyed it, I just felt bad for my dad who finished his wartime ration of pasta 10 minutes before the rest of us.

Despite being touristy, everything about this place soars. From quality of food, to service, to ambience. Whether you're inside (preference to the high top booths) or on the patio for people and car watching, it's a great place to be. The food is prepared fresh and tasty with the highest quality. Values on weekend brunch and other prix fair meals are great. Highly recommended for the whole family, regardless of what makes up your family.

The Palm Springs Art Museum is a desert oasis for art enthusiasts, offering a diverse collection of European and Native American works. The museum's cool interior provides respite from the desert heat, with captivating exhibitions that range from Picasso retrospectives to architectural showcases. Visitors can enjoy free admission on select days, making it an accessible cultural experience. Nestled against the picturesque San Jacinto Mountains, the museum houses an ever-evolving display of modern and contemporary art by Western and Native American artists.
Nice sized museum for this city. It feels like they keep it well maintained. I enjoyed the various art exhibitions but the outside sculpture garden was my favorite part. Pretty contemporary but fun!

Fantastic museum! Three levels of completely different art from Native American to Modern! Sculpture to paintings! Also currently two very exciting exhibitions are on display. With 2 beautiful sculpture gardens that have been created that are stunningly peaceful and a place to sit and just take in their beauty! Outside too is the famous Aluminaire House..well worth a view! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and make for a pleasant and comfortable visit.

Walking through the Palm Springs Art Museum feels like stepping into a dream woven from imagination, light, and meaning. Every turn invites you to pause, reflect, and feel something new. 1. The Tower of Plates – A tall spiral of soft yellow bowls, stacked with gentle motion like a dance paused mid-twirl. It feels playful and peaceful — like balancing the everyday with the infinite. 2. The Sitting Couple – So real, you almost say hello. But they’re sculptures — a tribute to quiet moments, rest, and togetherness. There’s something comforting in their calm. 3. The Painted Man and the World – A large figure with bright colors and a globe at his feet. It speaks of responsibility, hope, and the weight of being human. It feels like a reminder: the world is in our hands. 4. The Red Heart Seat – Bold, soft, and shaped like love. Whether it’s a chair, a sculpture, or both — it radiates joy. It’s the kind of piece that makes kids smile and artists stop to think. 5. The Upper Gallery View – Smooth floors, open light, and a graceful path around sculptures that feel like guardians of time. There’s space to breathe here. 6. The Starburst Chandelier – A sculpture above, reaching out like a frozen firework or cosmic flower. It brings energy to the ceiling, like light suspended mid-bloom. 7. Etched Faces in Grey – Delicate lines form quiet faces — as if the wall is remembering stories from another time. Subtle, thoughtful, and timeless. 8. The Glowing Core Artwork – A burst of color and light layered over blueprints and dreams. It feels like electricity made poetic — like the spirit of invention glowing from the inside out. 9. The Mountain Sculpture – Earthy, raw, and textured. Like a piece of nature brought indoors to tell its story. You don’t just look at it — you feel it. 10. The Seated Figure of Squares – Made of many blocks, yet whole and strong. Sitting with arms around knees — like someone thinking deeply. Peaceful. Present. Beautiful in its stillness. ⸻ Final Reflection: PSAM is a place for thinkers, feelers, and wanderers. It doesn’t shout. It invites. Whether you’re wide awake or walking between worlds, it welcomes your gaze with kindness and color. Update: “Originally gave 5 stars based on what I thought was a positive experience. But after being unexpectedly fired and realizing how fake the environment really was, I can no longer recommend this place. Disappointed and hurt by how things turned out.”

The Palm Springs Art Museum is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone in the area. Tucked beautifully against the San Jacinto Mountains, the museum's location alone is breathtaking, but the treasures inside are what truly make it a world-class institution. The collection is incredibly diverse and thoughtfully curated, offering a fantastic journey through modern and contemporary art, as well as significant Native American and Western American works. I was particularly impressed by the glass sculptures and the outdoor sculpture garden, which feels like a serene extension of the desert landscape itself. The building's architecture is a work of art in its own right, with its clean lines and open spaces perfectly complementing the pieces on display. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, allowing you to take your time and truly connect with the art. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the welcoming experience. Whether you're a seasoned art aficionado or just looking for a peaceful and inspiring way to spend an afternoon, the Palm Springs Art Museum exceeds all expectations. It's a five-star experience from start to finish.

Cheeky's Palm Springs is a modern eatery known for its creative breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bacon flights, and specialty cinnamon rolls. The restaurant is part of the vibrant dining scene in Palm Springs, offering a variety of culinary experiences. From swanky steakhouses to casual spots with comfortable patios, there's something for every palate.
Nice place. Mostly outdoor seating with some indoor seating. Place gets pretty crowded, which means it’s really popular. So you must get there early so you don’t have to wait online to get in. A bit on the pricey side for breakfast. Party of three with one meal each, copy your tea, each and one cinnamon roll and a side of turkey bacon, $100 bucks including tip. The food was tasty, but nothing to really write home about. Service was very good, atmosphere, open air outdoor seating was great for an early morning meal. Although, seating can get very crowded with minimal spacing between chairs. All in all, it’s worth a try at least once, so that you can make up your own mind about the place.

Amazing place to get breakfast. We were expecting a wait but alas, we were seated right away. That was a good sign of things to come. I had the breakfast quesadilla and my friend had the buttermilk and corn pancakes. Both excellent choices but I suspect the whole menu is delicious. They have flight of bacon! I feel obliged to get them and had not regrets. The fresh orange juice was also a great choice. Service was friendly, the atmosphere jovial and the music at a volume that did not hinder our conversation. I'm ready to go back on my next visit.
Pablo Z — Google review
What a painfully average experience! I came today, sat, waited about 10 minutes for water, another 10 for a menu, and another 20 to get an order in. It wasn’t busy. There were empty tables the entire time. When I did get service, it was an extremely underwhelming experience, even an awkward exchange one could argue. No smiles on the servers faces. The flies are bad outside, same with the leaf drop, the heat doesn’t help either, there were no indoor seats but we wanted to try cheeky’s cuisine nonetheless and unfortunately the service did not make up for these minor environmental outdoor dining factors. The food, was not bad, was just nothing special whatsoever. Nothing struck me, nothing had crazy flavors, nothing was truly appropriately priced based on portion, nothing was plated pretty. Our server mentioned that one component of the dish we had ordered, was out of stock after we had ordered it..however he didn’t offer any substitutions, and when we did ask for a substitution, his suggestion was totally outlandish and strange. Feta on a Mexican dish suggestion..hmm. Good luck Cheeky’s.

Had breakfast here with a large group and it was good but nothing profoundly great. I ordered the bacon flight and it was okay. It was just bacon covered or dipped in different seasonings / toppings. The fruit plate was nice though ! I would highly recommend that the restaurant consider investing in fly fans for their tables. We noticed another table over had a fly fan for their table and we asked if they had more, but ends up they had brought their own … the flies were a bit annoying if you’re sitting outside.

My favorite restaurant in Palm Springs! We went with a big group and the service was excellent. Fast, friendly and super attentive. The food was amazing, I honestly can't wait to go back to try more dishes. We had a few people with gluten allergies and our server was quick to accommodate everyone. The cocktails were by far the best we had all weekend. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish!

Upon walking in, we were told to see ourselves. I told would be brought my ears. The waitress eventually got back to us, realizing that there was no menus and we had not had our order taken for beverages or food or anything. This is after approximately 15 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. We very awkwardly switched service because she forgot about us and that was kind of the vibe the rest of the time. The food was pretty good. Wasn’t the best. My girlfriend says it was average and nothing to write home about so we’re gonna add that. My Son Kept having leaves fall in his food. And there was a lot of flies. Low energy energy

Ordered the Huevos Rancheros with the eggs cooked medium over and they stuffed up the order and made them severely runny and under cooked. Asked them to fix it and they brought a plate back freshly made but with the eggs STILL UNDERCOOKED AND RUNNY! Amazing servers but I think the kitchen was either ignoring the request or just didn’t care. The drinks were good and great staff service, but the kitchen on the other hand…

Seated quickly, but only to be met with a constant fight with flies. I was accosted by flies the entire meal. And what a shame because the outdoor sesting is so inviting. Ordered a mimosa and it was so disappointing. Super tiny and it was just barely ok. Food was meh. I had to send the bacon back to be cooked more and the buttermilk and corn pancakes couldn't be more icky. They do mean corn. Like actual corn kernels. The server was so blase throughout our entire visit...not friendly at all. Not sure how this restaurant could be considered as having a jovial and friendly staff. I wouldn't ever visit again.

Fisherman's Market & Grill is a beloved local restaurant and fish-market chain that brings the best of the catch to the desert. Established by Louis Pagano and Bill Mortz in 1995, this eatery offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can savor fresh seafood prepared just like it was on fishing boats. Despite being far from the ocean, they bring fish straight from the docks every day.
There isn't a chance I come to Palm Springs without this being my first stop. My wife and I have been coming here since 2015 and it's always the same. Best sea food in town hands down. Best fish and chips dinner. 3 piece halibut. Very consistent. Can't wait to come again

I flew in yesterday from South Carolina and wanted some good seafood for dinner. I had the king crab. It was AMAZING. Food was excellent and so was the service. They score the crab for you so it's easy to open and you get the meat out in ONE piece. Look at that chunk. I'll definitely be back! It was 75$ for my meal. Definitely worth it!

If you're in Palm Springs and craving seafood, Fisherman's Market & Grill is a "solid" choice. Reminiscent of the seafood joints you'd find in San Francisco, this place offers fresh Alaskan seafood in a laid-back, market-style setting. It's not fancy, but it's a local favorite and more affordable than many other seafood spots in the area 💸. With a variety of options on the menu, first-timers should definitely ask for recommendations to navigate the offerings. During our visit, we tried several dishes with mixed results. The shrimp tacos were decent, but we felt they could use more shrimp and less salad 🌮. The campechana, unfortunately, was a letdown, with too much ketchup and not enough seafood. The oysters, however, were the standout dish—fresh and delicious, they were definitely the highlight of our meal 🦪. The service was friendly and the prices were fair, making for an overall pleasant dining experience. For those looking to try their specialty, we recommend the fish n' chips. They seemed to be a crowd favorite and looked fantastic 🍟🐟. Overall, Fisherman's Market & Grill is a great spot for locals and visitors alike who are looking for a casual seafood meal without breaking the bank. It may not be fancy, but it delivers on quality and value, making it worth a visit if you're in the area 🍤😊.

