The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with every dish full of flavour and attention to detail. The ambience was elegant and welcoming, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. A special mention for the secure parking, which made the visit even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable meal in a beautiful setting.

Beautiful and delicious! They also let us stay late to chat and take photos. It is huge and open air, with a lovely safari/desert chic decor with lots of cozy nooks. Bring a sweater in case the night is chilly. We were there in late October.

Talisman in Nairobi is a gem — warm ambience with a cozy fire and pet-friendly charm. The spinach & feta samosas were crisp and delicious, the farm-to-table salad fresh and vibrant, and the chicken in lemon zest and mushroom sauce with a whiskey savour was perfectly balanced and flavorful. Haandi I visited Nairobi with my family for a two-week holiday from London in late October. My cousin, who is a doctor in Nairobi, recommended that we eat at Haandi’s restaurant in Westlands. Little did I realize what a treat my family and I were in for. As we arrived, the ambience was calm, gentle, and welcoming. Isabell, the waitress, gave us options for several tables without being at all pushy. Before ordering, we were given warm flannels to clean our hands. We placed our order, and the food arrived promptly—warm and incredibly tasty! I know Punjabi food well, as I’m the one who cooks it at home. I have eaten at Indian restaurants in the UK, Vancouver, Dubai, and India. Credit where it’s due: Haandi’s is one of the finest Punjabi/Indian restaurants my family and I have experienced! I cannot overemphasize how flavorful, tasty, and exciting the food was. I have never eaten such wonderful, tasty, and flavorful food—except, of course, my mother’s cooking! We returned on three more occasions just to eat there again. The prices were very reasonable. You will not be disappointed. The owner came over and introduced himself. Issac, the manager, was very personable, polite, and courteous. I was also able to congratulate and express my delight directly to the chef—apologies, I forgot his name. I am so happy that I am planning to revisit Haandi next year, and the manager agreed that I could spend one or two weeks learning the ‘X’ factor in the preparation of their tasty food! I can’t wait!

Tried this restaurant after reading the reviews. Tad difficult to find as it’s in a shopping mall. It was quiet when we arrived and they looked like they were packing up. We were served quickly. Food was fresh. Portion sizes were big. The food tasted ok to good. The chicken tikka masala and daal were nice. Meat curry was ok. Naan we’re fresh and fluffy. Needed some more chilli and that something else for the food to be elevated. Decent place with good service. Food didn’t have the pazazz. However, could be a lot worse.

I had a disappointing experience at Taste of China in Mombasa. The hot and sour soup smelled off, the rice had a strange odor, and the lemon chicken was drowning in sauce like a stew. Overall, not the quality or taste I was hoping for.

I enjoyed my time here, it's a quiet place with great ambience. I love the pickled carrots and cucumbers served as you wait for the meal. The coconut lime mushrooms starter is to die for. I'll definitely go back again.

I'd heard they had great ribs. The ribs were okay, overcooked. The cole slaw was good except for raw bacon on top. Service was top notch several people besides my Server checked on me.

The burger was really good. The cheesy fries were okay but tasted more like béchamel than cheese. The cheese bomb was average, the peri peri wings were tasty, and the sweet wings were a bit basic. Honestly, the burger was the highlight and I’ll definitely come back just for that. Note: maybe try adding a spice mix to the fries since they tasted a bit oily🩵

The food is good but not as advertised. And over priced . There are three photos on offer and one has two huge cheese filled egg rolls in the photo… you can see in the photo I’ve added one small roll. It does not look thoroughly cooked because it wasn’t. The chips and onion rings a delicious though. The service is typically good. Today our server kept coming to the table and moving our drinks… we had them in the shade and he kept moving them around. It was not necessary and very annoying.

It’s a great system that simplifies navigating the menu and reduces the chance of mistakes. However, the extra use of paper isn’t ideal, especially in Africa. The burgers are made quickly. It’s a great spot if you’re hungry and want a fast bite. There are excellent drinks, salads, and combo options. This place is popular with kids and beloved by students. The vibrant marketing is very effective.

