Las Arenas Balneario Resort is an elegant property located right across from Las Arenas beach in Valencia. The resort boasts 250 rooms with neutral tones, most offering stunning seafront views. Guests can enjoy the gym, spa, and two outdoor pools set amidst expansive gardens and terraces. The resort features impeccable service, a lobby bar, a breezy brasserie, and an outdoor bar/restaurant for summer breakfasts.
We spent a wonderful few days at this beautiful hotel. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff. We had a few unusual requests that were accommodated with a smile. I would particularly like to give a shout out to Guillaume our concierge and Jorge the restaurant manager. The proximity to the beach and the relaxing pool area were also highlights. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

There's so much about this hotel to like. Our room was clean, the air con worked great, the service was excellent and the food great. There was a nice indoor pool, easy access to the beach, a lovely lobby/foyer area and the breakfast buffet really good. So why not 5-star? Well, it's all about value. We paid €510 a night for a six-night stay in a sea-view room with a terrace. The picture is of our view. Can *just* about see the sea between the out buildings and we definitely didn't see the sun rise. It's a real shame that over €3k isn't enough to secure a room with a nice view on a high floor. So that's the reason it only gets 3 stars from us: the quality of the room we got didn't match the price we paid. If I'd known beforehand that was going to be our view I'd have booked a cheaper room with no view. Cos that's basically what we got anyway. Value? Missing.

My husband and myself have just returned home from a relaxing short break in Valencia staying at the beautiful Las Arenas, along with our daughter and son-in-law who successfully competed in ‘Hyrox’ at the Feria Stadium. The hotel is situated primarily in a residential area on the beach with its very long promenade, close to the town with its many restaurants, cafes and bars. There are taxis outside the hotel or the local tram service a short stroll away, which will take you to the old town in the centre of Valencia. We were fortunate to have a room at the back of the hotel with sea views. Being a morning person it was wonderful to watch the sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea and the fountains below. The staff are professional, warm and attentive who will try to solve any issues that arise. A particularly thank you to Nuria in ‘Customer Experiences’ who helped make our stay extra special. Daniel on reception, Francesca serving drinks and Marilda on evening Housekeeping duty. We would highly recommend and will hopefully return.

Room is reasonably spacious and somewhat updated but the bathroom is old. Do not expect to have nice relaxing shower. Whole hotel is feeling a little dated, with random desks set up in the lobby for concierge and guest services. The hallways to the rooms are musky. When I pulled up google to write a review, I was surprised to see it is a 5 star hotel. It does not feel like one at all. Service has been fine, as expected at a hotel but nothing better. For example, I didn’t get a call when my room was ready, I had to come back a few hours later to ask. Overall, it’s fine, just fine.
Kimberly S — Google review
Love love love this property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like our home away from home. The staff is uniformly professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities are top-notch, and beautifully maintained. Located directly adjacent to the beach, but separated enough to feel like an oasis. Restaurants were fantastic, and the pools and gym were perfect. Our Uber driver delivering us from the airport to the hotel said it was the best in Valencia, and we totally agree!

Perfect place when looking for a 5 star hotel on the beach in Valencia. Great hotel that ticked alot of boxes for us. Enjoyed all the small luxuries the hotel had. Rooms were spacious and really goof size bathrooms. All the staff were friendly and a decent location for walking along the beach with a good variety of restaurants to choice from if you wanted something different from the hotel. Only downside was not all rooms included access to the spa, which if your a paying customer at the hotel i believe you should be entitled to use such facilities to enjoy the whole hotel experience. Other than that it's a 5/5.
Joe S — Google review
Can’t recommend this resort enough. It’s classy and luxurious with wonderful amenities and sea side views. I gave this 4 stars for location only because it’s not directly within the city centre. However, a short taxi (10 minutes), walk or transit ride will get you into the city. The spa with the water circuit is also very relaxing :)
Sarah B — Google review
The hotel (nice but needs a little facelift), but the location and views were both amazing! Some of the front desk staff were very nice (the grey haired bellman) and one of the guys at the front desk checking us in. Most of the staff members at the restaurant and the bar were horrible - extremely rude. This didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel - it could be with some updates and some new staff members. The gym was super hot, so it made it uncomfortable to try to work out and needs remodeling. The spa front desk gentleman was very edgy and not very friendly (almost fake). It’s def a nice place to stay,, but just know you won’t feel welcomed. We stay at a lot of 5 star hotels and there is a HUGE difference between this one and others. So I can’t say it was horrible, but they are not helpful.

The Westin Valencia is a refined property with an art deco-inspired design and a rich history dating back to 1921. Following a redesign in 2006, the hotel now boasts plush accommodations featuring spacious rooms with signature Heavenly Beds. The property offers a spa, three restaurants, and a bar for guests to enjoy.
A wonderful place for relaxation and excellent service. I’d especially like to highlight how friendly and efficient all the hotel staff are—they handle any issue quickly and with a smile. The restaurant waitstaff are charming, and the moment you finish your meal, your plate is promptly cleared with a friendly gesture. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel has a classic “old money” charm. The only thing I would consider updating is the balconies, as they look a bit outdated💃
Daria V — Google review
We enjoyed a three night stay at this hotel in July and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff and concierges were particularly helpful with providing assistance and suggestions. Two hidden gems in the hotel are the relaxation room next to the indoor pool and the bar off the lobby. Very nice experience in both places. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Valencia. Also a good location in the city, walking distance to park and City of Arts and Sciences.
Ann B — Google review
This is a great hotel that is very close to the soccer stadium. They held our bags until the room was ready and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant on site was great! The only part that we didn't like was that they made you wear these weird swim caps in the pool.
Addie W — Google review
The hotel is large and very quiet, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is excellent – staff are professional and always ready to help. Parking is very convenient, and the spa facilities are a nice addition. However, the hotel is clearly old and in need of a major renovation. While the rooms are spacious, they feel a bit tired and outdated. You can sense that the property has been around for quite some years. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with great service and amenities, but it would truly shine if the management invested in a full renovation.
Aleksandr B — Google review
All the staff members here are true professionals. I was really impressed by the high quality of their service. The room was spacious and spotless, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Every staff member was polite, well-trained, and attentive — everything was just perfect!

500 €/night and no breakfast. The rooms are dirty. Hair in the toilet and in the shower. Some boring pool,no personal and no beverages. The place is 30 min walk from the Centrum. Just crap....Hotels that cost 100-200/night are better. What ever you do....do not waits your time the this CRAP HOTEL

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Valencia! What a lovely hotel, with beautiful and spacious rooms, everything is very nice and extremely clean. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely great. Special thanks to the General Manager and staff for the super fun Easter Egg Hunt. Our children loved it! The hotel is definitely a recommendation!!

Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast with many options and fresh orange juice. But there is a strict limit on the number of people per room(max 3), if you have kids get a suite (you will also appreciate the space)

Hotel Vincci Lys is an elegant 4-star hotel located in the heart of Valencia. Situated on a quiet pedestrian street, it offers a peaceful retreat while being surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel's proximity to the train station makes it convenient for exploring nearby cities. The spacious rooms feature classic interiors with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and minibars.
Spot on for bars and restaurants as this hotel is in the centre of Valencia and within walking distance to the old town. The hotel itself is very pleasant with friendly staff and airy clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is good and a variety of continental and cooked English food. The home made yogurts were lovely. Would recommend this hotel.
John V — Google review
This hotel exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional accessibility features! In our quest for an accessible hotel in Valencia, it quickly rose to the top of our list, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's commitment to accessibility was evident. We were able to park right in front of the hotel to unload our bags, and convenient parking was available next door. The smooth and step-free entry made for a hassle-free arrival, especially appreciated under the hot sun. A refreshing water station greeted us upon entry, providing a welcoming touch. Our check-in experience was seamless, thanks to the lovely and accommodating desk staff member, Lucia, who exuded warmth and hospitality. I had a special request for a tall bar stool in the bathroom, and the hotel staff promptly arranged for one to be brought up to our room. The room itself was spacious, with ample closet space, a table and chair, and two nightstands. The highlight was the beautifully designed bathroom, complete with sturdy support bars on either side of the toilet. While a higher toilet would be a welcome addition, I was prepared with my own seat riser, ensuring a comfortable stay. The roll-in shower with a fold-down seat showcased the thoughtful planning put into making the room fully accessible. The well-stocked mini-fridge and snack bar, along with efficient AC controls, added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. One evening, after a day of exploring the city – with me on my scooter and my companion on roller skates – we opted for room service and were delighted by the well-prepared and delicious meal. The prompt service further underscored the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's central location made it a perfect hub for our explorations, allowing us easy access to various attractions around the city. The seamless checkout process, with no waiting time and courteous assistance, made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. With such an exceptional experience, we have no doubt that should we find ourselves back in Valencia, we will without a doubt choose to return to this beautiful and meticulously adapted hotel.
Suzan C — Google review
Located right in a side street of the bustling main boulevard this hotel has a golden spot. Plenty of cafés, eateries and supermarkets just around the corner. The hotel itself seems to be relatively recently renovated and clean. Only downside: The noise protection in the rooms is very weak and you can hear other people talking, showering or listening to music. We would chose this hotel again though.
Mario ( — Google review
Location superb. Room large, well appointed and confortable. Closet and lighting excellent. Bathroom large and well lighted with bidet. Shower very good. Chair and seat a bit worn and sagging.
Stan D — Google review
This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Our room was large and roomy. It was right in the middle of everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus stop, parking lot and attractions. A little longer (about 10 mins) walk to the laundromat. The staff was awesome! They were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a large variety. I would definitely stay here again.
Robyn L — Google review
I picked this hotel for its eco-certification, and would have loved better signage about what they were doing for sustainability! But, overall it was a good hotel for a solo female traveler. Good location, modest, but comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms and nice reception area with cold infused water. I didn't eat at the restaurant as they didn't seem to have many vegetarian or vegan options and would love to see better menu labeling and some plant-based options
Susanna S — Google review
Vincci Lys is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Valencia. We were warmly welcomed, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has everything you need. The garage is a big plus—no parking stress! The location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. A special mention and thank you to all of the staff, who were friendly and helpful from check in to check out.

Hotel
Nestled in the heart of Valencia, the SH Valencia Palace is a sophisticated five-star hotel that seamlessly blends elegance with comfort. Guests can indulge in a variety of spa treatments, including traditional massages and innovative therapies like pressotherapy and radiofrequency skin treatment. The hotel boasts an impressive array of amenities, such as an outdoor pool, gym, indoor infinity pool, and sauna—all offering stunning views of the lush Turia Gardens and the iconic Palau de la Musica concert hall.
We spent a month in Spain, a full week in Valencia at this beautiful hotel… Everything was wonderful, and the bar in the lobby actually served cocktails, which was wonderful! Jacabo, one of the amazing bartenders, and Wendy, and a beautiful blonde lady whose name unfortunately we did not get… They treated us like family and made one of the most delicious cosmopolitans ever! The location of this hotel is perfect; right in the heart of downtown, and just a block away from Turia Park, A MUST SEE when you are in Valencia! 7 miles of gardens, fountains, people with dogs, amazing flora… We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would never stay anywhere else were we to come back!
Keely W — Google review
We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient — close to everything and easy to get around. The highlight of our stay was the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping came every single day, and every time we returned, it felt like we were walking into the room for the first time — spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged. It truly made a difference in our stay. The pool is also a great feature — clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, it is quite small considering the size of the hotel. At times, there weren't enough lounge chairs for everyone, and when we arrived later in the day, there were no towels left to dry off. We ended up bringing our own towels, which didn’t bother us personally, but it's good to know that the pool is almost always crowded and towels may not be available if you go too late. However, there were a couple of downsides. The reception staff only greeted us at check-in and check-out. During the entire week, we came and went several times a day, and not once were we acknowledged with a “hello,” a smile, or even eye contact. It felt surprisingly cold and impersonal, especially considering how well-maintained the rest of the hotel was. The breakfast was another mixed point. It’s quite varied, with many options, but the price is significantly higher than what you would pay at cafés nearby — and even above the average for hotels in the area. It might be worth exploring local spots instead.
Ana R — Google review
A fantastic hotel, with the added bonus of a rooftop pool. Close to city centre and science park, plus an easy bus ride to the beach too. Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Ali G — Google review
SH Valencia Palace is a well-located and comfortable hotel with excellent service. Special kudos to the breakfast team—a competent and cheerful crew who greet you each morning with warm smiles and polite attention. The breakfast itself is varied and well-prepared, making for a great start to the day. The hotel also offers convenient internal options for dining, drinks, and room service, along with a lovely terrace and a pool that’s perfect for relaxing. I had an issue with the air conditioning on the first day, but the staff responded promptly and resolved it by the next. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Valencia.
Emerson — Google review
This was a great experience. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast and facilities are great. The staff is super friendly especially, Rafael. He is extremely friendly and helpful and is a great asset to this hotel by his charm and hospitality and going beyond expectations to make your stay more pleasant. Thanks and will visit again.
Faisal T — Google review
Overall, the service was generally good to very good. However, some parts of the hotel were under construction. They also charged us for an item from the minibar that didn’t exist. We didn’t complain since it was only €3.50 — more like an unintended tip we didn’t mean to give. :-)
Carlos C — Google review
Truly disappointing stay, absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I would never stay again. Rooms are spacious and linen good quality. The location is good around 30 min walk to old town. Good news ends here. However 1st day building works tbat was incredibly noisy actually on site. Drilling that can be felt in the room. After much discussion agreed to move rooms. So packed back up and moved rooms. A good resolution but I do think notice needs to be given of any works happening on site. 2nd day I went to resturant to ask for two bowls and two spoons for some yoghurt. The restaurant said its 'not possible' then advised to go to reception. I went to reception they said I shouldn't ask there but call room service. Upon checking out it turns out they charged €5 for this is. The shower gel and toiletries didn't get topped up the whole time, so bought our own. The pool seldom has any space or chairs. The staff seem like they are trying, but it's very lacking service in every regard. Not even close to 5*. Thankfully Valencia is stunning in so many ways but I recommend finding a different hotel

