From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration truly unforgettable. Breakfast in the gardens, relaxing by the pool, and the warm hospitality made every moment magical. My birthday here was more than just a stay, it was an experience I’ll treasure forever. Fabulous hotel. Reminds me of the famous Raffles Hotel in Singapore. The front office staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Had a few drinks in their pub tonight and the band there is very good. The cocktails were well made and most enjoyable.

We have been returning to our second home, Centara Grand in Hua Hin, for more than five years now, and every time we arrive it feels just as special as the first time. We stay at this hotel several times a year and have just returned from our latest visit. The GM Jan and his amazing staff just make you feel so welcome we just keep returning time after time. Every single member of staff makes this hotel what it is. The location is superb, easy access to the bars, restaurants and local market are just a short stroll away and then you return to the most beautiful tranquil hotel via its amazing topiary gardens. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Both pools were tremendously refreshing and the service provided is absolutely incredible. Every staff member was very helpful and very patient with us. The food was delicious in every way, I must admit the way the western and Thai food were prepared and presented was very professional. Overall, I would recommend this resort for anyone wishing to stay in Hua Hin. I find it very difficult leaving this place.

Love this hotel, been coming here for eight years and it’s now like my second home! Khun Jan and his staff are so welcoming, they go out of their way to making your holiday a special one each time! The rooms are spacious. The restaurants are really good, food and service second to none. The gardens are kept immaculate and are a peaceful setting. Looking forward to my next trip in October.

I really fell in love with this hotel ♡ .. Let's start with the room. We received a small upgrade at the reception and were led into a beautiful room. The bed was huge, the bathroom clean and the room in general equipped with all important things .. 👍🏻 Breakfast the next morning was a dream. There was something for every taste and we could also sit outside comfortably and enjoy the rays of the sun .. ☀️ The hotel itself has two wonderful pools where you can relax. Just 1min away is the beach where we took a short walk .. 💆🏼‍♀️ Every single employee in this hotel has welcomed us with a warm joy and looked after us so lovingly. Our recent stay at Putahracsa Resort, Hua Hin, was truly exceptional — one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had in a long time. The staff were impeccably professional, warm, and attentive. The food was exquisite, and every detail of the property, from the rooms to the ambiance, reflected top-notch quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this resort.

Stopped in an Oceanside villa with a jacuzzi and it was a lovely few days. Staff were all really nice and accommodating, breakfast was excellent. I’ve read a few reviews about disagreements with the front desk staff, which I didn’t experience they arranged transfer cabs and went out of the way to help me. I paid £156 a night for a huge room with a jacuzzi Oceanside breakfast included, it’s great value. Hua hin is a safe area and extremely relaxing

Stayed here in the fall of 2023. Great hotel a few minutes car ride from the city center. We visited late in august just before the peak rainy season, not many guests the last days of our stay. The breakfast buffet is good, and whatever eggs you like will be prepared on order. We also got a complimentary late checkout, which was nice as our departure was late in the afternoon. The hotel provided free transport to the night market but you have to find other means of transportation back. There are two parts of this hotel with the main road in between. The restaurant is on the beach side, we found this a non issue as there are staff which stop traffic and help you cross. Overall a great hotel in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. You can also enjoy a drink in the sunbeds and watch the sunset overlooking the beach.

Superb 5 star hotel. Well located and often on walking distance of beach, shops and otherwise there is the complimentary shuttle bus. Wonderful pool. Great restaurant's for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Excellent own bakery with lovely Pastry. Very friendly and professional staff.

This hotel has a great location placed between packed market stores to one side and quieter neighborhoods to the other. The help is wonderful. Work is taken with pride if not a strong understanding of English. The bakery is like you’re in Paris and the breakfast is the best! Talented kitchen!

The Hotel is split with the suites on the beach side and the dining, large pool and smaller rooms across the street. I’ve rated the overall stay experience as a 4 only because the Hotel itself is a little bit old now and it’s showing.

We stayed here for two nights in June and we had such an exceptional stay. Service was excellent and the staff were all so attentive to our needs - we were passed beach towels upon reaching the pool and were met with smiles every time we met someone! Thoroughly enjoyed our massages at their onsite day spa as well, prices were reasonable for the beautiful spa rooms and great service. We would love to come back someday!

I've stayed here a couple of times now and will definitely be back. Although it doesn't have the best beach, it's easy to get to from Bangkok (2.5 hour drive - you can arrange a pick-up from the airport for about £60-80). Plus, it's very affordable. The staff are always lovely and the rooms beautiful. I would recommend getting one with a sea view though. The newly renovated Sea Fire Salt is located on the beach front and has some good options for lunch and dinner. If you're looking for a quick getaway from Bangkok and don't want to fly I would definitely recommend.

Anantara Hua Hin truly excels in its exceptional staff. Every employee demonstrates an admirable level of humility and genuine eagerness to assist, which creates a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that the recent renovations have brought the rooms up to a fantastic standard, and the overall property is stunning. However, I was quite surprised by the significant decline in breakfast quality compared to my previous visit. While the staff's excellent service remains consistent, the breakfast offerings now feel more akin to a 3-star hotel. The high-quality jams and compotes have been replaced with lower-grade options, the variety of meats has diminished, and the bread quality has notably decreased. This change was quite a shock, especially given the otherwise superb experience provided by your dedicated team and the beautiful new rooms.

My wife and I had a great 4 day stay at Anantara. From the welcome drink upon arriving to the mosquito repellent burn on the balcony. You can tell they thought everything thru to provide an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The rooms are clean, airy, well decorated and big. The property is lush with tropical trees everywhere. The food is reasonably priced. The breakfast was legit 😋 and the view at the restaurant on the beach was majestic. The staff were genuine and always willing to help. We will be coming back in the future for sure. If there was one thing I would hope to be updated, it would be the gym.

My first time here and it is quickly becoming my favorite choice in hua hin. Me and my family spend two nights in Club Anantara Seaview Suite. The view was just amazing, our balcony has panoramic view of the sea. Room is newly renovated, superb functional and clean. Kids club is just newly opened, our kids spend a whole day, so much fun. I personally love the tropical vibe at the pool area. Highly recommend for dining at Sea Fire Salt restaurant. Food is great plus a sea-view. Special highlight to a staff at the restaurant Khun Na, Khun High, Khun Sanit and Khun Book, they are all super friendly. Definitely comeback

My stay at this hotel was great! The breakfast was yummy, and the staff were all super nice and friendly. They were always smiling. The room was very clean, and I loved the bathroom and the bed. There were lots of power outlets, and a desk and sofa for working or chilling. The pool was nice, with different sections for kids, a regular part (1.4 m deep), and a deeper area (over 2 m). The pool bar made great drinks. Everything was perfect! I really want to say again how nice all the staff were. They were the best part of the trip.

We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Anantara Hua Hin right before its reopening! By mid-October, most of the facilities are ready, despite some construction sound can be heard from time to time at the pool. We are satisfied with our newly-renovated room and the perks of enjoying some brand new chairs, tables, hammocks. The greenery in the garden is spectacular - a perfect place to spend time at.

Room definitely is fine. But I don't really sense the hospitality of the staffs. Well they do the normal greets but not exactly making you felt welcomed. Breakfast spread wasn't big as well. If it's on discounted price no hard trying but I think full fare can get you much better experience elsewhere

Great place for vacation. Great place for kids. You have rooms opened to a very nice circular pool, and rooms on the second floor with view to the pool. The king size bed is great, two queens for a family with two kids is a good solution You have circular pool connected to the rooms, you have main pool for every one, especially for kids, you have a central adult only pool and a small water play ground for kids. You have two small water slides, sprinkler , inpool jacuzzi, and water games for the kids. The kids are needs renovation, especially the flooring, the tiles should be cleaner and the soft surface in the sprinklers area have too many repairs. The food is 7 out of ten, the Indian food is good, the club the western food is good, the Thai food is not good enough.

Was there for 5 nights in October 2025. As a Marriott member, we got a complimentary upgrade to Seaview room with King Bed. Very happy with the overall service in the hotel. Food was good. We went to Big fish on the first night where we had some amazingly big tiger prawns. Then tried their Italian-Thai buffet on a Friday night. It was decent. Pizzas, Porchetta, massaman beef were delicious. So were the desserts. Location was good. We had a rental car and did valet parking. Room was kept very clean. I think it was being cleaned twice or thrice a day! Odd thing was our towels kept being changed despite hanging them up as instructed to show that we wanted to continue using them, and save the environment. If I must be strict, we would not take the same block as the lobby again as we could hear ambulance sirens at night, going to the nearby Bangkok Hospital. And I would also hope that there will be no more tourist horses going on the beach.

I truly couldn't have imagined a better experience here at Hua Hin Marriott Resort. What stood out to me was the services provided, the breakfast buffet and the family friendly amenities. What I appreciated the most was the luxury without the feeling of wastefulness. There is an infinitypool that wraps around the quad of the hotel, a kid water splash area in a theme of a boat, and an adult only pool. The staff is truly amazing as they make you feel comfortable to ask for what you need, that is, if they haven't already anticipated. They offer weekly and monthly activities such as exercise classes in the morning, special themed buffets, cooking and craft activities at their Kid's Club. Little details like turn down service and keeping your toiletries stocked keeps me feeling relaxed and taken care of. The restaurant and hotel staff is friendly and personable. They have made it comfortable enough to stay in the resort your entire stay. We came here with our little family to celebrate our anniversary, but this resort is perfect for a multiple family trip, or even a solo trip. I can't wait to come back.

I have never been as embarrassed in my life. My good friend and his family had booked two first class rooms for three days and being a resident here i was looking forward to seeing them. They invited me for lunch and wine which we enjoyed in the restaurant. Having spent a significant amount we all (including his wife, kids and parents) decided to take a swim in the pool. However, an extremely rude staff member somehow identified me as a guest and explained I had to get out of the pool immediately. Not only that but I could not drink with my friend and his family at his table. Bear in mind they had already been at the Hotel for a day (spending significant amounts of money) and we had already spent in excess of 25,000 baht that day. But yet I was ordered to the beach to drink alone. Disgraceful. I will be sure to be writing as many bad reviews as I can on social platforms as this is not only rude but quite baffling. Why would the hotel not want to make extra money from outside guests? Safe to say myself and my friend will NEVER be staying (or visiting) a Marriot establishment again. I will be sure to spread the word......

The room is well maintained but already showing its age. The TV, while huge, but not smart TV so my kid cannot watch YouTube with it. But the hotel in general is great. And the staffs are just amazing!!! We enjoy the facilities so much that we ended up staying for another night and already promise ourselves that we will stay in this hotel again in our next visit to Hua Hin. If you’re still thinking which resort to stay in, stop thinking and just book this place!

I had a drink @ the front bar and then a meal @ Big Fish their highly rated restaurant, Both lived up to their reputation and my expectations. The extra dry martini was perfect as was my experience and meal @ Big Fish! It’s expensive by Thai local standards, but then what The Marriott is offering is also above local standards. This is a top international hotel and meets the expectations international travelers expect. Big Fish is especially romantic. Excellent for anniversaries and other celebrations.

A great, comfortable place to stay in Hua Hin if you want to truly relax. Beach access was nice but there’s really no reason to leave the pool area. Excellent service all around, the room was impeccable and the bed was A+.

This is a wonderful hotel, close to everything yet the feeling of quietness, seclusion and exclusivity. There is direct access to the wonderful beach. The pool is quite large and has view of the sea. The rooms are impeccable. The staff are kind and helpful. Special mention of Phimol and Add who made sure everything was perfect for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Cape Nidra Hotel in Hua Hin is an outstanding place to stay. The service is excellent, and the entire property is kept spotlessly clean. The rooms are very quiet, spacious, and perfectly designed for comfort. The breakfast buffet is large, varied, and incredibly satisfying. A special mention goes to Sub, one of the staff members, who was always exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hua Hin itself has a very special charm, a relaxed and calm atmosphere, yet full of life. The night markets, especially the Tamarind Market and the Cicada Market, are highlights with their mix of delicious food, live music, and local crafts. They perfectly embody the laid-back but vibrant flair of Hua Hin. Conveniently, right across from the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven where you can find everything you might need for daily use, making the location even more practical. This hotel, combined with the laid-back beauty of Hua Hin, is truly a perfect choice for a holiday.

A magnificent hotel where everything is perfect: reception, restaurant, etc. The rooms are very beautiful ! Incredible quality of service. Each person takes great care of the customer. Cocktail organized by the management. A small snack, coockies, shot, ice creams are offered in the afternoon and they even come to bring it to me on the beach Fabulous breakfast with a large choice. I had a magnificent stay at V Villa Huahin with my family. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect space for us to relax. Small number of spacious and private pool villas located right on Hua Hin beach. Recently renovated and improved restaurant and beach bar. Large common infinity sea view pool. Private butler at your service. Dogs allowed. My dog enjoyed the beach lots everyday! Obviously pricy but worth it.

Went for the 'all inclusive' free flow Sunday brunch at well over 3000thb. Really disappointed,as it was not 'all inclusive'- except for standard gin- which i didnt want. The advert was very misleading, as all drinks apart from the welcome wine was 'pay as you go'. Extra for premium gins and wines. No beer available. Food was ok but not great for the price. Didnt apreciate the camera crew obstructing guests and taking pictures of food during service. Manager apologised, but I will not be going back again.

The best villas in Huahin . Highly recommended!! Apart from a wonderful villa and layout room with a large private pool. we also got a big surprised from the hotel, they arranged a birthday set and lovely cake to celebrate my dog’s birthday which is very impressed. Special thanks to K.Aom-our butler and all the buggy staffs for helping, taking care and quickly responsive during our stay. Definitely return again! :)

This is a very noisy place. Children are screaming like crazy around 8:30 AM and 11 PM. The same noisy people seem to come again and again to a villa. Calls to the reception don't help. The stuff seems very surprised and pretend not to hear this. If you are looking for a calm place to rest don't come here. These crazy screams are heard very well with windows closed from a condo just next to the hotel! UPDATE: It's 12:30 AM (night) now and they are still screaming like insane. Hotel stuff just don't care.

As people residing in Hua Hin, we just wanted a short escape from the daily life in booked ourselves in for a night. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing. We have been in many villas or 5 star resort. This one is different. Privacy and service were spot on. We actually forgot that we were in Hua Hin. Only when we departed and drove out the car onto the main road we were back in our daily life. Highly recommend this place if you plan to do absolutely nothing and live minute by minute.

