The meat on the brisket tacos were pretty dry, as well. The flavor on both were very good, though. The Texas Twinkies and Churro Cake were the stars of the show. I've been a regular costumer for the last 8 years no complaints until an employee ruined the experience and I wont be returning. Latina employee in her 30s or 40s, very rude, entitled and combative. The moment I walked in to get my CC the big rude employee talked very fast telling me they have been accused before of stealing Credit cards and one time the police came in with a costumer. The entire time this employee kept talking over me and interrupting me which made the situation worse, the woman began insulting me when I told her she had a job as an employee to treat the costumers better.