The food is pricey and prices shown in the menu do not include 16% VAT,2% Training levy and 10% service charge. The bill therefore ends up being 28% more than what you had expected. Panda Chinese is conveniently located in downtown Nairobi, not far from the city hall. It is unassuming on the outside and located on the second floor of an ordinary-looking white building. However, inside it is clean, spacious, and welcoming, decorated in a tasteful Chinese style. The friendly waiters are locals but there are also several Chinese staff, who speak Mandarin and come from China. Everyone speaks good English. There is even a tv playing Chinese news in the lobby. You will be immediately welcomed with salted peanuts, crudités, and a wet towel for wiping your hands. The menu is extensive, offering hot and cold appetizers, soups, pork, beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian options, rice and noodles, desserts, and drinks - the standard fare than any respectable Chinese restaurant would offer. There's also an "exclusive" menu, available only in Mandarin and targeting Chinese people, offering more authentic dishes. I sampled their sweet corn with pepper and onion, deep-fried fish fillet in sweet and sour sauce, and noodle stir-fry with chicken. The portion sizes are reasonable (not tiny nor humongous, as they can be in some Chinese restaurants) and the food tastes great. The fried fish and chicken in my noodles were tender and flavourful, and the sauce accompanying the fish was delicious. The noodles were a bit dry, but otherwise still pretty decent. You can pay in shillings or USD. It cost 50 USD for 3 people (6 dishes in total), including taxes and tips. Not that cheap, but a reasonable price given the quality of the food and environment. Overall this is much better Chinese food than I expected to find in Nairobi. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food, amazing portions, amazing services from the staff very enthusiastic and friendly people. I loved everything about this particular Chinese restaurant the prices are also very fair . However it's good to know they tax so kindly expect the bill to be slightly not such a huge difference but just slightly higher than you expect. Though I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I'm definitely going back there as well ❤

Chinese restaurant at KICC building. I had been to there for Project Brave, a cancer survivor program. A music program was arranged & the ambience was good. The food is tasty & essentially Chinese. The bill however is on higher side.

Nice location, and nice write up in the first red page of menu about the founder of Tin Tin Restaurant. But now it's the servicing and cooking staff there were only who could make whatever's about to happen worthwhile, who are pretty nice. Mostly it's supposed to accept big group, given that the location, but visiting there for a special occasion, it would strike gold to you.

Delicious food and great service.!! We hadn’t been to TinTin in over 10 years and what a pleasant surprise returning here after such a long time. The wait staff were very friendly, the food came on time. The standards have not dropped since our last visit and that made it extra special. They were able to accommodate our children’s request which is always great for families with young children. Location provided the ideal spot to catch up with friends and family while eating great food. Recommend the beef, ribs and chicken wings.

I saw them unpacking frozen fries.. you complain.. they say they use the highest of quality ingredients... compared to pizza hut that I have visited outside Kenya, this is one is truly embarrassing. I reccomend you avoid this place at all costs.. you will pay heavily and you will not be satisfied..I returned the overpriced fries and asked the staff to tell the manager that I had bought it for the manager. Ambience is 100% beautiful. Steaks were delicious. had the beef fillet and rib eye. The mash was tasty but could be creamier(texture). I needed more of the vegetables as they were well seasoned and al dente. They need a wider wine selection, though. Their prices too could be friendlier.

At the busy junction that interconnects industrial area to the other parts of the town, the services here are basic on the weekdays. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner but mostly fast food is available. The human traffic gets high over lunch. It is also a convenient shop if you are stopping by for at the gas station. I enjoy pizza here any day of the week other than Tuesdays (Tuesday offers affects the quality). They have a bouncing castle for kids on Sundays and it's usually a good stop by for families after church.

A nice marketplace for groceries and meat. Please be VERY careful to see the expiry date on each item.

Ordered a delivery through Pizza Inn Dial a Delivery. - Pizza was showing as ready on the app within 45mins but arrived stone cold after 2hours - during this period of frustration, I had multiple calls chasing it down. I was assured it was on the way and would arrive hot…it didn’t. - I was repeatedly informed that there would be no compensation, with one guy being extremely rude and essentially saying ‘it is what it is’ - Eventually, after escalation I was offered two options: 1. Delivery of another one large pizza for free (I was already microwaving my current order and did not need anymore). They claimed this was significant value, but ultimately cost is not the same as price. 2. A full refund if they could come back and collect the FULL order…2.5hrs after my order was placed. At this time the microwave was in full flow and my kids were hungry. This was an impractical solution. In the end, they hung the phone up on me and I am left extremely disappointed with the customer service. Things go wrong all the time, but you are judged on how you rectify and deal with it. Poor and will be going elsewhere from now on, will ensure I recommend the same to others.

