The venue has a very interesting vibe and the open kitchen layout is awesome as you can see the meat skewers being handled by the staff. The night started great, the Churrasco experience was a first for me. At the start of the night the servers were frequent and the variety of food was impressive. The venue was far from capacity as it was a Thursday night, but as more people came in the frequency and quality of service dropped off a cliff. We waited 20 minutes between servers only to be offered the same dish again, only then to have another server offer the same dish again. I dont know if something happened to a staff member or what but it put a real damper on the whole experience. Other tables seemed to get dishes we never got a look at. The reception staff, in fact all staff we dealt with, were amazing, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
