The Fort Worth Stockyards is a historic district in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas, and a testament to the state's livestock industry. This 98-acre area was once a major stop for cattle drovers heading up the Chisholm Trail. Today, it celebrates this tradition with attractions like championship rodeos, Longhorn cattle drives, gunslinger shows, and stagecoach rides. Visitors can explore old buildings with Mexican-style architecture and enjoy shopping at handicraft and painting shops.
The Fort Worth Stockyards is one of those rare places where history, culture, and entertainment blend seamlessly, and my visit there was nothing short of memorable. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted by an atmosphere that celebrates Texas heritage while offering modern comforts and attractions for today’s visitors. One of the first things that caught my eye was the vibrant outdoor setup, especially the colorful ribbons tied across the trees. They gave the area a festive and lively feel, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Beneath the shade, patio umbrellas marked with restaurant names created a laid-back environment where people could enjoy food, drinks, and good conversation. As I walked deeper into the Stockyards, I couldn’t help but admire the rustic charm of the Second Rodeo Brewing Co.. The huge brewing tanks, red-brick walls, and open-air alleyway with cobblestone flooring gave the place an industrial yet authentic Texas feel. It felt like history had been carefully preserved while still being adapted into a modern hangout spot. The sculptures and artwork scattered throughout the Stockyards added another layer of charm. The life-sized horse statues stood proudly, reminding visitors of the cowboy and ranching roots of Fort Worth. Nearby, the dynamic bull-riding monument captured the energy and bravery of rodeo life, creating one of the most iconic photo opportunities in the entire area.Food and shopping options are abundant, and the signage wall makes it clear that there’s something for everyone. From local favorites like Biscuit Bar and Tannahill’s Tavern to well-known spots like Shake Shack, you can find everything from hearty Texas meals to quick casual bites. Shops like Lucchese Bootmaker and Ariat keep the Western spirit alive, offering authentic cowboy boots and apparel. Whether you’re in the mood for fine dining, casual drinks, or live music, the Stockyards has it all.The heart of the area, Stockyards Station, ties everything together. With its historic architecture, water fountain, and the famous Stockyards Station archway over the street, it feels like stepping back into a different era while still enjoying the liveliness of modern Fort Worth.Overall, the Fort Worth Stockyards is more than just a tourist attraction it’s an experience. It beautifully combines history, entertainment, food, shopping, and art into one destination. Whether you’re a local looking for a weekend outing or a traveler eager to soak in Texan culture, the Stockyards is a must-visit spot that captures the true spirit of Fort Worth.😎😎😎😌

As a destination, it's a very cool place. The buildings and atmosphere are truly amazing. The restaurants are great, and the buildings really look the part. But things are quite touristy; only a few shops have authentic feel to the western goods they sell. Most are of the t-shirts and trinkets variety, although there are boots galore and a fair array of hats for sale, and the tiniest bit of tack. One excellent furniture store. Terrific place to see urban "woo!" girls in shorts and boots falling out of their tops; it's easy to imagine this is a Bachelorette destination. Pricing varies from cheap tourist trash to woah, pardner, I left the Platinum card in my other pants. If like to have seen more local craftsmen but I think that's true for me everywhere I go. $30 to park ensures you don't just drop in for an hour, the place is a commitment best spread over the chunk of a day. Glad we went, hope my son takes his family some day, not sure I'll be back for a couple of decades but sure enjoyed it once.

As someone who lived in Fort Worth, the Stockyards isn’t my go-to place to hang out, but if you’re visiting or looking for something unique, I cannot recommend it more! First, of course, the history is so interesting and the area is such a good representation of the Western/Texan style while being modernized. It is largely a shopping center with bars and restaurants. If you’re visiting Fort Worth, DEFINITELY take some hours to explore! There’s some good food, Texan-owned businesses, fun stores to check out, unique bars, and more! Definitely spend some time on the street to check out the longhorns and enjoy the people watching! Definitely stop into Billybob’s! Enjoy!

Well worth the visit! Lots of shopping and plenty of great restaurants to choose from. We had lunch at Provender Hall. Sat upstairs (you have to be able to climb the stairs.) Great atmosphere, awesome service, and outstanding. Parking can be a challenge. There is valet parking available throughout the area. Free parking is available, and it fills up fast.

Great place to take the entire family and could easily spend a couple days there and not get bored. We visited a lot of shops and grabbed some food on a Sunday and watched the cattle drive. We had a lot of fun and found some great treasures.

So much can be said about the Stockyards. From the bulls to the bars. Billy Bobs was awesome. We were there mid day so it wasn't busy at all. The night life picked up and we did a little dancing. We will definitely be visiting again 😊

Great place for an adult weekend getaway! We visited the world famous Billy Bob’s for a concert, watched the daily longhorn cattle drive, attended the rodeo and shopped at the stores. Parking in the public lots range $10-$25 a day. Be prepared for a lot of walking.

The wife and I decided that we would bring our teenage daughter and our autistic son here this week along with our ranch hand. Our son just loves the longhorns and the dinosaur shaped water feature. We all had a good time. Great place to visit with the family!! I just wish that the Old Spaghetti Warehouse was still open and running like back in the day!!

Billy Bob's Texas, located on 2520 Rodeo Plaza in Fort Worth, is a renowned country music honky tonk known for its massive size and lively atmosphere. Boasting 30 bars, two stages, and over 100,000 square feet of space, it has earned the title of the "world's largest honky-tonk." The venue features its own bull-riding arena where visitors can witness live bull riding every Friday and Saturday.
This place is enormous. When they say everything is bigger in Texas, it definitely applies to this venue, There were at least two stages that we found, an Armadillo race venue, pool tables, a mechanical bull and the craziest of all a Pro Bull Rodeo arena all INSIDE this place!! The band was fantastic, not just Country, just a whole mix of pop songs. We were there with a group, and they put together a great spread of BBQ food. Delicious. I would definitely go back 👍

I went to Billy Bob’s tonight and had an unforgettable time! The atmosphere was everything you’d expect from a classic Texas honkytonk—Cowboys and cowgirls, pool tables, good food, and that unmistakable Southern charm! I came for the Eric Gales concert, and WOW—he blew the roof off! The music, the energy, the crowd… it was incredible. The venue is spacious yet cozy, and the sound quality was excellent.

We went to see Charles Wesley Godwin and it was amazing. Acoustics were great. The house band did an amazing job warming up the crowd and creating a good dancing atmosphere. This was a filun night. I ate the brisket loaded tater tots and was impressed. Fun date night for sure!

Sold out was insane, shaboozey was great but it was way to packed, everyone was shoulder to shoulder. A poor guy passed out near us. There was lack of security front stage and multiple fights broke out. We left early sadly. Week days are calm dance lessons are great, food is good. I hope in the future they get better air cooling for packed concerts.

My first time to ever visit Billy Bob's this weekend, had a great experience! Don Felder didn't disappoint with an exceptional show!! Definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area!

This is a must do activity on a Friday / weekend evening! Combination of bar, eatery, live music, two step dancing and bull riding all under one roof. It's a huge place. We had a blast! Really enjoyed the loaded tater tots - super delicious! Make sure you watch the bull riding - it's only $6 cash per person.

