Champneys Forest Mere is an upscale spa resort located in the picturesque Hampshire countryside, offering a serene lakefront setting. The manor house exudes charm with its comfortable furnishings and cozy fires, while the contemporary spa features stylish decor and abundant natural light. The 43-room spa seems endless, providing ample opportunities for exploration. Guests can indulge in exclusive treatments and enjoy access to fitness classes, relaxation experiences, and a restaurant serving nutritious cuisine.
I'm a club member at Champneys Forest Mere and I'm so grateful to have such a fantastic facility so near to my home. I visit at least 4 times a week and always look forward to it! The classes are brilliant with so much choice and the fitness instructors are superb under Stuart's leadership. Stuart leads by example - and his team certainly go above and beyond! Huge shout-out to Katelyn and Kelly for such fantastic aqua and pilates classes! Stuart also runs all the social events and they're always great fun. I would have no hesitation recommending Champneys for improving your fitness and social life!!

Outstanding care from Olivia From the moment I arrived at Champneys Liphook, Olivia made me feel genuinely cared for. She went far beyond what I expected—combining incredible empathy with meticulous attention to every detail. Olivia noticed the little things that make a big difference: she anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, checked in with such warmth and professionalism, and made sure every part of my visit was seamless. Her kindness felt genuine, not scripted, and her diligence was clear in every interaction. It’s rare to meet someone who embodies both exceptional service and true compassion. Olivia is a credit to Champneys Liphook and the reason I’ll be recommending the spa—and returning myself—again.

Had a spa day here this week. Food was lovely and most of the staff very nice. Location is great. Negatives outweighed the positives though unfortunately - my full body treatment therapist was changed from female to male therapist even though I'd requested female. They didn't even tell me, putting me in the uncomfortable position of refusing the therapist to his face. So I didn't get the treatment I booked and was looking forward to. The spa had closed areas and they had not limited the number of guests so the day was spent trying to find space to sit, speed walking to the jacuzzis or saunas as soon as someone left to try and get a space in there. Ended up managing to get space in one sauna for a bit and the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi but that was it all day. No staff tidying the beds so when one did become free, it was damp and rumpled from previous use. Really disappointed and didn't offer us value for money.

I’ve visited many times and I love the setting with beautiful views over looking the lake. The fitness team are so hard working and friendly . Thank you to Evelyn and Caroline who always have a smile on their faces. The staff in the orangery and restaurant are also very helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends to this beautiful place . Thank you Champneys Forest Mere !

The rooms have everything you need and more, being a spa retreat. It is unlikely you would spend much time in the room here so I wouldn’t necessarily mark an establishment like this down based on the room alone. The selection and quality of food was fantastic. Cater for all dietary requirements. The welcome from Kerri At the bar/restaurant reception was warm and hospitable. Young waiters/waitresses however didn’t show signs of inexperience, all very polite and attentive. I had a massage with Ruby, which was world class. Highly recommend. spa facilities are great. Clean and cared for. Lovely personal touches in the changing rooms.

We booked a spa evening for a friend’s hen party, which included a 20 min treatment for everyone. We all chose facials and they were lovely and relaxing. The service was brilliant - we asked for last minute upgrades of treatments with extended times and staff did all they could to accommodate. They also gave the hen a complimentary celebration plate with delicious cakes in the orangery. Facilities were very keen and there was plenty to occupy us during our spa evening. Will definitely try and return again soon. Our whole party had a great evening.

Had a great 2 night stay at Champneys Forest Mere. Check in was smooth and the staff were very informative & helpful. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. Our treatments were wonderful, super relaxing, as were the spa facilities. The food was delicious, with lots of options for everyone. A special mention to Rizano in the spa restaurant who was very attentive and clearly takes pride in his job! Kerry in the spa restaurant was also very helpful and kind 😊 Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

We had such a fantastic experience during our stay in Champneys Forest Mere and I wanted to take the time to highlight a few things that really made our visit memorable. Firstly, yes, the building itself is definitely showing its age and could do with some significant repair work. It’s looking a very crumbly in places. But honestly, the incredible team, the quality of the food, and the treatments completely made up for that. The atmosphere, the location, and the service more than compensated for any structural imperfections. A special mention has to go to Kelsey in the restaurant, she was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and completely switched on. We watched her work, and she was always scanning the room, anticipating guests’ needs, and making sure everyone was looked after. She has fantastic management potential — if she isn’t already being considered for a leadership role, she should be. If I were hiring, I’d take her on the spot. Also, if you fancy a facial, Charlotte is incredible. I only wish I had booked more treatments with her. I had what was probably the best facial I’ve ever experienced. She was intuitive, gentle, and seemed to know exactly what I needed. It was so relaxing and left me glowing.

Nestled in the New Forest, Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa offers elegant rooms and luxurious treehouse suites on a picturesque country estate. The hotel exudes old-school charm with its well-manicured lawns, grand piano bar, and fine-dining restaurant. Guests can enjoy amenities such as an indoor pool, tennis courts, golf course, and a cookery school.
A wonderful stay in a truly luxurious setting. The room was enormous, and well appointed, offering a lovely view over the croquet lawn. The dining was outstanding, with food that matched the high standards of the hotel. The conference facilities were excellent, making it an ideal location for both business and leisure. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the kitchen garden is a particular highlight – both charming and inspiring. A perfect blend of comfort, class, and natural beauty.

Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The hot stone massage was possibly the best I've had. The dry sauna and steam were excellent in terms of space and heat. The changing room facilities were nice but just expected a little more, example better quality facilities for hairstyling and better/more modern lockers, many of which didn't work or got stuck. There's also only a couple of changing cubicles and no additional area to pop bag and change (couple of padded corner spots only). The changing rooms were also incredibly warm. The variety of hydrotherapy areas was as described but would have expected the outdoor hot tub water to be a lot warmer. Lunch was nice but Breakfast was somewhat underwhelming. Staff/service was very good and the grounds are beautiful.

