Comfortable bed, good shower. Continental breakfast good value and enough for us. Lights in room a bit annoying. Air conditioning could be better, hard to get room cooled down on hot nights.

We arrived at Mama Shelter Toulouse exhausted after a long trip from Nice, hoping for a peaceful night. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed on the second floor—right above the terrace where a DJ was blasting music. It felt like a bad joke. We asked to change rooms. The receptionist seemed visibly annoyed, threw the key cards aside with a dismissive gesture, and started making new ones without a word. We were honestly shocked by the attitude—beyond the initial smile and "welcome," there was no real sense of hospitality. As Diamond members, we expected at least some effort to accommodate our request for a higher-floor room, but she clearly didn’t want to help. She eventually assured us the music would stop by midnight. It didn’t. At 1 a.m., the music was still blaring. We had tried calling reception from the room several times—no answer. Then we called from our mobile, and suddenly they picked up. Very unprofessional. We had to go downstairs to ask for earplugs. But the worst part? After the party ended around 1 a.m., the staff started dragging and slamming furniture to prepare the same area for breakfast service. Pots, machines, tables—it all had to be set up again, and we heard everything from our bed. The room design is creative and the atmosphere has potential, but clearly, rest and service are an afterthought here. Disappointing, especially for a brand that markets itself as upscale and guest-focused.

I was worried before I came because I saw some bad reviews but our experience was really positive. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, the door staff were the highlight - super chatty, friendly and helpful. Room was nice, comfy bed and super central location. Rooms lack some amenities like hair conditioner and tissues but not really an issue. Walls and tiles could do with refreshing - grout and painting over scratches but overall really positive stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The absolute worst experience I have had at any hotel. They have a club night every Saturday night until 1 am that they have no warning of. We were put on the second floor, could not sleep because the music was so loud it was shaking our room. We asked for our room to be moved and they said they had no rooms to move to. The staff were extremely rude throughout. The rooms are also small and dark.

The common areas are great. The staff was very friendly. The manager at the desk was not impressive. We are gold members and asked about an upgrade. She said the larger room would be noisy. (Not impressive but we took it anyway) The room was very uncomfortable because of the inefficient air conditioning. (Non-existent) We called for a fan and we were told no fans were on site. The room smelled moldy. Mold in the bathroom. Carpet old. The noise all night was awful but we had to keep windows open. I had a wonderful experience at Mama Shelter Rennes. Unsure if Mama Shelter is for me after Toulouse!

Room was very clean, breakfast was ok. I got a free upgrade to a medium room and I asked if the room could be a quiet, I was told it wasn't that noisy. I was only going to get noise from the terrace bar on the Thursday. The noise from the terrace bar and the roof bar can be a issue even though it does stop before midnight. I didn't really feel the air conditioning was working the best either , the controls had a mind its own, with the noise from the bars opening the window wasn't an option. I did have dinner there one night, a lot of the menu choices were not available, I guess it was because of the tour de France. I wasn't particularly happy with the meal I got for the hefty price being charged, I had asked for tap water and i didn't get a clean glass to drink it out of , so service is quite rustic , take it or leave it . But there is lots of great and much better value food options in the nearby area. I would probably recommend when booking to just have room only and make do with local options for food. This is a perfect hotel for party animals .

Went to Allegory for breakfast and it's a nice place. I ordered the sweet pancakes which were great except that the dough itself was a bit dry. They put chocolate powder on my cappuccino which was not what I expected from a coffeeshop. Apart from that the coffee was great.

My first brunch in Toulouse on a Sunday morning. At 19.50€, we had Thai avocado toast with granola bowl and a cup of cappuccino. I’m not a breakfast person but I admit that I enjoyed our brunch here. We didn’t had any reservations but the staff assisted us immediately and brought us in the lower ground area of the restaurant. For me, I find it quite dimmed since it has the underground vibes. The next time I visit, I prefer to dine in near the entrance which also has a good bright ambiance. I also noticed that staff were rushing customers to pay your cheque as soon as you immediately finished your meal. Exactly an hour, the servers were reminding us to pay our bills upstairs and didn’t give us the time to stay anymore longer. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our brunch here.