Stumbled upon this delicious restaurant, first time here and I will definitely come back. The fish and chips very good. The fish crispy, flaky, flavorful, the coleslaw better than most places, the salmon, Mahi Mahi and grilled shrimp delicious. Service was great, everyone so friendly and helpful. They deserve 10/10.

Was told about this place by a co-worker friend of mine and I was not disappointed me and hubby went to this place for our anniversary dinner and boy was it amazing!!! The food and the service was excellent and it's cozy just for hanging out or just wanting a quick bite to eat and something really really good as well as you're close to downtown near the market night 😎 I was so impressed I went back to work and told everybody about this place.

Workshop Kitchen & Bar is a stylish restaurant housed in a former movie house, located within the beautifully renovated 1920s colonial El Paseo building. The dining room features an elegant and minimalist design with high ceilings, concrete walls, and a long communal table surrounded by cozy booths.
Workshop offers a fantastic dining experience with a relaxed, breezy outdoor setting and attentive service. Jacob, our server, was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and even surprised us with a birthday dessert. The food was impressive across the board, from the flavorful lamb and pepperoni pizza to the shaved Brussels salad. The duck fried rice and scallops were delicious, and the burger was perfectly cooked. However, the true star of the night was the 18oz dry-aged ribeye—absolutely incredible. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were also well crafted. A great spot for a memorable meal, and I highly recommend it!

Have been meaning to try the Workshop Kitchen for some time now and finally did brunch there on Sunday. The atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. I can only imagine how nice it must be to eat here in cooler months and sit outside but the inside was very cool. The service was great and very friendly although a little slow. I think they were a little short staffed so totally understandable. The food was incredible. We shared a bunch of small plates and then shared some entrees. The brunch cocktail selection was amazing too. Overall very impressed with the experience and will happily come back and try dinner next.

It’s funny when we first walked into the restaurant we were a little intimidated as we walked in through the courtyard with people staring at us, but as soon as we made our way into the entrance, we were greeted kindly and sat down for one of the best meals we’ve had in Palm Springs, let alone Los Angeles, in a while. The food was absolutely delicious. There were so many layers to the taste that were going on with all the food we consumed. The atmosphere was quiet, but lively, and the ambience was just right, you could say a tad romantic. Thank you Jeff for INCREDIBLE service, not just with your knowledge of the menu, but your hospitality and the way you interacted with us. Top notch. You put the evening over the edge in the best way.

There’s something truly special at Workshop. The ambiance, the space… housed in a beautiful repurposed 1926 building, with mountain-views and a modernist concrete interior sets it apart instantly. The staff were warm, attentive…our server provided knowledgeable suggestions (their pizza is one of the best with wood fire). One of my favorite things was learning that the chef/owner Michael Beckmann draws on his experience from France and California as well. Why You should go? If you are searching for an upscale yet authentic dining destination in Palm Springs, this is the spot! The ambiance, the cuisine, the staff: all top-notch! A truly five star experience

Amazing and wonderful. Plenty of people on a Friday night, with the bridal parties in full swing. Upscale food and prices, its a place to see and be seen. We only stopped in for a late night bite, would love to come back for dinner. Service was impeccable and helpful. Nice job!

Note: I am Level 7 Google Local Guide with 15M+ views and ranked top 10% of Google Restaurant Reviewers. I do not receive compensation for these reviews. My wife and I ate at Workshop Kitchen a year ago and while I liked it I did not write a review. It was unfortunately NOT memorable. I couldn’t tell you why. Have you experienced that before? If so, you know what I mean. However, tonight we were in Palm Springs for a good friends’ wedding vows renewal and tried Workshop Kitchen again. We were thrilled and pleasantly surprised! I would go so far as saying it might have been the best meal have had in Palm Springs. Yes, I said it. Everything we had was amazing. From the Crudo to the Lamb, from the Carrots to the Fried Rice, it all was fantastic. For dessert we had the Tart and the Pistachio Tres Leches. We were not impressed by the Tres Leches, it was more like an Indian dessert than a tres leches and the pistachio didn’t sing to me. The tart was a pleasant surprise and delicious. The cocktails were solid. I had the M-80 (tequila, mezcal, ginger, lime and grapefruit). It was spicy from the ginger and refreshing. During our meal the Lamb was so good we ordered a second. That’s a good restaurant experience. Service was also good - attentive, prompt, customer-oriented, and seamless. We will be back!

We came here for dinner as a party of two without a reservation. Since no table was available right away, we first had a drink at the bar with only a short wait – the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Our table in the courtyard was very cozy, and Dave was the best server we’ve ever had. The food was excellent… An absolutely wonderful evening!

I’ve been eating here for 8+ years. One of the first true “food forward” restaurants in PS. The decor is dial then, staff is great, and the food is always on point. Martinis are exceptionally small for the money (only complaint) So now they have the yellow towel, Crudo, lemon twist, vodka, martini, and the Iberian pork steak

We showed up on a Thursday with no reservation and got a table with no wait. I remarked to my wife after we left that this was the first time in 5 years that I have eaten at a respectable restaurant and had truly great service. Our server was top notch. Timing was impeccable. Our food was perfect. I wish all of our dining experiences could be half as good as this one. Will be coming back next time we are in Palm Springs.

I came in on a Friday at 6:45 and seated immediately. From food and drinks, to service, this place was exceptional. Unique and delicious vegan options like the crab cakes, carrot cake, and shepherds pie! (Other vegan options available as well). Love to see elevated plant based options! Service was right on time without fail. The cocktail menu surprised me with their bang for the buck (tried four different drinks, all fantastic). Highly recommend!

Very open space, can be loud when busy, but very clean, comfortable seating. For BIG GUYS the metal, leather, no armed chairs will support you, dont let looks deceive you. I was created immediately at the front desk, and my waiter, Terrance(?spelling) was fast to serve, and greated me with a friendly smile. I ordered their bloody Mary, and it was delicious with a nice kick, and muddled peppers?(see pictured) Ultimately, I ordered their fish n chips with horseradish cole slaw. Fish n chips is a pet peave of mine, and they definitely delivered. Tasty, light and crispy. The cole slaw, packed a nice punch as expected yet still had the sweet edge, with enough cream to prevent it from being dry. I also ordered the sour dough beer cheese pretzel, enough to share with the table, but I was alone so, yup, take home! I had pleased, but as I always say "I/we, really enjoyed it, but you'll have to make your own decisions." Try it! You never know, you may enjoy it as well!

We had dinner here on New Year's eve after researching the area and making reservations here prior to our arrival to Palm Springs. We got seated very quickly during our scheduled reservations time. The host was nice and welcoming. We ordered a few drinks before our meal and had the Steak and Frites and Braised Kobe Short Ribs. Both meals were delicious and cooked to perfection and the drinks were very refreshing. Our waiter was nice and friendly and very attentive. We set outdoors on the patio and it was nice and warm with the patio heaters. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience.

We came with a large group and found great AC, good service, a nice atmosphere, delicious drinks and yummy food! We had a couple of kids with us and the kids menu had some minimal and subpar options but the adult menu, drinks and the rest made up for it. They handled the group well with support from a few servers. I had the ahi salad and also the strawberry burrata salad and both were delicious.

Get reservations! Took a birthday girl on a very busy evening. We got in pretty quickly because our party was small ; only 4 of us. I had the veggie burger which was absolutely amazing! So delicious, it is served on sourdough grilled bread. I had the sharp cheddar which complimented the burger and jam perfectly. The lettuce tasted like it had been grilled in the sandwich which actually was really good that way. I had the steak fries. They were not good. I wanted to like them but they were pithy… either frozen then cooked or just old. The serve was fair but the atmosphere was wonderful. I will be back!

I have been here MANY times over the years for dinner and it’s always been a 10/10 experience. Today I just popped in with my dog in the middle of the afternoon for a quick drink and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The lovely hostess got us a perfect seat right away and water was brought over for us both by the time I had taken a seat! Our server Pedro was so incredibly kind and a joy to chat with! I tried the 1501 home lager for the first time which was scrumptious and such a bargain during happy hour !! 1501 always goes above and beyond in terms of both quality of the food, drink AND of course the staff. Kreem is a trendy ice cream shop located in Palm Springs, offering a variety of dairy and non-dairy flavors to cater to all preferences. The shop prides itself on its artisanal approach, making everything in-house and featuring unique flavors like rose, coconut latte, turmeric and ginger, chocolate cookie, and Ube with toasted vegan marshmallows. It has become a favorite spot for vegans due to its specialty vegan options that are hard to come by elsewhere.
Kreem was such a cool lil sweet spot! I came in to try their unconventional ice cream flavors and it did not disappoint! I got a cup with a scoop of ube and a scoop of Persian almond saffron and they were both exquisite! Both of those flavors were from their vegan section and they were so creamy, I was very pleasantly surprised. (I enjoyed the saffron so much I got a pint to go!)

I have never been offended by the price of an ice cream / oat milk latte like I was at Kreem. This is coming from an LA resident. Tasty but I refused the ice cream after I saw the two bites they offered for $8 and $8 for my literal 6 oz coffee. The staff couldn’t be less excited to be working here. Joke. Good luck.

Vegan ice cream was good. Service was nice and knowledgeable. A few options of vegan flavors. Place is cute and friendly. The Saguaro Palm Springs is a vibrant and lively hotel located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs. With its brightly colored decor inspired by the region's wildflowers, this Californian gem offers a cheerful and Instagrammable atmosphere. The hotel features spacious communal areas, one of the largest pools in Palm Springs, two whirlpool hot tubs, and a private onsite spa. The guest rooms are adorned with handcrafted Mexican furniture and offer stunning mountain views.
Chipotle salsa was delish on my flavored scrambled eggs light and fluffy with secret ingredients. Last night the restaurant closed early so manager Liz complimented us with guacamole salsa chips and a couple drinks to make us feel better. The chips were crispy fresh and the guacamole tasted superior. The salsa was unique their own recipe. I can only imagine how good dinner would’ve been. We swam in the pool late at night and you could not hear a pin drop. Our room was spotless and the sheets were squeaky clean. The room was perfect temperature. The patio area to our room is tucked in for privacy with natural hedges honeysuckle landscaping. Well done.

