At the end, I asked for the bill, instead he came up with two teas that we didn’t order (he thought that I asked for ). I wasn’t pleased with the host’s approach. When we decided to leave, we saw a different side of the restaurant that we liked and wondered why she didn’t offer that side to us initially. While waking to that side she came up in harry asking for our reservation and It was the same girl who welcomed us at the Overall the food was good but I hope the management addresses these issues to improve their service.

This place is like its own little hideaway with golf carts that take us around. The pool was so clean and the breakfast was superb but what really amazed me was the service! It was my birthday and they had prepared the room so beautifully. And everyone who came to pick us up from our rooms would wish me happy birthday! It was so wonderful and memorable! Will definitely recommend anyone who comes to Doha to stay here if they want something away from the main "touristy" areas

The staff is incredibly nice and the service is perfect. The rooms (we stayed in a standard room) are also really nice. And for a standard room ir is quite spacious. You get free pickup service when you have a room thats closer to the Souq. We really liked the style and that the hotel is directly located in the Souq. Food is really nice, everyone should find something here (even some vegan dish, could be more, but was okay) and you can choose from two restaurants if you booked like half board. They serve no alcohol which is really nice! All staff wether its at the pool, at the reception or the restaurants is so so nice, just to mention a few: Shilat, Mary and Enouk - thank you very much (and sorry for the rest, I am really bad at remembering names 🙈). They have safety staff everywhere (thank you Alfred for the nice chat and service) not that it would be neccesary in our opinion. So if you are looking for a nice hideout here in Doha, come here!
