There was cabbage in the bottom and whole woodear mushrooms. The bowl was large and we'll filled. My only criticism would be the aji tamago was more done than my liking although it was seasoned well. I like my egg far runnier than pictured but then not everyone enjoys that. There's just some perfect noodle bites that are coated in egg yolk that would have killed with this broth. I really enjoyed the light but crisp fry on the one side of the gyoza and who doesn't like dumpling sauce? The service was great, friendly and fast although the place was deserted at lunch time which is a shame because the food is great. The interior was inviting, fresh with beautiful pops of color and eye catching full wall art that seems to be the norm for a Ramen shop around here.