Our room was clearly a bit older, but was a “surface-level” amount of clean. There were some spots on the carpet, but we generally felt comfortable with the amount of care put into cleaning the linens. The staff members were all very friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the bikes provided to guests. The view from the room was great, even if it was facing a parking lot. We had an amazing view of some palm trees and mountains in the distance. While this hotel may not be fresh and updated, it’s very charming and it’s in a very good location for tourists who may want to run over to the grocery store or walk to a restaurant for dinner, no car necessary!
Kat M — Google review
I booked a day pass through the Resort Pass app. The confirmation stated that check-in for day guests would be at the pool area (Friday–Sunday), so when I arrived, I went straight there. However, there was no check-in desk, the gate was unlocked, and no one asked for ID. Honestly, it seemed like anyone could walk in without paying, which already gave me “3-star hotel” vibes. The lobby looked well-kept, but I can’t comment on the rooms since I only visited for the day. Pool & Atmosphere: The pool area was lively, with a DJ playing from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Initially, I was excited about the idea of a “pool party,” but it wasn’t what I had expected. No one was dancing, the music wasn’t great, and it disrupted the relaxing Palm Springs vibe (felt more like a Vegas pool scene, but without the energy). Crowd & Staff: The overall vibe felt casual and rough around the edges. If you’re not comfortable around lots of tattoos, piercings, or a bachelor-party type of crowd, this may not be the place for you. For a more polished, upscale pool experience, I’d recommend Paseo Hotel in Palm Desert—I’ve been there before, and the atmosphere was much nicer. Parking: Plenty of complimentary self-parking. Bathrooms: Could use more attention—paper on the floor and the sink wasn’t very clean. Pool: Large, but not the cleanest. Service: Unless you book a daybed, don’t expect servers to approach you. You’ll need to line up at the bar yourself. Towels: Although Resort Pass says towels aren’t provided, there were actually plenty available. Overall, it’s an average spot if you want a lively pool scene and don’t mind the drawbacks, but it definitely doesn’t deliver the classic Palm Springs experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue than The Saguaro for our destination wedding! This unique, colorful hotel perfectly captures the charm of old school Palm Springs while offering everything modern couples need. Planning our wedding remotely could have been stressful, but The Saguaro made it effortless. Our contact Mark was absolutely phenomenal to work with—he answered every question quickly, was incredibly accommodating with our budget, and went above and beyond to throw in special touches that made our day and entire stay even more memorable. He was present throughout the entire event to ensure everything ran smoothly, which gave us complete peace of mind. The food was outstanding! After our tasting, we provided some feedback, and the culinary team implemented every single change flawlessly. Our guests are still raving about the meal. We also can’t say enough about the margaritas, easily some of the best in the area! Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely excited to help make our celebration special. The resort amenities kept our guests entertained throughout the entire weekend, making it feel like a true destination experience. From a budget perspective, The Saguaro was incredibly reasonable compared to other Palm Springs venues—low space rental costs and no minimum room block requirement made it accessible without sacrificing quality or beauty. If you're looking for a vibrant, charming, and affordable Palm Springs wedding venue with an exceptional team, The Saguaro is the perfect choice!

We did not stay here, which I why I have not reviewed the rooms. Instead, we went to the Drag Brunch yesterday (we're senior citizen tourists from Chicago). The show was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We loved, loved, loved it. The queens were all gorgeous, funny, and oh-so- talented. The music was great - caused us to get up and dance. You did not have to be fabulous yourself (we were there for my 71st birthday and my husband is pushing 80). They were fabulous! The crowd was mixed - quite a few bridal parties. Also some people out for birthdays - both groups and couples. Some were gay. Others, like us, were straight. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend going to the Queen Brunch at the Saguaro Palm Springs! So much fun and laughter!

This place was fantastic, it was clean, comfortable and inviting. There were 8 rooms booked for our group, we all had a great time. The staff were great - but especially after we checked out and were no longer paying customers. From storing our bags and being flexible with us going shopping and adding to our stored luggage, to going above and beyond and calling multiple people/ companies when our transport did not show up and 5 of us were stuck in a situation where we had no way from Palm Springs to LAX. We were stressed - she made us calm and she also found a reasonable solution in a reasonable time

This place has taken a steep dive for the worse over the last 5 years. Hotel is dirty compared to any other property. Overall maintence of the property has declined and it’s obvious no money is put back into property. Even the parties are hosted at other nicer hotels. Hopeful for new owners before property dies completely. Staff is friendly but the property is run down and falling apart. Look at the other reviews and you will see a common topic of the lack of maintaining the property. Place has turned into a dump and needs new management ASAP.

Cool and busy place. After we kept seeing "Koffi" at multiple places in Palm Springs, we decided to give it a try. They didn't have a lot of options for food but had plenty for drinks. I spent this past weekend at the Avalon for a quick getaway. The location could not be better and was 2 blocks from Downtown Palm Springs. I had a regular hotel room and it was fine and had everything I needed. However, the fridge was not turned on and we had to have maintenance come to check it out because it seemed broken at first. The pools were my favorite part of the property and were the best way to spend our time. I did not know there was construction until I checked in, so it was a bit annoying to have to leave the property and walk outside on the sidewalk in order to access 2 of the 3 pools that were open. We started our first morning at the family friendly pool and we had to leave to head to the main pool because there were no waiters to take our order. We waited over 20 minutes and when we arrived to the main pool, there were no waiters there either, so we had to walk to the restaurant and place our order there. However, once the waiters did appear, they were very attentive and friendly. The food, while expensive, was completely worth the price and my favorite part of the trip. The issues I experienced were minor, and I would stay here again, possibly in a bungalow, which is more accessible to the pools.

I was able to check in early. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was cute and clean. Parking was close to my room which is convenient. I went to the pool and a server greeted me promptly. He was very attentive and polite. The happy hour prices were amazing! The $5 waffle fries were still a full portion. The seasoning on them is amazing. They were cooked perfectly. My drink was delicious and very balanced. Each pool had a full ice water station nearby. The music was pleasant and at a great volume. The vibes were so peaceful! I definitely will be returning!

A Fantastic Getaway at Hotel Avalon My recent stay at the Hotel Avalon was nothing short of wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the multiple pools. We spent most of our days relaxing poolside and enjoying the fantastic service (I recommend the adult only pool with the view of the San Jacinto peaks). The entire staff was incredibly hospitable, but a special shout-out goes to Elroy, Bryan, and Christina, who we got to know by name. Their service made our time even more enjoyable. And let's talk about the food and drinks! The smash burger, which also came in slider form, was packed with flavor and was the best thing on the menu. I also highly recommend the garden cooler, a refreshing cucumber gin mix perfect for a hot day. The hotel's location is another huge plus. It's just a short walk to the main strip, which made it easy to explore the area. We also loved that it's located near the Historical Tennis Club neighborhood, where we admired the beautiful mid-century architecture that Palm Springs is famous for. The Architecture Museum is also close by, and I highly recommend visiting on a Thursday when admission is free. With so much to see and do both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, we'd come back again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect place for a relaxing and fun vacation. Clean rooms, great food & location.

The difference between an asylum and the room I had might be a window. Other than that, I truly don't understand the positive reviews. Our hot water wasn't working but fortunately it wasn't ice cold so I just dealt with it because it was hot. The walls were extremely thin and the doors poorly sealed, which meant there was no peace or quiet during the day. All I could hear were nonstop cicadas, and it drove me crazy. The staff were polite and the service was fine, but they would not change my room after my complaints. For that reason, I am giving 3 stars. I would not stay here again and recommend looking elsewhere.

First, I want to share that the staff was incredible. My review has nothing to do with the staff. That said, this is not at all what the pictures reflect on their website. I was so disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The room was dirty, it smelled and it was very old. They put newer furniture in there to try and modernized it, but they just put lipstick on a pig...at the end of the day it was still a pig. The walls and ceilings were very thin...we heard the people upstairs from us as if they were in the room with us, the staff walked outside pushing laundry and garbage carts at all hours...we did not once get a good night sleep the entire 3 days. I kept finding bugs walking across the floor...it was just gross. The parking is horrendous and the hotel itself is not clearly marked so finding it at night proved to be quite difficult. They fitness center lacked luster and again isn't was is presented on the website. Please beware before booking here...and if you do, please don't have high expectations based on what you see online...if you don't expect too much, you'll be fine.

We WERE going to stay here in two weeks for our annual family trip. Got a text that one of their pools is closed for construction which immediately set off alarms. I called and the front desk confirmed that there will be active construction during our stay, noise and all. They did say we can walk over to the sister property but how is that relaxing with construction noise right next door? Had to cancel, such a bummer that this hotel decided to do this in summer and not in winter.

This would have been a five star until my last hour on the property. I’ve stay so many times in the past when it was the Vicroy and Avalon. I was relaxing at the pool and was asked to leave the property by 4PM. Honestly, very disturbed by this as I was truly enjoying quiet relaxing my time. Not even sure what to say. Really deeply disturbed is the only way I will be feeling when I return home.

L'Horizon Resort & Spa offers a chic 1950s-style experience with glass-walled rooms, patios, hot tubs, and a heated pool. The Fireplace Junior Suite Bungalow is a light-filled retreat once favored by Marilyn Monroe, featuring a private outdoor shower and wood-burning copper fireplace. The hotel's restaurant, SOPA, boasts an inviting ambiance with outdoor fire pits and modern metallic chandeliers.
Place is killer. Great service, great drinks and nothing but relaxation all day. Room was fantastic. It was our anniversary and they gave us champagne upon check-in and had our room ready by 2pm which was great. Pool servers were great, did a free yoga class the hotel offered which was sick. Pool food is pretty decent nothing off the charts but getting a fresh sandwich and fries by the pool you couldn't beat. Definitely has that classic Palm Springs mid century vibe to it. To the people that complain about the restaurant price, most hotel restaurants are like this; not amazing, still decent but pricy. Go to downtown Palm Springs, it's 10 minutes away and has amazing restaurants. Definitely will be back!

We stayed here for the first time this past weekend and will definitely be returning! The property was immaculate and the service was so good. Shout out to Sarah! She was working the restaurant and bar and was so incredibly sweet and attentive. The room was very cozy and intimate. I also loved that it was 21+. Definitely book here if you are looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

Hands down the best service one could receive. My wife and I come here at least once a year just because we love it so much. We travel a lot and stay at high end places and nothing beats this place. I would choose this over any other place in Palm Springs and we have stayed at them all. L'Horizon always deliver. Rooms, food, drinks, pool, service all top notch.

