We loved our morning breakfast time spent at The Mad House. Regina was a great host. Cafe ambience was very happening, vibes were cool. Outside seating feels bliss in winters. We ordered chips & salsa, Veg club Sandwich, labneh with tomato & pesto cheese boat. All the food items were prepared freshly & tasted delicious m. Chips with salsa were over-fried & we felt it was bit oily. Some staff of the restaurant was excellent but we felt some staff needed the training. Water was not served on the table even after 20 minutes we sat in, we had to ask 2/3 times for the same.

The location is close to Gulbai Tekra, thus it's easy to miss while driving past. There are enough seats inside, but there aren't many tables outside, giving the restaurant a distinct atmosphere. The café is well-known for its croissants, coffees, and breakfast offerings. We chose to try it after hearing great things about its chefs special, and we weren't let down. We really hope to check out the restaurant for brunch shortly.

Their Chicken, Cheese Sauce and Bacon pancake is a total bang for the buck. The cappuccino and hash browns were alright while the Hazelnut Iced Cortado was pretty satisfying!

I went to the place for the first time. The experience was good. The food was excellent but the service was slow. The quality of food and taste were awesome. I tried Chicken english breakfast, Omelette cheese toast, banana peanut butter chocolate milk shake and chocolate pancakes. Definitely recommended.....

I have been coming to tomatoes ever since I was a kid and I have to say today was the last time I ever went there. We ordered for four items and none of them were worth the money paid at Max. I would probably pay 150 for each of them, given the quality and what they considered to be standard of food How on earth is this toddler made salad Mexican? And when did macaroni pasta get added to Mexican food? The pizza is like that from a roadside store and the macaroni was sugar. The server get new plates and forget to give forks and spoons. Get water that isn’t right. I am glad they don’t charge service tax I wouldn’t have paid any

Tomato's is one of Ahmedabad's iconic landmarks on the gastronomic landscape. It's been around for many years now. The place still has an amazing ambience to it. The can be a notch or two up. Unless it was only today. The chicken parmesan and lasagna were not exactly what was expected. The fries were passable at best. The service was slow considering we were only the second table that was occupied.

Nice ambiance. It has a American restrobar theme. Mixed cuisine has indianv and Italian dishes. Lots of verity. Prices are quite high. At the same time quantity also more. So while ordering ordering keep in mind that the dish can be consumed by 2-3 people Service can be better. Need to call to get the service. Ordered items are served late and all items are served once. So, for a small group it is becoming difficult to consume all. So some items become cold due to ac and looses it's taste. So order the items one by one to enjoy the food here.

Went here after reading reviews. Awesome place. The place has an american cafe type vibes. Neon lights, many posters, old retro type posters etc. . The lights are little dim. The food is very delicious and tasty. Go here if you like trying out new cuisines. Here mexican cuisine choices are more. . We ordered Nachos - Nachos with mexican sauce, olives and grated cheese. Yes there wasn't melted cheese. But it was good, the cheese was different and it complimented the nachos. . Pizza sticks supreme - Nice alternative to pizza. Thin crust small pizza sticks loaded with jalapenos, olives, onion, bellpepers and tomatoes. It's like a mini pizza fully loaded enough for one person. . Veg chilaquiles - This flavour was more on tangy side. It has cottage cheese, onion, bellpeppers and beans cooked in mexican gravy and cheese. It was good. If you kike tangy sauce then can order. . Triple schezwan fried rice - It was the best triple schezwan fried rice ever we had. Quantity was good. It had crisy fried noodles and the taste was good, not like regular schezwan fried rice. The schezwan sauce was very good. It's in chef's choice menu must try. . Next wanted to order chimchangas, but the manager suggested to have Mexican hot pot rice. This is a great place to have fun and eat. It's usually a lot of crowd here but you will have your own space. The ambiance is amazing. The retro as well as modern theme with neon lights looks so good. The food tastes really good. It's a bit expensive but the taste and ambience makes it up to you.