Glad to have been able to enjoy some live music and delicious eats at the Worlds Largest Honky Tonk! Around every corner is something to stop and grab your attention. There are many photo opportunities here and things to do aside from two stepping and sitting at one of their many bars!

This place has it all! Live bull riding, a store, concert venue, bar, dancing, and plenty of celebrity handprints from Willie Nelson, George Strait and everyone in between.

Coyote Drive-In (Fort Worth)

Drive-in movie theater
Movie theater
Coyote Drive-In in Fort Worth offers a unique entertainment experience with outdoor double features and a large concession area serving local brews. It's a popular spot for families, providing a playground for kids to enjoy before the movie and during intermission. The drive-in also stands out with its full-service restaurant, bowling alley, and video arcade, making it an all-encompassing entertainment destination.
Really great experience for being my first time visiting the Coyote Drive-In Theatre in Fort Worth. The gates open at 6:00pm and the front booth person will guide you to where you to the auditorium where the movie will be showing (color coded auditoriums.) The front booth employee was welcoming and gave me a laugh! I recommend going here early so you can get the good parking spot. I came here 3 hours ahead to experience the place and walk around (retro gaming booths, outdoor games, dog park, & food trucks), nice place to enjoy the outdoors while watching the Fort Worth city landscape. To listen to the movie you’ll need to tune into radio station FM 103.5 (auditorium 2.) Buy ticket online and present at ticket booth for scanning, it’ll help make the process smooth from arriving to heading to the auditorium. Parking did get packed closer to movie time and spots were being taken quickly. So I recommend going earlier than the recommended 90 minutes (for good parking.) Remember to turn off your headlights, break lights, and any lamps that can be distracting and/blocking the cars around you. Restrooms were very very clean and there’s a fan to keep the place cool.

Awesome spot. Amazing views of the city at night. Very family oriented. Clean restroom area. They rent radios but we brought our own ( who wants to leave their car on for 2+ hours? ) Only complaint is that the screen is not very bright. Even with zero sunlight and totally dark out – night scenes are basically not watchable. That's the only reason why I deduct a star. But other than that we will continue to bring our family here!
Zachary E — Google review
Took my son to see Elio and it wasn't a bad experience. The staff was professional, they have a little play area for the kids and a live performance until the movie got started. The set up was different a screen in front and a screen in the back and everyone was respectful with their headlights so didn't have a problem on this day. I plan on visiting again in the future.
T M — Google review
The experience is great. Fun things for the kids to do while waiting for the movie. The food is good and reasonably priced. The crowd was polite. The view is great. Glad Fort Worth has been able to keep it going.
Rad D — Google review
Coyote Drive-In delivers the classic drive-in experience with modern comfort. The setup is smooth from the moment you arrive. Parking is well organized. Staff guide you in with clear directions, so you get a perfect view of the screen. The audio through the radio is sharp and clean, making every line of the film easy to hear. The screens are bright and clear, even after sunset. Picture quality holds up without distortion. You enjoy the film without distractions. The concession stand is a highlight. Fresh popcorn, solid pizza, cold drinks, and fair prices. The food arrives fast, even on busy nights. The outdoor seating area near the stand adds a relaxed, social atmosphere. The place is spotless. Bathrooms are clean. Trash is picked up regularly. It’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining the space. The pricing is strong value. You get a double feature for less than most single movie tickets in theaters. Families, couples, and groups all fit in easily. The vibe is laid-back and fun. You can stay in your car or set up chairs outside without any pressure. Five stars for smooth operations, excellent picture quality, great food, and a setting that brings movie nights to life.
Ender B — Google review
Excellent place, you'll find food, entertainment for kids, and excellent movies to come with the family and enjoy a movie outdoors. I really recommend this place.
Perez M — Google review
09/06/2025 Fantastic Four Popcorn, cheeseburger/fries, drinks This experience was amazing! The setup was wonderful, technology was perfect and worked flawlessly, and everything about the concessions area was next level great! The only issue we had was our kid wanted a snow cone and that specific booth was closed. The food was good however our only suggestion would be to add more butter. Summary: What a great experience!! Thank you and we will be back!!

The Fort Worth Water Gardens is a serene urban park designed by architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee, offering 4.3 acres of waterfalls, pools, and fountains. This tranquil oasis features various water features including the Aerating Pool (Dancing Pool), Quiet Pool, and Active Pool. Visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the walkways and terraces or simply relax by the pools.
Cool spot to check out if you're in downtown Fort Worth. The Water Gardens are a mix of fountains and modern concrete design definitely a different vibe from your typical city park. The main waterfall area is fun to walk down into, and there’s a quiet pool if you just want to sit and chill for a bit. It's free, open to the public, and not usually too crowded. Not a place I’d go way out of my way for, but a nice stop if you’re already nearby or looking for a peaceful break in the city.
Blayz B — Google review
The Fort Worth Water Gardens are a unique spot with some stunning features, like the beautiful trees, striking rock wall “mountains,” and the impressive fountains. The active water features are mesmerizing to watch and really set the gardens apart. That said, it can get pretty crowded, which makes it harder to fully enjoy the space, and there’s a bit of an odor near the first pool when you walk down the steps. The gardens can also feel a little less inviting at night, as there are often homeless individuals around. Overall, it’s worth visiting during the day to appreciate the fountains, design, and natural beauty.
Natasha C — Google review
We were a group of 5 and visited the Fort Worth Water Gardens on a Friday night. We really loved it! It’s a simple place, not too much to explore, but peaceful and calming. You can enjoy the view from the top or walk down the steps to hear the sound of the water. Sometimes, all you need is a quiet and relaxing spot and this place is perfect for that. Street parking is free after 6 PM on weekends, but on regular days, it's paid.
Sandy1501 V — Google review
It is absolutely beautiful but a good portion of the fountain was not working. You can you see my pictures a lot of the white portions are just staining on the rocks not actual water coming down. Kind of ruined the aesthetic. :/ hopefully they get it fixed soon because it is a very relaxing and calming environment. They don't want you climbing on all of the features that don't have water, even though it's impossible to keep kids off, of but the portion with a scary descent with no handrails into the water feature is encouraged. Confused:/
Carin J — Google review
We had planned to go there many days ago, but couldn't manage our time. Finally, when we did visit, the mesmerizing view of the fantastic water garden was a source of mental peace. Many people were there, enjoying the beauty of the waterfall, the calm garden, and the small artificial mountains. We truly loved our time there.

Truly a wonderful experience, a must visit destination if you are in Fort Worth area. Stepping inside the Water Gardens, especially the Quite Pool; it is quite an amazing place as if you are not even in the bustling city with the turquoise water and beautiful redwoods.
Hang P — Google review
I felt like I was super Mario as we descended down into the depths of the Active Water Pool, one of multiple water art exhibits found at the Ft Worth water gardens. When you visit, imagine the music of the first level of Super Mario Brothers. If you really want to make it authentic, try and hop between each step (actually no don’t try that). In all seriousness though, my wife and I enjoyed our quick visit to this spot before a show at the Bass music hall. We wanted to see some local attractions and outdoor gardens and those types of things that were free in the area before getting dinner. We enjoyed seeing it.
David T — Google review
Place is entirely free with good vibes.Quite a little crowd but not too crowded. Not really place sit and chill per se. No covered shades fir when it rains of the sun is too much but the sight and aesthetics are good to see.

