These have to be book in advance as they have 2 slots 1pm to 8pm and 5pm to midnight. You can have lunch or dinner. We only used this hotel as a day visit for there facilities but from the little time we spent receptionists were very welcoming. Kids club has a soft play in there room and there last activity at 4pm and last entertainment at 10pm ( good time). The decor inside is rocky which is cool. It has a candy floss machine €5 and a few arcade games. We were able to use there pool with slides and a children's water play area. We will definitely come and stay at this hotel next time. The only downfall is that it is located on a hill, coming down is fine but going up is tiring. But good public transport around at the bottom of the hill alot of shops, restaurants and the beach. Overall for our first holiday it was fairly pleasant, we didn’t spend too much time in the hotel as a whole but the time we spent here was okay, definitely has its faults :(

We really enjoyed our holiday. The location was amazing being only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The only negatives we experienced were the evening meals got repetitive after a few days, the lifts can be a nightmare, we were sometimes waiting for 10-15 minutes before we finally got a lift come. A few of the hotel staff were rude but the majority were really helpful and friendly.

Walking distance from everything, close to the beach and market with easy, reasonably priced parking for our hire car. The hotel itself has had a recent refurbishment, it’s lovely, clean and fresh. Both pools are great, we travelled with children ages 5,10,11 and 13, they were safe and secure with enough going on to keep us all entertained. Plenty of sunbeds and close access to the bars. There is an indoor spa which we felt really ripped off paying for; 28euros for four of us to use for one hour. It was freezing and overcrowded, the sauna and steam room were turned off. We thought it would be a special treat, it wasn’t. We mostly enjoyed the food and the serving times, there was always something tasty available. The whole drinks token thing was seriously annoying having to remember to carry them around with you and to guard your drink. I’m sure there’s been many complaints about the lifts, it’s a tall building and something needs to be sorted. We had a teen not long out of hospital so the walk up the stairs was a struggle. I’d actually advise against anyone with reduced mobility staying here for this reason alone. If there were more lifts, it would drastically improve people’s holidays. They told me I had to go down with my token to get some water after telling them how ill I was, waited nearly 2 hours for some clean bedding. We had all inclusive package, drinks ended at 7pm which was fine as we were long gone by then. The hill to walk up and down was a killer but it was fine. The food was ok would say 7 out of 10. Did have a couple of repeat items and sometimes some of the food even though on a hot plate was cold. Staff were AMAZING!!!!!! The only thing I wish someone would have told us was about the Star bar on the beach were you can use your all inclusive bands. We knew about it from the reviews but no one actually told us about it. The music was the same and it was not my taste in music at all. I can stand it but the volume was always to high and when we were in the dinning area they had it blasting in the indoor pool area which was right next door and NO ONE WAS IN THE POOL AREA so there was no need for the music to be like in a club.