Primus València is an upscale hotel that offers a luxurious and relaxing experience. The hotel features a spa with various amenities such as a hydro circuit, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, aromatic showers, and a massage and treatment center. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool surrounded by gardens and a well-equipped gym. The rooms are elegant with modern amenities including flat-screen TVs and free minibars.
I recently spend a week at this hotel, and I can highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and speaks english. The facilities are very nice and well kept; there is a great bar/restaurant area with good drinks and food, nice outdoor seating where you can enjoy a beverage as well and a nice pool area. The rooms unfortunately don't have balconies, but they are nice and has everything you could want. It's location i very ideal, it's close to a lot of resturants and two shopping centers, also the aquarium and museum are just a walk away. All the things we wanted to see was within a 30min walk distance. The hotel also has a spa in the basement which i definitely worth a visit!
Cathrine H — Google review
The hotel is located right in the centre; a busy, crowded place! If you want peace and quiet; don't book here! The receptionists are cold, unfriendly and insensitive! On arrival they put our luggage in a locker and told us we could only book a room for 4pm!!!! We arrived by plane (slept about 1 hour) with headaches, dizziness, leg pain, waited 7 hours in the lobby. Absolutely negative everything they did to us!!!! They made us nervous; who were not on vacation; but just on a 1 day business trip!!!! 😡😡😡😡They did not inform us of our breakfast time and our room reservation!!! Their answer was; why didn't we check their website.... So far everywhere we have been, Greece, Italy they have managed to arrange our early arrival in an interesting way. Here the attitude was totally indifferent!!! We felt extremely uncomfortable about it!!!! For an 8 storey hotel a small outdoor pool is not realistic!!! There should be at least 3. There was a Spa downstairs in the basement where we could have splashed around for 1 hour at a very horrific price! The only positive was the size of the room and the comfort of the bed; and the quality of the breakfast. Otherwise; we felt the tension, superiority, indifference and rude manners of the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! Not ideal for a holiday!

Really great hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy and the showers are great. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Perfect location, just a short bike ride from the City and the beach, ubers are very affordable. And it's near the museum of Arts and Sciences. Breakfast was fresh and tasty except for one time when they had peeled boiled eggs that tasted sour for some reason... But I had a pleasant stay an I’d definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and luxurious, service was attentive and friendly. Location is a hit or miss, not the most walkable but close to centric places like the oceanographic and arts museum. Breakfast is continental with decent variety, for €12 it isn’t bad, but not the greatest.
Leo M — Google review
Nice hotel in a great location! If I had to make 2 complaints, 1: a fan in the bathroom would be nice, but maybe those are uncommon in Europe. 2: a coffee maker in the room would be really nice. Those are nitpicks. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, bed is comfy!
Elbimster — Google review
Great LOCATION: two large shopping centers just across the road, close to the city's main attractions, and not far from the airport. There is an underground parking. The reception STAFF is very knowledgeable about handling large groups. Wi-fi signal is good, though there are different networks on different floors (e.g. you get login and password to access the network on your floor; if you want to use the wi-fi in the lobby - ask for another network name and password). The standard ROOMS are spacious—they even seem a bit short on furniture (a small coffee table and a couple of additional chairs would fit). The laminate flooring appears to have been washed vigorously and with a lot of water (the joints between the boards are noticeable and protrude upward, sometimes with 1mm gaps). The safe is large and fits a 15" laptop. BATHROOM: Liquid hand soap and shower gel are in dispensers. PLUS - there is body lotion. There is a bidet. MINUS - there are no rails to hang a self-washed T-shirt, etc. MINUS: no slippers, no bathrobes (although one would expect them in a 4* hotel...). Enough cloth hangers, enough space for the luggage. Mini-bar with water, cola and potato chips. Only one 0,5 liter bottle of water free of charge upon arrival; no free water added during daily cleaning. The SPA area is accessible with a fee, 18 euros per hour of stay (just a stay, without massage or other services, etc. - only sauna and jacuzzi). There is a free POOL outside, but it is very small. BREAKFAST - I expected more :( The coffee from the machine is pretty average. Sausages and bacon are really greasy, swimming in oil. There are fresh fruits, pastries, and juices. The RESTAURANT downstairs is open for lunch from 13:30 to 16:00, and then for dinner from 20:30 to 23:00. Prices... probably typical for Spain? Caesar salad, cheesecake, red Rioja wine, paella – excellent; entrecote – partly hard to chew, partly fatty, I DO NOT recommend ordering it.

Was sent here on a business, otherwise I would have never chosen this hotel for myself. Extremely disappointing for a "4 star" hotel. The design and decor is sad, halls are dark and damp, the room is warm and lacks the BARE MINIMUM when it comes to hospitality. The most basic things are missing in the room...hair conditioner, utensils, tissues, etc. I understand that hotels try to limit single use items now for sustainability concerns, but in my opinion, if rooms don't have a coffee pot/espresso maker/etc, a hot water kettle is the least a hotel can provide in the rooms. There isn't even that. The location is okay because of proximity to public transit and the Ciutat de Artes y Ciencias but other than that it is a very loud, commercial area, primarily surrounded by big malls. I wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, with nice views of the city and 1 swimming pool shared with the next door hotel of theirs. 3 lifts: 1 to rooms,1 to car park underneeth the hotel ,1 for stagf.Good brakefast and loads of foods to choose from, from yogurts to puddings, and good choice of drinks, for 300£ a night for 4 people I would said its a bit pricey but it's worth it for the night.

It’s a great hotel with excellent customer services. Just one constructive feed back the drainage of the toilet was not working properly where I stayed and also they can invest a little more on changing the rubbish beens as they were old and rusty. Otherwise it’s a 5 star for me. The location is great very close to metro station and surrounded with a lots local restaurants and cafes

The staff were really nice and helpful, no complaints there. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. A few things, though, could definitely be improved. There’s no parking at the hotel, and it’s quite hard to find a spot nearby. The elevator situation was also annoying - the one at Ilunion 4 wasn’t working, so we had to use the one from Ilunion 3. Later I realized one elevator did work, but it didn’t show the floors, which was confusing. Also, the rooms look a lot more dated in person than they do in the photos.

Did not feel like a 4* hotel. Positives: fantastic view from our room Great location Welcoming reception Negatives: Main note was the bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. It clearly had not been properly cleaned. Lifts were broken/out of service A mixed part is that the room does have a Nespresso machine, but uses cheap pods that do not make good coffee. Was expecting better, but besides the smell it wasn’t bad. Could be a lot better with clean toilets and working elevators.

Nice stay with family. I was there for the half maraton. The hotel it's not in the city centrum, but few steps away from bus/metro stops. In Valencia these services work very fine. Very good a vary breakfast. Very satisfied of my choice.

The cleaner for first two days on 12th and 13th August did not bothered to clean the room .The bed sheet was not changed even though we put the sign at the outside of the door for cleaning. The bathroom had mould on showe door .The coffee area was dusty .She came when we left to put new towel only No Tea stuff. The hotel don't leave the small milk sachet at all first day on arrival there was two English breakfast tea bags and two coffee packets left.It says in the room it should be iron with ironing board there was none when asked at the desk she said not today you'll get it tomorrow I'll book it for you. When next night when we got back to hotel we ask for the iron again the man behind the desk hand it to me and said return the iron in the morning at 9 Am. I was do tired but I needed to iron our clothes before I sleep because the man behind the desk need the iron early in the morning and guy was rude he didn't great or showed smile on his face. The hotel is not in the city centre it's little outskirts but the public transport or uber is easily available to get to the city.

Not 4 * that's for sure but 3 yes. Tbh room was far from clean. Extraction in bathroom didn't work, toilet so close to wall you had to sit sideways. Pool shut. Bar has no idea what is Whisky or brandy. Sink in bathroom didn't work....was expecting more for 4 nights and 600 euros

We were not guests, but I asked tge receptionist if she could call a taxi for me as I was with my elderly parents who were struggling with the heat. She kindly obliged and let my parents come into the air conditioned lobby to wait. I have stayed here previously before moving to Valencia and I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know who is coming for a visit to Valencia.

Rooms Ciencias is a modern hotel located in the heart of Valencia, close to many attractions such as the Reina Sofia Palace of the Arts and the Central Public Market. The rooms are bright and contemporary with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for visitors looking for great accommodation without having to sacrifice luxury. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, making it perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
We had a great stay here. The location is excellent, quiet and walking distance to many parks as well as the museum, science center and Gulliver Park as well as old town when it’s not too hot. A short taxi will get you to the beaches. We had the two bedroom flat which was very spacious, well laid out and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked for longer stays and everything was very clean. Walking distance to grocery stores and a handful great restaurants, the one downstairs is very good. The value was excellent, I would recommend staying here.

We stayed in room 114. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, no complaints about the staff. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We were traveling with a baby and found the bathroom dirty and the overall room hygiene quite poor. Luckily, we brought our own sheets, soap, and disinfectant, because the ones provided were not in good condition. We chose this hotel based on the positive Google reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the expectations. On the bright side, the location is good, close to everything, which was convenient. It’s a shame, because the staff was wonderful, but the hotel really needs to improve the cleaning service urgently
Katherine — Google review
Great location, nice clean rooms, a very good breakfast (we booked with breakfast). We stayed 7 nights. The reception staff was exceptional. They can help you with everything: from the best restaurant advice to bike rental, they speak good English. You can also eat in the evening at the restaurant linked to the hotel, where you have breakfast, but the choice is not great and food is so-so, though I would definitely recommend to try a grilled salmon. For the meals I would recommend to use Google and look for restaurant with 4.9 at least reviews. We found one family run italian restaurant, on the small street about 35 min walk from this hotel. The transport link is good, though we were happy to walk to old city, it's about 30 minutes away. Oceanografic about 7 minutes away. Definitely use bike rental across the road and explore Valencia. Great stay and the reception made this stay more pleasant. Thanks. We might come back to stay again and do lots of days trip outside of Valencia, as we already explored Valencia.

I was very surprised by this hotel. At first sight it looks like a random building so it is a bit difficult to find the entrance, it is between two cafes, Elbar and another. The receptionists were both very professional and helpful. The room I had was a triple, and it was great. Big, clean, with a nice balcony, king-size bed, and flat big TV. If you go to the Arts and Sciece museum, the location is great. If you want to go to the city centre it is a bit far.
Littlejar L — Google review
We had an absolutely lovely stay! The rooms were clean and comfy! The location is great if you want to explode the Oceanografic museum and all around. The marina is not so far away, and you have a bus stop, where you can go directly to the Old town. The guys on the reception were one of the best people we met in hospitality! They gave us the best recommendations and guidance for our trip. They accommodated us to the very last detail, for which we are extremely grateful! Thank you for making our stay so cool, that we would definitely come back!
Dessy K — Google review
I want to thank you very much for the reception with everyone at the hotel. It was super comfortable, the breakfast well served and good options. The hotel has a great location. In particular, the thanks go to Álvaro and Pablo, both very friendly and polite and well-disposed. After all, they gave us great references to enjoy the city.