Beautiful hotel, especially the Hermann Bungalows. The attention to detail in the rooms is spectacular. We will absolutely stay during our next visit to Palm Springs. Only drawback to mention is the distance to the downtown Palm Springs which is a decent walk but still well worth it.
Jordan S — Google review
I really wanted to love this hotel given how nice the property grounds are but had a terrible experience, so bad that I checked out early. I stayed in a pool facing room and didn’t realize that I couldn’t open the curtains bc the room gets so hot and everyone can see right in. The rooms are already poorly lit and being unable to open the curtains really ruined the room. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. They had a power outage and while that was out of their control how they handled it was poor. We waited nearly two hours to get our breakfast, when we called front desk (3 times) to inquire about status, the manager was clearly annoyed and had an attitude!! We checked out early and all they did was comp breakfast which was already included in our stay. While the pool was lovely, I do not recommend. The value for the price is not worth it.
Natalie C — Google review
5 star building with a 3 star service. If the hotel is less than 25% full, you can expect no service at the pool bar for 45 mins at 5pm. For what we paid, we were not expecting to have to ring reception to prompt a staff member to attend the bar. No one picked up, but they did call me back right away apologising for missing my call. 35 dollars for a car valet when the car park is 10 feet away is a laughable insult. If we had paid $200/night then this criticism/feedback would be inapplicable. But for the $750 a night paid, the service was not up to scratch. The surprise free upgrade of the room when we checked in did not make up for the inadequate service. Other than service, the rooms and property is simply wonderful. The pool is perfect. Note to staff: Bow ties are nice but attentive service is more important.
James W — Google review
The perfect stay. Attentive staff. Great service. Absolutely beautiful grounds and stunning rooms. We stayed in both the L'Horizon and Herman sides and both were amazing but the Herman side definitely has nicer finishes like furniture, lighting, size, and even toilet paper. We probably used everything the resort has to offer from the breakfast, bar food, jacuzzi, pool, shallow Herman side pool, bocci court, spa, valet parking, complementary bikes, hammocks, and even rooms on both sides. Things to keep in mind: 1) The l'horizon side is less maintained and we had some issues like a faulty bathroom door knob (almost got stuck in the bathroom), greening on the brass finishes, and some cracked paint. (In the images). 2) The restaurant, So•Pa, is only open for dinner. We didn't dine there as it seemed pricey. 3) Breakfast is great! Do yourself a favour and get their pancakes. Their market fruit is the best deal as well. 4) Parking is valet only. A bit pricey at $35/night. 5) The bikes are very casual with no gears or handbrakes. Use for leisure not for getting around. 6) In late April, the patios are not a great deal. It was swarming with flies and mosquitos at most hours of the day. 7) The bathrooms in the L'Horizon side are quite open and you can see outside onto the paths. On the pool facing rooms, it may throw you off. 8) Our room in the Herman side had many mosquitos inside it and I got quite a few bites. I wasn't expecting that from a resort of this quality. Being reasonable there's not much to be done. Just be aware of this. This is the main reason rooms get 4/5.

I’m very overdue leaving this review, but after staying at a similarly marketed boutique resort & spa I must say L’Horizon is by far THE BEST place I’ve ever stayed at — so much so that we make a point to visit every year since we discovered it. The experience, customer service, design, ambiance, rooms, amenities, food & drinks, etc. are unmatched. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and stay here but be prepared to be disappointed staying anywhere else. L’Horizon sets the bar so high, bravo to everyone involved making this place what it is — a true gem.

Nestled in the vibrant Uptown District, "Les Cactus" is a chic and bohemian retreat that perfectly captures the essence of Palm Springs. This trendy men's resort features 16 stylish rooms that overlook a stunning outdoor pool, making it an ideal social hub for guests. With sun loungers surrounded by lush greenery, you can unwind in comfort while donning the hotel's cozy white terry robes.
The experience at Les Cactus is so delightful. You will not regret it. It’s so charming and aesthetically pleasing. Daniella was a wonderful host and made me feel taken care of. The rooms were v clean, and walked into an already cool room — was a nice surprise after a hot day. The pool is amazing — fresh towels, water and plenty of chairs/umbrellas for everyone! Everyone who stayed there was equally pleasant. It was nice chatting with others by the pool. Felt safe and secure getting in and out of the hotel and it’s a hop, skip and a jump from everything. Cherry on top is a cute little breakfast basket during breakfast service. They really pay attention to every single detail and as a creative, I really appreciated that. Can’t wait to visit again!

A Gem in the Desert – My Favorite Hotel Ever! This was my second time staying at Les Cactus, and if it’s possible, I fell even more in love with this magical place. The first time I visited was with my best friend, and this time I came with my wife and both experiences were incredibly relaxing, comfortable, peaceful, and full of those perfect Palm Springs vibes that make you never want to leave. What sets Les Cactus apart is the attention and love put into every single detail. From the beautifully designed rooms to the dreamy common spaces, everything feels thoughtfully curated to create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. You can truly feel the care that goes into every corner of this hotel. The staff is exceptional: warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Richard and the ENTIRE team go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their hospitality is impeccable and adds that special touch that turns a great stay into an unforgettable one. Les Cactus is a quiet and peaceful gem in the desert, and without a doubt, my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m already looking forward to coming back—again and again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Les Cactus for my birthday, and it was truly the most amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the hotel went **above and beyond** to make me feel celebrated and special. The attention to detail and the warm welcome we received made my birthday unforgettable. The entire staff is so sweet and thoughtful, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Andy, the manager— he’s truly the best! He’s incredibly kind, accommodating, and friendly. You can tell he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience, and it shows in everything he does. We originally planned to stay just three nights, but we were having such an incredible time that we extended our trip to a full week — we honestly never wanted to leave! The atmosphere, the service, and the overall vibe of Les Cactus are unmatched.

Hospitality at its finest! Staff are so kind and genuine. Cute and eclectic decor with large spacious rooms. The amenities are simple and useful, don’t expect the Four Seasons, but you’ll have everything you need for a great stay. Loved the robes, yoga mat and block, snacks on arrival and delicious pool side beverages. The grounds are well maintained, comfy beds and great pool. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and garden oasis vibes.

This place was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s so incredibly cute, clean, well kept, quaint and intimate. Everyone who works there makes you feel special and truly makes your experience one of a kind. While everyone was amazing, I do want to spotlight Daniella! She went above and beyond for us during our stay. I will absolutely be returning to Les Cactus for my next Palm Springs visit🌵🩷

We loved our stay at Les Cactus! The property is so stunning and decorated so incredibly! The beds and pillows are so comfy and I’m sad I have to leave them! The staff were lovely, the breakfast 10/10 and the location was so close to everything! By far the best part of the stay was Daniela! She is incredible and I really hope they know what a gem she is and deserves every bit of raise she can get! She made the stay so amazing as she was very attentively, accommodating, and overall the most thoughtful and kind person we encountered on the trip.

I loved celebrating my low-key bachelorette here! The property is secluded, private, and stunning, perfect for a special getaway. The staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was spot on, and the pool (with those dreamy misters!) was bliss. Room 25 is spacious and beautiful, definitely request it if you can. We loved the view from the hidden little rooftop. We also really appreciated the smooth, stress-free late-night check-in. Le Cactus has officially become our favorite spot in Palm Springs.

This gorgeous place is truly perfect in every way. I am so grateful to have found it. I had not been to Palm Springs in 30 years! I realize how subjective any lodging experience can be, so I will share some highlights that would instantly help me make the decision to stay here, were I the one reading this. The standard of cleanliness is very high, which is a BIG deal for me. Details are important at Les Cactus. The rooms are pristine. I was able to be shoes-free and my feet stayed as clean as they do at home. The bedding and towels are cotton, and the detergent is either fragrance-free, or rinses away so well that it might as well be. No fragrances are used in the rooms (THANK YOU!). There is no carpet in the rooms, apart from one rug (under the bed) that is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, open, bright, well-lit, absolutely lovely, and as air-conditioned as you desire them to be, which is adjustable via remote (in my room the remote was hand-held, but I think the one in my friend’s room was located on the wall). You can also turn off the A/C, or merely use it in fan mode if it gets too chilly. The grounds are immaculate. The aesthetic is inviting, delightful, and impeccable. You will find a large pool, hot tub (the jets feel fantastic; you may ask for them to be turned on), a few hammocks, numerous green plants, colorful flowers, trees, cacti, hummingbirds, butterflies, and heart-opening views from the sweet little deck upstairs. Whether rain or shine, I loved every moment. If you are looking for a stay wherein meditative states are possible without even trying, this is one such place. The people who work here are warm, kind, and wonderful: Daniela, Richard, and Andy are all spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about Les Cactus. Everything about this treasure of a place made me want to remain there and never leave. Every day, I extended my stay, “Just one more day.” I wish I could have stayed for a month (or a year!). If I move to Palm Springs, it will be largely thanks to the experience of staying here. Thank you so very much for everything. I felt such a natural sense of peace, ease, happiness, and joy, and also got very good rest. I cannot wait to return. What a gift. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙏🏻⭐️💫 * * * ADDITIONAL NOTES * * * There are only two or three items I would change or improve if I could. Given the overwhelmingly (((POSITIVE))) experience I had here (for five nights, split into one and four-night stays), these do NOT warrant a decrease in my overall rating. 1. The water pressure in the shower, which in my room was very low, could be better. This is not uncommon at even the best hotels and Airbnbs. Luckily, I currently have a shaved head, so it was doable. 2. I did at times wish the pool and jacuzzi were open until 10pm. However, 7am to 9pm is not bad, and you can still be outside enjoying the evening after hours. The extra hour or pool and hot tub use at night would be welcome. 3. My friend also stayed here (in another unit), and has back trouble. For her, the bed was much too soft, so she tried to sleep on the floor using the provided yoga mat (another added in-room bonus, by the way), but for her, this one detail was sub-optimal. I, too, at times, find soft mattresses/bedding painful. At home, for the last decade, I have slept on a four-inch trifold pad, placed directly on the floor, and it is the perfect balance between soft and firm (zero pain). For whatever reason, the bed at Les Cactus did NOT cause a problem for me (while the Airbnb I lived in for 31 days prior to arriving there definitely DID, and it was a miserable experience at times). I certainly would not mind a bit more firmness for the mattresses at Les Cactus, but as of August 2025, I had no issue in terms of comfort: my sleep and rest were not disturbed, and I had no pain upon rising.

A little piece of IBIZA in Palm Springs! Chilled vibes, amazing service, deep relaxation, super comfy beds, great selection of breakfast foods/teas + coffees...just what I needed. This is a treasure in Palm Springs, independently owned, GREAT style, it's fun + the perfect location to explore the area. Matt the owner and his staff are brilliant + they completely took care of me. I LOVED the attention to detail in sourcing ethical produce even down to the English toiletries in the bathrooms which were fabulous!

