Omakase sushi is the way to go, the sushi chef times the next offering perfectly while you enjoy the sushi. The fish is fresh and the rice quality/quantity is perfectly balanced. A lot of the sushi was already marinated in a shoyu base, so only a dab of wasabi was needed.
