Terrible Customer Service. Bad Manners and Unprofessional Attitude. Unfriendly is an understatement. I attach screenshot of my payment to them. After spending 330£ plus a 100£ deposit in a cardigan, they do not even respond to emails. It is not the first time i have to elevate the tone with them. Very bad experience. If you are overseas buyer, you should abstain. The lady is awful. They are not proactive, are narrow minded, and they do not help.

Wanted to gift one of their jumpers for my wife's birthday, but the very design my wife liked was out of stock. Wrote to them and they were more than happy to source the yarn, knit the right size and ship it to us in a hurry. They were very communicative all through. No visits to Shetland this year but loved having a browse Ninian when I've been in Lerwick previously. I ordered a sweater on Sunday 23 ,it was delivered to mainland Scotland on Thursday 27 . I was so pleased with it but there's always uncertainty about sizes buying clothes online. It fits perfectly 😁. Thank you so much for such quick delivery and beautiful things.

The shop does have nice items, but the customer service is not good in my opinion. I bought two wooden tabletop organizers and they handed them to me in a simple plastic bag with zero protection. When I went back to ask if they could wrap them more securely, the girl grabbed a piece of bubble wrap and just tossed it into the bag — didn’t even bother wrapping the items properly. It’s a shame, because the products are lovely, but the customer service must be improved.
I could understand such treatment for items worth just a few pounds, but considering I paid around £100, I expected a much better level of assistance.

I turned up in Lerwick recently having forgotten my kilt jacket and waistcoat and with a wedding that afternoon. Lucky for me Aurora came to my rescue. I walked in and was fitted out with a jacket and waistcoat in 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, they were completely understanding when I wasn't able to return the hire personally, due to my boat being Sunday night and them being closed on Sundays, so I had to leave the jacket and waistcoat at my hotel reception. They picked it up themselves and were really nice about it. Would very much recommend.

My first order via the website. I had the Jaffa Tyake, Churro and Strawberry Marshmallow.
I hugely enjoyed the Churro, I thought it was really quite nice, the Jaffa similarly nice. The Strawberry however I didn't feel like there was much flavour too, it was a little bland.
I do think I'd order again just to try some of the others though as 2 out of 3 isn't bad.

I had to buy shoes for an aunt who is unable to go shopping herself. The service in the Inverness shop (opposite Eastgate) was superb. The staff took time to ensure that the correct style/fit/size was ordered and delivered to my home. I also bought a pair for myself. Although neither pair were available in store I was assured of delivery within a few days and they arrived promptly . Knowing that they could be returned if unsuitable was a bonus.
