Other than that Maintenance of the Rooms are poor.. We got stuck during rainy season and Water leakage inside room through the AC pipe hole and in closed corridors was very horrible. The Bedsheets, Pillows and walls of the room were dirty. If booked through Online portals we won't get proper response from them for Check-In. Our Check-In time was 12 Noon and in prior we called and informed the staff for providing us extra room till our check-in time as our arrival was early morning and they hotel staff said OK and need to pay extra money for the room, which we also agreed and were ready to pay for the extra room. But on arrival the hotel staff denied that he did not gave any commitment for providing extra room and all rooms are full.. Totally disappointed.. Not recommended for Family stay..