Just visited with friends for the afternoon tea £49 and Twilight Spa Package £169. We had a wonderful time, food was delicious, pool was great and the massage by Amy was amazing! Best I have ever had. All staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Chewton Glen for one night in September and dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast The bedroom was quiet, comfortable and spacious. I would have liked a plug beside the bed to charge the phone (a bug bear of mine) The staff, especially reception, were friendly and welcoming The evening meal was very well cooked and tasty. The choice at breakfast was exceptional from a well stocked buffet to freshly cooked menu options It is a very good venue for a small business meeting. The meeting room facilities and catering were superb

I had a amazing experience at Chewton Glen at The Kitchen. I was lucky to have been booked in for James Martin cookery class, on the Monday, however had a amazing experience and meal at The Kitchen on the Sunday night. Tim, ,Noah, Ollie and the rest of staff .They all were welcoming and professional. The food was amazing and the cocktails were a great finish to me and my friends evening. Monday we attended James Martin cookery class and was met by Cheryl who was very welcoming and professional. The staff that were present Gerry, Polly and Helen were so helpful and helped made my experience less stressful. I came away with new skills and a memory I will never forget. Thank you to James and his amazing crew xx

Chloe Caldwell Photography - As a luxury wedding photographer I've had the pleasure of working at some of the UK's best venues, and Chewton Glen. From the moment you arrive at the hotel you will be blown away by the stunning location. The Walled Garden is a magical ceremony setting, and the most incredible setting for wedding photos. The hotel itself is modern, elegant and stylish, and the team are second to none - you will be so well looked after. I couldn't recommend Chewton Glen more if you're looking for a luxury wedding venue that will blow your guests away and give you the most incredible day to cherish forever. I can't wait to return very soon. - Chloe Caldwell Photography

Lovely stay at Chewton Glen. Room was exceptional with plenty of space. Could have stayed longer. My only observation was the price of 2 gins. We were charged £48. We retrospectively were advised this was due to it being house gin made on site. Regardless, you'd have expected the recommendation from the bar staff to have come with a health warning on the price. Apart from that the stay was good.

A most wonderful afternoon tea. Chewton Glen is a special place. Beautiful setting, welcoming and warm service, and the food was perfect. A real treat. The tea at Chewton Glen is far better than the 5 star London hotels at a much lower price.

Nestled in the picturesque village of Brockenhurst, Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa is a luxurious retreat that beautifully blends history with modern elegance. This stunning 18th-century manor house features uniquely decorated accommodations, from charming Garden Rooms with private terraces to opulent suites adorned with four-poster beds.
Fabulous 3 night stay from start to finish. Room lovely, breakfast great. Hydrotherapy suite is amazing! We ate in the Thai restaurant on our anniversary, it was fantastic, best Thai food we’ve ever had. The French restaurant was seriously good too. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel 😃

Hat's off to the gardening team! The grounds are beautifully maintained with an amazing array of plants, shrubs and trees. Delightful entrance to the hotel. Thereafter, whilst clean, the bedrooms were very dated and reminiscent of a care home. (Rooms 76 & 38) Service & Food in the Thai restaurant was exceptional. Breakfast service was astonishingly poor.

Wonderful break away for my Husband's birthday. Had a lovely garden facing room. Customer service from all staff we encountered was great, all very helpful. Loved the spa especially the hydrotherapy pool. We dined at the French restaurant which was fantastic, we really enjoyed our meal. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall a great weekend away, thank you.

Exceptional attentiveness to our needs in a perfect location in the New Forest. Comfortable beds. If you have mobility restrictions ask for a room with a walk-in shower. The bathtubs sit high off the ground and stepping over the edge can be a challenge. Rooms are not air conditioned but ample fans kept us comfortable. Despite these couple of negatives, don't think that we didn't have a fantastic stay. The service is exceptional at Carey's Manor. We will return again and again. You will love your stay there!
Mark W — Google review
We really liked it here. We had a room with a rooftop terrace which was spacious and well equipped. Restaurants were fantastic. Only issue is the Senspa, which you have to pay to go into even if you are staying in the accommodation. We found that strange. The pool and sauna etc which are included are ok, but quite small. I really do feel like of you are a paying guest, you should have full use of all spa facilities included. Probably wouldn't return just based on this, however I must restate that there was a lot to like about the stay in general, and I'd urge anyone to give it a go.
Chris D — Google review
We’ve been looking for somewhere special to celebrate our anniversaries and are happy to have found Carey’s Manor. Great rooms, wonderful service and facilities in a lovey part of the country. The breakfast was fantastic with a range of options. Really great to see veggie and vegan options available without having to ask. Loved our stay here and very much looking forward to our next.

Lovely rooms, bed very firm, not for me but my partner was fine with it. The staff all great especially in the hotel restaurant. Food was very good. We used spa which we enjoyed. Had a couple of treatments, which were very good. Overall a really relaxing chilled 2 days. We recommend !
Sarah S — Google review
We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary there and stayed in their best room, the rooftop terrace suite, No.1, and it was sensational. The decor was beautiful, the suite was very spacious and the quality of the whole furniture and bedding etc. Was outstanding. You get White company toiletries and the towels are super soft in the bathroom. The terrace is a lovely place to crack open some fizz and watch the sun go down and the spa was outstanding. The hydrotherapy suite was really good and the couples full body massage was just sublime. Outstanding food was had in the Le Blaireau French restaraunt and the staff and ambiance made the evening dining very enjoyable. From the moment you enter you receive a warm welcome and the service is both efficient, friendly and warm with perfect timing at every point. The hotel location is a perfect base to explore the area and it is a lovely building, especially when you stay in a room like ours! We would have no hesitation in going back and the management team are very proactive in ensuring you have the best possible experiences whilst you are there. Highly recommended indeed!

Nestled in a 500-acre country estate in north Hampshire, the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers an elegant retreat with luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities. The hotel features a spa, indoor/outdoor pool, fine dining options, and easy access to central London. With a range of rooms and suites reflecting the countryside locale, guests can enjoy the serene surroundings while indulging in spa treatments or exploring the estate.
I stayed at Four Seasons Hampshire and it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful and the area is very relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the Afternoon Tea was an excellent experience especially thanks to the lovely Turkish staff members who made it even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, delicious and beautifully presented. The only downsides were that the activity prices felt quite high, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.
L — Google review
I've been fortunate to have stayed at a number of the Four Seasons properties. This is my favourite. Wonderful staff, great rooms, the grounds are stunning. The food at dinner was good but not great, although the afternoon tea more than makes up for it.
Derek K — Google review
I really like this hotel. The décor is elegant, and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The room is spacious and well maintained. I had slightly injured my hands before arriving, and the reception staff, along with the team who visited my room, were incredibly attentive—they checked my hands and kindly provided two ice packs, which were very helpful. Every staff member pays great attention to detail and shows genuine kindness.