What an amazing place ! One of the best vintage ambience you will ever see in Ahmedabad! Service was outstanding! Manager was super cordial! Buffet is a joke here. Absolutely no options. 1 paneer 1 veg subji. 1 pasta. Rest all basics roti rice & dal. No dessert counter. No live counter. No option in subji, rice, starters, etc. That's it. And no cleanliness in the place. We reached at 2 o'clock in noon. The people who previously had buffet might have spilled some food in buffet area which was kept as it is. I was shocked and was in disbelief that is this really sheraton hotel? The food trays were soiled with food which was dropped by others. It felt like a langar was completed there and things were left as it is. Looked really pathetic. I had booked through zomato so booking amount I paid went in vain. I was ok to leave that amount rather than eating there.

had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Goutam. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His attention to detail and warm attitude made me feel truly at home. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Went there for dinner with family and was quite a good experience. Although not so good options in menu(buffet) for non-veg, the quality was bit up-to the mark. Apart from that, service was decent and staff responsiveness was amazing. Polite, humble and friendly staff. They also asked us if we want any other dish to be prepared that too without our request.

Was on my wishlist since long. Finally visited to do some work-from-cafe and turned out to be a very good experience. Found the table in the corner with power plug. There is a lot of outdoor seating space. The ambience is lovely and peaceful surrounded by some trees. The food and coffee was very good. Recommended to sit, relax and have food while working, reading, discussing some ideas or just spending some creative time alone.

Visiting this place since 2007 . Their tea,nachos and Quesadillas are the best ! Even their meditarrean pizza is awesome !! Drawbacks of this place is open space, giant ants and it closes early by 8.30 ! Else everything is great, a cool decent place to chill and spend time with your friends !

The food was great value for money. I had the spinach and corn sandwich, french fries, and the potato vegetable kathi roll. The sandwich was a bit too spinach-heavy, but the in-house ketchup and sauce helped balance the flavours. The fries were spot on—crispy, not too oily, and perfectly salted. Service was a little on the slower side, and there wasn’t anyone specifically attending to the tables. That said, the food was brilliant, and the vibe of the place made it a really enjoyable experience overall.

The ambience of the place is very good. It is the basement, so chances are you can miss it. It is calm and has beautiful photographs on the walls. We were 8 of us. We ordered a variety of dishes and the total cost came upto around 1800/- which was good. We tried their Elvis Presley Sandwich which had Nutella and bananas in it. It was good. Their Pesto Pasta was not upto the mark, could have been way better in taste. We also ordered an Italian Pizza, it was good. Their corn cheese sandwich was also worth the try. Overall the food is good. They have more non veg options than veg. However you can find veg options as well. The food takes sometime for preparation.So a good idea is to order early. It is cost effective and aesthetically pleasing. The food is good. So you should give it a try

This place was in my to go place for quite sometime. Finally got the opportunity to visit. The ambience at this place is very chill with books and the owners are very welcoming. Coming to food we ordered chicken club sandwich, chicken kathi roll and in house brownie shake. The club sandwich was filling but I have had better ones, the brownie shake should have had brownie chunks in it but they blended it for too long leaving nothing for the bite. The real disappointment was the kathi roll which was not a kathi roll but just chicken curry wrapped in chapati. As this place has good food reviews will try other items on menu in future visit and review accordingly but first visit was not satisfactory

I visited The Project Cafe today, and while the ambience was quite nice, the overall experience didn’t quite match up to the price point. I ordered the spaghetti, and honestly, it didn’t feel worth the cost. The taste was average—nothing special or memorable that would justify the premium pricing. Given the high expectations that come with such a place, the food could have been much better in terms of flavor and portion size. That being said, the vibe of the cafe was good, with a cozy and artistic atmosphere. But if you’re looking for a place where the food truly matches the price, this might not be the best choice.

Had seen a lot of Instagram reels about this place and decided to visit with a group of four. We all ordered different things – from hot chocolate to shakes to affogato. Overall, the taste was pretty average. As a hardcore affogato lover, I found theirs quite disappointing. My friend wanted to try a brownie shake but was told all their brownies contain egg, so he went with another shake, which turned out to be overly sweet – we had to ask them to replace it. A decent one-time visit, but nothing that would pull us back.

It's really a very cozy place to seat and chill. Yeah it's a bit overpriced but the taste is really really good and also loved the service. It's just that in outdoor area seatings, smoking is allowed so it makes uncomfortable for the other table. Otherwise food, service, atmosphere, ambience is really 5/5.