This was a very nice place to stay in Valencia. Very near the Science center, Oceanarium, river walk, etc. The front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was upgraded, though that was just luck. If you don't mind walking, which we didn't, it is about a 45 minute walk to the historic center of town. The breakfast was exceptional and well worth it.
Philip K — Google review
Great place to stay near the Science Center, just a 4-minute walk away. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. There is a very good restaurant located next to the lobby, though breakfast is offered at an additional cost. A laundry machine is available beside the reception, and a paid garage is conveniently located in the basement.

Hotel Miramar Valencia is a small contemporary-styled hotel located at Playa de Las Arenas Beach, offering informal rooms with balconies and sea views. The trendy restaurant/bar serves Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails. The hotel is close to the Marina Real Juan Carlos and offers various water sports activities. It's also in proximity to the Old Town, City of Science and Arts, and local neighborhoods where you can enjoy local dishes, tapas, and wine.
Last week we have spend a lovely week in hotel Miramar. They did a great job in upgrading the hotel and the rooms. One of my favorite upgrades is the lovely fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner and soap. They all come in very handy refill flacons. Very ecological friendly. Also compliments to the very kind and capable staff of the hotel. 'Till next year! Joop and Jeannette

Poor room condition and unresolved refund request. We booked a room directly through the hotel’s website and arrived late at night. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, our experience with the room itself was unacceptable. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was a visible layer of dust on many surfaces — my sister had to use a tissue to wipe things down just to feel somewhat comfortable. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odour, which, combined with the dust, triggered an asthma attack for my sister. Due to the health risk, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. The front desk clerk was kind and understanding but explained they didn’t have the authority to issue a refund. We followed up with the hotel director afterward, but despite explaining the situation and the legitimate health concerns, we were told no refund would be issued. This experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation — not only was it not met, but our concerns were dismissed without resolution. I would strongly caution others before booking here, especially if anyone in your party has allergies or respiratory issues.

Hotel Miramar in Valencia was a great place for a short stay. The location is excellent right by the beach, with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but one thing to note is that the walls are quite thin. You can hear noise from neighboring rooms, and after 10 PM it’s best to keep quiet even laughing a bit loudly might get a knock on the wall from your neighbors. That said, if you're looking for a relaxing beachside stay and you don't mind being mindful of the noise levels at night, this hotel is a solid choice!
A.Özyar — Google review
The location is excellent, basically at the beach. Rooms were a bit small but it was ok, if you stay a few days. The breakfast was quite poor and the service at the restaurant Sabbia was a bit cheeky.
Evelin T — Google review
Great location and nice staff. Rooms are adequate but walls are thin so you will hear everything if you have noisy neighbors. Also you will hear people outside during night so bring ear plugs. Otherwise decent hotel near the beach.
Cherrelle D — Google review
It's so noisy. Walls are paper thin. I've been kept awake by more than just one room, partying throughout the night. You can also hear the bars outside. If you can sleep through noise then this place is great. Location is great for the beach but bad if you want to sleep at any time of the day or night. Also there is a terrace which is great but it is closed, and apparently has been for a long time.
CM B — Google review
I was worried that it was a two-star hotel, but this hotel is clean and well-equipped enough to be reevaluated. The staff is all friendly and well-educated, and there is a 10 percent discount on the restaurant on the first floor. It is also more delicious and pleasant than the surrounding restaurants. Two nights in this hotel was a very good experience and reasonably priced service. I will be back again.
강남레토나(강레) — Google review
Happily surprised by my single room, for a reasonable rate. Freshly renovated and clean. Air conditioning of course. Wifi a little weak in my room. Small TV. Nice classic breakfast. The beach is just a few steps for there. Tram and buses also. But it’s a little far from the center. About 30 min. If you’re sensitive to noise during the night, you should be aware that music of the club close by is beating till late! Service at the desk is very pleasant and the maid very efficient and kind!

Guests can indulge in relaxation at the spa, which boasts massage rooms, a pool, Roman thermal baths, and jacuzzis set beneath stunning vaulted brick ceilings.
I had a fantastic experience at MYR Plaza Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. What stood out the most were the beds—exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, great service, and a prime location, MYR Plaza is the one. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked three rooms at this hotel due to its prime city center location, perfectly situated for all the needs of a traveler. Although my stay was brief, just three nights, it was nothing short of exceptional. The reception staff went above and beyond, offering invaluable assistance and insightful recommendations. The rooms were spacious and serene, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The amenities were thoughtfully curated, and the housekeeping team ensured our accommodations were both comfortable and convenient. It wasn't just the outstanding location that made our stay memorable; it was the dedication and professionalism of the entire hotel staff that truly enhanced our experience and created lasting memories.

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of València Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding, thanks to its prime location, exceptional service, and excellent facilities. The hotel’s position in the heart of the old town was perfect, we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. The on-site parking was invaluable, as street parking in this area is virtually impossible to find. Our room exceeded expectations, it was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully modern. The kitchen was handy to store drinks in the fridge and make coffee in the evenings and morning. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and it was nice and quiet, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. We dined at the hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, and the quality was impressive. The breakfast selection was particularly extensive, offering something for every taste. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived – when reception staff came out to greet us and guide us to the parking – until our departure, every team member was welcoming and attentive. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit to València.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, complete with a full kitchen, which was incredibly convenient. I especially loved the little touches. Like the Nespresso machine, chocolates, and a small pastry muffin as a welcome gift. They even included a complimentary drink at the hotel restaurant and a massage at their spa (though unfortunately, I didn’t have time to enjoy it). What truly made my stay memorable, though, were the reception staff. Every single one of them was so kind, welcoming, and helpful—it really set the tone for my visit. I also appreciated the refreshing cold towel they offered upon check-in, which was such a thoughtful detail on a hot day.

Very nice hotel centrally located. We got the apartment in from of the structure, it had two independent rooms with their own bathroom each. Very cosy and spacious. You can have breakfast outside, on one of the main pedestrian streets of Valencia, that's a very nice way to start your day. The spa is nice, with two pools, one warm with water springs and one cold. The personnel was really kind. A place to choose once in Valencia.
Marialetizia L — Google review
I come every summer (last stayed in July 2025) since quite a few years, and will for sure come back. The location cannot be better. You are right opposite of the Mercat Central, in the middle of the city centre and all of the buzz. This does mean a little bit of noise at night, but nothing too disturbing and you hear almost nothing with the windows closed. Rooms are huge and come with a kitchenette and even a real fridge. Spotless clean. Staff is very friendly, especially at reception. Slightly more negative point is breakfast. While this is definitely tasty and it would be too much to say it's bad, it doesn't match the rest of the hotel. Most people prefer a buffet style (at least for the basics, eggs could still be on request for example). Something they did actually do a few years ago but they stopped during COVID and never switched back. But as I wrote, this is only a TINY negative point and do not let this stop you from booking the hotel, it's the best!!!
Maarten H — Google review
I often stop here for food & every time the staff are super. Javi made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made the evening special. I would definitely come back and ask for him again!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. We loved the hotels communication from the start through WhatsApp and answered any questions we had. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. We had breakfast included and there was so much choice with an option of x3 courses. Coffee was beautiful and fresh orange juice. The reception staff are exceptional and will help you with anything you need. Gaby, Gigi and Raymond are an asset to this hotel and dealt with our enquiry’s. Ordering us taxi’s and recommendations for the local area. We will definitely return as soon as we can. Thankyou for an amazing first stay in Valencia!

Good location, poor facilities Right next to the beach and all the restaurants. Can see the sandy beach and sunset right from window/balcony. Poor facilities. Cracked walls, broken light bulbs. Mosquitoes in the room. The nearby club plays loud music till 4am in the morning.

It's way too expensive for that quality. The bathroom is very old (definitely needs renovation) and not really clean. Bed is extremely small and not comfortable. It's almost impossible to get a good night's rest due to extreme noise (late night and early morning). No AC, just two filthy old fans. TV is not working, there is no fridge and the breakfast is a joke. Artificial juice, coffee and tea, slices of bread and croissants. I would recommend to spend more money and go to a better place.

This is so far the worst hotel we were in. One star should be too much for this. I’ll name it “the room in hell.” The temperature is 35 C and the room has no air conditioner. No elevator so please don’t bring any luggages because you are not be able to carry on to the small stairs. No lights. It’s a room from hell that cost $150.00. The big scam ever. Oh I forgot the included breakfast😂😂😂😂. A piece of bread that you can toast with olive oil. Just a joke!

Guests can enjoy traditional fare at the restaurant while taking in beautiful ocean views.
The place was very beautiful and the decor was amazing. However, the red-haired waitress was not patient when we asked about the menu—she walked away and didn’t return to take our order for another 20 minutes. There was a 35-minute wait between the starter and the main course. People who arrived after us were served before us. Also, the seafood portion was quite small for two people. I won’t give a low rating, but I truly hope things improve. It’s a restaurant that looks great and is in a fantastic locatio

my husband and i got a table for 2, the lady who brought us to our table was very nice but as soon as we sat down and she heard that we were tourists they didn’t come to get our order. we waited 15 minutes for someone to pay attention to us. we left and went to the restaurant beside them. it’s a shame because the food looked delicious on the tables beside us. definitely not a tourist friendly restaurant

We booked this place via vio.com, pictures looked good, but we ended up with a room has no view, well hallway view. Other than that, todo bien. They have nice seating area in the restaurant, breakfast is good. Walking straight ahead to the beach area. A lot of restaurants near by. Bring your own beach towel, otherwise it’s 6euro to rent.

Excellent food and service. Had a beautiful meal with friends and one of the best parts was the service by Cristina. I have had a lot of great meals in Spain but the service is typically below average. With Cristina I felt like I was home immediately. She was the best! Super happy and attentive.

We ate there about four times, the food was lovely and fresh. The fish and the meat were excellent. Neli took care of us the first night, very sweet was she, just great. Later in the week Cristina and Ibrahim took care of us and they also did a good job.

We came as a group of 4 for lunch, after reading a great review from a local tour guide. And luckily we weren’t disappointed. We paid approx. 23€ a person (June 25) and got a paella for 4 (huge portion), a starter each and a desert each. Everything was delicious. The location is also beautiful, with a nice breeze and great views. Would definitely come back and highly recommend :)

Very good for breakfast by the beach. You can watch the sea from here, prices are alright (as shown in the menu). Food is good and portions are alright. Fresh orange juice was delicious although we did have to wait for them a bit longer, the waitress excused and gave them to us for free. I appreciate that. Servise was otherwise a bit slower, but we we're not in rush and it was worth waiting. Recommend that place

Jed Kevin creates one of a kind dishes!! making my Dining experience memorable. My waiter. Albert added a personal touch that elevated my dining experience. You must try the restaurant!

Nice spacious & clean hotel. Loved the breakfast. Helpful staff on reception. We used the Number 19 EMT bus right outside the hotel a lot. We stayed on the 9th floor and enjoyed the view. The glazing is good, however if you sleep lightly and need total quiet, this hotel sits on a busy road / roundabout therefore may not suit light sleepers. The roof terrace bar is very popular and has lovely views. Comfortable bed.

We spent ten days in this wonderful hotel. Everyone is very kind and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, delicious fresh food. The room was clean, cleaned and tidied every day. The reception staff were also very helpful every time. We have been to other Barcelo Hotels before, and we have always felt very good. This is not the last time we have been here, we will be back next year.

A fantastic hotel in the best location just across from the City of Arts and Sciences. It is a luxurious hotel with great rooms and I had a wonderful room with a great view. The decor is a little odd. There are no pictures and the tv ‘nook’ has an old lounge and a cushion. It’s all brown and dark. But still a great place to stay and the rooftop terrace is amazing

My room was exceptionally clean, and even though I only stayed for one night, I truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great, offering plenty of delicious options to choose from. Nice location too because it is near the Science Center.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in Valencia. A bit dated as far as aesthetic in the hallways and general areas, but the staff was excellent, aside from the rooftop bartender during the day who seemed to be annoyed for no reason when I ordered drinks during a slow time. The people at the front desk who checked us in the evening gave great recommendations, and also the team in the daytime/afternoon were so cheerful and willing to help us plan out our time in the city. The breakfast buffet was great, with the staff also pleasant and polite, and kept everything well stocked and clean. We were visiting to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we were greeted with a surprise bottle of cava & dessert in our room upon checkin, so a very thoughtful and generous touch! I wish I remembered all their names, but the team was all lovely and we will most certainly return here for our next visit to Valencia! Gracias a todos! :)

Beautiful hotel. No complaints. Hotel helped friend and I order tickets to the aquarium. Have bikes to rent. Room is spacious. Next to mall for shopping convenience and plenty of food options. Short cab ride to famous landmarks. Beautiful park nearby.