My fiancée surprised me with a birthday stay at the Four Seasons Hampshire, and it was a truly special experience. The estate is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are beautifully appointed — the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the clay pigeon shooting experience. The gentleman who runs it is a truly heartwarming character — knowledgeable, kind, and full of wonderful stories. We had such a great time with him, and it was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. I also had a spa treatment with Nana, and I can't speak highly enough of her. I had the mud scrub, and she was so attentive, kind, and engaging. Her warmth made the experience even more enjoyable, and my skin felt incredibly soft and refreshed afterwards. We thoroughly enjoyed the food during our stay — some standout dishes included the chicken nuggets at the bar, the daal, the aubergine with tomato, and the pizza at the Italian restaurant. Each was delicious and clearly made with care. The only element that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the afternoon tea. While we were excited for it, we felt the presentation was underwhelming, the bread lacked freshness, and the scones were unfortunately quite hard. Given the overall quality of the hotel, this experience felt below standard and not reflective of the price point — definitely room for improvement here. That said, the service throughout was exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay, and we’re already looking forward to returning
Sarah A — Google review
Our recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was an absolute delight. The warm greeting from the staff set a welcoming tone from the moment we arrived. The room was stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the little touches—like a birthday welcome card, a colorful drawing on the mirror, and a delicious birthday cake—made us feel truly special. My dog especially loved the dog bed and toys provided. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. We spent a relaxing afternoon at the spa, which was clean and had a great atmosphere. The food in the restaurants was fantastic, consistently fresh and tasty. What truly set our experience apart was the service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. A special thank you to the staff member, Man, for providing us with such helpful information and water. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay. The Four Seasons Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend at Wild Carrot Restaurant. The Mediterranean dishes were delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Mariya for her outstanding service—she made our experience even more enjoyable!

The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is definitely my favourite place! All the staff in every department and the Spa are so welcoming friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble . It is also a firm favourite for our dog who is also very loved and made welcome! Special thanks to Filipa who works in the bar . Her warm smile and friendly personality brings a new life of fun and happiness to our visits and her customer service is unbeatable in our eyes ! Our thanks to Rebecca and Valada who also make our visits so special …going above and beyond every time . Thankyou to everyone for all their hard work and dedication to ensure that we return as often as we can !

We did not stay overnight but did use the spa and have dinner. Spa - amazing. Well run, super clean, great facilities and super staff - always smiling and welcoming. Huge thank you to Courtney and her great team. There is just such a nice and lovely ambience in the spa areas and every single team member goes above and beyond to make sure the guest is happy. Dinner - Lovely pizza and fresh authentic food always. Service always exceptional. Great choices. We love coming here always and especially drive from London every few weeks to just come for dinner. Everyone in the restaurant goes out of their way to make sure our dining experience is the best. Thank you always - hand on heart - the Mander family says thank you for hosting us and looking after us always. Forever grateful.

Solent Hotel & Spa is a modern hotel with an on-site spa, offering straightforward rooms and luxury accommodation near Portsmouth. The hotel features a pool, gym, and restaurant for guests to enjoy. It's also an ideal venue for elegant weddings, set within 89 acres of stunning Sussex countryside. With various unique spaces available, the hotel can cater to different wedding sizes and offers exclusive double treatment rooms at the spa.
We had such a wonderful time at The Solent last weekend. We booked the Girls’ Night In package — my second time doing it — and once again, it was absolutely delightful. Our room was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the cozy robes and the luxurious White Company products. The food delivered to our room was fantastic — generous portions and beautifully presented, with a delicious pudding tray arriving later to round off the meal perfectly. The facilities were serene and relaxing. We waited until 7pm to head down, and by then all the children had left the pool, so we practically had the place to ourselves. It was pure bliss! I most certainly will be returning, thank you to all.

The service I received today and previous appointments with Grace have been first class. All the team have been great. Grace is a lovely young lady, very caring and attentive to her clients, nothing is too much trouble. She is a definite asset to The Solent Hotel. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting their nails done. Perfect. Thankyou Grace. Theresa xx

I wanted to put in writing what an absolutely wonderful stay we had with you. From the moment we arrived, every single aspect of our stay was faultless. We were so impressed by the staff, who were consistently polite, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was simply incredible at every meal, and we are so grateful that you were able to accommodate our request to change from a double to a twin room – our bedroom was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. The spa facilities and the treatments we received were truly outstanding and left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Dani who gave me my massage on Saturday afternoon was just absolutely amazing! Please do let her know! We also loved the lovely singer on Saturday night, who created such a fantastic atmosphere. It really was the perfect finishing touch to a perfect day and we kept laughing saying that we expected puppies and kittens to come running out to give us a million pounds, because we couldn't quite believe just how wonderful it was. I did try to find the chef on the Sunday morning but I couldn't see him as I wanted to thank him personally for the food and service. Honestly, we have been trying to think of a single thing that could have been improved, and we simply can't! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel and spa experiences either of us has ever had. We have already decided to book another spa break with you for the last weekend in January! Thank you once again to your entire team for making our weekend so memorable.
Nicole J — Google review
We enjoyed our stay and found the spa facilities very good. The location of the hotel is convenient for access into Portsmouth and surrounding area. On arrival the person at reception was excellent, supportive and informative, nothing seemed to be a problem. As we had purchased a meal package, we found the dinner options in the evening limited. Further, the food was poorly prepared, tending to be overcooked, like the vegetarian sausages in the morning, which were charred. The staff in the restaurant were very good and when we raised a complaint responded well, supportive and understanding. I am glad I did not order a steak, I expect it would have been overcooked. On departure, our bill was too high and found we had a bottle of wine added which we did not have (£35.00). When we raised this we were 'interrogated' with you must of had it in your room! When asked for the reception to show me the receipts I had signed, quickly they backed down and took the money off my bill.

The small details are amazing - the fresh milk machine and the water cooler in the corridor. Having a fridge and coffee machine in your room, the lovely White Company toiletries all made the room feel more comfortable and luxurious. I don’t use them however the hair straighteners ceramic tray is a great idea, also I discovered the sleep items (eye mask, ear plugs and pillow spray) in the wardrobe. The robes are soft and comfy. We had good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. The little table and chairs are useful. The aircon was welcomed as it was a warm night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa and treatments awesome. I felt so relaxed after my massage. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The restaurant - inside and the outside areas very inviting. Food lovely and tasty.

Superb hotel very clean and smart. We booked for one night utilising their cruise parking deal. This gives 2 weeks parking in the hotel grounds, much safer than paid parking sites. It also includes taxis to the cruise terminal and back to the hotel upon return. By far the best possible option for car parking.

I had to review this amazing hotel after a lovely weekend with family and friends. Location is great, very handy for a little shopping too but a also has a country feel when sitting in the restaurant garden. The hotel has a relaxed and informal feel but very stylish, excellent quailty and run beautifully. The lodge rooms had everything you needed and are very well designed. Having a choice of restaurants was so good, both excellent. Every single member of staff we met was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. Spa visit was very enjoyable, had a super massage and relaxing time there, staff again were amazing. Best customer service I've had in a long time, we will recommend and be back.
Sammie — Google review
The spa facilities and food were absolutely lovely, definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room was a bit untidy and in need of some repairs, which let the experience down slightly. The staff also didn’t seem particularly welcoming, and the first genuine smile we received was at check-out. Overall though, we enjoyed our time, mainly thanks to the spa and dining.

