It was a great experience with Empire Tours and travels in organizing our 7 days Rajasthan trip (Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer). Mr. Sunil is very polite, professional, and a friendly person to interact with. When I shared my requirement with Mr. Sunil, he has helped in incorporating everything that will give us the best travel experience throughput the trip. All the updates, hotel bookings, driver and vehicle details were shared upfront before the schedule. So, I never had to follow-up with him for any of the information. Chose Empire travels for my Rajasthan trip for jodhpur and udaipur. Himmat Singh was my driver and he was very good at his job. Right from his driving skills to his kind interaction, everything was top notch. We are a family of five including one senior citizen and a 2 year old baby. 5. As it's a family trip, we are traveling with 2 small kids, I like the, hotels, driver, vehicle and overall experience.

Thanks to Nitesh ji for making our Rajasthan Trip a memorable one.
We decided to go with Rajasthan travellers after going through the reviews. It was a tough decision as it included another family for a long trip of 9 days. But after lots of discussions with Nitesh we believed in him as he was very supportive and cooperative. He did listen to our requirements and made the arrangements accordingly. After arrival we did have few issues with the rooms provided but he was helpful with that. All the hotels were good except Chandrangan Jaisalmer and the tent house in Sand dunes. The accomodation Kisan residency at Jodhpur was an excellent one which we will cherish forever. We had got new year package in Udaipur hotel which was not worth it. Overall the experience with the Traveller was good. But we did face issues with the driver as he was not supportive and not kid friendly and he did cheat us also for the Jeep Safari in Sand dunes. So please don't depend on drivers for any of the activities as they mislead us.

So I visited the Monsoon Palace recently, and honestly, it’s one of those places that’s more about the view than the palace itself. It’s located on a high hill a bit outside the main city, and once you reach the top, you can literally see all of Udaipur — the lakes, City Palace, and everything else. The view is amazing, especially around sunset or during monsoon when it’s cloudy.
Getting there is a bit of a ride though. The road is quite steep and curvy, and it takes around 15–25 minutes to reach the top if you’re going by car or scooty. The entry fee is ₹170 per person, and they also charge ₹300 for cars and ₹70 for two-wheelers. There’s a cab service from the base too, around ₹120 per person if you don’t want to drive up yourself.
Once you’re at the top, there’s a small parking area, and you have to walk for about 5 minutes to reach the palace. There’s a small café near the palace that sells basic snacks like samosas, puffs, tea, and cold drinks — nothing fancy but it’s good enough if you just want a quick bite or some water.

I visited the Monsoon Palace in Udaipur yesterday and it was great. This is located around 20mins from the city centre and easily accessible using taxis. Entry for foreigners cost INR560 + parking for car on the top cost INR360 and must be bought at the gate. The mountain top location provides amazing views over the lakes and Udaipur which was one of the reasons for the visit. The fort palace is beautiful, well preserved but smaller compared to forts like Amer fort and also hosts a museum. It was a quiet and peaceful visit, highly recommended!

We came across this place on the map and thought it would be a perfect spot to catch the sunrise. Sadly, the sky was cloudy that morning, so we missed it—but honestly, the view was still totally worth it! You can see the whole city from up there, and it’s even visible from Fateh Sagar Lake.

They change bus According to passenger capacity. They put wrong information on apps and charge you more for services but they give no service at all. Paid for SCANIA and provided bharatbenz. No problem in change of bus, but bus hygiene is bad. No WiFi, no infotainment system, no gps to track bus, no conductor for luggage handling. Book this bus and get cheated. Their service person was being rude instead of being apologizing. Bus has front engine so neither silence nor comfort. Very bumpy ride due to bar suspension system.

They are the worst bus service provider..don't ever trust this agency. We were a group of 3 girls traveling from udaipur to ajmer which takes approximately 6 hours...we wanted a comfortable journey so we booked in AC sleeper bus...they took 1500 rupees for a group of three people. For 30 minutes the journey was okay...but after that the driver started taking passengers on the way and the people started taking our seats making our journey pathetic...we tried contacting the owner but he said he didn't know anything and it must be the driver's fault. In short the owner didn't do anything inspite of our repeated calls. It's quite clear that the bus agency are equally responsible as the driver. So my advice is to never opt for this bus agency.

and Mt Abu ending in Udaipur. This driver and car was the best and safest we had on our whole trip in India. Yogendra was easy to work with, checked in on our journey multiple times. When I met him in Udaipur he gave my parents and I a wonderful tour of Udaipur- he knows much about history, has a great demeanor, was kind and flexible with my parents who are in their 80s. I really enjoyed working with Yogendra to schedule all my activities in Udaipur and transfer to Jodhpur via Ranakpur. He is responsive and organized. Om was our driver for two days and he is just fantastic. As far as day trips I highly recommend the unparalleled carvings in Ranakpur. Chittorgarh fort was just okay, a little underwhelming but easy to visit with an elderly as you can drive inside.
Lastly we booked the private boat tour which costs 10x the price of normal public boat tour leaving from the same spot. I didn’t think the private boat tour was worth it at all. The whole trip was less than an hour and you spend 15-20 minutes on Jagmandir. Just go with the public boat tour leaving from the city palace and do the same route. It wasn’t crowded at all. I think I was confusing the palace boat tour with the government boats which did look crowded and had a shorter route.

Very nice person who drove for us. He was nice and understanding. We felt it was a fair price. We were 4 adults and 1 infant. He helped us a lot when we needed hospital visit and was very understanding. He took us from udaipur to jodhpur to Jaisalmer. It was so perfect, he didn't over speed or wasn't rash at all. We had a wonderful time in Rajasthan because of Mr Shivpal. An itinerary was made according to our timeline and shared before we even finalized their services. The guides (Mr Rajesh and Mr Bhupendra) were very knowledgeable and gave a lot of context to all the sites. The drivers also made our trip easier with timely pickups and a few adhoc visits. Their response time is so amazing, once the flight we were scheduled to travel in, got cancelled, they came up with alternative plan within no time. We had a superb trip and things were very well taken care of.