One of my favorite café in the city. The staff are friendly and the batista makes delicious coffees and other hot drinks. I love the crazy endless branches of plants there. I highly recommend if you want a good cup of coffee or their choco Chai latte!

Nice and cozy place. The coffee was good and the food delicious. I gave 4 stars for service because we ordered dessert at the end and they told us to have it "to go" since there were very many people waiting for a table.

Had brunch on Sunday. It was €20-25 depending on the brunch set you chose. Everything was delicious. Also had their PB&J cookie on another visit which was so yummy. The people were nice and the bathroom was gorgeous.

Cookie was good, buttery inside and crunchy outer bottom ring Hot chocolate was quite thick and somewhat acidic, it's hardly sweet though and not deep/dark enough Tigre is lovely, it's like soft cookie or mooncake skin, very flavourful. This is a must try Kouign amann was not good, it's very chewy and not caramelised.

Amazing place for coffee and cake. The lunch dishes also look fabulous. A selection of gluten free patisserie are all marked with a green dot. The coffee is also very good. We will be back for lunch the next time we are in Toulouse!!

As fans of home made hot chocolate around the world and around France, this is a top choice for best nationally and globally. And the patisserie amuse our bouches : rose, pistachio, raspberry, black cherry. Must visit, must enjoy!

Lovely place with friendly waitresses who happily spoke English when we got out of our depth! Good coffee, pastries and cakes. Plenty of gluten free options. Clean toilet (it smelt like gingerbread!). We visited on Saturday at ~9am and it wasn't too busy but by half 9 it was filling up fast. Had inside and outside tables. Would recommend a visit.

Highly recommend the casserole noisette! Beautiful place to relax. You can see the kitchen where the patisserie chefs prepare the variety of patisserie too.

Amazing coffee - we tried cappuccino and they made it with such soft and cloudy foam, yum. Pastries are simply amazing. Service is nice and friendly. Overall a great place for a nice break while exploring the city.

For the price 32 euros, the buffet (Christmas lunch) was really disappointing. We expected more for a christmas lunch. Oysters were small, and not a great selection of food. Also normal spoons or small wooden tongs were used to take the food which was really not practical as the spoons would just fall in the trays and become dirty. The whole buffet table ended up being very dirty.

I recently had brunch at Barricot and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the staff handled the busy Sunday rush with calm and professionalism. The buffet offers a generous spread—plenty of sweet and savory options, and the presentation is beautiful. Not everything blew me away taste-wise, but the variety was impressive and you’ll definitely leave full. One thing I would mention, though: the price. We were a bit surprised to find out it was €37 per person only at the end of the meal. It would be helpful to have this clearly displayed or mentioned upfront, just so guests can make an informed decision. That said, if you’re looking for a stylish, all-you-can-eat brunch with good vibes and plenty of choice, it’s worth considering.

Barricot was honestly a huge disappointment. The food was bland, overcooked, and the so-called “buffet à volonté” had almost no variety. Most of the hot dishes tasted like they’d been sitting there for hours, and the balance between sweet and savory was terrible way too many desserts, barely any proper meals. For the price they charge, it’s absolutely not worth it. You can find way better brunch spots in Toulouse for less money and with actual quality. On top of that, the place was noisy and stressful, not at all the relaxed brunch vibe you’d expect.

It’s better you make a reservation to ensure you can enjoy the experience. The food was tasty but I think the quantity for the number of people who want to try is small may be it’s because I reserved for 1pm🤣 and it closes at 2pm. Also know that the price of drinks is apart from the brunch so won’t be surprised while paying. I need to experience the drunch for the life music they propose😉

Visited several times, the food is always excellent! If you're a vegetarian, it might vary: there are days when they have plenty of vegetarian options, on other days they might not have as many.