Guests can also enjoy the welcoming spa with a 15-meter pool, steam room, sauna, and indulgent treatments using Elemis and Jessica products.
We’re currently on the first night of a three-night spa break at Botley Park Hotel & Spa, which we booked as part of a trip to visit Peppa Pig World. I felt we had to write a review on the first night give such negative reviews by others. So far, I’ve been genuinely impressed, especially given the price – around £450 for three nights over Easter weekend, including a spa treatment for two adults, dinner on the first night, and afternoon tea (exc Peppa Pig entry). Minor areas for improvement at the end of review. I was quite nervous before arriving after reading some of the reviews, and even considered cancelling. But so far, those concerns were unnecessary. Its not luxury, but it’s better than a holiday inn, and much better than a Travelodge or Premier Inn. Our room is clean and comfortable, and while the hotel itself is definitely a little dated, it still feels welcoming. It could use a refresh in places, but it’s still well-kept and pleasant to stay in. The staff have been generally helpful and polite. The receptionist at check-in seemed a bit reserved, but she did her job well. Most of the staff seem young and could benefit from a bit more training in soft service skills, but they’re friendly and helpful. We still have two nights left, but if you’re on the fence like I was, I’d say go for it – just go in with realistic expectations and you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised. To improve: - the phone lines for booking spa treatment could be slow at times - the process for booking afternoon tea was not clear - the bathroom plug kept getting stuck, although I have not yet reported this

We have booked this due to being on a cruise sailing from Southampton the following day. Location wise it is perfect only 30 minutes away from the port and a very easy drive. Regards to the hotel it is a typical 1980s style hotel and spa. The decor is ranging between being updated and very outdated but it is clean and presented well. The parking is extensive and easy and the outside is well kept and very presentable giving you a nice feeling. The rooms are a good size, bed large comfortable but the air con doesn’t work. Regards to the food, to be blunt it reminded me on The Little Chef. Food isn’t great and although I would stay here again I would not eat here again. The breakfast was underwhelming and the coffee is filtered (which is awful) and they do not offer cappuccino etc until breakfast is finished. The service is average, initially the check in was good but the restaurant and bar really let itself down. The feel of they are overworked, under staffed and under trained. Due to this they have a real lack of enthusiasm meaning you have to always approach them. But they are very polite and helpful once you ask. In all I would stay again but I would look elsewhere first.

Come to the hotel for my daughters 3rd birthday as was spending a few days at paultons park. The hotel had lovely staff very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and tidy it felt very posh. The food and drinks was very cheap and the quality was absolutely amazing..food was lovely and hot..brilliant for kids too. The rooms was amazing with clean bedding and clean towels everyday. The swimming pool was a lovely size for the children to play in. Overall very happy.. will be back to enjoy again..

Booked through super.com at a good price for room only. The room was pretty good with a king bed though the toilet was a bastard to flush and screws were hanging out of the window fittings (room 124). I thought there might be a fridge in the room in a 4* hotel but it seemed to have been removed. There was nobody on reception when we arrived at 8pm as they had been off to resolve a room problem (short staffed). We didn't eat there either night as all the restaurant, bar meals and room service finished at 9pm. The car park was an awful maze of hedges and viscous speed bumps. The hotel was a sprawling maze of corridors with no signs to reception so long way to most rooms and easy to get lost trying to find reception on way out. Fortunately the fire door was open after a fire drill to provide an exit to car park. The mobile phone signal was awful and difficult to use but there was free slow Wi-Fi. The hotel is quite remote so nothing is accessible without a car. The China Kitchen takeaway saved us with a delivery to the room one night and I'd recommend them with all my heart. I won't stay here again!

Booked the spa day for 2 with 25min treatment and afternoon tea. After reading reviews was very apprehensive but we neednt have worried. Maybe we got lucky but I saw none of the issues that I have seen mentioned in previous reviews. Staff were all friendly, facilities were good. Was quiet and saw no kids anywhere. Robes, towels and slippers were all clean. The pool was cold but was quite welcome after using the sauna and the steam room. Could do with a few more seats around the pool but otherwise we had a great day and would definitely return. Had a facial which was so relaxing!

We visited the spa today. First impressions were that the spa area was smaller than we expected. It consisted of a small pool and sauna/steam room. Jacuzzi was not working. The changing rooms were disgusting, the toilet cubicles did not lock and the sanitary bins were overflowing. Everything looked very tired and outdated. Moving on to the treatment, I chose a back massage. It was very nice, but it could have lasted longer. I didn’t feel as though I had truly benefited from the experience. The afternoon tea was nice, a fresh pot of tea, tasty sandwiches and a nice warm scone, cakes were a little disappointing. I would recommend finishing at the spa then going for your afternoon tea, as we felt uncomfortable being in the main restaurant with our gowns on. Overall a very pleasant day, just maybe need to modernise the facility.

Nice place to stay, had breakfast here but it's not hot, Luke warm at best, cold fried eggs, staff not that friendly, no smiles, reception is the same, not pleased to see you as if it's hassle to help, not all receptionists are the same though, a smile and a warm welcome would go a long way when you check in! Same goes for breakfast, can't comment on evening meal as I didn't have one. Plenty of good facilities here including a swimming pool, gym, spa, dance studio etc

4 star hotel!!! Have stayed at a few over the years this one has definitely gone down hill from my last stay. Will not bother again. Rags for curtains in the rooms. Air con too noisy to have on. Men with open shirts bearing all his chest allowed in breakfast restaurant. Poor quality breakfast and choice. Allocated wrong type of room request on booking was ignored. Beds for my daughter’s children were nothing but cheap camp beds with a big dip in the middle hardly a 4 star quality. Reception staff not very welcoming on arrival. Would not bother with this hotel again.

New Park Manor Hotel is a refined establishment located in a former royal hunting lodge, offering elegant rooms and fine dining. Situated between Brockenhurst village and Lyndhurst, this 17th-century hotel was once the romantic retreat of Charles II and his mistress, Nell Gwynn. The property features 25 handsomely decorated rooms and suites, most of which are dog-friendly.
We had a fantastic two night stay at New Park Manor hotel with our 2 and 4 year old boys. Very family friendly hotel with all the “kids stuff” you could need including baby monitors, high chairs, etc. You also have 2 hours of kids club included, which we took advantage of so we could enjoy the spa. We had an incredible dinner in the adults only restaurant, sending compliments to the chef!) We went to The Pig for dinner the evening before and thought both the service and the food were superior at New Park Manor. Perfect location for treks in the forest, to the seaside and exploring the little villages. Very attentive and friendly staff!