We had an absolutely magical time at the Wescott and cannot wait to return! The rooms are impeccably clean and the outdoor area is gorgeous with ample seating. The owner, Matthew, is extremely kind, courteous, thoughtful, and generous; he allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute and was so welcoming of our dogs. My favorite part of the stay was the complimentary happy hour and vegetarian breakfast! The Westcott is our new go-to for long weekends!

Look no further, this small lovely hotel is a serious hidden gem - 5/5 stars! The owner (Matt) and his team are welcoming, friendly and extremely accommodating!! The property has minor blemishes, but has a great vibe and is far closer to perfect than expected! It is in a fantastic central location and is so quiet, quaint, stylishly-quirky, super clean, and offers great value! The rooms are lovely with soft, beautiful linens and super comfy beds!! They host a lovely pool-side ‘happy hour’ and offer a delicious breakfast that encourages guest interactions and makes you feel more like you’re being hosted in a friend’s home rather than staying at a hotel. We found this place by accident and hope to return again to PS and stay again to Matt’s beautiful property. We couldn’t recommend it more!

This hotel was fine. It has a very cute aesthetic and nice amenities. There were just a few problems. First off, the woman who checked us in didn’t know how to work the smart locks. We were in a hurry to drop our stuff and leave again, but had to wait for the owner to show us how to lock the door. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and was more just luke-warm. When we took a hot shower the steam set the smoke alarm off and the window didn’t open so it was hard to air out and the room got a bit musty. It’s a very cute hotel, but for these reasons we won’t be back.
Kallie D — Google review
Yeah... wish I could review this place, but never really got the chance to try it out. We arrived at our reservation time for a prepaid day room. We had booked this months in advance and had shopped around to find the ideal "Palm Springs experience." When we arrived, the owner met us as we parked, and informed us there were no reservations found, but there was plenty of space, so get seated and he'll have a room ready for us in 15-20 min. We sat down on some beat-up chairs by a room. We were told to help ourselves to the kitchen area, which was great as we had been told no outside food or drinks. I found bottles of grape flavored water, and not much else (no other drinks, maybe some coffee creamer, and I can't recall any food). And that was the last time we saw the owner. We waited, sweating for another 45 min. We had come in street clothes, as we planned to change in our room, which was unavailable. Other guests came out to enjoy the pool (not sure how they had reservations, if there "were no reservations") and just seemed like the most annoying type of people, watching videos on their phone at full volume, and pounding whiteclaws as fast as they could (it was 10am!). Not the locations fault, but just not a great vibe because the place was so small. I spent my time looking at the mismatched decor, odd hanging jars, and general run-down feel. Around 1045, we started looking for other locations, finding many sold out. 15 min later, we had secured one of the last cabanas at the Doubletree (much better location). We tried to find the owner to figure out what was happening and could not find him. After a few min search, we left. We got a hold of ResortPass (how we booked) and got a refund. It's a nice enough location, but not at the rating it has on Google. I'd rather have used the pool at the Best Western we were staying at for the weekend (just not the experience we wanted). The facility needs notable work, as it feels like a backyard pool from that friend of yours who loves DIY projects. I was kinda glad that the reservation fell apart as it gave us the chance to find something better. The website pictures don't reflect the feel of being there, though I never got to compare a room. For those wondering, this place appears to be just a normal hotel, and i think they rent out some rooms for "day rooms." If I recall, there are 10 rooms, so as an idea, it's great. The execution just isn't right. There was not staff that I saw, other than the owner, and given that some other guests were in rooms, you'd expect at least housekeeping. Lastly, given the rules about no outside food/drink, it would have been nice for them to provide anything (aside from grape water or creamer). Westcott really isn't something I'd suggest trying until some improvements are made, and I'd never try it again myself. I love the idea, but they nearly ruined the big "relaxation" day on my vacation that I'd been looking forward to for months, so not chancing that again. Doubletree was 10 min away, same price, and had a bar with food options. Lots of other options around too, but in the summer, it sold out fast. Don't get hooked on a deal that sounds too good to be true, look for something you can count on.

my husband and I spent two weekday nights at the Westcott. It’s a charming comfortable intimate bed-and-breakfast with 10 rooms around a lovely pool. There is a 24 hour pantry that offers free water, beverages, snacks, etc.. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. Parking was free right outside the front door. Staff OK Was helpful and gracious. Visitors can enjoy strolling through the traffic-free event, sampling food, exploring art, and enjoying live music. The fair offers a wide variety of authentic handmade arts and crafts for sale. Many visitors highly recommend this lively and enjoyable evening activity in Palm Springs, featuring great food and shopping opportunities for everyone.
I still love it, been here for many years and moved out of state but every time I am around I go to this nice ambience fest. I enjoy the walk, the art, the vendors that sell authentic art, nothing here is fake it is all handmade and artistic and I love that. If you want to have a nice walk and enjoy art as much as I do, go and enjoy the evening every Thursday from 6-10pm.

It's been so long since I have been back home. How refreshing to know that Villagefest is still going on. It's grown so much. What an amazing evening and awesome weather. If you come in for a visit make sure you visit Villagefest. I would highly recommend.

This place is a RIP off... they charged my kids the same price for 2 different tattoos.. one kid had 2 small turtles and the other had both hands done... they were both bad , quickly done didnt look anything like the pic they showed. wouldn't re-do or give the money back... live the street fair but I will never go back to the henna place and do not recommend anyone to go there unless they have the gentleman do the work.

We absolutely love visiting the Palm Springs area this time of year. The Thursday night Villagefest it's always a great way to spend the evening. great food, great shopping. Something for everyone

Awesome street fair in Palm Springs! Every Thursday locals gather to showcase their businesses. Food, art, music, and much more as you walk down the street. Vendors are offering free samples and the food is impressive. We purchased mini donuts which were heavenly. We also got clam chowder that was prefect for the chilly evening! Going back next week to try more foods!

Not the office, Villagefest itself. No longer glamorous, Palm Springs is no longer interesting, mostly just hucksters trying to pawn off clip art as originals for $500-$9000 and other junk sellers. A few bright lights among the (some awful) live musicians: the wonderful sounding Native man playing wood flutes, etc. Buy a CD. How do you find downtown Palm Springs? It's where the Walgreens and Motel 6's get closer together. But seriously, if you're not over 80 you probably don't want to be here (and probably if you're 80+ as well).

Italian restaurant
Birba is a modern Italian restaurant located in Uptown, Palm Springs. It is part of a female-founded hospitality empire and offers a changing menu featuring global cuisine. The restaurant boasts a chic, tree-filled patio where patrons can enjoy craft cocktails. Birba is known for its great pizzas served in a nice outdoor courtyard, as well as other delectable dishes such as Nonna's meatballs, charcuterie, and butterscotch budino.
Beautiful setting, lovely staff!! Everything was pretty solid. I might have ordered my pizza wrong, I got the braised greens one which is right up my alley but the middle was soggy and the flavors just didn’t meld. We also had the mushroom truffle pasta special and it was quite bland with no flavor. The salads were meh (tricolore, rainbow beets). The meatballs were tasty. I didn’t did the squash blossoms but the others at the table did. Best part was the desserts they brought out for my birthday. So nice! It was like a butterscotch pudding magic thing! Have had better food but service and atmosphere made it lovely.

A perfect evening on the patio at Birba Palm Springs. It's like dining under the stars at your best friends home. If your friend is a great chef. The food is just wonderful. Not pretentious, balanced, with some surprises. Like who knew lemon slices on pizza was so delicious? I'm in food bliss.

Surprisingly good food. We liked the black pepper tagliatelle the most with the birba pizza second. The tagliatelle had a really nice flavor and wasn’t too heavy. The pizza was sweet with a little bit of kick and deliciously meaty. We also ordered the Tutto carne pizza which was like a yummy meat lovers pizza. We had a lemon olive oil cake and tiramisu for dessert. The tiramisu was a little too mushy and not enough mascarpone but the lemon olive oil cake was nicely balanced, and tasty.

We absolutely love this place! We tried the Fried Squashed blossoms stuffed with Ricotta, cauliflower, and the spicy Birba pizza. I didn’t like the cauliflower that much by the rest of the two dishes were delicious.m especially the pizza! Service was pretty good as well. Also, their washroom is pretty interesting. Go check it out.

Stopped here with my wife while shopping the restaurant was super clean inside and out they have a nice patio spot where you can have your food. Prices were ok for the portions of food we received. Pizza was probably the best thing on the menu the vodka pasta didn’t have much flavor it was additional to add lobster “which I don’t recommend” overall I would be back if I was in the area or maybe doing some shopping

Went here for dinner one night at my bachelorette and it was fantastic! The server was wonderful and gave us a lot of great feedback on the menu. I got the tortellini con ricotta spinaci and added prosciutto to it per the server. It was delicious! The sauce was so light and lemony and perfect! My friends shared a birba pizza and the pizza parlor chopper salad. Also we got the beet salad. We also got meatballs and the roasted cauliflower as well. My only complaint is there was only 1 gender neutral bathroom.

Birba was such a pleasant surprise! Best sage gnocchi so fresh and delicious. The Margherita pizza was fantastic too and loved the Al fresco dining very cozy ambiance with fire and lighting outdoor . Could be more attentive as far as service but it was really packed …

Birba: Good Ingredients, Lackluster Flavors Birba in Palm Springs offers a pleasant patio dining experience, but the food falls short of expectations. The meatballs were tender and well-textured, but the accompanying sauce was disappointingly bland. Similarly, the hot honey and prosciutto pizza featured quality ingredients, but the overall flavor was underwhelming, and the center was soggy. The all-patio dining setup is lovely, but be prepared for warm temperatures, especially during peak hours. Service, however, was excellent throughout our visit. Overall, Birba is a decent option if you prioritize ambiance and service over exceptional flavors.

