If there is any Oscar for slowest food service and pathetic food quality and extremely rude staff then this restaurant will stand at first position. We visited the place on 8th April and ordered Dosa, Chole Bhature and Coffee, for the food they said it will take 20 minutes which actually took 55 minutes, coffee was the bigest surprise as it took 30 minutes to give coffee even after asking for 3 time. They have shortage of staff and a great miscommunication. They literally need to change the staff either or train them.

I tried Vijay Chaat House during my visit to Sarafa, and it was a great experience overall! The Khopra Patties were a standout — something unique and absolutely delicious. The Kachori, Fried Khaman, and Kesar Rabdi were all quite good and lived up to the local hype. However, do keep in mind that there's very limited seating, and parking can be a real challenge in the area. Definitely worth a try if you're in Sarafa and up for some iconic Indori street food!

We ordered the ravioli, paneer makhani pizza, and a hazelnut hot coffee. Every single item was delicious, and it was genuinely hard to pick a favorite. We even reordered the ravioli! We would have ordered the pizza again too, but we were already quite full.

In main course, we ordered Lasagna, Pizza, Cheese Garlic Bread, Veg loaded Nachos. Lasagna was a disappointment think twice before ordering it here. Rest was good (not exceptional).

This was previously Square, visited the place after 3 years and food was great but was spicy for me. It was an amazing experience of indore's hospitality where the Chef Dev came on checked on me and got me some sauteed vegetables and less spicy food.
Sayaji has been an icon of indore's hospitality and they have not lowered their standards.

I have been here multiple time and really liked the taste, service and was having great experience each time... but...
But this time it was completely opposite. Service was not good, taste was not up to the mark.
It was Dassehra, we went for dinner.
We had to wait for 30 min although tables were empty. They were having lack of service staff.
I understand it was busy evening and was full but this cannot be an excuse for a place like Sayaji. Earlier also I visited on weekends but didn't faced this issue. They should be prepared for this.

Dinner buffet was delicious, it had both veg n non-veg options.

A Buffet with Highs and Lows
I recently visited Wow Constellation for the first time, opting for their vegetarian buffet, though they do offer non veg options as well. Situated on the ground floor, the restaurant boasts a pleasant ambiance that sets a comfortable tone for a meal.
Upon reviewing the offerings, I noticed a good variety in the main course section. However, I felt their starter selection was somewhat limited, particularly missing popular buffet staples like crispy corn and hara bhara kabab, which are quite standard at most buffets I visit in Indore.
Breaking down the food, the live counter items were a definite highlight. The papdi chaat, dahi bhalla, samosa chaat, and pani puri were all well made and tasty.
Unfortunately, the starters served directly to the table were quite tasteless, and the paneer in those preparations was surprisingly hard, giving the impression that it wasnt fresh.
In contrast to the starters, the main course dishes were really impressive flavorful and delicious. Some desserts also held their own, providing a decent and satisfying end to the meal, i was happy to see sugar free options which was something really impressive.
My biggest critique, however, is directed at the service, which was consistently and noticeably slow. Even simple requests like getting drinking water took a considerable amount of time. For service efficiency and starters variety, Wow Constellation could certainly take notes from establishments like Effotel or Sayaji.
Overall, while the main course and live counter items shine, the starters need significant improvement in both taste and variety. The slow service is also a critical area that needs addressing. It has potential, but these fundamental aspects require attention for a truly justify wow experience.

It is one of the best places to taste Indori poha. I also tried aloo ki kachori served with shredded onion and chutney. They have khaman and khandvi. I heard their upvaas ki kachori is pretty awesome too. I still have to try lots of stuff from this shop. We went there by 8.30 am and the menu was ready. Recently visited The Cube at @effotel for their Indori Adda food festival.
They have interestingly brought all the famous foods of 56 shops and Sarafa into one place....and are serving popular delicacies like Bhutte ki kees, Dahi wada, Moong bhajiyes, mirchi pakodas, chillias, jalebi, Crispy corn and many more.....
They also have a live Ice Gola counter!
Apart from these, they also have the regular buffet offering soups, salads, mocktails, desserts, ice creams, live counters, main courses, starters etc.
The festival is on till 28th of May 2023.

Visited the place for buffet lunch, the location is nice, near radisson blu and on highway,
The ambiance is classic and gives a decent look, the sitting is comfortable, Where i was sitting the i could see every part of the hotel very easily, specially the buffet and its dishes and what they are serving.
This buffet is smaller version of what they have in sayaji, taste is the same, quality is good, no of items they serve are less but are more than sufficient in the price range.
They served pani puri, white and red sauce pasta, papdi chat, panner tikka, schezwan cauliflower, and veg sikh kabab, which were all good except the kabab which were ok, In the main course they has some nice dishes and the breads they served were all quiet great, didnt liked the tandori roti which was a little hard.
Overall loved the buffet, this place, is for great buffet no doubt in that.
Will be visiting soon, Recommended.

The food is so worth each penny you pay. There is such huge spread of buffet laid out. And due to the Hang On The Beach fest it got all the more special. We had so many dishes that you can see in the pictures. There isn't just 1 dish that I can recommend you here cos all of the food tastes soo delicious. Especially the dals.. Dal tadka and dal makhani. The taste is just perfect. The quality of dood is unbeatable.

Have been to Cube for Buffet Lunch and dinner infinite times! Their service used to be much better earlier now the Sayaji hospitality is gone. The starters are always amazing especially love their Crispy corn and chicken too. One thing they definitely need to work upon are their desserts which are a total turn off specially the bakery ones extremely monotonous and unworthy. Otherwise it still is one of our favourite places for buffet.

Had a great time with the Lunch buffet. Food is really great. Lots of options to choose from right from starters, salads, main course to desserts. Veg and Non-veg both are served.

Cafè Chocolade is a franchisee from Pune. It is really a best option for chocolate lovers. It’s cadB and cadM are worth trying.
Location wise it is not that great, because you also have other option right there in its neighbourhood like Keventers, which is also not that bad. Besides, service provided here is not satisfactory and quality of the dishes here does not meet to the actual Cafè Chocolade from Pune. Music here is also average.
