Had a fantastic lunch, today, with our large walking group. Wonderful service from all the staff , especially our cheery waitress. We received excellent care and attention. Nothing was too much. We can be a fussy crowd, but no one had any complaints. The food was top class. Thank you. Looking forward to another visit.

The service in this hotel is absolutely first class especially Leanne. The food is delicious… freshly cooked breakfasts and lovely heartwarming evening meals. The hotel is also in a prime location with views across the river. The rooms are big, well lit, lots of power points and a nice shower. The hotel needs some work and has an impending refurb but it maintains all of its character. We love it and will be back.

We enjoyed a lovely New Year’s Eve at the castle hotel. The restaurant, food and the amazing view of the harbour was just perfect. A very special shout out to Itor, who always makes us feel extremely welcome and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful evening.

Absolutely loved this hotel in Dartmouth. Prime location. Fascinating building. Perhaps not the best if you have mobility issues but the staff are so lovely that they do everything they can to assist which I appreciated very much. Just the one night stay for my sister and I but we enjoyed our visit very much. Our room was spotlessly clean. Fabulous bathroom. Lovely house keeping ladies. Both bar areas were friendly and really friendly. The bar/restaurant was full of character and we had the most delicious meal and we were looked after by a very efficient young lady, I think her name was Sarah, she new her restaurant well and was very efficient and polite to all of the guests. I loved it there and wouldn't want to go anywhere else when visiting Dartmouth.

Had a lovely breakfast in the castle with my son. Jody served us and she was exceptional! She was extra patient with my young son and went the extra mile to make him smile! The food was delicious and the castle had a cosy atmosphere. All in all can't wait to return! Jody also really reminded me of Monica from friends which made me laugh 😃

I recently had the pleasure of having breakfast at a delightful restaurant, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The restaurant itself was impeccably maintained, with a clean and inviting ambiance. The decor was tasteful, creating a cozy environment perfect for starting the day on a positive note. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the place, which I truly appreciated. As for the breakfast, I opted for a traditional English breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. The platter included perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, juicy sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, and golden toast. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying, setting a high standard for breakfast dining. Additionally, there was a buffet that looked incredible, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The spread included fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and a selection of beverages, all beautifully presented and tempting. What really stood out was the efficiency and organization of the staff. Despite the morning rush, they managed to provide prompt service without compromising on quality. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. In summary, my breakfast at this restaurant was outstanding. The combination of a delicious traditional English breakfast, an amazing buffet, friendly service, and a well-maintained environment made for a perfect start to the day. Stayed in room 2 for one night. The room itself was clean, well maintained and well furnished, however it was small, with a tiny bathroom. The balcony was gorgeous, and the view was absolutely beautiful - rain or shine it was the place to be! The hotel unfortunately lacks a pool or hot tub, which I believe to have been closed around Covid - this is a shame. Many smaller and cheaper hotels have at least a hot tub available. There are spa treatments available (massages/facials etc) at an additional cost, and a gym (free) which has recently re-opened. The communal areas of the hotel are very clean and well kept, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. I did have a major issue with room service however. The hotel info states you can order sandwiches etc 24 hours, however there is no room service menu available, and I dialled 0 at least 5 times (between 7.30pm - 8pm) with no reply - the line just rang out each time. Everyone is looking for something different from a hotel stay, but for me personally, I had an average experience for a premium price - the location and view are amazing, but don't quite make up for the gaps in facilities and service.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The location overlooking the harbour is perfect. The hotel itself has been refurbished to an extremely high standard the decor is tasteful creating a wonderful ambience. We stayed in a King room with a view of the harbour . The bed was really comfortable the room spotlessly clean, the bathroom was spacious and high quality toiletries were provided. The breakfast was first class lots of choice and good quality ingredients. The staff couldnt be more accommodating or cheerful. My folks have stayed here a few times over the years and love it. We visited them the last two days and to be honest the staff were absolutely outstanding! I work in hospitality and the level of service and the food are fantastic. Honestly I couldn't have asked for any more for my folks. Thanks again guys.