Just outside Toulouse but next to the tram stop makes this place quite and convenient. I really enjoyed the area which is a modern neighborhood, surrounded by nice restaurants and parks. The staff was really nice, breakfast was great, and the common elarea was exactly what I expected. Welcoming place in all regards. The downsides is I took a shared room for 2 and it was very small. No place for bag, tiny bathroom and the provided shower soap smells like a pharmacy. Overall good value for money, and the room is utilitarian.

Special thanks to Paul and Mario at the reception. He was so helpful after a booking mistake. He found a room to fit our needs very quickly. The room was very clean and suitable for a short stay. We are very pleased with this hotel! A very helpful and friendly staff! I recommend!

Each bunk has a power supply, a ledge for items and a privacy curtain The location is in a newer part of the city with easy transport links to the capital and the airport. Have four stars for location as it is further away from the centre but otherwise a good experience. Would recommend

This may sounds expensive but it is worth. About 3 min from the hotel, there is a amazing marketplace for foods at reasonable prices. Parking. . . .You have to drive on the back of this hotel to park and press button to enter as a guest. I had hard time to find parking. But the hotel provides good parking service inside building and it's very safe. You can park here until the next day after checkout and take tour by tram where is in front of hotel and about 1.75 euro.

My friend and I absolutely adored our stay here! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, both dorm-style and solos. The blackout shutters were a nice surprise! The location was perfect, too - situated right beside a tram stop, a grocery store, and a cultural center, with a park nearby in an eco-friendly neighborhood. We contacted them several times through Booking and by email to request a cancellation and refund, but no one replied. We also tried calling—again, no answer. The next day we finally received an email saying they couldn’t refund us due to their cancellation policy. We understand that policies are policies, but at the end of the day, we’re all human. Sometimes we make mistakes, and sometimes unexpected things happen that we simply can’t control. Unfortunately, they showed no empathy whatsoever and refused to return our money, which seems to be the only thing they actually care about. My first lunch in Toulouse and it blew my mind. A meal bursting with flavor, and I was happy to have tried their recommendation for the homemade citronnade. The staffs were all friendly and the whole ambiance was light and pleasant. Will definitely come back the next time I visit Toulouse !

I went for the lunch menu, which consisted of a starter, main and dessert of the day. The mozarella sticks had a surprisingly spiced sauce, which I enjoyed very much. The steak, I would have liked it to be thicker. The cuisson was more well-done than medium because the cut was a bit thin. There was some confusion about the side dishes, because first the legumes would be swapped by small fries, yet we still got the legumes instead. The dessert was also very delicious. The service was quite slow tho, because we waited almost 15 minutes to order. There was some orders forgotten too. But it was a good lunch and good value for your money.

A chic teashop with very sweet staff. Food was tasty and fresh, although some variety and less veg options would have been ideal to target also people who don't like to eat veg. Portions are very generious, they also give you one slice of fresh white bread.

Our les chimères experience started yesterday in the evening. We picked up some friends at the Blagnac airport and we we went to our place. They left their stuff at our and we went out for a couple of drinks. So in other words we had a very nice evening out. The day after we woke up around noon and we directly decided to go to the restaurant. Our order wasn’t that special; we just ordered 4 steak tartars, 4 cokes and 4 coffees. But the coffees never came, I think the waitress did not take it serious. So we were already a little bit disappointed. The food came very fast which was a bit suspicious. The first thing we noticed was that the steak tartar was not mixed at all?? We had to play chef ourselves. Is this a restaurant? I felt like a handyman (Bob the builder). I even saw a little bit of egg white on my meat?? After a moment of tartare making we were ready to eat. So everything went well and I tried the tomato, it tasted like a sponge. I will not recommend eating the tomato at all. On the other hand the salad was quite nice with a nice dressing. Another point of dissatisfaction were the french fries, they were sloppy (zuipen poepen en den baarrechoem). After lunch we tried again to order the coffee and it was nice. I would recommend this place to all my enemies!

