Finally got my order in and it asked for a time slot of when you're going to pick up the food so I put I was going to pick it up at 6:00 p.m. the order was placed at 5:25. Orders place so I had that way with the link that they provide for the location and the link was no good it went to a different location around the corner. So I was walking around for 10 minutes trying to call them repeatedly and it would kick me through a 4-minute prompt of different selections then at the end it would just say sorry they couldn't get to the phone they were very busy. So after the fourth time going through all the prompts I was finally able to get through to find out where they were located. So I end up not getting there till 6:15, I thought for sure the food was going to be ready. Still ended up waiting another 10 minutes. So I go to the pickup counter and give the guy my information, he says thank you and then just walks away and start serving people. Didn't tell me that it wasn't ready or anything so I stood by the counter for 5 minutes until he came back to tell me it wasn't ready. So pretty disappointed and the weather operation is working.
