Raw Love Tulum!
I had heard about this place before but never got the chance to try it until now. There are two locations in Tulum since I couldn’t find the one in the hotel zone, I went to the downtown spot, and wow… what a fantastic experience!
The place has such a bohemian, cool vibe that makes you feel calm and relaxed. I ordered the açaí berry bowl, quinoa salad, and chocolate cake. The açaí bowl was unlike anything I’ve ever tried 10/5! The quinoa salad was also delicious, solid 5/5. And the chocolate cake? Another perfect 5/5.
This spot is definitely worth stopping by. The staff are amazing, and while it’s a little on the pricey side, the quality makes it totally worth it. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

So glad we stopped here for lunch! Such a little oasis away from the chaos. We came because we wanted refreshing food and had my dog with us (this place is dog friendly!). The tamales were delicious, the blue magic was so refreshing, our smoothies were great and my mom loved her pad thai. A very pleasant surprise to find such a lovely restaurant in the heart of Tulum! The service was fantastic (complete with a free spanish lesson lol) and the food was tremendous. Add that the the lovely patio and you can't ask for more. We had a fantastic fruit smoothie and the Smoked mushroom appetizer to start and then we had some of the best Gnocchi ever (stuffed with potato and sundried tomato and in a Leek and green onion sauce). We also had the trio of Tacos (each better than the last) and the fried mushroom tacos, which were also great! We finished with the Pineapple crumble for dessert, which was just perfect!

I came here for the first time and absolutely enjoyed my experience! I'm always hesitant to try new restaurants because of my food sensitivities but my server, Eduardo, was very knowledgeable about the menu and pointed out some sugar free and gluten free options including the chocolate brownie! It was so delicious. Another one of my favorites was the Sopes De Maiz, an appetizer that had tomato, avocado and sprouts. I am so so happy to have found a restaurant that is not only healthy and good for the body but also good for my taste buds as well! 10/10 will definitely be returning back very soon.

Tacos are pipenapple based and after having one, your tastebuds will pray you to stop eating. It s o sweet and and not well curated.

Amazing gem of a place that is completely vegetarian. Has vegan options also. The staff are very warm and also speak basic English, enough to ask about the food and place an order. I had the 4piece Tacos with Tofu with a lemonade and a vegan cheesecake. The lemonade was fairly standard but the Tacos were mind blowing. It was fresh and refreshing. The tacos were served with a Mango Chipotle Dip which was lip smacking. The cheesecake has a different texture (more grainy and nutty) than a standard cheesecake but once I got adjusted to that I loved the taste. Would highly recommend the Tacos and the vegan cheesecake!

Unfortunately we found them on our last day in town and decided on having seconds that night, they are SOO good. We found out by the owner there’s another in PDC we will go for lunch and dinner💚
We started with a Huarache with Chorizo, and 4 tacos one of Milanesa, Pastor, Chorizo and Carnitas. Every single one of them delicious! So much so there was no pause for pictures. On the second order we got Milanesa tacos and a Carnitas tacos, if we could fit it we’d order the same thing it was so good. Make a point to visit and also try their guava dessert, a true delicacy. Below is the only pic we had enough thought to take, full joying the meal and flavors.

The waiter was very knowledgeable when he asked me if it was a preference or it was an allergy (to gluten). Which I like. At so many places they don’t really train their staff about cross contamination and this is a plus :)

We wanted to sit inside since it was so hot but server sat us outside and acted like he didn't speak english or understand our spanish which would be fine but only a couple tables inside we're taken so maybe he just needed some tables and was only serving outside. The flies and mosquitos were extra aggressive the day we went so that probably led to our less than stellar experience as well. Overall, its worth giving a shot since it does have great reviews and we would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just an off day. The trampoline was a highlight for our 5 year old daughter and she always wanted to come back so she could jump on trampoline. Good restaurant for Families with little ones.

Wowowoww! This restaurant was amazing! My partner and I came during the low season in June and we were their only customers. They treated us like 5-star private clients. The ambience was beautiful. Had the best time at Bejuco! We did a dinner here for our girls trip and enjoyed all of our dishes (truffle pasta, lobster, sea bass and both salads). The crème brûlée was perfect. We are not vegan and we do not strive vegan food, but we liked good tasting food and Suculenta delivered on good.
The juice drinks were above average, the salad had a really combo of nuts and dried fruits. I thought I would like tamales but it’s a little too « corny » for my taste (but still well done by the chef).
The real standout are the mushroom tacos with homemade tortillas, you could just for that dish and be happy.