The lobby is impressive. That's as good as it gets. We were greeted by a cockroach in our bathroom, staff didn't seem to care. They were unhelpful and impolite. The room was filthy. All corners, especially in the bathroom, were a disgrace. Under the beds were never cleaned I reckon, as it was full of old dust and hair. Beds were uncomfortable. All in all, a terrible place. Won't be recommending expo to anyone, ever.

Just returned from a stay at this hotel. The location is great, and provides easy access to the city park, buses and center. The room was mostly clean, but the floor was a bit dirty. We had a room for three (two adults and child). It was a very basic room, so don't expect luxury. But, beds we're clean, and all we needed was a place to sleep. It is true that the hotel is quite dated. Huge problem for us was lack of electrical outlets. There were just two in the room under the TV desk. None by the side tables. And one in the bathroom. If you have multiple electronics, you will find this very inconvenient. Be prepared to play musical chairs with the outlets. Breakfast downstairs was adequate, but nothing to write home about. The scrambled eggs were runny and coffee was disgusting (clearly from concentrate). Cost: €10/adult €5/child. Rooms were cleaned daily and it was nice to return to a neat space.

First of all its so easy to get here from the central bus station, 4 min walk only, the staff is super super friendly, speaks english and some other languages, the pool is great although many people were there. The rooms were pretty good, just needs more electricity sockets and its all great. Its not far from the city center (15-20) min walk, beside you have a tram and a bus station 1 min walk from the hotel. On our last day we delivered the room at 12 but they let us use the pool and keep our bags at the reception for free, so it was a nice experience overall, highly recommended

Rooms clean and tidy as is the rest of the hotel, decor is looking dated. Breakfast buffet is as to be expected, great choice and plenty of it. Staff are very friendly. WiFi is OK but depends on where your room is located. All in all nice hotel in a prime position with all the facilities around from transport to shopping.
Dave P — Google review
Nice clean modern hotel, well situated, staff pleasant. Breakfast excellent value only let down by very poor layout, to me it was a bun fight to get food and a table. Bike hire expensive for the range and state of the bikes. Roof terrace restaurant excellent, good prices and nice staff. If your on a motorbike there is loads of parking outside hotel at no cost. Plenty of eateries, shopping mall and other shops nearby. Easy access to park. Biopark 20 easy minutes walk on the flat. 5 stars if breakfast arrangements and bikes were sorted.

The room was not at all like we saw in pictures while booking. The room didn't have proper lighting. It was too dark. Also, there were no plug points near the bed. We found one below the TV which we used to charge our phones. It was extremely inconvenient to use. The only good thing about this place was it's location, next to a big mall and close to the metro station, bus station and downtown.
Priti V — Google review
Good location which is the main plus for this hotel. Rooms are ok but very hot! We visited in November and the hotel was so hot, at night we slept with windows open as the air system did nothing but this meant it was very noisy due to the street below. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on this. Walked into the bar once to try and get a drink but it was very stuffy and bad atmosphere. Fine for a short break where you are out and about and want good access to Metro and easy walk to old town. If you have a car parking is very expensive in the car park underneath, would think they could give you better rates. Also dont pay for parking at the hotel - you can’t get out of the barrier without going to a booth and speaking to the parking attendant who insists you need another piece of paper.

Beautiful, kids friendly hotel perfect for families big or small. They have good breakfast options. A lot of nearby things to do, eat, drink or shop. Our view was amazing. My family and I were ina junior suit which was basically two rooms with shortcut door. Big beds, big TVs and small one. Amazing bathroom with shower and bathtub. Table with chairs in one of the rooms sofa and in the second one smaller sofa. Small minibar with only soft beverages. Desks available in both rooms. Air-conditioning was always on, but you can manage it per your requirements. Service of the hotel was great with 24/7 front desk and speaking few languages (at least 3 that I heard). They were always nice and try to help.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Valencia. We were traveling with our child, so the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Oceanogràfic and the City of Arts and Sciences. There are plenty of facilities nearby, including a shopping mall with a playground, several restaurants, and a bus station outside, making it very convenient for families. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the city. Breakfast was great, with lots of options to choose from, but we also enjoyed the food that the restaurant served. Overall, a great experience and an excellent choice for families!

Very good hotel. Good equation price/product. Breakfast ok. Good service. The front desk is not extraordinary in terms of organization, but people who works there are very kind. The access through the lobby and elevators and then the front desk is not very practical.

Excellent hotel in a great location! The rooms are roomy, quiet, and very clean. The staff are great and check-in was smooth. The location is great, it's close to the beach and a short bus ride from downtown Valencia. Surrounded by tasty restaurants with lots of gluten free options, it's a nice spot to explore this part of the city. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Ilunion Aqua 4 from Tuesday, 30 September to Saturday, 4 October, and unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standards expected of a four-star hotel. Despite raising several concerns with reception during our stay, many issues remained unresolved, so I am outlining them here. 1. Poor Check-In Experience At check-in, we were assisted by Luis, who appeared disinterested and unwelcoming. While he did help us store our luggage, the overall interaction lacked basic hospitality, setting an unfortunate tone for our stay. 2. Room Condition Upon entering our room, we were disappointed by its poor condition: - Towels were dirty and had holes in them. - Walls and furniture had stains and marks. - The bathroom contained mold in the grout, a broken skirting board, and a non-functional phone in the bathroom. - The toilet and surrounding area were stained, and the bathroom overall appeared poorly maintained. - The view faced a rusty structure and the walkway directly outside our window made it feel unsafe to open. - There were no toiletries, water, kettle, or coffee machine provided; not what one expects at a four-star property. 3. Plumbing and Safety Concerns The most serious issue was with the toilet, which became extremely hot to the touch, even to the point of scalding. It emitted constant noise and heat, making the bathroom uncomfortably warm and unsafe to use. When I reported this to Luis, he stated that management was already aware of the issue and did not consider it a problem. This was unacceptable. If this was a known defect, guests should not have been placed in that room. We later experienced additional plumbing issues, including a non-draining bath and loud bubbling noises from the sink at night, which disturbed our sleep. 4. Room Change When we requested a room change, we were moved to another room on the same floor. However, this room was smaller and also had plumbing problems, so we declined to move. 5. Breakfast Quality and Service The breakfast buffet was consistently poor in quality. Hot food items (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon) were often cold, while cold items such as yogurt were lukewarm. Even when arriving earlier, the situation did not improve. When I ordered fried eggs through a staff member at the breakfast console, I waited 20 minutes with no result. When I followed up, he acknowledged the order but proceeded to assist another guest, ignoring my concern entirely. 6. No Hot Water on Final Night On 3 October, the shower only produced cold water late in the evening. I reported this to reception and was told maintenance would assist shortly. Maintenance did not come, and I was told that the cold and hot water had swapped so I should just turn it to 'cold' instead. That did not work, obviously. After multiple follow-ups and waiting over half an hour, I was given access to another room to shower; yet that room (on the 8th floor) also had no hot water. By that point it was 11 p.m., and I had to go to bed without being able to shower before our early departure. 7. Overall Impression The condition of the facilities, the lack of maintenance, and the dismissive attitude of staff resulted in a deeply disappointing stay that affected our entire trip. This is not reflective of the standard advertised by the hotel. I have attached photos and videos documenting these issues. Aside from addressing these issues on numerous occasions with the hotel staff, I have also reached out twice and have had no response since. I sincerely hope management addresses them for the sake of future guests.

I was incredibly disappointed with my stay and would not recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. We booked a queen bed and instead received 2 twin beds pushed together. Each staff member I spoke with was very rude and condescending. As a word of caution for non-spanish speakers to learn the words necessary for checking in, otherwise you will be unable to. The bathroom door did not close and there was no soap in any of the dispensers. The bath was rusted and had mold in the caulking and edges. The bathtub also did not drain and splashed water over the entire floor throughout every shower. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

5-Star Review for ILUNION Aqua 4 My stay at ILUNION Aqua 4 was nothing short of exceptional! This stylish 4-star hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from Valencia's breathtaking City of Arts and Sciences — the location alone is worth the booking. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I loved the large windows offering views of the vibrant cityscape — especially beautiful at night! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a full day of exploring. The hotel is literally built into a multi-level shopping center, which made access to top-brand stores, cozy cafés, and diverse dining options incredibly easy. Whether I wanted a quick coffee, a fine dinner, or some spontaneous shopping, everything was right there. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional — always ready with local tips or help when needed. Breakfast was a highlight too, with fresh, high-quality options and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a polished, convenient base in Valencia — with culture, food, and fashion just steps away — ILUNION Aqua 4 is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect. Room was great to the silent park side. Complimentary water and candies in the room upon arrival. Staff was also perfect, a guy helped us with everything and confirmed the late check-out till 6pm FOR FREE, which I have never seen in the hotels. Deserved 4 star hotel with all needed amenities and services. Thank you, team!

The hotel is excellent, with a great location very close to the Ciudad de las Ciencias. The rooms are comfortable, and the reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast service could be improved. There were only three staff members in the dining area, and they seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, which affected the service and made them come across as a bit rude. A better staff-to-guest ratio would greatly enhance the breakfast experience
Francesca L — Google review
At first glance, the hotel looked very nice and had a relaxed vibe, which gave us a good first impression. However, on the first day we discovered that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. After complaining twice at the reception, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had its own issues — the sink was constantly clogging. We reported it again, and while someone did come to fix it, the problem persisted throughout our stay. As for breakfast, it was tasty, but it was the same every day. Some variation would have been appreciated to keep things interesting. Overall, the hotel has potential, but our experience was affected by maintenance issues and a lack of follow-through on solutions.

Beds comfy but there was a cockroach in the bathroom on our 2nd last night - this put a downer on things as this is supposed to be a 4* hotel. We took photos and informed reception and they said they would move us , which they did without any hassle , but still, this place needs to do better

We had a wonderful and were especially impressed by the warm welcome we received from Rafa at check-in. He was incredibly professional, patient, and informative, taking the time to introduce us to all the relaxing areas around the hotel and nearby spots to enjoy a beach holiday. He also thoughtfully explained how we could explore the area comfortably with limited mobility, which made a big difference to our experience. On the day of our departure, we were kindly assisted by Pablo, who allowed us to check out half an hour late due to our very late flight—something we truly appreciated. The rooms were spotless and maintained to a high standard, and the overall service throughout our stay was excellent. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the kindness and attention we received during our stay truly deserve recognition. I have would highly recommend this hotel and in fact my children are coming to the very same hotel next month.

Highly recommended! We chose this hotel for its perfect location between the beach and the city center, allowing us to enjoy both relaxing days by the sea and sightseeing in Valencia. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants nearby and two shopping malls within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, recently renovated, and spotlessly clean at all times. The staff were consistently kind and helpful—from the front desk to the breakfast team and pool bar—always serving with a smile, even during busy hours. Breakfast quality is excellent for 4 stars hotel , and the poolside food is tasty and reasonably priced. Our renovated room smelled fresh and was very comfortable, though a bit small for a family of four during a 9-night stay. A big bonus is that SiXT car rental is located right across the street (with parking in the hotel itself), which made planning day trips outside Valencia very convenient—and we even received a discount on our rental. The pool was a pleasant surprise—larger than expected and very nice. The only drawback is that it’s surrounded by buildings, which can limit the sunny hours around it. The rooms are not fully soundproof, so you can sometimes hear people in the corridor, but it wasn’t a big issue for me as I’m a deep sleeper. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, everything was so modern and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with special thanks to Sophia at reception for being so accommodating. Throughout the rest of our stay José was amazing at making guests feel at home and taken care of. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately by José which was greatly appreciated. The kindness of the staff was what made this hotel stand out above all others. For a hotel in a busy city, the pool area was quiet and relaxing so sitting in the sun with a book and the best mojito I’ve ever had was just what I needed. The food was always great during our stay too. The location is perfect as a beautiful park, gorgeous architecture and amazing restaurants are all a few minutes walk away. It’s also very easy to visit the beach and the old town. I will definitely revisit and would highly recommend.