I visited with my friends on a weekday afternoon Based on our previous experiences (although we visited years back) this was on the list of good & worth visiting cafes! But this time we had very bad experience in terms of food & cleanliness. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and cheese chili toast but both the dishes were just average! Mushroom was a little oily as well… The drinks were decent though! There were mosquitoes, flies hovering around table . Overall won’t recommend to come here. Place has lost the old touch and charm😔

Cannot imagine on what basis this cafe came up as trendy?! So old, so outdated, smells like a million pest controls. So shabby outside, and even shabbier inside. Things on display used to look good, but now covered in a thick layer of dust. And the toilet is absolutely filthy! Shame on the staff, and the owners for not maintaining something that once had a great potential. Food was ok, portions too big. Waiting time very long.

Food is not as expected. Service is very good. We ordered mix sauce pasta - very ordinary you can find better on Street, Mexican bruschetta - we didn't like. Cheese and jalapeno croquettes - ok ok if we compare 3 items then cheese and jalapeno croquettes are so much better. So for pasta we feel that one of the customer return that because of some issue and we heard that. Within 2 minutes of order we received same pasta. In general they are providing 2 garlic bread with pasta. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food at Turquoise Villa was absolutely terrible — completely lacking in flavor, poorly cooked, and honestly tasted like it had been reheated from days ago. Every dish was a disappointment. The service was just as bad — slow, careless, and totally unbothered by customer feedback. For the kind of prices they charge, the quality is a joke. I genuinely don’t understand how this place still runs. Would never recommend it to anyone who actually enjoys good food.

Honestly, one of the most disappointing café experiences I’ve had. The food is below average — definitely not worth the price or the wait. The ambience feels quite dull and depressing, not at all the cozy vibe you’d expect from a café. The management is extremely poor — they don’t seem to know what’s available on their own menu, and the food preparation time is ridiculously long, even when the place is barely half full. There’s hardly any staff, and overall, the service feels completely unorganized.

If you dont want to spoil your time avoid visiting this place. We had the worst ever experience. Quality of food and service both very poor. We also saw a rat lurking around the coffee machine. Having a not so good experience at their previous outlet a couple of years ago I was reluctant to come here, but my friend assured me that the new outlet is better. The ambiance is soothing, with bright yellow lights, wooden tables, and sofas. The menu was quite elaborate in terms of varieties. We ordered Fries and Nachos to start with. The fries were all right, but I was not satisfied with the quantity of the Nachos. We had Arrabbiata Penne Pasta, a Strawberry Shake, and a Belgian Chocolate Shake for the main course. The pasta was good, but the quantity didn't match its cost. The shakes were soothing for the thirst. The place sure is on the expensive end for a regular meal. The cafe was not bustling with customers, but still, the service was a tad bit slow. Cheers!

One of the best place to have ice creams. They have different icecream flavours and toppings to choose from. Ambience is good and service is not the quickest but it's worth it. I tried cone with Strawberry pearls & white chocolate shards. This outlet is nice and has comfortable sitting arrangements. Price is little bit high but its fine according to the quality and taste.

Went for a coffee , definitely a nice looking place to sit. Coffee quality was good , service was good too. Rate wise fine as per the standards. The only thing lacked was the AC cooling , hotel definitely has got th prob which they shud resolve , no excuses on this. I understand this as a cooling issue surely. We had to change the seating.

Chai Shop as the name suggests, is a bakery and snack outlet of Hyatt regency. The place is designed to suit your light meal requirements. On the ambience front, the place is pretty well designed with bright interiors and lighting. The service is pretty prompt as well as courteous. Visited the place to check out the ongoing crepe festival. The festival menu was exhaustive with 11 varieties of Crepe's. We tried Ceprese, Ratatouille, Black forest and Apple cinnamon crepe. While the first two were savoury, the later ones were sweet in taste. All the crepese were egless and tasted really great. The sweetness was absolutely apt and made the favour pretty obvious. The apple cinnamon being the best of the lot. The cappaciano too was well made and went well with the crepe. All the Crepe's were pretty filling and surely made a decent meal. Would be keen to try out various other dishes at the place.

My most favorite place in city for coffee yes, I do know the name says Chai Shop but this place has to offer best coffee as well. Its so calm and peaceful and one of the best place to go out with friends and family and close one. The ambience is really nice to spend time with. Mostly I order either mocha or macchiato and their mocktails and fresh juice are also really nice. The servers are also having really good behaviour.

