It was an amazing experience! The Kalari martial arts performance was fantastic, especially the last 15 minutes with the fire display – truly thrilling to watch. After the show, you can also take photos with the artists, which is a nice touch. The Kathakali show was equally mind-blowing. The performance was powerful, and the singer’s voice added so much depth to the storytelling. Photos with the artists are allowed at the end here as well. Show timings: 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Kalari 7:00 – 8:00 PM: Kathakali Charges: ₹150 per person (kids free). Overall, it’s absolutely worth the visit if you’re in Thekkady!

Extremely worth seeing and understand the dance form and marshal art of Kerala. These two traditional forms were never displayed and explained better before. Hats off to the artists and participants who are so devoted and keeping these art forms alive. The centre is located in the center of Thakkady and easily accessible. I recently visited Thekkady Periyar National Park with my family. We reached early in the morning and purchased our safari tickets around 7:00 AM. After waiting for nearly an hour in a long queue, we boarded the buses that took us inside the park bus fare 75 Rs. Once inside, we bought tickets for the boat safari (₹255 per person). The boat ride and the surrounding forest views were absolutely stunning — it honestly felt like a scene straight out of a Hollywood movie! Unfortunately, we weren’t lucky enough to spot any wild animals during the trip. From what I’ve learned, the best time to visit for wildlife sightings is between February and June. Overall, it was an okay experience for me. The setup feels quite commercialized, more like a business venture by the Kerala government rather than a pure wildlife experience.

The foreignes have to pay 2 times more than Indian people- that’s ridiculous. You also have to wait in a line for gates to open so you can buy a boat ticket. However, the workers on the boat were wonderful.

If you are a nature lover, than you love this place. But if you want to see animal in jungle it may be frustrated you. Good bus service to appear boating station. You have to prebook boating seat for weekend and holidays.

Must visit while in Kumily, suggest the morning slot for all. Good weather and can enjoy the animals too. Very well organised and great staff. Online booking is easiest!

We choose Bamboo Groove full day tour including rafting. The price it was too high for what you receive. I don’t say it wasn’t nice at all, but for few hours of walk combined with looking bird, few types of plants and trees and bamboo boat rafting on full sun it was too expensive. From pros we saw twice elephants. But service was very carefully and without binoculars you couldn’t see them closely. They keep long distance. Too long. Also included breakfast dinner was very tiny. Simply, but tasty. When you reach the dinner point is time to rest and come back the same way to starting point. Everything tasks 6-7h. Service was gently but not everyone speak English well. And last but not least. Forget about any tigers during this tour. They exist in park but to see them you need to buy special night stay for another huge amount of money. And if course it’s not guaranteed ;)

One Awesome lifetime experience. Haven’t ever played with an elephant this close. A professional handling came here. Affordable. So considerate and friendly staffs. Peaceful ambiance. Enjoyed a lot. Packages of all ranges available here from specific rides to full day package. The staffs were so genuine and made necessary arrangements for us. The elephant ride was like 15-20 mins and bathing and feeding elephants was around 20-25 mins. Totally had a wait time like 10 mins each. This place had a neat dress changing rooms with heater provisions and neat and clean rest rooms too. The small hut cafe was so neat and got freshly prepared food too. Great. Unforgettable experience

If you want to have a close encounter with elephants this is the place. You can have elephant ride too short though a nice experience. Since it was raining we couldn't explore other activities like elephant bathing, log lifting etc. You may be able to take pics with elephant. The mahout may expect some tips from u. It is advisable to book ur slot to avoid ques especially during holidays and peak days.Overall it was a nice experience.

The tour was nice and Mr.Abhraham's garden is just great. The farm looks like just a garden behind his home, but it's vast... the hybrid varities that he has is unique.. Especially 5Kg lemon, avacado.. He really explains very well despite his age. They'd charge 100 rupees per person. I felt that, you may charge if people do not purchase anything or not above 500 something like that would pull in a wider audience...

This is one of the best places you can visit to know about spices and the plants that we spice our food with. The passion for the spices and plants comes together with Knowledge about spices. Just a wonderful place. In case you don’t see the shop open please call them, they were so kind to arrange a walk for us. They did not try to sell us any medicine or packed Ayurveda products, just a wonderful walk in a beautiful garden.