American restaurant
Bar
Norma's is a stylish and comfortable patio eatery located at the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs. The restaurant offers American breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Some local favorites include Mr. Lyons Steakhouse, Workshop, Melvyns, Birba, mister parkers, Copleys on Palm Canyon, Jakes, Cheekys, Le Vallauris, and Shermans. Norma's features a brightly colored open-air terrace where breakfast is served all day.
Norma’s has been on my radar for years, and I finally made it there the week before Christmas for breakfast. The outdoor space is colorful and charming (aside from the occasional fly), the food was pretty good, and the service was excellent. We had the irresistible flapjacks, huevos rancheros, and the doughnuts. The huevos rancheros looked impressive but lacked flavor, the flapjacks were tasty and huge, and the doughnuts were absolutely wonderful. The prices may seem a bit high, but the portions are large, so order conservatively. Plus, the outdoor setting and service make up for any shortfalls of the food. We also appreciated that the restaurant was dog-friendly and the staff was so nice to our pups. I would definitely go back next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Absolutely top-notch fabulous brunch that is worth every penny. The portions are massive so if you’re with a group, you can do it family style and enjoy a bunch of different things. We had the lemon pancakes and they were divine, I normally don’t order pancakes, but here I definitely would again. We also had the crabcake which was full of crab just the way it should be. The service was off the charts, really some of the best I’ve had and the atmosphere? Well it can’t be beat. It’s the Parker Palm Springs baby and it’s the best!

We had this placed saved for the Palm Springs trip! It was a great idea to come here - We sat outside (it was earlier in the day - so it was still not crazy hot) it was a very calm and relaxing vibes Server: Vanessa - she was incredible 😘🤌🏼 very polite and great demeanor. Drinks off the menu: • the joy at the parker - raspberry infused vodka with grapefruit flavor. That was so good! Worth the try • weekend at the parker - it’s as if an aperol spritz and a margarita had a baby (my friend ordered it and loved it) Based on the recommendation of one of the employees- we decided to try the burgers 🍔 and that an excellent choice! I think i was full for the rest of that day! I added grilled onions and avocado on mine with fries. The burgers are supposedly made in house and the quality is amazing! Cooked medium for a perfect slight redness in the center and the everything else loaded on top with a fresh and soft bun. Super Yum! 😋 Definitely on my top 5 burgers ever… - Everything was incredible. Thank you for great service and even better food! Job well done 😘👌🏼

Located in the Parker Palm Springs hotel, Norma’s is a Palm Springs establishment everyone should visit. If the weather permits, definitely sit outside in their colorful, covered patio. The staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming who can help decipher the menu. I say decipher in the best way possible because Normas menu is one of the BEST menus I’ve ever seen. The names are clever, the preparations thoughtful, and the presentation’s exceptional. They start you off with the smoothie “shot” of the day, which was strawberry banana and orange juice. We then ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the crab cake “pancakes”. The sandwich was large and the fries FANTASTIC (super crispy yet meaty). The two crab cakes were flattened but large and delicious. They come with an aggressively dressed mixed green salad with white balsamic and a single beer battered onion ring that is filled with a dill tartar sauce/aioli. Highly recommend eating the onion ring first otherwise it gets soggy and if you’re not a heavy-dressed salad person, then ask for lighter dressing or on the side. Otherwise, fantastic and flavorful dish. Order a glass of their rosé and you’ll have it poured out of a double magnum bottle. Or a Diet Coke and you’ll have a personal carafe on the side. Awesome spot. Bring a group so you can try a bunch of different awesome dishes and just have a good time. Can’t wait to come back.

A vibrant gem in Palm Springs I absolutely loved Norma's—what a charming spot to soak in the Spring sun. The vibrant atmosphere, from the colorful décor to the carefully chosen glassware, reflects a real attention to detail that sets it apart. As a Londoner, I especially appreciated the laid-back yet stylish setting—such a refreshing change of pace. The Bloody Maria was spot on, perfectly balanced and exactly what I needed. A joyful and memorable experience all around. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I treated my daughters to brunch on the last day of our vacation, and we absolutely loved our experience at Norma’s! The Parker is such a fun, quirky place - my young adult daughters loved it! They brought us smoothie shots (a nice touch) and the food was amazing! We had a smoked salmon Benny, an artichoke Benny and lobster & asparagus omelet. So many other things on the menu we want to try if we find ourselves back in Palm Springs!

The food was good and great wine selection. The only issue i had was the seating. It is Tuesday evening, not crowded at all, and I was placed on a lounge sofa to have dinner! I mentioned to the waitress that eating was very uncomfortable, and all she did was agree and did not offer to relocate. If I wanted to have dinner being comfy and laid back. I would have ordered room service at my hotel. I am glad my client was not able to make it and experience this. Again, the food was great, but the experience of eating dinner from my lap killed it for me. First and last time I come here

I would give ZERO stars if I could. If you’re coming to Palm Springs and if this restaurant is on the list DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I made a reservation for my birthday at the rooftop and they said oh unfortunately due to the “weather” we are closed. It was a few rain drop. And there was another couple who booked for the roof top and they were denied. However, there was 2 OTHER COUPLES were able to be seated at the roof top….Also the food is trash.i got the stuffed crab pablsno pepper. Trash. Dog poop. I don’t know why these people are giving 5 stars to the food when it’s average. The only good thing was the blood orange margarita. I wanted to pay one server said we don’t accept Apple Pay only card or cash. Luckily I had cash. Then the second server said we do take Apple Pay. What’s the difference between taking Card and Apple Pay when they take the machine? Are you guys that lazy?

What a great experience for my sister‘s birthday the drinks, the food atmosphere and most of all the service was excellent. Lynda and Anahi were amazing. They really made my sister’s birthday extra special. I highly recommend this place. It’s 10 out of 10.

This hotel restaurant is open to the public, and so worth a visit. The decor is gorgeous, and the rooftop is stunning. And the food and cocktails are even better; innovative and sophisticated ! The menu is contemporary Spanish-influenced food - I had Dungeness Crab Stuffed Poblano Pepper and my husband had a modern take on Pollo Mole. Our only regret was that the hotel was booked so we could not stay there!

Located in downtown Palm Springs, the Hilton Palm Springs is a modern hotel offering stunning mountain views, a relaxing spa, and a refreshing pool. While not explicitly family-oriented, it still provides a laid-back atmosphere and an excellent location. The hotel welcomes pets and offers additional bedding options for children. With complimentary shuttle service from the airport, it's convenient for both family vacations and spring break getaways. Guests can choose from various guest rooms and luxury suites with modern designs.
This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it just keeps getting better. They clearly invest in upkeep and training their staff. Everything was clean and modern—my room even had a smart TV and a rainfall shower. I used the gym almost every morning, and it was never too crowded. The breakfast included gluten-free and vegetarian options, which is rare and appreciated. Another thing I loved was the quiet lounge area on the second floor, where I could read or have coffee without disturbance. Definitely my go-to hotel in the area.
Ammy — Google review
My first time staying at a Hilton and first impression wasn't good. Went with a group of 40 friends and the consensus was that all of the rooms had a musty smell and are dated with the exception of the bathrooms having been updated. However there appears to be mold on the bathroom vent and painted over previously but I could be wrong, just doesn't give a good appearance. The sheets, bed cover, and curtains all had stains. The shower drain immediately backed up and had to be cleared out by maintenance the first morning we were there. The very limited TV channels (14 or so channels?) kept losing service, no free music or movie options, everything has a cost to it (an old revenue generator that you don't often come across at other hotels these days). We had prepaid for breakfast but they failed to remind us and provide the tickets when we checked in at the front desk so we had forgotten breakfast was already paid for so missed the first morning breakfast. Good reminder to make sure you get your tickets. The service was nice and breakfast was excellent. The pool was a good size and in good shape. Good location though, just needs more attention from Hilton to bring it up to Hilton standards otherwise I'd assume it'll bring their brand down. Hoping this isn't a typical Hilton experience.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a conference. The location was practical, close to public transport and several restaurants. The room was basic but clean, with standard amenities like a small desk, a closet, and a TV. The bathroom had decent water pressure and was well maintained. The staff were polite but didn’t go out of their way to interact. Breakfast was included but fairly repetitive. Overall, a functional hotel that met my needs without any major positives or negatives.

Stayed here for a convention. It was very easy to go back and forth. The hotel rooms were clean, but the shower wouldn't quite switch from the showerhead to the tub. The water would run from both ends. Have to give a shout out to Paula! I left some jewelry behind, and she was super helpful to get it returned. Please give her a raise! Thank you Paula for being the hero!

The Caliente Tropics Resort in Palm Springs, CA is a Polynesian-inspired hotel with a 1960s-style exterior. It offers modern rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi, mountain views, and an on-site spa. The hotel features a fitness center, meeting spaces, a restaurant, and a bar. Guests can relax by the pool or in the 12-person hot tub surrounded by tiki torches and cabanas.
An absolutely enchanting experience! The staff is friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurants are very convenient and good food. Both of the bars serve solid cocktails. The pool is sparkling clean and surrounded by lush foliage. And the rooms are very generous in size, ours was recently remodeled and had a lot of fun tropical and mid-century touches. A great place to stay in Palm Springs for a great price!

I want to start by saying the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and the outside is very nice and has a fun vibrant feel. The food and drinks were decent. Our room however was bad!! It had not been updated in over 20 years I'm guessing.Very outdated and run down! Dirty stained carpet, wallpaper bubbled and ripped, bed was hard, bathroom door had been kicked or punched in, floor lamp had at some point been knocked over the lamp shade was bent and the switch did not work, While using the sink the faucet handle broke off.Maintenance replaced it after several hours. Leaving the carpet underneath the sink all wet. The toilet handle had to be jiggled every time you used it or it would keep running water. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, Nothing else left in the room other than one tiny bar of hand soap. Shower head was very old and plugged up with hard water deposits. Caliente Tropics could be something really great with some updates to the rooms. Definitely more of a party place than a place to go and relax. Loud guests that were drunk and obnoxious.

I will choose this hotel again and again and again. The staff is warm and wonderful. The pool area is fantastic! The Reef is Tiki heaven. The rooms are a little dated but who is spending time in the rooms it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved every minute we spent here.