Nestled in the vibrant Cultural District of Fort Worth, the Will Rogers Memorial Center is a historic 85-acre complex that serves as a hub for entertainment, sports, and livestock events. Named after the beloved American humorist Will Rogers, this venue draws over two million visitors annually. The center showcases stunning Art Deco architecture with its iconic 208-foot tower and two main structures: a coliseum and an auditorium adorned with beautiful tile mosaics celebrating Texas history.
I was at the amon Carter exhibit hall. Part of the campus. The zest fest fiery foods convention was held there. The staff i talked to was real nice and the facility was setup nicely. Clean bathroom,s and area. Easy access to the highway for travel.

Parking is ATROCIOUS and NOT disability friendly! Went to an event on 3/15/25 and was told the parking lot outside the Cattle Barns where the event was held was full. I am disabled, so I asked if it was closed even for handicapped parking and was told yes. Was then redirected across the street to that lot. Again asked about handicapped parking, and was told if there were any open, we'd see them. That lot didn't have ANY handicapped parking that I saw, and it was an extremely far walk from that lot to the Cattle Barns. Worse, we passed MULTIPLE open handicapped parking spaces in amongst the scattered horse trailers and such parked every which way. And yes, they were parked over other handicapped spaces, which is illegal if they do not have handicapped plates and/or placards. Why do horse/cattle trailers need this upfront parking, when it should be open for disabled patrons? And why can these trailers park across multiple spots seemingly in any direction they want, including in the aisles? (see photo) Events held at the center have no control over the parking situation. This is Will Rogers Center itself. I've included pictures of the open spots denied to me, and in the one with the arrow, I'm standing at the back of my vehicle in the lot we were made to park in, and that arrow is pointing to the building the event was in. To make disabled patrons walk/wheelchair this far, *especially* when they have handicapped permits and handicapped spots are clearly marked in that lot is appalling. It made me want to turn around and go home, but I'd driven an hour to get to the event. I can only imagine how many other disabled people had to weigh that option themselves, and that's customers these events are possibly missing out on. AND we're paying $12 for parking, it's not like it's free. So if you're disabled and going to Will Rogers for an event, be aware you may have to walk way farther than you planned, all while passing handicapped spots you could have and SHOULD have been able to utilize.

We went to my granddaughters recital and it’s so fun! It’s a great venue with lots of space and great sound.
Sonia C — Google review
Always love visiting this venue. It is such an intimate setting for concerts. The sound is great! We sat in the balcony. Okay, let's talk seating -- which is the reason for the 3-star rating. If you're short and 120 pounds, you'll be comfortable in the seating; if you're not, bring some Vaseline and a crowbar because you'll need it to get in and out of the seats. My seat neighbor was alllll in my personal space, and I was in his. Wider seats and more personal space would greatly enhance the consumer experience. Great security presence. They were around if needed, but not in a way that was intrusive of the experience. Leaving the concert, there was only ONE GATE open for all patrons of this sold-out show to exit (from the auditorium to the parking lots). Can we please re-think this exit strategy? Overall, it was a good experience.

Nestled in Mule Alley, The Biscuit Bar takes classic comfort foods like biscuits and tater tots to a whole new level. While they do offer salads, the real highlights are their sweet Southern-style biscuits made from scratch daily. Founded by Jake and Janie Burkett in 2018, this cozy spot perfectly complements the Stockyards vibe.
What a great restaurant concept nestled in the center of the bustling Stockyards! This place is always busy because everything here is so good! The biscuits are so light and flaky and buttery. I truly think I could eat a dozen. My children especially enjoy the loaded tots. Highly recommend. There is something for everyone here!

Visited- February 13, 2025 (10-1030a) We traveled to Ft. Worth for a Gymnastics meet and stayed at the Hyatt Place Ft. Worth Stockyards, so we were in the middle of the Stockyards. Perfect location. The hotel had a list of restaurants and Biscuit Barn was one of them. It was very cold, but it was in walking distance of the hotel. We started walking in the direction we thought the restaurant was located, but it wasn't. I called and the girl on the phone was very short and acted as though she did not care to help. I told her that we were from out of town and were not sure about where the restaurant was near. She kept saying they were located in the Stockyards and when I asked what it was near, she said, "I don't know" and then put me on hold. A man got on the phone, no introduction, no helpful tone, just a short "Hello?". I told him we were not from the area and needed help with exactly where they were. He was also very short with me and acted as though it bothered him to be helpful. I even told him the hotel we were staying in. He did mention the horses and asked if I seen them. I told him no and he didn't seem to want to assist any further. We were finally able to get our maps to connect and eventually found it. Upsetting that our hotel was closer than we thought. Food- Bacon Egg & Cheese, Fancy Chicken, Chicken & Not Waffle, Biscuit French Toast and Tots. I did not like that my son's egg popped and it spilled out all over the bag and the other food. None of the biscuits were wrapped all the way. The food was good and plenty for the cost. I would prefer the tots a little more golden and crispy, but overall pretty good. They absolutely need to work on their customer service. Especially being in a "tourist" area and work on keeping the food secured. Especially eggs.

I was excited to check out Biscuit Bar while in town for a Rodeo🐎Show. My family and I arrived right after the lunch rush, so thankfully, no long wait. However, they forgot one of our Biscuit sandwiches. The young lady serving us quickly resolved the issue. I really enjoyed my food, but my family wasn't impressed 🫤 My main reason for the ⭐️⭐️ review is because the following day, after a night at the club, I was craving some more Biscuit Bar. I looked up the hours and it clearly states 2AM. Sadly, that was not the case when we arrived. Lights were off, and doors locked 🔒. Many people were still walking the streets, so they definitely lost out on some sales. I submitted a "Hour of Operation" correction request through Google Maps. So no one else would waste their time like we did... But it was REJECTED 💩 My guess - The employees took it upon themselves to close up shop early, but the owners are not aware 🤔🤨

This was my second time at Edtastic. The first visit was amazing .I loved the decor, the ambience, and the food was great. I’m from Florida and made sure to come back because I had such a good experience. This time, though, it just wasn’t the same. The chicken came out kind of hard, and the service wasn’t very attentive even though it wasn’t busy. The place was still clean and nicely decorated, but overall it didn’t meet the standard of my first visit. I’d still consider coming back because of how great it was the first time , hopefully it was just an off day.

the service was impeccable, the inside is adorable and had such a great atmosphere. the food is truly the most delectable food i have eaten in while. best burger i have had in the dfw metroplex and i am not even being dramatic. if you’re at the stockyards or anywhere near one of their locations, it HAS to be a must stop. no if, ands, or buts. you will MISS out on a spiritual food journey. not too mention the prices are incredible and entirely affordable.

