I mean what cost cutting measure is that. Everything was literally a havoc. People from the party sat at our assigned table. The people from party should be assigned a designated seating area. Their deluxe AC sea view room was an absolute delight. The view from the room is breathtaking and the sea is right infront. The main road and lighthouse is at stone's throw away. The owner and his brother were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us when we needed to extend our stay, recommend nearby shopping places and were always a call away. The rooms could be maintained a bit more as the door handles were fully rusted and mouldy but given the close proximity to the sea this is inevitable.