Excellent family and pet friendly hotel, especially for ages ranging from baby to under 12. Spa was really nice and they have adult only areas. There is an outdoor swimming pool that can be enjoyed by all. The food is excellent and the staff very attentive. Will definitely be returning.

I honestly can't recommend this beautiful, scenic retreat more for harangued parents. The staff are honestly amazing, they bend over backwards to accommodate (baby milk deliveries to your room, anyone?) and we have had such a nice experience the 2 times we've been. Special shout out to a few members of staff: Manda, the house manager who is omnipresent and always making things work seamlessly - from finding us robes, to playing with my son and helping him learn to go down stairs. Thanks to Elizabeth and other reception staff, who try and make sure your every need is catered for. And to the wait/ bar staff. We have special love for a lady (not sure of her name) but she has glasses, in her forties....excellent sense of humour. She was so warm and humorous. Also for the younger man who does bar and wait staff. He's very knowledgeable, funny and honestly a real asset. Basically everyone is fantastic, the stay very comfortable and the spa is delightful...with views of deers and horses running around. 10/10. Thanks team :)

We've stayed here twice with our two young children, and it's been a excellent experience both times - New Park Manor is one of my favourite places to stay now. The staff are consistently very helpful and understanding and the facilities for families are just right. You get a session per day in The Den, where brilliant and qualified carers will look after your kids for a couple of hours, so you have a break from parenting. The spa is right next door to The Den, so you can drop your kids off and get a full two hours of relaxation there per day. (If you want any treatments or a massage, though, I'd advise booking that in advance.) The spa is great, with a pool, outdoor hot-tubs, sauna, etc. and lovely views across the fields where horses are running around. My kids worked out quite quickly that the best toys, games and activities for them were in The Den, so were very happy to go there when we dropped them off. The food is also great: there's an informal restaurant area which is great for eating with young kids, and a more formal restaurant area which we preferred going after they're in bed. (You can borrow Leap Frog video monitors from reception so you can keep an eye on them when you're down in the restaurant - they work on the hotel wifi so range isn't a consideration.) There is much to do in the local area as well; we particularly enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the New Forest a bit. Anyway, there's much more to say, but hopefully this gives an idea of what a relaxing place this is to go with your kids!

Sadly disappointing afternoon tea, and very much not worth the money: - We weren’t told what type of teas we could order, and the menu didn’t contain options either - The service was slow, and we had to ask for things (water, fresh tea, etc) multiple times - Tea was bought out with no milk - When the food was delivered, the waiter didn’t explain what anything was (including the bag of icing sugar that was part of the child’s afternoon tea and which we had no idea what we were supposed to do with) - The cakes were basic at best, and some were actually inedible (even my sweet treat obsessed daughter couldn’t eat her cupcake) - The scones were small. They also had excessive icing sugar on top.

Stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately we were given a room at the top, the"Sandra Room" which had sloped ceilings meaning I couldn't stand up whilst using the toilets or brushing teeth. Low ceilings as you enter the too, which can be hard work when you've got a baby - we hit our head once or twice. If it was clear how small the room would be, we'd have requested to be placed elsewhere or cancelled. The staff were absolutely top notch, cannot fault them and amazing with children. The facilities were superb too. The food is expensive for what it is. I understand you're paying for convenience but much better meals can be had at the nearby pubs.

Definitely would come again. Super for young children. My grandchildren loved outside activities and play den. Indoor pool lovely and warm and the outdoor spa jacuzzi was great for adults. Food expensive and range of vegetarian dishes could be better.

We booked New Park Manor for my husband’s 40th—our first family holiday with a 3-year-old and a 16-month-old. I wanted it to feel special. It didn’t. From the start, things went wrong: the spa and kids club were fully booked by the time I got the portal (after chasing), and we weren’t told until 10 days before that the hotel would be closed for an “Exclusive Use” event on our arrival day—despite booking directly. I carefully planned a birthday dinner with surprise cocktails, a special table, extras in the room… but none of it happened. No changing mat, no robes, the wrong table, forgotten cocktails. I cried at dinner. I felt completely unseen. My massage was cold and rushed. Our breakfast was forgotten. And worst of all, while bathing our toddler, the water suddenly turned scalding hot and burned his back. It was terrifying. The hotel completed an accident form—but nothing else. No follow-up. No gesture of apology. One waitress brought a slice of cake the next morning. By then, we just expected everything to go wrong. Not luxury. Not safe. Not special. Just a string of promises broken with a smile.

Langstone Quays Resort is an upscale hotel located in Hayling Island, offering contemporary rooms with many featuring beautiful harbour views. The resort boasts a brasserie, pool, and stunning facilities. Guests can enjoy waterside dining at the restaurant which serves a variety of meals including superfoods, pizzas, and street food. Additionally, the resort offers afternoon tea with a carnival theme at Waterside.
Visited for a afternoon tea, staff were excellent, polite and attentive. We asked to change the sandwiches on our tea as we are not Salmon eaters and the lovely waitress dealt with it superbly. We enjoyed our sandwiches and cakes in lovely surroundings overlooking the water. Too much food for us but a takeaway box was supplied. Excellent!

Went for our anniversary and everything was great at the beginning until we went to the restaurant. Pool is great warm and accessible. Room was dated but clean. Dinner was booked for 7.45pm, no one asked for an order or if we wanted drinks so after 25 mins I asked a staff member. Drink order came out wrong but I was asked if I'd accept it, obviously not. No starters appeared and we were sat there still at 8.50pm. I went and spoke to the manager who never apologised or checked in after. We were still eating after 9.20pm which was so late to digest. It's a shame because the food was lovely but it ruined our evening. Sadly we left after breakfast and never used our late check out. Would love some feedback.

Our first room hadn't been cleaned so we moved to another room which was still old, worn and dirty and had a nice view of all the ducting and heat pumps. Never have I stayed in such a noisy room! Food was ok as was the service. Pool was nice but the jacuzzi was cold and over chlorinated, I basically couldn't breath in it. Would never stay again.

We’ve just had a 5 day break for our anniversary at the Hayling Island Resort. Stunning location. Lovely welcome with an upgrade & anniversary muffins & complimentary x2 glasses of wine. Room excellent, very comfy with excellent housekeeping services . Superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely swimming pool - albeit a bit chilly at times . Reception staff very friendly & helpful - as were all staff . Only comment I would add, furnishings a little ‘tired’ in some areas. Would not hesitate to return.