The “City View” and “Classic” rooms are not actually located inside the main resort area but across the street, facing the road. Unfortunately, this was not made clear at the time of booking — the reservation page gave no indication that these rooms were outside the resort. At night, the noise from motorbikes and cars was very disturbing, making it hard to sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or value a peaceful stay, I strongly recommend avoiding these room types. During peak season, the breakfast experience was also disappointing, with very long waiting times. Overall, this turned out to be a poor holiday experience, and I would not book these room types again.

We stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin for 3 nights and honestly had the most special experience. My partner worked with Kay to plan a beautiful proposal and the whole team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Everyone was so kind and made us feel so cared for the entire time. A big thank you to Tum, who looked after us at breakfast – he was so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff even surprised us with handwritten cards full of blessings for our engagement (and a little drawing of us!) which honestly meant so much. This trip was one we’ll remember forever. Gracefully built right on the serene location of Hua Hin Beach with the perfect blend of swimming pools and greenery, the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort was truly a 5-star beach resort. We arrived at the resort a little early than when we expected. Its staff at Executive Club Lounge kindly assisted us in finding a nice room for us. Finally, our room was upgraded to One Bedroom Private Garden Suite where one of main swimming pools sat right in front of our room. The hotel offers a very wide range of entrees at morning buffet breakfast starting from western, Chinese, Japanese and Thai ones. Its Hainanese chicken rice was highly recommended and worth tasting. As a selected IHG member, we were invited to have privileges to explore services at its Executive Club Lounge where we could have a private relaxing area with complimentary soft drinks all day plus complimentary afternoon tea sets and early evening cocktails. We had to admit that its staff at the lounge were valuable assets of the resort, namely Khun Acme, Khun Pond, Khun Ming, Khun Jigsaw, Khun Ben and Khun Sine. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly and attractive. We would like to extend our heartfelt to them all.

I stay here every time I visit Hua Hin. The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, with great quality and delicious taste. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. This time, I stayed in the building connected to the Bluport shopping mall, which is very convenient since there’s a walkway that leads directly into the mall. The rooms on this side are newer and quieter compared to the seaside wing.

Had an enjoyable 3D2N stay at IC Hua Hin. From the moment we checked in, we were well taken care of by the team. Swim in the pool, took a ride on the IC train, free shuttle and admission to Vana Nava water park, visit to Tuesday night market, etc Not to mention the delicious breakfast. Already thinking of coming back next year. Hope to stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort! We stayed in the Moondeck Jacuzzi Suite, which was beautifully designed and perfect for celebrating our anniversary. The rooftop jacuzzi was such a highlight — relaxing in bubbles under the stars after a day out on the white sanded beach which was a step away from the resort was simply amazing. The resort has a calm and intimate atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff (Tikki, Bam . Donut, D just to name a few) who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast by the sea was amazing and delicious and beautifully presented, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. We particularly like the fresh ingredients and sheer variety. We also loved how convenient the location was — just a short walk from Hua Hin’s vibrant night markets, where we enjoyed some truly amazing Thai food. The weather was lovely during our stay, with plenty of sunshine and just the occasional light shower that cooled everything down nicely. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and memorable trips we’ve had. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return again soon

All the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. They always checked about food allergies, which showed great care for customers. I was very impressed with the service. I was very impressed with the hotel’s service. Every staff member was kind and attentive, and this is truly one of the best-service hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows. The only minor issue is that some light comes through the curtains and the stair area, so if you like sleeping in total darkness, it’s a good idea to bring a sleep mask. I really liked the bathroom. Soaking in the bathtub at night and during the day gives a different but equally beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, and every dish was nicely presented. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Cicada Market. Before leaving, the staff gave each of us a bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I was impressed and will definitely stay here again next time.

When I think of Hua Hin, I will always think of this place as the first place. No matter how many times I stay, I never get bored. It is quiet and suitable for relaxing. The room is clean, fragrant, and every perfume room product. All the staff is cute, polite, enthusiastic, always ready to serve me. Breakfast is a la carte, freshly made, every dish is very delicious. I recommend that if you come, you must try a relaxing spa massage.

What an amazing stay my Husband and I enjoyed. The room was fantastic, super clean and with so many convenient amenities on hand. We ate at both the beachfront restaurant and the sand lounge, which were both above any expectations. It’s one of my favorite places to stay in Hua Hin. The hotel is designed beautifully and located on a quiet beach. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The in-room provides complimentary minibars and snacks. I love the size of the bed that’s huge and so comfortable. Unfortunately, the only unpleasant was the hot water which seems had an issue that made it wasn’t good to take a bath or shower. Breakfast has a variety of choices and you can order eggs menus. I like the vibe here not too busy and gives the guests enough space to enjoy the calm and peace without noise that you may face in big 5-star hotels. I was surprised to meet the Owner who greeted the guests friendly and nicely.

If I could give this resort more than 5/5 stars I would. It’s beautiful, situated right on the beach, has a very nice salt water pool, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. In terms of amenities, our room had a coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, a/c, and a mini fridge. The only thing not available on site is a laundry facility, but you can very easily make use of the laundry service if needed! The staff was phenomenal at helping us with everything we needed or wanted to know. They were attentive without being overbearing, and made this portion of our honeymoon unforgettable. The menu is extensive with local options, western options, and a large breakfast buffet spread. I think even your pickiest eater would be able to find something they’d enjoy!

The entrance alley is quite narrow, but there's a 7-Eleven right at the front. The hotel itself isn’t very large — a mix of a main building and standalone sea-view villas. It gives off a cozy, slightly vintage charm. Peaceful, laid-back, and truly restful — a stay that feels well worth it. The swimming pool and the iconic heart-shaped tree left a lasting impression that makes me want to come back again.

This hotel is perfect for those looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. It's very peaceful here, not crowded or chaotic like typical five-star hotels. We stayed here for 2 days in a beach villa with a sea view. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. All the staff are lovely, attentive, and friendly. On our first day, we received complimentary fruits, and our room had a complimentary minibar and snacks daily. Every evening, there was a complimentary tea set, which was wonderful for sipping tea and enjoying the sea view from our room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, though there weren't many options for vegetarians. In the evenings, there was a free sound bath class for guests. Overall, this trip was incredibly rejuvenating for both mind and body. Highly impressed!

This paradise is not too far from Bangkok. We spent 2 nights here with our little girl for her birthday celebration (thanks for the cake!) - overall hotel is super clean and well managed - staff were nice and very helpful - buffet breakfast was good and came with various food including Thai menu - pool locations is super cool with the breathtaking sea view - one this that should've perfect is this hotel should has fitness :)

I would like to take some time to write review for this wonderful beach resort. Me and my husband had been here once, some years ago. In my recent visit in June, everything stayed the same, charming and peaceful. We loved the swimming pool with seaview, serene looking room, healthy and delicious breakfast, shuttle bus service, free TV subscription services, cool grandma masseur, the sofa bed at the balcony, splendid seaview and most of all, the kindness and warm hospitality shown by the hotel staff. We were greeted nicely by the staffs. We love the kindness and hospitality they provided us since the first second until the end. Every area is so well designed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with lots of varieties including delicious authentic Thai. The view is stunning. It was my 40 years old birthday celebrations, and they brought me the whole cake 🥰 Thank you! Seriously, we couldn’t ask for more. It’s one of the best hotel we’ve ever been. We will definitely be back!

A truly amazing stay, which was flawless in every respect. It gives me great pleasure to say that. The food at Figs at both breakfast and lunch was phenomenally good. The grounds are mature and immaculate. The service is friendly and efficient and the rates off-season are extremely attractive. After staying at several other five star properties, I would say for the reasons set out above and the size of the beachfront, Hyatt is undoubtedly the best hotel in Hua Hin. The only downside is that I am not the only person to think so. Occupancy rates are high, especially at the weekend, so breakfast can feel a little crowded. That's really the only drawback. A special mention of Best, my employee of the year in any hospitality role. Just amazing.

Big resort style hotel with beautiful gardens and massive pool. We’re in our early 50s with adult children and we don’t play golf so I’m not sure if we are their target demographic- but it looked like families with little kids were having an absolutely fun time in the huge pool and water slide. I wouldn’t call it exactly relaxing lounging around the main pool (no one was particularly rowdy, just lots of families having fun which is great- it was happy noise!) but there is another “tranquil” pool that appeared to have mainly older adults lounging and swimming. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the service is top notch, very discreet and ultra polite and accommodating. All the staff are just beautiful and anticipate your every need- 5 stars to the pool staff who really know how to make a sun bed comfortable! We were “upgraded” to a larger room however it didn’t have a balcony and felt very closed in. We asked to be moved to a room with a balcony as that is what we had originally booked. The reception staff were a bit confused why we didn’t want the bigger room but very quickly found us a room with a balcony and moved our bags before we could blink. The beds are comfortable but if you are fussy about your pillow please use their “pillow menu” as the ones on the beds are very feathery soft that quickly deflate and it was like sleeping with your head on a rock. Also the air con automatically turns off as soon as you crack that balcony door, and the rooms would’ve very damp without the separate humidifier pumping all day. We made the mistake of turning it off one night because it was pretty noisy but woke up with the bed linen damp and the floors wet. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance and both Cicada and Tamarind markets are 3 minutes walk away. We did enjoy our stay, everything was nice. For us it just lacked a bit of privacy and personality that you find at much smaller resorts or villas.

BAD EXPERIENCE Having stayed with Hyatt for over 20 years and always supporting the brand, we were genuinely excited for another visit. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly vanished. Upon trying to enter the property from the beach—sandy, barefoot, and dressed in clean T-shirts and shorts—we were met not with hospitality, but with hostility. Instead of being welcomed as guests, we were treated like trespassers. It became painfully obvious that the issue was our race. This was not about dress codes or access rules—we were only checking out the restaurant to possibly book dinner, not attempting to be seated. From the moment we approached the resort entrance from the beach side, it was clear we didn’t fit the image Hyatt projects. We weren’t treated as paying guests, but dismissed coldly with casually racist remarks by security staff. This experience starkly contradicted Hyatt’s claim of “inclusive luxury.” It was not a miscommunication—it was a clear reminder that in some places, appearance still determines treatment. Hyatt failed spectacularly on this front. To anyone who doesn’t fit the unspoken “ideal guest” profile—consider this a heads-up. In 2025, this kind of discrimination still exists. Hyatt has earned a permanent spot on our “never again” list.

We, a family of three stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October’25. The check in experience was smooth and the room was made available early for us even though the hotel was busy. The ambiance throughout the property is amazing, the greenery around adds to the laid back experience. Breakfast buffet had ample choices between Thai, Western & Chinese dishes. The pool was the highlight of our stay. There were several activities throughout the day keeping all age groups occupied. (Archery, Tree Hugging & Fish Feeding for kids etc) The room was tastefully decorated and just right for us. The staff from front office, housekeeping & F&B were very respectful, attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a highly recommended destination

We stayed three nights at the Hyatt and enjoyed our suite we had. The room showed its age and would need some refurbishment, but it was large and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The Regency club was a nice addition, especially being able to use a club-only pool area, which was quiet and did not allow for loud games and play. Truly appreciated. Breakfast and dinner cocktails and food were good and at a good quality. Service and staff were fantastic. I would certainly return.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve stayed at many hotels — but Hyatt Regency Hua Hin truly stands out as the best in every way. The hotel is even more beautiful than the photos, and we were genuinely impressed. If you’re trying to decide whether to stay here — don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. This place ticks every box. The breakfast is absolutely grand — and not just on weekends. In all our stays elsewhere, we’ve never seen lactose-free milk offered, but here they provide every kind of alternative milk. The attention to detail is remarkable, starting right from check-in. Everything we requested was carefully reviewed and arranged exactly as asked. The hotel is also close to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market (open Friday to Sunday), with a golf cart shuttle from the hotel directly to the market entrance — super convenient!

This was just a short stay, but a very nice one. Staff is very friendly and attentive throughout. Room was great and clean. Food including breakfast was excellent. The gym was surprisingly good for a hotel. You should be aware that this is a family friendly resort and you may hear children from time to time. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a safe bet.

It was a beautiful and calming space—ideal for regrouping after the recent Bangkok earthquake. Service The service was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were warm, professional, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Location Perfectly positioned right on the beach, the resort offers quiet, scenic surroundings with easy access to the ocean. It's only a short tuk-tuk or Grab ride into Hua Hin’s centre, and within walking distance of the Cicada Night Market. A complimentary shuttle runs to three of Hua Hin’s main tourist spots, making getting around even easier. A peaceful haven that still keeps you close to everything. Pool The large lagoon-style pool was a highlight—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery. It was the perfect spot to relax, with plenty of loungers and a great pool bar offering refreshing drinks and snacks. Dining Every meal we had was outstanding. The breakfast buffet at Chulamongkut Restaurant was generous and diverse, offering something for every palate. The beachside Rak Talay restaurant served delicious Thai and international dishes with the most stunning sea views. Dining here was a daily highlight. Overall We would definitely return. Wora Bura was the perfect mix of comfort, calm, and thoughtful service—an ideal escape that helped us reset and recharge.

Beautiful hotel in great location. We wish we had more than 2 nights there. Located on the beach, the tide go up to the staircase of the beach at high times and back hundred meters... You can walk at low tide to the monkey temple near by (~2 km), worth the climb. The hotel itself is peaceful and beautiful, with water creek outside the window. I recommend it.

We were there for a long weekend. Great place located on the beach. Relaxing with cool breeze with sunbathing area near the beach and around the pool. Beach towel provided. Be careful of coconuts falling down. It almost hit me but that's normal when we want to embrace the nature. Variety of breakfast served between 6.30-10.30 am. There are plenty of tables both indoor with AC and outdoor but during certain period of time it might be full. However it's not a big deal as staff was attentive and got the table ready in a minute. Large room with bath and shower and full of toiletries. Personally, body lotion was recommended. Contact the reception to buy one. Classic style of bed, sofa and furniture. Comfy and king sized bed made us feel like sleep on the cloud. Large wardrobe with cloth hangers. A woven tote bag provided and hung in the wardrobe in case you want to use it in the hotel area. Great customer service, very attentive staff. Parking available and free with 24 hours security and reception.