Really delicious food! The sweet biscuits nuggets are a MUST and the Hot Honey Chicken biscuit was fluffy and the chicken wasn’t dry. Worth the stop

Barbecue restaurant
Restaurant
Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que is a classic BBQ joint located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. The flagship may be in Llano, but this barbecue spot is not to be missed. It offers traditional picnic-style seating and an indoor/outdoor patio area. The Llano Room can accommodate up to 250 guests for private events.
We visited Coopers for food before going to Billy Bob’s on Friday night. You walk into the restaurant and are greeted with a grill full of meat and pick out what you want. You then move into the next room where people weigh and prepare your food, as well as choose any additions that you want (like cheese, salads, sides and toppings for the baked potatoes). My partner LOVES BBQ so went a little overboard with the order. We had a pork chop, sirloin steak, ribs, sausage and the chopped beef baked potato. We also grabbed a beer each and the total cost came to $140. Once you have paid you go and find a seat at the giant communal tables. Everything that we ordered was delicious. My other half is still talking about the pork chop (best pork chop has ever had) and it is likely we will revisit before we leave Fort Worth. I really enjoyed the baked potato and liked that they had taken the time to season the skin of the potato itself, really tasty. Would definitely recommend this spot and will visit again.

When my husband and I were in line at Goldee’s BBQ, an older couple recommended that we try this place because there is no wait and they think bbq is better. They were locals so we gave it a try. There is definitely no line so service was quick. We went on a weekday for lunch, so I don’t know what the volume would be like during the weekend. The place is huge with plenty of seat options, all picnic table style. Each table has its own pickle jar, that was my fav. The bread wasn’t made in house, it was straight out of a bag lol. Sauces are self served. The bbq itself is average, I wouldn’t say it’s comparable or better than Goldee’s. It’s a bit better than Springcreek BBQ. Bottom line: It’s a quick fix for BBQ craving in a pinch, but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

The beef rib is the a must try! Juicy, tender, and perfect balance of smoke and flavor. The atmosphere is very interesting too- starting from order the meat from a giant warmer/oven, pick your sides and dessert, and the waiter will hand you a piece of paper as your plate. Self serving soup, onion and pickles. Eating area with college style tables, signs, pictures… I see a few parties over 15 gatherings together eating and laughing, and waiters walking by with smiles to clean the tables. I can feel the free spirit in both the food and the environment. Will definitely come again!

Haven’t quite nailed the smoke flavor in the brisket but they are better than most. Brisket was exceptionally moist and really good. Sausage was good. Jalepeno bacon Mac and cheese was freaking spectacular!! Wife said the beans were great. The people that work there were very friendly and seemed to genuinely be happy they were there. I would rank this in my top five (thus far) in Texas. Highly recommended!! Be sure to sell unneeded body parts before you go because it does cost an arm and a leg.

It’s average BBQ at a fine dining price. It’s good but for 2 people it’s over $100 and the service is nonexistent because you serve yourself. The guy at the BBQ put wash great but the girl at the cash register has a poor attitude at best

Food is tasty, I bought brisket, beef ribs, sausage and cheese, regular sausage, mac and cheese, peach cobbler and Mac and cheese with bacon. Beans are good and come as a complimentary side. Bread, onions, pickles and water are also complimentary. The only reason I give it a 4 on the food is because brisket and beef ribs are way too salty for my taste, but they are still edible tho. I would add more pepper and less salt, but is just me.
Antonio H — Google review
This is my absolute top place for bbq. No one does it better than Texas, and no one does Texas pit bbq better than Cooper's. Get the brisket and get it dipped. Salty, savory beauty with perfectly rendered fat. The Jalapeño sausage and pulled pork are excellent as well. No need for sauce here. Cole slaw, potato salad and jalapeño Mac n cheese are all top notch. You can't beat the blackberry cobbler either. And to top it off, all the long tables and benches, and the outdoor seating just brings home that Texas ranch feel. I miss having this so close to me. Don't change a thing!

Coopers is right across the little street from Billy Bob's. Parking is $10 for the day . ( like 24 hour day ). Way cheaper than most others that can go up to $29 . When you enter Coopers , there is a large long grill with all their bar b que and you tell them what you want . They cut it how thick or whatever . Beef, pork, chicken . Everything is separately priced and packaged . So Cole slaw, potatoes salad, cobbler - in its own little container . Once you check out , there is a large vat of beans , sides of pickles and bread . On the tables in gallon plastic jars are jalapenos for your convenience . Seating is bench style . Long and low so you have to be able to swing your legs over them lol . Fountain drinks and tea are self serve . This is a great place to meet before or after you visit the stockyards . Expect to pay between $20 to $30 a person.

Steak house
Bar
H3 Ranch, located in the heart of Fort Worth's Historic Stockyard District, is widely regarded as one of the top steakhouses in the greater DFW area. The restaurant offers a rustic dining experience with old-school Western decor and serves up hefty plates of steak, ribs, and rainbow trout. Known for their wood-fired steaks basted in signature sauces like chipotle, barbecue, or teriyaki, H3 Ranch also offers a variety of succulent seafood options.
A very good meal at a good price. This place has a great atmosphere. Loved the look of the saddles for bar stools, the kitchen has an open Woodfire grill that you can see from the dining room. We were sat quickly. Our server was very polite and friendly, answering any of my wife's questions on menu recommendations. Our steaks were cooked perfectly.

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. We didn’t have a reservation but we were able to get seated straight away. The service was prompt and we quickly put in our drink orders (a mango & pineapple margarita for me and a beer for my other half). The margarita was a little sweeter than I was expecting, and didn’t seem like it had much tequila in it, but it was nice enough. We then put in our food orders; I went for the catfish (with spinach as my side as I had seen good reviews of this) and my partner had the chicken fried steak. Food arrived quickly but my dish was extremely disappointing. The catfish had no flavour at all (even after putting lemon, salt and pepper on it) and I would say it is the worst catfish I have ever had. The spinach came with some sort of gravy/cheese sauce and I really didn’t like this either, my partner did eat it though so I think my dislike of this is more personal preference. My partners dish was great though (he said it was the best chicken fried steak he has had) and the fries were awesome (they could have used some of the seasoning on the fries in the catfish dish). If you are just looking for a casual lunch spot, with large portions, then this place would be fine. I probably wouldn’t return though as I think there are better spots in the area. Total bill, including tax and tip, came to c$80 which we thought was reasonable.

Great spot to grab some BBQ and truly indulge yourself in some Texas Hospitality. Steaks & Ribs are great but my absolute favorite are the tortilla chips with both wood roasted salsa & poblanos con queso. The attention of the staff is also great, I once had a meal removed from the bill because the waitress felt it took too long to be prepared. Must-visit when in the stockyards!