Stayed here on a coach trip the room itself was adequate but bathroom had mould stains. I requested room to be serviced by leaving the sign but nothing was done. I notified reception only to be told you need to leave the sign on the door. Breakfast was acceptable though you had to pay extra for certain items. Evening meals were mediocre but portions small anf nothing seemed home made. Staff generally fine and pool and jacuzzi were pleasant. In summary more of a 3 star than 4.

We recently attended a friends wedding reception at The Langstone Quays Hotel, and I honestly cannot thank the team enough — especially Lacey, the Reception Supervisor, who was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Lacey and her team played an absolutely vital role in making our stay, and the celebration, so special. From the moment we arrived, Lacey and Elle Jay went above and beyond for us. They were supportive, organised, and genuinely caring — nothing was too much trouble. Wedding days can be stressful, but the reception teams calm, friendly and professional approach made all the difference, considering the chaos of the day. Allowing us to enjoy every moment. There funny sense of humour and kind nature were noticed by everyone, and there dedication ensured the guests felt welcome and looked after. Lacey and the reception team gave 110% in everything they did, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Their exceptional service and attention to detail created a warm and relaxed environment that allowed us to fully enjoy the wedding reception without any worries. Lacey — thank you. You are a true credit to The Langstone Quays Hotel, and your support meant the world to us. You stood out with your professionalism, kindness and unwavering commitment to making the stay memorable.

Skylark Country Club is a versatile destination offering golf, dining, and spa experiences. The club boasts an impressive golf course with well-maintained fairways and greens that cater to both regular golfers and seniors. The clubhouse facilities are top-notch, complemented by friendly staff at the pro shop. Additionally, visitors can indulge in a delightful dining experience featuring excellent food choices such as fish & chips and beef burgers.
Ellie and the events team were excellent at helping us with our big day. We felt that we were in safe hands from our first time at Skylark through to our big day. The catering and bar team were accommodating and friendly both on our tasting day and throughout the wedding, not to forget that the food and drinks were amazing. We were so happy with how smoothly everything ran and how helpful everyone was - thank you!

Really nice course. Staff in the shop and bar area were great and the surrounding housing was something you would see on TV Not the cheapest place to play though, but the greens and fairways were all well kept and still pretty green given the dry summer.
Paul W — Google review
Repulsive, nothing like the photos This place is absolutely disgusting. There is mould in the pool and changing rooms. The stained floor is filled with loose gravel that sticks to your feet then transfers into the pool. There was a workman walking around with dirty work boots on the spa floor. Steam room wasn’t working. The jacuzzi was embarrassingly dirty and was being cleaned with a dirty rag by the receptionist who was then ringing it back out into the jacuzzi water. When we politely informed them of our dissatisfaction, it was met by simply a shrug of the shoulders and the staff were then dismissive, rude, and made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our very short stay. Booked for four hours and could barely manage one. Very dated and tired interior, doesn’t look like it’s had a proper clean in years. Highly recommend against.

Came here last week for our company charity golf competition and I had the most amazing time. Started off with tea, coffee and bacon rolls which were superb. The course is not only incredible but in amazing condition and to top it off we had a delicious BBQ to finish the day off. The bar had a great selection of drinks including "Alpaca-lypsse" craft beer. An amazing day and would definitely like to come back.

Played Skylark for the second time last Wednesday. I played here with a ladies society a couple of years ago and we had a fabulous day with wonderful food too, so I suggested a revisit with my daughter, we were not disappointed. The staff in the golf shop were really helpful and the staff in the coffee shop were equally cheerful and friendly. The course had recently had the usual autumn maintenance and there are ongoing improvements but none of this impacted on our enjoyment. The greens were well maintained and quite fast and true. I can’t fault anything and would recommend this course to any level of golfer.

Went for a birthday treat with my daughter. Welcomed in reception by Grace and what a lovely pleasant girl she is. Showed us all around and the facilities we could use. Had a massage booked with Zoe which was amazing and she was lovely also. Then onto the swimming pool spa area with a hot tub sauna and steam room. Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens is a grand Victorian mansion nestled in 66 acres of picturesque countryside near Hook, Hampshire. The hotel features the Oak Room Restaurant for fine dining and a luxurious lounge for indulgent afternoon teas.
I had the absolute best time of my life during my stay at Tylney Hall Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect – the setting, the service, the atmosphere – it was all so peaceful, relaxing, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from the real world. A special thank you goes to Leena at reception, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Her kindness and genuine hospitality made such a big impression on us that we decided to extend our stay by an extra day – and we’re so glad we did! She is a real credit to the hotel. Tylney Hall is a magical place, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Great setting and gardens. These were a real highlight and more akin to being at a National Trust than a hotel. We got a last minute deal with various discounts/bundled food allowance etc. Wouldn't have wanted to pay full price. Room was a good size with twin aspect windows looking onto the gardens. Very nice. Traditional room but good quality. Some elements of housekeeping/maintenance could be better. Our bath had some weird marks (OK for using the shower) and there was a blocked drain smell in the corridor. Outdoor pool is stunning and was fortunately quite quiet when we were there. I overheard talk of it being child free at certain times but not sure if that is enforced. The gardens and the outdoor pool are certainly my highlights. Not so good things: Dinner was very expensive and not particularly impressive, you're going to spend nearly double your £100 food allowance as a couple even if choosing the lower cost dishes, cheapest glass of wine is £11, £16 of service charge that we weren't expecting either etc etc. Indoor pool not great have stayed in far cheaper hotels with better ones, hot tub is pool temperature. Sauna's are just a couple of small two person ones in the changing rooms, gym pretty small.

Tylney Hall is a truly wonderful location. The house and gardens are impressive and spacious. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We stayed in one of the garden rooms, which easily fit the four of us (kids age 6 and 9). The pool was a big draw for the kids. We had dinner in the lounge area, which was good and had some good options for the kids. The breakfast was excellent and a nice finish for our stay. My one critique would have to be that the wasps are a bit of an annoyance when sitting outside :)

I was invited to dine here and had the chance to try several dishes: the curried rump of lamb, beef fillet, Faroe Island wild salmon, and pan-fried duck egg. Each was beautifully presented and tasted excellent, with the only slight drawback being that the mashed potato served with the beef fillet was a bit too salty for my liking. The restaurant leans toward the pricier side, but the cost feels justified given its exclusivity, refined menu, and high-quality ingredients. The ambience is elegant and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere for a special evening. The staff, particularly the waitress who attended our table, were attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the meal. Overall, a memorable dining experience that balances fine food, atmosphere and service, well worth a visit for those seeking something special.