In May 2019, I booked my weekend birthday package getaway in advanced not really looking too much into surrounding resorts in the area. I wanted something nice and noteworthy, but inexpensive. However, with Caliente Tropics Resort, I essentially got what I paid for. When my mom and I arrived to check in, we were not impressed or greeted. The male guest service employee was not very customer friendly to me and I had partially paid for a birthday package room deal on my Birthday, for the deposit. I was ready for a refund because of guest service worker’s behavior. He had a very nasty/sassy attitude towards me perhaps because he was used to catering to a specific customer demographic and I was not the norm round those parts. I immediately requested to speak to the manager regarding my check in experience & I was just about ready for a refund of the birthday package reservation. We had driven a long way from LA for this getaway. The clerk spoke rudely in front of my mother who had accompanied me. He would not humble himself. He wanted to argue with me & didn’t seem to care if I stayed especially since I had already paid for half of the booking/birthday package up front. I was appalled at how combative he was towards me, a petite female and he appeared to be younger than me in age. The manager pretty much explained that the deposit was non refundable, but she handled herself much more professionally than front desk clerk who acted like he could not care any less whether I stayed or not. He did not change his aggressive demeanor or tone towards me and that was out of line. I am confused and It concerns me that he felt so comfortable speaking down to me when I they had already secured have of my deposit. I guess he was hoping to make some money off of keeping my non refundable deposit and booking my room to guest that he preferred to respect and service. The manager gave me the option to leave with no deposit refund or anything owed on the remaining balance of my weekend reservation, but apologize for the inconvenience & gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. So, I decided to stay and keep my reservation. I truly appreciate and commend her professionalism, tact, emotional intelligence, and most of all for caring enough to treat me like she wanted us to stay. I didn’t feel like checking in anywhere else at the last minute. I just wanted to relax and have a fun birthday getaway. The room was a small double queen. I wasn’t impressed with the quality and condition of the room. After we stepped out and came back to settle in our room, I noticed that my bed covering had a noticeably large filthy dirty mess on it. I just removed it from the bed and tossed it on the floor, to the side in a corner. All I could do was hope that it was not done vindictively. I really hoped that it was an honest mistake & oversight on their behalf. The birthday cake with white icing and balloons were already there when we first went to the room. It was really simple, kind of low budget. Something that I really could’ve done myself. To my surprise, the cake was really delicious. It tasted like it came from a fresh bakery although it looked like it was bought from the local supermarket. The swimming pool, Reef bar area, and native figurines displayed throughout resort were nice. We ate at the upscale restaurant adjacent to the resort. I was disappointed & unimpressed with the rack of lamb entree that we ordered. I always look forward to eating lamb. The rack of lamb at this particular restaurant tasted bland, lacking seasoning and flavor. I don’t remember what else came with the lamb entree because there was nothing special, unique, or significant about the rest of the meal. I do remember that it was way too expensive for a rack of lamb entree that I didn’t even finish because it just didn’t taste good. I did manage to get some good photos to capture some of the positive aspects of staying at Caliente Tropical Resort in Palm Springs. Love, Light, Peace, Sunshine, Respect, Care No weapon formed against me shall prosper

My brother and I stayed there a few years back. It was the last night of a 12 day camping trip through the southwest pulling an Airstream.. We were beat and decided to find a hotel. We both love Hawaiian kitsch. This place delivered. The cocktail lounge playing the original Hawaii 5-0. Was like a cherry on top. Next day was breakfast at Elmers which is within walking distance. And on the way back checked out a few boutique motels for the future. We had a fantastic stay and such a fun night with others staying at the hotel. Would definitely recommend. It's not perfect but it's a great place!

Rooms are super gross. Old gross carpet, gross old curtains, peeling wallpaper and holes in walls, bathrooms are old and gross. I get that it's a vintage style but they don't need to actually keep the same bathrooms and carpet from 40+ years ago to achieve that. We got a suite hoping it would be nicer but it was way worse than the regular rooms. The tiki bar was pretty good but the food there is horrible. Mex food out front is good. Crazy pool rules kinda ruin the pool with a Karen scolding you. Also there's no outside food or drinks yet they offer no healthy food. Also there's no vegan, vegetarian, or GF options. Slimy eggplant is not an option.

I reserved 2 nights through Hotwire for lower price. Total of $300 for 2 nights. First night, we found the shower room drain was clogged so bad so we were unable to take shower. called the front desk and they sent a plumber tried to unclogged but no luck. So we asked a front desk we need to transfer to another room. They said all rooms were sold out, no room were available. I complained and asked for refund to the front desk lady, she said I need to talked to 3rd party because I reserved a room thru Hotwire. It was room #144. Other than that everything was ok.
Monica L — Google review
The pool, restaurant and front desk are all 5 stars. I took one away because the shower was formidable and the WiFi disappeared completely. If the resort spent a little money replacing the shower heads and soap dispensers and towels, it would be five stars. Also extremely pet friendly with a large lawn that is savior on hot pavement days, which I super appreciated.

Cute place. Clean rooms. Conveniently located one block from the main strip downtown. Never had any trouble finding a parking spot. My room had a cute patio. Over all the one day stay was nice. The front staff and Check-in were quick, easy, and enjoyable. This is a vintage building that has been beautifully remodeled. The parking is kind of wonky- you may have to walk kinda far if parking is full near your room. It had an awful smell of musty and old stale air to the room which did not get better with the doors open and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan so they have the upper window open, which was strange with a 115° days. The air conditioning unit in our room was exceptionally louder than any other that I've encountered. I would highly suggest paying a little more for a poolside room with a private patio. The pool was nice and had misters. Many outdoor games for the kids like connect 4 and cornhole. Multiple fire pits and sitting areas. We encounter some wildlife upon arrival which was fun.

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to most shops, restaurants, and the little casino. It's very retro and quaint and we loved the décor. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the remodel. We had a poolside room with a little patio area but the vines along the pool fence prevented a view of the pool. Parking is okay. There were 12 of us in 7 rooms in celebration of the marriage of my brother who had married in the courthouse earlier that day. Our only complaint was that most rooms had no hot water and we ended up taking cold showers. It was 4am when I took mine and it wasn't a pleasant way to start my day. Staff and management are very accommodating and will do everything within their power to make your stay an enjoyable one. The bed was VERY comfortable and once they fix the shower issue we will definitely stay again. I will say, through no fault of the hotel, a known biker "club" was having their annual gathering in Palm Springs that weekend and our hotel was full of their members. Palm Springs had close to 1000 members staying all over town. Although they were all very polite and friendly, they were there to party and have a good time and a few of us didn't get much sleep but management did compensate those that were affected but we did cut our weekend short because of it.

Stayed here for one night in August. Very warm, though had AC which was very loud! May have been working overtime due to how hot it was. Location was great and staff were very helpful when checking in. The pool could have been a bit cleaner as seemed pretty cloudy and not the most appealing. Would stay again though if passing through.

This review should be a five star rating. I have supported this property by writing positive comments on their Instagram account. I have been here five or six times. The stays were very good except this recent visit this past week. I always stay in a particular room. The room is simple but the view of the property and mountains are amazing, so it makes me happy. I called ahead of time to request the room. While checking in, I was informed that another guest had the room, despite my request. The request was marked on my file. Howerver, the one manager told me they never read requests only at the time of check in. I requested that they waive the early check in fee since they did not honor my request. The manager replied in a 'particular' tone, "I'm not gonna waive the fee since you're comin in at 10:30!" Working in hospitality myself all my life left me in a very dissapointing manner, and I didn't even check in yet. Thank goodness for Jane, the front desk team memeber, who was very sincere and accommodating throughout my stay. I told her of the situation which she was sympathetic. I requested that she add the room number to my name so that they know I want that room. When I rebook next year, I will call every day for a week leading up to checkin date. Otherwise, their won't be a repeated visit. As far as Jane, I think other staff members need to learn from this great employee.

I stayed here during a stopover. The hotel is easy to find and check-in was quick. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small, but everything functioned well. There wasn’t much noise from the street, which was a plus. Breakfast had basic options — toast, cheese, fruit, and cereal. Staff were professional. Good for travelers who need rest before continuing their journey.

Had a great time over the Labor Day Weekend. Rooms are clean and spacious! Have Microwave, mini fridge and safe. Pool is great and a few steps from all the restaurants and bars. Coming back again. Want to say hi to el Sapito.
Sergio D — Google review
The designated available parking for this location is very small. Depending on when you visit there’s a good chance you won’t find a place near your room to park. The access from parking location and access to room location are difficult. The soaps smell great! The citrus trees and minimalist design are nice. If you need to call the front desk for anything - you can expect a 15-30 minute hold…even for a quick question. There’s a resort fee regardless of if you plan to use their pool. Reservations are often non-refundable, but they can alter the date of the stay instead. It’s a great location to downtown and the Cactus to Clouds Trailhead. Would probably try somewhere else next time.

Triada Palm Springs, Autograph Collection is a 4-star hotel exuding old Hollywood charm and Spanish Colonial-style elegance. Located in downtown Palm Springs, it offers a mix of sleek new furnishings and vintage pieces in its eclectic bedrooms. The hotel consists of three wings - Mente, Corazon, and Alma - each with its own unique aesthetic. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, a spa, and the Iluminara restaurant with poolside seating and mountain views.
Had a really great stay here, best of the year for sure. Excellent hotel, funny bartender at the poolside bar, very nice staff. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in Palm Springs (say within 1.5 KM or so) Room kitchen was very well equipped, full size fridge, four burner stove, lots of pots and pans. Air conditioning was quiet and cold. Bathroom well equipped. Can’t wait to come back.

Location is great, staff are friendly (when you find them) but this is probably the worst quality Marriott I have ever stayed at. The place has so much potential but it has really been let go and in desperate need of updating. Dead plants all over, Pool and spa were full of dirt (not just dirty but actually a bunch of black dirt) and not cleaned once during our stay. Toilets in the rooms sometimes flush but require multiple attempts. Hotel is really understaffed with it being hard to track down someone for the front desk or bar. Autograph collection it is not. Much closer to motel 6

I love this hotel! So much history and beautiful architecture! The rooms are look recently remodeled and suites have full kitchens with full size refrigerators! It is conveniently located walking distance from everything! The staff was so friendly and Gilbert at the bar is wonderful! Scott at the valet/bellman was great with suggestions and directions! Absolutely love this property!

This hotel is in a great location to downtown Palm Springs. Totally unique place. Walked I. Think g the rooms would be super small because it was an older property revamped. Not the case. The staff were super nice and helpful. They each had their main job but they seemed to lend a hand out to the other staff members who might have been a little busier. The valet guy, super great, would help out the front desk. Ricky the bar tender also made the food. It almost seemed understaffed first but the teamwork made it flow. Well done staff. The hotel had both an old and new feeling to it. It has two smaller pools. One is a little warmer than the other. The rooms and property were very clean. It was missing some of the cool art a lot of other Autograph hotels have. I do wish it had some more art. The room was really nice with full size refrigerator, stove top, and sink. The bed was very comfortable. If you want to stay away from the bigger hotel crowds this is a good choice. Also, dog fees are maybe the cheapest around.