Today I dined at pizza inn westlands and the experience was just top notch,the cashier @Lydia was welcoming and was a very energetic.I would choose ola as a dining destination any time.

It’s simple yeah. I placed two orders via Uber Eats at the same time. One was for Chicken Inn and the other was for Pizza Inn. The two food stores are literally next to each other. 30 mins later my Chicken Inn order arrived. I had a conversation with the rider because I expected both orders to be delivered at the same time but he explained to me that Pizza Inn don’t use Uber riders since they have and prefer their own riders which was surprising but, acceptable. So I waited … and waited … and waited. An hour later I was like no. I decided to call Pizza Inn and the lady on the call told me to liaise with Uber as she couldn’t see my order from her end before she hang up without giving me a chance to ask a follow up question. Anyways, I figured “this is Nairobi you know. Traffic , a lot of orders etc so maybe it was just an abnormal delay”. Oh ? Did I mention I live only 15 mins away ? Yeah. Now you know. So I waited … and waited … and waited. 3 hours later I reached out to Uber . They tried calling Pizza Inn but couldn’t get in touch. I was forced to cancel the order and go to bed frustrated. This may sound like a wild guess but I can’t help feel and think that this is Pizza Inn’s way of forcing customers to order on their app. I get that but at what cost ? That is horrible customer service. Very disappointed.

One of the worst experiences. Couldn't get pizza at the drive thru. The pizza cashier was rude. The service took a millennium. The food was terrible at best.

Never going back to this particular station again. I was running on empty but even after I fueled the gauge light stayed on. On enquiry I was given a receipt and told that the fuel was pumped in alright but I sensed some shenanigans, bearing in mind it was late at night (around 10:20pm). I feel an injustice was done but I cannot prove it. Too bad.

Its a branch of the local shell stations ... Its suitably located just 5 minutes from cbd and it runs till late at night ... If you need petroleum and all oil related products you can find them here... You can also add pressure to your vehicle tyres here too and they do have a place where you can get an oil change

Most convenient petrol station for people in and around the Milimani and Upperhill areas. Has a working Tyre center, a convenience store, car wash and they also stock lpg. The service is quick and the staff are professional and helpful even when you're not fueling and just need to refill your washer fluid or have your windscreen cleaned.

The service is good through they charge 20 bob to use the facilities at the station. I was just charge this evening at 1850 hrs. Was shocked by this since other stations don't charge.

The Shell pump attendants personnel are quite arrogant disrespectful n segregative in regards to serving u at the pump.... On several instances, u'll notice them rushing, running towards & worshipping big wheelers n fuel guzzlers or any vehicle they perceive its of a wealth person. They have th ukoloni mambo leo mentality...

The pumps have never run dry since I knew it in 2014.However,retrain the staff on customer care.

This place is pathetic. This is not a restaurant but just fast food with really awful pizza. If you want to just waste your money and get sick after eating this pizza go there. If you want to save your money and feel good, just find something better. I'll never go there again.... now I'm taking camomile to calm my stomach.

Their pizzas are great. Usual waiting time is ten minutes after your order so you can go about your business as you wait. They offer soft drinks as well. Friendly workers. I would recommend if you're looking for a quick snack.

First time we bought pizza there it was not tasty!!it was the mega one mixed with beef,chicken and cheese..it was like eating ugali without some meat sause or kales Yesterday Tuesday too we bought the same ,ate after arriving home we had to run to the toilet !!Untill now my sister is still suffering from stomach ache and diarrhoea 😔😔

The service was horrible. Other people kept on being served after us. After calling customer care they told me there's a wait time of 1hr to 3hrs. You can only go there if you are willing to wait for all those hours.

...there was no one seated when we got there. No one gave us the menus, had to fetch them myself. Finally the order was taken however it was taking forever. Finally our pizza are in the "timed" oven. However only 2 of 3 pizzas are brought to the table. The drinks had to be asked for, because we were almost done with the two pizzas and the drinks made it to the table with the third pizza. Disappointed with the service. Food and drinks were fine. I think this outlet caters primarily to take away!

The Pizza hut at Village Market is very good. We had ordered Vegetarian Pizza and some cold drinks. The taste of the Pizza was really very nice but there was one problem that the base of the Pizza was so thin that we had faced issues to eat the Pizza. The atmosphere was good. This branch is very small having 5-6 tables inside and 2-3 benches outside food court of the mall. The experience was good but they should work on the base of pizza...

Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the village market branch , pizza is terrible dry and burnt pepperoni and the cheese topping is burned as well, paid 1500 for this delivery terrible ,no quality standards.

Staff are friendly…. however, we ordered a Margarita Pizza and a Chicken Hawaiian Pizza and received a burnt Margarita and a Chicken and Mushroom pizza. Probably our fault for not checking before we left but one should be able to trust a reputable pizza joint. Pizza was dry and not worth the amount spent. Don’t think I will ever go back.

I tried 3 different types of pizza, unfortunately my expectation wasn't met. Having heard they were voted best last year I couldn't wait to try them out. Labda walitia tembo maji. However I love that they have tiny boxes for takeaway.

My go-to pizza place has always been Pizza Hut because of the great ambience and the delicious pizzas. The crust is well made, not soggy and holds the toppings. P.s: you can play a foosball game as you wait for your order!

I ordered two small pizzas with chips, and I was disappointed with the packaging. The ketchup was thrown on top of the pizzas, which was very unhygienic. The pizza itself wasn't great, and the chips were the worst—burnt and completely unseasoned. Overall, a bad experience.

Yesterday I have ordered two Medium size pizza with uber apps... after receiving them cold one hour later, I just realized they sent two Small ones!. What a scam!

Portion doesn't satisfy the value for money, 2000 for two 'medium' pizzas which are barely small pizzas in any other pizza restaurant. That was my last order I will place with pizza hut

It was my first time at the Pizza Hut Galleria Mall. I liked three things the most when we visited. Number 1. The ambience is very ideal for a family outing, meeting or romantic date! Number 2. The seating arrangement and decor is amazing. Number 3. You can play a game while waiting for your order. Kevin played two games in total while I played one after watching Cynthia beat him and I didn't want to receive a thrashing. What I didn't like was how dry our pizza was. But overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting the Galleria Mall.

I like the fact that the place has lots of sitting areas for family and friends.

I ordered 2 large pizzas that came with 2,1litre sodas. The pizza was delivered and it was delicious but they *forgot* the sodas, it took me a whole day and a few calls to get the soda.If i did not call multiple times, i would have never gotten them. Poor customer service!

Worst delivery experience. Wait time is over 1hr. Rider updates the app saying arrived and delivered yet he's not here. After numerous calls, he showed up 25 minutes later and handed me my extra cold 🥶 food

After visiting the food joint, I had mixed feelings about my experience. Their pizza is quite good but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken, especially the spicy variant. It was tough and nearly impossible to chew. When I brought this up with the staff, I was told that's how the spicy chicken is prepared, which was rather disappointing. I have tried the chicken from other Pizza Inn branches, and I must say that the Garden City branch has the worst chicken. If you're considering fast food here, I would recommend sticking to the pizza and avoiding the chicken and fries. On a positive note, the service was commendable, and the ambiance of the place was pleasant. The location is also quite convenient. I hope the management can work on improving the quality of their chicken and fries.

The atmosphere can become cozier for date nights and intimate gatherings. Otherwise, good service with a maximum 20 minute wait time, friendly staff and great pizza, chicken and uce cream(chicken inn and creamy inn are also present )

My friends and I ordered but we were treated dismissively and we waited for almost one hour for our food which was supposed to take maximum 20 mins only to realize they had ignored our order . Good selection of tasty and authentic food. Plenty to choose from for vegetarians and vegans as well. Seemed a bit overpriced, but being located downtown and fancily decorated, it wasn't unreasonable. The fresh fruit salad for dessert was a nice surprise at the end.

Great atmosphere and ambiance. Enjoyed my wonton soup. Haven't had that soup in a long while. It was filling and very well flavoured. Had hoped for the general tsao chicken but the waiter didn't understand what I wanted. The chicken with cashew nuts was well made succulent, mouth watering. Good size portions were served. The wait staff was attentive courteous and well spoken.

If you are looking for a Chinese Restaurant in town, this is the place to go. The food is outstandingly delicious, all of it. The environment is also cool and peaceful. The prices are average, not too high, not too low. Very nice eat out especially if you want a memorable date.

