Luckily, the young female staff was kind enough to arrange table for 6 of us although the restaurant was almost fully seated. I'm sad to say the standard has fallen dramatically. I ordered take away early in the evening to ensure the team weren't under the pump and the meal would nothing short of great but unfortunately and the meal was only so so at best. The fried rice was bland and the satay had an overpowering undertone/taste that strongly resembled the incense sticks that were alight in the entry to the dining area and given the strength of the taste i believe it was most likely also burning in the back of house/food preparation areas. On another note I must say i was glad when I walked in that I wasn't dining in with my wife as the incense would have caused her to have an asthma attack it was so strong.