Wonderful place! We stayed in one of the Prestige rooms and highly recommend the experience. The staff was super helpful, rooms were clean, and there were plenty of food and drink options. It’s very easy to get a taxi from the hotel and there’s a bus line just across the street. We were there in October and even on rainy days it was a beautiful location, if anything it was fun watching the storms out a sea from our deck. The beach is super close and both pools are very clean. Truly an amazing experience! Thank you for making our honeymoon special!!
Carlos C — Google review
The hotel offers a smooth check-in process—an email arrives at 8:00 AM on the day of arrival allowing online check-in and passport upload. When we arrived around 1:00 PM, our room was ready, which was ideal after a night of travel. However, the room was dusty, with debris on the floor and unclean skirting boards. Reception promptly arranged for cleaning while we were out, and it was spotless upon our return. Reception staff were lovely, and breakfast was good, though it lacked variety—omelettes weren’t offered, and we didn’t inquire. Facilities were average: the minibar had water and juice, but no kettle or tea/coffee setup, which was disappointing. We were told our room type didn’t include these amenities—something I’ve never encountered before. There was also no iron in the room, though one was quickly sent up when requested. A major drawback was the lack of shower and changing facilities after checkout. With a full day of exploring before our evening flight, we were directed to an outdoor poolside shower—awkward and lacking privacy, especially with no changing rooms. Towels were provided, but the setup was far from ideal. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, I’d hesitate to book again unless improvements are made—particularly ensuring rooms are properly cleaned before guest arrival and offering basic post-checkout facilities for travelers.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big thank you goes to Joane at the reception ,truly the sweetest and most helpful person! Although our rooms weren’t initially close to each other, Joane immediately found a solution on the same day of arrival. He was always so kind, polite, and quick to respond to anything we needed throughout our stay. A true 10/10 ,thank you Joane! The hotel itself is fantastic: great location, super friendly staff, very clean, and the food was delicious. We especially appreciated the sustainable living concept a beautiful touch that made our experience even better. Thank you, Meliá, for a perfect stay!

The hotel is nice but could do with a little remodeling. My room the bathroom sink clogged and had to get the engineer to fix it, he left the bathroom floor covered with water. Breakfast buffet was decent, but they can't cook bacon, half is overcooked and the other half is raw.

During our stay at the hotel, we unfortunately experienced a misunderstanding during breakfast with a waiter whose attitude did not reflect the establishment’s standards. However, we would like to highlight the remarkable intervention of José, who showed exemplary professionalism. He personally came to apologize on behalf of the team, expressed his deep respect, and made sure we felt fully valued. Thanks to him, as well as the rest of the staff, our overall impression remained positive. We warmly thank him for his responsiveness, empathy, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Valencia, the NH Valencia Center offers a contemporary retreat that perfectly blends comfort and luxury. This stylish hotel boasts an inviting rooftop terrace with a small pool, ideal for soaking up the sun year-round. Guests can unwind at the spa or take advantage of the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna facilities. The soundproofed rooms are elegantly designed and equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and flat-screen TVs to ensure a relaxing stay.
NH Hotel Center is a fabulous hotel. It is close to the old town and is next to a big shopping center. The rooms were fabulous, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. We were a party of 4, 1 of us coeliac. The staff really looked after her, advising her what she could/could not eat and bringing her plenty of food. The breakfast was fresh, and the variety could compare to any cruise ship. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel service staff were nice and quality housekeeping. The location is a 20 minute walk from Old Town / city center. The pool is nice to have, although often not enough chairs. The hotel is rather dated, and feels like 80s with a corded phone by the toilet. There was a bad smell in our room of cigarettes and maybe sewage. The first day we asked to switch rooms and the staff instead cleaned the room and “air freshened” the room and left us some muffins. That helped with the smell for a matter of hours. The smell was strong and lingered throughout our stay and we often had to open the window and door to provide air flow. We saw a staff member going around spraying some type of air freshener perfume. Not sure if it’s the old building but hopefully they fix it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Hotel Valencia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff at reception greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly, professional attitude that immediately set the tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, every member of the team – whether at the front desk, in housekeeping, or in the restaurant – went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and valued as a guest. The service was not only friendly, but also highly attentive. Any question I had was answered promptly, and every request I made was met with efficiency and kindness. There’s a genuine sense that the staff enjoy their work and truly want guests to have the best experience possible. That personal touch made my stay feel special, and it’s something you don’t always find, even in good hotels. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at NH Hotel Valencia. From the lobby to the elevators, the corridors, and my room, everything was absolutely spotless. You could see the care taken in every detail – polished surfaces, fresh-smelling rooms, and neatly arranged amenities. The bed was perfectly made and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. The bathroom was shining clean, with fresh towels and high-quality toiletries provided. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing that the hotel maintained such high standards of hygiene. Another highlight of my stay was the food. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. What impressed me most was the thoughtful inclusion of gluten-free options. As someone who needs to follow a gluten-free diet, it can sometimes be challenging to travel and find safe, satisfying meals. At NH Hotel Valencia, I felt completely at ease. The staff understood my dietary needs, and I appreciated that there was not just one token option, but a real variety of gluten-free choices available. It made a huge difference in how enjoyable and stress-free my mornings were. The location of the hotel is also excellent – convenient for exploring Valencia, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. Whether I was heading out to see the beautiful historic center, the City of Arts and Sciences, or enjoying the local restaurants and shops, everything felt easy and accessible. Overall, NH Hotel Valencia exceeded my expectations in every single way. The combination of warm hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and genuine attention to guests’ individual needs created a truly memorable experience. I left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already planning my next visit. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone traveling to Valencia, whether for business or leisure. NH Hotel Valencia sets the standard for what a great hotel stay should be.

Room was perfectly comfortable. A bit dated but room size was enormous in comparison to more modern hotels. Beds were very firm. Room was beautifully clean. Terrace was nice and the pool a real plus with temperatures in the 40's c. Location was good with buses, taxis and metro 2 minute walk.

I know this hotel isn’t among the best rated, but I still truly didn’t expect this. One room on the floor has been renovated, but the others are old and worn. The bed linen and towels were dirty, and the bathroom door only partly worked. On the day of arrival we had to sleep on the dirty bed linen, as we weren’t ready to move to another room at 10 p.m. when the cleaning service had already finished for the day. They also have drainage issues, as the water in the bathroom does not drain properly. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has four stars, since even the terrace is extremely worn out – and the pool even more so. The whole place feels tired – only the renovated reception area and a few rooms give a slightly better impression. The only bright spot is the friendly staff, who were always ready to help.
Tenis 6 — Google review
Great location and very friendly, smiling staff – definitely the strongest point of this hotel. You can reach any major attraction in Valencia in about 30 minutes or less, whether you’re heading to the beach, the historic center, or the City of Arts and Sciences. That said, a few things could be improved: • Rooms are quite small, and the doors require a hard push (basically slamming) to close properly. It’s not guests being careless – the doors just don’t close easily, so you hear banging constantly in the hallways. • The bathtub/shower combo is uncomfortable and outdated, and there’s often a musty smell in the bathroom. Also, the overhead red heat lamps (like the ones used in spas) aren’t really useful for regular travelers. A proper ventilation fan would make much more sense. • Key cards needed reprogramming almost every day – probably due to being near phones or other devices, but it’s inconvenient nonetheless. • Breakfast and dinner options were the same for all 5 days, with little to no variation. In a city like Valencia, you’d expect a bit more authenticity or at least some rotation in the menu. Overall, a decent hotel with fantastic staff and a very good location, but several small issues reduce the overall comfort. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would – rounding up to 4 mainly thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the team.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at NH Hotel Valencia. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine friendliness and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The service throughout our stay was professional yet warm, which really made a difference. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the historic city center and right next to the beautiful Turia Park, perfect for a morning stroll or evening walk. One of the highlights was the rooftop area, where we could relax in the small but very pleasant swimming pool and enjoy a drink at the bar while taking in the views over Valencia. It was a lovely spot to unwind after exploring the city. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely choose NH Hotel Valencia again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

This hotel is around the corner from a major train station, which makes for easy access to shopping and food. It feels like the business district. There's also plenty of free parking in the area. Construction noise started before 9am. Air conditioning was present and barely adequate for an emergency, but nowhere near cool. The thermostat said 15C, but we're in a different hotel tonight and it is much colder at 19C. I think the temperature at NH was closer to 25.

The Hotel NH Ciudad de Valencia offers sophisticated accommodations, some featuring terraces and hammocks, along with complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast options. While not situated in the old town, it provides a good budget option for travelers. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and Estacio del Nord. Additionally, it is within a 10-minute drive from the metro station Ayora which connects directly to the airport.
I have stayed in this hotel for the second time. It is a very nice hotel in a good location, with delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and with a small but well-equipped gym. The staff is helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.

I hope to never return to this hotel. Old and definitely needs maintenance and renovation. Clean but almost all is damaged and outdated in the room. Not really comfortable bed and pillows. The biggest problem in room is noise. Rooms don’t have sound isolation at all! You can hear everything, especially from the neighbors bathrooms. Also very noisy central air conditioning 24/7 (6th floor). I was impress by how rude, unfriendly and unhelpful was reception staff, both on check-in and on check-out (but very nice people work in restaurant on breakfast).
Denys S — Google review
Very comfortable rooms if not a little basic. We were in an accessible room which did provide a lot of space so can’t compare to standard rooms. Generally quite a noisy hotel, mainly down to the lack of carpeting. Room had a minibar/fridge but no pricing guide visible. Breakfast was decent many choices and constant replenishment. Staff friendly. Location is convenient for the beach and town but the general area is very sleepy with the local bars/cafes being very local, but welcoming.
Danny S — Google review
Quite dated, but very friendly. Offers a breakfast buffet and a gym. The bar was nice to catch a sportball game in the evening while having a beer with excellent service. The location is not in a very touristy area, but very close to laundry, grocery stores, cafes, and the like. Despite it not being in a tourist area, I found everything worth seeing to be in walkable distances. However, upon checking my credit card statement it appears they have double charged me. I have emailed them but have heard nothing back. Definitely not worth twice what I thought I would be paying.

The first experience immediately you arrive is very poor.. There is no accessibility ramp so you have to manually bump your suitcases up the access stairs. And no hotel staff to help with luggage. Room very average, very hot showers nice. Strangely even if staying for a week don't change your sheets unless you strip the bed and throw them on the floor. A 20 minute bus to town central and 30 minute walk to the harbour.
Rose H — Google review
Our stay was severely impacted by the terrible air conditioning. It simply wasn't cooling the room effectively, making for an uncomfortably warm environment, and to make matters worse, it emitted a foul odor. When we complained to the front desk, hoping for a resolution like a room change, we were met with outright refusal. They dismissed our concerns, stating the mechanical team was unavailable or had left for the day, implying nothing could be done until the next day. This level of service and disregard for guest comfort is utterly unacceptable. It truly ruined our experience.
Gökhan R — Google review
The sound insulation effect is not good. You can hear the sound of cleaning in the corridor or another room in the room.

With its complete facilities and top quality services, the hotel is perfect for all types of travelers. The a la carte restaurant offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine and Valencian specialties, while the outdoor pool and solarium are perfect for cooling off during hot summer days.
Great hotel for family with kids. Hotel is modern and clean. Stayed in a quadruple room which was a suite with 2 bedrooms, ideal. Got checked into our room early at 12.30 and got a late check out next day also. Pool is lovely. Staff very nice and helpful. Not much around the area but metro stop is a 7 min walk away for visiting the city.

I very rarely write bad reviews if you see my profile. First of all, it’s in a bit of a weird area too far from the main city. There’s nothing walkable to do around here/no good restaurants. The older woman at the front desk made me so angry. I am on a 35 day road trip in Spain, and I booked the night before my arrival around 7pm for 2 nights. When I arrived they told me I actually only have 1 night and I missed my 1st night while I was at another hotel in a different city. Totally my mistake with a misclick being confused on the calendar, however, it was a Tuesday night I missed, and they had a bunch of empty rooms, so I was hoping they would do the right thing and let me stay for the 2 nights I paid for. It’s not like I inconvenienced them or took up someone else’s room. They said no. They were adamant about keeping my money for the missed night. I sent them a message in my booking app while out at night saying I was angry about this and I planned to leave a 1 star review. Someone messaged me back and said word for word: “Try to request the change of dates again via _____ and we will accept the change exceptionally.” So I called my booking app and told them this, received an updated booking from the hotel in my app (In Spanish which I couldn’t read very well), went out had a good time until 2am+, sent the hotel a message saying “thank you” after the booking update, and when I got back to my room, I WROTE THEM A PERSONAL THANK YOU NOTE and handed it to a different lady at the front desk. She said “OMG that’s so nice of you, and I’m glad we got it sorted out for you.” In the morning I was woken up with a phone call telling me it’s time to check out followed by banging on the door. It was the same older woman with a bad attitude calling me saying she will not let me stay for the 2nd night I paid for even after they told me I could. This hotel cares more about making money than treating guests properly. I realize it’s a business, but the customer service was awful for them to go back on their word. The older woman kept asking me on several different occasions if I was ready to book an additional reservation. No I’m not giving you more money after that situation!! She asked again when she woke me up + as I was leaving out the door angry with my stuff. Also, when I checked in, I asked where to park, and the woman told me to pay the front desk to park in their garage. I saw some open spots in the street and said, “What about those spots? Aren’t those free?” And she kind of shrugged her shoulders and said “maybe”. It was definitely free. She just wanted more money from me. I would not recommend this hotel as long as they operate in this manner.