A bit of luxury in Dartmouth. Really nice room and a great location. Zephyr Resturant was also really good for wine choice and food. Portions were generous and the staff were lovely. There is even an outside bar for a pre dinner G&T looking over the river. A really treat of a hotel.

Wow, just wow. Rooms are breathtaking, food is exceptional, staff go over and beyond. Disabled access is excellent. Dog friendly garden rooms are just the job. We'll be back again and again.

Beautiful setting so decided to see if we could book a table for dinner. The lady that greeted us was so rude as was her manager. We were shown to a table and the restaurant was empty. We then heard both of the staff members mumbling under their breathe at the inconvenience as we weren't booked in the hotel. This was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable so we upped and left. The hotel and restaurant look amazing. Staff need to be more welcoming. I hate posting negativity. But feel that the management should be aware.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dart Marina hotel. From start to finish the staff, the location, and the service ticked every box for us. We have been telling all of our friends and family, what a wonderful time we had, we definitely will return.

We only stayed for 1 night but honestly treated so well by all staff we felt at home from arrival. Our room was compact but really lovely and had everything we needed. Food was excellent both breakfast and our evening meal. Loved all the little extra touches . Thank you

Had an absolutely wonderful meal here yesterday with the family. The staff were so accommodating and managed to squeeze us in early doors. Fantastic service, particularly Georgia who went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable meal for everyone. She was great with my little step-son :-) food was banging! Of course! Can’t comment on the rooms as we didn’t stay so giving them a five star based on the experience we had in the restaurant alone.

Wow, what a lovely lunch.. and decent sized too. The Crab sandwich was out of this world and the fish platter was equally as yummy. Great friendly service and atmosphere, would highly recommend.

Great location in Dartmouth. Busy Sunday Lunch service. Staff were great and roast beef was lunch was good. Could have done with being a bit warmer but the flavours were wonderful. Recommend to book if you want to do Sunday Lunch

I booked in very last minute to stay while attending an event in town. I didn't have high expectations - since it was the last available room, at the height of summer and in a very busy spot, but I just needed somewhere to lay my head, so wasn't too fussed. Honestly, I was so impressed with everything! The lady who checked me in was SO sweet (I think called Georgia?) - carried my bag, showed me all the ropes and bought up some milk so I could have a coffee in the peace of my room, before heading out. My room (Beaty) was adorable, and everything you'd want from a rustic, historic Devon building. Being the hottest day of the year, I expected to get little sleep, but found an air conditioning unit in the wardrobe. It didn't 'cool' exactly, but did blow air around well, like a big fan. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I had to prise myself out of it come morning but could have lounged for hours happily. Breakfast (included in the room charge) was delicious and very, very generous. I got the veggie breakfast and it was all cooked beautifully. There was also juice and continental options available to help yourself. I had asked for an early check in and late check out, both of which were not a problem, and actually (accidentally) arrived even earlier than my early check in slot and my room was all ready for me. A stroke of luck! The little touches were so thoughtful: individually portioned ground coffee in the room, special wipes to remove make up, locally sourced soaps and they packed me off with a 'goody bag' of local fudge and water, for my day ahead. All in all, I highly recommend.

We popped in for lunch on Saturday 9th Aug, lovely bar and dining areas. Ordered the kids a Luxury Hot Choc each and I had a G&T with some of the local "Jack Speak" gin, which is very nice indeed. The Kids really enjoyed their Fish & Chips and the Mezze Board. The Ham and Cheese sandwich was great too. Staff were amazing, really friendly and the service was excellent. Can't recommemd this place highly enough. Definitely returning when next in Dartmouth.

The gentleman who checked me in was very courteous and explained everything clearly. The room is a nice size. Clean. It was quite bright and though it faces the street, there are two windows so the noises is quiet low and heavy curtains so the street lamps don’t bother you. The location is very good. It has food, drink and entertainment available downstairs.