Great location on the beach and close to the Cicada night market. Cool if you want a more quiet cultural experience on your stay. With the traditional architecture, and design, it feels like a museum. Unfortunately, the age of the facilities really shows and that it seems they are not well maintained. Our hot water in the shower would go cold every 5 minutes.

Visited in the first week of April 2025. Overall ok-good. There was a construction site beside the property but there was no noise. The parking space was accessible with high availability. When I arrived there was a welcome dessert and there was a bag service. The atmosphere and architecture were very beautiful. The garden was well-maintained and clean. In the room, cleanliness was ok but there was some dust walls corner but the bedding area is clean. The room was big and amazingly well-lit. I got 2nd floor room with separate beds as I requested, which was nice. Dental kit was not provided and needed to be requested. However, we found lotion in a Bath and Shower bottle instead of a decent Lotion bottle. Breakfast taste was ok but lacked variety. There weren’t enough tables even though more vacant space in the restaurant was available. Several guests including us (4–5 families) had to wait for other guests to finish their meal to be seated, like the hotel wasn’t prepared for Thai long holiday breakfast crowd. When check out there was no more bag service but ok. Anyway, Rak-Talay restaurant near the beach was very good I had to eat there every day.

Beautiful hotel in classic Hua Hin architecture. Looks like a palace in the old times. Beautiful large pool with direct access to the beach. Large choice at breakfast, nevertheless the bacon and pancakes were cold the 2 days we stayed at the hotel.

I booked 2 bedrooms villa. In general the room looks nice though quite dated. The Thai knickknack decor is too much. Having ancient dolls looking at you in bed room and tv is borderline creepy. The design of the room itself is good, one master with jacuzzi in the back (which doesn’t really work so it basically a tub) and another bedroom with two big beds, one small living room with fridge, coffee maker, a microwave, and chinaware & cups. It’s comfortable for four people. The bed mattress are too hard so I asked if they can provide a top up. Luckily they do. Bottles of water is provided daily. The room is not well cleaned in some area. When we checked in the room wasn’t ready on time. Upon arriving i saw the bed head board which looks like a big sideboard with several figurines decor is dusty. The bathroom around the tub isn’t that clean either. I guess the room is too big for one person to do. The next day the cleanliness wasn’t improve, so I end up using paper tissue to spot clean it. But everywhere else is fine. Staffs are friendly but the person who greet us wasn’t that knowledgeable and can not answer our questions. She said she’s new here, still simple question about the room should be on top of the list for a trainee to know? We like the terrace that offers the view of the pool and a bit of the sea. Lots of trees around the villa provide good privacy. The pool is nice along with the garden that seems well taken care of. Breakfast is mediocre or may be I should say bad? Well too many things taste not so good. They were like ready-made prepackaged cheap items from Makro or something. Too sweet fake ice lemon tea and juice, too salty food, bad ham,etc At this level of hotels i would expect more quality even in small quantities. Better quality food can be found at the beachfront cafe. Happy hour and food from menu are in reasonable price given that it’s a hotel food.

I’ve been coming to this hotel every year, and it never disappoints. Pranburi itself is a peaceful town with a beautiful ocean view—perfect for a relaxing hideaway. 🛌 Room: The bed is extremely comfortable, and the room is spotless, quiet, and tastefully decorated for a restful holiday. The shower is great, with lovely locally-made shampoo and soap. They provide plenty of drinking water, and I especially enjoy the Bluetooth speaker for playing calm music to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. 🤠 Staff: A special thank you to all the staff—always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Their warm hospitality makes me feel completely at home. 🍲 Breakfast: There’s a good variety of both Western and Thai dishes, all delicious. The bread, croissants, and Viennoiseries are definite highlights! 🏝️ Facilities: For those who enjoy staying active, the road along the beach is perfect for an early morning run. The room itself was beautiful with breathtaking views & you are really treated like a queen when you stay here. Nothing is too much to ask for, they provide everything you could possibly need from a hotel and more. The housekeeping staff are amazing and friendly & so are the gardening staff and maintenance staff! This hotel is one of a kind & truly special. We loved our family stay at Aleenta! Really friendly relaxed vibe in a non touristy, non spoilt beach! The wellness related food really is super quality. The villa had plenty of space for us as a family with a convenient shuttle to and from the other parts of the hotel. We will definitely come back!

A beautiful small hotel in oceanfront location. The rooms were beautiful and the bed comfortable, but the positioning of A/C is not ideal, it’s blowing directly in your face. Adjustments last about an hour, when the unit resets the position. Also, we were hoping to swim in the sea which was impossible due to a huge amount of jellyfish. The Frangipani wing, which is really not a wing but a separate micro-property 500m away from the proper hotel, has its advantages and disadvantages. You can park right outside the door and it’s more quiet, but there’s not much of a hotel feeling because all the amenities are at the other site. The location itself is great because it’s on the quiet side of Pranburi. Lots of things are in walking distance, and the sleepy fishing town is only a short car/bike ride away. The hotel rents out free bikes, but they were all in a disastrous maintenance state. This really needs to be improved. Breakfast was outstanding and had every day specials, plus well prepared a la carte dishes. The cakes and croissants from their own bakery were absolutely fantastic. The view from the little restaurant is lovely and relaxing. At checkout we were a bit disappointed by one of the hotel managers approaching us, asking for a 5-star review. This is inappropriate and unprofessional for such a luxury hotel.

We booked a pool Villa but didn’t realise that the pool is shared and also we have the ocean view. We need to walk out of our own room and detour a little bit in order to get to the beach. There are two locations for the hotel and the restaurant is on the other one that we are not staying in so it was a little bit annoying. We had to walk about 400 m to get the other side of the hotel. However overall great service beautiful room stunning beaches there was a little problem with the locking mechanism on our door. It refused to locked on its own and we had to jiggle it quite a bit before it locks hopefully they will be changing that out for the next guests.

I'm really delighted to make a wonderful choice for my family. I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my wife. The other room was for my son. They sincerely offered us connecting 2 rooms which was great as we all in the same room. The room actually was spacious. We also satisfied when we were jogging on the track in the morning. 2 swimming pools were great. We are all very much appreciated in this stay.

Hotel staff are 100/10 and the food is great. Food My husband and I had a date night at Nomada and service was 200/10. Beautiful evening sounds of the high tides and splashing. Food was excellent, we didn’t have any left overs. Expensive. Breakfast Buffet The breakfast staff were wonderful per usual, the food is good but my family of 5 didn’t nearly eat much food so it’s not worth it if you don’t eat much. If you don’t care about the price it’s great and decent (not too much) selection when compared to some of its competitors. Pool The resort staff is just wonderful, love the pool amenities and the fact they have a kids club (which we haven’t visited yet because our 2 year old daughter loves the kid pool so much). Cabanas are so comfortable and have front seat views. Beach Staff extends to the beach too, there are beach chairs for you to lay down on and staff can bring you drinks or whatever you’d like to order.

We were outside guests who came to dine at the restaurant, but we couldn’t find the way there. Then Ms. Supeeporn approached us and kindly asked if we needed any assistance — she must have noticed that we looked a bit lost in the lobby. She gave us clear directions and even wished us an enjoyable meal. What impressed us even more was that after we finished dining and walked back to the lobby, we met Ms. Supeeporn again. She warmly asked how we enjoyed the food, wished us a safe drive home, and said she hoped to see us again. It’s quite rare these days to experience such genuine and heartfelt service. Even though we weren’t hotel guests, her kindness and sincerity truly made us feel valued. Encounters like this make us want to come back and use the hotel’s services again.

The service was excellent from the moment we stepped onto the property until we left the hotel. The staff welcomed us with warm hearts and genuine smiles, especially the wonderful team at the reception and the breakfast restaurant. I was surprised by the variety of activities, as I didn’t expect to spend the whole day in the hotel. Hotels of this level usually offer similar facilities, but something about this place made me want to stay in and enjoy everything it had to offer. There’s a large swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and the highlight: happy hour at the club. I highly recommend ordering the daiquiri at the clubhouse — it was absolutely refreshing! Even though there were many guests, everything was well-organized, allowing us to enjoy different activities without feeling crowded. Above all, while the hotel offers plenty to do, it’s the exceptional staff that truly made our stay memorable. Without the amazing service team, we wouldn’t even be thinking about coming back.

We had such a lovely stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin, the entire team made us feel like part of their family. The views from our villa were stunning, waking up with a view right next to the beach. When I got sick during the stay, they had a nurse on standby who provided medical attention and medicine even on the weekend, we were so impressed and would love to come back 🥰

The hotel is pretty, the staff is very nice and gentle. The food was delicious. The breakfast was hot. The shower is cold-hot. The bed is very comfortable. And also the swimming pool is clean and pretty.

Great service, well mannered and trained staffs. Only the smell in the bath room from drainage might need to be rechecked for better. The renovation was great suited for 5 stars. Staffs were actually well trained and willing to service you to the end. Khun noi from reception was the one helping us and gave us for all information of facilities, im beyond happy as this is a family trip and also birthday celebration.

Located just outside Hua Hin town with easy access to the town is this stunning hotel. The exceptional staff went out of their way to make us feel both comfortable but also so as ease with our 3 month old baby. We stayed in the Rest Horizen room and it was so beautiful. The room was spacious, they provided us with a baby bath and the views both during the day and nights were amazing. I would recommend this place for young couples, families and anyone just needing a breather.

Personally I don't like the bed , mattress here. Too strong and not neat matterial at this price. Room size , bathroom are OK , practical price. Came with my family for long Songkran festival holiday. Before booking the accommodation, I searched for information on which hotel to stay. Finally, I ended up here because of the reviews that said the staff were lovely and provided good service. And I was not disappointed. All the staff were lovely. They never looked grumpy or dissatisfied. The room was also clean. The atmosphere in the hotel is shady. When I went, the tide was high. At 5pm, the hotel beach was gone. Overall, I was very impressed.

We stayed at the villa by the beach and the pool. Room wasn’t super big but patio area connected to the outside was great. Staffs are kind and caring, and pool temperature was perrrrfect. Food i wouldn’t give 5 star but it could be because my standard for Thai food is very high. All in all, want to come back again next time!

Breakfast is limited but still ok. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Overall, this is a good place to be for resting and relaxation from the busy city.

We stayed in the Canopy Room at The Standard Hua Hin it is spacious, modern, spotless, and anything but standard! Breakfast buffet was amazing with so much choice but the highlight was the Praça beach bar with its magical lights, soft music, and great cocktails. Staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the common green area seemed to be used as a dog’s toilet which took away a little from the otherwise beautiful grounds. Overall a flawless stay and we would give 6 stars if we could! ✨⭐️🌟💫🌟💫✨

The Standard Hua Hin is an amazing hotel — one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment you arrive at the gate, the bellboy, the reception, and every single staff member are incredibly friendly. It truly feels like coming home. Everything is perfect and so cool. The food at Lido and Lido Bar is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. If you’re a member, you get a 15% discount and there’s also a happy hour — which is a great bonus! Oh Thai Izakaya restaurant perfect as well, and have a enjoy drink with good view. What I love the most is the staff — everyone is so lovely and kind. My room was on a high floor with a balcony that overlooks the beautiful garden and big trees. It feels peaceful and refreshing. I don’t even know how to describe it… it’s just beautiful. Even the chef came to check how the food was and made sure everything was perfect. That was really lovely! I will definitely come back again.

I can’t say enough good things about this resort. The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced, beautiful grounds, impeccably clean. On the beach and close to several great night markets. Food at the on site restaurants was delicious. There were a lot of people there, but it never felt over crowded. Kate at the pool bar is incredible. She knew our entire family’s names and drink orders on day 2. We will definitely be back.

room, location, interior, foods and staffs are all very good, however there are something missing and can do better. For example, when i was booking the room, their line service replied was really slow, and the website keep showing error after i clicked booking, eventually i had to called to book my trip. Also, there is no hairdryer at the sauna, so after the gym, took the shower at sauna, I had to go back to my room with my wet hair. Breakfast was full of people makes the drink service a little slow, we ordered a drink after meal but it didn't come for 15 min, when we decided to leave, the drink came. We asked for to go but got rejected due to the policy. Except those, everything is good!

What a wonderful time we’ve had here. The food quality and presentation is great, the resort grounds well kept and the beachfront infinity pool is stunning.The staff are very very cheerful and attentive . We had an incident this evening…. after previous heavy rainfall, we were sitting waterside enjoying happy hour when suddenly a light globe above us exploded resulting in it landing on my head. There was no injury at all, but the level of concern from the staff, including Joey the customer service manager, was very impressive. All in all a lovely resort for relaxation time!

We just spent 9 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We wanted to chill after a stressful 12 months and this was the ideal place to do it. Our luxury pool villa was clean and inviting. The food at both restaurants was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We looked forward to seeing their smiling faces every day as we started our day with a full buffet breakfast that caters for every taste. The pools and gardens were well maintained and the location was handy to see all the sights around Hua Hin. We took some private tours with Travel Hero which we organised at the tour desk. Thanks to Dante and Nun for making these days so memorable for us. The massages at the spa were amazing, thank you Tan and Tai. This holiday was exactly what we needed to forget our busy lives for a while and we just wanted to relaxed but you could do as much or as little as you wanted in the area. Plenty to see and do. Special thanks to Peem and Gib for making sure our coffee was just how we liked it, trying to help us with the language and giving us such joy with your smiles and banter during meal times. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Overall a very good experience. The pool villa’s are large and well maintained for the age of the property. The one thing I really enjoy is the well established gardens and the high tree canopy, offering plenty of shade and adding jungle/forest feel. All the staff are accommodating and quickly address you by name which is very appreciated and demonstrates their genuine focus on providing a great customer experience.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this resort. The staff prepared a honeymoon set-up for the room upon check-in which was a lovely touch. We had a delayed transit and our luggage did not arrive when we landed in Bangkok. Staff was able to help follow-up for the delivery of the luggage from Bangkok airport directly to Hua Hin. We spent a lot time utilising the resort facilities with morning yoga, tai chi and mediation classes, and afternoon HIIT, water aerobic and weight training classes. Thanks to Lee and Thanawat from the fitness team, Arm & his team from F&B and Joey and Paul from guest relations for making our stay a memorable experience.