Very good for a fair price. Big rooms with nice bathrooms, with good facilities -- opening windows, blackout curtains, AC, cold mini fridge.. friendly, helpful service from the staff. Easy street parking or there's a pay garage at the hotel. The breakfast is 💯 worth it, everything you could want in a clean & casual setup. You save a little $ by buying in advance 😉👍

I recently stayed at Port Feria Hotel in Valencia and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The room (404) was clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a short stay. However, I would like to mention one issue that needs attention — the bathroom requires some maintenance. The shower area seems to have a leak or poor sealing, which causes water to spread across the entire floor after each use. This makes the bathroom quite slippery and inconvenient. Apart from this, everything else was great — the hotel atmosphere, breakfast options, and service quality were all very good. Once the bathroom issue is fixed, it would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Hotel DWO Valencia offers modern rooms and suites within a 19th-century property, located in the bustling Camins al Grau district of Valencia. Situated just 1.6 km from the impressive Oceanografic Valencia Aquarium and a short walk from Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, this stylish hotel provides a comfortable base for exploring the city. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a casual bar/restaurant, fitness room, sun terrace, and sauna during their stay.
We truly enjoyed our stay at DWO Valencia! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. What really made our stay special was the friendly staff. Every morning we were greeted with a genuine “good morning” and every evening with a warm “sleep well” – small gestures that make a big difference and instantly make you feel at home. The location is also perfect: very central, so within no time you’re at the boulevard or exploring the historic center of Valencia. Everything is easily accessible, whether you’re in the mood for a day at the beach or want to soak up some culture. Greetz, The dutch lady’s from room 211

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, central, convenient, and peaceful place to stay while exploring Valencia. The location is just right—about 20–30 minutes from both the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences, with bus and metro stations nearby to take you anywhere you’d like to go. Shops, convenience stores, laundromats, restaurants, bars, and a market are all close at hand, so everything you need is within easy reach. The building itself is charming and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet is a delight, with something tasty for everyone—well worth including in your stay. But what truly makes this hotel shine is its wonderful staff. Always ready to help with a smile, they really make you feel welcome. The reception team gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations, the housekeeping staff was thoughtful and flexible with our schedule, and the breakfast team worked tirelessly to keep everything inviting and spotless. And of course, a very special shout-out to Max at the bar for his impeccable service—thank you, Max! All in all, this hotel made our trip even more enjoyable. We left with great memories and a big smile—thank you to the entire team!

Our stay at DWO Hotel Valencia was truly excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which made it super easy to reach all the main spots in Valencia by foot or by bike – whether it was the old town, the park, or shopping areas. A special shout-out goes to the amazing front desk staff. Candela and Keissy were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Their warm and professional service really made a difference. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly – from check-in to the room and the facilities. The breakfast was also great, offering a good variety and high-quality options that gave us the perfect start to each day. Honestly, we don’t understand why the hotel is currently rated around 3.9 stars. In our opinion, it deserves a much higher rating. If you’re looking for a centrally located, clean, and welcoming hotel in Valencia – this is it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Valencia and was truly impressed. The property is modern and impeccably clean, with spacious rooms that include a mini bar and a coffee machine—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights is the stunning terrace surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape right within the hotel. The location is also convenient, just a 20-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Valencia on foot. Another great perk: the hotel has its own private garage, which is a huge plus if you're traveling by car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia. It’s a fresh, stylish place with excellent amenities and a tranquil atmosphere.

Beautifully renovated hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is excellent, close to the old city, shopping malls, and nearby parks. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and the food at the hotel’s bar and restaurant was great. The staff there were also friendly, and it’s very convenient if you’re looking for a quick meal. There are also cafés nearby if you prefer something lighter or more affordable breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a water station on the first floor where you can refill your bottle for free, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great place for an extended stay, and we would definitely return!

Comfortable Stay with Great Service and a Few Minor Improvements. I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel and found many things to commend. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the breakfast—very well organized with a good variety and attentive service. The rate was reasonable considering the overall quality. There was also a free Taxi service from airport to the hotel. The location was also a plus: about a 20-minute walk from the city centre and other attractions including conveniently, surrounded by great dining options. In-room tea-making facilities were appreciated, though it would have been even better if milk or creamers were provided. The lounge and bar areas are on the smaller side—not ideal for larger groups—but still functional for a quick drink or casual sit-down. A couple of minor issues with housekeeping: the drinking glasses in the room weren’t cleaned or replaced after use, and toilet rolls were sometimes swapped for partially used ones instead of fresh packs. Overall, a solid and comfortable experience. With a few small improvements, it could easily push into 5-star territory.

Very nice hotel in a great location, great rooms at good prices. The only issue we had was a tapping noise all night outside our window (like water dripping or something similar) which we made reception aware who suspected it may be the neighbouring room. It continued on the second night of our 2 night stay but by this point there was not much that could be done. Despite this it was a very good stay and would stay again, just maybe in a different room.
Ben C — Google review
A fairly nice hotel pretty close to the city center. However the breakfast was maybe a reach for 18€ for what you got. I would take that money and visit a local cafe instead. The room was quite nice although we had a covered up window into other windows of the building. The staff could be a bit more friendly. Overall a 2/5 stay for what you pay and experience

This was the most comfortable hotel I have been to for some time. The room was very spacious and clean with all the amenities one could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. I would definitely recommend to stay here and would come back next time I am in Valencia for a business trip.
Myla L — Google review
Positive aspects: 1. Well-located, nice neighbourhood. 2. Beds were comfortable. 3. Room was clean and cleaning was done daily and perfectly. 4. Breakfast was included and was great. Negative aspects to improve: 1. Although I booked months in advance for give nights, I got a room on first floor which has no window. It just has a view to a sort of backyard that was very messy and dark. It was quite depressing. Given the price, I was hoping a normal room. 2. Having a gym is nice but it's very tiny, one machine was broken, when I tried using it, just fell apart. 3. Sauna is a super addition but works half of the time. 4. The staff was mostly pleasant. However, some of the staff acted as if they didn't want to be there at all. 5. The hotel is noisy: you can hear anyone in the room beside yours. 6. Google maps shows the picture of an outdoor pool: this should be removed as there is absolutely no pool. Other guests were confused.

Stayed here earlier this week. 4 nights. Great hotel. I would recommend pre booking a taxis..we were charged 35 euro from the airport which was more than a friend who pre booked and joined us mid way through our trip. The hotel booked the taxi for our return and it was a fixed 25 euro. Great hotel. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn't have breakfast, some good local cafes, cheap and just what you need. The pool area was good, we didn't use the pool (we had a storm for 2 days) but otherwise we definitely would have. Bar area very nice. Towels provided for beach/pool, no charge. Staff very helpful. My only niggle was when asking for help regarding bus route for the beach (30 mins by bus). We were told bus 18. Luckily a lady on the bus advised us to get off at stop near university and get the 93( which stopped at the stop where we got off). Apparently the 18 doesn't run that route out of season. SUMA card 10 is cheap and 5.40 euro. Cheap and easy to use. (2 euro) For actual card. I wouldn't say the hotel is central but okay if your happy to walk 20-30minutes to Russafa/Old Town

I am second time in Valencia, and this is the best location according to me, very close to the park. Unfortunately, the room we've stayed in, was with no natural light, no fresh air, no view at all. Our window was facing some kind of wall and pipes, and had no idea if there are sun or thunders outside, it was so dark and kind of not ventilated. On the other side, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, and the staff was polite and kind. Probably, I would give more stars, in case we had some room with natural light.

The only good things about this hotel were the location and the staff. PRO: The location is very close to everything, historical city Center, oceanographic, beaches The reception and cleaning ladies were very nice, friendly and always eager to help The price - but later I understood why. CONS: The hotel is very dirty. I also found bugs. The towels were stained and dirty (probably because they are very old) There is mold on the walls.. I am not blaiming the cleaning ladies for this because I strongly believe it’s not their fault. I am sure they don’t have enough stuff or something, or the owner does not want to invest in the minimum necessities. But it’s not acceptable to not invest in cleaning as a hotel, with 3 stars. It’s don’t understand how this hotel still has 3 stars. It should have maximum 2 stars with indulge.

Great hotel on a perfect location in the city. Everyone who worked there and that we met was so friendly. We had a very nice room on the top floor with a terrace. Although the room is a bit outdated, everything you need is there. You walk right into the city center and the beach is only 15 minutes away by bike. Breakfast is simple but again it has everything you need and is replenished until te end. We’ve really enjoyed our stay.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel quite a bit earlier than the 3pm checkin time. Even though the room wasn't ready we were able to checkin and drop off our bags. The room didn't come with a kettle, but they were happy to provide one. Breakfast was plentiful continental, enough not to need much of a lunch. The room was clean, but unfortunately not much of a view, unless you were able to get one of the rooms at the front. The location was ideal in the sense it was in between the seaside/science museum etc and the town centre. Both areas were easy walking distances. Nearby were plentiful restaurants and bars, so didn't need to get ripped off in the town centre. All in all, we had a lovely time in Valencia!

Great location, the apartments are older and not 100% clean. Zero decorations which leaves a cold feeling. Obtaining access is a bit of a mission as you need to walk 2 blocks to fetch keys for the property. Views are great but so do many other establishments here have the same. Perhaps other apartments have a better layout and setup? I wasn't very impressed considering the price paid.

I was staying on 6.29.2022 to 6.4.2022. The room not furnished correctly. Kitchen is empty, nothing there except 1 fry pan and couple forks and spoons. Be prepared to buy everything from the store , all food you need , ask in office to give you towels, knives, and all you need for kitchen. I will never pay so much for nothing. !!

Private apartments rented to tourists by the owners, not a hotel or resort. Nice facilities but make sure you get an apartment with sea view. Parking is not easy but possible. Beach with nice bars nearby. Paid €70 per night for one of the bedrooms with use of nearly all of the amneties of the rest of the appartement. In hindsight a bit expensive but could not find anything better that had parking nearby.

Stayed with a friend there. Great location and with the near annual sunshine and the promenade, it makes a great place to live life top the maximum. The beach is literally 50 metres away. There is a wide choice of restaurants and shops. The port is not far away either. Bus routes are great and buses are frequent. There is a restaurant within the complex along with a tennis court. Great place.

Good area to spend vacation and to live. Renting available from 650€ (2 bedrooms, ~70-90m3, area with large water pool). In area - very well equipped Sport center, Cross Fit, restaurants covering most of demands and prices. Good transport solution. Bicycles and rollerskates may be easily used even to get to the city center from here. On the beach present many playgrounds for all ages. Missing cloth changing facilities.

Localisation really good to rest. Parking lot underground really helpful and safe. WiFi connection OK but not good for high quality streaming. Sometimes there's a noise coming from the rail station very annoying and you can ear later night. Landscape from the building it's really relaxing. End of September it's finish for the dream weather. Very windy. Really good for wind surf and kyte surf. Shoping more or less nearby. People leaving here are very friendly. I recommend to come. Water 25 and more degrees. Practically no waves. Can be windy sometimes more to the left side. Huuuge avenue in beach front to skate and bike or walk that connects to another Malvarrosa beach. You see dancing schools that you can get together! Swimming pool it's a bit cold when you come from the beach. They provide magnetic keys to open your doors outside. All very safe mesures. Security guard inside rolling all around. Padle fields. Golf as you wish. They have restaurante too and sell bread for breakfast. My father 71 liked a lot and wanted to stay a little longer and he his a hack of client.

Casual del Cine Valencia is a modern hotel located in the center of Valencia, offering quirky, movie-themed rooms and free Wi-Fi. It's known for being one of the best affordable hotels in Valencia that welcomes dogs with no weight limit and allows up to 2 pets per room. The hotel provides pet amenities for a supplement. Its convenient location near Plaza del Ayuntamiento and close to public transportation makes it an ideal choice for exploring the Old Town.
I can't rate the amenities as I had to cancel my stay because of the floods in Valencia. However, I want to congratulate and thank the management for being kind and understanding in this difficult situation. They cancelled my stay for free and returned my money even though my booking was a non refundable one. Because of this kind gesture I will definitely stay there next time I return to Valencia.