We had a great time having dinner here. Love the steak and my favorite baked potato 🥔. We really enjoy our family time and really like the Texan vibe here. It was also affordable and very nice and friendly servers. We live just 10 mins away but really it was a first time dinning here. Highly suggest and would love to go back again. Thank you for your best food and service🙏🙏

You normally can’t make a reservation for here. We normally wait at the hotel next door & get drinks from the bar during our wait. We used to love this place & come here for my mom’s birthday every year, but it seems like it gets worse every time we come. We sat down and the waitress didn’t ask if we wanted any appetizers & only asked 2/5 of us if we wanted water. She came back & took the drinks we ordered from the bar & didn’t ask if we wanted refills on any of them. We ate all the bread she gave us & she never asked if we needed anymore. When we received our food, 3/5 of us got baked potatoes but only 1 of us was asked if we wanted filling (cheese, sour cream, chives). You can see in the picture below that I didn’t get any. When we ordered desert, she took all of our plates & only gave us extra spoons. Only after we finished the dessert did she ask if we wanted any drinks. We ordered our drinks & she gave them to us in to go cups after clearly wanting us to leave. Note to be careful ordering your steaks because the ones pictured were ordered as medium rare. They tend to have very rare steaks here. Prime rib is a definite go to if they have it, but they always seem to be out. They were out of about 5 menu items during our most recent visit. Don’t know if we’ll be coming back next year or anytime soon. This was a huge let down and the service is not worth the price we paid for food here.

Pretty nice place, loved the decoration, atmosphere, etc. I really liked the food however was a bit disappointed by the size of the cup of soup, saw old pics I guess and it seemed like bigger and when I got it it was tiny so yeah just be aware of the size. My cocktail was also ok, nothing extraordinary, think I rather have a beer next time 😉 I also had to wait around 10 min , but you can wait at the bar.

Taco Heads, a beloved taco joint in Fort Worth, was initially a food truck but now has two permanent locations. Founded by Sarah Castillo, the restaurant offers an array of mouthwatering tacos and other Mexican delights. The menu includes beer-braised carnitas, pork with grilled onions and queso fresco, as well as breakfast options. The establishment prides itself on using local and sustainable ingredients for its simple yet delicious offerings.
Great spot for a casual bite to eat! The seating was mainly outdoors and clean/comfortable. The tacos were promptly served and I highly recommend the brisket tacos. Ended with the churros which were excellent! Servers were attentive and very friendly.

This place was overall great!! The wait was more than I would have liked, but the tacos were really good!! Even though it was hot outside, the covered seating area made it worth sitting outside! I live the atmosphere and the food. The drink was quite strong so beware!! Hahaha will be back!! I

Went in on a Sunday night, about an hour before closing. The restaurant looked a bit disheveled and messy. Patio was big and on cooler days its probably great. The indoor eating space was messy with very random decorations. First off, customer service was poor, the waitress, despite only having 1 other table, was slow and seemed confused. When asked for a frozen margarita we were told that the machine was already turned off but they could put it on the rocks for us. The margarita was horrible, tasted like pickel juice. The breakfast tacos were great but choices were very limited. The last thing to mention which is super important, is that the bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper. To sum it all up, food was good but customer service and atmosphere could be better.

Cyrus was my waiter and he did an excellent job. Very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall a cool guy who was easy to talk to. The place was not busy as it was a random Wednesday evening on a hot day. The patio looked great but I just sat at the bar which was a nice and cozy spot. I had the loaded nachos and a Texas Best margarita. The steak nachos were huge and the guacamole was a very generous portion. I would say 4 people could split it easy. The marg was good and strong. Happy hour made the whole thing very affordable with $2 off the drink and another discount on the appetizer (maybe up to half off, I’m not sure). This is a solid place that I’d love to come back to especially when it is cooler outside.

The food is great! There are amazing flavor combos for both meat and vegetarian options. There are plenty of drink options, and I suggest the Pineapple & Jalapeño Margarita. Located in the Cultural District of Down Town Fort Worth. With its indoor and outdoor seating and quick service, it's perfect for a lunch break or a weekend hang.

Great food, and great service! The waiter gave me free queso for waiting to be served (which really wasn’t a long wait at all). Really enjoyed the chips, salsa, and queso. Salsa is on the smoky/mild side, and chips have Tajin sprinkled on them. Had the Crispy beef taco, and blackened chicken. Enjoyed the blackened chicken the most! Weather was perfect for sitting on the outdoor patio area.
Abigail S — Google review
I went there around 11 am on a Friday. The weather was beautiful and the patio here is great for outdoor seating. The place quickly filled up and the one waiter was overwhelmed quite quickly. So I get that with the service. However, the majority of my tacos were terrible. First, I wanted breakfast, which a sign said was served all day. Never offered that menu. Secondly, the meats were dry and I could barely choke it down. Didn't get any cilantro or lime for the tacos. Didn't get any pineapple that was supposed to be on one of them. I was hungry, so I ate them, but I did not enjoy this food. The green sauce also tasted like it was spoiled. Overall, I would have been better off going to Velvet Taco.

The Fort Worth Zoo is a renowned attraction that is home to over 7,000 animals from more than 650 species around the world. It has been welcoming visitors for over a century and boasts a diverse range of creatures, including elephants, tigers, lemurs, and even a giant panda. The zoo offers interactive activities such as a petting enclosure, rock climbing wall, hurricane simulator, and a miniature train ride.
The Fort Worth Zoo is honestly one of the best zoos I’ve been to in Texas. The layout is super easy to follow, there’s a ton of animals, and the elephant exhibit really stood out, it’s probably the most well-designed one I’ve seen. You can get really close, and they have so much room to roam. There is a lot of walking though, so definitely wear comfy shoes. The good news is, most of the paths are shaded, and there are plenty of spots to sit, grab drinks, or get snacks. They even have misters set up in a few spots, which felt amazing in the heat. I went on a Friday around 10am, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Parking was super easy, just $5, and the lot is huge. Getting in was quick, and everyone working there was really nice. I liked that they mixed indoor and outdoor exhibits, so it felt comfortable the whole time. We didn’t ride the little zoo train, but you could hear it going by, which added a fun touch. Food-wise, there were a few chains and a café, nothing fancy, but decent for grabbing a bite. The only bummer was the ice cream shop was closed when we went. The splash pad was a nice surprise too. It’s small, but perfect for kids to cool off, and there are tables and chairs around it so parents can sit back and relax. Overall, the Fort Worth Zoo is definitely worth a visit. It’s fun, affordable, and there’s something for everyone.

Wow this zoo was amazing and clean, we spent 5 hours walking around looking at all the animals. Very well kept and maintained. Food choices are okay and prices are good. Loved seeing how many animals were out. Price for admission is right on in my opinion. There is plenty of shade and lots of places to sit and relax along the way.

I have been to zoos across America and this by far is the best I’ve been to. Clean, thoughtfully laid out with misting and covered areas that blend in with the environment for you to view the animals. The food was really good and not expensive. So many options also. Now let’s talk animals. Other zoos I’ve been to have their animals in small spaces and you can tell they’re under distress. The animals here are vibrant and healthy! They are so fun to watch. The babies are adorable 🥰 My son and I had the best time here yesterday. I live 2 hours away but am going to get a membership because it’s just that great of a place. Well done to the owners!