Serene setting. Beautiful man made beach and pool. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Joey, the manager, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Wonderful massages both at the spa and right beside the ocean. We had a private pool which was much cooler than the main pool, and for that reason, we were glad we booked it. The main pool is very relaxing and kid friendly though. The restaurants are nice. Food is good, but nothing mind-blowing. Loved the walkways to the rooms as it felt so tropical and authentic Thai. Great location close to the town, temples and other local attractions, and only a few hours drive from Bangkok. There's also a 7 Eleven a few minutes walk from the resort, which came in handy lots of times! Overall, a really nice resort offering a peaceful getaway and incredible value for money.

The stay at Movenpick Resort has been nothing short of spectacular! The private pool villa was well appointed and furnished with everything you need for a luxurious stay. Common areas need work but still preserve their rustic charm. Relationship Manager Joey was also exceptional, inviting us to a “Wine Journey” event that we enjoyed! Will definitely return in the near future!

The Marrakesh Resort Hua Hin is marketed as a 5-star property, but our recent stay fell far short of that standard. The hotel appears dated and poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues that significantly marred our experience. We booked the Fountain Room, but upon entering, we were greeted by an overwhelming musty odor that permeated the bedding, curtains, and entire space. We informed reception, who arranged for the bedding to be changed and the room to be sprayed. While this temporarily fixed the issue, the musty smell returned after we came back from lunch. At our request, we were moved to another room, which was an improvement but still had a faint musty smell. The new room revealed further issues. The air conditioning vents were caked with black mold, and the unit was blowing air into a crevice in the ceiling that was filled with moldy, dusty debris—directly above the bed. On our final morning, we were horrified to discover a dead animal, possibly a small mouse or rat, in that same crevice. The state of decay suggested it had been there for some time, as evidenced by the photo we took. The staff were apologetic and responsive to our complaints, which we appreciated, but their efforts could not compensate for the unacceptable state of the rooms. A 5-star hotel should uphold far higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance. This experience was deeply disappointing, and we cannot recommend the Marrakesh Resort Hua Hin in its current condition.

I have stayed here a couple of times, in the jacuzzi room and then the fountain pool room. The indoor areas of the rooms are good, not great. The bathroom areas are spacious, but dimly lit, especially the toilet. It was hard to get the shower to a comfortable temperature, it was either cold or scalding hot. The bedroom is fine, a little small but the bed is comfortable. But the outdoor areas, either jacuzzi or fountain pool are really nice - be careful of mosquitos though. There is a gym, but it's very small and only really has a few cardio machines - a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection of western and Thai options. As is often the case though, the Thai options are generally better. The pool and pool area are nice, but both on the smaller side. If the hotel is busy, it could be hard to find a sun bed. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, reasonably quite and there are many things within walking distance - shopping mall, night market etc etc Staff were very good, always polite and helpful.

The hotel is very nice decorated in Maroccan style. The rooms are spacious and the whirlpool on the balcony was great. Lighting in the bathroom is minimal but acceptable. Breakfast was 10 points, fresh and wide variety of choices. And above all, the employees are all very friendly.

The F&B staff don't seem very inclined to please their non-caucasian guests. We were with a group to celebrate a birthday but the service staff were too busy to finish up & go home. From the perspective of a hospitality major, the manager should have paid extra attention & hired overtime staff if required for a party that has spent a fortune to make it a special time. They turned off the lights and put on the covers of the outdoor furniture but they didn't disturb the other "European" guests .. it was strange to see the duality of characters on such a rated establishment but then they did allow us to have a midnight dip.. we loved the Junior suite though but don't eat there .. had better food in a shack nearby .. my girl loved their Spa though. Also don't use their house slippers

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Damp Rooms, Poor Hygiene, and Bad Food Our entire stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was constantly damp — all of our belongings, including clothes and bags, became damp and musty. There was visible mold inside the air conditioning vent, which made the space feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. The lighting was so dim that it was difficult to see clearly, leaving us unsure whether the room had been properly cleaned. The food also left a lot to be desired — it simply wasn’t good and lacked quality. To top it off, my sister used the in-room phone to call reception and was absolutely horrified — the handset had such an unpleasant and offensive smell that it was genuinely disturbing, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

I really wonder who gave them 5 stars. But as it's a five star hotel, so my review is based on what I expect of a 5 star hotel (knowing that I of course can't expect western 5 stars). First there is no Sauna no Steambath and the TV has only 1 English channel with no streaming. Also, we mostly had to wait around 30 minutes to get our drinks at the pool. It all started as we arrived one day early as booked, but during the off season! Of course we paid for an extra night. But they made us check out after the first night. We had to leave the room to check in again 2h later in the exact same room just one floor above (We did not understand but we accepted it). The next night they had a company there for team building. This meant loud noise all day and all night while the best amenities (beach view chais) have been blocked for them. They had a party in the Hotel until 2 am. I called the reception twice until they made them end the party. The next morning we woke up with the same loud noise again (asking myself, if this is a 5 star hotel or a party Hostel). But the worst part was, when me and my wife both got food poisoning, not connected to the hotel (from eating outside of the hotel). As both of us felt very sick, we called the reception told them about the food poisoning and asked for some active carbon pills, some electrolytes and a theometer (to measure and keep track of our temperature). They literally just told us they don't have it but we can get these things ourselves at the next store, which literally is impossible if you have food poisoning (again they are supposed to have 5 Stars). I haven't even mentioned all, but I assume this is enough to get a picture of what you can expect there. I really can't recommend this place for this price to anyone.

Good service with friendly staffs but the rooms are just ok. We booked the 2 bedrooms villa with a pool but it had a lot of hair in it. We had to call someone to come clean it. One of the rooms has ants that they couldn’t get rid of after coming twice. The shower area needs more cleaning with many moldy spots. The food is mediocre. However, the view is really nice. We had a good time swimming and walking on the beach. Overall, we like the staffs and the location but the rooms are not 5 stars.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room and absolutely loved it! The room had direct access to a terrace – while the side views were limited, it was still a lovely spot to enjoy both mornings and evenings. The room came with centralized lighting controls, a full-sized wardrobe, and a smart layout that separates the bathroom from the lavatory. Lighting was perfect throughout – every corner was well-lit. Daily housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful, always restocking all the complimentary items including cookies, drinks, and treats in the fridge. Internet and TV worked flawlessly – no glitches at all. The bed was massive, super comfy, and easily big enough for 4 adults. There was also a single bed that doubles as a sofa with cozy pillows. The jacuzzi was impressively large and could comfortably fit 3 adults. We were welcomed warmly on our anniversary with a smooth check-in, welcome drinks, and a special room decoration which made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast buffet was incredible – absolutely delicious with tons of options for everyone, including vegetarians. It felt luxurious without being overpriced, which is rare for a 5-star property. A big shout-out to the amazing staff – every single person was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Khun Fern and Little for their exceptional hospitality. The beachfront location, infinity pool, and the peaceful vibe made it feel just like home. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

One of, if not the best villas we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are impeccable and so lovely, the food in the restaurant was fantastic and the area is so relaxed and enjoyable. *Review from April 2024* This could be the best place l've ever stayed and l've been to some nice places. The room spotlessly clean. The roof terrace sunbeds over looking the sea breathtaking the main infinity pool brilliant the breakfast and the views while eating are amazing they have sausage bacon ect but also lots of other dishes including Thai dishes and they will cook you any egg dish to order. The beach this resort is situated in is beautiful the area outside the hotel was practically empty you felt like you had the beach to yourself it was very clean and well maintained and gorgeous to swim in the sea. All in all this is a high quality top resort with very high standards of service. The green line bus comes past this way so easy access to any restaurants not too many nearby but special mention to our favourite one of the holiday which is two minutes walk away (Khemthong) check it out on Google reviews or trip advisor 5 stars all around. My only negative would be that the pool private pool in the seaview one bedroom villa only has the sun on it from around 11:30am-2pm and it's a pretty cold pool - 1 would actually be interested to know if any of the other style pool rooms got the sun longer for a future visit from the hotel reads this please let me know. We are currently in another resort in Cha-am but wish we had stayed longer here I am already looking for next year. Keep up the fantastic work.

A very beautiful villa near the quiet side of Hua Hin beach. Our room is at the 2nd floor, the Jacuzzi Room. The room is very big and spacious, a big balcony with big bath tube. The bathroom is very nice also. The swimming pool has a great view to the ocean. Walkable distance to few local temples. Every staffs are nice and helpful on the enquiries. Yana is my top choice if I come to Hua Hin for vacation again.

Acces to the pool was great! It was quiet and peaceful. I could even sleep outside in the afternoon. No mosquitoes or loud noises. Sun is up till 4pm in the pool. Perfect if you get sunburnt easily. Rooms were cleaned during breakfast. Best hotel we have stayed in Hua Hin so far.

We stayed here from night 1 of Songkran and four night’s following and it was close enough to the action and fun without feeling like you couldn’t get away from it. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and their English is excellent. We had a bottom floor, poolside room which we loved and the room was clean, updated and well maintained. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from everything and a Bolt away to the night markets and the action for about 60Bht. The price is great for what you get. We loved the breakfast and we highly recommend this hotel!

Great location..close to restaurants, 15 minutes walk away from the night market, one block from the beach. It’s a quiet street but at night there’s a bar a few doors away, so you’ll hear the music until 2am. Don’t get a room on the ground floor, the parking lot is there and you’ll hear people coming and going. The breakfast is aimed more towards the Asian clientele. The pool was very relaxing. Rooms are clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again.

What a pathetic state of affairs in this hotel. Hospitality? I think they don't know the meaning of it. They are liers. Many days before checking in they confirmed on WhatsApp and email that they have plenty of vegan breakfast options and their staff can assist in preparing dishes if needed. However, after checkin they denied the same. They have only one vegan dish and denied preparing anything vegan for us. Rooms were decent but the Aircon was outdated and was mostly cold which wasn't very comfortable. The balcony was a waste since it was not covered and wet because of the rain 90% of the times. As far as the service is concerned, they dont pick phones and if you're in an emergency then you're on your own. I tired calling them for atleast half an hour but no one picked the phone, finally had to walk to the reception. They provide dirty cups inside the room and I got them changed multiple times but all were dirty and there was a foul small that made me puke. All in all, avoid this property at all costs as it's a disaster when it comes to hospitality.

We booked for 1 week and stayed for 3 weeks in total. The reception staff, Som & Pran were so helpful for booking train tickets & any other enquiry etc that we had. The kitchen staff were always happy and the selection of food for breakfast had something for everyone to choose from. The Asira is clean & peaceful. To relax in the clean salwater pool was great on a hot day. The room we had on the 3rd floor was very clean & the bed comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Shopping malls were only a Bolt drive away. It was a relaxing holiday and enabled us to enjoy our first trip to Hua Hin.

Full-time traveler here (@whatrvdoing). We had the pleasure of staying at Praseban for 2 nights and it was incredible. The staff is the friendliest group of people we’ve gotten to meet. I absolutely love that this is family owned because you can tell the care about you much more than one of the giant hotel chains. The food was so delicious and so plentiful! It’s right on the beach and there is an infinity pool that overlooks the water. Absolutely love this place and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay here! We booked an ocean beachfront room and it was all we need. The room comes with little balcony area where you can chill out on the bench and watch a beautiful sea. The bed was very comfortable and there is also a bathtub unfortunately I had no time to try it. Definitely will come back again

Full-time traveler here @whatrvdoing. At the time of this posting there were only 321 reviews. The resort is exquisite. The grounds are very well maintained and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. It feels like Zen on the beach. Our room was gorgeous with waterfront views of the beach and the pool. The restaurant served delicious meals. And 1 km down the beach is a stunning rock formation. This is definitely a hidden gem at the most affordable price. Don’t forget to pamper yourself when you book with a beach front massage.

Really serene and cozy resort in Pranburi with beachfront access. Every little detail was thought out by the management team from the welcome drinks and the curated breakfast menus to the activities directory (and there's a ton you can do in the area!). Stayed here for only a night but wish we could've stayed for longer. If you're looking for a calm and quiet getaway, avoid the Huahin beaches and come here instead! Worth the extra 30 minute drive.

We stayed for one week the week before Songkran and it was a wonderful home away from home. Every part of the property is charming and well designed. Staff is very friendly and proficient. I got a migraine one night and they were so kind in helping me through it. The beach is clean, has a gentle incline, and is very quiet as it is on a small bay which protects it from nearby public beaches. We drove but shuttles from Hua Hin airport and other options are easily available if driving is not preferred. If we have the chance we would love to go back!

This resort is a lovely place where you and your family can relax. All staffs are very nice, they always greet with lovely smile and they take care of us very well, I just feel like princess.Rooms are clean and great view from the room. My wife and I live in Ko Samui. And found this gem of a boutique hotel. And it is absolutely incredible. Very friendly staff great food and if you’re a wind surfer, you’re in heaven. The rooms are gorgeous and again friendliest staff I’ve met! And not only do you have the beach but you have an infinity swimming pool

The Hilton Hua Hin is an excellent hotel/resort. The rooms are clean and modern in design. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. I think it is aimed at tourists with a bigger budget. The food and drinks are more expensive than local pricing in Thailand. However, if you feel the restaurants are beyond your budget, you are centrally situated and you can find plenty of local restaurants with a variety of cuisines to suit all budgets. We stayed on a promotion for two nights. It was a nice, but expensive treat. I would recommend.

Great value and excellent service This hotel offers fantastic value for money with attentive service and a convenient location. The staff were wonderful, and overall I had a very positive stay. I would note that Hua Hin itself may not be the best destination for families with younger children, as the nightlife scene is very visible in the streets after dark.

First of all, the ocean view is stunning and super super great. The room I stayed in, furniture and equipment are a little old, but the hotel location is so nice that it has the advantage of being directly connected to the beach. The staffs are so friendly and the hotel is so clean. I would like to visit again.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Unforgettable Memories! Our family, with our 3- and 6-year-old kids, spent 5 nights at the Hilton Hua Hin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The highlight for our children was definitely the amazing swimming pools and the waterslide. With pools of various depths, both of our kids could play safely and have endless fun. They were so excited that they woke up at 6 a.m. every morning, begging to go to the pool right away! Because of that, we often ended up having breakfast early and spent the whole morning swimming and playing there. Although the kids’ club was a bit smaller than we expected, the fantastic pool area more than made up for it. Our kids also fell in love with the chocolate lattes served at breakfast and dinner. Even now, back in Korea, they keep asking for one just like it! We especially appreciated the evening cocktail lounge. It was wonderful that children were welcome to join us there for a nice meal. It’s quite rare to find a quality lounge that allows kids, and it made our evenings much more comfortable and enjoyable. (A light-hearted apology – our children got a little loud in their excitement, and we might have enjoyed the excellent wine and cocktails a bit too much ourselves 😅) All the staff members were incredibly kind, but we’d like to give special thanks to two people in particular: · Mr. B – He kindly helped us arrange a taxi to visit Kui Buri National Park, which made our trip so smooth and pleasant. · A young lady at the evening lounge – Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name. She wears glasses and ties her hair neatly. I stayed at the Hilton Hua Hin for 6 nights and got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The staff were super nice during the whole stay, especially Eyes from the Executive Lounge. It was very impressive how she always remembered the names and room numbers of most of the guests. The hotel is in a very nice location with lots of food and massage options close by. Only a small minus for my room: it was a bit worn down, so it was about to get an upgrade in furniture and the floor. Also, the tennis courts are a bit worn down already.