We recently stayed at Triada Palm Springs and, while the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful with charming decor and a lovely atmosphere, the service was unfortunately far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were exhausted from traveling and looking forward to a smooth check-in. Instead, we were met with an uncomfortable and inappropriate line of questioning from a blonde woman at the front desk. Rather than welcoming us, she seemed to interrogate us about why we were there and what we were doing — which felt invasive and unnecessary. When we politely asked if she could simply proceed with the check-in, her tone turned noticeably aggressive. She repeatedly referred to my husband as “my friend” in a dismissive and condescending way, which felt very unprofessional. For the remainder of our stay, she ignored us completely, making us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the negative experience didn’t end there. During breakfast, Miss B. at the restaurant treated us with open rudeness. We felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests, which really soured the start of our mornings. It’s such a shame because the property itself is lovely, and it has so much potential. But unless there are serious improvements in the staff’s professionalism and hospitality, we would not consider returning or recommending Triada to others. Update: Your response is just as rude and dismissive as the customer service we experienced during our stay. Rather than acknowledging our concerns with any sincerity, you chose to defend your staff’s behavior and paint a skewed version of events. It’s disappointing, but not surprising that you’ve responded in a way that prioritizes appearances over accountability. This reply only reinforces why we left the review in the first place.
Eva B — Google review
Excellent location, walkable to restaurants without being too close to the noise/ nightlife. The front desk staff is kind and helpful! Our only complaint was the loud air conditioning unit in our room, seemed outdated. Thanks for a lovely stay! PS the music playing in the background is so charming! Thank you!
Sarah — Google review
Gem of a hotel. Staff is personally invested- it does not feel like a chain, but has all the advantages and perks of a Marriott hotel! Miss B and Cara at the front were awesome and it was so cool seeing the same couple staff people throughout the entire stay. It felt super personal, kinda like you’re in a guest in their home! Should be a training ground for other hotels.

Holiday House Palm Springs is a trendy boutique hotel offering stylish rooms and suites with picturesque mountain views. The property, originally opened in 1951 and designed by renowned architect Herbert W. Burns, features a pool and shuffleboard court surrounded by citrus trees. Guests can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast during their stay.
First timers to Palm Springs, and we couldn't ask for a better introduction than staying at Holiday House last week. Steps away from shopping, restaurants and the art museum, this quiet, lovely, art-filled hotel exceeded every expectation. The stylish, clean rooms were perfectly appointed, the pool area was spotless and well-misted, the property abounded in art. The service was detail-oriented, exemplary and gracious - many many thanks to Isreal, Thomas, and Craig for being such excellent hosts and ambassadors for Palm Springs. Drinks were great, and Chef John’s food also fabulous - stay for dinner sometime! Despite the August heat, the pool, misters and lower tourist population gave us the run of the city and restaurants. Thank you Holiday House – our stay was the relaxation we needed, and will absolutely return.

Best place to stay in Palm Springs if you like quiet and serenity. It is over 21 only and it is quiet during the day around the pool. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The free breakfast with the room is really good. Just an FYI, no TVs in the room. There is no partying at night and you will sleep soundly on the great mattress. You can still drink as they have a full bar, just don’t make a lot of noise. The pool area is top notch and the pool is cooled for the hot season months. It was 105 F, but we were able to cool down all day in the pool. In 2018 it was named one of the 100 best hotels in the world by a leading travel magazine. A+++++++

We absolutely loved the decor and the hospitality. Everybody was so nice and welcoming. Every encounter and interaction was pleasurable even with the room service people. There is such a attention to detail at this hotel. You can tell the owners really want to have a welcoming beautiful environment. And they have fully succeeded. We loved the pool side service so we didn't have to get up and get our cocktails. We will return thank you holiday house.

My wife and I stayed on a Sunday & Monday. It was a great little break for us. When we checked in we were greeted by Israel who was so friendly and charming. He made us complimentary drinks and we started our stay. The entire team at H/H were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay we highly recommend Holiday House.

Our stay at Holiday House was a truly amazing getaway. The moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service, starting with Tom who was wonderfully accommodating. Our room, number 7, was a plush, art-filled sanctuary, complete with a cloud-like bed and a well-stocked bar cart. Beyond the room, the thoughtful amenities—including an ice cream cart, outdoor shower, and cruiser bikes—made the experience extra special. The food was a standout, from the stunning breakfast spread to the best-fried chicken dinner we've ever had. We also loved socializing with other guests at the bar. The entire team, led by the professional and fun GM, Christopher (a Level 3 Sommelier!), along with Scott, Amanda, Izzy, and Andy, made our stay unforgettable. With a perfect pool area and beautiful grounds, this is a destination in itself.

This was a surprise. I was booked at a nearby chain hotel for a conference and ended up having an issue with that reservation, so I found Holiday House simply by searching for something nearby. I am so glad that I ended up here - what a great experience with a terrific staff. Quaint hotel with chic rooms and amazing amenities. I enjoyed my quiet time in the room, on the wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the nearby mountains, and spending time around the pool and pantry area. Just a wonderful stay and I will absolutely book here again on my next trip to Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Holiday House. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the chilled pool was the highlight of our stay. The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating, and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on the complimentary bikes. The staff comes around frequently with cold towels and fruit, which was a lovely poolside treat. What stood out most was the tranquil environment—it was refreshing to see guests quietly reading or enjoying the pool. As a dog owner, I also appreciated how easy and welcoming the property was. The location is ideal and very walkable. My husband enjoyed it so much that we are already planning a return visit. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my birthday. Location is great. The food and drinks were awesome. We had "the Big room" and it was indeed big. The bed was nice and comfy and I enjoyed using the tub. The AC was cold and the pool was nice. It is a no kids hotel and it was great. Definitely recommend.

Hotel California is a charming Spanish Mission-style hotel with a rustic European aesthetic and upscale, rustic-chic rooms. The property features stone fountains, shaded patios, and an outdoor pool with a hot tub. Guests can enjoy patio barbecues, relax in the guest library, or explore the area using borrowed bikes or the BUZZ Trolley. The hotel offers a full working kitchen for guests to prepare their meals and boasts gorgeous gardens with mountain views.
Loved staying here. It was like a tropical oasis in the desert. The pool area was beautiful, there was plenty of seating and floats to lounge around. The rooms were well appointed and there were snacks and drinks that were complimentary. The location was quiet and there were only a few restaurants within walking distance. That was the only downside.
Elisabeth F — Google review
We enjoyed our one-night stay at Hotel California. It provides a calm, nice, and cozy stay. They are helpful and provide 24 hours use of the kitchen area. Our room had all the accommodations we needed, and we enjoyed our stay. They also provide a tasty, satisfying breakfast. We will definitely come back here anytime we need to stay in Palm Springs. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sounds odd - we escaped the permanent cold fog of the coast to come here and get warm, and get in the pool and hot tub. Best idea ever. This boutique hotel is a gem. Candlelit pool at night is magical. Adult only. The most helpful, friendly staff ever, and decor that evokes a Spanish courtyard. Truly restful, relaxing and terrific stay.

This is a gem of a small INN. It’s in a good location as it’s not in the middle of PS Downtown, but close by. There are some restaurants walking distance as well. However, once you at the Inn, you may not want to leave. The grounds are lovely day and night. During day you will be surrounded by humming birds as you lay out by the pool and in the evening you could enjoy glass of wine surrounded by candles. It is truly serene. You will also get complimentary continental breakfast. There are bikes that you could also use free of charge. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! It just checks off all the marks!

I can't say enough great things about this place! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, We were given a tour of the property and what amenities are available. The room was clean and there were treats available free of charge- since it was hot out we took advantage of the free water! The location to downtown and freeways was close and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again for the hospitality and wonderful location.
Nancy L — Google review
We had an overall fabulous stay. The pool did have an abundance of leaves but it was windy the night before. The property itself is cute and cozy. Anne, Corbin were both very helpful and made sure we were always cared for. Anne even coordinated our tram/dinner day for us. Amazing time on the tram! The hotel is pretty close to downtown. There was a dark haired office lady however that seemed to want to make our check out difficult when we asked for a 11:30 am check out ahead of time. She seemed angry at my wife. Maybe she was just having a hard day. All in all we loved the stay.
Deleon — Google review
Staff was extremely accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Pool is great! However, the TV was very low quality with an obviously blown speaker, and the shower diverter knob was stuck halfway—causing water to flow from both the tub and shower at once. I’d prefer to stay at another higher-rated hotel next time (Cactai is my favorite) as this place clearly cuts corners on maintenance.

Embark on an exhilarating adventure at the North Lykken Trailhead in Palm Springs, offering a 3.6-mile hike with stunning views of Greater Palm Springs. While steep, the trail provides an escape into the untouched desert mountain scape and a respite from city noise. The well-maintained trail features switchbacks and moderate inclines, making it doable for average hikers.
Great trail going up the mountain fairly gradually. We started late and only got a little way up but still had a beautiful view of the city.
Ben D — Google review
Peaceful hike with beautiful city views We got the North Lykken Trail recommendation from the Palm Springs Visitor Center as we were looking for a moderate hike with good views, and it definitely delivered. The trail was peaceful and quiet—we were alone the whole time, which made the experience even more special. The scenery is beautiful, with a stunning view over Palm Springs once you get a bit higher. We didn’t complete the full trail but hiked for about an hour to a high point and back, which was perfect. A great option if you’re looking for a scenic and not-too-crowded hike near the city.
Halide E — Google review
Great hike! Not too long, less than an hour round trip, if you do the shorter hike like we did. Went during sunrise, loved the views!
Scott W — Google review
This trail has beautiful vistas of Palm Springs at every turn! Bring plenty of water and a hiking stick because it is a moderate to strenuous, desert hike. We saw birds, small lizards, and dragon flies.
Bethany S — Google review
Not a difficult trail with great views, remember your water and sunscreen
Andre H — Google review
This is a great trail with lots of beautiful big boulders. Go early in the day because it is very hot with the darker rocks which radiate heat. It creates its own microclimate. There is parking on the road by the trailhead and dogs are not allowed. Bring plenty of water it is a long one.
Nadine C — Google review
A really nice mid level hike that has great views of palm springs and some wildlife!! There are a lot of switch backs and some moderate inclines but it seems pretty doable for an average hiker. We did not do the loop as that was 10miles. We just did a down and back.
Gerrit S — Google review
The trail winds you up quickly as it positions you in a space, at some points completely, surrounded by the untouched desert mountain scape. It offers great views of the valley below but also an escape from the noise of the city. The trail was well maintained. If you have hiking poles you may be glad you brought them on the return trek back down. Parking was not an issue for us. It seemed like there could be ample street parking, not very far from the start, if the small designated street parking was full.