THE MOST GENUINE SPICE GARDEN VISIT IN THEKKADY. Mr. Abraham himself with all his wisdom of years nurturing the garden with so many different varieties of plant species showing around his garden is the most authentic visit anyone can have. Getting to see multiple varities of plants, in a totally non commercial setting is a bliss. Him showing around the farm is like a kid produly displaying their toy collection built with love and care. Do visit if you want to skip the usual touristy gardens and want to have a feel of what actual spice farm supplemented with various plants should look like. Routine cabs won't stop here (obviously no commission) so do insist. The spices you can take from here at market rates without any worry including couriers once you are back to your place.

One of the best personalized, educational tours I have ever experienced. Green Park Spices plantation is a 17-acre spice plantation where a wide variety of spices are grown, now run by the second-generation of the family. On arrival, Mr. Abhishek guided us around the plantation giving us valuable insights into the world of spices in as much as their varied applications go, their growth process, harvesting and processing before they reach ultimate consumers. He also enlightened us on selection of spices available in retail stores. The tour was kept interesting because Mr. Abhishek kept quizzing us on spices while sharing his abundant knowledge with us. The plantation's sales outlet has a huge variety of spices, their proprietary masalas (created from their own spices), oils and condiments, besides souvenirs and gifts, some made from a single block of genuine teak wood. Even if the prices of their spices are higher than general retail stores, it is substantially offset with the quantities used to achieve far greater results in your cooking. Most importantly, in this day and age of adulteration, one can be assured of genuine spices procured from this plantation. We wish them every success in their endeavours!

We had an amazing tour in November 2025 of this lovely organic, mixed crop, 17 acre spice farm. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable. As a keen cook, I LOVED tasting the difference between knock-off cinnamon and the real thing. This site is a must visit for seeing a lot in a beautiful small setting, and for buying the freshest of healthy spices.

The place is very good and serene. Our host, Sapna, was very supportive, and she explained the things in detail. Got to know abt so many hidden facts about spices and came to know that the most of the spices we were eating till date are duplicate. Also bought lots of natural and original spices. Will recommend that if you are coming to Thekkady, then buy spices directly from gardens as the shops are filled with duplicate cheap items.

We turned up here on the off chance of a tour and met Rajesh. He was wonderful - knowledgeable, helpful, kind, interesting and just downright lovely! This is a fantastic spice farm, loads of different spices to see, smell and taste. The shop was great and Rajesh showed us around, which were the good spices after what we had discussed on the tour. Rajesh even ordered us a tuk tuk and sorted the price for us. Absolutely excellent morning!

Wow what an experience. Such a wonderful place to see “Kalari and Kathakali” in its pure and raw form. Enjoyed Kalari the most. Was awestruck by their moves and really the artists were great. Such a wonderful cultural center with no much commercial aspects that destroy the pure art forms. The seating arrangements to view the Kalari show were great. Enjoyed Kathakali art too. The dances expressions were so great. Throughly enjoyed it. Had great parking and a neat restrooms facility too.

I am sitting right now at the mudra center as I write this review - it’s the most third class tasteless sham of a show I have ever witnessed. Some clown has dorn on a kathakali uniform and shown a couple of kathakali moves he probably picked of the internet . Rest is cheap humour , nothing about kathakali just a cheap street side low grade comedy show . This studio has a understanding with cab drivers they will bring you hereas they and probably get a cut . That’s how we ended up here . Take my advice and skip the show for good . Also the studio facility is very substandard and no ventilation in this room. Safety standards are very lax and waiting for a mishap to happen.

One of the good play areas to visit in thekkady. Many activities are there preferably for kids like, bungee jumping, boating, zip line, go kart, 2D visuals, horse ride, swings for adults and kids etc.. depends upon the activity the price range varies. half a day is enough to play there... Adults can sit and relax. Many selfie spots are there to take nice photos. They also had canteen inside.

A good spot for families, kids, and couples. Entry is ₹120, and there’s an optional activity package for ₹600 that can easily keep you engaged for around 3 hours, especially in the evening when it’s more comfortable since it’s an open garden. There are plenty of photo-friendly statues, and a mix of activities for both kids and adults—some are free, others paid. There’s also a decent cafeteria with a variety of junk foods and space to sit and relax. Overall, it’s a fun, casual outing and definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to unwind and keep everyone entertained.

If you go in Jeep Safari, they take to these types of spice walk where there they influence to purchase some of the herbal medicine, which might be costing less in other ayurvedic pharmacy.

