Me and a few friends love this place and it quickly became my top favourite places to eat out at! It's even a place I go to eat when I'm feeling down because the staff and food are that good! The food is amazing, we've ordered quite a few dishes but my friends and I have barely scratched the surface! I've never been disappointed with a dish we've been served and the owner (I think she's the owner) is a lovely person who me and my friends are always excited to see when we get there because she's so kind to us and we've become regulars because of the amazing times we have here! I ordered Chicken sweetcorn soup, House special fried rice, and King Prawns with spring onions and gingers. I requested not have any MSG and not too salty for my orders. Guess what? Turned out no taste for the soup and the King Prawn dish (at least I got the taste of gingers 😅). Fried rice was good taste with the gravy supplied, the overall portions of everything was decent and value for the price. My advice, no MSG for sure but okay with the salt, pepper and sugar. 😄

We ordered over 5-6 dishes, and none of them tasted authentic or even close to what they should be. The quality and flavor were below average, making it a disappointing experience overall. While the portion sizes were decent, the taste just wasn’t there. Having tried many Chinese restaurants across the country, this was by far one of the most underwhelming. If you’re looking for good Chinese food in Middlesbrough, I’d recommend checking out the restaurants on Linthorpe Road instead – they offer much better quality and authentic flavors. Warm food seems to be most orientated on oriental food. Which I personally don't mind at all. There is however also a selection of the English kitchen. Most of the food was delicious though the rice was hard 😞. The crepe and ice cream roll stations were great, choosing your own flavours and watching them be freshly made was a nice experience. The cotton candy and chocolate fountain stations weren't on along with some other foods which wasn't ideal when you're still charged full price. I had to pay adult price for my 10 year old because he's tall which seems a little unfair as just because he's tall doesn't mean he eats more than someone shorter, but hey ho it's their policy. Staff watched us the whole time as we ate however, not just us but other tables too. I understand there is a waste policy but it made the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable and ruined the visit. Worth it for the food, but the atmosphere was not welcoming and likely won't be returningbit with the kids anyway. Definitely worth a go if you're looking for a well rounded food buffet.

They told us they tried source ingredients but couldnt which is another lie because they are literally opposite tesco who has everything they need. Run by people who have no respect for their customers at all

The food was amazing and full of flavour. However this week we ordered our food at 7:25pm with an estimated delivery of 8:35pm. We got a text around 8:40pm stating the order was on it's way and sorry for the delay. Which was fine no problem. Still no order at 9:15pm to which I call them up, I asked how long the food was going to be an expressed my concerns about the quality of food if it had been sat in a car for nearly 40 minutes. I was told it should be there soon and ' I hope theres nothing wrong with the order, if so I'll tell the driver ' I'll be honest I didn't know what to say to that and accepted it wouldn't be long. To be fair, a further 5 minutes and the food had arrived nearly 2 hours on from ordering. We waited 2 hours for what we thought would be lovely food and worth the wait. What a disappointment. Ribs and salt and pepper chicken were fine, hot and did taste reasonable. The vegetable mini spring rolls were soft with no crisp and nothing special as they had condensed on themselves for 40 minutes in a paper bag, edible, just anyway. However we are really disappointed with the chips fried rice and curry sauce. Barley warm upon opening and should of said ' mostly rice with a sprinkly of chips and a bit of curry sauce ' That portion has been mostly binned as i wont eat cold chips rice and curry sauce, and you cannot reheat rice. Really disappointing and I dont think I will be coming back. I dont have it in me to argue, otherwise I would be demanding a refund. Such a shame and again so disappointed.

Food was fantastic as always but poor service and highly reccommend you only order if you have the right change. Have ordered many times and the staff are usually friendly. Totally ripped off today.