Food is too good. Beverages top notch no doubt. Ambience really pretty. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting you can choose as per your preference. There services are also nice. Just one thing I found rude we served all the food by ourselves and that's fine with us but spaghetti is little tricky to serve on own I asked the waiter to serve it he came he went back I though he will come back in a while and then I never saw him again. This was not good behaviour as per me ever if he was engage with something he could have asked another staff member. Rest a good experience. This was my 5th visit to the same outlet of Mocha I really love this cafe.

I visited this restaurant recently and my experience was excellent. The service was very quick. The ambience and seating were good. I had their nutella as well as normal maska bun with chai and coffee. All of the items were delicious. I even had their masala omelet which was good. The only reason for cutting 1 star is that the place only accepts cash.

Old and famous restaurant. Famous for its chai and muskaban. Muskaban is prepared by pure muska. Very delicious, I tried Muskaban with chai. It’s heavy snacks as the size of bun is bit bigger compare to other places muskaban. Pure non vegetarian restaurant, Chicken, mutton available. Need to wait for the seat due to heavy rush. Tried the famous Maska Bun with Tea and it absolutely lived up to the hype – a delightful combination that's worth trying. However, the Mutton Bhuna and Mutton Chaap were a letdown. Both dishes fell short in flavor and overall quality. Wouldn't recommend them.

Food quality is good, can consider it average. Ambience is nice but they can use more lights and colour contrast to improve it more. According to the prices they are charging for ambience and food not that worth, but if this cafe is in your bucket list it's a one time visit cafe that's all.

Sphere is undoubtedly one of the best rooftop cafés in town, offering a great ambiance and scenic views. However, the quality of the food has declined significantly. I recently tried their Mexican Hot Pot, and unfortunately, it was excessively sweet. We requested a mildly spicy version, but instead of adjusting the spice levels properly, they simply added chili flakes. This resulted in an unbalanced dish—both overly sweet and oddly spicy. For a reputed restaurant like this, such a food experience was disappointing. I expected better, and I hope they improve their food quality to match their otherwise excellent setting.

The food quality and taste were promising. However, I disliked the staff’s behaviour. Every 2 minutes someone kept coming and asking “aur kuch order karna hain?” The entire cafe was vacant and we were only five people seated on one table, still, it felt like the staff was pushing us hard to leave. They even rudely asked us “bill kar diya?” and then again asked if we wanted to order anything else. I mean like bhai bill pay karke koi 5 min aur nahi baith sakta hain kya? On our way, we paused for a minute to take a group picture, the looks that we received from the staff members were pathetic. It felt like they owned the cafe and wouldn't allow a single second to stay if you didn't have a drink in your hands or food on the table! Pretty cafe but pessimistic staff.

Fresh Roast is a heritage property converted to a hotel and cafe. The ambience is really great. The place is well-ventilated and well-lit. The service is however extremely slow. Moreover, the hospitality was not up to the mark. We had to ask for water to be refilled every time. The food was great, however everything was a little spicy. If you love spicy food, this place is for you. Since it's an open sitting, mosquitoes are a problem. But otherwise, the staff is polite, overall 3.5/5. Parking is available within the premises.

Café de Italiano is located at Sindhu Bhavan Road, Bodakdev. It has a full vegetarian menu and as the name suggests it has got an Pari interiors. There are photos from old Paris decorating the wall interiors and sitting is quite comfortable. There are swings for seating as well. However the thing that was quite a put off among the otherwise French interiors is a TV playing loud Bollywood music that spoiled every bit of the otherwise classy atmosphere. Hence I’m giving only 2 stars to the atmosphere. We had ordered pesto mushroom and I loved the taste and quality. Cappuccino however was served without a single accompaniment even after charging a whopping amount. Baked accompaniments we’re missing from The menu like cookies, croissants, muffins and others, thus putting a blot to the otherwise French style Cafe. Hence only 3 star being awarded to food as well.

Today we visited Cafe De Italiano first time on our 14th year Anniversary. First we order JALPENZO cheese Sandwich, 7 chesse Pizza, Top class Milkshake. Everything is ossam.. Peaceful space with good atmosphere. As per the Price taste, quality and quantity is upto the mark.