I had a really great experience at Holiday Inn Hua Hin Vana Nava. The atmosphere is very nice and the views are beautiful. There are also many free activities provided by the hotel, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The staff service is excellent. The Concierge gave detailed information, spoke politely, and was very professional. The Driver was safe, polite, and knowledgeable. The Reception team worked very quickly and efficiently. The Game Zone staff took care of every step, making sure guests had fun. The Security staff gave helpful guidance. The Operation team answered phone calls quickly and could handle bookings and questions directly without transferring to different departments. The hotel also provides bicycles for rent, and I really liked their daily update emails about my stay – it was a thoughtful touch. One small suggestion: the opening hours of facilities like the swimming pool, water park, bicycle and game zone are quite short (only about 7 hours per day). This makes it a bit difficult to plan, especially since there are already so many attractions to visit in Hua Hin. Overall, I think the value for money here is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hua Hin.

The Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin delivers on every level. The breakfast buffet is sensational – varied, fresh, and beautifully presented; probably the most extensive I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The rooms are modern and offer stunning views, many with direct sea views. The huge water park right at the doorstep is a great highlight and a perfect change of pace during the stay. Overall, an excellent resort with high comfort and first-class service. Only the rooftop bar is a bit pricey – but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.

We've only stayed here a couple of times, to take family to the water park, and to have a break for ourselves, but it's definitely one of my favourite hotels in Thailand. The staff are always A++, the rooms are really nicely styled, the beds/pillows are incredibly comfortable, the balconies are large, and the views are beautiful. We haven't eaten here yet, so can't comment on that. The water park, rooftop swimming pool, and Sky Bar are the main attractions here, and they are definitely worth the trip. It's a little out of the way for tourist activities, but it's only a very short taxi ride to the markets. There is a fresh food market between 2-7pm across the road, and a great Island restaurant around the corner, should you fancy a bit of local culture.

Wonderful Hospitality as Always! I would like to express my appreciation to the Front Office staff, Khun Nancy and Khun Natty, for their warm welcome and excellent recommendations. I also had dinner at Pramong Restaurant, where Khun Jane provided outstanding service. Every time I stay here, I am always impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the team. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant once again!

Great hotel for families. The waterpark is a big plus, and our 11 year old enjoyed it every day we stayed here. The staff was very helpful and professional. One of the things they could improve would be to extend the opening hours for the kids' club and the games room. As they closed at 18.00 and 19.00 so not much for the children to do in the evenings if you decide to stay at the hotel.

It’s a great place to stay, the rooms are looking great, the rooftop pool have amazing views, the staff is excellent! Also, there is a road through train station now, so it’s not problematic to walk to the beach or cicada market! The only huge problem is elevators, they always reply on reviews that they noted this problem, but I’ve read old reviews and this problem is consistent. Sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes to get to the floor you need. And there’s no normal stairs, which I would happily take to get from L floor to 9 floor.

This review is for the pamong restaurant breakfast buffet at holiday inn. The food and service was wonderful. The varieties are extensive from fresh salads, Thai, Chinese, egg station, Korean, indian etc. The garlic and truffle bread was so good I had to go back for second round. Kids were also occupied with drawing and coloring papers while adults stuff themselves up. Service was fast and table cleared as soon as food is finished. Truly 1st class experience. Cheers to the management and staff.

I stayed here for three nights and was genuinely impressed. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Thailand, including more expensive ones, but the service and attention to detail here truly stood out. The room setup was smart and comfortable, and every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond. When I had trouble with my car, the team immediately offered help, and when my air conditioning needed attention, the engineering staff resolved it quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Khun Ay, Nina, Ging, and Tor – each of them was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to experience this level of genuine hospitality in Thailand. The quality of service here is outstanding, and I would return without hesitation.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the warm hospitality during my stay from 25–27 May. As a wheelchair user traveling solo, I tend to be quite selective about where I stay—but your team truly made everything seamless. I really appreciated the support and kindness shown throughout my visit. A big applause to everyone for making it such a positive and memorable experience! (Specially Front Office Team) I do have a few small recommendations regarding the setup of your wheelchair-accessible rooms, both Garden and Pool access: 1. While it’s great that a shower chair is available upon request, installing a grab bar in the shower area would significantly improve safety and better align with international accessibility standards. 2. The existing grab bar near the toilet is currently placed a bit too far. If possible, I’d suggest moving it slightly closer for better reach (please see the photo attached for reference). 3. The ramp leading to the accommodation building is quite steep. If there's a way to reduce the incline slightly, it would help improve safety and prevent potential roll-back incidents for wheelchair users. I understand that solo wheelchair users may be rare guests at the property, and others may not always provide feedback—but I hope my suggestions can contribute to making your already thoughtful facilities even better. This was my first visit to Avani Hua Hin—but certainly not the last. Looking forward to coming back again!

Very good location, rooms little small but fine for a day or two, nice and large swimming pool for kids and adults. Breakfast - yummy, good and Serving is super fast. Khun Vysak a very good chef. Prepared for us indian food and sweets-aloo roti, poha and upma. Sweet dish was seviyan with milk- very hot and superb, delicious.

We like this hotel, it is very kid friendly. The big nice pools and kids club, The breakfast is delicious, the gym well equipped, the staff super friendly and the restaurant in front of the beach has a nice menu with music at nights making the night entertain and relax. The villas are beautiful.... we can't wait to come back! We totally recommend this hotel.

Worst experience on the check-out day. I stayed in room 2209 on 13 Sep. We were still in the room packing the luggage , and my bf were in the bathroom while open the bathroom door. The housekeeping woman came in with one ring and suddenly open the door without waiting for me to open or even ask! Her face was surprise however she didn’t say any apology. I really feel bad with this kind of experience. She only said the system shown this was the check-out room. However, on the check-in day we (4 rooms) got such warm welcome from Ms.Chompu in the front desk.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good service, good breakfast buffet, Thai and international. Downside is the location, there is not much around. The Restaurant Breeza is high class with more than civil prices for the quality. Weekends are busy because the BKK population is spending their weekends there.

Enjoyable, vast area and peaceful environment. Lovely atmosphere. Cool and greenery place near beach. The breakfast very yummy, lots of varieties and international buffet. We had dinner at restaurant in the hotel. The food was in big quantity. Really yummy. Enjoyed the ribs and salmon grilled. They have variety of vegetarian food too in large quantity. Overall was very good. The service man and ladies were polite. The golf driver was polite and cool. The receptionist were polite. Everything was very well given and they all treated nice.

A beautiful and tranquil hotel with excellent service. It felt like a second home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's great for families, with activities for kids (swimming pool, cycling, kid's club), teens (archery, tennis, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and a pool table), and adults (Thai massage). Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend this place in the Hua Hin-Pranburi area.

A beautiful and peaceful resort with excellent service. The villas are spacious, private, and elegantly designed, surrounded by lush gardens and just steps from the beach. The pool area is large and very well maintained – perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and of high quality, with both Western and Thai options. The quiet location makes it ideal for a restful getaway, yet it’s still close enough to Hua Hin for day trips. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind in style.

Excellent hotel with staff who have been trained to a high level. The standout features are the grounds and the location, right next to the beach. I think that we stayed in the cheapest room and although it was somewhat dated, it was perfectly in line with the rate that we paid. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several tennis courts and other sporting activities available. The grounds are mature and well tended. Although the hotel is quite old, I think that fact is already reflected in the modest room rates. I say room as I have no idea about the value for money of the villas. We cycled along the beach road down to the adjacent beach, which was totally feasible on the bikes provided for free by the hotel. The views along the way are stunning. The only thing that I would take issue with is the quality of some of the breakfast items, most importantly the coffee. The coffee was awful. However, most of the breakfast spread was of a reasonable quality. The staff at breakfast and at the restaurant were very good. Overall, an excellent choice.

I stayed in a studio seaview room on the second floor for two nights. The room was fragrant and clean, with a beautiful view from the room. The resort atmosphere is quiet and perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. We encountered a minor issue during our stay: on the second night, late at night, the air conditioner went out. A technician came to fix it the first time, and it got better. The second time, it went out again. While waiting for the fix, it went out again ( total three times ), taking almost half an hour to get better. l understand that the air conditioner might have been working hard since it had been on for several hours straight. However, we were still impressed with the resort and will definitely go back to stay in the same room type again.

Garden King Studio is spacious and clean, we love good terrace area with a big ceiling fan. The resort has plenty of activities and well ness/spa choices. Recommend for Thai massage and outdoor sessions e.g. pickleball/tennis, biking around the beach. The staff is helpful with great service mind. Only one disappointed one is a milk spa as I could not feel any milk but just a simple shower gel bathing in a bathtub with Jacuzzi which is not worth the 1200THB/30mins.

My wife and I loved everything about this resort. The room was huge with nice balcony. The tennis courts are well-maintained. We’ve enjoyed biking around the property too. Location is just a bit farther than the other resorts in Hua Hin. It’s about 30 mins away from the city center of Hua Hin.

The hotel has a unique and distinctive design. On my first visit, I stayed in an extremely spacious room with a bed that was enormous—probably over 6 feet! I’ve never seen a hotel with such a large bed before. This time, I got a slightly smaller room, but it still felt comfortable and not cramped at all. The songs chosen to play on the TV in the room were also excellent.

Fantastic stay at a beachfront hotel with an amazing infinity pool and direct pool access from the room. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served big, flavorful portions at great value. The room was spotless, and the staff were outstanding — one even personally helped when a guest had currency difficulties. Excellent amenities all around, and a bonus: there’s a Starbucks right within the hotel! It’s a bit far from downtown, so having your own or arranged transport is ideal. Still, for a peaceful beach escape with top service, this place is a gem.

A large room and balcony, facility is good, clean and usable. However i can’t see the beach view from room, just a pool side view. Wifi is good signal. Fitness is far from our room. Staffs service are all good.

If you go there, this hotel is luxury. The Exchange for breakfast is delicious and The Ivy restaurant is very good. When we check in ,the staff was great and polite. They are really friendly and the room was big and great. I will come back later for sure

From the cool towel and drink at check in, to the check out, our stay was lovely. The staff was attentive and so kind. It was my birthday while there and they gifted me a cake and left beautiful and thoughtful decorations. The pool was refreshing and the access to the beach easy. We felt we were living the highlife of luxury.

This is a very friendly and courteous hotel with a wide range of breakfast buffet and beautiful view at the beachfront. There were a band music, fire show and a dj music at the beachfront on fridays and saturdays. We enjoyed the dinner with those entertainment with the beach view which makes perfect for our stay. I recommend the soft shell crab curry from the Ivy beachfront restaurant menu.

I can’t understand what makes this property deserves less than 5 stars. It was a true 5 star experience for me and my partner. The staff went all the way to ensure our comfortability during our stay in the property. The rooms are HUGE with a very reasonable price. I mean, 110sqm is really HUGE!!! It also comes with a balcony overlooking the ocean and an outdoor jacuzzi, just PERFECT! I came for my partner birthday and they decorated the room with “happy birthday” and even gave a free birthday cake (it was a chocolate cake and tasted AMAZING) completed with candle and matchstick to privately celebrate. We stayed in the room most of the time, that’s how we loved the room! They served varied breakfast options and they were all very delicious. Final verdict: I’ll definitely come back here if I visit Hua Hin again.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The Palayana Hua Hin was perfect in every way — the room, the restaurant, the room service, and the staff. The food was insanely delicious, truly beyond expectations. I also loved that we could order food from outside and enjoy it comfortably in the room. The location is super convenient with Grab car access everywhere, making it easy to get around. Honestly, everything was just perfect. If I could give more than 10 stars, I absolutely would! 🌿✨

Disappointed.. We used to stayed at Aviyana and we loved it. So this time we like to try this hotel which managed by the same group I guess, but the experience is very different. - Room is big but nothing. We booked one bed but got two small bed attached instead. - pillow and bed is suck I got back and neck pain in the morning (imagine the pillow you can find in a 2 stars hotel) - view, sea view but block by villas - lack of readiness at garden zone, no pillow at those chairs nearby the beach so I wonder how the guests could sit and relax?

We had a wedding at the Palayana and couldn’t fault a single thing. The experience was amazing and seamless. The staff right from the reception to the room service were accommodating, welcoming and courteous. All our guests were taken care of accorded the best experience. Special thanks to Twinkle, Sumeet, Andy and Shaun. They made our event absolutely memorable and took out all the anxiety of organising an event. I am a wedding planner, I had organized an Indian wedding at The Palayana Huahin on 1-4 July 2025, it was Amazing really amazing service starting from reception porter, receptionist was very helpful the check.in process was so fast. Food was one of the best part their food was really great and banquet service team really amazing, special thanks to Khun Andy FB manager, Khun Shuan Banquet manager who was really helpful. The whole team of this hotel was so great.

Wonderful stay with my family. The service really was amazing. I booked a 5am taxi and without asking I had a coffee to go, water and packed breakfast waiting for me. Again without asking, the team noticed we liked cold glasses with breakfast juice and they then appeared each day. Our stay was littered with these kinds of acts. They really made the trip special. We had the large 2 bedroom pool villa and for the price it really surprised us. It was much nicer than we expected. The food is excellent. It is a small property so the choice is limited, but for 9 nights we did not get bored. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

I hadn’t stayed at a place like this in such a long time — it was truly a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and every single staff member was friendly, warm, and genuinely dedicated to their work. The hotel’s management and systems are really well organized. Rooms were amazing, very well cooled, a lot of space and every necessity was there. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and tasted great. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and drinks. Lovely staff too:) the free rental bikes are a nice bonus to get around the town quickly.