The stay at Browns was great. Very warm, inviting atmosphere and staff, who made you feel welcome. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a really great stay at Browns. The staff all super friendly and can’t do enough to help, the food and menu choices are as good as it gets and the location so close to the waterfront is ideal. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

We had a week in the Uk on a road trip, this was the best hotel we stayed in by a mile. Beautiful Linens, lovely rooms and stunning view. The couple that run this were absolutely fantastic and delivered amazing service. Highly recommended, would love to return

This is a fantastic B&B. We would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Dartmouth. We stayed in “the Nook” which is a very small room, but we didn’t mind as it was absolutely immaculate with a really comfy bed. The biscuits in the room were delicious. The toiletries (hand soap, shower gel/shampoo, conditioner) that were provided were lovely. The breakfast was perfect, including poached eggs - everything tasted so high quality and fresh. Thanks for a fab stay.

A wonderful hotel. Perfectly located, centrally, overlooking Kingswear and the River Dart. The views are amazing, we can spend hours just looking. Try to book a room with this view from the window. Clean, friendly, and a superb breakfast choice. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

It was a last minute decision to stay an extra night in our special place of Dartmouth but one we absolutely loved. The location of our bedroom overlooking the River was nothing short of spectacular and the room had every little extra you could think of. From the warm welcome we received by Julie to the fabulous breakfast cooked by Julie and served by Jon this really is a gem of a place. There is no wonder they have regularly won gold awards for their hospitality. If you wanted to know how to run a successful hospitality business. THIS IS IT! My partner and I came here as the last trip before having our first baby and Waterfront House was the perfect place. We stayed in the Nest, it was super cosy and extremely clean! Julie and Jon were fabulous hosts, made the most delicious breakfast and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend Waterfront House to anyone looking for their own slice of paradise. This was such a lovely stay - our room was gorgeous, the location is incredible, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend enough (especially the homemade biscuits)!

I only usually take to the computer to write a review when either, really impressed or really disappointed, I'm a little lazy :-) On this occasion, I am really very impressed. What an absolutely brilliant find for my wife and I. We've been going to the Dartmouth Music Festival for some 9 years or so and have stayed in various places, by far this is the best. Service, hospitality, breakfast, cleanliness, - the list goes on, all were first class.

Another great visit to Alf Resco’s for brunch. It’s good enough to generate a queue. We had excellent coffee, fresh orange juice and a mix of great breakfast goodies. The Sharpham Open Toasted Ham Sandwich was a highlight, as was the BLT with a fried egg. Great place, dog friendly, but expect to queue for your food.

Vegan Breakfast was a little small and a bit bland. Two toasts would have been great for £12. I found the staff were excellent. Friend had the Big Alf’s breakfast and he said that was good. Thanks though guys.

Very popular for breakfast/brunch. Get there early-ish or be prepared to wait as they don't accept bookings. Remember to look at the specials board as dishes like Eggs Benedict are not on the normal menu.

Beautiful breakfast place to start you off with you day. Everything is freshly prepared and delivered with care. The staff are friendly and polite. Definitely recommend the full English breakfast. It’s a classic but it’s worth every penny

A nice setting. Very small inside and staff are keen to have you sit outside. The food and drinks were nice, albeit a little on the expensive side. The experience was slightly ruined by the cold welcome. It’s basic politeness to smile and say hello when a customer enters your establishment. Instead, we received a firm face and a “yes…?!” I must say, it made us feel like we weren’t welcome. I could no more say that to a customer than fly. The young lady was polite. I got the feeling it was the owner that was the cold one. If correct, she should know better.

So me my mum and little boy visited today. We sat down in this very nice cafe. The staff were delightful and very polite. We ordered lovely food which came very nicely Presented. My little boy then proceeded to be sick which wasn’t a shock because we didn’t think he was quite right in the morning. The staff were amazing they helped us clean up and helping my boy change his clothes. They never once made us feel guilty! Amazing place, amazing staff and amazing food! Ps this was not food poisoning.It was a sick bug! Thank you!

