スタンレーパークでサイクリングをした帰りにふらっと立ち寄りましたがとても美味しかったです。スタッフさんが日本人なので日本語もオッケーです。「いらっしゃいませ」の掛け声に心が安まります。メニューは味噌ラーメンを注文しましたが、まるで日本で食べているのかと錯覚するほど日本人好みのさっぱりした味付けです。スタッフさんはとてもフレンドリーで気さくに色々と話してくださるので親近感が湧きます。日本のラーメンを食べたいと言う人にお勧めします。

スタッフは日本人が多く注文も日本語でOK 味は悪くないがメニューの写真との差がある。

日本ではあまり見かけなくなった 山頭火 さんのバンクーバー店。ロブソン通りにあります。 値段もそこまで高くなくほぼ日本と同じ味です。 山頭火と言えば、やはり塩ラーメン。

海外でこの味が食べられるのはとても嬉しい。 値段もバンクーバーでのご飯としては良心的。

1人のサーバーの方がとても不機嫌そうに接客してきてラーメンを楽しめなかった。お会計も始終無言でお礼の言葉も一つも無かった。非常に不愉快でした。早く辞めてください。

見た通りラーメンの量は全然足りない。 むしろチャーシューメシのほうが満足感がある。 サービスは良かったが予約があっても全員が揃わないと入れない。 まぁまぁ中は賑やかでミュージック音量も加えてあんまりゆっくり喋れない(必死で叫ぶがよい) 雰囲気は完成に外国人向けです チップ大量入れば微笑みがもらえるけど😁

日本語を話せるスタッフさんがみえて、安心してお店に入れました。親切かつ丁寧にメニューの説明をしてくださり、大変助かりました。息子は、替え玉も合わせて三玉食べました。バンクーバーに行く時は、必ず寄りますね。

バンクーバーのラーメンと言ったらここです。豚骨ベースですが、こってりしすぎず美味しいです。人気店でお店の周りに常にお客さんがいますが、レセプションの方がよく外に立って予約してくれるので、割とスムーズに入れる印象です。 総合 : 3.6 接客 : 4 料理 : 4 コスパ : 3 雰囲気 : 4 リピート : 3 ローカルの人はもちろん、観光客にも人気なのでいろんな人が来ています。ラーメンバーと言うだけあって少し照明が暗いのと、席と席の間隔が一部狭いところもありますが、こんなにオシャレなラーメン店は中々無いと思います。

以前、バンクーバーでは美味しい方のラーメンなので、何度か行く機会があった。日本に帰ってきて、日本のお店で同じような豚骨ラーメンを食べたときにとても美味しくてびっくりした。しかもこのお店の半額の値段だった。 本物の日本のラーメンを、バンクーバーに広めて欲しいと思った。

No wonder there’s always long lineups for this place! This ramen is authentic Hakata-style, very thin noodle and thick Tonkotsu soup. The price is cheaper than other ramen places in Vancouver, but ramen here tastes really good! 細麺、豚骨味の本格博多ラーメンが食べられます。いつも人気でお店の外に人が並んでいない時間がほぼありません。バンクーバーにある他のラーメン店よりも少し安いのにとても美味しいので、行列にも納得です。

いつも並んでいる。けど15〜20分ほどで入れる。 これはラーメン好きも美味しいと言っていた。 ハンバーガーに飽きたらここでしょう。

旅行中に3店舗ラーメンを食べましたが、ここが一番美味しかったです（餃子も）。駐在していた友人曰く、一番有名なお店らしいです。尚、お米はアメリカ米とのことです

博多系ラーメンと言えばここです。いつも行列が絶えないお店で、本当に美味しいです。 キツラノにも店舗があって、どちらも良く通いました！ 総合 : 4.2 接客 : 4 料理 : 4 コスパ : 4 雰囲気 : 4 リピート : 5 日本で食べるようにバリカタやネギの調整などできるのが嬉しい！カナダで一番美味しいラーメン屋さんだと思います。博多系のラーメンが好きな人は気にいると思います。個人的にはもっと豚骨が強くても良いいけど、そこはカナダ向けになっているかもしれません。 ワーホリの子や日系の方が多く働いていで、すぐにスタッフさんとも仲良くなれます(^^)

クラシックラーメンのお好みは全てスタンダードで注文しました。バンクーバーにいながらここまでクオリティの高い豚骨ラーメンを食べれるお店は他に無いと思います。スタッフの方も親切ですし、行列が出来るのも納得です。夜9時以降になると並びも落ち着くようです。

福岡大宰府のラーメン店がまさかバンクーバーにあったとは驚きです。店の前で行列すること２０分。並ぶだけの価値あり。博多ラーメン特有の極細麺に出会えて大感激！間違いなくこの界隈では一番美味しいラーメン店です。