We went in search of some pasta cravings and trust me they didn’t disappoint by 1%. Pesto Pasta were literally cheesy and mouth watering. A perfect Saturday night. Their Mexican pizza and Garlic toast were also simply superb. Yes cost is little bit on higher side but then they serve quality and have a very good ambience there. Their cafe interior is also too good. Have swing sofa. Recommended place.

Update: 2024 I used to love this place before 4 years… recently visited and disappointed. They degraded quality, quantity and overall experience. Not worth anymore… . . Loved ambience. I liked swings there. Liked frappe, it was perfect as per my taste. Service and music was good. Overall very good experience. We tried all types of frappe almost, and some other dishes too. All good.

Food was tasty and good. Unique seating arrangements for all age groups. Dessert are to so so good one must try if they go there. For a place that positions itself as a tech-friendly hangout, that felt very restrictive and quite disappointing. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. The "blueberry cream cheese toast" was served on bread that was quite hard and didn’t feel fresh at all, which really affected the taste. On the bright side, the "nachos" were really good—crispy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the visit. Overall, Caffix might work for a quick bite, but if you’re looking for a true tech café experience or a work-friendly spot, this might not be the right fit.

However, I wouldn’t recommend it as a work-friendly space. 1. Charging ports aren’t available at every table, which can be inconvenient. 2. Wi-Fi access costs ₹500 (redeemable on food), but despite paying upfront, the manager kept reminding us that we were using their Wi-Fi, which felt unnecessary. 3. Working beyond 6 PM isn’t allowed. 4. The manager’s attitude was off-putting—he responded to requests with unpleasant expressions, which made the experience uncomfortable. Also, if you’ve booked a Zomato dine-in slot, be aware: they don’t allow payment through Zomato if you choose to use their Wi-Fi. The manager explained that Zomato takes a 30% cut, making it unprofitable for them. Overall, it’s a decent place to hang out, but not a welcoming work environment—especially due to the staff’s attitude.

Bera Samosa House sells these keema Samosa and Keema Balls which are unfired and you bring it home and fry them hot whenever you need finger food or starters at home. 20 years back, my uncle introduced these food to me and everytime I visit, Ahmedabad, I have been enjoying it. It's 20 years now, the cane basket has now changed to paper box, but the taste is still the same. Try it for sure. It's clean and hygienic.. And super tasty.

Very old shop it says...since 1928. In row there are two shops with identical name written in the same style. I went to the one which was looking older . Had Samosa and Kebab... Samosa there isn't much to talk about..but Kebab was really yummy.

I can say that this place now becomes one of my favorite, not only because of their unique jail concept theme but also their services, specifically how their staff greets and their pretty smile. Yes, the food is really good in quality and quantity. For me the best part is Jain food is available in really good taste. And the deserts are also here. I am just in love with their bread. Usually i eat bread because of pasta but now i will like to go here again to eat pasta because their so so so soft bread. Their mocktails are just "lajawab." Their different different platters are also good. The way of servings is pretty cool. Furthermore the swing and scooter in the entrance is good for pictures with your friends. They provide really different kind of sitting, which is pretty cool. Take your time and add this place in your must visit place.

Frankly I was disappointed. We ordered Loaded Nachos. Tast was not bad. They put minimal cheese and cheese sauce. The thing I most disliked was, they put shredded cabbage on it to make it look like cheese. They came dishonest. There were no veggies. It was mostly beans. Please avoid loaded Nachos. The 2 star is for good ambience.

Good coffee, but the earlier place was better with ambiance. The shift to back side though improves parking alternatives. Coffees are very good and well balanced.

I’ve been ordering from this place for a while now, but the coffee quality has gone completely downhill over the last few orders. The taste is inconsistent, the coffee arrives either too watery or bitter, and it honestly feels like there’s no effort going into it anymore. It used to be one of my go-to spots, but after the last 3–4 disappointing experiences, I’m honestly done. Really hope they take feedback seriously and fix the quality soon because this is not what loyal customers expect.

We had great experience at the place and they have this amazing view of Highway from the window. Interior of the place is eye-catching. Neat and clean place with supportive staff. We ordered Cheesy Fries and Grilled Cheese Sandwich there and Both the dishes were amazing. They serve best coffee as well. The Dark Roast lives up to its name. I thoroughly enjoyed the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, and the lingering bittersweet taste it left behind. The Frappe is good as well. It's a two storey café, spacious interiors, well-ventilated. They have quirky statements all over the place, for instance the QR Code scanner 😂 They also have board games like Monopoly, Chess, etc. The most fun part was doodling on the tissue paper. Keeps you engaged, brings back old school memories.