The food is okay but service couldn’t be worse. I needed to wait 15 min until I was served. I ordered a small breakfast menu for €4.5. After another 15 min I got only coffee and juice, and was informed that they don’t have any croissant. I tried to order something else but the waiter suddenly forgot how to speak English and was offended by the fact that I don’t speak French. When it came to the payment, I needed to pay full amount. To make it worse, there were fresh croissants laying on the bar. That was one of the most lazy and rude services I ever experienced.

Very nice terrace out in a cool plaza. We were attracted to this place by the petit dejeuner formulas which includes a freshly pressed juice, a coffee and crepe or pastry. Everything was fresh and tasty however we got charged 4.5 for each petit dej instead of the announced price of 3.20. When I paid the waiter let me know that 3.20 is the price for takeout. This is fine but it would be appreciated that you are clear about your prices! Therefore I'm giving only 4 stars.

Service was terribly slow, the young guy that was working seemed to want to do anything else except come and give us a menu (I had to go and get that myself) and it took an age for him to actually take our order. 2 x vegetarian burgers for my wife and I. The fries were good but the burger was a letdown. Some onion relish, a vege pattie and a slice gherkin. No lettuce or tomato... although there was lettuce on the plate as a side salad. Then nobody to bring our bill, soni went inside. 40€ for 2 burgers a bottle of sparkling water and a juice. From my 50€ note I got a 5 € & 2 x 2€ & a 1€ - I guess so it was easy to leave a tip. Well here is my tip - provide service and you may get some €€€€'s instead of bad feedback.

They charge a deposit for a cheap plastic cup, and do not want to return our deposit for the cups. According to their reply, you can only get 2 cups’ deposits back each person, as they will not sell a person more than 2 cups? The thing is totally untrue as one of us got 6 cups himself and when he wanted to returned it, he is rejected and told so. In other words, the bar tricked us. This part is for the bar, and I will not delete it even after receiving an email being told to do so.

Nice cafe. We ordered a cold brew and a latte. The latte was excellent, while the cold brew was lighter than others I have tried in the past and I would prefer it stronger, but these are personal preferences. The staff was very kind!

Expresso was bitter. I believe that some coffee machine parameters was not properly set up. Maybe other types of coffee are good but when we really like coffee, we don't want this type of disappointment for expresso, the basic type of coffee. Decoration is nice, atmosphere also, staff competent. I will not come back.

Hands down, my favourite coffee shop. The taste and texture of my flat white was off the charts. I nearly wept when I saw the tap of nitro cold brew at the counter.

After a long day travelling, I found this very cool cafe right next to the tram from the airport. The coffee was amazing and the pastries were DELICIOUS! Very friendly faces and will be coming back here next time I visit Toulouse. Thank you for an amazing first stop off in France.

Crêpes is one of the dishes I always eat when coming back to France and this was ok. Not satisfying like I would like to be but the service was great. They accommodated us even though we didn't have a reservation. The ingredients were flavorful but the crepes felt soggy. I still enjoy it though!

The ambience was very good. The staff were very polite and even though we didn't reserved the place but they still accommodated us. Soon after 12h the restaurant became full, so I would recommend you to call them and reserve in advance to avoid waiting. The crêpes and the ice cream we ordered was really delicious.

I had the goat cheese and mushroom galette and the coconut crepe. Both were delicious but the galette stood out as very tasty and I appreciated the mushroom flavored ice cream which acted as a sauce. The staff were attentative and friendly.

Excellent crêperie with very unique flavour combinations. I loved the basil sorbet which came with my galette. Whoever designed the menu is a genius! The lunch deal is great value for money and I love the idea of offering starters, which is not that usual in a crêperie. There is a real intention to come out with refined recipes while staying affordable. The lovely waiter (owner?) was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the beginning.

This is the best crêperie I have ever been to. The galettes are so original but full of excellent flavours! Very convenient and definitely best option for all kind of gathering or events. It’s easily accessible via public transport, the bus and the tram. Even if you’re driving there is indigo carpark nearby. This concept might be new in France or Toulouse but it’s very common in Asia. You choose what you want and you clean the table as you go. Plenty of food stalls for you to choose what you like. Spacious, and some space you can reserve for private event. There is also sport facilities beside the food court.