This zoo is worth visiting. It has a lot to offer. The theming throughout the zoo makes it really nice. It is clean with lots of paths and lots of plants. We live in Dallas, but it is really worth the drive all the way across time. We really enjoyed the barn play area as well. It has a nice slide and lots of entertaining activities. One thing to keep in mind is that if you go on the weekend parking is absolutely crazy. We actually parked outside the zoo and walked to the zoo. We will definitely be back soon
Ruth B — Google review
As someone who hasn't been to the zoo or aquarium in decades this was a fun experience to be able to visit. Much better zoo than the Los Angeles zoo I went to when I was a kid not knocking the other one. Great prices for food and entry very shaded almost didn't need sunblock. Bring your kids bring your wife Heck bring your girlfriend just not both at the same time it'll be fun.
Philly F — Google review
I know there are a lot of people who don't like zoos because they think that animals are mistreated or that they were taken out of their natural habitat. I respect that. But within that perspective of people, the animals look very clean, the area is clean, the water of the elephants is spectacular, and I would like to recommend it. I Love it!!
Jannette V — Google review
One of the better zoos I’ve visited in Texas! The Fort Worth Zoo has a great layout, a wide range of animals, and some standout exhibits—especially the elephant exhibit, which is one of the most thoughtfully designed I’ve seen. You can get surprisingly close, and the space they have to roam is impressive. I went on a Wednesday, which is Half-Price Day—only $10 for adults, which is a great value. Just keep in mind, this also means the zoo is packed with school field trips. There were dozens of school buses and crowds of kids throughout the park. It’s still doable, but if you're looking for a quiet experience, you might want to choose a different day. There’s a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. The paths are shaded in many areas, and there are plenty of places to sit, grab drinks, or stop for snacks. They also have misters set up in a few places, which was a nice touch in the heat. Parking is $5 and there’s a large lot with plenty of space, even on busy days. Entry was smooth and well organized, and the staff were friendly. Overall, Fort Worth Zoo is worth a visit, especially for families or animal lovers. Just time your visit carefully if you want to avoid big crowds.

Ol' South Pancake House is a classic diner that has been a staple in Fort Worth since 1962. This family-owned restaurant is open 24/7, offering traditional breakfast dishes and hearty American lunch and dinner options. With over 40,000 pancakes served annually, their famous German pancakes are a must-try. In addition to breakfast fare, they also serve steak and chicken dinners, delectable desserts, appetizers, salads, and burgers.
This was a great place to eat! Our waitress was great and so was the food! I got the French toast, fried eggs and bacon and it was delish. I tasted their famous German pancake with strawberries and it was so good, she added the toppings and folded it up at the table. Others with me got the chicken fried steak, the omelet with pancakes and the steak and eggs and they were very happy with their choices. We will definitely eat here again.

We got served by a robot which was such a fun and unexpected surprise! It definitely added a cool, futuristic twist to our dining experience. Our human server was also incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The food was really good overall, and I have to say, they serve some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had super fluffy and extremely sweet, just the way I like them. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and looking for something both tasty and unique!

After all that kayaking, it was time for us to get out grub on. The Ol South Pancakehouse 62 was recommended to us. When we arrived the parking lot was plumb full as well as the restaurant. We were promptly greeted by the hostesses Ms. Suzie with, a big smile and a "hello my love", and asked booth or table. She is truly awesome. Our server was Ms. Nayela, with a quick smile, and warm greeting. She served us our water, and a cup of coffee. We started with the Tater Kegs stuffed with cheese. My wife had the classic senior breakfast w/slice of bacon, and English muffin for $7.99, I had senior crispy chicken breast with two sides mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese for $8.99, and my daughter the grilled chicken club sandwich with krincle fries $11.99. We also had one apple, pecan and strawberry mini pies @$5.99 each. This was the first time here and this restaurant ran like a well oiled machine. Every staff member working here appear to live their job and it showed in their face. For an older established restaurant it was very clean, neat and well organized. I don't know when I will visit again since I am rarely on this side of town. Please come and visit them.

I have been coming here for years and have never once been disappointed. From the hostesses, wait staff, and check out to every random employee that pops by just to check up or say Hi, the service is friendly and helpful from beginning to end. This is one of the few places I have no problem waiting for a table no matter how long it takes. 9am, 2pm, 10pm, 3am? I’ve come at all hours of the day and have had superb service every single time. Finding a place, in this day and age, with this type of reputation and integrity is truly phenomenal. And that’s not even to mention the food! I’ve never had anything that wasn’t below delicious! I will continue to come here with my family and friends for years to come.

Trinity Park, located in Fort Worth, is a 252-acre public park nestled along the Trinity River. The park features a pond, fishing pier, playgrounds, and trails for visitors to enjoy. Its expansive green spaces and scenic river views make it an ideal location for romantic proposals or simply unwinding amidst nature. Despite being situated in the heart of the city, Trinity Park offers secluded spots where one can find privacy away from urban hustle and bustle.
This is a beautiful park with lots of activities and areas to just enjoy nature. The walking path or track is long but very level. The duck pond is a great attraction and the dam adds additional uniqueness to the park. There are lots of shaded areas and open spaces to enjoy.

Fast food restaurant
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a fast-food chain that specializes in fried chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries & Texas toast. The food is fresh and the price is great, but they currently do not have any sauce options.
It was crowded but the food was freshly made. I took longer to get the drink when my order was ready. I was really hungry which made my day better because I didn’t have to wait that long. This was around 6:40 pm.
Biónica — Google review
I ordered a Box Combo ($12) and subbed slaw for extra toast and got an extra sauce. The chicken tenders are so small that you might have to start calling them chicken nuggets. The fries were not very crispy and they definitely skimped on the portions too. It looks like I got a half portion of fries. The sauce is amazing per usual, and the toast was pretty good too. My biggest complaint is that the portion sizes have significantly decreased as compared to the past.
Andy L — Google review
Says they're open till 2 including the door I showed up at one and they parked a car in the drive thru to keep customers from pulling through. I tried calling before coming and they answered then hung up. So disrespectful. I got off my own job later than intended and just wanted some hot good food.
Shannea F — Google review
My Box combos were made incorrect. Soggy fries, coleslaw when I subbed for another side. They don't care about you. Paid 29.18 for it. I called and Andrea said they would happily remake the order. Then I show up and Nelson in a deep voice says no I'm the manager. You gotta pay up. Why lie to your customers after you mess up an order when you only serve like 3 things on the menu lol sad service. Doesn't know how to run a business. Good luck.
Larry W — Google review
First time trying Raising Canes, it was pretty gross. Extremely greasy chicken. We didn't even eat 1 whole chicken finger. Will definitely not try it again. Service was great, very friendly employees.
Crystal Y — Google review
The lady that was working today acted racists. She saw me come to the counter to order food look at me and kept going like I didn't even exist. I waited for a few minutes to see if she was going to take my order and she still didn't then when I saw a manager and asked if I could place a order. He act like he didn't even want to. After I ask him then the lady said I can take your order. Out of all the canes I go to this is the worse one. I will not spend another dollar at this place. Most canes acknowledged you when u walk through the door and if they are busy they will say I will be with you in a minute. This one wasn't even busy I was the only one at the counter and she saw me and act like I wasn't there. Ridiculous shame on people
Kendra W — Google review
This Raising Cane’s has the same straightforward menu the chain is known for, but what you notice here is how much the chicken quality shines. Every visit the tenders come out hot, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The flavor has never missed, and it is one of the most consistent fast food items around. The box combo is the go-to, and I usually swap the coleslaw for extra fries or toast. Both are solid sides, and they complete the meal without overcomplicating it. The fries sometimes vary in crispiness depending on the time of day, but they still taste good. Service here is usually quick, though there are times when the drive-thru can slow down during peak hours. Staff members are polite and keep things moving, which is all you can ask for in a busy Cane’s. The inside is clean enough, though most people seem to use the drive-thru. Cane’s sauce continues to be the star of the show, though the portion never feels like quite enough. I almost always add an extra container just to enjoy every bite the way it should be. Prices are a little higher than they used to be, but the quality of the chicken justifies the stop. This Cane’s is reliable and worth returning to.
Dana W — Google review
It gets 4 stars because of the chewy tendons in the tenders. Other than that everything else is good. Oh, and it's not just this location.