Great place for classic coffees (which is saying a lot for a Ahmedabad). The Pour Over (made with a bean they called Vienna Roast) was lovely - great balance of aroma, acids and flavor. Well chosen beans. I can't get this grade of coffee at most other cafes in Ahmedabad, including Starbucks. They also sell some of their roasts. The attitude of the staff was friendly and helpful. That is appreciated. The atmosphere of the place is nice and relaxed - not like a buzzy overdose of activity. But then it was a Tuesday afternoon. ;) They were playing rock classics on the music system, at low volumes. That was a pleasure. And the seating area upstairs was very inviting - very cosy and spaced out. And the music was even softer upstairs - which is great. The place would've gotten a 5* rating from me of their loo was slightly better maintained and presentable, keeping in tune with the rest of the cafe. But WC flush was constantly leaking, the wall was patched up, the tap was taped up, the cleanliness could be better. Could definitely do with bit more attention. (some pictures attached) I hope to visit the place again, and hope to bump it up to 5* I definitely am looking forward to their coffees. And maybe try some of their food too. Definitely recommended.

The vibe is everything! A small, double-decked, coffee cafe with a bar-like space to order. The vibrant teal furniture completes the space. We never got to see the upper space, as apparently they only let people up when the tables below are all occupied. I was told the coffee is great here when I arrived, and so it was. We had Hazelnut Latte, Vanilla Latte and a Coleslaw Sandwich - everything at best. Self-ordering is the way to go here. The service is decent. They, although, didn’t offer me water until asked. Nobody cared to clear the table, which holds not so much, after we had finished our coffees and were onto the meal. A good space for sole date or to work.

The French Fries are nice, so is the cheesy grilled toast and the Cappuccino with an extra shot of coffee to make it strong! A nice simple warm place to spend your evenings.

Levels Cafe used to be my absolute favorite place around 6-8 months ago. The food's quality and taste were truly exceptional back then, especially their Paneer Chilly and Manchurian Fried Rice, which were my go-to favorites. However, it's disheartening to admit that the recent decline in taste and quality has left me missing the old days when this cafe was my top choice for delicious meals.

I liked their rajma chawal and paneer sabji with pratha you can try lassi as well We had a good time there, If you are not fan of cheese so ask them to not add cheese on pratha🙂must visit

One of the famous places of ahmedabad when it comes to Punjabi Paratha taste. I have been visiting for years. This is the best place you can afford when you carve Punjabi taste. Located near CG road. No specific parking is available but street parking is there, a small one that you can't go with a car. The staff is amazing and co-operative. I found the restaurant lil smaller, i mean the this one is far more popular than any other paratha house of the town but got a very tiny place for customers i.e. i literally waited half an hour outside to get the table. Paratha is so freaking tasty that you will come here again whenever your mind pops the paratha up. The place is so good to go, just go earlier especially on the weekend to avoid waiting. I have been visiting this place for a long time and the best thing about this place is its consistency for food. Talking about the taste, it's all you need to be good and it is. The size of the paratha is also justified with the price. The stuffing is also good and gives nice taste. One big minus point is buttermilk, which is not good. I wouldn't recommend this. But the rest of the food is up to the mark. Ambiance is also good as they keep the place clean. Price is also as per the food . Now I would suggest here is the rajma paratha. You must try rajma and plain paratha, which is 5 out of 5. The rest of the parathas like shezwan paratha, cheese paratha, alu and alu garlic paratha, capsicum paratha, etc. So I would recommend this place to all paratha lovers and especially rajma paratha. Reaching here is not much hard. Just a small road here and map pin point is accurate.

We ordered 4 masala dosas and it was uneven, we got hair in one of the dosas, sambhar was not too warm. Service was not that great.

I had been here around 7 to 8 years ago when it was the best and authentic South Indian food joint in Ahmedabad. Went a few days back after a long time and would say that 60% charm is still there and is lot better than others claiming authentic south indian cuisine. Was disappointed with coffee and mendu vada, rest dosa, idli and all were really good. It has become little expensive now but still worth it.