This is an interesting place in Toulouse , far from centre ville but you should go if you are there during the weekend… this Halles have a very festive and young ambiance, good food and drinks… for vegetarians there are a few options… I have only tried 3 places… so my best suggestions so far are 2 simple ones : try the pizza place (#1) and the Lebanese with its hummus in case you really don’t want to eat pizza… You can also find free alcohol beer!!

Had a Cesar salad which was really nice. At around fourteen euros, was a bit steep though. Atmosphere was that of a traditional bar, but they do serve decently portioned food. If you choose to sit outside, they have a cooling water spray.

Great ambiance and staff. The café offers both hot and cold teas, and a few cakes. The basement is pleasant, with plenty of room to seat and comfortable tables and chairs. I'd say it's adequate for group get-togethers, but it's preferable to book in advance. On Saturdays, if you'll be taking a seat, consider drinking and eating something, drinking a coffee may not suffice - which seems to be the rule in Toulouse. It's not very easy to understand if we can seat then order, or if we must pay first at the counter, clear instructions would have been helpful, but all in all, 5 stars.

This place is my go-to coffee haven! The vibes are cozy, the baristas are friendly, and the coffee & food never misses. The prices are fairly good as well. Whether I’m powering through work or just unwinding, it’s always the perfect spot.

Lovely place with friendly staff. The breakfast deal of a hit and cold drink and pastry is great value. Even though it was a little grey outside, it was nice to sit by the street and watch the world go by. It’s not far from The Capitole and other sights so makes a nice stop before you explore.

The brunch was a wonderful experience here. For €15,50 you get a cold and hot beverage of choice and they have a lot of options to pick from. I recommend the hot chocolate. A tartine or omlette. A viennoiserie which on the day I visited was a cinnamon bun or bun with white chocolate and raspberry. A dessert which was a sponge cake or scone. A bit high on sugar, everything was of great quality. The brunch was a wonderful experience here. Hanna the owner of the cafe was super patient with our group of 16 people. I highly recommend a brunch here!

Amazing food and desserts! If you are around for lunch they have a nice menu option: main dish, dessert and drink! The köttbullar (swedish meatballs) are amazing! The cakes are super tasty as well! I have try them almost all and will surely come back to try the rest of them! They also have a nice tea inventory :) For those that don't eat meat they also have a veggie version of the meatballs, super nice detail! And it goes without a saying that their customer service is amazing! Really rare to find!

We were looking for a boulangerie (as our French friends say) to eat something in a cloudy Thursday morning. Thank god we found this place. We tried the pies with the Spinach and the one with the Chicken Curry. The second one was great, the first one we would prefer it a bit less soggy, but again it was tasty. Also, the rest of the things looked great. Also the staff were very helpful and waited us calmly to select what we wanted, but also helping us to decide.

Quite an impressive bakery I would say. I could already smell their bread when I was walking along the walkway. When I arrived at the shop there were quite a number of people ordering the pastries for takeaway. The place looks rather small there are just probably like 4 seats so I suppose thats probably why people just takeaway on their way to work and not have breakfast in the bakery. I waited for the crowd to leave before I made my order. In the meantime I was looking at the display and there were so many items to choose from I didn't really know what to order. I asked for some recommendations and the first the female staff recommended was the Caramel Brioche cookie. Sounded interesting as I have never tried a brioche cookie before, I decided to heed her recommendation. And as usual I am drawn to citrusy items so the lemon tart caught my attention. What was weird though was that they had the lemon tart and a bigger lemon slice of the same price, and the lemon slice being larger. I decided not to be greedy and chose the smaller tart instead for the same price. Also tempted by crepes so I had to order one and try. I have to say the bakes are of pretty high standard and I enjoyed them a lot. I also found the prices pretty reasonable and I thought I ordered too much I was very full. Highly recommend this place and I believe this place is quite popular as it appeared on several social media platforms before. Since I was alone, it was easy to just grab a seat and dine in the bakery and slowly savour the pastries. Prices are also quite reasonable.