American restaurant
HG Sply Co. in Fort Worth is a popular spot known for its emphasis on healthy eating without sacrificing fun. Located on the Trinity River, this restaurant offers a menu packed with well-sourced ingredients and minimally processed food. The venue boasts a lively rooftop patio overlooking the river, making it an ideal place to enjoy clean but boozy brunches or meals with friends.
We have been here a NUMBER (10+) of times. Brought several guests to share with, and have had the best experience every times. We have been here with our son, and alone for date night, and it’s been amazing each time. Julie was our waitress on this particular visit, but each waiter we have had has been wonderful. Each area of the restaurant gives a different vibe, yet much the same. This is the ONLY restaurant that we clear plates each and every time. And we eat something different frequently. The bar staff is amazing, the management is great, and the CLEAN food is worth the money. 10/10 recommend. We also had the pleasure of attending our second the sunset toast, and this time was to celebrate the engagement of an employee. What a treat! Thank you HG Supply for including us in your happiness, and consistently providing an amazing dining experience. We will be back, of course! The Parsley Family

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re in Fort Worth and looking for a place that nails both vibe and flavor, look no further than HG Sply Co. This place absolutely delivers—from the atmosphere to the food to the drinks, everything was spot-on. First off, let’s talk drinks. Their cocktail menu is creative, fresh, and loaded with flavor. Whether you’re into bold and boozy or light and refreshing, there’s something here for everyone. Best cocktails I’ve had in Fort Worth—perfectly balanced and dangerously drinkable. But the real star of the show? The Bison Burger. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, this thing is a game-changer. It’s hearty without being heavy, and the toppings just bring it all together in the most satisfying way. You can tell they use quality ingredients and actually care about how the food comes out. The service was friendly, fast, and just the right amount of laid-back. Combine that with the killer views and upbeat atmosphere, and you’ve got a place that’s ideal for a casual night out, date night, or even a weekend hang with Friends.

Service was great but food was not so good. Two dishes were great including tofu chorizo with jasmine rice & beans as sides and the HG breakfast. But the chicken kale salad & huevos rancheros were so bad we ate 2 bites & were done & we got charged for them. Kale salad had no flavor at all & kale was overdressed, chicken thigh meat had no seasoning & lots of skin/fat. Worst salad I've ever spent $19 on. Huevos rancheros had the weirdest taste. We waited 10 min for server to bring salt/pepper & salsa so food was cold by the time we ate. We were celebrating my 57 Birthday & our first time here. I would like to stop back by HG Supply for Happy Hour. Drink menu looks nice. Dessert was ok, they only have one; a chocholate chip cookie with ice cream on top. I see HG's menu has lots of healthy food with macros listed on menu. I was ask that they keep in mind that healty food can taste fantastic with some seasoning & creative additions. Some honey, lemon & garlic in kale salad wouldve helped alot. On huevos rancheros- some red RACHERO sauce wouldve made it much better and tortillas or chips. Serving it on a plate (not a bowl with sweet potato hash underneath) would've been more appealing & made it easier to eat.

Just off University Drive, a few minutes from the Cultural District, HG Sply Co is easy to get to, with plenty of parking in their multi-level free parking garage. The location is right on the Trinity River, so if it's a nice day, you should go! We are so glad we did. Anyway, we enjoyed sitting indoors and watching the exercising people running the trail along the river. Great sightseeing! The menu features both healthful and indulgent choices, from not-sugary, non-alcoholic fruity drinks to tequila-happy margaritas and more. The meals can be tailored to your choices and if you have food sensitivities, they will work with you. Menu includes salads, appetizers like hummus and queso (but not the average stuff!), beef, chicken, fish, and so many vegetables cooked in the happiest of ways. Maybe that is what the H in their name stands for. The food is fresh, colorful, flavorful. I sure didn't feel any guilt over my meal because it was just what a dietician would advise me to have. Friendly service, patient waitstaff. Easy to pay check by phone or at the table with the server. What a hidden gem!!

I came to HG Sply Co. for brunch for the first time and left thoroughly impressed. The covered patio is perfect for bringing my dog, with a beautiful view overlooking the Trinity River that made the experience even better. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed the avocado hummus with taro chips, vegan queso with chips, and the seared tuna served with broccoli and sweet potatoes—all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The frozen Moscow mule was the perfect refreshing touch. Highly recommend HG Sply Co. for both the atmosphere and the menu, and I’ll definitely be back soon!

My new favorite place! My friends have been telling me to come here, and I don’t know why but I have put it off. Now I have been twice this week. The food portion are huge and they give you so many fries! It’s RARE to find a clean ingredient restaurant that serves NORMAL food. We eat clean in our home, but I still make normal American food, it’s a breath of fresh air to find this place. Will be coming back often. Yes it’s pricey but for the quality and quantity it’s definitely worth it!

We had an amazing lunch at HG Sply Co in Ft Worth. It was my first time & I was so pleasantly suprised. For appetizer we had the deviled avocados.. SO YUMMY! We split a turkey club for our entree. It was delicious as well. We had amazing service by Kailey. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Very friendly team and delicious food. The crispy chicken sandwich was great and glad I could swap the fries for other options. Do recommend asking for some garlic aioli to add to the sandwich, makes it even better! The elderflower mimosa is very refreshing, would have both of these again any next visit. Also, if the temperature is good, ask for a table outside by the trail. Very nice and relaxing.

Rodeo Goat

Hamburger restaurant
Rodeo Goat, located in the West Seventh district of Fort Worth, is a burger joint known for its inventive variations on house-ground burgers and an extensive craft beer lineup. The restaurant's sense of humor is evident in its indulgent approach to burgers, offering creative concoctions that go beyond traditional toppings and condiments. Additionally, Rodeo Goat provides outdoor seating, making it a dog-friendly eatery where patrons can enjoy a tasty meal while their furry companions lounge by their side.
After a long walk at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens, we need to rest and eat something that will fill us up but won't make us too tired for the rest of the day. Just a short walk from the garden, I had written in my travel notes about a place that specializes in hamburgers. We drive to it and take advantage of the large private parking area available to customers. After a few minutes we are already seated with menu in hand. The list of burgers is so tempting that I can't decide what to choose. I ask the waitress for help and decide to order the "Whiskey Burger" (whiskey-infused cheddar, candied bacon, blackberry sauce, lettuce, whole-grain mustard) with a side of "Texas Caviar" and an "IPA" beer to go with it. My wife usually orders a salad and adds chicken to her Caesar salad. The burger is delicious. I cook it according to my own preferences, and the salty and sweet flavors make it very tasty (I could eat a pound of caramelized bacon!!!). The Texas Caviar has the perfect amount of acidity to help cleanse the palate. That's perfect! My wife's Avocado Cesar was hearty and rich with well-cooked chicken and its sauce that tied all the ingredients together (my wife couldn't finish it, and I had to finish it). The service deserves a special mention. The girl who was very nice, smiling, and helpful gave us great advice. The account is completely fine.

