The food was amazing! I failed to get photos. We had glazed ham, garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, and seasoned green beans. It was set up buffet style, best wedding food ever! We’ve been to high-end venues with beef/chicken options but always dried out or cold. The Mint achieved hot and delicious food! Bonus- - their staff cordial and professional! Strawberry summer salad was amazing and very good portion. The cod was also good size and tasty. Our grandson’s chicken tenders were also large and a huge order of fries for a kids meal. The only complaint is the smelt was very fishy tasting and had large bones. It was big portion, but the smelt were a bigger size too, making the taste not the best at all. Lets start with the atmosphere. It has a north woods cafe meets the 1980s feel with all the wood accents and booths. Its a brilliantly designed layout that allows for a cozy feel without a bad seat anywhere. The location of this store is set in a quiet northside side where you feel safe and a part of the community. The parking lot and building are inviting and have a mom and pops feel rather a box chain. The service was amazing. Tia our server was fast, extremely personable, and professional. All the staff cared about our experience from the time in the door to the last moment we walked out to leave. Friday nights there are the best and so are Saturdays. The food was astronomically good. Our food was fresh and the quaility of ingredients farm fresh or top notch for our appetizer basket. The burgers were ground steak were cooked to absolute perfection. The burgers had a perfect sear and not dry. Our fries and salads were something from a menu picture and tasted as good. Our cheesecake rivaled that of of places i have gone to in New York. The restrooms were clean as the entirety of the building was well. This entire location clearly is well kept and maintaned down to the murphys oil used to clean the wood. Not a dime of dust anywhere nor dirt on the floor. This place makes Eagles Nest look like a step down and i have been to both. It blows anything including Jakes Supper Club in Menomonie away. Folks... go here and nowhere else in the area. You wont be disappointed.

Watery, bland clam chowder, laughable "Italian Charcuterie", and although the Manicotti tasted good, each one was tiny, and the red sauce was overly sweet. I had I known they were so small (almost rigatoni sized!), I would have ordered 5 instead of 3. I may visit again, but would definitely recommend going on a night where they take reservations- as I wouldn't wait 2 hours again for the disappointing food we received. We ordered the following: Barbacoa Bowl, 4 street tacos Mexican style (2 Pastor, Chorizo and Barbacoa) Elote, chips with salsa and queso with chorizo along with 2 large sodas, our total was $50.30 which too us is a lot of food for the money. Everything was really good; my only complaints were the tortilla used for my tacos almost appeared to be wheat based instead of the flower or corn tortillas I'm used to and the chorizo queso was way more chorizo than queso (weird problem to have as usually it's the opposite) but the employee at the counter was more than happy to add more queso to the cup. As far as the ambiance, the place was clean and staff was welcoming and ordering and receiving your food at the counter kept things moving. All in all, the food was amazing from the Elote (which was perfectly balanced as far as corn to mayo/cheese/Chile powder ratio as opposed to the usual of more corn than anything) to the Tacos.