The xiao long bao is really bad... (obviously a cheap brand bought from the supermarket?) They were dry, juiceless, skin is thick and no spoon was provided (but i guess you don't need a spoon since there is no juice in this xiaolongbao). And in my photo you can see that the skin of one of the xiaolongbaos is already broken. The noodles are ok, but feels like something is lacking, maybe more vegetables or another ingredient. Halfway through the bowl, everything just tastes very salty and oily. Plus point- the beef satay is really good. And the restaurant is clean and modern looking.

A nice hotel in an excellent location. Big comfortable rooms, a nice communal area, friendly professional staff. However a couple of things soured our experience. Firstly, an afternoon that we were trying to rest we got a call from reception asking if they could send a repairman to work on our bathroom door. We had not complained about the door. I said no and that we did not want to be disturbed. An hour later when we were asleep, a repairman knocked on our door and woke us up. I find it totally unacceptable to be disturbed in our room especially after specifically asking not to be disturbed. The car parking arrangements are a bit of a disaster. It's not very close to the hotel, it stinks and is very busy. We paid the parking fees at the hotel, and we're given a card with instructions on how to get out of the carpark (indicating previous problems) . We followed the instructions and couldn't get out of the car park. The option of the 10 minute walk back to the hotel was annoying but luckily one of the car park staff helped us and after a good while eventually let us out. This delayed our departure by over half an hour and ruined the end of our holiday and perception of the hotel. I shall return to Toulouse but not to this hotel!!

Great location, spacious rooms ... but the A/C did not work well on a hot late-Spring weekend. It was warm ... but not as warm as it gets in the Summer in Toulouse so the system should be equipped to handle those temperatures. Other than that, a recommend this hotel.

Rooms ok but very simple. Our room ceiling was crooked and you could easily hit your head. Worse part was the breakfast… extremely poor, could easily compare to a 2 star hotel, at most. Zero fruits, only oranges/kiwis and this was during summer time. All neighbor countries exceeded even in 3 star hotels… hotels in Spain and Portugal and Italy were much much better. Asking the hotel staff they mentioned it was over already, and this was one hour after breakfast start. Even eggs were missing. Truly disappointed.

Great coffee, expertly made, friendly service, stylish yet unpretentious decor - all you want when experiencing coffee. Best in Toulouse. They also offer plant milks, which is not happening in many places yet. Worst food I’ve ever had in Europe. McDonald’s tastes like a michelline star restaurant compared to the food here. I know these guys have high profit margins because everything is ridiculously expensive but seems like it costs them 2 dollars to make. I ordered a sandwich for 10 euros and when it arrived the bread was soggy and disintegrating from the watered down sauce. I could barely pick it up and I wish I didn’t because it tasted disgusting. I’ll give props to the waiters because they all speak perfect English, but at this point the food is so bad it doesn’t even matter. Never coming here again.

Open late food till 1 pm and drinks till 2 pm when we were there in March. Unoaked Chardonnay was surprisingly good at 5 euro a glass. Sancerre at 8 euro good but not really worth extra. Lively and fun with some good decor features.

The setting is nice, right in front of Capitole, very touristy place. The kitchen stays open until way after 11 pm, which is certainly a plus if you feel hungry that late at night. The offer of dishes and drinks is spot on, they have meat, fish, and seafood, and also they have many of my favourite cocktails, made with REAL FRUIT, not syrups. I loathe paying over 10 euro for a cocktail, only to find out it's made with syrups, instead of real fruit. My colleague and I ate grilled octopus 🐙, we didn't feel it was grilled then at 11 pm, but it was tasty nevertheless and the pre-cooking situation is understandable, as it was considerably late. It was my first time having a meal on those arcades, and I enjoyed it.