You can also borrow a bicycle and ride along the peaceful coastline, stopping for a photo at the iconic Casuarina Tree 🌳 — the landmark of Pranburi!

Pranburi is about 30 minutes away from the town which was perfect for us. We was looking for a 3 night quiet stay in a villa. As its low season its very quiet and the hotel was relaxing. Being a Marriot Gold member we got upgraded to a lovely villa with pool, outside bath, shower and seating area. Good variety of food for breakfast and mix of Thai and western for lunch and dinner. If we was staying longer we would have hired a car to see the rest of a island.

Do you like mosquitoes? Then you will LOVE this hotel! While the staff is on point compared to similar hotels, it's unforgivable in 2025 to have outdated rooms in Thailand, nevermind keeping a dated property running on top of a freaking MARSH which attracts so many mosquitoes they have to have guys in full on hazmat suits spray the grounds with gigantic insect sprays. It's insane, given 100 yards away you can get better for the same price. Unreal. Writing this scratching myself, sorry for the typos!

Breakfast is served at Dalah Restaurant, located by the lobby and surrounded by lotus ponds and wooden pavilions. The open-air setting makes it perfect for enjoying homemade and healthy dishes. For a change of pace, you can also order a Floating Breakfast served right in your villa pool. For lunch, I recommend the hot pot noodle set, delivered right to your villa—comforting and delicious. Dinner is a must at Luna La Pran Restaurant & Bar, a beachfront dining spot with a relaxing atmosphere and tasty dishes—especially the sun-dried squid and the pineapple fried rice with grilled tiger prawns, both flavorful and well-balanced. Alternatively, you can opt for a private shabu set dinner in the villa, adding another layer of indulgence to your stay. Around the resort, you can go biking to enjoy the natural scenery, or head out to the famous Sam Roi Yot’s “Three Pine Trees” photo spot, which is very close by. Afterward, unwind at Shine Spa, where private treatments surrounded by peaceful ambience and soothing aromatherapy scents complete the perfect day of relaxation.

Room was clean, modern, and comfy with a big balcony and a couch — everything worked perfectly. It’s a bit noisy due to the nearby road, and there’s nothing around, so you’ll need to order food. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I even tried to extend — would’ve stayed longer if they had space.

I'm always honest in my reviews, so here goes. The staff are great, helpful and kind. The room is different in design, with the sink in the doorway. Making it hard to use the toilet without waking partner with the lighting. The robe supplied was torn and freyed. OK, the bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. Plenty of complimentary water. The shower was a problem as it cycles Hot and Cold, hard to enjoy. The location is North of the city, as we had a car no problem getting around, the Hotel can give you a lift into town if you need it. Cheap accommodation and will be great as a business trip point of stay. I give it 3.5/5.0

Rooms were great, clean and the beds were comfortable. A spare pillow was in the cupboard for each bed if you wanted a different feel of pillow. Smoking is allowed on the balcony’s, great water pressure in the shower. The attached cafe in the lobby was well priced and delicious, you can expect 200BAHT for breakfast if booked the night before. Only downside is the location, which due to having to drive up the highway to turn around, adds about 10 minutes to any trip heading into Hua Hin

Excellent 3 star hotel with fantastic helpful staff true to the warm thai hospitality the world knows Thailand for. I stayed here for about a week in one of the jacuzzi rooms. Food was quite decent as well and they even had a vegetarian menu. The location is not in main Hua Hin but they offer free shuttles every 2 hours that one can book. Or Grab costs about 100baht. The bath robes could do with updating as they had holes.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff provides outstanding service. Its family-friendly atmosphere, central location, and proximity to the beach make it ideal for accessing shopping and tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

If you’re sensitive with food and water, just ask them to do it correctly for you, they will do their best. Warm water is good. The divine protection here is very strong attitude. Minus one star since there were hairs but luckily hair from head.

Wonderful place and good friendly and professional staff. Perfect location and two pools on the beach. Close to Market Village, and Hua Hin centre. Food could be better in restaurant as it is a fantastic location overlooking the beach. Quiet and peaceful until noisy children and bad parents arrive. Staff should perhaps manage this better as people want peace and quiet, not screaming children. But otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

I recently stayed at Baan Bayan and was thoroughly impressed by its serene beauty. This hotel offers not just comfort but an exquisite scenery that captivates the moment you step in. Old estate turned into a beautiful 21 room beach hotel. Seems popular with European visitors for some reason. Our group rented out 5 rooms. Comes with a nice breakfast 🥞 (7-10am) that changes everyday. The hotel appeared dead to me most days but it was 100% filled. There are many hotels next to this that might seem more modern and flashy but this place had history, charm and good value. It's extremely close to the beach which is fantastic.

Excellent boutique hotel with a friendly family feeling. Beautiful rooms with free Cokes, water and tea and coffee in the room fridge each day. 2 beach towels each day for use around the pool and beach loungers. A plentiful buffet breakfast included. The location is right on the beach front with lovely gardens and pools, restaurant and massage room. The shopping mall is 5 minutes walk that has restaurants, coffee, bakeries, eateries, supermarket and food hall open until 9.30pm. Highly recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our 5 days at this hotel. Nice pool although not very deep. The rooms are a bit dated but in keeping with the age of the hote. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were okay with varied menu. Straight on to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.

This is my second stay here, a dog friendly hotel and i took my dog together 2 times. Cross Hotels management just run the management, i can notice some touch up and renovation like bathroom. Overall experience is good, staff is nice and polite and very helpful. They had turn down service (similar to other Cross hotel which is good) and i hope they can provide such service here as well. Amenities could be improved, they did not have much toileteries (only shower cap, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, and sanitary bag) i expect to see amenities like shaving, toothbrush set, comb - these are standard for 5 stars hotels. Rooms are large and clean, pool is nice. My family and dog really had a good time and enjoyed it there.

This is our 2nd visit for this hotel. - Rooms are nice and clean - All bedrooms have their own bathroom, with another bathroom beside the living room; this is very convenient when we have 6-7 people staying in the villa - Spacious living room and dinning area - Staffs response to our request promptly and respectfully - Even though the hotel’s location is not centre Hua Hin, it is only around 10-15 minutes drive This hotel would definitely be on the top of our list if we revisit Hua Hin in the future.

We go in a group of 6. The villa is extremely nice for relaxing. Every villa has a private pool which is a good place for even pool party. I enjoyed my good time with my friends here for 2 days. The location is a bit rural, driving is a must.

Been there last weekend. The villa itself was nice overall. Facilities were fine. Great staff both frontman and security. Good service mind. A bit far from the city but tranquil and not busy. Things for improvement: - tap water was rusty at first use. I had to run water for a long while till water was clear. - breakfast was too minimal and limited. not sufficiently prepared for 6 adults( bf served at the villa) - welcome message from sales staff is recommended to improve. Some terms and conditions noted on the message spoiled the customer’s first impression and it affects the second time decision for the next visit.

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The room was ready. We took the larger room with a huge pool and a jacuzzi. First of all the villas door is completely not safe. Anyone can come in without a card or not. Even if the door is locked anyone can put his hand on the door knob from the inside and open the door. So that’s not safe. The pool for the small rooms is very small. For the large room the pool is acceptable however not very big and it’s not very clean. They should clean it more often. We had a jacuzzi too. It was so dirty when we first came. We told them to clean it and they did however it was still dirty. The living room was fine and nicely decorated. The rooms were fine too. The cleaners never clean the rooms properly tho. It’s still dirty. Especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms didn’t even have toothbrushes or anything so we ordered them. Once we ordered food and the man just stood outside the door for like 15 minutes. There is no doorbell or anything. The breakfast is nice and small. However once we asked why isn’t there tea and milk they were like we only put food once which was kinda disrespectful and unbelievable. They don’t have many options. It’s like rice, sautéed vegetables, chicken or like 2 types of chicken. And veggies. And bread. In the fruit section they only have pineapple and watermelon. I feel like there should be a bigger selection. If you’re vegan you won’t find many options. Anyways it was a nice stay :) I hope you improve because it will turn out as amazing.

This was an almost 3 years postponed vacation (Covid-19) and this hotel was the only one refusing to pay back the deposit = full room charge. 3 years later all the included perks were gone and replaced with "choose your villa" for the amount already paid. For the small amount leftover we had to choose something with another minimum charge in order not to forfeit the amount. As for the facilities, well, there are none. No fitness room, no big swimming pool, just a mini one direct at the villa (with no real privacy). The staff lacked the Thai smile and the check-in person forced us to use "Line" to communicate with them. The breakfast was poor too, either some egg variation or congee or fried rice coming with some toast, butter, jam and cerials. The villa was OK maintained with some areas where the wallpaper has peeled. All in all, the stay was a far cry from the advertising video that's still on their website. To end on a positive note, the outdoor Jacuzzi was great.

Just finished a stay as I am exploring options for a move to.Hua Hin. The staff, security and service was excellent. Room was truly comfortable and location for me having a car good too. Easy to get taxi or grab too. Definitely will visit again

Rooms are huge, comfortable and clean. And we received a nice fruit platter in our room. However, our room did not get cleaned. The hotel description mentions free airport shuttle, but this is false. When we asked the lady at front desk, she said we had to arrange a taxi or ride and there would be a charge.

First, the staff were great to work with. Our room was rushed to be cleaned and it showed. The room smelled moldy and there was hair on the floor from the previous guests that hadn't been cleaned. The sofa was badly stained and oily, and there were multiple other issues with the room. We asked for a different room and while they showed us the options, the options were almost as bad as our original room. The staff ended up relocating us to a sister property that wasn't better room-wise but it was directly on the beach. The new property lacks several things we were looking for, but we appreciate the effort.

Three golf buddies and I spent a bit over two weeks in two stays at Maven Stylish Hotel this month. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The rooms, while slightly effected by road noise, were immaculately clean and comfortable. The reception staff were always smiling and helpful, with one even arranging an extension of our rental car. Special mention for Mon, Aum, Ploy and Poon whose beaming faces would greet us at the excellent breakfast buffet and the cocktail bar on the street. We'll be booking again for 2026!

Stayed four times in this Hotel and the service is overwhelming, i received a cake with "we will miss you" because I'm a regular customer. Breakfast is healthy and very friendly people! Come back for sure👌🤗

We stayed here in 2 adjacent villas with our extended big family of 19 adults and kids. It was exactly the experience we were looking for - chilled vibe, nice pool, good service and amazing beachfront experience. The rooms were separated enough to give privacy, while the common kitchen and pool area provided nice place for common fun. We went for a refreshing morning swim every day, just 30 seconds from bedroom 😀 It is truly great merge of villa and hotel experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Pranburi is a peaceful beach. This place is suitable for family for 8persons. There are 4 bedroom, one on a ground floor suits older. And a big living room and a 55" led tv for anyone who love to bring game or karaoke for a party. And a swimmable pool size with a children pool and good size of outdoor kitchen and a big dining table next to the pool. The beach here is great view for sunrise and there are a swing on the beach.

The property has four beachfront pool villas. The villa has four bedrooms, a loving room, and an open-air kitchen. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, including a gas barbecue. The beach is quiet, with small waves, and very clean.

I been in this place few years back and it was great but now it's very disappointing, I've slept in a few places of X2 and I always enjoy them so we expected this one to be the same, for the money that this place place cost I expect it to be kept in a good condition but it is really not well kept, Everything feel, smell and looks old. I couldn't recommend it to people in the way that it is right now. Do yourself a favor and use your money to find a better place.

Absolutely the best wellness resort and retreat experience. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the team takes exceptional care of you. The food is outstanding; everything is freshly harvested twice a day from their own garden, and you can truly taste the difference. I used to dislike vegetables, but I genuinely enjoyed every bite here. The seafood is also freshly caught daily. What stood out even more was how passionately the staff spoke about the founder and his values — you can really feel the love and purpose behind the entire place. They even brought us to visit the mangrove area that the founder personally invested in. Truly a transformative mind boggling experience as you fee like there is more to life than the grind. It’s worth every penny. Highly recommended, you won’t regret it!

Oh Chiva Som, what can I say and where do I begin. While I have been to wellness resorts before, this is on another level. This is not wellness nor wellbeing, no! This is a rebirth. This is falling in love with life again. The resort, the consultations, the therapies, the classes. All of these felt truly bespoke. I felt like I was a student on campus running happily from one session to the next. I had a burst of life and energy like never before. The food you ask? The food is something from another world. The freshness, the flavours, the finesse! Their chef is a genius amd never before have I felt so in love with healthy food. While other wellness resorts serve you food that tastes like wood, this place offers heavenly wholesome food in a way I have never seen nor experienced before, and trust me I am well travelled and well-dined. I can go on and on but why waste your time reading my words when you can go yourself and find out. Go to Chiva Som! Become Chiva Som! I have never felt sad leaving a place like I did here which is why I will be back again....and again....and again! Ps. When you are there you are not allowed to take your mobile around. One of the finest experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and felt healthfully welcomed. Our room was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The meals for these 3 days are very nice and unique. All activities here are excellent which keeping my 3 days very healthful. The resort staff was exceptional in all aspects and in every encounter we had. No electronic devices allowed outside your room so this place is quite and more private. A special thanks to Khun Krod, he made our stay all the more special with his kindness and dedication to providing a superior customer service experience. great atmosphere. there was live music throughtout, a magic show, thai puppetry, and a traditional thai band playing john denver’s 1971 classic “take me home, country roads”. just a nice place to walk around, sit, and enjoy the weather at night. many hand-made knickknacks and trinkets. street performers were definitely a highlight, especially this one kid playing face-flat on the ground in a transformer costume and getting up every 5 mins, standing for 30 seconds, and IMMEDIATELY lying back down.

Large and beautiful water park in Hua Hin which is a must visit if you are here on a family holiday. We were there when it opened at 11am and were there all day until 5pm. We booked a deal via trip.com for around 1200thb per person which included towel, locker, VR and buffet. I didn't try VR myself. But the feedback from the kids was that it was quite disappointing in terms of experience and the resolution of the technology itself. When it comes to the food, I thought the buffet was a good deal for the price we paid. With the buffet option you can get as much food, drinks and snacks as you want until an hour before closing time. It's not food you'll dream about afterwards. But it's totally fine. There is a lot of choice of food stations around the place. The prices seemed totally ok. We got there at 11am when it opened and it wasn't until 1200 that it was crowded. At 3-4 pm there were significantly fewer people. Missed more info about the place, especially regarding food and dining options in advance and on the website. So here they can definitely improve. Thats why I also took alot of images from the food menues around Vana Nada to help other in the same situation. Tip: check around on both trip.com, Klook for the best deal!