Value-for-money ratio for the hotel is very low, the worst experience out of 8 hotels we used during our travel in Spain. Pros: Good location, close to the railway station and to the city centre. Cons: The room was very small with only one free power outlet, soundproofing almost absent - you could easily hear what happened on the stairs, in the neighbouring room and outside on the street. The stairs were very narrow, the same with elevator. Employees were not cooperative and not helpful in case of the questions. Breakfast rather week, with limited options. Overall the hotel was absolutely not worth its price.

A great little hotel in a wonderful location right in the city center, but in a quiet alley. Room was good and clean. Staff were nice. Only problem was WIFI not working almost at all in the upper floor (5th floor). In the lobby and breakfast area it was strong. I am sure this can be fixed.

The hotel is well located. Price is ok. The room was clean. Only negative thing : the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Also the state of the elevator was very worrying to me ...

The hotel is in a very central position, but is not possible to reach it with the car, and it does not have a parking (anyway a parking is available quite close, at a good price for hotel guests). The rooms are in cinema topic, quite funny for children. The rooms are not too silent. We had a big issue with the conditioning system, that created a terrible noise all night long, and it was not solved after the first night. We did not sleep at all for 2 nights! Anyway, the director has been kind (the last day).

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are small. Water has great pressure, AC works perfectly. Valentina at the reception desk is such a great person, and she gave us some amazing tips. Thank you.

Had a great stay, Fabulous central location and very clean room but a few things to note. The movie theme idea was only on the walls and we thought the hotel could have done a little more with it within the rooms - perhaps offer some of the movies on the tv. The foyer of the hotel really has nothing to offer and the hotel restaurant just looks like a staff canteen.

Following a challenging week in Barcelona, my stay at Casual del Cinema in Valencia was a breath of fresh air. This uniquely themed hotel caters wonderfully to cinema enthusiasts and offers a whimsical escape into the world of movies. The charm of Valencia shines through its location, nestled conveniently near top sights like the breathtaking City of Arts and Sciences and the bustling Central Market, making exploration an easy pleasure. The receptionists, Valentina, Laura, and Noor El Din, were exceptionally welcoming, providing a warmth that was starkly different from my previous experiences. Their friendly demeanor and readiness to assist with any inquiries made my stay very comfortable. Although the rooms are not luxurious, they offer great value for money and are clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a budget-friendly traveler seeking a centrally located base in Valencia. Overall, Casual del Cinema is a gem for those looking to immerse themselves in the cinematic culture of Valencia while enjoying the convenience of a prime city location. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The Lindala hotel is located in the heart of Valencia near the popular Puerto de Valencia. The property features air-conditioned rooms and a bar, as well as a restaurant. Room service and 24-hour front desk are also available.
Rooms were clean, organized, and modern. The location was amazing, so close to the beach. The service was exceptionally prompt and helpful. The young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Eve, answered so many questions for us about the area and promptly helped us with things we needed for our room. Very nice person. When we are back in valencia we will stay here again!!

All staff was nice. My “economy” room was nicer than expected with a private staircase and big closet. Walking distance from the beach (maybe 10 minute walk). And 3 minute walk from the metro which takes you downtown. Breakfast was great value for money. I got a great coffee with a croissant for 4 euros everyday. Would come again

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Lindala. Although the hotel is rather small, I really like the style. The staff were attentive and friendly. My room was basic but clean and quiet at night - ideal for a good night's sleep on a business trip. The bathroom looked modern and the toiletries were of high quality. I particularly liked the breakfast, which was freshly prepared and very tasty. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for me on this trip, with a metro station nearby and a direct connection to the airport. I can recommend this hotel and would choose it again the next time I am in the area.

My experience at this hotel was negatively impacted by difficulties obtaining an invoice, which is essential for business travelers. Despite multiple requests and calls to the front desk, there was no staff available at 8 AM to provide me with an invoice. Initially, I was told it would be ready in the afternoon, then later informed it would be after 4 PM. Eventually, I had to send an email notifying them that I would escalate the issue if the invoice was not provided within 24 hours. In my 14 years of business travel, this has been the most challenging experience I've had in obtaining necessary documentation for my stay. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel for business trips due to their inefficiency in handling administrative requests crucial for business purposes.
Global C — Google review
The rooms are on the small side, but since we spent most of our time exploring the city, this wasn’t a big issue for us. We primarily needed a place to sleep and shower, and in that regard, the hotel delivered well. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. It would have been nice to have a few extra hooks for towels and clothes, and maybe a chair to sit on, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker. We also appreciated that they provided soap, shampoo, and even toothbrushes—a thoughtful touch. The standout of our stay was the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. The only hiccup we encountered was with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work in our room for one day, so I had to head to the lobby to get some work done. The cafe in the hotel was great, with a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. I do recommend exploring the local markets, cafes, and bars nearby, though. The location of the hotel is excellent—close to the beach and a train station, yet the area is quiet and safe. We had no issues walking around, even at night, and always felt secure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and absolutely fell in love with Valencia. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with fantastic staff, this is a great option!

Down side to this hotel? That we only got to stay one night! The hotel is split in two with the reception, bar, restaurant, including a stunning courtyard in one building with more rooms a couple of buildings away, we were staying in the latter. The bar and courtyard looked great but we were not able to sample any food or drinks as our schedule didnt allow for it. We stayed in the only room on the 2nd floor, and it was amazing! Our party was myself, husband, and 14 year old son. The room was split in half by one if the bathrooms, so our son had his own private space plus his own bathroom and a small terrace, both beds were super kigsize! The hotel has undergone a full renovation and it is stunning. The best bit of this room was the larger terrace with patio sofas. The room came equipped with a small fridge which was great for drinks. About the location, as others have mentioned there are renovation works taking place on some of the buildings in the area, but this did not cause us any issues and it is clear that when these works are complete it will create a regeneration of the area and I think it will become a very sought after location, with lots of small independant bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and beach only 15min walk away, if I am ever in Valencia again, I will be staying here again! Thank you!

A very nice hotel that I will definitely be booking again. Rooms are super clean, cozy, and well thought-through. The toiletries they provide are of high quality. Wi-Fi is free and fast. I stayed in the second building, on the corner of the street, and it was super quiet. There are nice restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within minutes of walking. People manning the reception are super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed breakfasts in the restaurant on the ground floor of the main building.

While the rooms are small, they are well-designed and clean, with good AC and friendly staff. The hotel also offers additional facilities such as a self-service laundry room, movie room, game room, and a cozy lounge area for guests to enjoy. Its proximity to the beach makes it an attractive option for those looking for a pleasant stay by the sea.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The location is simply perfect—close to all major public transport and easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the hotel is very well located – just a short walk from the beach, which was a big plus. Also, the housekeeping staff was absolutely excellent. The cleaning ladies were incredibly thorough and hardworking – definitely a 10/10 for their service. As for the reception staff, unfortunately, only some of them were genuinely helpful. A few gave the impression of being polite without actually being willing to assist in a meaningful way. There were also some issues with the room that affected my comfort: • A noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom from time to time. • The air conditioning thermostat was locked to a fixed temperature and fan speed, which wasn’t always comfortable. • At night, the ventilation was turned off even though the room was still hot. I had to go down to the reception every night to ask them to turn it back on because I couldn’t sleep due to the heat. To make things worse, there’s no in-room phone to call reception, and when I tried calling the number listed on their website, no one ever answered. In conclusion, the location and cleanliness were excellent, and not all staff members were unhelpful – some did try to assist. However, the management should really look into improving the comfort of the rooms and the consistency of their customer service.

I stayed here during my study abroad trip! Be aware that it's not just a hotel for traveling guests but also for university students staying in Spain. Room was cleaner than I expected, though staff were a little bit slow to switch out our towels and whatnot. My roommate and I didn't have too much of an issue with the air conditioning issues but since we were there in May it didn't get too terribly hot. GREAT location and I loved being able to walk to daily Mass and to the beach!
Mina R — Google review
Honestly, for €60 euros a night, this does the job. If you’re travelling alone it’s really perfect. Bed is a bit wobbly, no safe and hairdryer and stuff like that, but it’s a 2 star hotel, I mean there are rating systems for a reason. Breakfast is completely fine and included in the price. Valencia has gotten a bit expensive now but at least this is here. Plenty of busses to the city centre or marina if you want. Make sure to buy a summa 10 card for under 4 euros instead of paying 2 euros contactless for each trip.

It was awesome! The staff was so helpful, I almost considered giving them the keys to my apartment! I recommend it with all my heart—and a piece of my liver too! 10/10, I’ll be back like a boomerang! P.S. Smiles included, free of charge!😁

The hotel is nicely located. I really liked the amenities such as the gym, swimming pool and the breakfast. Really friendly staff as well.
Helena M — Google review
This hotel is positioned close to the northern beach(es) of Valencia which gave us terrific views of the Med in both the morning and evening. Onsite parking is available, but is not cheap - best to pre-pay after you've parked. Room was a very squeezy double, student chair was broken on our arrival (fixed by the next night), Aircon controls were not easy to use and tv remote was not functioning. All little things, but sometimes they count. Extensive cold and luke warm breakfast options, but staff were not particularly interested in refilling platters or the tea options when they were emptied.

Hotel SolPlaya is a relaxed beachfront hotel located in El Cabanyal, offering comfortable rooms with sea views and amenities such as Wi-Fi and breakfast. The staff is known for being friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The hotel provides clean and tidy rooms with modern upgrades, while some rooms feature balconies overlooking the beach. Additionally, the convenient location offers easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants, public transportation, and secure underground parking.
We stayed for a few nights. Such a great price to be beach side! The rooms are NOT big, with four people, 3 full size suitcases and 3 carry-ons, it was tight. However, the balcony was right over the promenade so we had a great view of the beach/sunrise. We ate on the balcony a couple times. It is an older hotel but clean and kept up. One person elevator or the stairs. We could just walk down the block for great options to eat or a few blocks for grocery stores. The beach was so nice. Super busy but lovely and clean and soft sand. This is right in the hub of summa-time festivities so you could hear the clubs music all night and there was always a crowd. But overall a good option to be close to the Sea!
Tony S — Google review
We stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness—or rather, the lack of it. The floor wasn’t very clean, and the bathroom doors looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. Additionally, the room was quite cold, which was uncomfortable, especially in chilly weather. Another downside was that the terrace door didn’t close properly, leaving a gap that let in cold air. On the positive side, towels were provided, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. It was also convenient to have a place to store luggage before check-in and after check-out, as well as some food options nearby. However, be aware that there is a club nearby, and the music plays until 5 AM. If you’re traveling with children or prefer a quiet stay, this might be a significant downside. Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3 out of 5. It’s suitable for travelers who aren’t too picky, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

Stayed here during a friends trip to Valencia. The best thing about Hotel Sol Playa is definitely the location—right on the beach, which is great for morning walks or lazy afternoons. Plus, you're only a short Uber or taxi ride from the city center, so it's convenient if you're not too keen on figuring out public transport. Now, expectations were low going in (it is a 2-star hotel, after all), and it mostly met those low expectations. Breakfast? Small spread, but surprisingly fresh and decent. Nothing fancy, but it'll keep you alive until lunch. The real issue is the noise. The walls are basically paper. You’ll hear every shower, every suitcase wheel, every drunk conversation from neighboring rooms like it’s happening in your bed. Great if you like immersive theatre, terrible if you’re trying to sleep. Cleanliness was... let’s say generous with the definition. Not disgusting, just a bit gritty—like the kind of place that’s been wiped down quickly rather than properly cleaned. It’s not a place where you’d want to walk around barefoot for too long. Bottom line: it does the job if you’re only here to crash after exploring or hitting the nightlife with friends. Don’t come here for a relaxing getaway with family or if you’re a light sleeper. Think of it as a beachside hostel pretending to be a hotel.
R D — Google review
Ok so this place is a bit drab. Let's start with the good. Perfect location from the beach. Easy and cheap taxis to the centre of Valencia. The staff are friendly and helpful. The vending machine in the lobby was a god send! No shops nearby for drinks this vending machine supplied it all including beers and was actually cheaper than most bars near us. The room was spacious. Beds were very comfy, rooms were clean. Now for the negatives. The whole place needs a bit of love. Our aircon unit barely worked but.was better than nothing. No beach view but glad as it was very noisy on the beach front. You hear everything, the walls are paper thin and I was woken by the maids every morning having a natter and getting the cleaning supplies out of the cupboard next to our room which wasn't too great. The shower was difficult to control the temperature. Overall this wasn't a bad place but there's definitely better places to stay, it's location is what makes it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was efficient, and I appreciated receiving two key cards right away. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the room was situated in such a way that there wasn’t any view at all, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, although there was a telephone in the room, I wasn’t given any information at check-in about how to use it or how to contact reception, which would have been helpful. The location of my room also meant that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, so I often had to use my own mobile Internet. When I raised the issue, the staff explained it was due to their repeaters and kindly offered to change my room. However, the process would have required me to pack my things before 12 pm, leave them at reception, and wait until 2 pm for the new room to be ready. For a short stay, this wasn’t practical, as I wanted to spend my time exploring the city rather than dealing with logistics. I purchased breakfast during my stay, though I suspect the pineapple didn’t agree with my digestion. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable and the staff were polite. Thank you for the hospitality. With a few small improvements, the experience could be even better.

