All the pastas are stuffed (think ravioli). The food was exceptional and the service pleasant, informative and efficient. Unfortunately the food was a little on the dearer side but for great quality food I'd hoped it would be worth it. Again, I threw most of the greasy parts away as they were dripping with oil and I found that quite off putting. I don’t feel good after and plus this base was so thick that it was very gummy, almost like it was raw dough. I think that most GF diners are on the more health conscious side of things. And are probably(??) hoping for a thin and crispier pizza, more like a regular pizza that is made with a wholewheat base. I’d like to suggest to management with full respect and appreciation of the craft that has gone into creating their delicious gluten free dough (I know it’s not easy), that they work to make the main base of the GF pizza much thinner.
