Made us pay the bill then i asked for the churrose where i found it was not punched and was forgotten ( it happend as we are human being and i understand) but the resturant was EMPTY literally and there were two rude managers / supervisors around along with around 5 staff there Non of them at all passed to ask if we wanted a drink later on None of them came to ask if food was ok None of them botherd checking again if there was a missing order! All what they did is opening the door to gonout saying “ thank you” at the end of my visit. I came here i believe at the first week My Cafe opened and the service was GREAT! So i felt so bad that one of my favorite spots which i always recommended for my friend when the visit Bahrain to visit has become on what is it on now. The vibes were very boring No background music No life in the place Bored staff and un friendly vibes Poor services Food was nice honestly speaking but was excepted to be better though Churrose are not recommended at all , the chocolate sauce is bitter and very watery i did not like it at all . Many mains were removed from the menu which made me sad like the pop corn shrimps and other things too. Their IG page is not updates do NOT rely on it as it is ignored . I love this place so much and i truly want to improve and will definitely come again very soon to try other new dishes but with this type of service i will think a 100 time before i come or invite anyone to come. We booked ahead for a larger sitting arrangement. So I think if you’re going as a group better book ahead. Ambiance is great you can really enjoy your privacy. Nice place inside, accessed along some sort of annex skywalk - very attentive staff spotted us coming and opened door. Smallish restaurant inside, no more than 100 covers, with private dining room to the left as you enter. Not too busy on a Monday night, so seated straight away. Big menu with a lot of choice - ordered the mixed platter to start. A superb concoction - two each of spring rolls, wontons, battered prawns and minced prawn on toast. The toast was fat and tasty. Lovely. Served with a range of Chinese condiments, including a very dark and spicy sauce, the name of which remains a mystery. For a main, crispy fried chilli beef - my go-to - this beef was high quality and the portion was huge. I could have shared this portion of beef easily. Lovely falvour though, although not that spicy. Schoolboy error with the rice - ordered the chicken fired rice but it turned out to be big enough for four, although well priced. Couldn’t finish this. Also it had sweetcorn in, which I cannot abide 😃For me, sweetcorn and peas are two things that simply do not belong in rice and I will not change my mind about that.