Overall, while the place has potential and several attractions, the treatment of elephants and the poor management of the rides really spoil the experience. It's a good experience riding on a elephant. Just a 10 mins ride ₹500 per person. When we go for ticket they said ₹500 per person but some people in this area said they are elephant camp sales team and the offer the price for ₹400 per person. If you get that amount go for it there is no difference in that and no difference in ticket. There is no amount printed on ticket. The ticket check guy is a fraud they not call people inorder to ticket number just call randomly. Be cautious they tricks you and wast your time. Parking is available. I think parking is free for everyone or if you buy and tickets

A very amazing experience although huge mismanagement by the authorities.. had to wait 3hrs in line for the ride. They do not maintain the first come and 1st serve system although they should, otherwise ppl buy ticket earlier and come late and cut the line.

A good spot in thekkady to spend some time. Took the elephant ride and watched Kalaripayattu and Kadhakali which was great. The pricing was also fair and value for money especially the kalaripayyatu.

This came as complimentary for our elephant rides. You can enjoy their field visit and get to know about spices and herbs cultivation. However, the products are not of great quality. My hair fall and skin issues multiplied after using their farm products. Also price is very high and this whole free visit felt like a SCAM to buy their products.

An amazing experience. It was great to see all the spices in one short walk around a private garden. The guide was very knowledgeable. We even saw a Great Indian Hornbill!

I had booked a room through Booking.com, I couldn't pay her because her phone number wasn't working on Google Pay. I tried to contact her via Booking and the 2 phone numbers provided by Booking. She never answered me. Finally just the day before my stay she cancelled me to give my reservation to someone else who had paid beforehand. Very bad behaviour.

The place is completely worth for the money. We stayed in 2nd floor, it had 3 bedrooms, hall and kitchen. Rooms were spacious and cleaning maintained. Toilet were also nice and clean. The hospitality was good the homestay owner was kind and helpful. But the cleanliness in closed drawers and cupboards in kitchen can be improved.

It was a joy to stay at Mount Spring Valley surrounded by nature and the sounds of birds instead of horns honking. I have spent 2 nights with my family. Our room was good and clean, with a balcony overlooking the forest. Mrs.Jaya & her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Mrs.Jaya makes an incredible breakfast and dinner in kerala style. Food was good. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. I would recommend this property to all whom they want to stay with family. Thank you somuch Mrs.Jaya.

Great homestay. The owner is super kind. In the evening you can enjoy forest sounds and watch birds from the balcony.

You get what you pay for (2500 per room-night in December end 2023)! This homestay is essentially an AirBnB like set up where owner hands you the keys and then you are your own. Rooms are decent size with large double bed, two chairs, a table, two pillows, two blankets, two towels, and a bath soap. Common area has few plates, glasses and spoons and electric kettle. Drinking water isn't provided. Owner lady can help you with tea and snacks at no/nominal charges. Last half kilometre to reach the property is on the edge of valley which need a small car and skilled driver. Our Innova refused to go in so we had to call an auto rickshaw. View from the property is breathtaking since you are literally on top of mini mountain in middle of lush jungle. I will recommend it if you just need a cheap place to sleep but not much else. There is no room service/cleaning and hot water is in limited quantity. Cupboards are dusty and so are additional linens.

This home stay is really good if you are planning for one night stay. It's run by a lady. She is nice in nature. The rooms are good but its missing few basic necesseties like Water bottle in rooms, night lamp, combined double bed, AC, etc. The shower was not working properly. The room was too small. No food option for Veg. people here. As she is only the lady, there is no one around to care of things if you need. You can only stay here if you have very low budget or don't want basic luxuries. But overall the stay was good.

We had an amazing time here! The location is about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop (from where you can go into the national park), the room is super clean; spacious; has a balcony, and OH man this host can cook!!! Absolutely everything is delicious, really recommend her pineapple curry that was cooked to perfection, and any of the fish dishes! Everything is fresh, clean and coming from a wonderful team of women who are running this place. 1000% recommend

1 star deducted as I was a bit disappointed with the Kathakali show (Traditional Dance Drama). The 1 hour show went on just like that with explaining mudhras, facial expressions and small part of the drama. Otherwise, Kalaripayattu show (Traditional Martial Arts) was spectacular. Really impressed with the high energetic performance by the young Yodhas (Warriors) Superb skills.

I had once in a lifetime experience. Kerala is culturally so rich. They have this martial art called kalariyapattu which is so less known to the world , unlike karate or kung fu panda. The kalariyapattu was a feast to the eyes. The performers were so well trained. They did sword fighting, yoga asanas, gymnastics, fire play n what not. I could not take off my eyes fr a second. They deserve much more recognition. The last few acts with fire were hazardous but they displaced babies n kids properly from the first rows to the last rows. So safety was taken care of. It's a must watch for tourists. It was worth the money here. The disappointment was the kathakali show. The ticket price being 600 per person fr 2 shows is a bit high.