First time trying Rodeo Goat and it was great! Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. We ordered the Dad bod Burger, Whiskey Burger, Nanny Goat Burger, and the Cheese Fries Surprise. The Dad bod was yummy with the fried Mac and cheese on top. The whiskey burger was also pretty good. I didn’t get to try the Nanny Goat, but I’m sure that was pretty tasty as well, since all of their burgers are juicy and flavorful. The cheese fries were really cheesy and had good flavor with the chili and brisket on the bottom. A little on the spicy side, if you’re into that. Overall, a really nice place to eat at if you’re looking for good food. Oh and goat balls were also pretty tasty if you’re into Brie on the sweet side.

The Nanny goat burger, and the Chili Cheese fries surprise was excellent! We took a sugar burger to go, and it was excellent too. My daughter and I shared both and it was more than plenty for both of us. The goats stationed around the place are excellent. Lily was quick, very pleasant, and attentive without being annoying, in other words, she provided amazing service! We only had one hour to eat before an event and we spent 40 minutes of that hour with our food. The kitchen staff was fast and the food was great. I recommend the Rodeo Goat to everyone looking for a good burger near the stockyards.

First time here, and it didn’t disappoint! I tried the Bodacious Burger — the patty was nice and juicy, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The jalapeño mayo added a great kick of flavor. I also ordered a side of hand-punched fries, and the portion was big enough for me and my wife to share. I liked that the fries came with both ranch and ketchup. My wife also really enjoyed her burger. We tried their cocktails too — they were a hit! It’s a little on the spendy side, but definitely worth it. We’ll be back!
Chris S — Google review
Cool spot with no wait for lunch which was good. Wasn't horribly busy but seemed like they didn't have enough servers as service was not great. Refills etc were hard to come by as they didn't come back often the burgers were really good and the fries are amazing. Chicken sandwich was ok but think need a bit more seasoning as lacked flavor. But couldn't track down waitress to ask for some more sauce.
Brian G — Google review
Wow wow!!! If you like burgers, GO HERE! The Goat is amazeballz. Our new #1 for burgers, hands down. We didn’t have any trouble with parking but space is limited. There wasn’t a wait and our waitress was welcoming and attentive. Service was so good, quick and accurate. We ate inside and we were able to hear each other to have a conversation, not too loud. The vibe is casual and cool. We will be back. It was a treat.
Amy B — Google review
The name of the restaurant sounded unique and the online menu looked interesting. The restaurant is really dark. My husband had to use the flashlight on his cellphone to read the menu. Everything looked really good, but almost everything on the menu is spicy and I cannot handle spice. It was kinda frustrating. My husband had the Hot Bastard and was disappointed that it wasn't spicy enough for him. My daughter ordered the Nanny Goat burger and liked it. I had the Whiskey Burger and it was ok. Fries and onion rings are an additional purchase - they do not come with the burger. Parking was a nightmare and as we were leaving, I was double checking that I had everything and a guy came up, tapped on the window to ask if we were leaving.
Rachel H — Google review
Me and a friend of 20 years decided to meet up and have lunch. I suggested this place as he has never been. We had a blast. Walked right in and sat at the bar. Was greeted by the bartender immediately as we sat down. She was knowledgeable with great recommendations! The food was amazing and in great portions! The whiskey burger with blackberry compote is the ultimate go to! Try this place out super clean and very welcoming staff!

If you're in the mood for an upscale dining experience, look no further than Eddie V's Prime Seafood. Nestled in the vibrant West 7th area, this elegant fine-dining establishment specializes in a delectable menu that features both fresh seafood and prime steaks. The ambiance is enhanced by live jazz music wafting through the cocktail lounge, making it perfect for a romantic evening or a special celebration with friends.
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is a standout among classic steak and seafood restaurants. The Fort Worth location consistently delivers exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for celebrating special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights, as well as hosting business or leisure guests visiting the area. Despite a bustling atmosphere on certain nights, the staff goes above and beyond to make each guest feel like their table is the top priority. The sophisticated lounge and bar area, complete with live music every evening, adds to the restaurant’s inviting ambiance. I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday card and festive confetti awaiting us at our table. A special thank you to Joel for his kindness—we look forward to returning and enjoying another wonderful experience in your section!

Service and food is impeccable. We made a reservation in lieu of my anniversary and were greeted with a themed decor to celebrate the occasion along with complimentary champagne. I will always recommend oysters as they always have seasonal shells to dab in. Lobster bisque is my top favorite and we tried butter poached lobster mash potatoes and lump crab cakes. Out of this world. We also had a classic surf and turf and even divided it for us. Good look out on details. We will return again for our next occasion. Never disappoints. Keep up the great work.

It was my birthday and I celebrated at Eddie V's. I dined alone but the staff made me feel welcomed. When I arrived at my table there was a happy birthday card on the table.😊I knew that I was in for a good experience. Jennifer was my fantastic server. She did an excellent job of celebrating me and serving food with a smile, and checking to see if I needed anything. The food was absolutely delicious! I had a Ceasars salad, lamb chops, and asparagus. For dessert I had Bananas Foster. Everything was delicious! This was my first time at Eddie V's but it won't be my last. Other members of the staff also stopped by to wish me a happy birthday. Jennifer was the perfect server for a dining alone birthday guest. Thank you for treating me so well on my birthday ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at Eddie V's, and though my husband (an Aussie oyster lover) encountered an issue with a couple of oysters, the way the staff handled it was nothing short of impressive! Massive thanks to everyone who came by our table to express their concern. Your dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference! And let’s not forget the steak and lobster – pure perfection! 🍽️ Excited for round two when we’re back in Fort Worth! If you're in the area, make sure to check them out.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. Our waitress, Sarah, went above and beyond—her exceptional service truly made the night extra special. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh seafood, perfectly cooked steaks, and cocktails that were just as impressive. Everyone in our party was raving about their meals. Thank you, Eddie V’s, for making my birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The first Eddie v’s we went to was on the recommendation from a bell hop from the downtown Hilton in Austin. That was 2009. Have a loyal customer ever since. The brand and the customer service, hospitality, and friendliness are top notch. We haven’t been in to the Fort Worth location in over a year but yet I call and explain it’s my anniversary and that flowers will be arriving for the table. The ladies are extremely helpful and are more than happy to assist. Then from the maitre de to the waitress all night it’s happy Anniversary. Service and experience are what this restaurant and its staff cares about!!!

So here we are again, came here for our anniversary... AND IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT! Wife and I had an amazing time here. Sitting in the area with the Jazz band playing and enjoying a bottle of bubbly. Food was amazing and had no complaints on seasoning, presentation or anything else! Our service was above and beyond and would love to have the same server next time we come. I feel like everytime we come here they keep getting better!