We had an amazing experience at Spider Sushi , our second time here, and it definitely won’t be our last! The sushi was incredibly fresh, with perfectly prepared rice and top-quality ingredients.
We also tried the Sunomono cucumber salad, which was so refreshing, and the stuffed jalapeños were an absolute flavor bomb! Every bite was delicious.
The atmosphere is super cute, and the 2-for-1 margaritas were a delightful surprise. Unlike many promotions, these margaritas were made with care and tasted fantastic — we just couldn’t stop ordering more!

This is our favorite place in Tulum. We are here for two months and this is hands down the best place we have eaten. Not only is the food out of this world but the service was amazing too. Leti, our server, was so nice and sweet with our daughter.
I have to make a second paragraph to highlight the owner Miguel. I don't know if we have ever eaten at a place where the owner was so friendly with all the customers who walked in. He came to show us the cut of Ahi he would use in our appetizer and gave us recommendations based on the questions we were asking and what he thought we would like. By far one of the best restaurants I’ve had in Tulum. I’m personally not a seafood fan therefore I had the steak sushi. It was delicious! Their edamame was amazing. Like many others have noted, the service here is clearly lacking - not in friendliness or politeness but in speed. They give you complimentary bread right away but it was very stale and dry. The wood fired pizza came in about 15 minutes (we got the seafood one for 189 pesos and I would say it was worth it and delicious) but our next two dishes took another 30-40 minutes! We got the pesto pasta (199 peso, delicious, heavy on the olive oil though) and the wood fire grilled vegetables (187 peso, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND, small - see photo, oily, burnt, and missing vegetables listed on the menu like asparagus, mushrooms, and broccoli!!). I'm not sure why they took so long but the server (Joel?) also gave us the wood fire grilled fish which we did not order. He was very apologetic and took it back after talking to the manager and they didn't charge us for it so that was good but we still felt bad and awkward. Ever wanted a vegan version of a baja fish taco or chicharron? This is the place.
We loved that you could order by the single taco and try multiple flavours: my favourite was the tofish and my partner’s was the Jamaica. My partner & I each ordered 3 and were filled. Our children had a single and were happy. The various sauces, beans and rice are a bonus to customize. The kombucha they carry is delicious- we had the Jamaica flavour.
There are a few tables inside and out- inside the lighting is dim, theee is a large wall mural and it feels cozy, although outside is informal and on the side of a busy road. service is very fast and friendly.
A must try! We’ll be back!

Casa Dumpling – Tulum
This is a small and colorful place with a cute little patio. We spent 250 pesos for 6 fried dumplings and shrimp rice. The food was tasty and enough to feel full. Lencha, our waiter from Chiapas, was very sweet and gave us great service. Yaoyao was also very kind and made us feel welcome. A nice spot if you want something different in Tulum!

Steps off the main street in tulum. Yao casa dumplings is a surprisingly great little restaurant.
I ordered the 12 dumplings - 6 pork, 6 beef boiled. It was prepared relatively quickly and delivered promply . The pork and beef dumplings were actually really, really good.
There was a spicy sauce and some extra tasty soya sauce.
The tottal price was 180 pesos, which for tulum is a bargin !!!!
The resturant has an indoor and cool outdoor space .
It was a cool experience and ill definitely go back and try the terayaki bowls !!!!!
Id recommend checking it out if you are in the mood for some dumplings !!! Theyre proper !!!!!

This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Extremely disappointing! The environment was terrible, and I could see that the kitchen was dirty. We arrived around 6 PM, and there were no other customers—just two Mexican staff members.
We ordered a serving of wontons, fried rice, and rice noodles. It took more than 20 minutes for the food to be served. The five wontons we received all had broken wrappers. The vegetable fried rice was made with stale, sticky rice, with barely any vegetables and only tiny traces of egg that you’d need a magnifying glass to find. The rice noodles were even worse—completely flavorless, as if they were just soaked in water with a bit of soy sauce.
Other than the dumplings, we barely touched the rest of the food. Honestly, any Chinese person cooking at home could make a better meal than this. If you’re running a restaurant, you shouldn’t serve Chinese food this poorly!

I have never before seen such a scam. The food in the pictures on their website is a complete lie. I love Chinese food and was so excited to try this place. The food I received through delivery was inedible. It had the skin on it, chunks in the soup, and the dumplings were wet with oil and filled with cold fillings. Please do not go here.