I thoroughly enjoyed this short stay for 2 nights. The location is perfect. Free parking outside. Beach 2 min walk. Clean rooms. Restaurants and bars open late. I didn't hear street noise from my room. Vending machine, good WiFi, decent tv with netflix Disney prime etc already loaded. Air con and nice modern bathroom. Clean white sheets. Spare pillows and blankets were provided in new plastics. Very impressed for 2 star hotel. Should be 3. Maybe wanted a kettle in the room but otherwise I'm really impressed. Lobby is nice. Didn't try the breakfast as had other plans in mornings. Would recommend 👌

Hospederia del Pilar is a simple hotel located in the Ciutat Vella district of Valencia. It offers straightforward accommodation with 15 air-conditioned rooms, all decorated with light wood furniture and tiled floors. The hotel is situated in the central section of El Pilar, a small and peaceful area popular among couples seeking a quieter experience in the old town.
hey guys. i really liked my experience in this hotel. it is in the city center. like 3 minutes to the main architectural complex. people at reception were really nice, I have arrived around 10pm. they were still working and waiting check in. the service of the room is perfect. they have cleaned everything when i left to have city tour. perfectly everything. the room, bedsheets, bathroom was clean. towels are provided. yes, it is true that you would not have nice view from your window but it is the best option for the perfect location and service. definitely will come back and recommend to all!!
Zilola T — Google review
Hospedería del Pilar is a hotel with an excellent location right in the city center, making it ideal for travelers who want to be within walking distance of the main attractions. The price is reasonable and well worth it. The check-in process was simple and quick, which is always a plus after a journey. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, although it’s worth noting that there is no refrigerator — something that might be inconvenient for those used to keeping drinks or food in their room. One of the main drawbacks was the shared pillow for two instead of two separate ones, which might not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, and the noise from the neighbors was sometimes disruptive, especially at night. Another advantage is the small kitchen near the reception, where you can grab a bite — it has a kettle and microwave, which adds some convenience, especially given the absence of a refrigerator in the room. Overall, it's a decent option for a budget stay if you don't plan to spend much time at the hotel.

The hotel delivers what is promised: Cheap and clean accommodation in the very heart of Valencia. There's plenty of sights, bars, and shops in the area. But also expect a corresponding noise level. We've only stayed there for one night, for that the hotel was alright. But I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays or for a family vacation as you simply don't have much comfort there. There is no fridge in the room, you have the possibility to use a common fridge in the reception area. The rooms also don't come with a hair dryer, you can also borrow one at the front desk. There is no lift, so be prepared for a lot of walking up and down the stairs. We had a room located on the first floor to avoid the stairs, but it came with a window looking into a trashed inner yard. There was also barely any air or light coming through that window. The reception staff speaks very little to no English, which is unfortunate given the location in the most tourist area. Any kind of communication wasn't easy with them.

I spent 4 nights at Hospederia del Pilar. It is conveniently located in the centre of Valencia, next to the old town and close to the main attractions. The room I had was spacious enough for one person and it was cleaned on a daily basis. Towels were also changed daily and a TV and AC were also in the room. Electric socket in the bathroom was loose and it needs fixing. Also walls are so thin that you can hear other guests snoring or talking. Members of staff were professional and both check in and check out were very smooth indeed. You get what you pay for, it is a budget hotel and I recommend it for a short stay.

We only stayed here for a couple of hours before leaving to the airport. It is right in the center and the living area is nice. But the rooms furniture is very old and it felt dusty. The building is under construction and the balcony can’t be used. The room we got was right near reception and it was noisy. The arhitecture is beautiful and it has a lot of potential. If you want a cheap stay and don’t have expectations it may be ok. I don’t think I would have wanted to stay the night.

This is the worse hotel i ever saw in my life. He is full of humidity. And the owner say that the wall is so and so because of the neighboring building so he can't restore the rooms. So why on God do you rent them for 25 euro no toilett, no closet, no bedroom and no heating. I absolutely do not recommend it. It's a nightmare. We didn't stay the night. We looked for an other hotel

Horrible. Paid for 8 nights but only stayed for 2. Way too hot! I have asthma and literally could not breathe. Only way to sleep a little was by opening the window and to put on the fan (which made little difference). But the noise from the streets were too loud. Also gross; sink had a few hairs in it when we arrived. Lot of dust in our room. Kitchen opens at 9 am and closes at 22 pm, which is weird. Girl from the reception was really sweet!

Cute common space with great views from the balcony! Loud (from traffic, the hostel itself was quiet) and hot, but what do you expect, especially for the price. Fans in the rooms and doors that open up to a nice balcony in the room to walk out onto and cool the room down. Memory foam-like bed... One of the best hostel beds I've slept on! Walking distance to a lot of sights and restaurants. Felt like a pretty safe neighborhood.

For the prices they ask it is quite a nice room. It is one studio with bed and shower. Toilets are shared with the other guests, toiletpapier supply not always sufficient. You have to pick up the key at a different location which was a bit confusing. The key to the front door didn’t work very well. Location of the pension is great, right in the city centre of València. Overall experience for this price was fine.

Worst stay ever! There were bed bugs in the bed...we did get another room, but could not sleep at all, being frightened of more bed bugs. I would have left, but it was too late (midnight), as I was staying with my 11 year old son. He was crying, it was really a horrible experience. Apart from that, very noisy, cause of thin plasterboard walls. Shared bathrooms, poor bathroom equipment. NOT WORTH IT.Rather spend a little more money for a descent accomodation.
M. S — Google review
Even though the pension is in a central location, I didn't enjoy the place at all. We only spent there one night, which was very hot and humid. The room only had one fan, full of dust and dirt, that made the night even more unbearable. Moreover, the common bathrooms/toilets were dirty and the insulation was bad - you could listen everything that was going on in nearby rooms.

Hostel
Hostal La Barraca is a charming budget-friendly guesthouse located just steps away from the beautiful Malvarossa Beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to enjoy the sun and surf without breaking the bank. This straightforward hotel offers comfortable rooms equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary bottled water. Guests have praised the warm hospitality of the staff, particularly Juan and Maria, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Juan and Maria, were incredibly friendly and patient throughout our visit. I'd like to extend my gratitude to all the other staff members I encountered as well. The hotel provided towels, beach towels, and even a hair dryer upon request, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, for a budget holiday and I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

during my stay I spent time in two rooms (303) it was a total disaster, a small room with an horrible smell where you could hear strange noises, no kettle and hair dryer. Another room (109) was in much better condition, I had a balcony 2 beds and a normal duvet, still no kettle and hair dryer, also I have problem to get in to the room, lock is not working properly. I have mixed feelings about this facility. if you want to spend not much money and come to the hotel just to sleep this hotel will be ok for your needs but don't expect too much. Location make up for all mistakes is 2 min walk from the beach which was amazing
Paulina G — Google review
Well first we got the room number 303 at first and it wasn’t the same as i did see at the picture was very small and the bed is not comfortable we couldn’t sleep and the place was with a horrible smell and the walls were in a bad shape from the humidity of the beach, at the morning i got in contact with the one at the reception i got no response via app but on the way out my girlfriend asked her about changing the room because it’s a disaster and after checking the msg… she gave us at the end a new room spacy with big bed for two and a bed for one and it was with a bath and with a beautiful view to the beach that was the room 308 it was better than the other small room, other thing that was bad that there’s no kitchen there so that was my experience so i wld only recommend the room 308 based on my experience it was with a nice view i only have the picture of the nice room 👌🏻

Only able to charge the price it does for the location (which in general is a massive let down as it’s so over the top touristy). Rooms are well past renovation dates. The first room I was allocated was more inclined to be a prison cell. Absolutely horrid dark corridor leading to a room that was not fit for close to €100 a night. Only 3/7 power sockets worked in the room with none near the bed, for a business traveller with a laptop, iPad and phone just isn’t acceptable. Second room was much better but neither as as show online - standards very very poor. Balcony is disgusting with about 5 toilet rolls stuffed behind the air conditioning, which is now home to a birds nest. Overall really really felt let down with what was offered - the only positive take away is that every member of staff was fantastic - very positive and happy!
Sam D — Google review
Right at the beach in Valencia, its a hostel with accepted quality and normal standards in the rooms. I would definitely recommend it. The view is great. It is clean as well. Keep in mind it is not a 5 star hotel. For the price its great!
Jawad A — Google review
This area is calmer and more welcoming than the strict centre; the persons met have been very nice and contributed to a home-like feeling. Pet friendly, easy going, all needed is there. Room we got was ok: possibly nice to refurbish the wardrobe (pure aesthetics) and have the window lock system serviced. 5stars as the feeling this place adds is definitely positive and contributes to the holiday perception.
Giorgio G — Google review
We took breakfast there! First impression very good but unfortunately it took a really long time until they served us the food. Waitress doesn't care about your wishes as a client. Food was OK! There's a lot to improve! I

I booked room with my 11 years old son on booking. Com paid 455 eu for that I didn't expected I will watching walls from my room as like on the pictures nice rooms with balcony I complained to change room they told they can't do it because fully booked if you get room number 103 run away feel like a prison tinny room without windows and noise coming up from reception The location and cleaning service are 5 stars no kettle or fridge in the room what is basic for me

Pamphylia Hotel & Restaurante is a delightful retreat just 50 meters from the stunning Las Arenas beach. This charming hotel offers hypoallergenic rooms equipped with modern amenities like safes and desks, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Start your day right with a delicious continental breakfast before heading out to explore the area. The restaurant at Pamphylia is renowned for its exceptional culinary offerings, blending Spanish flavors with international cuisine.
Went on a Friday with a friend for lunch. Very friendly staff being attentive without being annoying. Comfortable tables and chairs, great view o to the beach. We ordered 2 starters, 2 main dishes and 2 deserts. All very delicious, big portions good quality. I will return for sure
Andreas S — Google review
Don’t be fooled by the interior of the restaurant - it looks nice but the food is not. Dry pizza, the crust is really bad. I wasn’t expecting it to be great but it was a lot worse than I expected, enough to warrant a review. Prawn salad, very average a few small prawns and not enough dressing. Fried calamari was very hard. The one good thing was the fried potatoes. Service was ok. Overall a hard pass.
Jason S — Google review
Avoid this restaurant, avoid avoid avoid. Worst food we’ve eaten, not just in Valencia but all time. Pizza was somehow both hard / cold and over cooked (or, microwaved). Cannelloni was thick hard pasta coated in inch thick, hard cheese. Squid salad seemed to be missing dressing, and for that matter, squid (3 small pieces). Calamari was tough and tasteless. Forgot key item, bravax, mixed up drinks (and served 3/4 full beer). Staff were friendly but the place is poorly run with absolutely appalling food quality. May I say again, perhaps to you, perhaps to my past self - avoid avoid avoid
Kris H — Google review
Amazingly great food with so much flavor and a great combination of Spanish and international food. Even super simple dishes like the gambas have soooo much flavor. Really loved this place! Super friendly staff too and definitely much better food than I expected from a place at the tourist boulevard!
Wendy E — Google review
Restaurant looks ok, staff was really nice but the food is not worth it. Paella was very salty, limited beer selection. Probably will not visit again.
Sanziana C — Google review
Finally a restaurant with great quality food at the boulevard! We ordered separately a main dish but as everything looked so great we shared everything, haha. For sure will visit again!
Annet E — Google review
High quality food - fresh sea food and friendly staff. Robert recommended us delicious gamberi, octopus and sepia a la plancha. We also enjoyed the cocktails and desserts.
Branzaru A — Google review
We went almost every night there after we found the location. Many Thanks to Robert who was a great host. Also very good Sangria