This was not only a fun but a highly enriching experience. If you're lucky you'll get a chance to participate in the show to mimic the Kathakali artist or experience a warrior jump over you. These shows are such great value for money it would be a shame to miss them if you're Thekkady. Five stars.

It was great experience for both kalari and Kathakali to watch so close and it was so surreal to understand the kerala traditional dance form and martial arts form. Ticket price were faired well and it is worth visit when you visit Thekkady. It is easily reachable from the main town

The show was really fascinating. We enjoyed every second of the show. It was too good. It was engrossing, cool, powerful show. All the performers were very energetic, welcoming and friendly. Yoga done by Nidhi yodha was one of the high points for me. The fire performance was also really very good. This show will be a everlasting memory for me.

I recently visited this place and it was a wonderful experience. The massage was average but offered at a reasonable price, making it good value for money. Mrs. Rajni, our masseuse, was very skilled and provided excellent service. We tried the Potali massage, which was incredibly pain-relieving. Overall, I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Did not like the massage at all. She was just rubbing the body parts no knowledge of pressure points. Increased my back pain as they did not ask anything about the injuries or pain they just keep on rubbing with the pressure. Full massage was of 80mins but completed in less than 60mins. Shirodhara was given in a earthenware jar (mitti ka matka) not in the steel one with cold oil. Smelly surrounding due to dampness in wall.

Visited this place with my family for Kerala ayurvedic massage, had a 90 minutes session which included shirodhara, kizhi, steam bath and full body massage. It was overall a good experience, the only complaint I had is that the place was a little dingy but apart from that it was wonderful.

It was a very informative experience! A lady named Julie explained to us all the plants and its benefits clearly. One should definitely visit this place if you are in Thekkady. The ticket is 100 rupees per person. They have their own guides who walk you through the plantation and explain everything. Interesting experience. The person there explained the whole process of how honey is made — from how bees collect nectar to how it's stored and harvested. We were given head coverings for safety. The best part was getting to see and touch the bee plates up close. They have got different kinds of honey - chilly, ginger, garlic, wild, etc. The only downside was the pricing — all the products started at ₹500 It was a nice educational stop if you're curious about beekeeping and want to see how real honey is made. A well maintained small local church at the Thekkady junction. The stone wall makes the church seem like a small old castle. Quite unique. There is a replica of the famous Pieta sculpture at the junction.

We really enjoyed the safari tour! We saw a lot of monkeys, dear and elephants. Our driver had really good eyes and took his time to spot all the animals. The drive to the parc was quite long but it was worth it.

I recently went on a Jeep Safari in Sathram with Thekkady Jeep Safari, and it was an experience worth every bit of the 5 stars I'm giving it. We chose the 3500 rupees package, and it was both amazing and interesting from start to finish. Our driver and guide, Mr. Sunny, was the heart of our adventure. He was not only jovial and friendly but also knew the area like the back of his hand. He played a huge part in making our safari memorable by helping us spot an elephant herd not just once, but at two different locations. He even took the time to capture our moments at picturesque spots along the way, which meant we came back with not just memories but also fantastic photos. Mr. Sunny was very patient with us, taking the time to explain the routes we took and the animal movement patterns we observed. His knowledge about the local flora and fauna, as well as his willingness to share interesting facts about the places we visited, greatly enhanced our journey. One of the things I appreciated the most about Mr. Sunny was how he never rushed us. He allowed us to fully enjoy each viewpoint, making sure we had ample time to soak in the beautiful scenery that surrounded us throughout our journey. The fact that he picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel was the cherry on top of a very well-organized and thoughtfully planned safari. The drive itself was an adventure, with Mr. Sunny showcasing very skilled driving on rough roads, which added an element of excitement to our journey without ever compromising on our safety.

Entry is free, but the product prices are quite high. Although they claim the products are organic, they are significantly more expensive than those in the local market. They offer a variety of items, including skin and hair oils, body pain relief oils, herbal supplements, and medicinal tablets. Additionally, they have a range of spices such as cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper.

The garden tour was insightful, the guide had strong knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs and their benefits. The attached outlet that sells Ayurvedic powders are at steep prices, starting from ₹850. She's saying "more ingredients, more cost." Be cautious before making a purchase.