Overall good food and budget friendly authentic South Indian food. Waiting time is about 20-30 mins in Dinning hours.

The South Indian Joint serving south Indian dishes and being a south Indian on a search of an authentic dishes find it a little pessimistic in rating such a place. Though the food was good, but still it lacks the authenticity of South. The Sambhar was a lil dull. The coconut chutney was very diluted and lacked taste... Loved the Rava Kesari... Four-wheeler parking is a bit task as it is crowded and parking isn't enough.

Good south Indian food,though overpriced. The ambience of the restaurant was good, food is fantastic. You can get authentic South Indian food. I loved the sambhar and the chutneys accompanying the Dosa. The pudina coconut chutney could have been better with some green chilli in it. Service is not great. There is no warmth in the service. Stewards are not attentive. All they want is that you order quickly and finish your food fast . Waiting on weekends can be very long . So if you are going out with family, it's better to reserve a table in advance. They can also add South Indian meals to their menu which is currently missing. Pricing is on the higher side. A plate of two medhu wadaa will cost you around 150 INR while a masala dosa will be charged at INR 215. Indoors are very noisy and it becomes a bit difficult to get the attention of the stewards. They have valet parking which is good and hence makes it convenient for families to drive to the place. Overall a good place to eat but they need to do something to improve the service.

They serve authentic south Indian cuisine at pocket-friendly prices. The service is prompt and the servers are friendly. Do try their masala dosas, mix uttapam, mini masala idli, rasam vada, neer masala dosa with molgapudi powder, paratha kurma and papad.

Another best place I came across for authentic South Indian food. I must say it’s great. Great taste, hygenic and great quantity. The filter coffee is same like mangalore and Bangalore taste. The sambar and curries with chutneys were delicious. Must visit place if you want to have good South Indian food. I never knew about the place and accidentally I was in the area and was hungry and went there. Ahmedabad do visit this place.

Soul Square in Ahmedabad is a well-known spot for brunch, with a beautifully aesthetic interior that creates a relaxing vibe. The food was great — we tried the Mexican platter and pizza, both of which tasted delicious. However, the drinks and shakes were quite average. Overall, it’s a nice place to enjoy a good meal, especially for brunch lovers. Note: During peak times finding a parking spot would be difficult.

Loved the delicious food and this place has a really good vibe. I would say that service could be better. We almost spent 3 hours there. Place was quite and not noisy like other cafes. I didn't like the quantity of the food as a dish costing you 400/- to 500/- is not enough to fulfill 2 person's hunger. So if you're choosing this place, be ready to spend at least 1000 to 1200/- per person.

I’ve conducted 2–3 art workshops at SolSquare, and every single time has been an amazing experience! The space is super spacious and well-lit, which really adds to the creative energy of the sessions. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, always making sure everything runs smoothly. And the food is absolutely delicious – a total hit with all the participants! SolSquare has such a warm and welcoming vibe, it’s become one of my favorite spots for hosting workshops. Highly recommend this place for events, gatherings, or just a chill day out!

I would say this is a good place to hangout with friends. The place looks small but it's big from the inside and there are board games and cards as well to keep you busy. I felt the service was slow. Even though there wasn't much rush when I went but they took quite some time for our order to be prepared especially the hot coffee we ordered. It came after we eat most of our food. Apart from that, I also felt the restaurant to be reasonable priced and food quality and taste was above average, a good one time experience. Although, I went for dinner and my review is solely based on that. I would however love to try their brunch menu, it seemed pretty good.

So I went there with my friend on his birthday! Been to this cafe a lot of time last year but this time the vibes were great, but the service and the time it took to get our food on the table was too long, the owners were nice and gave us a complimentary dish for late order! The food taste, quality and quantity was dicey, the noodles were all mushy and not so great but the Korean chicken was good but the quantity was less! Overall I’d say it is a costly place! Worth a visit once.