I used to visit this place more than 10 years ago and they used to be great. However on Sunday September 15th 2019. I visited with my sister and baby brother. They served us decent food but the portions were served on salad plates; we had ordered 3 dishes, rice-beef-prawns. Due to small portions, we had to order an extra dish pork noodles but still it wasnt enough. When the bill arrived it was around 40$, they had charged for the large portions but i thought what they gave us what very small portions by comparison to other local chinese restaurants. I asked for confirmation if we were served they large portions, the waiter got very hostile to my question and said they were large. I asked him to confirm, the manager came out and I asked him if he had different plate sizes for large and small portions, he said he did. I asked him if he could show me. He went to the kitchen and after some minutes came out with the same salad plate we were served, he said it was large and another salad plate same size but of a different design, he said it was small. Theyre the smallest size plates in the market. I told him the large and small were the same size of plate and its not good the kind of games theyre playing. He made excuses that they probably didnt do the portions well cause he wasnt in, apologized and corrected our bill. Its sad to see the great restaurant i remember turning into such a dubious and unethical enterprise. Anyway its unlikely i'll return in the near future

No longer the best tasting pizza in town. My house used to love chicken bacon bbq pizza for the sweet sauce but lately, the pizza is very salty and the cheese tastes like margarine. Probably a cheap cheese substitute. Really really terrible we had to trash after 1st slice

Do not eat here! I ordered a Sweet and sour pork dish over the weekend. I was horrified to find a massive fried fly in my sweet and sour chicken half way through eating. I was then struck four hours later by violent food poisoning (which I will not go as far as to describe! ) I don't think it was related to the fly but who knows... This is mostly just a public announcement to avoid this place at all costs. I see on the internet that I am not the first to experience falling sick after eating there. (Just Google it!). I wouldn't even normally post such a thing but the restaurant chose not to handle my complaint claiming that there is nothing they can do without proof. (I complained via Glovo and that's what I was told that they said). The restaurant didn't even try to appease me in any way. Not even a phone call to investigate in order to prevent this happening to others. I have had food poisoning before from a number of restaurants but I am used to the matter being handled well. If you feel that the eatery cares about its customers you can accept and move on but I was not made to feel that way. Extremely disappointed. Shame on you 7 Day Chinese Restaurant.

I have been to many Chinese resturants in different countries but this resturant is kinda new experience for me. Environment: This resturant located on a goid riad but the resturant itself small and lots of mosquitos. the decoration is a bit Chinese in a sense of red color and a few breaded ornaments hung around the room. Staff: So, there us a Kenyan girl is waitibg to serve us. In my opinion she is new to this resturant. And she smelled! Sorry, but she dies have a strong odors. everytime she came by ne I have to hold my breath. Food: We ordered a few dishes and it came one by one. The taste of the dish was acceptable but some dishes looks like it came out wrong. most of the dishes were salty. So in generally if you are hungry for Chinese foods you can try but not my strong reccommendation.

This is not Chinese food, I repeat this is not Chinese food, we ordered two beef noodle soup, vegetable and egg fried rice, crab in ginger sauce, beef and onion fried and then chicken and beef spring rolls. The beef was plastic, no human could eat that, like why use beef that tough to make food in a restaurant, the crab was old the beef noodle soup was make with smoky tasteless water and the spring rolls had too much salt and nothing in every thing we ordered tasted like Chinese food. Waste of money, waste of time and waste of food.

The chicken fried rice is tasty but would be a perfect ten if it was not too oily or dry. Good for a treat (cheat food) but not worth the price as a meal.

Terrible food. Used to be good. Recieved a delivery that was supposed to be schezwan chicken and there were more carrots and onions than chicken! Moreover it was sweet! And they don’t pick up their phone

Located along Ngong rd 4th Avenue. They have amazing and tasty Cakes. Their prices are fair and allow lipa na Mpesa. My favorite is the Orange Poppy cake. They allow you to enquire and book online too. Polite workers. It's a pick and go shop.

One of the worst pizza I ever had. The meat steak was very chewy, uneatable. Had to get it out of my pizza one by one.

Service could be improved. Prepare for busy seasons and give quality tasty pizzas. Wait time could be made automatic by a ticket number as compared to having to keep asking if the pizza order is ready or not. More seating area could work given the space is shared with other businesses in the location.

We came here during the afternoon and one of my colleagues and I ordered a pizza. It was extremely late. They said it would only take 2 minutes and it took over 20. Other customers that ordered after us got the pizza first. The manager has to give these employees a kick.