スープは合格点。 麺は粉が違うのかな？ お米は白米で食べないほうがいいみたいです。

土曜でしたが、ランチ営業が始まって20分ぐらいで外に並びができるほどの人気店です。 日本にあったら数多くある美味しい店の内の一つというレベルですが、カナダでは最高峰なのは間違いないと思います。

スパイシーガーリックラーメンのスープをRich、チャーシューをFatで注文しました。味噌ベースのスープですが味噌の旨味は薄く、コクに乏しいといった印象です。ただニンニク・辛味・背脂はよくマッチしており、癖にはなる味です。バンクーバーでこのラーメンは貴重です。

醤油ラーメンを食べました。 麺やチャーシューは美味しくいただきましたが、スープが塩辛く感じ、あまり飲むことができませんでした。

留学時の安らぎの味。醤油豚骨ラーメンです。 こってり目のラーメンがお好きだったら、是非。 ちゃんとした美味しいラーメンです。

先日、食べに行かせていただき、ラーメンに虫が入っていたのですが、その時の1人の店員の態度が悪すぎて最悪でした。 私たちが来店したのはラストオーダー前の夜9時15分ごろだったと思います。来店し、注文した時ラストオーダーということは聞いていましたがその時何時に閉まるかなどは言われませんでした。この時点でその店員さんのサービスはよくなかったです。 ラーメンが到着し食べていたら虫が入っていることに気がつき店員さんを呼んだら、店員さんはお会計が欲しいと勘違いしたのか料理が届いて15分後だというのに何回も払い方はどうするのかを遠くの方から聞いてきました。 結局テーブルの方まで来たのですが、虫が入ってると指摘したら謝罪もなしに「おっけー！」といって、キッチンを閉めてるから新しいのを持ってこれない、どーして欲しいのかとめんどくさそうに聞かれました。この時点でも謝罪なし。 ラーメンに虫が入るのは店のせいではないし、仕方ないことだと思います。ですが、アルバイトの人なのか店長なのか、その人のポジションは知りませんが、対応方法をしっかりした方がいいのではないでしょうか？こんな最悪な対応されたのは初めてです。 最初っから歓迎されてなかったのでしょうが、そんなに客に普通の提供すらしたくないのであればサービス業やめればいいなと思ってしまうほどの態度でした。 正直、そいつのせいでスター1あげるのも嫌なくらいです。 ラーメンと焼き飯は美味しかったし、今までも何回か来店させていただいてましたが本当に残念です。 1人の接客態度が悪いせいでこんなにも美味しいと思ってた味が不味く感じるとは思わなかったし、今まで友達やラーメン好きの人におススメしてきたがもうしません。

留学中の娘と共に訪れました。 友人たちがここ美味しいから行ってみると良いよとすすめてくれたそうです。 お店のスタッフさんも親切で日本人スタッフさんの対応もとても感じが良いです。 ラーメンとチャーハン（3人でシェア）を食べましたが、日本に比べでお値段高めなのはしょうがないですが下手な日本のラーメン屋さんより美味しいです。 醤油ラーメンで麺太めは珍しいですが食べごたえあり、スープはさっぱりしていて美味しいです。 チャーハンも日本の町中華的な美味しさでおすすめです。

I am Japanese and I think it’s pretty good ramen.👍 Only issue was that one of Ramen didn’t arrive until rest of us finished. They forgot one of order… but then they gave us a free 3 pieces Gyoza.🥟. ラーメンとても美味しかったです。個人的にはバカ盛りがちょうどいいです。

マイルド二郎系ラーメン。 バンクーバーのラーメンに期待してなかったけど、Gojiroのラーメンは凄くおいしい！日本でも食べたいくらいおいしいです。 つけめんと普通(二郎っぽい)のを食べましたが、普通のやつのほうが好きです。唐揚げの衣がスープでふやけるのが嫌だったので、普通のやつはチャーシュー、つけめんの時は唐揚げにしました。 薄い衣がかりっとしていて、鶏肉もジューシーですが塩っけが控えめ。つけめんのスープにつけることで完璧な味わいに…次は普通+唐揚げを試してみたいと思います。 ２回とも食べきれなくて持ち帰りましたが、のびてもやっぱりおいしい。また行きたいです。

本家の二郎が好きな身としてはがっかりでした。ですが、別物として捉えれば味はそこそこの醤油豚骨ラーメンです。スパイシーつけ麺がおすすめです。

Went there before dine-in service was prohibited. Mazesoba was very good, tonkotsu ramen was ok. Takowasa (octopus and wasabi) was good. I’d love to come back for Mazesoba again. 外食規制前に来店しました。まぜそばは美味しかったです。豚骨ラーメンは普通でした。まぜそばを食べにまた来たいと思います。