We had excellent experience visiting Thekkady Farm spice garden. The staff were very friendly and cooperative in explaining the medicinal values of the herbs planted in that garden. The Ayurvedic medicines sold in the pharmacy which we.bought helped us to get greater relief.

Nice experience. They have variety of flowers and they maintain the garden. I personally using herbal shampoo for more than one year and the product suits very well for my hair.

In one hour we could visit and learn about 40+ herbs and plants which was really good. When you are in the farm, you feel happy inhaling the nice aroma created duecto the herbs. A wonderful experience. We used the medicines also and found the results to be really good.

Was an excellent stay at Stay melody. It is a Botique property with lots of trees and flower plants. Spotted wild squirrels 🐿️ and so many varieties of birds and the water fall is awesome. Hospitable care takers and smiling faces makes the guests stay a memorable one. Served a nice breakfast with South Indian options and continental food as well. Did not have much time to explore well but promised to come back during the kids vacation again. City centre is located a stone throw away distance. Highly recommended 🤝

Stay Melody is a very nice home stay with 3 cottages (can accommodate maximum 4 persons per cottage) and 5 rooms (can accommodate 2 persons per room). The building, appears near the main entrance, is the owner's bungalow and the cottages & rooms, available for rent, are behind the main building. Location is good, which is centre of Thekkady town and just 1 km away from the National Park Ticket Office and reporting point for other Trekking events. Space for parking of 3 - 4 cars is available. The rooms are very neat and the service is very good. Food is also very good and they arrange the food items as per our wish. The prices are also very reasonable. There is a small 'Fish Spa Pond' and is being maintained well. They have arranged a 'Camp Fire', which we have enjoyed a lot. Excellent hospitality by the Managing Director Mr.Fazel Ibrahim. We, a team of 11 members, enjoyed the stay like 'At Home' with full privacy. Thanks to the management and staff. Overall, it is highly recommended for Family and Bachelor Groups. 👍

there are two three elephant camp in thekaddy but to pricy for a ride only worth is bathing with elephant As I dont recommend riding on animals as they slog a lot they feel the pain So please avoid riding for animal cause

This is not the actual elephant junction. Some private group is running this place. Dont believe what that Joseph old guy says. They have their small shop before the actual elephant junction and lure the visitors to their private place. Kind of cheating. Go if you don’t what the crowd. Not cool for what they did.

Never waste money here. They are charging way too high for the spice garden tour, its just a 200 meter walk outside someone’s home. And an hour talk on the products they sell. They also charge high commission for showing us trekking and elephant rides. Make sure to check on them.

It was a mediocre experience at the very best. We as a couple booked 2 hour complete session with this center. Firstly, the centre is on the road and vehicular noise is disturbing. To add to that the staff doesn't silence. The massage is not kalari marma message as promised it's more of oil rubbing. Coming to the massage oil it was something which does not soothes your senses. The saving grace was the potli massage part. For someone who wants to try authentic Kalari massage this is not place. The Kalari massage center bang diagonally opposite is the place to experience the real deal Kerela Kalari massage. This place is definitely cheaper but cheap doesn't always means quality. Personally, it was a very unrelaxing experience.

Good keralite massage option in Thekkady in city center. They bargain and can offer good price if some combos taken. Staff is good helpful. Oils used are good. Steam bath was with some herbs. Only problem was they didn't offer bath option, but seems this is common across this area.

One of the best place. He has a 16 yes experience in this. There is no doctor but it is not needed. When we went many tourists guide confused us they have some link with particular spa. After reading reviews we went there it is nice. But the major con is bathroom is not neat.

It was my dream to visit Thekaddy Kerala for massage and we luckily came across this Ayurvedic centre. The service was excellent and exceptional. They are very humble people who do their best with the minimum they have. I will definitely visit again!

Just concluded a week stay at thekkady. Wonderful place and wonderful people. And to mention about herbal massage center where I had the opportunity to take a package. Booked my session by phone after getting their number on the net. Wasn't that sure initially but gave a try. To be honest but not exaggerating that without doubt I felt very much revitalised and rejuvenated after the session. A good team of professionals, their knowledge about the oils and the manner they responded to my personal tensions and strains during the course, I give a hi five. Good job guys. My visit to Periyar National Park was an amazing experience. I went bamboo rafting, took a boat safari. Rafting program includes 7 km trek into the forest and the rafting. It's lasted about an hour for one way. Although animal sightings were few, the trek and overall natural beauty made it worthwhile. If you’re hoping for more wildlife, the best time to visit is between April and May the animals will more easily spotted.

