The dome is a stunning view from inside the theater, their are plenty of restrooms throughout so you are not stuck in line like some other facilities. In my opinion, after attending tons of Broadway (on and off broadway) in many theaters, the box seats here are not worth the price. The seats were so uncomfortable and awkwardly close to other patrons we could not speak without all having a conversation together with new "stranger friends". If you want a box, reserve the entire box. Maybe just the performances or just this theater, but three shows in box seats and have never had box service - completely different than any other theater experience and expectations. All in all, it is beautiful, it seems everything is original, the marble is stunning throughout. It has a historical vibe to it even though it was built in 1998. Also, not allowed to get too close to each piece not all are roped off with preferred distance for viewing but there is quite a bit of staff stationed in each area. Myth and Marble exhibit was interesting but not as good as I was expecting. A lot of statues not in their original design or were renovated with modern materials to reflect the idea of what it would have looked like when first being made.

Bibi was so helpful, telling us all about the artists and even taking the time to look up the answer to a specific question I had about them. We were told that the museum displays about one-third of Richardson’s collection at any given time and rotates pieces every year so it would be worth visiting again. They were stealing our boxes, gifts, etc even with us standing right there. The parking is awful. We were not allowed to park in front of the venue without paying $80. We had to park nearly a mile a way hauling in all the decorations and equipment. They do not make it easy, smooth, there is no help, and the whole process was overwhelming and stressful.