The overall experience is really good but let me get one point across first. I don't know for others, but for me I feel like the floor type they have is not barefoot friendly so keep that in mind. (They do have waterproof shoes for sale but those are extra expenses.) I also heard that booking beforehand could be cheaper but I don't know for sure. The buffet is also ok, it's not amazing but it's not bad either. But I suggest adding credits to your wristbands and buy food from the stalls. That way, it might not be better pound-for-pound but it's more convenient and there are more diverse options. (Not cheap but not too expensive). Plus point for how many life guards there are. I feel really safe and they have extra security compared to anywhere I've been to. All the rides are quite generic, like all other water parks in Thailand (you can just check that up). Very good hospitality as well, both from tourists and the staffs. Oh, last thing. There's also rock climbing but you will need a sneaker to play it. Checklist - Change of cloths. - Goggles if you want to swim. (Optional) - Towel (optional, can rent) - Shampoo and soap (optional, they have 2 in 1sin every shower room) - waterproof shoes (optional, they have for sale and if you are ok with barefoot then it's fine). - Money for food credits. And if you have glasses, put those in a locker room. Don't wear clothes that hasza zipper or a button at the back because you might not be able to play some rides. Have fun!

I really enjoyed this waterpark—it’s so much fun! There are plenty of rides and attractions, and the slides are long and super exciting. It’s a great place to spend the day, especially with friends. We had such a fun time there, and I’d definitely go back again!

If you have a family or just enjoy a good water park than this place is right up your alley. The wait times aren't that bad on weekdays and they have enough activities you wont get board. Lots of food options plus even a Vegan menu which was so nice.

Nice place, nor too crowded when we visited and felt easy going with no big waiting times on the rides. Not a huge selection of slides but enough for a good day out. Food and drink inside was reasonably priced. Staff and safety excellent. Tip for two of the rides, don't wear swimwear with zips or breather eyelets as they are not allowed.

Everyone mentioned the excellent service, and now that I’ve stayed here, I truly understand what they mean. The warmth and thoughtfulness of the service is something I’ve never experienced in any other hotel. Mr. Geoff has a kind of magic—he always notices what we need and provides the most timely information, making us feel like we’re talking to an old friend, never awkward at all. Ning helped us so much as well. Just seeing her at the front desk from afar gave us a sense of reassurance. There are also so many other amazing staff members—you should all be very proud of yourselves. The cleanliness, facilities, and delicious food at this hotel are all flawless. I definitely want to come back again.

Very good hotel located right on the beach. The long swimming pool stretches between two buildings towards the sea. I was initially worried about potential noise from the pool reaching the rooms, but it turned out not to be an issue at all. The restaurant is excellent, offering both Thai and Western cuisine. The rooms could use some refreshing, as they are a little dated, but the bedding is very comfortable. It also seems the hotel is undergoing renovations and developing a more modern section. The fitness room is very pleasant — small, but equipped with everything you need. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Service in Thailand is generally very good, but here the employees are exceptional. They anticipate every need with the highest professionalism, whether at the reception, the restaurant, the bar, or in the rooms. The quality of the staff is on par with high-end European establishments, which is a real asset for the hotel. We felt very much at home here and will be happy to return.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to ruin your pet’s vacation — congratulations, you’ve found it. I booked this hotel after confirming it was pet-friendly (even double-checked in advance like the responsible human that I am), but apparently “pet-friendly” here means “we’ll shove you into the tiniest room available because how dare you bring a dog.” They proudly assigned us a room that was significantly smaller than what I paid for — conveniently located right next to a construction site and the staff storage room. Truly a premium ASMR experience for my noise-sensitive dog: hammering on one side, clanging tools on the other. Delightful. I reached out to Agoda for help, but they were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. So if you’re interested in turning your beloved pet into an anxiety experiment — by all means, book this place. And when the hotel insists that your shoebox-sized room is “exactly the same as the pictures,” try not to laugh. It’s almost performance art at this point.

We stayed here for two weeks this August. Lovely location right on the beach and beautiful central pool area with delicious restaurant catering in both Western and Asian cuisines. On an evening they up their game in the restaurant and the service is impeccable and the food delicious. It is more expensive than eating out most places locally but still very reasonable. We ate either lunch or dinner there every day and had drinks by the pool etc and my bill at the end of the 2 weeks was around £600. The hotel gets busier weekends as there seems to be more short stay guests. But there’s lots of room around the restaurant and bar areas to sit. Any reviews slating the service are nonsense, over the two weeks I would say you’d need to pay €500+ a night in Europe to get the same standard. They made my young family very welcome and were always giving cookies for free to the kids and being generally very sweet and accommodating. Jeff especially is an absolute credit to the hotel he arranged a few things for us and went completely out of his way for us to feel Welcome. There’s nearby activities such as water sports, beach massage and horse rides from beach vendors and a convenient 7-11 just a 2 minute walk. The hotel offers a shuttle bus at different times of the day and is more than happy to arrange a Taxi at any time into town for around 200 Baht. The maid service in room was also great they always did a good job of cleaning and again went above and beyond riding up from the kids. The rooms are slightly dated but not old fashioned and generally room enough, the hotel is quite small but well Designed with nice public spaces and mixes a modern and traditional aesthetic. We were there during the Beach food festival which was right outside. We were a little worried at first but it was great! Really busy though and music went on until 12 for the 3 nights it was on. The hotel restricts access to only guests and it gave it a very exclusive feel to be so close but also able to escape the crowds. A couple of things I would improve on- - more sugar free drinks selection for the kids (and me I’m diabetic) would have been nice I drank a lot of Coke Zero. - a few umbrellas by the pool beds to help shading for the kids. Totally nit picking though as the hotel is great.! Well done to the team that mange it and all the employees that go the extra mile. If you are thinking of going to this hotel don’t hesitate !

The atmosphere and decoration at Anantasila hotel made us felt like we were in Italy. Our family found that it was very convenient to stay at the pool access room, few steps walk to the pool and few steps walk to the beach. For a family of 2 parents and a child, we truly enjoyed the time spent together at this hotel. The food at the beach front restaurant was also nice. And best of all, the services from the hotel exceeded our expectations.

We were there last year for Loy Kratong. The place is amazing, the buffet extensive and excellent. Every table had a kratong per couple and we loved the traditional dance show, the only disappointment is that part of the show was when they invited guests to go to the beach to release the kratong but kept the traditional dances show during that time and we nissed something we were really keen on seeing, thus the 4 stars

Came to the Sheraton for a wedding and it was a great resort. All the staff are very helpful and attentive. They provide filtered drinking water in your rooms for free and respond quickly when you need something. The grounds are well maintained and the lagoon pool makes it easy to swim to other buildings if your group is spread out. Beach access and only a 10min drive to central Hua Hin. Would recommend to anyone looking for a resort in this area.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa. The place is beautiful, relaxing and perfect for families. My son absolutely loved the kids club and talked about it nonstop. A huge thank you to P. Boi, she was so cheerful, kind and really great with the kids. Her energy made it such a fun experience for them and my son can’t wait to come back. Everything from the staff to the atmosphere was just perfect. Highly recommend this resort for families.

Fantastic property. Very serene and the location is perfect. The breakfast buffet is top tier and has tons of options/selections. I literally went nuts every morning because of the insane quality of food & variety of cuisines in the breakfast buffet. Shoved my whole daily caloric intake early in the morning. The pool is well maintained and quite serene. Love the layout of the same throughout the property. Will definitely visit Hua Hin again because of this resort.

It was a short trip for relaxing and rejuvenating. The rooms are spacious with pool access. The beach is clean and at a walking distance. The housekeeping service needs to improve a lot as dirty dishes were not cleared till we checked out. Daily room cleaning not done, shower faucet not perfectly functional. However, I must add the reception staff is very courteous and go out of their to assist with travel plans, buggies, etc. Kudoos to the staff even the bell boy knew it was a birthday and wished.

It’s a somewhat classic, old-style colored hotel, but it features a beautiful 360° swimmable pool. Breakfast was very varied, with plenty of choices and good hygiene. Sunday’s breakfast was the best, while Saturday’s felt a bit less detailed. The room had a spacious balcony on the 2nd floor. For sustainability, the AC automatically shuts off whenever the balcony door is opened, but it powers back on strongly once the door is closed, so it wasn’t inconvenient. Parking is limited. The two floors of indoor parking fill up by the evening, and the roundabout parking in front of the lobby gets so packed that cars line up all the way to the entrance.

I saved up for the holiday of a lifetime. When I booked The Sheraton hotel resort and spa, I most certainly didn't expect that upon walking into my room I would be smacked in the face with the overwhelming smell of mould. Unfortunately for me I have a serious heart condition and have a mechanical mitral valve in my heart. Any infection can be life threatening. I ended up with a chest infection but I do carry penicillin everywhere I go. I changed hotels, cut my holiday short and am sad and disappointed. I had higher expectations than a mouldy room. I did speak to staff, however they couldn't guarantee another room wouldn't be the same

A Perfect Mini Escape from Bangkok – Villa Maroc, Hua Hin Just a few hours’ drive from the city chaos of Bangkok, Villa Maroc in Hua Hin was the perfect escape I didn’t know I needed. Tucked along the serene beachfront of Pranburi, this Moroccan-inspired boutique resort transported me far beyond Thailand the moment I stepped onto the property. The architecture is stunning – think vibrant tiles, arched doorways, and pops of deep blue and terracotta. Every corner feels like a curated photo opp, yet still manages to feel cozy and intimate. I stayed in one of the pool villas, which came with direct beach access, a private plunge pool, and the dreamiest rooftop terrace view for sunrise and sunset moments. Service was warm and attentive, with staff going above and beyond without being intrusive. Breakfast was a delight – simple but well done, with both local and international options served with a sea breeze on the side. What I loved most was the quiet luxury – no crowds, no noise, just peace, beautiful design, and the sound of waves as my weekend soundtrack. It’s an ideal spot for couples, solo unwinds, or anyone looking to hit pause without straying too far from the city. Would I go back? Absolutely. Villa Maroc is now on my list of go-to weekend reset spots.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Maroc in Pranburi. The resort is beautiful, with Moroccan-style architecture that feels unique and relaxing. I stayed in a beachfront villa with a private plunge pool, and it was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and dining at their restaurant was a real treat. The location is peaceful, yet still close to the beach and local attractions. Overall, it felt like a private, luxurious escape, and I would definitely come back.

Their staffs are the best. We went with 10ppl +2children for two nights and they help every requests we asked in the perfect way including surprise party for father's Day. The decorations are good also don't miss their signature spa package. Very unique and soothing. Only one negative is unfortunately about that our room had a few mosquitoes and this kept me awake at night for some time. Hope they have ways to handle this in the future. This is the second time of my stays at this place and will return if go near this area again.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out everything was perfect. The staff are magnificent. Room 7 was great. Nice breakfast after noon drinks around the pool were special and relaxing. Absolute 6 star vacation. Thank you everyone

Staying in a Beach Villa this was amazing. From the lovely staff to the beautiful room. It was great. We felt welcomed. Bed was nice and 3 area's where to hang out just says enough. Make 25 steps and you're on the beach and in the sea. Water of the pool was nice, not warm but definitely not cold. Some will say it looks old but that is part of the charm. Of these building. Negatives would be bugs (2x cockroaches) entering at some point due to the heavy rain. And the a la carte breakfast which can take a while to make when it's busy.

The best service with the peaceful Morrocco hotel style which is very fulfilling for myself and my friend very much. Moreover, this place is very convenient with 7-11 and walking to the beach with 0 meters. We were luckily met the owner he so friendly and kindly and warmly welcomed us. Amari Hua Hin isn’t directly on the beach⛱️🌊, but there’s a walkway and buggy service to get you there easily. 😉The hotel has a huge lawn with lots of activities like football, badminton, and mini golf—plus a gym and a beautiful pool. ✨🏊‍♀️ The design is stylish, rooms are super clean and up to standard. They even have a pet-friendly floor! 🐾 My cat loved it—hotel prepared a bed, cat condo, litter box, and even snacks. 💕 There’s also a welcome set that made us feel really special. Highly recommend! 🌊🐱

The hotel is so amazing we extended our stay here. The pool is huge. The fitness room is clean and spacious. I really appreciate their shuttle bus to a local beach - they even pick you up when you call them. The lemon grass shampoo and body soap is a very nice touch. The breakfast is great - a huge spread of food! I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hua Hin! Everything was perfect — from the delicious food to the comfortable rooms, top-notch facilities, and beautiful pool. What truly stood out for us was the Kids Club. My 5-year-old daughter absolutely loved it and made many new friends there. The hotel also offers an excellent babysitting service at the Kids Club, which gave us peace of mind to relax while knowing she was in good hands. A special mention to P’ Mint, one of the babysitters — she braided my daughter’s hair beautifully and even painted her face, which made her feel so happy and special. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel for families!

As a westerner i find it amazing that they had newly baked European style bread and crispy bacon at the breakfast. The mattress was so comfortable i didnt want to leave bed in the morning. A true 5-star hotel which I highly recommend especially for pet lovers. The premium cost gives you a premium experience. Highly recommended.

Overall, we had a very good experience. All the staff went above and beyond to assist us, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Most importantly, they genuinely seemed happy to be there and eager to provide great service. Everything we needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. One thing we’d like to comment on: The noise level — we understand this is beyond the hotel’s full control, but unfortunately, we could hear every door opening and closing near our room, as well as conversations (including children’s voices) in the corridor. It wasn’t very pleasant, especially late at night when we were trying to sleep.

Fantastics hotel for peaches and vacay with family here. I would recommend all of you who are looking for a reasonable price for 4 stars hotel but looks 5 stars for everything such as services, facilities, food and drinks and the location that nearby the cicada night market just 500 m to go! I play everything here such as swimming pool, mini golf, volleyball, badminton, and fitness room. So fun and enjoyable!!

