2024年元日のランチタイムに訪れました。 TV番組『Shark Tank』でスポンサー(Shark)からの協力を勝ち取った正真正銘完全ヴィーガンの、シナモンロールベーカリーです。 ロゴのツバメも目を惹きますが、店内の雰囲気はとても温かく、小さいながらもずっとくつろいでいたくなる気持ちにさせられました。 接客対応してくれた女性も、とても親切かつフレンドリーで、期待を大きく越えました。 注文したシナモンロールは2種類で、これぞ“ヴィーガンジャンク”と言わんばかりの容姿で非常に良い匂いで、わき目を振らずに食べたい衝動を抑えるのが大変でした。 出来るだけゆっくり味わって食べましたが、どうしても頬張って食べたくなります(笑) とても甘くて、生地の部分もふわふわでシナモンの香りが心地よく、おかわりしたくなる程美味しかったです。 お値段が高めなのでおかわり出来なかったのが少し心残りなので、次回訪れた際にも必ずこのお店を訪れます！ 日本にはまだ展開されていない素晴らしいヴィーガンベーカリーです。機会があれば是非お試しください！！
