I give it a 7.9/10 over all. Love the service and loved the drinks. Our appetizers were so good made us forget the price. We are not big on meat and that is what this place is trying to be known for. We ordered the professional for our entree and like I said we not big on meat so idk why we did go for it but we did lol the salsas were really good. Brisket was tender. Now the ribs I heard for a rib to be good should come off the bone unless I’m wrong the flavor was good but it was a tad over cooked. Also plenty for 2 ppl lol overall for that plate - 7/10. The staff was super friendly and when they finally got there I enjoyed the exchange and they were extremely accurate with the order: the food didn’t take any time to arrive. Unfortunately utensils did. We sat for quite a while trying to get their attention while our hot breakfasts cooled. When we got our utensils the food was good. It wasn’t the perfect breakfast I was expecting from the build up. The hash browns were average. They appeared to be canned or dried and fried.The sausage gravy was canned. The eggs were cooked perfectly To he coffee was pretty good too. I’m glad I went because it’s a part of history I was excited to experience. I may try again when it’s not so crowded.

They were busy on a Monday at 4:30pm which surprised me, but they sat me right away. The servers obviously know their regulars, and were extremely kind and patient I noticed when dealing with those that are hard of hearing, and when another party spilled their drink it was handled with utmost professionalism. They have breakfast all day and by God this is one of the best breakfasts I've had in years. I asked how they did their bacon, and they said they could do whatever I wanted. The lobster poutine is out of this world. They also have a lot of unique offerings you don't find at standard American restaurants like pub pies, corned beef and cabbage, and bangers and mash. Food was very reasonably priced and serving was generous. Lots of gluten free options on the separate gluten free menu (can be found on the website as well). We couldn’t have the queso due to some cross contamination concerns and server suggested the six layer dip and we were not disappointed! No issues after.
