Service was impeccable from our late night arrival through check out. The staff was always as pleasant as could be, providing service above and beyond that of most hotels. Raisa at the front desk kindly responded to every question and need. Bakhit and all the staff at the sumptuous breakfast buffet spoiled us with extra items, without our asking. One thing that impressed us most during our stay was that a couple of items we had inadvertently left (one with the pool towels, another on the bed) were found and returned to us! We never expected that a couple of relatively insignificant items that wound up in the hotel laundry would be saved, carefully wrapped and graciously returned! The staff are all so friendly, helpful and polite. The room service is very nice. The breakfast buffet has everything that you could want to eat. The location is convenient. It has a good menu for people who are vegan/vegetarian/gluten intolerant. I thought it was very good value for money. The late checkout time is also very helpful as someone who is catching a late afternoon flight. Could not fault this hotel in any way, it’s the nicest one that I’ve stayed in.
