The lounge on the 10th floor is a fantastic facility with stunning views towards Muharraq with the Bahrain national museum close by. The staff in the lounge Fatima, Arya and Suvarna were absolutely terrific and made our stay a 10 out of 10. The service they provided was second to none and I could not fault anything about the lounge. The reception staff were also fabulous at check in and also when we were given a late check out the following day. Mary and all the other staff at front of house made us feel so welcome. I celebrated my 50th birthday as well and a wondeful cake was delivered to our room. The attention to detail with regards to service and the facilities were first class. The gym, sauna, steam room and outside pool albeit on the small side are fantastic as are the pool attendants who do their very best to find sun beds even when it is particularly busy. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy some chill time.