Can’t believe I had never been here. The cafe is amazing. The food is exquisite. It is a quiet street (considered the rest of Ahmedabad). A bit hard to find without GoogleMaps, in fact. A small cosy place with creatives corners. The best thing about it? The compact space makes the coffee smell spread like thin air every time they brew. I just loved the taste. We ordered - Cappuccino ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Croissant ⭐️⭐️ - Bocconcini Micro greens and Cherry Tomatoes Toast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Affogato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The toast with finger-lickingly delicious. I adored every single bite of it. The side salad was even better. It made me desire their salad, but well, perhaps the next time. The had crisp wedges which was a healthy option for the children. The coffee was good too. Everything was value for money. However, the croissant was too soft and not up to the mark. I was particularly looking forward to this one. The vibe picks up with the sunset. My friend mentioned how it reminds her of Pondicherry’s cafe culture. It is a good place to work too. The service is good. The server was attentive to our needs.

Ordered a plate of assorted items since we wanted to try all specialities. Nylon Khaman and miri khaman is a must try. Variety of flavours like garlic, tomato and green chutney khaman also available, but what we liked the most was Khandvi and Patra. Tasty 😋:- Green colour include pudian chatani with yellow chatani. 3.Idada White dhokla which is cost Rs.240/- Per kg. It was nice experience, they are Snack provider specializing in authentic Gujarati delicacies like Khaman, Dhokla, and Khandvi.All the items I tried were exceptional and tasted authentically Gujarati. The Khaman, Sev Khaman, and Patra were all delicious. The safed (white) dhokla was particularly amazing—it's definitely my favorite. The flavors were a perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and tangy notes, striking a perfect balance where needed.

@daskham serves authentic Gujarati farsan since 1922. They have Different Types Of Khaman, Patra, Sandwich Dhokla, Chinese Samosa, Fulwadi and many more. Today Das Khaman’s legacy and brand is known for the authenticity of food and quality. I tried thier toast Khaman and I found it okish as per my liking. They did crunchy deep fried to a normal Khaman. If you want something different from regular Khaman or want some crunchy thing than you can try this else here are my recommendations. Also service could have been better. RECOMMENDATION = ✅ I tried, Tam Tam Khaman. ✅ Toast Khaman. Dahi khaman. ✅ Plain Khaman. ✅ Green fry Khaman. Cheese corn roll. Cocktail samosa. ✅

One of the most popular khaman places in Ahmedabad but i am rating this 3 star as i have tasted khandwi it was very bad(maybe I don't like that taste) so other dishes can be good I don't know. But i requested the owner to give me a customized plate which he denied as i want to try different varieties and cannot eat all the plates differently so that is not good,i mean he is not that understandable So you can visit the place and try different khaman just don't try the khandwi

The place had a very pretty vibe to it. You can call it an instagrammable cafe but the service is snail-slow. We ordered a chicken dish and it took them forever to bring even though there were very few customers. We also ordered french fries with peri-peri masala and blueberry cheesecake. They were tasty. I can say that the blueberry cheesecake was the best cheesecake, I ever had. I didnt use the washroom, so I dont know if there was one.

Excellent rooftop place to chill and enjoy chatting and dining. Enough space for a large group and even small tables for a cozy meal. Sadly, we saw this place after dinner so only had drinks and dessert which was very good and well presented. Will be back. Be careful when coming at night. The entrance in at the back and there is no light on the walkway.

The waiter Jignesh did not arrange for the table despite prior booking. Kept waiting for 45 minutes. The food was served bad. Despite complaining, he refused to accept or even acknowledge. The service was extremely pathetic. Basically, we had to fetch cutlery, water, tissues ourselves since they were not offering anything. Also, to our surprise, the waiter (not J) put up used glasses in the same tray as fresh ones and gave us random 5. Don't know if we drank from used one's or not. Overall a pathetic experience.

Ambience and atmosphere is really good anyone will love it. a perfect rooftop place to visit. Yes talking about food taste it is really amazing but not quite happy with the quantity they offer. Its like not worth it compared to the price they have kept. Services experience was good staff was well mannered but bit slow. Music speakers kept on the top of the table is just the negative point as music hurts the ears and you will not be able to enjoy or talk with your people.

Food is ok... They literally force you to post 5 star reviews mentioning the name of a waiter...when I gave 4 stars then he touched my phone and corrected it with 5 stars and posted. Such a bad behaviour. Also they don't know the ingredients of the item as we ask the waiter about such mocktails , he didn't know anything and when we requested him to take us with a guy who makes mocktails so we can better understand, he literally denied and even after requesting 3 to 4 times, we didn't get any service of that. Lastly, I end up with a "darkstar"(maybe) mocktail which has a bitter taste