Booked a junior suite for our wedding night. Room was very clean and spacious but very dated. Whilst the grounds and pool are stunning, It’s like stepping back into the 80s - drab and dull interiors. Given it was our wedding and we had told them ahead of time, I would’ve expected the offer of a glass of fizz, to be greeted warmly and with congratulations, or even an upgrade but none of that happened. We arrived around midnight, were shown to our room. Very polite but impersonal service. Had room service in the morning - food was delicious but when we got to the pool for a quick dip at 09.30, there were no available sun loungers or seats. It was not setup to cater for the number of guests staying. Id say it’s worth a day trip to the beautiful pool but wouldn’t book again for a special occasion.

I stayed on 17-18 August ahead of a wedding in the area. If you are staying in the area or needing a get away for a few days, highly recommend this property. It’s preserved its original character, yet very well maintained. Each room has beautiful furniture, beds are super comfortable. Service throughout the hotel is immaculate. From check-in through to departure, the welcome and service received at every stage was phenomenal. I would visit here again many a time if I could. Not a single thing went wrong during my stay, in fact the staff always went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant.

This is the perfect place to relax, far from the city, with a golf course right across the street and the spa on site. There’s two swimming pools and I believe one of adults only, no children! Great! And is heated! There’s a terrace where you can have your breakfast with the most beautiful view you can imagine. The dining room is also very nice and breakfast buffet is very good with fresh orange juice. Very clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. I absolutely will go back. The only downside is that is far from everything. And the spa gets booked very fast. I hope I get to do it next time!

Excellent check-in experience. Rooms very clean and with most items that you could need. Complimentary gin in the room was a nice touch, not sure if tonic was free though. Excellent dining experience for evening meal. Not giving 5 stars for room because bathroom sink emptied way too slowly and no iron in room...little things, but. Was not expecting a 10 pound fee for parking, but may have missed that in the small print. Lovely experience and lovely staff.

Absolutely Perfect Wedding Day – Highly Recommend! We recently had our wedding at the Harbour Hotel Chichester and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the moment we made our initial booking, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. A huge thank you to Kate, the wedding planner, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel so seamless and stress-free. On the day itself, Megan and Craig were incredible – they coordinated everything perfectly, working alongside our hired wedding host to make sure every detail was just right. Their calm and friendly approach made such a difference to our day. The service was outstanding, and the food was amazing – all served hot and delicious, which is no small feat for a large event. It was also great value for money, which made it all the more impressive. Special shout-out to Alex, who ran the bar that night. He was fantastic – nothing was too much trouble, and he really added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The whole team went above and beyond: they laid out all our tables, packed everything away afterwards, and carefully kept everything safe for us. It honestly couldn’t have gone any better. We’re already looking forward to returning to the Harbour Hotel for our anniversary stay. If you’re thinking about getting married here, we would 100% recommend it – it was everything we dreamed of and more. Thanks again Josh & Holly Edwards

Me and my wife had our wedding breakfast and reception here on Saturday and I can honestly say I'm very glad I made the choice to have it here. I think first i have to mention The service from the hotel staff and especially megan ( she's amazing) and her whole team were outstanding with the professional quick service we were given! They were all very polite and attentive ( excluding the very rude gentleman at reception during Friday day time!!! ) The food was top standard for a wedding also, thank you! A few things wrong with the room we were given at number 14 but hopefully after explaining the little issues to reception, she will sort for next customer. Thank you all again for hosting for us :)

Lovely building in a quaint street with good staff. The food is not spectacular and lacks wow factor. Probably the worst mussels ever over cooked, minute. Pork belly could not have been sliced any thinner. Lovely espresso but no accompanying biscuit etc. O There was a VERY loud wedding. Must try harder.

Visited as a couple for afternoon tea earlier this week. It was a delightful experience, would recommend on any basis for those looking for a spot for afternoon tea. Staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. The artwork on display in the resturant was fantastic. The food was great, boxes were provided for leftovers which were enjoyed at home. Hot drinks were never allowed to run out by the attentive resturant staff.

Nice hotel. Room was nice, very comfy bed. Old Hotel so expect creaky floorboards and low ceilings, plenty of padding on doors and ceiling for tall people like myself. Could do with a bit of TLC but still an enjoyable stay

Lovely hotel and room, only a 10 minute walk from the train station. We booked the Superior Double Room which was lovely and spacious. We had the unfortunate luck of staying during a heat wave and goodness it was hot. There was no additional service to manage the heat and our room was sun-facing for most of the day. We were provided one pedestal fan which was not sufficient. It felt like we were walking into a sauna. Speaking of saunas, we were notified a few days before arriving that the steam room and pool were not operational. The day after we recevied an email telling us to book in with the spa and that we had access to the pool. It was a shame as we were looking forward to accessing the pool. We also tried to book a taxi to the other train station on the Sunday and taxi's were minimum 90 minutes away. The staff were not very helpful in giving us options to manage this.

I recently visited The Beauty Spot at the Courtyard for my first pedicure, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Kelly took exceptional care of me, making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. I can honestly say it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The atmosphere of the salon is inviting and tranquil, enhancing the overall experience. Kelly's gentle touch and professional demeanour made me feel pampered and well looked after. One of my nails broke and this amazing salon was more than happy to fix it without hesitation — this is exactly why I love this place. The ladies, and especially the amazing woman who runs it, are truly exceptional. The lady who does my treatments is an absolute star and just phenomenal — so talented, kind, and always goes above and beyond. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a salon where I feel so welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Feels like home!

I had a wonderful deluxe pamper experience. Fiona was welcoming, attentive and a fantastic therapist. My treatments were very relaxing and just what I needed. I will be back for more!

Lovely welcoming and professional service from the moment I walked in to the salon. I felt listened to, made to feel really comfortable and the space itself was clean and tidy and relaxing. My therapist was super friendly and knowledgable, allowed me to completely relax and answered any questions I had plus, I enjoyed knowing about the products being used as and when I asked. She made sure the treatment was right for me and that I got the most out of it so thank you, I couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to come back.

Had my first visit to the Courtyard today for leg and eyebrow waxing and was assigned Ruby. She was absolutely lovely and so quick and efficient with the waxing, I was out within 40 mins and have lovely smooth skin again. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard and Ruby, it's lovely and clean with relaxing music playing in the background, not too loud so you don't need to shout over it to be heard. Looking forward to my next visit already.

I had a very relaxing back massage and facial with Kelly. She worked wonders on my skin and tailored the products to suit my needs. I have been coming here for years and always enjoy every treatment I have had here. The staff are all very professional and friendly and the treatments are excellent value for money. Kelly also noticed it was my Birthday and went out of her way to find me a gift which was very much unexpected but very appreciated and made my visit and my Birthday extra special!