平日の16:00頃の来店、これが１回目。 結論から言うと、味の面では｢まぜそば（油そば）｣として確かなものが食べられる。ジャンクさのあるアジア料理としてならダウンタウンNo.1だと思う。サービスは、申し訳ないけど特筆すべきとこは無いかな？ オーダーしたのは「Cheese Mazesoba」 見た目は中々いい感じ、ジャンクさ出てます。味も麺のコシ、風味、硬さもしっかりとしていて、自家製造ってことで他のラーメン屋とは違います。 タレ、具のバリエーション、混ぜた際の味は正しくジャンクフード。東京の某油〇総本店よりもパンチはあると思うし、それぞれの具がちゃんと効いてます。サーブされた時の温度もしっかりしてる。 ただ、チーズがモッツァレラとは思ってなかったし、案の定、はしに絡まり、器の中では少し浮いてる。チェダーとか粉チーズ、もしくはTex-Mexみたいなのが見えるところにあると良いかも？ テーブルにはちゃんとお酢と胡椒も完備、個人的にラー油が欲しかったけど乾燥チリフレークも混ぜてみればアクセントとしては悪くない。 お店も広いし、オープンしたばっかなのでそこらじゅう綺麗、ってか第一印象が高さと広さ。まじレストラン・サイズ。だからスタッフも多いんだけど、平日のオフタイムにドリンクコーナーにあんなにスタッフを置く必要があるのかって疑問。ちょうど来店時、片付けと会計が重なってたのかテーブル席にスタッフはいたけど、カウンターサイドは入り口のホストしか居なかったから大変そうだった。 で、こーいうジャンクな料理は味と引換にエチケットへのダメージがデカい。ここもニンニク、ニラ、ネギ、ひき肉、魚粉、卵黄とマウスウォッシュ、ブレスケアは必須なメニューだからミントガムとか、少なくともマウスウォッシュがお手洗に欲しかった（あと、男子トイレに狭いけど手を拭く紙と汚物入れは欲しい）。 価格については妥当だと思う。フォトジェニックなドリンクやデザートを頼まなければ17-20ドル（チップ込）はバンクーバーなら手ごろ。 総評としてガツンと麺類の気分で行くべき店はココに決まった。あと二、三回訪ねて、最終的な評価を決めたいと思う。 ごちそうさまでした(っ˘ڡ˘ς)

まぜそば、豚骨ラーメン、カラ唐揚げと豚肉餃子を頼みました。 結論:スープと調味は味薄め、麺が柔らかすぎ、ネギと木耳多すぎ。 唯一美味しかったのはカラ唐揚げでした おまけ:店内やトイレの掃除で店中洗剤と芳香剤の臭いがすごかった。全然食事楽しめなかった。 もう行かないな。 For Japanese this place is not good enough.

日本にいた頃定期的にこころに通っていました。そのせいもあってか、こちらのバンクーバーのこころにはがっかり。注文したまぜそばは全体的に冷めていて、特にメンマと卵が冷たかった。まだまだ食べ始めたばかりなのに、追い飯を何度も聞かれた（客の回転数を上げたいから？）のはさすがにイラっとした。追い飯の説明をテーブルとかに置いておいて、自己申告制にするなどそこらへんの改善が必要だと思う。チーズトッピングをしたが、チーズがまさかのモッツァレラチーズで、まぜそばとの相性がめちゃくちゃ悪かった。ここはカナダだから日本と同じクオリティを求めちゃいけないとかそーいう話では済まされない。日本のこころを代表してバンクーバーにお店を開いたのだから日本のこころをしっかり再現してもらいたい。ちなみに味は美味しかった。その他の点にがっかりだった。

バンクーバーに滞在中、月に2.3回は通っていました！まぜそばが絶品！日本と変わらない味で楽しめます。まぜそばには、フリーのライスがついてくるので、ぜひ汁は少し残して、締めを楽しんでください。

フロアーの女性はにこやかだったが、キッチンの男性はおしゃべりばかりしていて、客を３０分以上待たせて賄いを先に作って食べていた。ラーメンはぬるくて麺は伸びていて、スープは胡椒の味しかしなくて旨味がなかった。味見は後ろを向いてして下さい。てのひらでタマゴ切って崩していたけどまな板はないのですか ？カウンターにいたのは日本人よ！

とんこつ、つけ麺、焼きそば、ギョーザを食べました。どれも非常に洗練されており、味も美味しく、また行きたいと思った。 このつけ麺はカナダで初めてらしく、どこのつけ麺よりも優れていた。濃いスープと麺を絡ませて食べるのが最高に美味しいです。 サイドメニューの餃子はバンクーバーでは1番ではないかと思います。

ウニクリームうどんとても美味しかったです。 レギュラーサイズを頼みましたが、量は少なめに感じました。ラージだとどれくらいの量になるのか気になりました。10ドルも上がるから相当多いのかなと思ってしまいました。