So quirky inside, very cosy, the big breakfast was all it promised and so tasty the local sausage and tasty bacon,2 egg,hash brown, mushroom, tasty grilled cherry tomatoes, beans ,choice of toast , gave hog a miss , personal choice , was very hearty and good to eat . Tea refill was appreciated. Staff all very attentive but not intrusive. 2 shots in my partners coffee was standard and much appreciated. All in all highly recommend food and service great .

Great place to come and see. Well appointed inside and some fantastic views. There is not a lot of parking available onsite. Some lovely spots to picnic and have some longish walks along the coast.

A wonderful experience to visit this ancient castle going back to 1388! Fantastic views of the estuary and Dartmouth town from here. You can get a small boat from the town to the castle and a return which makes the visit even better. Walking time is about 20 minutes. It is also possible to park next to the castle but spaces are limited but there is a car park near by. Stunning place and highly recommended!

Great place to visit for all ages. Took the lower ferry across the river. Lots of great information boards and things for the kids to touch/experience. Awesome views across the river. Cafe on site and lovely people/guides who were very friendly. The church at the end was beautiful and was a somber moment for all that have departed this life. Would recommend for family's to spend a couple of hours here.

One of the most stunning castles in Devon. The views are absolutely stunning, gorgeous coastal walk to sugary cove. Have been quite a few times and it's breathtaking. The cafe is ridiculously expensive though and parking is very limited with only 5 spaces

Welcoming the returning sailors or defending the town Dartmouth castle remains today a distinctive fortification matched by its twin on the Kingswear shore. A good walk down the River Dart from the town centre you can refresh and refill yourself at the welcoming cafe. From the castle rest and enjoy extensive views seaward and watch yachts coming and going. Children will enjoy exploring the castle and be refreshed for their townward return walk. You can drive out to the castle but the road is narrow and parking limited. Toilets are available for the visitors.

Ideal day out and walk around lovely Dartmouth.Castle did not have a lot but showed our defences over 200 years and more recently for second world war.Not sure if I would go again but nice experience

Lovely place next to the sea and river. Great cafe and nice castle experience of you want to take the tour. Some nice little coves nearby within walking distance.

The place has a great collection of historical objects and an incredible display of steam engines throughout history .

Fascinating place: something for everyone interested in history of Dartmouth itself focussing on links to social history, military experience (eg Normandy landings), history of steam engines, Pilgrim Fathers/Mayflower, 17th and 18th century ships. Enthusiastic but certainly not intrusive staff who clearly love the place. It's easy to see why.

The museum is a labour of love, and you will love it. Housed in the town's most historic house, the building itself is worth the admission alone. First there is the dining room that once hosted King Charles II above that is the Mayflower room that tells the story of that most famous of ships that once visited the port on her way to the New World carrying the Pilgrim Fathers led by the man I often think of as "Cousin William". The centrepiece of the display is a magnificent cut away model of Mayflower that gives a fine insight into the conditions onboard. The social history of Dartmouth is told in another display, as is the story of Dartmouth at war including the tale of the American forces that left the Dart for the beaches of Normandy for the D Day landings. Don't take my word for it, visit yourself, but you'll need more time than you may think!

Great little museum, friendly staff, don't let the quirky little entrance put you off, well worth a visit.

It’s a tiny museum, but packed with fragments of important history such as Mayflower and the D-day in WW2. The film about getting ready for D-day shows some background scenes from that time. Two teenage sons seemed to find it interesting as they are learning about WW2 at school. The Mayflower replica ship is impressive and well made. We went during the Feb half term and it was raining and wet, so we decided to go in. It was worth visiting.

This museum, cosily squeezed into an old, slightly tilted merchant’s house dating back to 1640, harbours an astonishingly wide variety of objects spawned by human indigence. My favourite is the man-sized soil scoop. The museum is run by a lovely elderly couple. When asked for it, they are, as a donette treat to the more distinguished visitors, quite willing to offer you the 'prurient tour' along the highlights of the museum.