A lovely restaurant on Capitol Square with some gluten-free options. However, you should be careful as allergens aren't properly marked on the menu. I ordered the Nicoise salad, which was supposedly suitable, but it came with croutons. We really enjoyed our visit to Grand Café Le Florida, where we hosted our wedding lunch after our city hall ceremony. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very efficient when it came to serving our large group of guests. The food and drink were both excellent, and the presentation of our wedding cake was very fun (it tasted delicious too). The decorations were beautiful and their skilled pianist, Tom, really made the day special. In the run up to the day Floriane was absolutely amazing. She helped us ensure that all dietary/allergy needs were accommodated, was attentive to details to make sure that our guests had the best experience, and she organized the beautiful decorations. A huge thank you to the team at Grand Café Le Florida for a truly wonderful day!

This restaurant delivered an extremely disappointing experience, marked by both service incompetence and managerial disrespect. The issues began with drinks served lacking alcohol and staff who were so unfamiliar with the wine inventory that they couldn't take a proper order. When these failures were escalated, the manager was openly dismissive and disrespectful, directly refusing to check or correct the mistakes and indicating they were happy to simply cancel our orders and have us leave. This staggering lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Customers seeking a pleasant experience are strongly advised to consider going elsewhere.

We ordered the chess platter to share which came with a number of different cheese and some toasted bread sticks, very elaborate plating. The salmon starter was a large portion. Although fresh, it lacked flavour and the famous Toulouse sausage was a bit underwhelming. It came with a huge portion of mashed potatoes with some cooked garlic. Unfortunately the fresh orange juice was unavailable so I tried the fresh lemon which was just too sour - or those wanting to order it is simply just lemon. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but wouldn't be rushing to go back. A good mix of locals and tourists which was nice and a great location

Went there on a hot summers day and also inside the restaurant it was very warm. We expected real Parisian food but were disappointed by some elements… the starters were good. The pasta was not seasoned enough and the shrimps were mushy/not fresh. The mashed potatoes that came with the sausage was greasy and felt like puréed with a blender. The steak we ordered was too rare or too welldone… The service was good, but had higher expectations based on prior reviews

The food and service were fine. Our problem is we are from Australia and no matter what restaurant or cafe we go to in Toulouse (it's our first time in France), we are placed closest to the toilets. We didn't have a booking for this restaurant and yet there were other empty more suitable tables.

They mistook my order two times, the barista wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying and it wasn’t even rush hour therefore it wasn’t crowded. Furthermore, there were flies in the pastry section, we told them about it and they did nothing to resolve the problem.

Starbucks doesn’t disappoint - it’s consistent. In this Starbucks, you’re able to quietly sit in, order something you’ve probably seen before and then charge your phone with a classical outlet or even just by USB port. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great time while waiting for our train (since this one in particular is near the station and much bigger than the one within Matabiau!)

They serve a lunch dinner and maybe some others goods in the evening. The service needs somehow his time but still very friendly and relaxed. I was invited to meet friends here for a drink and was so happy with the experience The staff seem to enjoy what they are doing and are responsive to requests. Great take out cafe/bakery with only outdoor seating in an park-like open area. The mature lady behind the counter is very charming and polite. She served us really good cappuccini. We each had the chocolatine (chocolate filled croissant), and took home muffins for the following day's breakfast. Both were excellent! As another reviewer stated, those little birds are really sneaky. We had one land on our table, avoiding the little crumbs on the table and pecked right in one of the chocolatine!! 🥐🐦

I didn’t expect too much on this restaurant but the food surprised me. Overall the pizza is french style but the carbonara is italian style (no cream ). The staff men is super nice, he took care of us every second even the restaurant was crowed. Thanks a lot and I will come back another day. 👏👏👏

Went to SLD early on a Saturday morning when the city quittly awoke from the day before. Hit a coffee, think sandwich for my son, a croissant and a jus. Staff speak English and are very kindly. The quality/price is good and you have a nice view on the square and fountain. A good place to start your day (as a tourist)
