４人で再訪。 コマーシャルドライブ駅からも近く、店内も雰囲気の良いお店。 日曜日の午後５時に来店したが既に予約で一杯。 人気店なので予約は必須。 Dinamite rollなど押し寿司、ロール関係すべて美味しい。特に食感がよくソースも美味しい。 ここは寿司だけではなく、全ての料理に一手間も二手間も手を加えており、奥深い味で外れがない。 安心して食事が楽しめるお店としてオススメです。

We pre-ordered the Chang’an roasted duck — the tableside presentation was theatrical and the skin was perfectly crisp while the meat stayed tender. It’s on the pricier side, but ideal for special occasions or when you want an elevated Chinese dining experience. Highly recommend booking ahead if you want the duck.
