HOWEVER one concern was our starters came before our drinks while we watched our drinks on the bar for 15 mins and had to ask for them then my partner ordered another cocktail and was also sat on the bar for 15+ mins so we had to ask for it, other than that the experience was perfect!!

Portion size was decent and the food tasted pretty nice, but it was fairly standard, nothing special. It was a bit on the expensive side but all the restaurants are there. The food was brought over by a little novelty machine which was very entertaining! The main downside of this restaurant is that there were long wait times to have our drinks/food order taken and an even longer wait time for someone to take payment when the restaurant wasn't exceptionally busy. The food itself didn't take too long to arrive, but we waited almost half an hour to be able to pay the bill.... There was also an added optional 7.5% service charge (which is applied at all restaurants across Center Parcs) which would have taken even longer to get this removed so we reluctantly paid this one as we just wanted to get going. There was one waitress working in there called Jess who was the only one who seemed to be doing any work, she was amazing and was tending to all the tables (about 6/7 in total) where as the other two waitresses (one that I believed might have been a manager as she was dressed in different uniform) just kept standing round at the tills not doing much and both of them went outside for half an hour separately, leaving Jess to do all the work... Even when we eventually managed to ask for our bill, the woman I believed to be manager gave our dirty plates to Jess to clear even though Jess was already doing so much. Jess was really lovely and seemed like a very hard worker so I would like to give credit to her.

Check in was 3pm and they cancelled via booking.com’s service at 2:30pm due to ‘over-booking’, claiming a call which never happened. We had 3 rooms booked for 6 people and had to relocate our stay on the motorway. We have our theories, but when the ‘manager’ (who managed to change voices and gender throughout the two calls) claimed our price was ‘super cheap’, reaffirmed our beliefs of poor booking management and picking whatever cost suited them better, given the little-to-do location. My husband loved the nigiri sushi and we both are convinced the crab rangoons contain addictive drugs of some sort. Last minute meal out and they luckily had a table. The welcome was friendly and the waiting staff were very prompt. Drinks were a good price. The restaurant was nice and clean. It was by a railway line so it was very noisy with the traffic waiting for the barriers to rise, therefore you couldn't have the window open for long so the room got hot and stuffy. We feel it was far too expensive for the experience and would welcome being contacted by the owner.

We returned to our room at 11.15pm after being at a friends birthday the hotel had a Mow Town evening on which was very loud and penetrating through the room' we thought it might finish by 11.45pm but continued with a loud Karaoke and noise from the people in the bar. This continued till 01.45am when the music died down a bit but then increased again' by this time we couldn't stand any more and decided enough was enough and left the hotel to drive back to London. The toppings were put under the cheese instead of on top of it. This meant they had nothing to stick to and made the pastry wet. There was also waaay too much cheese making it too heavy to support a thin crust. The pizza fell apart when I picked up a slice and all the cheese and toppings literally slid off. I ordered a thin crust but that shouldn't mean that the pizza literally falls apart when picked up. I've never had that happen when ordering thin crust pizza from other places before. So disappointed as I was so hungry and looking forward to it. Ate half of it with a knife and fork because it was just slop. Most of the cheese and toppings were in a pile in the pizza box after sliding off. If you're getting a pizza from here, just get plain cheese and standard crust or you'll be disappointed. I have got plain cheese in the past from here and they were nice, but this was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had.