Visited today as a family, with two teenage kids. Very interesting museum, lovely staff members, highly recommended

Beautiful spot in Dartmouth, Devon. There are information boards placed around giving a history of the area. We were lucky to visit on a gorgeous sunny day. Plenty of bars and coffee shops in local area - we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Dartmouth.

This sturdy Tudor fort, built into the rock face at the far end of Bayard's Cove, is worth visiting to learn about its history, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy the river views. It was built between 1522 and 1536 to defend the harbour against any enemy warships that managed to get past the cannon fire of Dartmouth and Kingswear Castles, and the iron chain stretched across the river that was capable of ripping a hole in the bottom of a ship. The fort is an English Heritage site, free to enter and open all year round. I accessed it from Lower Street, walking along the old stone quay. It's small inside, and now empty except for an interpretation board outlining the history, but the thick walls with their large gunports through which cannons were fired, and the view of the estuary through an archway, were well worth a look. The whole area is a delight to explore on foot, and there are numerous shops and eateries close by.

Walking by Lower Street, Bayard's Cove Street, and then following SW Coast Path, we can find the Bayard's Cove Fort that it was built to protect the prosperous port city from attack. It has a very strategic and picturesque location in the banks of Dart River. It is very well preserved and has wonderful views of Dart stuaries. It has all the history information in the signs on site and also another access through some stairs that connect to Southtown Street.  It is a must-see place in your visit to Dartmouth.

A truly unique and interesting place to visit. The Bayard Cove Fort is steeped in history and interesting nuggets of information. You can walk around on it, go inside it and climb up certain parts of it. Very curious spot to visit and fascinating how the rest of the town was built up around it. Definately worth a look, for the photo opportunities of nothing else!

A brilliant piece of history to see. Step steep best to come in via the town centre. Many cannons but none in the Fort. Parking is in rhe Town car parks really. Plenty of lovely views over the harbour. Will visit again in the near future

Went for Sunday lunch on first full day of our break in Dartmouth. We had roast pork for my wife and roast beef for me. Well cooked and nicely presented by friendly staff and Dartmoor Jail beer to drink. So nice came back on Thursday for evening meal. Again easy to book online. Whitebait starters, crab ravioli and fish chowder for mains and apple pie for dessert. Again with Dartmoor beer. Once again very tasty and good value. Thank you.

Great atmosphere, very expensive food (and small portions) The children's food portions were particularly disappointing...charging £10 for 30p worth of ingredients was insulting. The main menu food was tasty, but way too little of it and more expensive than you'd expect. We'll definitely come back for drinks as the atmosphere is great and the staff super friendly, not we won't eat here again.

Had a very enjoyable ale outside overlooking Dartmouth. Beautiful view from the terrace which was in welcome shade on a sunny day. Food looked nice but we didn't eat. Much better experience than the other place down the slope.

Excellent pub with really good food in Kingswear, just above the train station. Couldn't get a table anywhere in Dartmouth but the Ship Inn kitchen stayed open for us later than listed and bar staff couldn't have been more helpful or unflustered. Sat outside with views across the river. Lovely.

We have always liked this pub for a drink outside in good weather. Six of us had dinner there recently and we probably won't be eating there again. The ravioli was good, the seafood linguine less so. The prices are on the high side. What was really annoying was the cost of the wine. We all expect high mark-ups, but felt the price was preposterous. We should have checked before buying.

What a beautiful pub! Tucked away by the ferry, it sits in a sunny spot right by the water. My room was absolutely immaculate with a beautiful view. The landlady is lovely and very welcoming. The locals are also chatty and the pub has a very warm atmosphere. It’s a proper pub with 2 cask ales. Perfect pint! My room was beautiful, Victorian bathroom, views over the water, spotless and mini bar with REAL milk for tea in the morning. I’m here for work, but will be returning soon with the husband. Support small businesses when they do it like this!!!

Our stay at the Ship in Dock Inn was absolutely perfect! The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all the amenities, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was exceptional, freshly prepared, and delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!

Great central location, clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. They did really well with my dietary requirements and it's really central to town.

