I was very happy to get this item though because the brown butter sauce was incredible. The squash purée was soft, and the ravioli had perfect bite to it. Served with pieces of fried herbs gave the dish nice pops of crunch. A nicely well rounded dish. Lastly, we ended with the Lavender Honey Pot De Crème, and the Blood Orange sorbet. While the sorbet was good (it’s sorbet how could it not?), the star for me was the Pot De Crème which, think of the Crème without the Brûlée, but infused with just enough lavender to be floral, and a nice sweetness from the honey. I am a sucker for custard, and this one was great. A great experience in the end, and I look forward to sharing another meal with them in the future.