Good experience of elephant ride BUT it's very costly and ride is only 15minutes maximum. They charge 500₹ per head for elephant ride and taking you to one view point where they let you spent hardly 5 minutes. We went during dusherra holiday so it was crowded and we waited for 2.5hours for our 15 minutes ride turn.

If you’re here then I’m telling you this is not much happening with lace ,they will charge you around 600/person for view point and elephant ride and 1200/person for elephant bath in tkdy you can get this in 1000/ person for bath and ride. View point is nice and its free please visit

It was a good experience of the elephant ride. Charge 500 for the ride and rs 100 for the view point 500 rupees for 30 minutes but actually the ride is 15 minutes and you can't ride more than 15 minutes. ride is in their Park only. I think it's overpriced 500 per person. The view point is 15 minutes distance from the ticket counter no need to pay a hundred rupees extra you can go by walking as well.

It was an average experience considering cost and time given for elephant ride.You have to book jeep ride first then they will take you to a view point then they will take you for an elephant ride.They will click your good photographs.Overall its an good experience.I didn't consider it as value for money.

We took 1 hr package which include 2 min Jeep ride to view point to see meadows of Tamilnadu and another 2 min ride to the elephant safari area. There was an Elephant ride for 10 mins and later Shower while sitting in Elephant. Overall I didn't like the experience. For shower I was expecting some pond or creek but they have a cemented area and you need to sit on an Elephant while he is standing and then they ask the Elephant to shower the people sitting on it.

Not much to say a simple few min ride on the Elephant, we opted out to bath with them and the view. Though the view was good but that's it. It's hardly a 45 min course and they will change you around Rs 1000 for this. Rs 2000 if you want to bath with the Elephant that to in some backyard where elephants are just kept, so other than the view, there is nothing much exciting, a few min ride on the Elephant and that's it.

Peaceful clean viewpoint- in Kerala Tamilnadu border - got a good view here. Way to this was so good with wonderful houses and huge churches. Had a neat organised ticket counter, restrooms, a park with beautiful swing and tree houses. The temple over there was small and beautiful. Overall a wonderful place to spend time with family and kids.

Pandikuzhi Waterfalls is wonderful to see during the monsoon. This place was very beautiful and very silent.The thundering sound of gushing water is appealing.You can even walk downstairs and feel the water droplets all over yourself. Will recommend to everyone. This water fall is also known as Periyakanal Waterfall also.

The entry fee is Rs. 100 per person and they assign a person who takes around thr garden and gives knowledge of the various plants and medicines. Tbh, I have visited the spice garden in Sri Lanka, and it’s way better than this one. In Sri Lanka, they also give a free massage with no entry fee as well. Here, they have a shop where one can purchase products and a bought few. The prices are decent but please don’t listen to everything they say. Buy only the ones that are necessary!

The spices were good but none of the Ayurvedic medicines we bought were effective. We paid so much thinking it is good quality but it was a waste of money. In fact I was told to discontinue my regular thyroid medication and now my TSH level is insanely high. I will have to take a higher dose of the thyroid medicine to compensate.

I visited this with my family, entry ticket for garden visit is 100 INR per person. Their model seems to be sales driven rather than focusing on the actual purpose, I do not have any knowledge of Ayurveda but prices seems to be pricey. If someone looking for spice garden visit, I would recommend choosing among many other options available in the same neighbourhood.

The spice garden is good and well maintained. The guide seemed to have good knowledge and he explained about different spices. He also demonstrated about the rubber production from the plants. But overall, he focused on advertising their own products and trying to insist to buy it. They had an outlet from which you can purchase items. I found it little expensive. Worth visiting to know something about spices.

Lonely place, guide will explaine about spices, there is a shop adjacent to the garden where you can buy spices whatever you want.. One tree house is there, but not maintained properly. If you are interested to know how spices were grown and processed then you will love this place.

It is a organic spice garden with a great variety of herbs and spices. It's all about Ayurvedic meds. The tour guide I got was the greatest of all times. She was very sweet. Also, the dog Bruno is also the sweetest. If the meds work as expected, this place is sure to get a lot more customers from me. Also, did I mention the homemade chocolates?

We watched kalaripattayu (martial art) show here, the performance was awesome. The performers was highly skilled and their performance was jaw dropping for few instances. Overall very nice experience, must visit in thekkedy.