Being gluten and dairy free it can be so difficult to find wholesale foods. Jude, Mel and Dan were awesome. Jude cooked an amazing breakfast to meet my needs. My husband enjoyed his too 😊. Gorgeous little guest house!/pub. Incredibly friendly and helpful owner who has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Absolutely gorgeous room overlooking the lovely estuary only a few hundred metres from the buzz of the main areas of shops, bars and restaurants. Huge en suite with shower and bath. Spotlessly clean with real attention to detail, huge comfy bed, awesome, very effective Dyson fan in the room. Really impressed and will 100% stay here again when we return to Dartmouth (which is also gorgeous).

A magical place. There you can feel the spirit of sailors and pirates. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation. Everything was unforgettable. We will definitely return there again. I advise everyone. Prosperity and success to this hotel.

A pleasant pub with friendly staff and a good choice of drinks. Well decorated with some nice ornaments around the place. Just over the road from the Quay it was a welcome drink before we headed home.

What a lovely little place. Above a pub which is social and inviting. The room is huge and has a rustic feel. The owners are lovely and the location is perfect.

A wonderful pub with very helpful staff and large, clean, tidy rooms with everything one might need for a short stay. Can’t praise the owners enough for helping me in moment of despair when my original booking elsewhere got cancelled. Will stay here again on my next visit to Dartmouth.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Seale Arms! The room was so comfortable and absolutely immaculate. The staff were amazingly welcoming and met our every request. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for our lovely stay

The food was really good, and not the most expensive for home cooked food, but more expensive than a Wetherspoons, but the quality is so much more. The only downside was the cost of the soft drinks....they were over priced quite a lot. They could reduce the price and still make a profit. It doesn't encourage customers to be sensible and have soft drinks when they are more expensive than alcohol....

Would recommend highly, Mick and Penny welcomed us and made us feel at home the instant we walked in the door, the bed was amazingly comfy, great beers and a good breakfast what more do you need!, live music on and football and just a minutes walk from the Dart, Cant wait to come back, miss you already, X

Absolutely beautiful place friendly staff nice atmosphere on holiday but will deffo clne again next year nice pub not far from ferry pay it a visit you won't be dissapointed

Jonathan was a fantastic host. He is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The continental breakfast was huge and taste. The rooms are quirky and stylish. I would stay again.

I stayed for a night at Hill View House recently whilst visiting the area for the weekend. Jonathan was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and accommodated my very early start in the morning. The location is great for walking into town and the room was excellent. I would definitely stay there again (and next time stay for breakfast!).

The owner Jonathan is very friendly, and seems to genuinely want to help in anyway he can. The room is great, spacious, clean and very well decorated! The bathroom is huge and modern. Given its proximity to Dartmouth harbour, it's a wonderful B&B, and given the price per person per night, it's a steal! Some hotels in the area charger a lot more and are nowhere near as good as this place! The only caveat is the parking. Parking is very limited on the road and the drive at the rear of the building is very small.

The setting was delightful, and Jonathan, our wonderful host, treated us exceptionally well. The breakfast was also fantastic; we were practically immobile afterwards!

Our room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished with an artistic flair. The continental breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. Jonathan was an exceptionally kind and helpful host and we would recommend this B&B. Thanks from Chris and Maura

Comfy and clean with a good shower. It was brilliant having a fridge in the room. But by far Jonathan is such an exceptional host. nothing is too much trouble, even finding parking spaces and a welcome lift when needed. Had a lovely week, thank you, Jonathan

Our son attended the Britannia Royal Naval College, and we needed a place to stay to attend his passing out parade. We were only here for one night, but Jonathan, our host, did everything he possibly could to make our brief stay as good as it could possibly be. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, and are very quiet at night. The house is well located to get to everything, and breakfast was superb. We will definitely stay here again if we need to return to Dartmouth.

Lovely little b n b. Breakfasts were a delight. John and Barbara were a lovely couple. Shame they are retiring next week, so no more anchor house.

John and Barbara were very welcoming the room was warm clean and very comfortable... Great breakfast helped kick start our day... A little gem!
