In either case - none of them knew anything about deep tissue massages. To add on the place was honestly pretty unhygienic. Im pretty sure all the reviews are probably written by the owner’s family or friends? Because this was an unbelievably disappointing experience for me as a tourist. Total scam of ₹6700/- after which we were rudely refunded just ₹700/- Go to this place at your own risk! But I promise you for sure it’s a total scam. Also Nikhil Sharma (claims he is the owner) called me and said he was apologetic and that I can go to other locations of the spa for complimentary massages. After the call, he sent me the details. All the locations were so offbeat. I’m a Mumbai resident and the chances of me going to any of those locations are nil. However I left it at that. About half an hour later, the front desk employee called me on the phone, started to cry, saying he has a little girl and has been fired from the job ya-da yada - I said well, he should have thought of all these things before misbehaving with us! He said if I removed the review he would get the job back. I refused. Calling me on my number like that being an employee should have NOT been permitted. The owner then messaged me saying he would refund half the money to me if I took down the review! I am so so so appalled by this experience. I realised today that my entire review has been deleted from tripadviser. I don’t know what sort of business these people claim to be running and would advise tripadviser to please take it down from their portal. I’m in half a mind to contact the police, and if I am contacted again, I will definitely do so and report this place. Tripadviser team - PLEASE look into this.