The experience with Ella was great from start to finish! I was welcomed and put at ease as soon as I walked in and I enjoyed the calming atmosphere of the spa. The top to toe facial was amazing and I felt so relaxed afterwards! I was given some samples to try of the products used on my face and will be back in to purchase full sizes of the products as they feel lovely on my skin. Thanks for such a great experience.

Visitors have praised the exceptional staff who provide top-notch service, making every moment feel special. I turned 40 at the end of last year and knew there was only one place to celebrate my special birthday and that was at the beautiful Laura Bella Spa. To say my day was absolutely perfect and one of the best days ever would be an understatement. From my very first phone call with Tatjana she made me feel so relaxed, welcomed and really did make an effort to assist me. On the day, upon arrival Tatjana was so helpful and accommodating. I knew we had booked a room for lunch however I had know idea how beautifully arranged the room would be. Myself and all the guests were speechless and I felt so spoiled and special which I cannot thank you enough for. I was told a lady would be there to assist us with hot drinks and anything else we may have needed. Her name was Laura and she too was absolutely amazing so kind and attentive to the entire group. We were a group of 16 and there wasn’t a single point though out that day where we were not being looked after buy Laura or Tatjana. From having the best hot chocolates ever to getting more drinks delivered. Laura I can’t thank you enough for going out of your way to get more bubbles for us. The spa itself was beautiful and we all had the most amazing treatments. The therapist was attentive and I absolutely loved my massage. The hot tubs were great and even though it was winter it was perfect being outside in the tubs. There was also the sauna and chill out room which we all loved too. Tatjana, Laura and the therapists at Laura Bella I cannot thank you enough for making my birthday utterly special and memorable. We will be booking two more trips to visit you in the next couple of months and I can’t wait. Thank you again for the most magical day xx

I came in today to have an intimate wax for the first time with Chloe-Lia and she was absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly made me feel extremely comfortable, I am so pleased with the results as well I would 100% recommend her and have booked my next wax in with her which I’m looking forward to ☺️

My partner and I had a really lovely morning here. An hour in the hot tub and sauna which was just divine. Then an hour and a half body glow for summer.(body scrub/exfoliation and then a lovely moisturizer and hair and face massage) I don't think we have ever felt so relaxed and smooth ever! There was a problem with the outside shower which wasn't working so that was a shame but they did have inside showers in each room so that was fine. Not too busy, lovely friendly staff. We sat in the hot tub in the sunshine and cooled down in the comfy chairs in the shade of the tree. We will definitely be back! I slept like a log that night for the first time in months!

My time at LauraBella was relaxing, I had the garden area all to myself which was peaceful. The body scrub was also relaxing and I really enjoyed it. The only minor criticism was the temperamental shower but not a deal breaker at all. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and facilities were clean. I'd definitely return.

It was just perfect, from the welcome to the pedicure itself and the products were just lovely. Thank you both so so much, it was a fabulous Mother’s Day Gift for my mum and she was so impressed with the friendliness and just overall everything. We will be back soon!

I genuinely cannot recommend the pregnancy massage and facial enough & the lovely Minori - the best thing any expecting mum could treat themselves too and Minori really puts comfort and relaxation as a priority in the treatment. I always came away from each treatment so so relaxed and ready to then have another, worth every single penny! Thank you so much

First treatment of CACI, and Chloe kindly explained everything she was doing and how it works. I am definitely considering booking the 10 week course of treatments. Love going to Laurabella!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) The staff were lovely, my therapist was kind and welcoming, and overall the facial itself was okay. However, I did experience a few issues. A couple of the products caused stinging and irritation on my face, which was uncomfortable. There were also couple moments where the therapist seemed to step away or do nothing for stretches of time – I understand breaks are sometimes needed during masks e.g, but this didn’t feel like that. And the arm massage also felt rushed and cut short, which left me disappointed with the big breaks. After some time of this, I started to feel a bit upset, especially since the prices here are quite expensive and I expected the experience to really feel worth the money and didn't :( My skin ended up feeling sticky afterwards rather than refreshed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Guests praise the friendly staff who provide excellent service throughout the day.
Beechdown Classic Spa Day with an hour long full body massage. Safe to say compared to most Spa days with access to facilities Beechdown is without doubt great value for money! We started off our day with access to the following facilities: Heated pool, Jacuzzi, Water jet seating area, Steam room, eucalyptus steam room, mild sauna, Sauna, igloo room, Cold bucket plunge, experience showers, heated loungers, private relaxation room, massage chairs, loungers! The facilities are clean and are well thought out, the staff couldn’t do more for you. They are more than happy to answer questions. The lunch that was included in the spa day is arranged by the onsite cafe which offers more than just your normal “sandwich and picky bits” we had a wide selection of food including burgers, jacket potatoes, salads and much more! Soft drinks, alcoholic and teas/coffees are available. During your spa visit you’re entitled and encouraged to claim a free drink with a voucher that’s presented. The massage treatment/beauty treatments are limitless. Nothing is an issue, if you want to tailor your treatments the beauty therapist are more than happy to help! I couldn’t fault either treatment for me or my partner. Overall I’d highly recommend this for a personal treatment/day to chill out or even as a gift idea for a friend or family member!

I booked a spa day for my daughters 20th surprising her only the night before. On the day I also had both nans and one of her best friends meet us there and hide. The staff helped make this happen and I'm so grateful. It's always clean, staff are so welcoming and the food is AMAZING. We loved our waitress in the restaurant I can't think of her name but nothing was too much trouble. We all left there so relaxed it definitely made her day memorable.

Such a lovely escape! The whole place feels calm and luxurious from the moment you walk in. I had a facial and a massage, and both were absolutely amazing — super relaxing and professionally done. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really made me feel taken care of. The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained. I left feeling completely refreshed. Can’t wait to go back for another treat-yourself day!

We had a wonderful day at the Spa. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities are varied, brilliant and very clean. The lunch was delicious and the treatments out of this world. The best Spa day I've experienced. It's a hidden gem. Well done Beachdown, I'll be visiting again.

Fabulous day spa. Lovely lunch with wine included. Nice outside dining area as well as indoor brasserie. Facilities are fantastic, so much to choose from. Shown arround on arrival which was nice, as we would have definitely have missed out otherwise!' Very clean, super friendly staff (Jo especially!) Highly recommended.

Booked for my birthday treat, and what a treat. Great food, facilities, and value for money. The main gym area was active and the brasserie lively. Aside from the spa offering, it clearly has a great members community from what I observed.