This review is based on our stay in August 2025 where we spent 2 weeks here as a family holiday. The hotel has a good location with <5 min to the beach and Market Villa Mall and 10 min walk to Bluport mall. The hotel is located a little in from the main road so noise was not a problem. The staff is very pleasant and always greets us with a smile when we come and go. We have only had very positive experiences with the staff, English skills were pretty good and we only experienced one of them as a little bit less welcoming. The fitness center is perfectly ok equipped for a session or two, but lacks a little more updated equipment for a longer and full workout. The pool is an ok size for the size of the hotel, but the sun disappears a little early and we experienced the opening hours for the pool area a little limited (07-19). The breakfast here is really solid. Good varied selection from day to day with fresh ingredients. There is a good selection of cold dishes, hot dishes both Asian and Western food. I basically have very little negative to say about our stay and experience at this hotel. If the price and offer are good on a later occasion I would definitely book again.

This hotel feels so homey! I stayed for 1 week and truly enjoyed my time here. It’s a friendly hotel, especially for golfers. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They also have a shuttle bus to the night market every Friday and Saturday at 6 PM you can check the timetable at the front desk. Khun A, the driver, is super nice and will take good care of you. Cicada Market is my favorite - don’t miss it! All the staff are so polite, well-trained, and always smiling. I love how they greet guests by name, such a nice touch! You can really feel their warm hospitality everywhere. The hotel isn’t far from the beach, but honestly I was happy just relaxing in my room. They do turn-down service every day, which is great. And if you need anything, Khun Mam will always make sure you’re well taken care of. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay, warm, friendly, and full of care. Definitely recommend!

This is an excellent hotel. The location is between two malls and many restaurants. The staff are amazing and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Of particular note was the concierge "A' who greeted me each day. What a nice person. I definitely would stay here again.

Great location for an homebase for playing golf in the area of Hua Hin with lot of food and bars. At the pool good food and at the reception always an smile and super service. The breakfast is good and complete. We had a nice stay in this hotel and it’s super clean.

This was the second time we have been at your hotel. First stay was really good and the reason we came back. This time, the breakfast menu was empty a half hour before it ended almost every day and most days most of the food was cold and even the coffee was empty. We had to ask the staff to fill the coffee, fruit, eggs and food several times. That was really disappointing. The WiFi internet is not very good The staff itself is very nice and especially A and an always smiling trainee at the breakfast was fantastic. The location on Soi 94 is really good but the beach is pretty dirty. Overall a good hotel but needs to work on the breakfast.

This is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Thailand. It is very modern and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and inviting and the balcony is large with a day bed. The aircon works well but does switch off if the balcony door is left open too long. The bed was soft and comfortable and King size. The bathroom was excellent and didn't flood when using the shower like most other Thai hotels do. The pool is large and 1.2m deep and is spotless and very nice and there is a toddler pool at 0.6m deep. The breakfast hall was very spacious and had many options for all beliefs. Their staff are excellent and welcoming. There is a large shopping mall nearby as well as restaurants and bars. There are multiple massage salons in the hotel street. I would stay here again.

This is the fifth time I’ve stayed at the G and the standard remains high, providing great value for money. Location, rooms and all facilities are very good but the best thing about the hotel is the people. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and go out of the way to make you welcome. This is particularly true with the front of house staff, where Mammy and her team are like long lost friends. See you next time.

The location is fantastic, opposite Blu Port with a road crossing to easily go shopping & eat. It's also a very short & easy walk to a great part of the beach. The service was very friendly & everyone was helpful. The rooms overlook the pool too and it's a nice view and sitting on the shaded balcony with the fan on is relaxing. The breakfast is good with a lot of options, the fresh fried eggs are nice & the fresh made omelettes along with the noodle station. What would have made it great would be the addition of bacon & pancakes. We would happily go back & the price was very reasonable.

Stay here is amazing the staff upon arrival are not only friendly but helpful too from the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted by a friendly doorman who gets your bags and escorts you to reception but also then gives you welcome drink to make you feel right at home as if you are walking in the front door of your home. The reception staff make the check in easy and then take you too your room. I stayed in second floor with balcony which was very clean and overlook pool. Breakfast the next day was very filling and enjoy a range of different foods. The hotel has a beach vibe to it with color scheme to match. It is short trip to markets and beach. We hired scooters thru the hotel which made getting them easier to travel around. It would have to be the nicest place we stayed in all our trips to Thailand. 5 Stars just isn’t enough to give this hotel as it is amazing place to stay. Pet friendly too Even Som the Cat greeted you at the hotel. Definitely come again when come back here.

The room was clean and spacious, which provided a comfortable stay. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear traffic noise during the night as well as sounds from guests opening and closing their doors nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were courteous and welcoming, which created a good first impression. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet expectations. The food variety was rather limited, and items that ran out were not replenished. The hot dishes were not served at an adequate temperature, and the porridge offered very few condiments. The restaurant staff appeared somewhat inattentive and did not seem to monitor the buffet area closely. Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the breakfast quality and service left much to be desired.

I came with Mom for one night. I felt relaxed and chilled here. This place is near the beach—just walk 5 minutes to there. It is located opposite Blue Port Mall. I was satisfied with the towels in the room, which were clean and had a good smell. I was satisfied with the breakfast. The staff was nice and polite. For additional comment, the pool was not quite clean.

What truly made the difference was the staff: always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is also great – close to the beach but quiet enough to relax and disconnect. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great mix of local and international options. First-time traveler to Hua Hin, I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located on the main road, so accessibility to transportation, malls, and restaurants is very easy. It’s also close to the beach, and it’s only about a 4-7 minute walk to the beach. The landscape around the hotel is beautiful and well-kept. Customer service is excellent. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves delicious food. The room is beautiful, feels luxurious, and is extremely clean. Although it’s a little high on the price, I think it’s worth it.

Unexpected experience! All the staffs are so helpful, room is very nice. Breakfast also delicious and varies, the coffee at Malo cafe was fabs! Love this hotel and will be back again soon.

All staffs are very polite and service mind. We are family of 4. We booked mini suite for the first night and decided to extend our stay 1 more night. We were upgraded to mini suite with sea view. Spacious room and great view!

An unforgettable family stay in Hua Hin. From the very moment we checked in, we were amazed: a complimentary upgrade to a Mini Suite with direct pool access, a massive Super King bed, a decorated tent with balloons for our daughter, a welcome snack platter, and a personal note we’ll treasure forever. The smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ (via our own accounts) was a lovely touch that made us feel at home. We fell in love with the bacon and mushroom pizza at The Captain (not wood-fired, but absolutely delicious in its own way), and the beachfront Let's Sea restaurant offered a peaceful and elegant setting. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel and almost empty — perfect for swimming and playing in the sand. Our daughter loved the playroom so much she wanted to go on her own, even when we were in the pool! A special highlight: the staff noticed we were late for a weekend crab release activity we’d mentioned, and kindly arranged for the shuttle to drop us off nearby — we participated in tagging rescued crabs (to be returned to the sea), and even saw a small shark released. It was beautiful and meaningful. Thank you for making our hearts so full. We will definitely be back.

A great room with great service -- the staff are all super nice. Some rooms are connected to the pool directly so it's very nice to swim right out of your room. Located close to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market (walking distance) so it's a convenient place to get to anywhere in the city: beaches, markets, music scenes, and so on.

Very clean, comfortable hotel beach side. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast can have more variety but the bake-your-own-waffle is engaging. Gym is not great, but I guess you come here to NOT workout, really.

This hotel is located next to a busy main road, but as soon as you step inside, it feels like entering a completely different world. It’s calm, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery. Didn’t book in advance, just came here based on the reviews. And yes, the place was exactly like the reviews said… even better than expected! Everything was great and truly worth the money. • The room was super spacious and the cleanest I’ve ever seen. • Staff had amazing service minds — from the receptionist to the security guard. • Breakfast had a lot of variety. • It’s right by the main road, but didn’t hear any noise at all. • Very peaceful, with lots of trees, and other guests were quiet too. • Not by the sea — but that’s not a problem at all!

We had a great stay at Ayrest Hotel. The property is clean with lots of greenery. The check-in process was very quick and smooth. Our room was clean, big and had a great balcony for all the fresh air you’d need while sipping your morning tea or coffee. Front Desk: We were very impressed with the front desk staff, they were very professional, polite and helpful. The security guard at hotel entrance was professional, nice and greeted us with a smile during our stay. Housekeeping and services: Housekeeping did good job in keeping our room neat and clean. They do have shuttle service to and from few key locations, we couldn't use it though due to our schedule. Breakfast: Breakfast was good with nice spread and fresh, tasteful food. Restaurant staff were nice, polite with their service and greetings. The property is certainly recommended and we will consider it again for our next trip to Hua Hin.

Stayed at this hotel 27th July 2025 1) the hotel is very from city center but thats not a problem as it gives a relaxed jungle resort vibe. 2) We got room 2205, but the jaccuzi was broken. They tried to fix it and wasted 2 hours, then give us 2206. The jaccuzi in room 2206 was also broken so they move us back to 2205. Later they called to confirm that they fixed 2206 and we can move in. So we wasted 3 hours. 3) The room has no privacy, people across can see inside your room. When we try using the jaccuzi , we realise that the jaccuzi is dirty and has fungus. Also, there is no privacy as there was people from above watching us sitting in jaccuzi. The aunties from the rooms above were watching us all the time while we were in the jaccuzi and sitting in the balcony. 4) The breakfast buffet was poor quality and lack in taste. Also the food was cold. 5) The sink in the bathroom was chocked and we had to request the reception for fixing the same. We just come for 1 day vacation, but they made our stay problematic and so chaotic. Overall, the place lacks maintenance and the rooms have seriously no privacy. Overall , not coming back to this hotel again.

This was the worst customer experience of my entire 15 years as a traveler. Some staff DO NOT speak English and if they do not understand your food order they will walk away and never place the order instead of asking another staff to help communicate. So you wait an hour and no food comes. The food and drink prices are insane. They are triple the normal price for Thailand. The bar, with a normal drink menu and signs advertising happy hour, only had a 1/2 bottle of gin. Staff were confused when we were upset that we couldn’t order anything on the menu. The breakfast food is disgusting and cold. They obviously cook it at 6 am and then it sits for hours. I was served a raw pancake. We messaged the property to ask questions weeks before arrival but they never answered. Management was never helpful when we had a problem. The place seems pretty run down and neglected. There were almost no other guests and it’s not rainy season. There are very few lounge chairs and only 2 umbrellas and no cushions. The lounge chairs are shaped like an S so you can’t lay on your front. There is very limited seating. The property is on a main highway so you can’t walk anywhere. At high tide the beach completely disappears. The machines in the fitness center are broken so there is actually no functional gym. The phone in the room is broken. There are bird droppings on the lounge chairs multiple days in a row so they’re never cleaned. The glass that separates the pool from the beach is filthy. Very bad Wi-Fi. The vibe was depressing.

The hotel is in a great location with a wonderful vibe. I stayed in a seafront room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. All the staff were incredibly friendly and service-minded — from the golf cart driver and reception team to room service — everyone made me feel warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for during my stay. Unfortunately, there was a secondary power outage lasting about two hours, but this affected the entire surrounding area, not just the hotel. The only downside for me was the breakfast, which wasn’t as good as I had expected. If the breakfast quality improves, everything about this place would be perfect.

I stayed for 1 night at a quiet seaside hotel. Disadvantages: • The bathroom had no water heater. • The bathroom water had a foul smell, like stagnant water. • The shower released a rusty odor when turned on. • The water pressure was quite weak. • No hair towel was provided. • Breakfast was very limited compared to the room price. • The fitness room had broken equipment. • The swimming pool water was very cloudy. • In room 114, I heard knocking on the door in the evening, but when I checked, no one was there. • At night, there were disturbing noises — knocking sounds, music, and water running — very eerie.

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on Friday night, 10th August, and negotiated a rate for our stay. The price was 2,500 baht per night, but we received a 10% discount. It was a reasonable deal for the seaview room #205. The room was comfortable with modern amenities, and everything was in good condition. We loved the experience, including the pool with a nice view of the beach. Breakfast was also decent, despite the limited menu, and we had no complaints. Given our positive experience, we considered extending our stay for another night, especially since the receptionist guy “Non” who checked us in was friendly, polite, and fun to talk to. He even mentioned that he could offer us a special rate for the second night. However, the next morning, things took an unexpected turn. The front desk called our room and informed us that we needed to pay a 1,000-baht fine for eating durian. We were shocked because we hadn’t even eaten it. We had bought it back from the Hua Hin night market and saved it as a dessert for lunch tomorrow. In fact, the buggy driver who sent us back to our room the previous night had told us we could eat it on the balcony, but we decided not to because we have a common sense that we should not eat it at the hotel. We also packed the durians with 3 layers of plastic bags and put it in the refrigerator. I tried to explain this to the front desk, even inviting them to check the room for any evidence of durian. They said “It’s ok. They won’t charge it, and told us to come make a payment for our second night at the reception”. We went to settle our bill at the reception, and the same demand for a 1,000-baht fine was made again!! I explained the whole thing over again and told her that it wasn’t about the money but about the unfairness of being charged for something we didn’t do. I also pointed out that there were no signs prohibiting durians in the room, nor were we informed of any such policy when we checked in. Frustrated by the situation, we decided not to stay for the second night, packed our things, and checked out. The receptionist’s called "Nam”. She was totally unfit for her role. She couldn’t make decisions on her own or communicate effectively with guests. We asked to speak with the manager, but she said the manager was busy and that she was the only person in charge, which was hard to believe given her lack of professionalism. How can you put someone like her to be in-charge? At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth arguing or wasting my time over this on my vacation. We’ve moved to the hotel next door, the Dusit Thani Hotel, where the service is much better, and the staffs are far more welcoming.

Room is too old. Breakfast isn’t good. Serve milk that gone bad. The area has so many tree and lots of green as its name but seem not well-maintained

Been coming here since they opened six years ago. Great pool, beach front and breakfast. Very private and quiet. Very remote, located next to Dusit and Avani hotels. Sadly, the owner isn't maintaining the rooms. Our room needed serious repainting and repairs to walls, built-in furniture, doors and appliance hardware. Their TV reception is always very poor. On this visit we could only watch 5 Thai stations; this after the technician came to our room twice to reset. Unbelievably, they don't offer any foreign stations, news, sports or movie otherwise.

Even when booking online and request by e-mail was answered immediately. Likewise, an additional booking was absolutely no problem. Many thanks for the very quick and professional handling. Very friendly staff throughout the resort. The resort is also very nice, as well as the pool with a perfect size. We had very relaxing days there, it is quiet and you can enjoy the stay there. The food in the restaurant is really delicious and recommended. We highly recommend this resort.
